• Bernie Sanders' fans and voters, Hillary Clinton, just won, the popular vote in the state of Washington, 56% to Sanders 46 or something; however, the state delegates gave 74 delegate votes to Bernie and only 27 to Hillary!  Fairness matters, so how do you explain this one?  I think Bernie should lighten up on Senator and DNC Chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz!  Calling for her resignation, because, she is a former supporter of Hillary Clinton? and she made some comment, that violence should never be tolerated?  Am I missing something here?  Schultz, might have gotten one side of the story, which she is likely to get, given the fact that there are leaders in the Democratic Party, who were stopped from speaking, booed, and disrespected . . . just like what I told the protesters outside the Trump rally in California, no violence, burning of paper, throwing rocks, qualifies, under the U.S. Constitution, as a first amendment right, that is conditioned on, peacefulness standards!  Reasonable people, both inside the same political party as well as those in opposing political parties, have to give people a chance to express their first amendment rights to speak!  Whether you like what they say, like them as people, or even want to hear what they have to say . . . they still have a right to be in your city, your state, and your nation!  I think, candidate Trump, has come close to hate speech, and needs to watch crossing lines that are not part of a free society, with freedom of religion, rights, protections, and tolerance for all! but, he is learning . . . asked on what he should do with President Obama's gender identity, bathroom choice, he got smart, and said, that he thinks it ought to be left up to the states--good answer, Mr. TRUMP!  That is a constitutional response that has some merit!  He said, that it needed to be debated and decided by the state legislatures!  The 10th amendment, remembering that, it was the original 9 to 13 states, that created the federal government, based, on the fact that they already had, state governments formed, decided to make a UNION of state, called the United States of America, and combine their efforts, and power, as the country grew and changed; therefore, the language of the 10th amendment, is pretty clear, in and of itself, but, taken in the total context of the entire document, including the preamble, the powers and duties of government branches, being outlined in the first three articles of the U.S. Constitution: (1) the legislature is in article one . . . why? we have a republican or representative government--that is how, the caucus or primary delegates can vote for Bernie, even though, Hillary won the popular vote, and state!  We have representatives in Congress, who are close to the people in their states, and have to answer to the people who elected them, and they should reflect the values, morals, standards, of the party politics in their state!  And if the people don't like it, they can vote them out, next election!  So, the people always have a say, maybe not directly, other than they can lobby, and the elected officials, 70% only want to get re-elected, and they can be persuaded by the dictates, whims and wishes of their constituents . . . so, use our voice, your power, your vote . . . YOU MATTER!  The issue of gender choice or identity in bathrooms, is sticky, and there are what 13 or so states, who are challenging President Obama's edict, on bathroom choice, and that is the states' rights, the beauty of the Constitution . . . the 10th amendment, states, that any power or duty, that is not, EXPRESSLY, given to the federal government, by the states and the people, is retained by them!  States have traditionally been responsible for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of their states; however, when states, start to discriminate against the due process or equal protection, of the citizens in this country, denying rights and privileges, whatever they are, the federal government, can step in as the agent of general welfare, of its citizens, to protect, minorities, under the 14th amendment, and as of late, there are many states, that have started to pass, discriminatory laws, masked as anti-discrimination laws, under freedom of religious practise?  If God is love, and you are commanded, not legislated to LOVE YOUR FELLOW MEN, ETC., are you not violating your religious beliefs, if you discriminate, based on gender, sex, transgender, or know where, they feel most comfortable going to the bathroom? or do we denigrate, some one's personal identity, and turn it over to mobocracy, which is what the founding fathers worried about, creating a pure democracy, going, not according to elected representatives who can listen to testimonies, statements, experts, getting an insider's look at the issue, and then, stand in the shoes of their constituents, even voting against their wishes, seeing that the masses can be asses, and when all is considered and done, hopefully, the representatives do the right thing, which is always to do the right thing, and sometimes, that is to vote with a greater knowledge and understanding of the events or the situations!  The beauty of a republican form or representative form of government . . . hopefully we elect people we trust, can believe in to vote right, after all the issues, education, understanding is in, and even have the GUTS, to oppose the will of the people!

