WHEN THE OFFICER APPROACHED THE VEHICLE, AFTER THE KID, MOTIONED TO THE COP, THAT HE WAS NOT DRUNK, AND DID A HASH MARK WITH HIS HANDS ACROSS HIS NECK, AS IF TO CUT OFF THE HEAT ON HIM, THAT HE NOTICED WAS GOING DOWN. THE OFFICER, OPENED HIS CAR DOOR AND ORDERED HIM OUT OF HIS VEHICLE--THE KID, ALARMED AT THE AGGRESSION OF THE COP, SAID, "YOU CAN'T DO THAT" PROTECTING HIS RIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF HIS CAR, BEING 16 AT THE TIME, BUT KNOWING FULL WELL HE HAD SOME RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS OVER HIS PROPERTY AND EVEN BRINGING THE UNWANTED ATTENTION FROM THE COP. HE SAID THE NEXT THING HE KNEW, HE WAS SLAMMED FACE DOWN, IN A PUDDLE OF MUD, HAD HIS HANDS YANKED BEHIND HIS BACK, CLOTHES DIRTY AND SOILED, AND THEN HE WAS TASED SEVERAL TIMES, AND WHEN HE GOT TO STANDING POSITION, HE WAS ARRESTED AND CITED, FOR RESISTING AND OFFICER, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND INTERFERING WITH AN INVESTIGATION! Re-Body the Queen--Keep the Name, The Resume', The Titles, The Experience, The Trophies Against the Cops, The Blog--Same Person, Different Person?  How?

When someone comes to me with the thought of a law suit, and generally against the cops, I sit them down and give them a reality check on what it takes to file and take this type of lawsuit.  I used to sit them down in my office, and I would, draw a circle, and I would, include, all the aspects of a civil rights case, warning them that if you are not willing to sit on the bull the full 8 seconds, don't get on--these are not feel good cases, they are high risk, and you are going to be made to pay, for everything these fuckers can through at you.  Now, most people, don't realize, that, you have, at least, before, I left Utah, a $350 filing fee, just to get on the books or the right to sue . . . you can claim, indigence, saying you have a good lawsuit, but you don't have the money to pay for the filing fees, which tells, me, you don't have money to pay, me either!  That is why I was willing to take a quasi contingency fee, of a minimal hourly wage, somewhere, reasonable, but, the client would have to help with the research, run errands, and basically do everything non-legal, on the case, basically, being my law clerk, or research assistant, paralegal, on their own case, but they would need to cover all printing costs for copies, and any fees, for printing materials binding, making the specified books or packets, the court needs, including sending copies to the other attorneys on the opposing side.  That was the material investment, but there is the non-material or the tangible as opposed to the intangible, like: (1) time; (2) being at war with cops; (3) the side issues and tangential connections, of judges, city councils, or county commissioners, legislatures, who see, the damages you ask, as taking away from the budget and their cost of living raise for the coming year(s), a very unpopular position; (4) energy, stamina, effort; (5) cost to your family, what will this lawsuit do to them, at church, in school, in the community . . . believe me they go after families too--can they handle it, can you? (6) can you deal with the alleged credibility issues, we tend to allow cops, prosecutors, judges, and elected officials? are you credible, can you handle the heat, so to say of public backlash? (7) will you be able to sustain your life, in a relatively normal form, in spite of all these other factors?

A woman, is much, like this, a complete circle of a whole woman, in every aspect of her life . . . not just her beauty, whether she is thin or fat, old or young, but taking in all factors, making up a woman, just like a man:

• physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, ethics, personality
• training, experience, background, schooling, jobs, titles, licenses, scope of influence--family, city, church, county, state, nation, world; contributions to her career and profession, cases, manuals, legislation, blog, constitutional analysis, teaching, material produced, etc.
• family, children, grandchildren, values, morals, lifestyle . . . true lifestyle, not the one imposed by cops, family, friends, or enemies, who want to steal, credit for kids, looking at before and after, a marked event, like being poisoned or told I was dying of a terminal illness
• 2000 is a marked year . . . go back and look at all these women, their lives, prior to being, put in my shoes, as me, with my credentials, and law license . . . labels, matter!
• I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, a professor of family law at the University of Utah, had my own anger management company, and was writing, Quicknowledge programs for the elderly, dealing with guardianship/conservatorship issues, a carry over from my days, as staff attorney for the Utah Division of Aging
• I had two daughters in the military, two younger sons, both into music
• perfect credit scores, owning a house in St. George, setting up residency, so I could run for Congress; however, being recruited by the Republican Party to run for attorney general
• dating a well know, personal injury attorney, also part owner of Orbit Irrigation, worth, about $40 million, personally . . . Kay lined me up with Greg, so she could be his law partner--her husband, has just left her, after having an affair, with a Molly Mormon Muffin, who ended up being a lesbian with a black lover . . . now, how exactly did she earn being ME?

You see, cops, of all flavors, sizes, mind sets, degrees, women, just because they are women, are not, inter-changeable, they are not, bodies without parts and passions, they are not all created equal, physically, mentally, spiritually, in maternal instincts, or in their contributions to their professions, their communities, or their world.  You don't get to just say, you don't like this woman, therefore, we will, simply, substitute one who is so far, inferior, in every fucking aspect, or she would be operating under HER FUCKING NAME, and work!  But, you and I know, she is NOT, nor are the other, 6 to 10 women, it took to cover this ONE WOMAN!  Good God, you are fucked and stupid, just doing the math!  LOL!  I am trying to be nice, here, for once, and do what the bus driver said, consider the cops, side of the story?  Is there one, is there good reason, to:

• literally, take out of life, practice, position, status, a hot, 46 year old attorney, who is continually kicking the shit out of your lame ass, unconstitutional programs?
• what right, what authority, what, mindset, do you have to possess, to do this kind of shit? who the fuck, do you and your cronies, think you are?
• I would like to know, how you justify, after me fighting back after you FUCKING STOLE, 8 of the most, beautiful productive and contributing years of my life? hitting my stride in my profession, my political future, my financial goals, and my personal sex life . . . how do you justify, getting rid of me? and replacing me with a fucking, palm reader, a seller of cabbage patch doll shoes, an biologist, a whatever the fuck? a criminal who saved her own ass, and my fathers, from securities fraud, turning state's evidence, on her husband, carrying someone else's baby, at the time, and turning in her boss? Shelley was somehow on an even playing field with me? running from the law, from warrants, from her own shit, driving cars off, Newby Ford Dealership, not paying her bills, her son, being arrested for selling drugs on South Davis Junior High School, having stand offs with the cops, COME THE FUCK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  EARNED BEING ME?
• Susan Schmidt . . . a housewife for what 25 fucking years, nothing wrong, but attorney she is NOT!
• Marcie Nelson . . . a housewife for same amount, not one contribution to anything other than, family, and church, not volunteering for the Susan whatever cancer drive, or anything, same with Sue!
• Rachel a flight attendant, serving, peanuts, coke and coffee, a glorified waitress in the sky, even getting a 7 year furlong after 9/11, she was United Airlines, representative at a Bush fundraiser, back in 2000, her claim to fame?  ME? are you shitting ME?

What have I done since, I came back from the tomb, after being told I would die, never work again, and with no cure:

• I started working with the college, did several free presentations, one on domestic and dating violence, polygamy, rape and sexual assaults, not small problems, on college campuses, ask the University of Montana!  I presented on Survival Grammar to faculty and students . . . I believe the Mo shit junior college, Dixie, had Rachel come in a record over my presentation, she was thinner! and the bull shit, exchange of women, was going on, I think, they said I was retarded, or in a nursing home, or something, they had been playing me for at least, 8 FUCKING YEARS BY THE TIME I CAME BACK INTO MY LIFE!  I had someone attending, fucking Dixie State College, as ME, using my social security, my name and my birthday!  So, they got used to being famous, being me, having my credentials, and they were not about, to let me COME BACK AND BE ME!  Now, how exactly did they earn this? being me?
• I jumped right into to politics, from all sides and started becoming the go to person for constitutional analysis, on everything from, Janet Napolitano, Director of Homeland Security's, 70 page paper, calling, most rural Mormons, who had guns, ammo, and were storing food, as homegrown terrorists, or helping people understand, who they could not cede from the nation, or fighting national legislation on, cops and biologists, checking your backyard gardens, for air born illness connections, etc.
• After President Obama was elected, I worked with Great Decisions, retired female professors and their spouses and friends, and created a plan for Afghanistan, presented, to Utah Congressional Delegation, personally by me, either meeting with staff or the elected officials themselves, and faxing our, original, 7 page plan back to the White House, to David Axelrod, Chief of Staff, later, sending a shorter version, at the request of Congressman, Matheson, son of former Governor, who thought, Congress needed a shortened version, so I did that too, being the mover and shaker behind the plan, that was followed to a great extent, especially, early on, with the troop withdrawal, and things have gone pretty well over in that region, too bad, I didn't do one for Iraq as well.
• I put together a Utah Constitution and Fun Facts, even got the official Utah State Seal on the cover, talking to Mark Thomas, who has his ass planted, exactly where my office in the Capitol Building used to be, on the second floor, right off the rotunda!  I started speaking at various places, around the state
• Henry S. Brock, contacted me, when he heard I was an attorney, and asked me to take, his security case, that I promptly told him, it was a civil rights case . . . Brock had been turned down, for 10 years by both constitutional law and securities attorneys!  To take this case, I had to know: (1) constitutional law; (2) administrative law; (3) criminal law; (4) civil law; and (5) securities law!  How many fucking attorneys, do you know, who have this combination, or at least the foundational background to even dare take a case like this?  Sure as shooting, not a fucking ambulance chaser, personal injury attorney, the easiest law, but, you do make the most money!  Now, how did Kay earn being me? Shelley? Rachel? Sure, any attorney, after I WROTE THE BRIEFS, ARGUED ALL THE POINTS, GOT THE FUCKING FEDERAL JUDGE, WHO TRIED TO GUT THE CASE, DISQUALIFIED, AND WROTE A BRILLIANT 45 PAGE BRIEF, WITH THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT COPYING "MY" ARGUMENTS ON THE 4TH AMENDMENT AND OTHER ISSUES, 15 FUCKING ISSUES, NORMAL IS ONE OR TWO . . . I AM NOT YOUR AVERAGE ATTORNEY! . . . sure, little Kay, could take my brief, and pretend she understood all the issues, as the FBI, ordered the panel of judges, to cancel oral arguments, that had been scheduled for three fucking months, stopping me from arguing, since, my FUCKING UNGRATEFUL, DISLOYAL CLIENTS, took bribes, cut deals, and later, allowed for a steal of the case . . . but, I got what I wanted, the SUPREMES copied me! I didn't need to go further, they used MY CASE AND ARGUMENTS!  They even used my case law, and four pages of supporting cases, to argue my points!  Now, how did Kay Baby, or Shelley, or Rachel, EARN THAT CASE, EXACTLY? or ONE FUCKING DIME OF THAT CASE?

