North Korean Leader, Young Kim Jong Un, Age 32, Just Called the United States Out . . . Nukes?

Okay, the most persuasive way to convince someone of your position, is through: (1) facts, (2) statistics, and (3) examples.  We are going to look at a real live example, that it taking place right now, in foreign affairs.  If you were to chose, of the candidates, you know of so far, given their experience, backgrounds, knowledge, influence, expertise, and powers, who would you chose?  One of the reasons, former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, now presidential candidate, failed to even mark, other than to note policy, which was not violated, just didn't worry about that minor details, much, was the fact that there were so many pressing issues that needed to be attended to.  Presidents, and other officers of the United States, hopefully can rely on staff, IT people, competent in those area, which, are generally not the strong point for people of this level and age, really.  I am 60 and started practicing law at age 40, and the last thing on my mind, was some computer policy.  Some have asked, Hillary, if that was a lapse in judgement, that should reflect on her ability to govern?  Well that all depends on who's ultimate responsibility it was to set up the servers, were there choices of options, was time taken to vet the Secretary into those details of the office?  The government is a large organization with many people involved in pulling the operations of the United States off, and if all runs well, like parts of the body, cogs in a machine, each part has a function, and for the whole to work, the individual parts must work.  As an assistant attorney general, dealing with a million things to learn, my computer was last on my list of worries, that was were I relied and trust the AG's IT people, totally, being the technological light weight that I am . . . in the law, a heavy weight, but that is my area of expertise.

So here we have a hot-headed, world leader, or public minister, who is only 32 years old . . . many virtues come with age, someone, who is influenced by former basketball player, while a good one, and championship team member, contemporary with Michael Jordon, Dennis Rodman.  Now, this, who in the candidates, right now, is best to take on this guy, who murdered his own uncle?  My thoughts after listening, actually, for the first time, to Donald Trump, the TV sensation, with alleged 65 to 70% of the viewers from last nights audience, rating as the winner, was that he reminds me of a junk yard dog attorney!  These attorneys, when you went against them, relied on reputations, their ability to bully, posture, were known as blowhards, and didn't necessarily know the law, but were able to back down, less forceful attorneys, and buffalo the courts and judges.  But, I had a case, actually, the first time I ever went to court, and my boss at the attorney generals office, over health care issues, decided to sacrifice the new attorney on the alters of this junkyard, hard nosed, bit pull of an attorney, saving the reputations of the more seasoned attorneys, who didn't give me too hoots in hell chance of winning.  

This guy had practiced for about 27 years, was considered unbeatable.  I won!  I remember my skirt shaking, as I addressed the court, notes in hand, and unsure of my new job, and the rules of court at this point, going to law school to do legislation, not trial work, but I am game for about anything . . . but, I laid out the facts and the law of the case for the judge, and applied the law to the individual facts, just like I had been taught in law school . . . and it worked!  My big boss, Billy Walker, over the whole department, and the division boss, over just the health care section, were shocked and pleased, and then assigned me the task of writing a law filled letter to the rest of the defense bar, whom had refused to pay back, the state, for covering, uninsured or under insured persons, who had needed medical care, generally, due to an unforeseen accident. 

Look at Training, Background, Education, Experience, and Yes, Resume'

I got to a TV late last night, so I missed the actual debate, but as usual, the news, took clips, and did their political punditing, beating a dead horse to death, only to pick it up, again this morning, because I fell asleep, with the TV on, and woke to the thing blasting last nights results, opinions, quotes, highlights, so I am sure, I didn't miss much of the long drawn out, 3 hour debate, but got just the meat of the ordeal.  But, the first thing that hit me over the head, after the debate last night, and some Republican commentator, was, they said, this election is NOT about resumes . . . What the fuck . . . are you kidding?!!!!!  Did we not learn as a nation, as a party, the Republican party most of all, that was crying in its soup, for years after the 2008, elections, with little known, but surely a personality star, and TV ratings queen, but, couldn't even finish her term as governor in Alaska, Sarah Palin, that the office, one of the most powerful offices on earth, if not being one heart beat away from the most powerful man or women in the free world, that EXPERIENCE MATTERS!!!!!  Big viewer ratings, do not a good leader make!  I think all it took, was for Katie Curic to ask Palin, a simple question, that most of us could answer, What newspapers to you read?  And Sarah, could not answer, to the shock, horror, and chagrin of the public.  Oh, come on?

Like I said, I worked in a political office of the government, so I know what it takes to run the place or a place, much smaller than the United States of America, and you need to know your stuff!  After I was one year on the job, with the Utah Prosecution Council, Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, I was promoted, into a position, about two levels below the attorney general, in the administration of her office, and that was an eye opener.  I was put over 13 staff, 1800 volunteers, statewide, and over saw, three programs within the attorney generals office . . . this is small potatoes compared to being either president or V.P.!  I can't even imagine, and I was horrified, that a small town mayor, made the jump to governor, and even more horrified, that she would be considered for V.P.  And, my predictions proved out . . . there is a difference between running a state, which is pretty good training for running for the presidency, there is a difference between running a company than running a country, and there is a difference in the type of experience, that ones needs to step into those shoes . . . however, I was very impressed with Carly Fiorini, not necessarily during the debates, as the pundits were, but, in her interview on the Morning Joe Show, which, however, had commented that CNN just played the Trump TV Ratings game for numbers, and they, up on the wall had a huge ass picture of the Trumpster!!!  But, Fiorini, was asked some tough questions, not about her career in being CEO of Hewlett Packer, but dealing with the Syrian situation, dealing with Assad, and she actually had some very sound solutions!  Very impressive to say the least.

