HILLARY WAS NEXT, AT A MERE, 750 HOURS, AND OTHER LESS FLAMBOYANT CANDIDATES IN THE REPUBLICAN CREW, WAS BASICALLY NO FREE COVERAGE OR ATTENTION AT ALL! STOP THE UGLY AMERICAN, THE POLITICAL TERRORIST . . . FUCKING STOP COVERING HIM!

Judicial Nominee, D.C., Circuit Judge, Merrick Garland!

President Obama, could have chosen, a more traditional, liberal or stereotypical nominee, for a Democratic President, like a black or a woman, or a black woman, or someone, groups, who put their two cents in, on judges to be vetted, for the nominee process; however, that is not what President Obama, did, he chose a white, male, 63 years old, a sitting judge, actually Chief Judge, on the D.C. Circuit, a logical and normal step, going from there up to the United States Supreme Court.  Judge Garland, started out his career as a prosecutor, a normal route, for those attorneys, wanting to eventually be a judge.  He has been on the bench for 23 years, is very respected, on both sides of the political spectrum, of being fair and balanced in his rulings, and he is noted for being able to build coalitions, in a panel of judges.  He is not the liberal nominee, groups, wanted, or would have liked to see, put on the bench.  President Obama, said, that the name, he has heard, and over again, from both sides of the isle, is, this nominee, D.C., Circuit Court of Appeals, Chief Judge, Merrick Garland.  He has spent his life, with fidelity to the law, and to the Constitution, the hallmark of a good judge, doing what, judges should.  A high number of his law clerks, are so well trained, they move on from his office and bench to getting good jobs and a high rate, at the U.S. Supreme Court, to be attributed, to a large extent, to the training they got under this good judge, who has served the country, with dignity and honor, for years!

REPUBLICAN SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, HAS NO EXCUSE!

Very few, presidential nominees, have not been able to be confirmed, after grueling, grilling and vetting by the Senate Judicial Committee.  This good nominee and good judge, who has proved his worth to the country, the bench, and the legal community, and in setting a good example, of being a good balanced judge . . . and believe, me, that is not, what I would say about some of the judges, I have come before, who, have no allegiance to the law, no fidelity, and have, absolutely, thrown the Constitution out of their courtrooms!  So when we get a man, who has a history, and is known for doing exactly what a Supreme Court Justice, is suppose to be and do, the Senate, is not to use, this man, and play political games with, a Supreme Court, that is about, the legal and top interpretation on the most hotly contested cases, leaving a vacancy, on the high court, for another 11 months?  WHY?  And so think, a man, who has been around, for so long, Mitch McConnell, who, says, showing a complete lack of understanding, not only of his role, or the role of his Senate colleagues, who are simply to take, the nominee of the sitting president, regardless of how, close it is to the elections, he is the president, until, JANUARY 20, 2017!  If there in nothing in this man's character, his legal theories, his rulings, or his stances that show some type of partiality, or some aberrant, version or interpretation of the law, some bizarre holding that is contrary to the laws of the land, to precedence, or to the rule of law!  If there is none . . . then, you fucking CONFIRM!

For, Mitch McConnell's information, being somewhat shocked at his unconstitutional and lame ass, interpretation, of what the normal course of business is, for the Senate and confirmation hearings, is that this is not the job of the people . . . now, to make sure, it is understood, that, we do have a Republic, or a representative form of government, where the people, have had their say, in whom they have elected, at this second!  If the vacancy, come open, at this time, it is this time, that the state officials, the senators, the members of the judiciary committee, is simple . . . not to chose the nominee, not to stonewall, not to hold him or her hostage, used as a political pawn, in the shit games that have stopped, the business of the country all together, while the Republican party is in total chaos, but, as representatives of WE THE PEOPLE, already have chosen, you, and for God knows, why, seeing your total lack of knowledge of your constitutional responsibilities!  Show me or the nation, by what authority, you are relying, on having the people, involved in the decision that is clearly, President Obama's duty, passing on qualified, vetted, nominees, for you, approval, if there is not other reason, to not confirm him!  There are many things that could disqualify, a judge, knowledge, rulings, character, nature of the man, fidelity to the law and the Constitution, and short of that, there is little reason, to not confirm, the nominee, of our sitting President, like him or not, of the same party or not!  The nation can't wait, another what 11 months, to put someone on the high bench!

Right now, there are controversial cases, on abortion, and other issues, that are either coming before the Court, that are either constitutional questions, federal questions, or where the circuit court of appeals, have split decisions, with the people expecting the 9 justices to remedy, the situation, so there is consistency, that the PEOPLE can rely on!  Like I have said, when I talked to one of the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks, when I was taking a case to the High Court, trying to make me feel better, if the Court denied, Cert, or a hearing in the court, telling me, the volume of the court, was something like, 80,000 cases, nationwide, that wanted a ruling and hearing from the U.S. Supreme Court!  Let's say, in the big abortion case, there is a 4/4 split, in the justices, who is suppose to break the tie?  There is a reason that there is an odd number of justices!  To have a quorum, just to hear a case, there has to be, 7 justices, sitting on the bench at the time a controversial case is brought and heard before them!  There cannot be 6 or 8, because, there has to be, a majority decision!  That may be, impossible for the Court, with an even number of justice on the case!

Judge Merrick Garland, Can Be Key, a Moderate, That Should be Confirmed

The whole nation of attorneys, watch, wait, and listen with baited breath, when the U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a case, that is going to effect the whole fucking country!  These cases are a big deal!  Even Senator Orrin Hatch, a 47 years Republican Senator, from Utah, the reddest of red, states, has even mentioned, Judge Merrick Garland, as a good choice.  Now that President Obama has listened to both sides of the isle, and tried to appease the Republican controlled Senate, and chose someone, that everyone thought was great, until, the President, says, OK, and nominates this man, who's name has come up as a moderate centrist, over and over again!  This smacks of, Obamacare, based on Mitt Romney's universal health care, or Senator Orrin Hatch's Dream Act, both Republican ideas, now are spawns from hell, just because, now, President Obama, is using your ideas . . . such is the case with this man, who's name has come up, again and again.  Now, Republicans, are refusing to do what we elected them to do, confirm, the President's choice for the Supreme Court Bench!

We the People, Need to Put Our Power to Work . . . Call Your Senators, Put Some Pressure on these Losers, to Do Their Fucking JOB! or Go To the Polls, and Vote Someone In Who Will Actually Do Their JOB!  What they are Being Paid to Do . . . and Right Now, that is to Confirm a U.S. Supreme Court Justice!  First, They Need to Give the Man a Hearing, Talk To Him, Get to Know Him . . . No Problem . . . CONFIRM!
