Unraveling the Mystery . . . One Psychopath at a Time!
CASE IN POINT . . . SCOTT WYATT, TAKING GARY KEENS PLACE
Last night I was watching a crime show, and one of the names of a defense attorney was, Deborah Wyatt, and the chick looked, just like Shelley, making me think that if the investigators on this case, were to call Scott, who has not seen me since, probably my Utah Attorney General Days, a long time ago, and probably has run into Shelley, maybe several times, easy cover, I just dyed my hair black! Or a more plausible explanation, is that, following my career, with interest, as I did his, with some key connections, more for him, than for myself, but Scott saved me a shit load of time and at the time I asked for his help, I either had run out of options on the rape case . . . I think, Gary, after a meeting with me and several of his top prosecutors, with one guy, that I know of, who I thought as kind of an ass and against me on charging these 4 guys with rape, all USU football players, is now a judge or was, so there may be some collusion there too! But after Scott took the rape case, and won, that made his career as a prosecutors and it hurt, Gary Keen, the former County Attorney, who had been good friends with Mark Nash, and on the Utah Prosecution Council, and CA for I think 27 years at that point. Needless to say, Scott used the fact that Gary had not taken a rape case in 8 years to his advantage, and won . . . that may have been used against me, and I think, Gary left Cache County and went and worked with Reed Richards, or Reed got him a job in Weber County, so common enemies, after a few years, costing Reed the election over asset forfeiture!
Later I gave Scott, another break or actually, it may have been before he won office, but I was supposed to go argue and DUI case, as assistant attorney general, over statewide DUI's, and I was going against, Ron Yengich, notably, at the time the best, attorney, or criminal defense attorney, of that day. I had little trial experience, and really didn't want to go up to Logan, with all the issues surrounding the rape case, Jensen and me, fighting and just didn't want to go, basically. So, once again, Scott cut his teeth as a baby prosecutor, and won the case! HE WAS SO HAPPY, HE CALLED AND WAS ECSTATIC, to say the least and thanked me over and over again. Scott went on to become a state legislator, and then the President of Snow College or College of Eastern Utah, if memory serves. So a pretty fast climb, and I did him well, and he me. I don't recall that we ever really saw each other much, other than talk on the phone, in fact, I don't even know if he was in the original meeting with Gary on the rape cases, just senior prosecutors and Wyatt was just out of school, I just think I may have been given his name and was told to ask him, but the case ended up a big deal and all for were convicted, after being extradited back to Utah for trial!
In all fairness to Scott, I may have never met him in person, and just talked to him over the phone, but I am sure that Shelley got the credit, within systems there is pressure, and I was long taken out of the race, and I firmly believe that Shelley was up at the legislature, when Scott was, and he probably met her, even first, having only talked to me on the phone? I can't remember, but, I am sure, Shelley took over credit for my domestic violence manual, because, she had been an abused wife, and that was probably one area she could do, as was the legislature, without being too knowledgeable on the law! None lawyers are lobbyists . . . I am sure, going from a poor church mouse, to the heights of power, was a psychopaths dream! She always wanted something for nothing . . . with me, I never dreamed of it, ALWAYS EARNED, NEVER, EVER GIVEN! The list below should give you some indication of who you are dealing with!

Shelley who had four babies, out of wedlock, from what I can tell, even her first, according to her husband Don Anderson, was allegedly the righteous one, for having Tyrone Southwick, her last baby, when I aborted a baby at the same time . . . the abortion must, while legal, cover all other total fucking success in my, life, compare, my life, before they started fucking with it, and that was 7 years after I started with the attorney generals office, so God wasn't punishing me, I was probably the biggest female success story in Utah law history, making the most contributions, in every area, from legislation, to causes, to programs, to new federal programs, to saving doctors from fraud investigations, violating their due process constitutional rights, and financial planners, later when I came back, and with the largest blog in history, come on . . . an they are fucking CRIMINALS!!!!!!!! And law enforcement is helping them? Why? It is fun to dip? Shelley shares, do you think, with my non-materialistic family, that for one second, we would not have given more . . . I don't need to drive around in limos, need a mansion, need to travel extensively, nor need world domination!

Orchestrated Role Reversals, Chaos And Confusion--They Intend That!
