Power, Passion and Politics . . . Kathy Augustin (R. Nevada)
I was shocked to see how much, Kathy looked like me, dressed like I used to dress and fit the personality traits, of me, especially, early on in my legal career! Early in her life, right after high school, I believe, Kathy got an internship, back in Washington, D.C., and got hooked on politics. She was living the Republican Dream, a rising star, showing up, everywhere, and in everything, much as I did, hit the ground running, like a wrecking ball, and everywhere she went, she lit up the room. She first ran for state controller, and won, I believe 4 different times. She was very much a type A personality, driven, smart, organized, ambitious, in all areas, of her life, but in her personal relationships. She had two failed marriages, and thAe third seemed like a charm, with a guy who took he in stride, joking that she had to be in control of everything, so he just rolled with it; however, eventually, politics and stress, put strain on the marriage, and the marriage was about to dissolve, when her husband died of a heart attack, suddenly.
Kathy was an idealist, and a romantic, and had certain, ideas of how love and marriage should go, and while at the hospital, she met, her soon to be 4th husband, and married him, a short, three weeks or three months after her third husband died. Eventually, the politician, died, I believe, by age, 46 . . . exact age I was, when I got my alleged terminal brain disease, and at the height of power, passion and politics, being courted by the Republican Party to run for attorney general, but, holding back, because I was more interested in the soon to be created 4th Congressional seat . . . but, out of the blue, Kathy, died of a heart attack. Note, I keep, accidentally, typing the word, or name, Kay, rather than Kathy . . . and, as I said in the title, Kay Baby, with total family, approval, as the family who slays together, stays together, could claim, but unless, Kay, 5'4" with a pug face, pug, round nose, brown haired, with male pattern baldness, short, no ass, brown eyes, looks like the women you see, in the 48 Hours true crime show, then you are either, blind, stupid, or a liar, or, a last alternative, Kay had extensive, plastic surgery, and, believe me, or ask Rachel, if you don't, this slaying family, is way into doing whatever it takes, to steal my name, my past, my resume, so they can keep their hands on MY BLOG, AND MY SON'S BAND . . . or they got the way of Sonia/Shelley and Dameon/Jesse/Isaac, and head to jail! LOL!
Autopsy Found a Puncture Mark On Kathy's Ass . . . And Traces She Was Poisoned! This is Where Our Stories, Start to Part . . .
Kathy was the picture of health, just two weeks before the alleged heart attack, she was not a sickly person, very healthy, strong, and fit, so the heart attack didn't make sense, nor did the puncture wound on her butt, that was found, after the death. As the autopsy results came back, a long medical term, for a poison, I am going to just call, SUCC, because that is the short name for the poison, was evidenced by the report and what was found in her blood and urine! The problem, with me, it hat I didn't die, so there was no way to detect, poison, in my system, it was 9 years later, when several former police officers, turned, private investigators, told me, point blank, that I had been poisoned! They even told me, what it was, poisonous, African Tree Frog Gum, remember the old, Tarzan movies, with the pygmies shooting poisonous darts at the white man? yeah, and these guys, even told me where I contacted the poison, on my car steering wheel . . . contact, was potent, but, I stopped, just minutes from leaving my office, at the Utah Medical Association, nice place to have tons of guys would could have access to this or other poisons, and put in on my steering wheel . . . in Kathy's case, she was married to a nurse practitioner, who made the fatal mistake of actually telling one of the other nurses, that some guy, arrested for the shooting death of his wife, just days before, Kathy died, or was killed, this nurse, 4th husband, said, that guy did it all wrong, all he should have done, was shoot her with, a little SUCC! He also said he hated his wife, was on dating sites, and adding that with the only person at he house or with access, even given the many political enemies, and some who had given her threats, nobody else was in the house at the time of the death, so the guy got convicted and jailed for 67 years! or something like that!
I was hoping the story line would take another route, because, mine, went, the other route, many people took that the murder was politically motivated, and several friends, came forward and mentioned, that Kathy was going to expose, political corruption, slush funds, hush money, and other bribes, she found, in her position as state controller, and she may have been state treasurer, at the time of her death. People either loved her, or they hated her, she was either, a brilliant politician or a cold blooded opportunist . . . that would probably depend, on whether, the person making the assessment, was pro-woman or anti-woman! Kathy had confided, in some friends, who were also political, that she had crossed some of the good ol' boys club, and one of them, had even threatened her, and pushed her up against a wall, and told her, if she were to expose them, then . . . implying, bodily harm! I had exposed many political ills in the state, from cops covering domestic violence, to doing it themselves, some cops, in an ethics speech to cops, came and told me cops in central Utah, were getting away with murder, I killed asset forfeiture, that was, I believe at the root of Washington and Iron County, cops, prosecutors and judges, who were former prosecutors, gang raped me and just up and took my house, because, they could see, I would, win at a state level, as I had at a federal court level on the house, or it could have been taking out 9 federal agents, pushing around sheriffs, other cops, during, trials, and serving the attorney generals office as a victim advocate . . . there were tons of reasons before I got poisoned, and tons of reasons to kill me since, reactivating, my law license, October 1, 2009, to take a $357 million securities case against the state of Utah, which is the state of Mormon! followed by the $56.7 million Iron County Corruption case, and about another $400 million, with cases, lined up and waiting, and a son, who's band, hard rock band of 2008, was just about ready to release the first of 3 CD's with Sony! Come the fuck on . . . what Kathy threatened to do, was small potatoes to me! Kay is jack shit nothing to me, but at least she was and attorney . . . should have had her license yanked for fucking opposing counsel, 10 minutes after taking depositions! Those pesky, little ethics and professional responsibility rules . . . hell, with the backing of the Mo Church, my family, with a new general authority and all the rich connections in the ward, not to mention, my father serving in the high priests with Hank Brock, and knowing the father of my other client, Jay Rice, Bob Rice money, Rice/Eccles Football Stadium at the U of U, where I taught . . . tangles all over the place, from Mitt Romney, to what the fuck ever! EASY TO SEE!