True Crime Movie--Crimes of Passion: Badge of Betrayal

Ironically, the actor, who plays, the sheriff of a small town, Hamblin, I think is his name, but he actually, looks like Brett, where most of this shit started, back in the early to mid-2000, where the exchange of women, amped up, starting with Shelley, my older sister of one year, and followed by, Kay Burningham, after Brett asked me, whom, if any, women, I considered, a rival or in my same class of women, where I mentioned Kay, and out of the woodwork, Kay appears, some years after having lost contact with her, back before, I was diagnosed with Pick's Disease, after taking out, 9 federal agents, attorneys, and investigators, tangling with the feds, in particularly, the FBI, teaming with, Health Department, attorney, Frank Myler, to tell the feds, how, they were going to conduct, their investigations, on Utah physicians, while I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, a plumb, position, for these fuckers, to take me out of, and lie, to give credit, for my work, along with Frank, creating a manual, that the feds, needed to follow, while, going after alleged, up-coding, in government billing, on Medicaid and Medicare patients.  Due to my protection of Utah docs, over some, 3000+, at the time, my research led to a law suit, taken up by Taj Becker, and her attorney husband, Adolph Becker, that took 10 years, long after, I was taken out of the game for doing my part, which was, to research, the federal registry, or the CFR, looking at the policies and procedures, that the new fraud units had to follow, including, giving doctors, a 24 hour, waiting period, or giving them their due process rights, to have notice, before, having their records, taken by the feds, looking into their billing practices.  Poisoning me, was the start, of this bizarre turn of events, that have NOT stopped, and continue to this very DAY!

First, The Facts, From the Case That, Mirrors Some of the Shit I Went Through!

So, in this movie, true, a single mother, a former, big city cops, is hired by a small town sheriff, who is involved in drug running, illegal firearms, and knows everything about everyone in the town, and controls anything, doing whatever in the hell he wants, from, beating up suspects who were accused of crimes, to fucking his secretary, and sexually harassing the newly hired female deputy sheriff, and being married on top of that, beating his secretary every few years.  So, basically a bad dude, and dirty as hell.  This sheriff, is physically, superior to all his colleagues, and he is handsome, but he is messing with the wrong, female cop, one who is no-nonsense, and right down the line of justice, whether that be, to cut back the foliage, blocking the speed trap, when tourists enter town, to handling rape cases, and expecting, that, due process, equal protection and other, things, like the way, drugs are entered in on the evidence logs, right.  Just like I was as an assistant attorney general, later, leaving and working with the doctors, but carrying on, that, down the line, stick to the law, the policies and procedures that protect citizens' rights.  This 5X re-elected sheriff, gets involved in this female cop's financing of her home, when she rejects his sexual advances, he takes it as a challenge, he has some local thugs, fold up, the deputy and her banker, stealing the banker's car and taking her purse, then, making the pair, crawl on their hands and knees, in the dirt . . . with the deputies purse being turned into him, and him telling the bankers, he better not date her, talk to her, or hang out with her!

One of the first, signs of domestic violence, dating violence, or sexual harassment on the job, is isolation. You can see, the more this cop chick, rejects this sheriff's advances, with him, even telling her, that nobody tells him no, he starts to find fault with her work, and starts, joking with the other male deputies, about this or that. He comes to her home, out in the forest, and while she and her daughter, are out looking at deer, feeding them, rifle shots are fired, right at the mother and daughter, with the sheriff and one of his friends, appearing out of now where, implying a threat, that she is not safe.  Eventually, the female deputy, does what all women, should do, and I should have, other than, they poisoned me, making me believe, I was dying for 8 years, with Pick's Disease, but she contacts, a female pit bull attorney, not unlike myself, willing to take a good cause, with or without being paid by her clients.  But, the secretary is beaten again, by the sheriff and he turns up the heat, on the deputy, to the point that she is ready to quite her job, and get out of town. Eventually, back in the day, when, we didn't have a UNIFIED POLICE FORCE, blending local, state and federal cops in one dirt bag shit hole, back when dirty sheriffs, were actually investigated, by the FBI, not buddies with them, or playing double agents, serving, on local, state and federal cops shops and forces, all dovetailing, their duties, making them all beholden to each other to protect their shit, from, who, since they are all, working in concert, one with another, making it nearly impossible for a citizen to get justice, within the criminal justice system, because the fucking judges are right there, acting as extensions of the cops!

I Shot the Sheriff, But I Didn't Shoot the Deputy Down . . . Sheriff Deserved It! and Then Some!

The cop chick, agrees to be wired, and the FBI, are nearby, when, the sheriff, decides to pay the deputy a visit, and he threatens to rape her, and he even admits to killing, the local, town drunk, who raped his daughter, not because, he raped his daughter, but because, he was dealing drugs, and firearms, with the drunk, and worried, that he might talk, with the heat in town, who was not going along with business as usual! kind of like, what happened with me . . . not going to be business as usual, and I am going after those who try to keep, the boys will be boys, and their bitches who help them, with no exceptions to the rules, no favors, no privilege for a few, and injustice for the masses!  Not going to happen, and some of us, females, don't appreciate the sexual advances, nor do we need men to get our advances, being completely capable of doing our jobs, in a stellar fashion, without any help at all, in fact, showing up the good old boyz, while we are doing it!  The old school, FBI, come to her rescue, and stop her short, of having to kill the sheriff, only wounding him in the shoulder, getting arrested, charged, and convicted, spending the REST OF HIS LIFE IN PRISON!  But, those were the good old days . . . now we just have the good ol' boyz, and they all work together, to benefit cops!

Shelley, had already hooked up with the cops, and was, calling the shots, when Brett got involved, latter, bringing in Kay, and whomever, Rachel, Sue, Tiffany, mom and dad, Southwick, now that Kay was me, even before that, Shelley was wearing, a gold topaz ring, just like the one, that my father, who bought all of his daughters, semi-precious gems, one year for Christmas, but Shelley wanted diamond earrings, instead, but, after I left, Logan, Brett and Shelley, and moved to St. George, Shelley showed up, with a ring, a bit larger, that looked, exactly like my ring, that I had worn, for, fuck, 20 years or so, all the way through law school, and clear, up until, the first or second time I came to Helena, Montana, and pawned it at the blue and white, pawn shop, on Montana Street, for $40 bucks worth of gas, back in the day, where cops were on my ass, 24/7, driving me from ones state to the next, almost, every day and a half.  But, I mentioned, the ring, and that it was pretty . . . Shelley was playing her mafia, bitch, wife, role, and not speaking to me, and Marcie, another sister, spoke up, and I mentioned that was a lot, like my ring, and Marcie, said, Oh, it is your ring, and Shelley is YOU!  That was probably around 2006-08, right at the time, that God's Revolver, hit the big time, and were hard rock band of the year, when, this band of bandits, started stealing, well, after these fuckers, started to pirate, the "BANDIT" black market CD's, and later came up with the fake band, the Alamo, from all I have gathered over the years, coming out of Texas, rather than Utah, where the real band was from!  Now, how in the hell did, we get from this little, mom, with this hot rock star, to Benghazi and Belgium?  It is called, money, elitism, music, money, attorney trophies, MINE, titles, winning cops, sisters, willing to jump in, and fuck over sister attorney, for a cut of the fame, the game, and the name! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so much, so, it became hard to launder! 

New Found Money, New Found Power, New Mormon Presidential Candidate!  It All Goes Hand In Hand . . . Remember the movie, ARGO, with Ben Affleck, I believe this rogue, CIA agent, who freed the captives in the Iranian hostage situation, became an overnight success, and an honored, member of the CIA, for his antics, of pretending that the hostages were a film crew, getting them safely out of the country.  It is, I believe, at this point, that CIA, who was, becoming more and more, Mormonized, decided, that this play acting, was a good deal, and they, including the FBI, started, even using actors, and actresses, in trial, rather than, having the scared, probably less, good looking, real, witnesses, to cases, were substituted with fakes, who could, be emotionally, disassociated from the case and the facts, and they could be, better under pressure, because it was all just an act to them, and not, some form of justice, they were really even involved in; therefore, this new mantra, of using actors, started to take root, both in and out of the courtroom, and started, to infiltrate every aspect, of really, illegal, criminal enterprises, going into real people's lives, and substituting them with the best actors, or actresses, not to further, justice, but to interfere with justice, with due diligence, and just rewards, of the real players, and they decided to bring in all the kids, the cops, the females the cops were banging, and give all the hot roles, rock stars, notorious if not famous attorney, rock star gorgeous military daughters, hip hop and rap, computer rock star, multi-million dollar cases, water compacts, blogger worth billions, popular constitutional work on medical marijuana, wild horse and burros, and the list is never exhausted, and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, power, and influence, from the president, to the local ranchers, and legislators!  