THE KILLER PROPHET
Let me see if I can unravel, this incredibly complicated, complex, and super coordinated effort, by family friends, church, work, government, courts, cops, prosecutors, acquaintances, and mere staff at local establishments, I frequent. I will call this a cover, cloud, or conspiracy, that results in a 360 degree, turn of events, that allowed, a team of psychopaths, to hyper coalesce in what I refer to one of the largest, heists, transfer of money, scams, charades, cameos, frauds, misrepresentations, and crimes, resulting in everyone, but the persons, who deserve, the acclaim, money, honors, awards and recognition, with those, less skilled, less educated, less worthy, but, out numbering, a small family, with super talent, brains, musical inspiration, tenacity, goals, and dreams, and more than willing to pay the necessary price to achieve and reach those heights, levels and excellence, working for at least 20 years in some cases, to have the fruits of their labors, yanked right out from under their noses, and anointed, on the criminals who perpetrated the crimes in the first place, getting away with it, due to many of the characteristics, traits, and lifestyles, that are mentioned in the list, that I will later include that will help those in authority look at this case in a very different way and put responsibility for crimes, framing of this small family members, taking years to expose, or even know about, with an exacted price, to pay for themes, traditions, values, principles and concepts that this country was not only founded on, but has survived as a world super power for over 240 years. This group, thought they need better, and one family became the vehicle to promote their own vision of the country, world, and meshed with other entities, who had goals that could be seen as less that American, and contrary to the view of most people, foisting thoughts, ideas, values, and tenants, that are foreign and have not proven to work in any current society.
I started to include the list of psychopaths, and someone kept sneezing, and a truck with warning lights, went by, making me look more closely at the list, and realizing that there were several sections, factors, and facets of the list, that might make you, readers, actually, believe that I am the psychopath and they, are now the upstanding, respectable, leaders that you can relate to more, than, my CURRENT, self. And as I looked at the list, I realized that due to what has been done to me, the games, tricks, access, illusions, lies, doubles, transfer of degrees, education, employment, career choices, and you know where I am going with this, they have manipulated, charmed, lied, their ways, into the minds and hearts, even of people, making you actually believe that they were the people who accomplished the feats that you respect, love, acknowledge, paid for, and whatever, when in reality, the total opposite is true, and with the connections, man-power, access have actually, tricked, paid or bribed you into seeing just the reverse of the people, there lives, and the reality of history, and masked the very obvious truth, simply, through smoke screens of common thoughts, like dress for success, fake it til you make it, dress well, tread well, people prefer the rich, thin, and savvy . . . however, if you look at the lives, prior to 2000, the year I was poisoned, you will find a completely other story, not only for me, but for all of the psychopaths that we are dealing with, that are so apparently masking sociopath and psychopathic personality defects, factors and facets . . . they have become the IT people, but not on their own merits.
BEFORE AND AFTER
Back about 20 years ago, I remember seeing a haunting and chilling movie, with, I think William Hurt, and Meryl Streep, who had this perfect life, a beautiful lifestyle, two lovely children, a small farm, with pristine scenery, the epitome of the American dream! One, night, if I can remember the facts of the movie, the teenage son, got drunk, and hooked up with some friends, and a girl, and things got out of hand, or maybe the girl told the kid, she was pregnant, I can't remember, but I do remember, that the girl is murdered, and the son is charged . . . every parent's nightmare. And of course the parents, are furious that the police would even suspect their precious son, but as time and circumstances go on, it if found that, he did in fact, kill the girl. In the process of finding out, who killed the girl, the parents, who were footing the bill for the best attorneys they could afford, which at the time was a fair sum, being both educated and working, I think, but in the course of this battle, through court, and all, and all the pressure on the family, everything goes from being wonderful, with nothing that could make life better, to, nothing that could make life worse . . . that, is roughly, what has happened to me. And it was diabolical psychopaths colluding in a powerful team, against, this unsuspecting victim and her family, being so far the opposite of that mentality . . . so, through, no fault of my own, nor my families, we were all just living our lives, and that is what happened to us . . . a really great life, turned to shit, but not from anything, my little family did, other than, the predators, seeing easy, innocent prey, and working in concert, to go after, what they could not do themselves, and being able to convince, members of the local, state, nation and community, that their accomplishments, music, legal practice, that they stole, was, actually the result of their own, efforts and intelligence, going after their prey, like a lamb to the slaughter. There is a stark contrast, before 2000 and after 2000!