There could not be a better visual, and obvious, portrayal of Shelley and her, two sons, her henchmen, Jesse, who, lived with Shelley for at least 4 years, along with his wife, Tiffany, and son, Jayden, and later, with Isaac, being just as dependent, but also a partner in crime as, Jesse and Tiffany, now divorced, with Isaac taking Jesse's place, after the family split apart, but, Shelley/Sonia in the true crime show, with mother and son, in a murderous plot to kill, his ex-wife, who had lived, with both mother and son, who had a sick relationship, almost tender like lovers, dependent, with mommy dearest, being very controlling, and almost finishing her son's sentences, as she placed herself, between, Nicole, later, murdered by the two, with her own children in the car . . . with grandma, calling them, her boys, blindfolding, the boys, telling them, they were pirates, trying to block their view, from their father, not only shooting their mother, who had divorced him, and won custody, against both the grandmother and the father, but, had limited visits, but had agreed to meet them, and exchange the kids, as required by law, but pretending the gunshots were all part of the game!
I loved the names of the sheriff, who went after the sick mother and son duo, his name was, Ben Payton, and that is one of the symbols of my son, can't remember, exactly why, some signs go back 15 years, in origin, but he without back up, and without much guidance, knew the pair and was sure they had killed this sweet girl, and tracked them down, relying on others from the county attorney, who had spies inside the jail cells, named, Don Ellis . . . Don Anderson is the alleged father of Jesse, but it could also show, Isaac, the alleged son of Don, but, also, claimed to be Elliot, in stealing the music and touring the world with the fake band! The con artist who was playing and passing notes to Sonia, Shelley, was pissed off, because, he said, being a con man himself, that she was so good, she was in his head in minutes, making him believe the cops had an innocent woman and her son, and someone else must have done the murders, until he talked to the county attorney, who had struck up a friendship with the small time con man, who was not going to played by some con artist woman, and he turned the tables on her, played her, used all his charm and skill, to even strong arm, her into a confession, telling him, what she and her son did, the date they planned to do it, and she drew a map where the murder weapon, which was her other son's gun, was buried in the chicken coop!
This man's name was, Burtis Taylor or Brutis Taylor . . . wasn't Brutis, the Roman, who betrayed Ceasar? plunged a sword in him, killing him . . . if anyone deserves this honor, of playing Shelley and Isaac, it would be ELLIOT! LOL! The guy was more than willing to help the country attorney, and said, never in his wildest dreams, could he even fathom killing a person, let alone the mother of his children or grandchildren! Thank god for good people! Sonia, was going to use the money, she got, from taking out an insurance policy, on the murder victim, for $50,000 . . . THAT WOULD BE SHELLEY TO A TEE! The mother-son(s) duo, set a record for the shortest time, for a jury to deliberate on a murder trial, 38 minutes! LOL . . . it generally looks better for a defendant, the longer the jury deliberates!
The Murder of Kari Baker, The Pastor's Wife!
Once, my second husband, Jerry Owens, served in a Mormon Bishopric, and all three of the Mormon ward, leadership, were having affairs on their wives! He was so disgusted, that he almost left the church, because these were the men, who preached clean and did dirt! Much as the man in this true crime show or case did. He was a young pastor, who was charged with the sudden death of the wife, he claimed was a suicide. At first, the husband, who was questioned, admitted to having a friendship with some new member of his church. Once the sheriff or one of the cops, heard this, they wondered, always a tale tale sign of trouble. Kari's parents, were convinced that this son-in-law had murdered their daughter, claiming she was depressed, over a child who died, from some complications at birth, but she had two other children the parents, knew their daughter would never leave. As the cops questioned the husband, and his alleged, friend, he told them, there was nothing more than a friendship . . . but, over time, the friend, admitted to cops, who stayed on her, seeing she might talk, and tell the truth.