The actresses and actors, in their own minds, became hot shit, and rock stars, in these new roles, that, were already occupied by REAL PEOPLE, who were not cop lovers, or who would not go along with this shit, and therefore, they just used, local, state and federal cops, to perpetrate crimes, and those crimes didn't stop with, just the SECRIST family, this new role play shit, worked so well, that we are going to let Mormons roar like a lion, and take over the fucking world!  With that, background, we can now, move to Benghazi, now, I didn't make this shit up, nor could I, because, I am not a psychopath, not an actress, don't need to claim anything, because, I do well enough, just playing by the rules and using what, God and nature has gifted me, as have my children . . . but, if you get used to the power, the money, living the lifestyle, and you are in areas, where Mormons rule the show, like Utah, Nevada, Montana, even Colorado, Idaho, and in the legislatures, the cops shops, especially, in Montana, where the Mormons, still run everything, but, they are just more silent about, why they are doing this or that, like closing the libraries on Monday night, early, so that, wink, wink, wink, all Mormons can be home with their families, for Monday family home evening, wink, wink, wink, thus, establishing a religion!  

Not only establishing a religion, but using a religious force, of cops, to silence, those who oppose this silent but deadly force, within our societies, and doing shit, like having, some, lame ass young cop, drive right up to me, in a silent approach, in fact, I never heard him, until he was on my ass, and slamming on his breaks, and it goes on and on, like cops showing up at the Oxford, without cause, and the next day, I am buckled over again, sicker than a dog, for the second time, in one month, with strange behavior, from cooks and staff, who were doing anything they could, to NOT wait on me, knowing what, I believe the cops wanted the cooks to do, put rat poison, or some slow releasing poison, I am still not fully recovered from!  To sheriffs, coming up from the Pov, right at the time, I am getting off the bus, or two cruising by, while I am waiting for the bus, two sheriff's in the truck, serious? generally, single file, but, for the purposes of intimidation, bring on the heat . . . if I write about the boys in white, the boyz in black and white, take over the watch and intimidation, harassment, and bull shit!  I believe, that these are Mormon cops, within the cop force, making up a secret, cop call, and go to boyz, for Shelley and crew, who have granted and re-granted my family money, to the cops shops, to keep them on board and ready willing and able, any time, I come to town, or they don't want me to leave, or I come back to town, which I have every fucking right to do!  I was the ONE WHO GOT AWAY FROM BRETT, and others . . . in this BROS. make women pay for hurting the feelers, of their cops friends, even to the point of death, if they can invoke that much influence, to show loyalty to this, hyped up, amped, up, chest thumping, shit, that these assholes, believe, they are allowed, by law to do . . . You have to realize what is at stake, having the most, powerful, man in the world, free world, a member of the Mormon Church, bragging rights, and they didn't just want this for just America, they wanted it for, the World, as seen in the team play, between, actress attorney, Kay, Brett's mistress, pretending to be me, see her real name and picture, and you will probably, recognize her as JoAnn or Joann Secrist, J.D., not, whittle Kay, Baby, but, she, the day after, my $357 million security case, with two Mormon plaintiffs, staunch Republicans, and an attorney, voting for President Obama, refusing to donate one red cent to BYU, or pay tithing to the Mormon church, or to Mitt's campaign, or really to anything Moron, these fuckers, decided with this fucking huge ass, popular, kick ass case, saving, financial planners, and big, political donors, from the big bad, SEC and state SEC regulators, was a feather in the cap of the Mo crowd, and it was not going to go to either a Republican, nor a Mormon, I was going non-denominational at the time, therefore, bring in the actresses!  Trash the real attorney, who did all the work, was interviewed by reporters, and kicked the living shit out of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, Litigation Division, with no win in sight, for the state of Mormon, and so bring in the deal, then the steal . . . leaving me pissed and determined, even telling my clients, Brock and Rice, I would take down, Mitt Romney, who I knew was going to be a recipient of MY ATTORNEY'S FEES, after paying a good sum to the actresses, who played me, in the settlement, while I was locked in the Grand County Jail, illegally, for APPEALING MY CLIENT'S CASE?  WRONG, that is completely within my rights to defense and appeal on behalf of my client, and also, within her rights, by about 30 laws!  Bring in ANOTHER ACTRESS, oh, photo shoots, bring in Rachel, who is a big boob, version, of me, probably has had plastic surgery, so she is a 5'11" exact image of this, 5'7.5" ME, without big ass tits and with a huge ass, ASS!

Fact is stranger than fiction!  I wrote, an email, with, a detailed account, of both the article in GQ, that was right on with what, Susan Rice, read, at the Obama Administration's approval, because, it is exactly what the investigative journalist said, talking to the men, who now, claim, other shit, 4 years later, and changed, the whole talking points--but: (1) Stephens was warned, to stay out of the crowds; (2) CIA reported that this was a rag tag, group of unorganized thugs, raiding the embassy, because of the video making fun of Ciaro, and seemed to be connected to the demonstrations there; (3) when the attack started, as is the policy, Smith, accompanied, Stephenson, down to the cement bunker, for protection, which is exactly what, the policy is; (4) in 22 fucking hearings, no one was told to stand down! (5) Congress had just cut, $300 million from embassy budgets, for new assets and training, in hot spots; (6) in the article, the CIA and SEALs who were standing guard on the embassy, and watching things, went down to check on Ambassador Stephens, and neither, he, nor Smith, were where they had left them! (7) After the fighting was over, these same men, went down to the bunker and found, what they thought were Smith and Stephenson's bodies, but they were burned beyond recognition! so how in the fuck, given the fact that they left, do we know, that, it was in fact, the two men's bodies, that it was claimed, died; (8) It came out on later, hearings, and newspaper articles, that there were in fact, two raids, on that was unorganized, like was reported, originally, and then a second, attack that was, much more organized, in fact, highly, militarized, and organized? (9) Who carried out the second attack? are the alleged dead men even dead? Making Women Pay For Hurting Their Bros.!

Rather than going gracefully into, equality of the sexes, seeing that as the mature, manly, grown-up thing to do, there seems to be, a backlash, that has been coming, for years, perhaps, 20 or so, years, but it has been festering for awhile, and for some reason, Donald Trump, seems to epitomize, the old male, the man of yesteryear, who could have his cake and eat it too, could be the playboy--and grace the cover of Playboy, have the beautiful wife, the children, the money, be the real estate mogul, the rich, the famous, replacing, older versions of the same wife, and getting a new one, when the previous wife lived past her shelf life, divorcing, without any ramifications, even while, he, the male, has weathered, the years, no better, he still has his "huge" dick, and he can score the younger, foreign beauty, of course, who speaks, little English, is his cheerleader, doesn't demand, anything, other than to be taken care of, the envy of male colleagues, who have wives who are doctors, lawyers, professors, business tycoons, senators, and even potential presidents, threatening a country of males, with a First Dude, bands, who sing, songs, like, American Woman, get away from me . . . remember that song?  Men, maybe on a subconscious level, just want the American woman, to go silently into the night, and leave, white, male, cronyism, right where it had been for centuries, and shut the fuck up, get back in the kitchen, have those babies, and let us control, women, the way, we always have!

Lately there has been a lot of suggestion, that Donald Trump, has issues with strong women, and that appears to be the case, we have Megyn Kelly, an attorney, beautiful, smart, being called a bimbo, and references to her bleeding from all the orifices, of her body, eyes, included; then, Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett Packard, and rather than attacking her record, he attacks her face, saying, look at that face--would anyone vote for that face?  Onto attacking Hillary Clinton for taking a bathroom break? maybe, perhaps getting a drink of water?  Maybe, Melania Trump, is around the Donald, so rarely, that he doesn't think she is real, doesn't go to the bathroom, nor gets drinks!  Is this the ultimate, objectification of women, the shit that gets, women, raped, sexually assaulted, beaten and murdered, every fucking day? and we are going to tolerate this, women, female voters?  The recent statistics, say that women of both, sides of the isle, Republicans and Democrats alike, have a 74% unfavourable rating, when it comes to Trump, so what the fuck is wrong, and why is he still winning?  Are the electronic polls rigged?  Is George Soros, billionaire, who owns, most of the voting machines, programming the Trump wins in to the computers, who tally the vote? What the fuck is going on?  And, now, we have Trump, putting side by side, pictures of Heidi Cruz, in an unflattering picture, and a 16 year old, picture of Melania, who now has botox lips, hips and ass--she doesn't still look like she did 16 years ago, and I am guessing, but, is this for the males, who are stupid, enough, in this backlash society, to vote, on what the Young Turks, are referring to as, Lookism?  