BEFORE
I had a great apartment, on the historical register, close to my work, as general counsel, to the Utah Medical Association, over some three thousand doctors, statewide; I was a professor of family law, undergrad, at the University of Utah, had my own anger management business, with tons of speaking engagements, and was writing programs or legal information for the elderly for a private company out of Provo Utah. I owed a home, in St. George, an investment home, also, purchased to set up, possible residency, with the thoughts of running for the new 4th Congressional District, competing for public office, with people who were courting me, and my boyfriend at the time, fellow attorney, multi-millionaire, with similar ambitions, either running for governor, or attorney general, with the Salt Lake County, Republican leaders wining and dining us, trying to talk one of the couple into running. Greg and I even went to Las Vegas, and for fun, while discussing who should run, and for what office, went to a fortune teller, on the Strip, and the Tarot cards, told us, that Greg would be a more likable attorney general, but I would make the better attorney general, which really was about right. Greg's two brothers, had just been named as entrepreneurs of the year, for the Erickson family business, Orbit Irrigation, or Sprinkler World, with each of the founding brothers wroth about $40 million. Greg actually was the moderator for the Republican Convention, in Salt Lake, in the fall of 1999, before I got poisoned . . . he was the Robert's Rules of Order guy, and I went to watch him perform. VERIFY!
Both daughters were serving America, in the Navy and the Air Force, serving oversees and loving it; the boys, were still young, Chris was living in Salt Lake with me, and Elliot was living with his father, in Provo, and just getting his feet wet in the music world . . . Zeke was a successful city planner, head city planner for Provo City, and all was good. I had perfect credit, was looking to possible buy another home up in Salt Lake, just in case I decided to run for political office. I was thin, beautiful, great cloths, hair, nice figure, and very all about business. Greg, actually, wanted me to look around, Provo, where Elliot was, and were I was at least three times a week, and take pictures of new office buildings, with the idea that he and I would start our own law firm, and I could work if I wanted, or just work on his cases. So, actually life could not be better . . . or so I thought. You already know, what after is like--9 year break in my law practice--and 9 years of others using my name, license, social security, experience and education, taking credit for all my legal contributions--so, I am, in essence, intruding on MY OWN LIFE, but in other people's hands!
AFTER
So, when I put the list down, you will recognize some of those facets and factors, from my blog, very honest blog, but it took me a long time to get her, and based on the reasonable man or woman standard, if you have just had, $700 million dollars worth the cases, stolen, several multi-million dollar cases, right at the settlement stage, clients, with hot cases lined up and waiting, the Supreme Court in your future, very real attorneys, dream to make or have a case that will take you up Mount Everest, so to say, a million dollar house, fulling decorated and furnished, paid for in cash, paying just your plant water girl, $100 per month, and a rockin' law practice . . . all over in a day, to recover, again, with another house . . . but with the forces of psychopathic energy, money to be made, a Mormon president at stake, and with clients, friends, boyfriends, dropping like flies around you, your truck being blown up, cops everywhere, risking you life, to even serve you clients, and a rising body count . . . false imprisonment, clients working against you, bogus warrants, surveillance, and a full frontal attack on all your notorious and cool cases, and a son, who was just coming out with his first of three, Sony record deals . . . the barrage was intense and coordinated, coming at me from all angles, in a gang rape fashion, and the on slot of bogus warrants, enemies colluding, from within and without the home, identity being ripped off, money cards stolen, sister's in your bed, with your fake husband, who both participated in the man, you lover's murdered, another murder you are trying to help save, and an entire, church, extended family, political party, state, government, and all reigning down hell, fire and brimstone, on your head, with you escaping, to save your life, coming back and forth, not wanting to be seen as incompetent counsel, or hurting clients, yet being chased out of every town in less that a day and a half, spending weeks, waiting for money, without gas money, clients owing you tens of thousands, and being glad you are out of the state, so they didn't have to pay bills, and having you property ransacked, vehicles, stolen or blown up . . . blah, blah, blah, and ever apartment, job, blog, email, phone fucked with . . . you might be a bit discouraged, wondering what the point it . . . and then a continual, set up, sting ops, and cops chasing you, thinking the woman YOU are writing about in your blog, Shelley, is actually you, and the cops bitch, Shelley is YOU, with them thinking or going after you, favoring her, lies, and corruption . . . then you can understand!