Secrist, J.D., attorney for the outraged, although, the government stole my black computer, at my house in St. George, Utah, the day before, I was to argue in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, May 9, 2011, so, all my emales, whoops, too revealing in who did what for why, my emails, that were laced with all my constitutional analysis, emails on my cases, explaining to clients, technicalities in the law, taking issues, of interest or that were of merit in the cases, and giving detailed expose's on constitutional law, and rights and protections as they pertain to the case, or issues of interest to the public, or to states, to friends, contracts were included, but a shit load of information!  How do you think the chicks, trying to be me, got educated, enough to at least, know more than the lay public, passing themselves off as attorneys . . . they were trained by the #2 civil rights attorney, in the nation at the time!  Shit, we just covered case law in law school, so most of this knowledge, other than a SURE FOUNDATION, was personal pursuit and intellectual curiosity, watching C-SPAN, hold Senate confirmation hearings, for Supreme Court Justices, learning from them, or seeing Senator Hillary Clinton, handle the Senate when she was vetted and confirmed to be Secretary of State . . . she never missed as beat! not in 8 fucking hours of testimony and grilling! Justice Sotomayor, took three days of brutal questions, and the only time she lost an endorsement, like by the NRA, so she is in good company with Hillary, is when that made a jack ass withdrawal of their endorsement, because, she was true to the Constitution, had fidelity to the law, and refused to say that the Heller decision, that was the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling, allowing the DISTRICT of Columbia, NOT A STATE, which is where the right to bear arms comes from, to have guns, in the District, legally for the first time!  She was absolutely RIGHT, the NRA was absolutely wrong!  A mere little woman!  My God!  I never saw her, miss on issue, and she, also, like Hillary, had the best credentials, with the longest time on the federal bench of ANY NOMINEE TO THE U.S. SUPREME COURT!  A lot of PARALLELS between Sonja and Hillary . . . Sarah Palin, who had just resigned as a quiter, as Governor of Alaska, which she did at the same time, that these two finely prepared, public servants, for life, were being sworn in . . . all in the same week, I think, as memory serves!  Before I became a trail attorney, not long after these hearings, actually later in the year, October 1, 2009, after a 9 year, hiatus from the law, formerly being an ivy tower attorney, working cushy government jobs at the top of the state of Utah, rather than getting my hand dirty, fighting in the trenches, but, I took to HEART, the examples of these two extraordinary women, role models, both attorneys, both servants, both around for years, and I watched their dedication, their knowledge and understanding of the law and the nation, the issues, learning a shit load from them, and if I questioned, I went to the Constitution or the law books, until I understood where they were coming from, 32 pages of notes, from Justice Sotomayor . . . but, I firmly grasped and loved, her statement, over and over again, and would to GOD ALL Judges, had FIDELITY TO THE LAW! Most of them, have the ass kissing, rule of dumb asses!  I never took a case, I didn't think I could WIN, nor took money, when I knew the LAW or the CONSTITUTION, was not behind their cause or case!  I had judge, who I could smack in the face with the LAW, THE CONSTITUTION, the RULES OF PROCEDURE, AN APPEAL, and have them totally throw the CONSTITUTION, the only thing they took an oath to preserve, protect and defend, out of their COURTROOMS!  FUCK YOU BASTARDS . . . 

THAT IS WHY THIS BAD ASS CON LAW CHICK, TOTALLY FAITHFUL TO THE LAW, THE CONSTITUTION, IS HOMELESS IN MONTANA!

AND I CAN'T THINK OF A BETTER REASON TO BE SO!

P.S., the next generation of freedom fighters . . . last night, I was walking back from the Break and CB's club, after listening to the news, which I love about the bar!  But, as I got to the corner of St. Patrick's Hospital, this young college age girl, young woman, stopped me, and she, was visibly upset, asked if I had a cell phone, she could use, and I told her yes, and I asked her what was wrong?  She told me that, she is a political activist, and has a degree, in something to do with the environment, and natural resource management, which my daughter has a master's degree in, and she said, that as of late, she has felt impressed that she needs to be, more politically active, so she started to research and write some stuff, about her passions, and her feelings, coming from a very educated background of her field of study, saying she just felt one with the environment, and she was taking action, talking to people, speaking out, and the reason she didn't have USE OF HER PHONE ANYMORE, SHE WAS FREAKING OUT, WONDERING IF THEY SHUT HER DOWN, BECAUSE OF SOME OF THE THINGS SHE WAS TALKING TO FRIENDS ABOUT AND WRITING ABOUT . . . YEAH!  I told her to expect that, she had a hard road and a bumpy road ahead of her, but it was WORTH every taped phone, fucked up computers, being chased and tracked, and whatever sacrifice she had to pay, for doing what she believed to be right, especially if she was going against the grain, or the government, and it sounded, from her state and comments, that she had been fucked with.  She seemed confused, scared, and she asked me how far away, the Scott circle was . . . I thought, she would just walk calmly down the street, she just said, SHIT, and took off running as fast as she could, disappearing into the night!  I was shocked, and worried about her youth, was she ready? could she take it? does she know what she is getting herself into?  I hope she is okay this morning?  She didn't seem to want to go home, need a friend, a critical role in this endeavor, political activism, and NEEDED!  I HAVE HAD PEOPLE COME UP TO ME CRYING, WHEN THEY HEAR OF WHAT I HAVE LOST, AND BEEN THROUGH, WHO SAID, I AM NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO DO WHAT YOU DO . . . I SAID, SOMETIMES, JUST CARING IS ENOUGH . . . she cried and hugged me!  It makes me cry to think, that, just helps!  I know this is not for everyone, but it is home of the FREE, because of the BRAVE!  Even having gone throw all I have, last night, I wondered if she was drunk, or out of it, UNTIL SHE RAN LIKE A BULLET, disappearing in the NIGHT, then I KNEW, she was TRULY IN HARMS WAY!

Kennedy and Ag or Senator Bobby Kennedy were assassinated!  While we are on the topic of political activist and campus crusaders, as Bernie Sanders has been and is, now, a comtemporary of Sanders', Ralph Nadar, Nader's Raiders, held a convention, last week in Washington, D.C., I believe, and had a reunion, of sorts, that I would have loved to have gone to, where tons of activists got together, some who had been consumer advocates, making products safer, food, cars, toys, cribs, and the list goes on and on, unsung heroes of the environment, water, air, wildlife, and you name it, but what a great idea, and a great man to lead the charge, one who ran for president also.  These guys are not nut jobs, you live, better, safer, are more protected, and insured, because they CARED!