Is this sending, men and women, alike, a message, that Trump has the super model wife; therefore, he has the bigger dick than, Ted Cruz; therefore, he should be the winner . . . because, that is fucking what, I am experiencing in my life, men, generally, men, I have rejected, across the board, want to erase me with inferior, dumber, women, who are really, not as pretty, but, are thinner, perhaps, but, there is like this, look thing going on, and it seems to be taking root, as if the man with the bigger dick, must have the prettier wife . . . not to mention, Melania, would dump, Trump, like a hot rock, just like his Republican party wants to do, if he wasn't worth a shit load of money!  Come on . . . pretend, Mr. Trump, that if some younger version, of the formerly, hot, male super model, Fabio, came along, she would be gone in a New York second!  LOL!  In my own, situation, I put up current, 61 year old pictures of myself, and my ex-husband, puts up, 40 year old pictures of Kay Burningham, the alleged, hot, ha! replacement . . . fuck, she was nearly bald, last time I saw her 10 years ago, so I can't imagine what she looks like NOW!  LOL!  The silicone Barbies are all fine and dandy, if you want nothing more than cheerleaders . . . a companion, someone fun, smart, into what you are into, then look somewhere else!

Men, Thank God for Unanswered Prayers . . . Be Careful What You Pray for--You Might Get It!

I saw this movie, called, A Beauty's Revenge: Midwest Obsession, about a Dairy Princess, who had her pick of men, but one day, one pushed it too far, and she was fighting this dude off, and made it to the road, only to have, a local, hunk, who was a dairy farmer, already with a girl friend, pick this chick up, and from that point on, she became what he wanted, dressed the way she thought, men, would want her to dress, cooked for him, followed him, but, this man, loved his girlfriend, who was smart, and whom he fought with, over, his way of life, as opposed to what she wanted to do with hers, which was more than, getting married and working the dairy farm, having 2.5 kids, and being his wife.  Be careful, men, you might just get what you pray and ask for!  LOL!  Eventually, this psycho bitch, who saw the girlfriend of two years, eventually the fiance, as cutting in on her territory, with, the target of her sick obsession, and she tries to kill her, kills the farmer's best friend, then later, does, kill this dude's fiance, taking her ring, off the dead young woman!  You seriously want some crazed chick, who will do whatever, whenever, never argue, look perfect, and never challenge, fight, or demand from you?  Boring, boring, boring!  You can tell this guy, is programmed, to think that this is the type of woman he should want, but, eventually, he is sickened by her, and she ends up the rest of her life, in fucking prison, because, of her murderous plots to get him!

I don't know many men, who want a fucking door mat! or someone they can walk all over, or who does, everything they want them to do?  This is beyond, pathetic!  But, now, we have this phenomena, of this backlash, this hatred, this misogyny, I have not seen for a long time, probably, since the early, 90's when I got accepted to law school.  I figured the woman's movement, happened, in the 70's, when I was a young mother, home with a baby, and depressed as hell, thinking life had passed me by, and dreaming of being an attorney, who could tell the stodgy old, brethren who ran the Mormon Church, that all men, would not be satisfied, being farmers, so they could be down on the farm with their wife and their children, only seeing family members, and limiting contact with other women, so they couldn't have affairs, or whatever . . . and, therefore, extrapolating, that same advice, and analogy, to women, some of us, need an audience, we need something outside the four walls of our homes, to express who we are, to fulfill our dreams and desires.  I thought, I was going to lose my mind, in the younger years of my children's lives, and thank God, I had a very liberal and forward looking husband, who told me, one day, while he found me, depressed, laying face down on the bed, saying, If marriage and kids are the way to go, then why am I so depressed?  He simply said, you have many talents, and gifts, that you need to develop and express, and you can't do it at home . . . and this, grown up man, mature man, father of my four beautiful children, did not feel threatened, and put his mouth and time, right where he said he would, and he filled in the gaps, at home, while I attended college, and later law school!  Ninety percent of your success in life, depends on who you marry!

I believe that to be particularly true for women, but also, applicable to men!

Men Jealous of Other Men!

In this movie, a young teenage couple, take nude pictures of each other, believing, that, they are in love forever, and will never, ever break up . . . very foolish, and it seems, that females, as in the movie, are more vulnerable, than males, when it comes to sexting, because, and this will date me, but, I believe, the female body, with two, areas, connected with sex, the breasts and the pussy, there is twice the danger, in being exposed, even if it is just a few bra less shots, thinking, they are for, boyfriend's eyes only!  Women, are not as visually stimulated, and therefore, the male anatomy, while functional, is not as much of a turn on for women, as nude pics of a female are, and tend to be more mentally connected to this particular guy, that the chick has an emotional attraction for, but that is not true for men.  So, the girlfriend is pissed when she sees, that the nude pictures of her, are on her boyfriend's phone, but there are other girl's pictures too!  She demands he take them down, and he jokes that, they never had an exclusive relationship, which is news to her . . . and that should be a lesson, girls!  He is thrown out of the house, by the girl's mother, when she finds out what the young couple are fighting over.  Boyfriend vows to, get revenge on girlfriend, for being treated like that . . . next thing you know, there are the alleged, erased, nude pictures of this beautiful young girl, posted all over the internet and end up on this guy revenge site, so of course, girlfriend, believes that it is her pissed off ex.

Some guy, this young, beauty, works with, comes to her aid and comfort, when in reality, he turns on his girl friend, when, she realizes, that her problems are from, Internet hackers, who are in violation of federal laws, when hacking into boyfriend's phone . . . he ends up getting arrested, loses his scholarship, and all kinds of horrible things happen, like he tried to take his life.  But, guys from this revenge, bro site, start to stalk the girl, go after her mother, post more and more of her pictures online, cops get involved, mom gets let go from her job, these assholes, put cameras in the girl's mother's bedroom, they break in the house, photo shop, family pictures, making them look dirty, and it goes and on, the family female attorney, gets ran over, the daughter, has an intruder break in the house, and spray paint her in the face, almost causing her to go blind, the words, whore, are painted on the garage, a van chases her and her mother . . . and eventually, even the best guy friend, when, his pretty young friend, tried to protect, her innocent boyfriend, turns on her, kidnaps her, and takes her to a shack, where he has blown up, sized, pictures of those that were posted on the Internet and now, he is going to rape her . . . but for her mother, he would have!  Pretty fucking scary stuff . . . and it gave me, new insights, into, why men, who may not even know, my ex-husbands, my old boyfriends, or even guys, I have a casual interest in, have, gone, after me, my family, and even murdered any man, who dares to like me, defend me, or even talk to me!

Breaking Up is Hard to Do . . . But a Woman Is Entitled to It!

Here again, is this old fashioned, notion, that a woman, is a man's property, and is not able to break up at will with someone, she no longer sees, fits her situation, or has offended her, or she simply has grown tired of, or she doesn't see the relationship working.  It is as if, there is this, extraction of several centuries, of thinking, and gains, for women, have just disappeared, or been erased from, men's minds, and we have gone back, to archaic, honor killings, for fathers, and women, being, burned on the funeral pyre of their husbands, as if they are part and parcel of a man, his property, and therefore of no worth, unless with a man!  I mean seriously, and I have seen this new phenomena, with ancient roots, that, even men in society, elected officials, city councils, mayors, along with cops, sheriffs, that if a woman, doesn't have a husband, whatever she owns, is fair game for, men to steal, because, first, there is no man to protect her, and if they want it, they are entitled to it, and she is somehow, not worthy of owning property, especially in my case, where I was making more money, living in a better home, throwing parties, for hundreds of people, showing off clients and artist friends, displaying art, food and music, for 250 people, without a husband, making men feel insecure, and uncomfortable, in their own shoes, worried that their wives, Mormon wives, might get the idea that, they could make it without a man, and here was living, breathing proof, right in their own, neighborhood, and town, and the men-folk, are not going to stand by and see a single female attorney, beat them, every which way but loose!

In these men's minds, I didn't deserve, even my disability insurance, from being general counsel, of the Utah Medical Association, because, I made more than, my aunts and uncles, mother and father, who worked many more years than I did, even though, I had an earning potential, far greater than any of them by far; I didn't deserve to win a house in a law suit, like, male attorneys to all the fucking time, I couldn't be a female and kick the living shit out of government agencies, male, Patriot Act boys, and for sure, I couldn't make, an income of, a quarter of a billion dollars, in a year, going to the U.S. Supreme Court, fuck, Mitt Romney was more worthy of my MONEY THAN I WAS!!!!!  The whole thing is so fucked up . . . it is called, jealousy, envy, hatred, misogyny, and going back to the days, when women, could not own property, and their husbands were the recipients of their wife's income, when she did work!  I mean, I have defended, Muslims, just in the past, few weeks, in my blog, and I defend their rights to their religion, as long as it is not, offensive and violates, the laws of the United States, as I feel the same way with FLDS and polygamy, but, there seems to be, this, mentality, that is coming with the immigrants, or with the head-dress, that, I am, offended by, an unspoken, silence, that seems to be creeping into our society, with the backlash!  I don't deserve, my house, my truck, my furniture, my art, my law practice, my cases, my blog, even my kids!  LOL!

Women Participating in the Female Bashing

So, there is this pattern, that seems to be emerging.  First, the cops, feds, my father, men in general, have this solution to me, just keep her flat on her back, fucking her, and maybe she would be nicer.  We will break her to the point, she is so, down and out, that she will welcome, being with a man, who, can then, be her knight in shining armor and save her from all this abuse, mistreatment, threats, terror, and then, we can validate, a man's existence, which, JoAnn, has eviscerated, by rejecting, every man, that has been hand selected, through the FBI dating game, we have sent, smart men, rich men, famous men, and she has rejected all of them, and generally, over all she refuses to have sex with them, we have sent lesbians, and she just thinks she is too superior for sex; therefore, we need to just erase her, and give, all credit, money, honors, career, kids, grand kids, blog, cases, legislation, and whatever the fuck she does, to other women, whom we feel are more worthy of our admiration, than JoAnn.  Here comes the Lookism . . . but, only after, they forced me to take pills, or meds, when there was nothing wrong--first they went after the LOOKS, so they could guarantee a win--nude pictures, after weight gain, and then a total focus on LOOKISM . . . sabotage any memberships to a gym, 6 or 7, because we all know, that, everyone of us would drop the substitute, in a New York Second! if she gets thin!

