WHEN THE OFFICER APPROACHED THE VEHICLE, AFTER THE KID, MOTIONED TO THE COP, THAT HE WAS NOT DRUNK, AND DID A HASH MARK WITH HIS HANDS ACROSS HIS NECK, AS IF TO CUT OFF THE HEAT ON HIM, THAT HE NOTICED WAS GOING DOWN. THE OFFICER, OPENED HIS CAR DOOR AND ORDERED HIM OUT OF HIS VEHICLE--THE KID, ALARMED AT THE AGGRESSION OF THE COP, SAID, "YOU CAN'T DO THAT" PROTECTING HIS RIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF HIS CAR, BEING 16 AT THE TIME, BUT KNOWING FULL WELL HE HAD SOME RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS OVER HIS PROPERTY AND EVEN BRINGING THE UNWANTED ATTENTION FROM THE COP. HE SAID THE NEXT THING HE KNEW, HE WAS SLAMMED FACE DOWN, IN A PUDDLE OF MUD, HAD HIS HANDS YANKED BEHIND HIS BACK, CLOTHES DIRTY AND SOILED, AND THEN HE WAS TASED SEVERAL TIMES, AND WHEN HE GOT TO STANDING POSITION, HE WAS ARRESTED AND CITED, FOR RESISTING AND OFFICER, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND INTERFERING WITH AN INVESTIGATION! Re-Body the Queen--Keep the Name, The Resume', The Titles, The Experience, The Trophies Against the Cops, The Blog--Same Person, Different Person?  How?

When someone comes to me with the thought of a law suit, and generally against the cops, I sit them down and give them a reality check on what it takes to file and take this type of lawsuit.  I used to sit them down in my office, and I would, draw a circle, and I would, include, all the aspects of a civil rights case, warning them that if you are not willing to sit on the bull the full 8 seconds, don't get on--these are not feel good cases, they are high risk, and you are going to be made to pay, for everything these fuckers can through at you.  Now, most people, don't realize, that, you have, at least, before, I left Utah, a $350 filing fee, just to get on the books or the right to sue . . . you can claim, indigence, saying you have a good lawsuit, but you don't have the money to pay for the filing fees, which tells, me, you don't have money to pay, me either!  That is why I was willing to take a quasi contingency fee, of a minimal hourly wage, somewhere, reasonable, but, the client would have to help with the research, run errands, and basically do everything non-legal, on the case, basically, being my law clerk, or research assistant, paralegal, on their own case, but they would need to cover all printing costs for copies, and any fees, for printing materials binding, making the specified books or packets, the court needs, including sending copies to the other attorneys on the opposing side.  That was the material investment, but there is the non-material or the tangible as opposed to the intangible, like: (1) time; (2) being at war with cops; (3) the side issues and tangential connections, of judges, city councils, or county commissioners, legislatures, who see, the damages you ask, as taking away from the budget and their cost of living raise for the coming year(s), a very unpopular position; (4) energy, stamina, effort; (5) cost to your family, what will this lawsuit do to them, at church, in school, in the community . . . believe me they go after families too--can they handle it, can you? (6) can you deal with the alleged credibility issues, we tend to allow cops, prosecutors, judges, and elected officials? are you credible, can you handle the heat, so to say of public backlash? (7) will you be able to sustain your life, in a relatively normal form, in spite of all these other factors?

A woman, is much, like this, a complete circle of a whole woman, in every aspect of her life . . . not just her beauty, whether she is thin or fat, old or young, but taking in all factors, making up a woman, just like a man:

• physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, ethics, personality
• training, experience, background, schooling, jobs, titles, licenses, scope of influence--family, city, church, county, state, nation, world; contributions to her career and profession, cases, manuals, legislation, blog, constitutional analysis, teaching, material produced, etc.
• family, children, grandchildren, values, morals, lifestyle . . . true lifestyle, not the one imposed by cops, family, friends, or enemies, who want to steal, credit for kids, looking at before and after, a marked event, like being poisoned or told I was dying of a terminal illness
• 2000 is a marked year . . . go back and look at all these women, their lives, prior to being, put in my shoes, as me, with my credentials, and law license . . . labels, matter!
• I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, a professor of family law at the University of Utah, had my own anger management company, and was writing, Quicknowledge programs for the elderly, dealing with guardianship/conservatorship issues, a carry over from my days, as staff attorney for the Utah Division of Aging
• I had two daughters in the military, two younger sons, both into music
• perfect credit scores, owning a house in St. George, setting up residency, so I could run for Congress; however, being recruited by the Republican Party to run for attorney general
• dating a well know, personal injury attorney, also part owner of Orbit Irrigation, worth, about $40 million, personally . . . Kay lined me up with Greg, so she could be his law partner--her husband, has just left her, after having an affair, with a Molly Mormon Muffin, who ended up being a lesbian with a black lover . . . now, how exactly did she earn being ME?

