APPLE SAVES CONSTITUTION FROM FBI!

CEO Tim Cooke, of Apple, refused to give encrypted master key, over to the government, through the FBI request, to get their hands on Apple security code, so they could look at the iPhone of one of the San Bernedino bombers . . . of course, not to stop the terrorist attack, but to analyze the date after the fact, exposing all Apple customers, who spent the money, to protect their personal information from government spying on Americans.  Fox News, interviewed, interviewed, United State’s Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, this morning, or before the federal district court, refused to force Apple to allow the FBI access to their technology!  Way to go Apple for taking it to the courts, and for the judge, actually being true to his oath, to preserve, defend and protect the United States Constitution!  I am not sure what law, USAG Loretta Lynch, acting very confident at the time of the interview, acting like American companies, are simply arms of the government!  I am a civil rights attorney, one of the best in the country, and I can guarantee, that, if a company, acts like an arm of the government, like Ms. Lynch, who was so disappointing to me, seeing I wrote at least 4 blogs, doing all I could to encourage senate confirmation committees, to confirm her, seeing they held her appointment hostage, playing politics, as is the normal case with the do nothing Congress!  

You can tell that the top cop in the country, has cow-towed to the law enforcement community, not blinking an eye, about, acting like, Apple was breaking the law, and the FBI was just doing what they have done to other tech companies, so what is the problem . . . a, Ms. Lynch, there is something called the United States Constituiton, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 14th amendments, that you and your lawless agency, were stepping on, in trying to force Apple or any other company, to take their intellectual property, their business secrets, their patents, their inner developed technology, and squash, all rights to privacy of all their customers, all over the world!  Protesters from around the world, and joined Apple, in pushing back the FBI and the U.S. government, demanding and defending their constitutional rights, and blocking what is called in the law, the public policy argument, or the slippery slope or the floodgate argument, and in Lynch’s interview, she said, acting like the government, was automatically going to win, that, the United Kingdom or the Brits and friends, are joining in an agreement with U.S law enforcement, and demanding access to Apple technology and master key or code, too!  Google sold out, back in February, 2014, losing its battle with the government eyes, and, I can vouch, that, I am not the one, in control of MY ACCOUNTS on Google . . . the guts are controlled, by someone else, I am literally, considered, being in Chicago, while I am in Montana, and never left . . . my blog, is controlled by my FBI double, who is treasonous to America, and Lynch, exposed that in her interview . . . these fucking FBI agents, traitors, spies, have used MY IDENTITY, being NOTED and TRUSTED for “a lifetime of standing tall!” and doing all in my power, risking fortune, life, limb, comfort, family, friends, children and grandchildren, by staying true to my OATH, to protect, preserve and defend the U.S. Constitution!

P.S., reporting from McDonald's Fast Food, back in Missoula, Montana, looking at two security cameras, as proof, because of the lying, fuckers, the FBI, and Mo cop agencies, who would say that one of Mitt's or my father's fraud broads, wrote this blog . . . think again.  It is 10:19 A.M., and I just flipped the finger or bird, at the cameras, so whatever cop shop, is doing what the fuck, ever, probably not anything, so in on this bogus LIE, that has been going on for 16 years, so the FBI and CIA, Mo Church, my family, the Southwick crime family, can steal, son's music, my cases, my blog, etc., worth about a billion dollars!  Taking about surveillance, and invasion of privacy . . . I am watching a 20/20 show called What the Camera Didn't See Arguments on Tape Before Wife Vanishes, Nique Leili Murder!  

The fucking husband, unemployed or under employed, a New Yorker, had 24 surveillance cameras, inside and outside his home, watching his wife and children's every move . . . he had tape recorders, tapes, GPS, watching, following, watching his wife, 24/7 and a control, room, with surveillance and recording devices, that the cops, said they were jealous of. The couple were fighting about sex and money, $350,000 in debt, and when the wife disappears, strangely enough, surveillance king husband, has magically deleted all the tapes, recordings . . . and who do you think, did that, of course the abusive husband!  Tiny wife, was found, nude out in the woods, just a short distance from the house, that had recorded, everything but the murder of the wife!  Go figure and of course, she had a large insurance policy, husband, decided to give his wife a date rape drug, then murdered her!  Surveillance, can work either for or against, someone!  

I know, I am under 24/7 surveillance, so the identity theft, intellectual property theft, family theft, adoption of my children, without either me or them, knowing, to justify the lies and the theft, trying to make it all appear, okay, legal, and these lying assholes, cops, fake cops, lying cops, stealing roughly a billion dollars, with the help of law enforcement, have taken over a 16 year period, about, a billion dollars!  Some men, women, families, are so obsessed, so into power and control, so into covering their crimes, they have to watch you 24 hours a day . . . I am writing at McDonald's because, after I got some killer blogs out yesterday, about 4 of them, with it looking like the Internet was blocked, somehow, I was in a Internet cloud or cover, thinking the NSA was blocking access, I was able to slide the blogs through, until I wrote, Blindspot . . . then they BLOCKED ME, late last night and early morning, so I could no longer, write!  I wrote the body of this blog, off line, about 1:28 A.M., last night, on Google Docs, allowing me, to type, then cut and paste, this morning!