Violent Reactions To A Man's Question and My Response

I love, to just jump on a bus, and take a ride, every few days, either around town, or out to Bonner when I am in Missoula . . . I love to drive, and I have always been more pissed off about, sheriffs taking my Ford Ranger, extended cab, jacked up, Big Foot tires, black rims and gold body!  I love my freedom, love to drive, and have been known to drive back to Washington, D.C., be sworn in to the United States Supreme Court Bar, stay 10 days, drive all the way home, and within, 15 minutes, be back in my truck, cruising around town, when I lived in Parowan, driving up to Panguitch Lake, or out through the Parowan Gap, just for the hell of it.  So, now, that I have had my truck taken, my car blown up with a pipe bomb, and stuck, without being able to get enough I.D. for either a Social Security card, or driver's license, probably, saving my life, I love to get in my chauffeured ride--the bus, and take a ride, sometimes to see the morning lights, the city wake up, to to take a nice drive in the mountains, and by the river, on the way to Bonner and back, as I did today.  However, I never, expected to get the type of reaction, I did, form, first an unwanted, conversation, that ended up making me, not only sick to my stomach, but, violently ill, in my reaction to his comments, and what feelings those comments, brought out in me.

First, I sat at the very back of the bus, hoping, to avoid and human contact, either eye, or through, having to talk to anyone, generally, being completely satisfied, going day after day, and never speaking to anyone more than, a service clerk, at a motel, or someone at a restaurant.  I am still not feeling, great, and just wanted to be left alone . . . sometimes I am in the mood to talk, but generally, I am not, and can appreciate, humanity, as long as it is not sitting next to me.  So, this dude, gets on, in East Missoula, and skips all the lower seats, acting like he wants to join me, on the back row, where there are about 5 or 6 seats, but there were plenty of single seats, without me, sharing with him, and I was not in the mood for him, or to move over.  So this dick, keeps looking at me, bugging the shit out of me, and while trying to enjoy the scenery, out the side of the bus he was on, I did all in my power to look, somewhere, so as not to catch his eye, nor, any shit out of his mouth.  All of the sudden, out of the blue, this guy, asked me if I was a CNA, that is a nurses, assistant, or a lower level nurse.  I rolled my eyes, in disgust, not because, of the job, but, because, I didn't even want to look at him and was hoping to end the conversation, promptly.  I said, no, I am an attorney.

Like Most Free Loaders . . . Eager to Bug the Shit Out of Me!

He brightens up, like everyone does, who is hoping to bend my ear, to get some free advice, which, when in the mood, I am very helpful, but this was not the day.  Oh, I need someone to help me get my Social Security benefits, or disability.  I said, that would bore me, but, I am sure there are plenty of attorneys, in town, who would do that type of work, many would do it free, for a small fee, after you get it.  Here comes the part that just drives me nuts, and he said, oh, I know this lady . . . and I am, just thinking, Shelley has reinvented herself again, and now, this, but he said, this lady, helped her husband, not only get SS but, also sued and won, and blah, blah, blah.  I said, she better not be practicing law without a license, and that sounds, like exactly what she is doing, even representing her husband.  He piped right up, and said, oh, but she is better than most attorneys.  I said, that may be, but, she is not an attorney; therefore, good, bad or ugly,  she is practicing law without a license.  She could represent herself, but not her husband.  I then, informed him, that, I have 4 bar licenses, clear up to and including the United States Supreme Court, and I would not, venture into practicing law, since, I was not a member of the Montana Bar Association, even thought, I could, most likely practice, under my Supreme Court License, but, I HATE CLIENTS!

Sounds Like Shelley . . . I Won't Practice With 4 Licenses, But She Would With NONE!

I asked him what her name was, and he said, Nancy, I think . . . what does she look like?  Blonde and about 40 something.  I told him, I was wondering if that was my sister, who had already been in trouble for practicing law without a license in Utah, and said, I would not be surprised if she had come to Montana, and tried the same thing, but I was sure, that someone, a local bar member, would turn her in, or object to that, and I told him, that I looked up the penalty, for practicing law without a license, which I arguably have, but, I am sure, if I set up shop, someone would call me on it, and I noted that, when I first came to Montana, I stopped in Helena, and the first thing I did, was, go find the bar association and see, what I had to do to practice law in the state, having, been adverse to taking the bar exam again, after going all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, and such, and being told, that I could write to the Montana Supreme Court, and perhaps, they would allow me, given my record and background . . . of which I never did, since, the second, I showed up on the political scene, in Whitefish, back in the fall of 2012, making a splash, on the legal scene, speaking about, the FBI raids, and how I got, 8 cops fired, in Utah, for growing marijuana, still against the law, even for medical marijuana, except, or kids with seizures, who can order it from, states with medical marijuana, but, turning cops in, for growing it, because it is illegal, whether it is the citizens or the cops, until the Utah State Legislature, passes new laws!

I told this man, still trying to justify this woman, and her practice, that, there is only one way to become a lawyer and that is to go to an accredited law school, and passing the bar exam.  That is it.  He then told me, that, she had some special pass, or that the bar, or someone, said it was okay, under some rule.  I started getting sicker and sicker, thinking of Shelley, and a conversation, we had before, any of this shit, started happening to me, like Shelley pretending to be one of my clients, instead of being a lazy ass, leach, along with her kids, and trying to tell me at breakfast, on day, that she could practice under the third year law student rule, I reminded her that, she was not a third year law student; therefore, that rule did not apply.  Then she, almost, shaking with excitement, said, she could practice under, some alleged paralegal rule, with supervision, and again, I reminded her, that, she was not a trained paralegal!  I told her the only way she could practice law, is to go to law school, or take the bar, either in California or Wyoming, where she could study and sit for the bar exam and if she passed, she could practice in THOSE STATES, but not in Utah!

Little did I know, what, fucked up reaction that would cause in her . . . this bitch, who feels this sense of entitlement, even to practice law, without, a license; however, she did, sit, in the same house with me, and she had been studying me, longer than, it takes to go through law school, to the point that the boyz club, in Washington and Iron Counties, decided, they liked her better than me, therefore, this nicer sister, turned into me with the whole fucking criminal justice system in the state of Utah, behind her, including the Utah State Bar!  WHAT THE FUCK . . . the TRUMP phenomena, the more loser, she is, the more the bar, cops, prosecutors, judges, FBI, etc. protected her, in being me and giving her the right to use my name and my license!

Emotions Boiling Up, Long After I Shut the Guy Up!

Generally, I am just focused on staying alive, but being, knocked out, with poison, twice this month, and still not fully recovered, and being weak, my stomach, and emotions, like no other time, just started to well up in me, in a volcanic and violent, eruption, so strong and potent, I almost, had to throw up, and luckily, this fucker got off the bus, because, I could not stand his stupidity and bugging me, even sitting near me and trying to justify, this woman, and it reminded me, of my friend Nick, who got this amazing female attorney, who was this and that, and when this and that, came down to understanding jurisdiction, and this issue or that, place of contract, and other nuances of the law, I could tell, this was some fucker, like Shelley, if not Shelley herself, trying to pass herself off as an attorney!  SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Nick would allegedly got to her, and then he would come back and question me, as if his was trying to glean, understanding on behalf of her, making me even more sure, that it was Shelley, pretending to be a lawyer, again!  The jealousy, that woman has for me, is palpable, and unrequited!  To say the least.  So, I made it a point, to quiz Nick, on what she was doing, and finally, I guess she realized, that she was out of her league, and he said, she made him promise not to discuss the case with anyone . . . you know, it is going to be so big, publicity, books, and movies and all that?  And I am what the fuck, this is a shitty case, Nick!  He appeared to either protecting her, or, he was paid by her to fuck me over! and say, that, I was not this or that . . . any half wit can, tell, I know my shit!

I got so sick, that, I could not enjoy the mountains, the river, the drive, and was visibly ill when I got off the bus, only to find, Annie, one of theirs, mob, bitches, who was hauled, all the way from, Dillon, on her way to Idaho Falls, by sheriffs, so she could go to her doctor's appointment?  Right, they know, she is about the only person, I talk to . . . I know, she has law enforcement background, and so, they bring her in town, to lie, like, she started to do the very first day, I was with her.  She keeps bringing up, this woman, she thought was me, whom, acted like she knew Annie, last Christmas, and was wearing stiletos, all dressed up, and with a tall guy, who was bald.  Annie must have been wired, because, she was like a broken record, I thought she was you . . . what, you know me and have known me for three fucking years!  I don't wear stilettos, don't dress up, and don't shop . . . that could be Rachel, but, her husband is short, unless she is with Kennedy, who is not bald!  But, she seems stuck on this bitch and that, I need to go to the mall, as if I am going to run into this bitch and I also, told her, my sister better never run into me, because I would fucking kill her!  She shut up at that.  Annie kept trying to get me to go have chicken with her, just bought it, needed to get rid of it . . . no, we are right near the cop shop and she is probably suppose to identify me to some lame ass cop, who is on Shelley's payroll, and on top of that, I was sick before, I saw her and even more so after.  What, drives me crazy, is these fuckers, who know full well, that I am, the one who kicked the cops ass, for, what 23 years, is me, or they would be arresting the fake bitches!  But, these hags, can get away, like Trump, with murder, and if I did one infraction of the law, they would be on me, like shit on flies, the maggots that they all are!  Fuck, they have chased me for 4 fucking years, in 5 states!  I TRUST NO ONE, especially, Annie, who has set me up over and over and over again!  So, that is the back drop for this movie!