After taking out, 9 federal agents, investigators and attorneys, pushing the FBI, U.S. attorneys, and others involved in the Medicaid/Medicare up coding and billing frauds, I suddenly because very ill within about 5 second of leaving work, after putting my hands on my are steering wheel, with sudden attacks of not being able to breath, gasping for air, rolling down my window, and being totally out of sorts when I got home, in fact, trying to self-diagnose, thinking I had some kind of sunlight deficiency disease or something, I moved, to Bountiful to be closer to Greg, and later, back to Union Square, for Chris, and for an apartment with window on at least two sides, still not knowing what was wrong with me . . . freaking out, sitting outside, my office, in the sunshine, and going down hill, as fast as the poison could take me, getting daily doses, rather tha the full impact, someone didn't measure how long it would take to kill me! So, I was slowly being poisoned, and eventually collapsed at work! I was told that I would be dead by 2002, had Pick's Disease, I would never work again, and there was NO CURE . . . so basically toast! Nice way to get rid of a smart attorney, pushing the cops and federal cops around, costing powerful men elections, and opening the door, for the fraud broads, to come steal a stellar resume, sweet job history and GREAT NAME, CREDIT, ETC.
Where Were the Master Mind Psychopaths at That Time?
Kay Burningham Buttars Stuart/Stewart?
I didn't know Brett yet, but Kay Burningham was actually working for Greg Erickson, at his law firm in Bountiful, and she begged me to go out with Greg, after meeting me, one night, when she wanted a job with him, having just left her husband, David Buttars, and finding out, that he had been having an affair with an allegedly, Molly Mo, chick from their Boulder Colorado Mo Ward, being attracted to a more devout Mormon Muffin, so Kay left and moved back in with her mother, in Bountiful. David, and new girlfriend, soon, moved in, with new honey, ridding the house of all Kay's stuff, but, all of the sudden, a black, lesbian, gay lover, showed up at David's house, chasing her white girl lover and pulling her hair, and fighting her, with David calling the cops and kicking girlfriend and kids out! LOL! And this is the woman you all want to do? Very interesting . . . you are all actually, in love with me, in her body! LOL! You hired her, because of what I have done, and continue to do, like this blog! LOL! That once I write and post it, the fucking NSA, your buddies and Kay's, makes it look like my blog was posted Pacific time, and one hour later, or sometimes, when the locator is on, the time is Chicago time!
Kay got the job, and me and Greg hit it off. Kay was jealous of the money, Greg's house, and said, you are going to be richer than me! I never even went to Greg's house, to see it for three months, and stayed away from him, until his divorce was final . . . my way, of respecting what he had with Bonnie, obviously Kay, deserved what she got with her husband, David! Kay cheated on Tim Brown, with an attorney, she ended up fucking, right after taking depositions . . . woman is a whore! Then she got back with David, eventually, but cheated on him with the same attorney, who's son teaches at the University of Utah . . . she and Brett were perfect for each other! Once a cheater always a cheater, Shelley fit right in too! Greg fired Kay, right during a trial, in Salt Lake, and I was just watching both of them argue, Kay was nothing to scream about, and I was not impressed at all! Greg must have seen what I did, she was not worth her salt . . . he canned her, and asked me if I would write a motion on something for the judge, filling in for Kay, was she paying me back? I was just helping out . . . I won the motion by the way! Kay hated Greg after that, transferred anger from Greg to me? Was Brett a payback, stealing my jobs, resume, payback, stealing my baby, a payback? Psychopaths are very REVENGEFUL, and never take responsibility for their lives, blame others . . . I guess it was my fault she did a fucking terrible job in court! HA!
Shelley
Dad Southwick, frustrated over Shelley, and having taken care of Shelley and her illegitimate 4 kids, for 7 years, hit a point, that he called all the family, and told none of us, to help her in any way, financially, with kids, jobs, etc., and to just let her go down hill, with years of frustration. I believe it was at this time, Shelley moved back up to Logan, where she had gone to school, and now she was had nobody else to turn to, but Don Anderson, her ex-husband, and I don't know what would have happened, had Shelley not had Don and family support. But, Shelley moved into this very small apartment in Logan, and she started to get thankful and change her selfish ways, and I think, it may have been at this low point in her life, she got involved with the attorney general's office, and the Children's Justice Centers, it seemed like it was the end of Jan Graham's years and going into the Mark Shurtleff years. But, Shelley, started looking beyond herself and started to reach out into the community, and this was a great move for her, she go very into God and seemed to be moving right along.