Eventually, the truth came out, he had, kissed her, brought her into his home, way before the wife's alleged death, and he told her, that he not only was going to kill his wife, but after, told her he had killed his wife. But, due to the fact that he was a preacher, and popular, in the community, he threatened her, that if she ever left him, and then he implied, she would regret it. So, as long as this manipulator got his way, she felt okay, but leaving him, she went immediately to the police. Even after that, the couple, seen together shortly after the death, lied to the cops, lied to the press, and lied to their attorney! Who, after he learned the truth, which led to the conviction, said, he wished he never took the case, believed this guy, 100% and admitted the guy was so good at lying, pathological liars are good, and they are charming, and they are liked . . . but he said, and recommended, after he learned the client had lied, that he get another attorney. But the client, wanted him, he was well known, and the judge refused to let the attorney off the case, but he said, I gave him, legally, the best defense, I could by law, but he said, I had not heart in the case, and could not stand it!
Going back to Sween Todd or Brett Todd Stewart/Stuart . . . before I left him, he was fucking Kay, and while I was at Shelley's house, he was fucking Shelley! All three of the main, ring leaders, originally, going after my name and reputation, with Utah attorney generals, all three, Jan, Mark and John's approval and support, with all three of them, not only knowing, me, but knowing me well professionally, so very fucked up! And not mistake, on the stolen identity with state sanction, which meant, church sanction, and family sanction! I think, once Brett asked me, if I knew of any women, I felt, where in my class or level of women, professionally, personally, and beauty wise . . . no, I was at my worth, and before I got poisoned, nobody, would have taken, either Kay or Shelley over me, as evidenced, by Greg Erickson, not only being disgusted by Kay, thinking she was entirely inappropriate, joining me and him, in his office, that he now partnered with Kay, coming in, sitting on the floor like a child, so he could look down her shirt, in open competition, with me, who she lined up, to get the job, Greg wanting to date me, after meeting me, but Kay, doing leg stretches, pulling her leg behind her head, in a sexual way, showing her flexibility, that must have worked before, but, both Greg and I, were rolling our eyes, and this alleged attorney, cheerleader, and her sexual ploys . . . but it worked before! Well, Kay's little pouts and open, I'm jealous, flirting, and whatever, worked, while I was as disgusted as I had been with Greg! But, psychopaths understand their language, and physical attraction and sex, are everything, and it worked, there is not right and wrong with these people, so, stealing a friend's husband, or s sister's husband, was all Part of the FUN!
I told Brett after the psycho male/female arranged, alleged girl weekend, with Brett never, of course, getting a hold of his friend in Salt Lake to stay with for the weekend, that he could have her . . . and judged from, his heightened interest in helping her with all kinds of home projects, which made me sick, and Kay, being totally worn out in the morning, to add up to, with Brett knowing his wife, slept very soundly, without the nightly meletonin pills, but, with them dead sleep, and there was a direct back stairs, going from our guest room, up tho Kay's room! Brett wanted a Cat fight, but, I don't Cat fight, I told him, He could have her . . . and that pissed him, off to the point he almost killed us, almost wrecking the truck, on our way after a planned and arranged, date for the two who had met, a week or so earlier, over dinner at her alleged fiance's house in Logan! I didn't want him after that, and that bothered him, and I got rid of him, kicking him out of our family Easter vacation, and I am sure, he stopped at Kay's on the way back home . . . he hit Shelley up, after I left him!
The Church Cover-up For Sins . . . The Last Murder! or Confession!
I briefly mentioned the episode of the murdering Father Fiet or Father Fight . . . which is true for me, but, this cover-up, in the Catholic Church, who has a long history of covering the crimes and abuses of children, is not new, nor it is new to the Mormon Church who has been sued for Boy Scout Leaders molesting young men, and other abuse issues, and I am sure, now, because, I saw this time and time again, when I was onto Leon Sorenson's trail, former boss when I was poisoned, he quickly retired and left on a Mormon mission, as a mission president if I recall, sometime around, 2000. Later, when, I ran into Reed Richards, former, chief deputy assistant attorney general, who lost the 2000 elections, right when I got poisoned, with me pushing, about 27 male cops, from local to FBI, getting 9 feds fired, so bad blood from way back, then, later, with all the house mess, the cars and my truck being sabotaged, and sheriff's being involved in messing with my property, and with the sheriff's constable, taking orders to seize my house without cause, or crime, other than, Shelley and her co-conspirator son, Isaac, who had to profit, not only from again, stealing my I.D. and cases, aided and abetted by the federal courts themselves, but, Isaac following mom's orders, bringing in marijuana, and a gun, while I was off practicing law in 5 states, while Shelley sat on her ass, 24/7, and had full supervisory powers over her son . . . and claimed that she and Rachel, had a $33,000 judgment against them, they just failed to tell their attorney sister about? And Shelley claiming, the day before I was to fly to Denver to argue the $357 million lawsuit, that, the Constable, Jean Dickson, thought that she, Shelley, was Me, JoAnn . . . which was pure bull sht, she had met me several times, and had been in my office, had seen me at my desk, and said she was taking orders from the boys up north, AG Shurtleff, Swallow, chief deputy and I believe, backed by Reed Richards, who was at the time, Director of the Utah Sheriff's Association, but later, when I started connecting him to the case, he also, was whisk off to a Mormon Mission!
Church cover-up is KEY to this case, because the cover-up can go all the way back and permeate Washington, D.C. through the intelligence community, with 70% over-representation of Mormons worldwide!