The Killing Secret

The football star and the cheerleader, the IT couple, from good homes, looking forward to college, scholarships, the couple most likely to succeed, and totally in love, or so, it seemed, having dated for two years, and almost ready to graduate.  The girl, was the quintessential, good girl, fun, pretty, smart, honest, and not, snobby, like the rest of the high school kids, in this privileged school and neighborhood.  Her boyfriend the football star, has a little secret honey on the side, since, his good girl, girlfriend, won't mess around and have sex, so he goes to the alleged wrong side of the tracks, and picks up on a poor, but pretty girl, and basically, uses her for sex, until, she tells him that she is pregnant, and fun and games are over.  He wants her to get an abortion, she refuses, and she keeps showing up, at his birthday party, and parking in front of his parent's very wealthy home, where all the rich kids, go swimming and hang out at the pool.  The poor girl's mother, works as a waitress at the local burger joint, where all the rich kids hang out and study, and one time, Nicole, accidentally, runs into her boyfriend's, secret girl's mother, and knocks water all over her.  The two end up being good friends, with Nicole, coming over and apologizing for laughing at her, as did her friends too.

When football star, sees that, his pregnant secret, he just wanted to use and have fun with, refuses to get an abortion, he kills her!  She would ruin his plans, for college and make a mess for his long time girlfriend.  Through the friendship, between the waitress mother, and the girlfriend, Nicole finds out that her boyfriend is cheating on her, and she, dumps his ass, just like I would, then and NOW!  He begs for her to come back, and she is not willing for a long time.  One time before the pregnant, embarrassment, washes up on the lake sure, Nicole finds the girl's button, that was ripped off of her, when, the football star, murdered her.  Nicole, jokes around, but keeps the button, and eventually, that is the key piece of evidence, that Nicole uses to put two and two, together, telling, the dead girl's mother, that, the cops have the wrong guy in custody, a homeless guy, who is seen around town, drawing pictures of the dead girl and getting arrested for doing so. Nicole works with the mother, and eventually, they bring the football star to justice, and get the homeless guy released.  I looked like the girl, in the movie, acted like her, would have done the same thing, and would have, eventually, turned in my boyfriend, for committing a murder, not for revenge, but for JUSTICE sake!

You know, it is funny, how many times, I have mentioned that the easiest way to prove, who is whom, is to go back into the Bountiful High Year Books, seeing that all 6 Southwick girls attended high school there, and so did Kay Burningham, and it is not hard to tell, who is whom, even now, in fact, I believe, my face, is even more or better preserved that all of them, and while my body is fatter, than I have ever been, my face has not changed that much, since practicing law, at the Utah Attorney Generals Office, 23 years ago!  And, sure as shooting, between, all my pictures from high school, you could easily pick me out from Shelley, Susan or Rachel, Marcie, Tiff and Kay, especially, but that seems too, evidence intense for the cops, the FBI, because, the woman, they have demonized for fucking 20 years, is actually the good girl, always was, always will be!  I swear, but, I have not changed.  I have never let, the right side of the street or town, influence, not only who I am friends with, but who I will defend as an attorney.  Justice, is not reserved for the rich, the influential, but JUSTICE FOR ALL! FAVORS FOR NONE!  You can clearly see, this in this movie, based on true events.  This chick's girlfriends, start to ditch her, because, she is hanging out with the dead girl's mother, the WAITRESS, and she is going after the rich boyfriend and blaming him for the murder, until the homeless guy is picked up and arrested, and only with her boyfriend, until she realizes that he, in fact, it the murderer and she still, is gathering evidence on him.

Her boyfriend's father, is a wealthy construction, man, and he tried to buy, Nicole's loyalty, not only for his son's sake, but, he gives, Nicole's father, a huge ass loan, to build his business.  Nicole's mother and father, are all kissing up to the richest man in town, the former, potential father and mother-in-law of their very bright and beautiful daughter, who is so disgusted with  her parents, pandering to the boyfriend's parents, that she is told, and her mother jokes, about, Nicole being friends with the dead girl's mother, who is blaming the football star, and the parents, want their daughter to marry into this fine family.  Nicole is so sick, she gives both parents a dirty look, and storms upstairs, being very loyal to the dead girl's mother, even feeling closer to her, than to her own mother, who is too busy for her!  Eventually, the cops, get it right, and the football star gets tried and sentenced to life in prison.  He apologizes, and cries, with his father and mother, crying too, when he said, he didn't know what to do, about the pregnant girl, and so, when she would not give up the baby, he killed her . . . now a family lost a daughter, and the boy's family, lost their only child, the killer.

While the girlfriend, Nicole, felt sorry for the dude, he was, almost willing to kill her, when he caught her, gathering evidence against him.  This high school girl, was something else and the parents, when they learned that she was right, that she defended the right woman, and helped bring her boyfriend, who for all intents and purposes, wanted to marry her, when they got out of college, was hard core, and she did everything in her power to bring, justice to the dead girl, to her mother, regardless of the pressure, she was under from her friends, her boyfriend, even the cops, and her own parents . . . just a good girl!

The first sign, or words that caught my attention, were these, on the public notice board at the bagel place, where I ditched out of the weather and to get away from Annie and the cops, I am sure, she was trying to keep me near her, to identify me, and get me, like for the millionth time, here in Missoula, before, I check into the Poverello Center, tonight, with few people, knowing I am in town, again, but, like is always to case with, God Intel, something, out of tons of material, will just jump off the page, or the board, or on the streets, and catch my eye, always, giving me a message of some sort and this one, We Are Montana, hit me hard, and was not the first time, much like the wealthy gym owner, in the movie, Sleeping With the Devil, who was protected by the cops, prosecutors, and judges, and who, even when, his former girlfriend was shot in the back, and with the hit man, even telling the cops, who hired them to kill the girlfriend, now paralyzed, from the chest down, the cops still protected him, because, with all his money, they were all on the take and they were paid well, to protect this asshole, just like Shelley, Rachel, Brett, Kay, and whomever, daddy Southwick, you know, all those family, friends, cops, etc. who have had a hey day, stealing, not only my son's music, from 10 years ago, but getting rid of me, back in the day, and allowing, Shelley, the first to be me, and adding, 6+ girls after that, it all worked so well.  Fuck, what it the world does someone like Shelley have to worry about, practicing law, as an attorney, without a license, or pretending to have one, or charging like she is one . . . the only ones who are going to do anything, cops, FBI, the law school, local attorneys, whom I am sure would be brought in on the bull shit, if they complained, judges, etc., are all on that side, and she has NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT . . . like this bus dude, said, I think there is some type of agreement to let this bitch practice without getting in trouble . . . sounds about RIGHT!

Texts to My Kids, Even Intercepted . . . Fish Story Proves It!

I have had encrypted messages, that I am sure, my alleged friends, who are all bought off, like ABC, 123, the second I meet them, and become friends, Shelley contacts them, and buys them to fuck me over, and so, I have literally seen the encrypted messages.  I have had 5 text messages, and ignore them, wanting to go back later, and they have all disappeared.  Well, the fish, story, seemed right along these lines, and the hook has been stuck in my mouth, causing me griefs, for the last few days, knowing, that, something was lost in translation, or my kids, didn't get the version I texted them, and the jealous, mothers and fathers, who all want to claim, my cool, sweet, non-assuming smart kids, loving children, doing the best they can, given the fact that their families were infiltrated, long ago, leaving them with a choice of their mother or their spouse and children, not a hard one!  But, about, a week ago, on Monday, I believe, I wrote about the flying Asian carp, that I saw, on Caught on Camera, Wet and Wild, segment of the wild, flying fish, that, were migrating to the Great Lakes, or somewhere, and on their way through Georgia, were caught on TV camera by two outdoors enthusiasts, and the whole thing was the strangest and funniest thing I had ever seen, about fishing.  Sometimes, my kids read my blog, mainly Chris and Elliot, maybe Kat, Dallas, George, the girls are too busy taking care of their kids and doing mom stuff.

But, given the fact, that, I have gleaned an interest in fishing, only because, Chris, has tried, purchased waders and all the river gear to fly fish, but tells me, that the fish are never where he is, and therefore, he always comes back empty handed.  So, last Spring, I attended a couple of Snappy Sportsman fishing seminars and wrote some pretty funny stuff on fishing, that wet crazy and was wildly popular on my blog . . . I am sure, claimed by Kay or Shelley, or the bitch fuckers, who no more want to fish that fly to the moon, other than, Rachel, who, has spent her time, trying to be me, and get more outdoorsy, to hang with Kay, or Kennedy, or appear to be, the woman, who loves the country, simple life, even changing her family photos, to reflect that side of the material girl, raised and going to high school, in the 80's, wanting diamonds, and a red Mercedes before she became the trophy wife of Christian Hickey!  Rachel, hooked up with an old high school, bow, she never would have dated, but for being dumped by Chris!  But, Kay is to be a Jerry Owens look-a-like, and Rachel, is re-enacting my relationship with Jerry, so she and Kay, can be one of the many layers of couples, claiming to be MY KIDS' PARENT!  WHAT A JOKE!  Rachel's kids are as materialistic as Rachel, like mother like kids, she buys their love!  I send my kids, texts, about funny stuff, that relates to their lives, like the fish!