• we should not have done the Iran Nuke deal . . . what do you propose in its place?  War, continued sanctions that are hurting the people of the nation?  A continued standstill, without inspection and an agreement?
• on immigration, Hispanic people love me . . . build a fence.  But, I have many Hispanic friends, see the numbers.  What are your exact recommendations to Congress on immigration, so they can reform our current policy on naturalization and citizenship?  Remember in the qualifications of the president, it is to make recommendations to Congress that you see are "necessary and expedient."  You are just going to tell us that you have friends, they like you, and you are going to deport them all, make them come back in the country legally, and build a fence that is going to cost what?
• on Veteran's affairs, just get them the medical help they need, when they need it . . . really, it is really that simple?  Do we need new policies, new money, new appropriations, changes in administration, or staff, possibly, cut back on the wars, America gets into, because we have just come out of the longest number of years, that we have been engaged in war, maybe think what war, does to the VA hospitals, that maybe a glut in service men and women, needing services, has fucking doubled, because of the two extended wars, and military engagements all over the world
• we are gong to build up the military to the largest and most powerful it has ever been, so we don't have to ever use it.  I guess the world bully role works?  Tell that the relatively, world mass thinking, North Korea . . . how many nukes will it take to cause world war III?  And how large does the country have to be to get all of us into a war?  Think, think, think!
• on women's issues . . . don't bleed from every pore, better have a pretty face, or we will not look at you, we will consider relationships with ambassadors and public ministers, if their wives are good looking!  Who is behind the Trumpster's policies?k  THE CIA?  This is how they think, the BOOBY PRIZE ALWAYS WINS!!!!!  THE CHEERLEADERS WIN!!!!! YEAH!!!!!  Good God, we need women of substance, class, style, stamina, character, grace, kindness and strength, and like men, generally, the young, don't have it, yet!  Now, Heidi Klum, is not longer a 10, according to Trump, who has not looked in the mirror for decades, because he is not so HOT himself!

Of any of the candidates, Carly Fiorina, and I am talking serious contenders, for the position, is looking like the most competent and most able to handle Hillary.  One of the news commentators, made the comment, that New Hampshire, has two female senators and a female governor!  Isn't it about time, that we judge a person on their qualifications, their resume, their character, their knowledge . . . you see the reason, the Republicans, don' want this race or election to be about resumes, is that, they know damned well that Hillary is Queen and King, she is the 800 pound elephant in the room, the one with the most experience by far . . . hell, she probably knows Un personally, and has worked with him.  One of the things that I was very impressed with Hillary, in her recent interview with hard core, reporter and interviewer, Andrea Mitchell, was her very cautious terminology, statements, contemplation on those questions and her response to them, because, she said, and probably knows, from experience, that your statements, taken on or off the record, will and can come back to haunt you, and she said, that public ministers and other world leaders, will hold you to your statements, and they do make a difference.  Trump, Mitt, changed their positions like they changed their underwear, or to the crowd they are playing to!

Women Are Their Own Worst Enemies!  You Want Your Issues Represented, Vote for Someone Who has Been There . . . Not Some Blow Hard Asshole Bully!  Or Do You Like Being Abused? Raped? Assaulted? Denigrated on Your Looks, Bleeding From Every Orpheus of Your Body is Cool!  Seriously?

Rachel Maddow, just did an episode, lately, last week sometime, about Donald Trump's speech and visit to the USS IOWA, an old battleship.  Some guy, who is an attorney from North Dakota, who advised his female candidate, into 12 felony violations of elections laws, with penalties, of up to 20 years in prison, but who claims to have or represents some fancy name for two organizations, that have to do with the military, but appearing to represent 100,000 vets, when in reality, when Rachel checked the facts, one of the things I love about her, and found that, actually, this attorney, or organized this fund raiser, not for Trump, but Trump for him, was the only fucking member of both of these organizations, that Trump was claiming, had hundreds of thousands of members!  You will find in the shallow world of TV, business, and whatever, hopefully, not running the country, that the dress for success, make it til you make it, runs deep and wide. That is exactly the type of mentality, that would take a flight attendant, dress them like a lawyer, and replace the real attorney, valuing nothing more than the fucking suit she is wearing that makes her look like a laywer.

You may want to look at Trump's wife, that is probably more telling of his philosophy of women, Silicone Barbie . . . to be seen, but not heard, if she even had anything intelligent to say!  Think, think, think . . . this is not Hollywood, where fake shit abounds, it is running the nation, taking care of business, both here and abroad, no pun intended.  Trump is a freak show phenomena, a TV rating king and that is where his experience and expertise comes from, he should be good, he has been doing it along time.  But, is he fit to be president, to turn the navy and the army, to appoint qualified people to department and agency positions.  Or is he going to have the next candidate for the United States Supreme Court, but on a fucking swimming suit to be considered.  Justice Ruth Ginsberg is going to be retiring soon, or sometime in the future, as are several of the men, what is going to be Trumps criteria for his selection and nomination?  It might help, if someone is trained in the law, who knows how to execute with faithfulness the laws!  Like it or not, legal training is a huge ass plus, and comes in handy for about anything.