I was quite shocked that Shelley had hooked up with the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and the Children's Justice Centers had just started about the time I left the AG's office, right about 1998, when I was hired away from the AG's office, by the Utah Division of Aging. So, I think, Shelley's work on the Justice Centers, put her, right in the right place, and with some experience and connections, both with the attorney generals office and also with the Division of Securities, she seemed to get everything taken care of, but also the perfect place to move in, when I got poisoned. This seemed to be the lynch pin or the changing point, role reversal . . . now all of the sudden I was going to die, and Shelley was getting her life together, making connections with the cops, which seemed more like she had become a cop! After I was diagnosed with a mental level of a 5 year old, is when all the suspicious double stuff started, and every time I would take a walk, and the cops would stop me, to see if I was okay, they would always call Shelley?
One time, she was trying to get guardianship over me, and when I saw the lies, she had written the court, I refused to show up. She claimed, and here are the lies, starting, about my life to discredit me, she said that I was raped by 8 Burmese guys in Salt Lake . . . no, I as friends with a guy who worked for Ace Sushi, setting up the sushi bar in Logan and we would hang out, and sometimes he like to play poker with his friends, so we would go to dinner at their houses, they would all cook up a storm and they treated me like a queen, always making me take the first bite of everything, in honor. My friend did like me, but I barely touched him let alone do anything with any of them, just cards, while I would watch Burmese music videos, that were really cool, I liked them. Ken was always good for a ride and a dinner, we had fun, but just something to do. When I didn't show up to court the judge dropped the case, but Shelley put an APB out on me, and cops surrounded me, and said that Shelley was worried about me and I said, she just saw me 3 hours ago!
This really shocked me, the cops took me to the Logan Police Department and threatened to put me in jail, if I didn't agree to go on Meds! What? And what the hell, is Shelley telling the cops what I will and will not do, and making me go on meds, which is exactly what started the weight gain. Shelley had a friend, who got on meds and gained 80 pounds the first year! I think this was a plan to get me to put on weight so nobody would recognize me! And is worked! I was on them for about a year, to avoid jail, which is illegal, then I went off of them and my family tried to force me again, through a hearing, then ended up in the state hosptial. Shelley seemed to be the grand poohpa, from that point on, getting my license suspended when I was not driving, and she became very abusive, and started to create or try to create a criminal and mental health record, I found the file in her drawer once . . . she acted like she cared, wanted me to go to NAMI, and was trying to make it look like I was mentally ill, rather than what I had been diagnosed with, a terminal brain disease! Shelley also had copies of my medical records, from Dr. Foote, she was not my attorney, nor was she a lawyer, or me, the only ways you can get medical records . . . I believe she was acting like she was me, even though, Dr. Mark Foote knew me, hated me, from my AG days when I was training docs and he invited me to the UMA psychiatric association meeting and we all go tin a huge ass argument on reporting domestic violence . . . many enemies, many foes, many jealous, many wanted me out of the picture, I was using the law against everyone, in a good way, enforcement way!
I was surprised that Shelley was in constant contact with the cops and they seemed to be at her beckon call, at all times! She would often, just one a whim, put me in the Hospital Behavioral Health Unit . . . crating this false criminal and mental patient? Go figure, she was trying to steal my life, and was doing it with the help of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, the feds by now, with the FBI in on the fraud unit investigations . . . the perfect storm, of events to help her steal my identity! Shelley was given by my father, my driver's license and social security card . . . later I found, that she had a copy, years later, after I left Brett, and I was shocked! THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T JUST COME IN AND TAKE MY LIFE AWAY FROM ME, BECAUSE I WAS ENFORCING THE LAWS AGAINST THEM!
But I Think That Is Exactly What They Did . . . Shelley Was to Be ME! GET RID OF ME! THAT IS A BIG TIME CRIME!
BRETT WAS A SMALL TIME PUNK, FACTORY WORKER, LIVED IN A HORSE BARN HE WAS CONVERTING TO A HOUSE . . . BUT HE DID SEEM TO HAVE SOME CONNECTION WITH THE COPS? HE MAY HAVE BEEN A SERIAL KILLER? HE KIND OF HAS A CHARLIE MANSON CHARISMA . . . TEAM WITH THE TWISTED SISTER, KAY AND YOU HAVE SINISTER WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!
I WAS THE RESPECTABLE ONE!!!! THEY WERE ALL LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROLE REVERSAL WITH MONEY, RESUME, PRESTIGE, MUSIC, CONNECTIONS, ACCESS, AND HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