Chris Was All Curious, And Got Every Detail, Of, The Series Name and the Name of the Fish, Flying Asian Carp!

So, I call Chris to ask him, if he got snowed on, like they did in Denver, and to tell him about the fish, thinking, both he and Y, would get a kick out of the flying fish!  Chris seemed really interested and was anxious to look up the fish.  While I was sending Chris a text, I decided that all my kids, or at least their kids, my grand kids, would find these flying carp, funny and interesting, if not encourage them to either fish or not want to . . . Yuri, loves to fish and we used to discuss the big ass, carp, in the ponds, near his old house in Ashburn City, so, I thought, all the kids, would dig it.  So, all of the sudden, I get a text back from Chris, acting like he had seen a hundred or tons of those funny fish?  What, if you had seen them, you would have known, and just told me on the phone.  A few minutes, later, I got a very, curt, and short, text, saying that, her kids, also had seen these crazy fish?  I thought, perhaps, George, or Kat, someone had read my blog, since, I had written about the carp, days earlier, but, both, answers, struck me as strange, and so NOT my kids, nor the way they would respond!  

I am sure, that as precise as I had been, telling them, that these were flying Asian carp, they would have referred to them as carp, flying fish, Asian fish, or something, like what I had put in the text?  For some reason, I thought, someone, intercepted, either the outgoing messages, and wrote back, acting like the fish were no big deal, even the one from Chris, on Y, who is the most curious and fun, almost 3 year old, who would have loved the fish, and the text, sounded like, she just wasn't interested, which is not Y!  You see, I don't have to bribe my kids, buy them, even buy them, presents, just something fun, something, that makes them know, I am thinking of them, like the fishing, since Chris and I have talked about it, is enough.  I am sure, that Kay, or Shelley, or Rachel, all vying to be, my children's mothers, because their own kids are shits, because their mothering was shit, probably only have a relationship built on money!  So, something so simple as a fun text, would blow their minds, and make them jealous, or intercept it and send it to them, as if they wrote the blog, or watched the funny flying Asian carp!  My kids, know, I have a fear of carp, and fish, and have my whole life, so this would be funny, even more fun, for them, knowing, my fear of especially carp!

 Elections Fun!

If you are going through this election year, without watching, the late night comedians, political satirists and pundits, even just the normal news is entertaining these days, you are missing out, on some very funny stuff, that will make anyone, who is following the news, laugh, until you are sick, or sick and tired!  LOL!  Even when on my death bed, a week in Kalispell, Montana at the Super 8 Motel, or holed up, at the Sleepy Inn, back in Missoula, the last three nights, still recovering from, who knows what, poison again, or, so unlike my very healthy body, being taken out by the flu or flu like symptoms--almost the whole month of March, with symptoms, which are the same symptoms for any type of poisoning, with arsenic poison, almost impossible to detect, as is anti-freeze, unless, something shows up in the fingernails . . . it is like when doctors are looking for it, possible poison, they can't detect it, but when they are not looking for it, all kinds of other symptoms, that, have in recent years, become associated with this type of murder, always, being disguised as a mere stomach flu . . . but, even sick, I was laughing so loud, I was afraid, I was disturbing, my fellow travelers at the motels!  Real Time with Bill Maher, March 25, 2016, is fucking hilarious!  

I think what makes it even more funny for me, is looking at our circus, on the Republican side of the isle, and wondering what, the rest of the world, is thinking . . . it is not like, America, is a minor player in world affairs, and like our selection for president, is insignificant, it is huge, and when voting, we need to keep the rest of the world in the back of our minds, because, it matters to them, it may be a joke, and fun, right now, because, I don't recall, that other countries, have celebrities, who are forgiven for every lame ass thing they say, dragging their opponents in the mud, right along with them and also going after their wives!  Political hacks and pundits, like myself, are to be distinguished from, those running for office, and therefore, a bit more free to be irreverent, and pointing out the issues, more from a comical side of the election process, as Maher does, referring to the GQ picture of Melania Trump, with Bill, reminding voters, that this picture was taken a long time ago, with Melania, looking like she did in the mail order catalogue, Donald Trump ordered her out of!  LOL!  Some news commentators, seeing the Trump comeback showing, Heidi Cruz, who is a very accomplished woman in her own right, now an executive for Goldman Sach, on Wall Street, but saying that both women are equally accomplished . . . for some reason, laying on a rug, posing nude for GQ, doesn't seem to take the same kind of brains, as reaching a high level of employment on Wall Street?  Big difference to me, and the same type lame ass, excuses, used to minimize me and my qualifications, as opposed to those of a flight attendant?

Detective vs. Street Rookie?  Exchangeable?  Nah!  

REMINDER MEN, women are not headless bodies, exchangeable, and just ask yourself, if you have spent years, going to college, graduate school, law school, climbing the corporate ladder, or scratching your way to the top of the legal landscape, in several areas, how would you like a Chippendale Dancer, to be attributed with your credentials, just to put it in perspective for you!  Women are no more exchangeable than men!  It kills me when, beat cops, out running around, getting in and out, of their squad cars, giving tickets, getting donuts, and investigating crime scenes, keeping them pretty fit, can't, look at who it is, that becomes a detective, or the brainier side of police work, generally guys who have been around, proven themselves, and distinguished themselves in cops work, and if you look at most of them, in true crime shows, they become a bit portly, stodgy, and beefed up, with age and changing in their uniforms, for a desk job!  Notice the difference in the Trumpster's, thickness, now, compared to his earlier pictures . . . you just get more sedentary, and exchange, beauty and good looks, for knowledge and wisdom!  The American culture, is one of the few on earth, that does not reverence age, wisdom and the teaching capacities of the elderly, especially the Asian countries, who hold their elderly in great esteem and respect . . . perhaps we could learn from, these other countries and stop being the Ugly Americans!

I would no more, go back, to my more beautiful years, in exchange for all the wisdom I have now, ever, never, not on a bet!  And, I don't appreciate, men, especially, younger men, who don't know their ass from a hole in the ground, to simply lob off my head, and prefer a sister, who has spent her years, running up and down, airplane isles serving, coffee, and peanuts!  YOU ARE FUCKING NUTS!  The day, after the attacks in Brussels, I sat down, and wrote out a plan for dealing with terrorist attacks, given my background in law enforcement, and just knowledge, I either picked up from experts in counter-terrorism, and was able to put together a workable, practical plan, that, I have already, gotten the satisfaction of not only hearing, the experts themselves, the news, and others, refer to, at times, even quoting portions of it, like I do on a daily basis with this blog, my payment, and realizing that all the years, of law school, of working with cops, prosecutors, government, flipping sides, reading, study, thinking, etc., is fucking invaluable on a world scale, and that is a fucking amazing feeling!

Minimizing Female Brains . . . Don't Do It!  Appreciate Looks for Exactly What They Are--Good Looks, Not to Be Mistaken for Brains!  

HOW DARE YOU MINIMIZE WHAT THIS, AND I AM GOING TO EMPHASIS, "THIS" BRAIN, HAS NOT ONLY CONTRIBUTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, BUT TO THE WORLD AT LARGE, ON A HUGE ASS SCALE, FROM THE INCEPTION OF THIS BLOG . . . I AM ONE IN A MILLION, WHO HAS A UNIQUE BACKGROUND, and you, sirs, are insects, with not the remotest idea, of what you do!  It is damned good, I am thick skinned and continue to contribute, yes, even to law enforcement, regardless of your lame ass, substitutions, like giving credit to mere bimbos, you want to fuck, or you think are nicer than me, or thinner!  FUCK YOU! Wife, Mother, Murderer--The Killer Who Kept Reinventing Herself . . . The Cops, Prosecutors, Citizens, Who Kept Going After Her!  Shelley?

Given the mentality of the cops, prosecutors and judges, that I have been forced to deal with, after being poisoned, almost killed, by this same group, going from a very hot, 46 year old, being forced on meds, until, I finally, well, I refused all the way along, but part of the conspiracy against me, was to go after my looks, and medication will make an average person, gain, 80 lbs., therefore, pushing those, by court order, by cop enforcement, and by even locking me up, to force me . . . and I just typed, MEN . . . and that is exactly who was behind this, wanting to minimize, a woman who had beauty and brains, who was kicking the shit out of them in the law, on all cops levels, but, watching this true crime, story, called, Wife, Mother, Murderer, created for me, a fascinating, comparison, of where law enforcement used to be, and where we have deteriorated, with law enforcement, being, to me, nothing more than, the Republican presidential race, an activity of cock measuring, and wife comparing, and being on the take!  There is fucking nothing about law enforcement or any reminiscence of it, in the true sense, that I have seen in the last, 23 years, since I graduated from law school!  But, that show, demonstrated, what, police work used to look like, what the criminal justice system looked like before the insanity of the Patriot Act, drug interdiction, and new fascist cop activities, that mirror, Hitler's SS men!

In this movie, you have a woman, who, starts with poisoning her husband . . . perfectly healthy, dead 10 days later, buried and in the ground, while the wife, spends the insurance policy, and the daughter, and grandma morn.  This woman, thinks, she was entitled to a much nicer life, than she got, and longed to associate with people who lived on the hill, she fancied herself, and someone who had tons of guys when she was younger, and this rich areas of town, was where her and her daughter belonged.  After her husband's death, she starts, going after and having affairs, with several rich men, wonders what their wives do, and starts doing what they do, she, seemed to be doing nothing more than being a prostitute, and getting money off these men.  Eventually, she goes through $30,000 insurance, and is failing to make payments on bills.  The local banker in the small town, thinks, this is just the result of the death of her husband, so he gives her a small loan.  The next thing with woman does, is buys new clothes, even a new car, after setting her car on fire.  Next she collects the insurance money on, her old home, that she again, sets on fire.  The cops, and a prosecutor, start to look at this strange behavior, and start to immediately suspect, something is up . . . but their fresh, suspicions were so, telling on their puzzled face, wondering what this woman was up to?  So, they follow her and start, watching her and going back in their minds, connecting dots, always, questioning, her actions?