You see, cops, of all flavors, sizes, mind sets, degrees, women, just because they are women, are not, inter-changeable, they are not, bodies without parts and passions, they are not all created equal, physically, mentally, spiritually, in maternal instincts, or in their contributions to their professions, their communities, or their world.  You don't get to just say, you don't like this woman, therefore, we will, simply, substitute one who is so far, inferior, in every fucking aspect, or she would be operating under HER FUCKING NAME, and work!  But, you and I know, she is NOT, nor are the other, 6 to 10 women, it took to cover this ONE WOMAN!  Good God, you are fucked and stupid, just doing the math!  LOL!  I am trying to be nice, here, for once, and do what the bus driver said, consider the cops, side of the story?  Is there one, is there good reason, to:

• literally, take out of life, practice, position, status, a hot, 46 year old attorney, who is continually kicking the shit out of your lame ass, unconstitutional programs?
• what right, what authority, what, mindset, do you have to possess, to do this kind of shit? who the fuck, do you and your cronies, think you are?
• I would like to know, how you justify, after me fighting back after you FUCKING STOLE, 8 of the most, beautiful productive and contributing years of my life? hitting my stride in my profession, my political future, my financial goals, and my personal sex life . . . how do you justify, getting rid of me? and replacing me with a fucking, palm reader, a seller of cabbage patch doll shoes, an biologist, a whatever the fuck? a criminal who saved her own ass, and my fathers, from securities fraud, turning state's evidence, on her husband, carrying someone else's baby, at the time, and turning in her boss? Shelley was somehow on an even playing field with me? running from the law, from warrants, from her own shit, driving cars off, Newby Ford Dealership, not paying her bills, her son, being arrested for selling drugs on South Davis Junior High School, having stand offs with the cops, COME THE FUCK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  EARNED BEING ME?
• Susan Schmidt . . . a housewife for what 25 fucking years, nothing wrong, but attorney she is NOT!
• Marcie Nelson . . . a housewife for same amount, not one contribution to anything other than, family, and church, not volunteering for the Susan whatever cancer drive, or anything, same with Sue!
• Rachel a flight attendant, serving, peanuts, coke and coffee, a glorified waitress in the sky, even getting a 7 year furlong after 9/11, she was United Airlines, representative at a Bush fundraiser, back in 2000, her claim to fame?  ME? are you shitting ME?

What have I done since, I came back from the tomb, after being told I would die, never work again, and with no cure:

• I started working with the college, did several free presentations, one on domestic and dating violence, polygamy, rape and sexual assaults, not small problems, on college campuses, ask the University of Montana!  I presented on Survival Grammar to faculty and students . . . I believe the Mo shit junior college, Dixie, had Rachel come in a record over my presentation, she was thinner! and the bull shit, exchange of women, was going on, I think, they said I was retarded, or in a nursing home, or something, they had been playing me for at least, 8 FUCKING YEARS BY THE TIME I CAME BACK INTO MY LIFE!  I had someone attending, fucking Dixie State College, as ME, using my social security, my name and my birthday!  So, they got used to being famous, being me, having my credentials, and they were not about, to let me COME BACK AND BE ME!  Now, how exactly did they earn this? being me?
• I jumped right into to politics, from all sides and started becoming the go to person for constitutional analysis, on everything from, Janet Napolitano, Director of Homeland Security's, 70 page paper, calling, most rural Mormons, who had guns, ammo, and were storing food, as homegrown terrorists, or helping people understand, who they could not cede from the nation, or fighting national legislation on, cops and biologists, checking your backyard gardens, for air born illness connections, etc.
• After President Obama was elected, I worked with Great Decisions, retired female professors and their spouses and friends, and created a plan for Afghanistan, presented, to Utah Congressional Delegation, personally by me, either meeting with staff or the elected officials themselves, and faxing our, original, 7 page plan back to the White House, to David Axelrod, Chief of Staff, later, sending a shorter version, at the request of Congressman, Matheson, son of former Governor, who thought, Congress needed a shortened version, so I did that too, being the mover and shaker behind the plan, that was followed to a great extent, especially, early on, with the troop withdrawal, and things have gone pretty well over in that region, too bad, I didn't do one for Iraq as well.
• I put together a Utah Constitution and Fun Facts, even got the official Utah State Seal on the cover, talking to Mark Thomas, who has his ass planted, exactly where my office in the Capitol Building used to be, on the second floor, right off the rotunda!  I started speaking at various places, around the state
• Henry S. Brock, contacted me, when he heard I was an attorney, and asked me to take, his security case, that I promptly told him, it was a civil rights case . . . Brock had been turned down, for 10 years by both constitutional law and securities attorneys!  To take this case, I had to know: (1) constitutional law; (2) administrative law; (3) criminal law; (4) civil law; and (5) securities law!  How many fucking attorneys, do you know, who have this combination, or at least the foundational background to even dare take a case like this?  Sure as shooting, not a fucking ambulance chaser, personal injury attorney, the easiest law, but, you do make the most money!  Now, how did Kay earn being me? Shelley? Rachel? Sure, any attorney, after I WROTE THE BRIEFS, ARGUED ALL THE POINTS, GOT THE FUCKING FEDERAL JUDGE, WHO TRIED TO GUT THE CASE, DISQUALIFIED, AND WROTE A BRILLIANT 45 PAGE BRIEF, WITH THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT COPYING "MY" ARGUMENTS ON THE 4TH AMENDMENT AND OTHER ISSUES, 15 FUCKING ISSUES, NORMAL IS ONE OR TWO . . . I AM NOT YOUR AVERAGE ATTORNEY! . . . sure, little Kay, could take my brief, and pretend she understood all the issues, as the FBI, ordered the panel of judges, to cancel oral arguments, that had been scheduled for three fucking months, stopping me from arguing, since, my FUCKING UNGRATEFUL, DISLOYAL CLIENTS, took bribes, cut deals, and later, allowed for a steal of the case . . . but, I got what I wanted, the SUPREMES copied me! I didn't need to go further, they used MY CASE AND ARGUMENTS!  They even used my case law, and four pages of supporting cases, to argue my points!  Now, how did Kay Baby, or Shelley, or Rachel, EARN THAT CASE, EXACTLY? or ONE FUCKING DIME OF THAT CASE?
• this case rocked the fucking NATION!!!!! the government, fuck I had attorneys from across this nation calling me for help, financial planners offering to send me on all expense paid vacations, for merely filing my brief, because, other state securities regulators, could read my brief and read themselves right into my lawsuit, scared the shit out of them, I changed the landscape in the God damned nation on not only investigations on doctors, which is exactly the preparation it took, pre-poisoning when I got, 9 attorneys, agents, and investigators in hot water, for violating doctors, offices, records and rights, I had my teeth cut, already and I was ready to SINK MY FANGS, SO DEEP IN THE SEC and STATE REGULATORS, that it cleaned up cases, across the whole fucking nation, without, any more than my brief(s) with people paying a living fortune to get everything I wrote, HOT OF THE U.S. FEDERAL COURT DOCKETS, the second, I FILED . . . JUST LIKE THEY READ MY BLOG, ASSHOLES . . . I AM CONSISTENT! CONSISTENTLY GOOD . . . now, can you compare Kay's measly, little, stupid blog? And how did she EARN BEING, the author of a blog that went viral, the second, I started writing . . . people knew my name, had read other articles, published in over 300 magazines, back after the 2008 elections, on everything from, the women, Democrats Support as Opposed to the Females Republicans support, to the NRA and Sonia Sotomayor, to Hillary Clinton, sailing through, her Senate Confirmation hearings . . . I have fucking been all over the place, before, being poisoned, and after!
• My Cheek et al vs. Garrett et al, Iron County Corruption civil rights suit, rocked the nation of cops too, suing for $56.7 million, with damages so high, on both cases, because, they were using my clients, to make money, bragging about their exploits, cops and regulators, putting shit on the Internet, under the Digital Millennium Act, where someone can get $2500 to $25,000 in damages, for untruths, or false accusations on the Internet . . . that is how, I got, the editor of 22 years, and the journalist, of 18 years fired, for writing, that my client, Thomas G. Vail, was selling FAKE CD's, convicting him in the press before, there was a hearing or anything, in fact, Tom is the one, who offered, to give me a week vacation in Mexico, because, all his criminal charges were dropped the day after I filed the Brock case . . . I have stopped cops in their place, federal and state regulators, saved property from being stolen from asset forfeiture, taking property without due process of law or equal protection, I have fought and fought and fought for this people of this nation, the people of Utah, the people of Montana, and it goes on and on and on!