As the daughter of this woman, is laying in the hospital, with flu like symptoms, the cops are getting more and more suspicious, but don't have enough evidence to convict or charge her with attempted murder, but they do have enough to get her one, bank fraud, and so they get her off the streets, before she can kill her daughter.  But, the woman's, male paramours, post her bail, of like $15,000 the most the prosecutor could hold her on, and this was back in the day, when that was a large amount of money!  So, she is released, and comes closer and closer to actually killing her daughter, putting poison in her food, all the time, until the girl is again, hospitalized, with her best friend, even catching the woman, shooting her friend with a syringe of something!  The mother, if you can call her that, sneaks in the daughter's hospital room, and feeds her a poisonous mixture, so the doctors don't know, and when the doctor, catches her, and the cops, question her again, she gets pissed and says the doctors and nurses are incompetent and she is going to take her daughter home and treat her at home, but while the cop and prosecutor are trying to stop her, from taking the daughter, knowing this is her death sentence, with this woman, another doctor, stops, the mother, notices the girl's finger nails, and can tell that there are extremely high doses of led in her body, signs of arsenic poisoning, and so they are able to keep the daughter away from the mother.

The mother takes off, and this time, she goes to Florida, or somewhere . . . and she hooks up with a relatively wealthy man, whom, she, makes up a false identity with, and she marries the guy, just leaving her daughter, who eventually recovers, but, doesn't hear from her mother.  The cops, want the daughter to testify, if they can find the woman again, and the daughter, makes a telling statement, and she tells the cops, she doesn't know anything about her mother, obviously, since, her mother is a killer, and this mother shatters every thought of decency this daughter has for her mother, now learning that, not only did her mother try to kill her, but she murdered her father, whom the girl loved, as well!  So, this woman, becomes a somewhat respectable woman, seems to love the husband, at least fakes it well enough, to be taken care of, not in the style she thinks she deserved, but, he is a nice man, and seems to love her.  She gets a job at a school, where her husband's friend's wife works, and as the killer is reinventing herself, she is told to fill out the W2 tax forms, to get paid.  She does, but when the payroll clerk, finds something strange about the claimed Social Security number, the other woman, who thought she was suspicious, and acted strange, always telling of her woes, and the problems, but with other teachers, liking her, this woman starts to do some checking around.

Dark Haired Killer, Fakes Death, Comes Back as Her Identical Twin, A Blonde!  Like I Said, Yesterday, Born and Reborn!  Shelley Turned Into Me, With Cop, Prosecutor, Judges and the Feds HELP + 6 More Women!  SCREAM!  Too Close to Home!

Out of the blue, this Terry, I think was her, fake name, as a school personnel, tells her husband, knowing, that this other woman, is suspicious of her, tells her husband she has cancer, and she is going to somewhere to get treatment, and she will be staying with her sister, during the treatment.  The sister, just a blonde version of the dark haired wife, contacts the husband, and of course, plays him, like she did as a brunette, and weasels her way back into his life, but this time as a blonde, the twin sister, who, plays all kinds of games, to get him back.  The school friend, sees this woman, come back, claiming to be the twin sister, and she sees right through it, and even calls her Terry!  But, she does her fast talking, oh, everyone gets us confused, but no, I am the twin sister . . . but, this woman, grills her, and asks her what her address in Florida, or wherever and she can't answer.  Eventually, she is able, to not only see through, the blonde version, but, even the fake name, Terry, and pulls the killer up from newspaper articles, from where she came from, and contacts the cops, and prosecutor!

These guys, the lead investigator or detective and the prosecutor, are just dumb founded by this woman, her guts, the audacity of her actions, her lies, spending, her ability to hook men, and get their sympathy, even after, her husband finds out, she not only lied about being the first, wife, but the double, blonde twin too, and he stood by her and loved her through trial!  I have never used sex, have never employed female wiles and charms, but, I am not a criminal, never wanted to kill my husband or my children, never needed to cheat on insurance money . . . The cop and prosecutor with information, decide to exhume the body of her dead husband, and find, that he also, has been poisoned with arsenic, and they try her, again, but they need to daughter's testimony.  This time they get it and mom is sentenced for murder, attempted murder, and insurance fraud.  After this woman, has been in jail, for three years, and on good behavior, she talks the prison warden, into letting her have a congegal visit with her husband for three days.  Psychopaths are master manipulators, mind readers, and generally, charming and persuasive, so, this woman, once again, cons her way out of PRISON, and is trusted to go with her lump of a dumb ass husband, whom she dumps, into, going to get her food, after throwing a fit, because he got his car reposed and he is going to have to drive back to the prison, on the back, so she runs away, which was probably the plan all the way along.  

Again, this same cop and the same prosecutor, who have been on this woman's ass for years, can't believe this has happened, and this woman, has weaseled her way out of PRISON, actually, this time and is on the LOOSE AGAIN!  Their faces are fucking priceless . . . because, this is the shock, the fury, the disbelief, that REAL cops, prosecutors, and judges, would feel, seeing the antics, bull shit, and conniving actions of this, basically, unbelievable ballzy woman!  LOL!  But, they go after, her, driving wherever they had to to track her down, AGAIN, but, there is a horrible rain storm, and this woman runs, into the forest, and ends up, knocking on the same, shack, she was born in, scaring the resident, half out of her wits . . . the irony of this woman, who her whole life, felt she had been wronged, and deserved better, and always wanted something for nothing, always wanted to be the rich pampered wife, of a rich man--died on the front porch of her own family home.  The way, everyone reacted in this "true story" and movie, is exactly what I thought, cops, prosecutors, judges, feds, clients, family, ex-husbands, even kids, would be like . . . but, that was not the reaction I got; she got PROTECTION, and I got shit on!  COPS STILL THINK, OR PREFER THE CRIMINAL BITCH, to the WOMAN WHO HAS KICKED THEIR ASSES FOR 23 years!

The Shelley Phenomena, Same As Trump Phenomena!

As I listen to all the political hacks, the pundits, the serious, people, leaders in the Republican Party, or the Tea Party movement, speak, of this wild, ass, unbelieveable, Trump candidacy, where nobody, thought he could win, didn't think anybody would support him, even trashes, women, Muslims, blacks, Hispanics, the disabled, opposing candidates, even jokes that he could, shoot someone down in New York, and the voters would still vote for him, it reminds me of, Shelley . . . I mean, I just can't believe it.  At first, I was, like, what the fuck are they thinking, knowing, and seeing, early on, after 2000, when I got poisoned the first time, that they were using Shelley to double as me, like the woman in the story, Marie, turning into Terry, turning into the blonde twin sister, and almost getting away with it, but for the one, co-worker, who thought this woman was full of shit, the first time she met her . . . my son, used to say, don't worry Mom, all they would have to do it get you in a debate with Shelley, Kay, Rachel, Sue, Tiffany, etc., and they would know who the real you, the real attorney, the real YOU IS.  The problem was, NOBODY WOULD DO THAT, they knew I would eat all of them alive, so, that is the last thing on the face of the planet they would want and do!  So, the cops, just kept chasing me, and honoring her for the stuff I did, water compacts, medical marijuana speaking and writing, constitutional analysis, speaking at the Federation of Republican Women, training at the Capitol, even testifying at the Montana Legislature, and each place I went and appeared on the radar screen, the cops were used to chase, threaten and intimidate me out of town!  Mormon mafia, style.

So, it is kind of like, oh, well, on my house, oh, well on my cases, worth fucking $700 million, oh, well on my second home and cabin, oh well, surely, they are seeing this, surely, they are not buying this travesty of justice and believing that bitch is me?  Surely NOT!  I mean, leaders in communities, know me, mayors, legislators, I went to Pachyderm Meetings for years in Kalispell, tons of people know me, but, tons of Republicans and party politics, seemed to take precedence over TRUTH, VERACITY, HONESTY, and the lies, lies and more lies, on my work on the Salish-Kootenai water compact, and everything I did, was compromised and lied about to cover the CONSPIRACY, to the point, of being, CRAZY!  These people KNOW ME!  But, I started realizing, the more good I did, the more I helped, the more willing, these fucking liars, community leaders were willing to LIE AND COVER UP THE TRUTH?  What the fuck?  The more I exposed the lies, the more joined in on the liars side, the more shelter workers and rescue workers, the more intense the cops efforts, like, what in the fuck is going on here?  And like Trump, seeing he is totally unfit to be the president, the more asinine he gets, the bombastic, the more stupid, the bigger the insults, the MORE PEOPLE THINK THEY WANT HIM TO BE PRESIDENT!  JUST LIKE THE MORE I PROVED THAT, SHELLEY AND HER CLUB OF BITCHES, WERE "NOT" ME, THE MORE AND MORE DETERMINED, EVERYONE WAS WILLING TO SWEAR TO UPHOLD SHELLEY AND JAIL ME . . . she didn't make a GOD DAMNED DIME! she doesn't write the blog, never wrote the constitutional analysis, never testified, never did fucking ANYTHING, BUT GET HER GRUBBY LYING ASS HANDS, ALL OVER MY FAMILY MONEY and SHARE IT WITH DIRTY ASS FUCKING COPS, PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES, and THEN SOME!
