YES.  HE HAS DONE THIS TO "HUNDREDS" OF WOMEN?  WHAT?  NO ONE IN THE DEPARTMENT, TOOK THIS GUY TO TASK?  OFFICERS WHO GOT THE CALLS, SAID THEY WOULD HANDLE IT, AND DIDN'T . . . THEY CALLED HIM, AND HE "DOUBLED DOWN," ON THE TARGET OR WOMAN, WHO RATTED HIM OUT!

• so in this case, it is a cop, who, was an officer of the law, and also, taught, classes at the local, community college, on criminal justice!
• this victim in this case, had, a few, bad relationships, before, one that resulted in an unwanted, or wanted, pregnancy, depending on which parent, you talk to . . . 80% of women, killed while are pregnant, are killed for being pregnant!  And Trump wants to punish the women?  We are punished enough!  FUCK!  The chick, very pretty, decides to go back to college and make something of herself, and decides to go into criminal justice as her field of study . . . 
• her professor is this cop, and they start seeing each other, in and out of class, start having a relationship.  For awhile, the two get along, great, her son, is attached to the cop and she feels safe, with him, after, a few, violent relationships, before.  As time progresses, dude, starts getting more and more possessive, and, controlling, wants to know, where, when, why, with whom, and, for how long, she is going here and there, when she is not with him!  He started to text her or call her, sometimes, between, 300 and 500 times a day!
• he would often, get suicidal on her, when, she said, this was just not working for her.  He used his service weapon, on several occasions, to threaten her and, point to his head, by means of suicide, if she broke up with him.  Eventually, the two, seemingly, air minded adults, realized they were bringing out the worst in each other and agreed to break up.  The cop moved on, met another girl, who took his attention of this chick, at least as long as she was not dating someone, else . . . which is eventually, going to happen, right!?
• so the young attractive, lady, meets some guy at church, who is in a similar situation as she is, raising kids, and, really just wanting some companionship, that eventually, develops into a full blown, romance.  So, the cop's relationship did not go as well, and he broke up with this new girl, and, wanted back with his ex!  The new guy was fully appraised of the situation, and warned.  Now the new guy, looks like he could take on the cop, and give him a run for his money, but, taking all the cops, is quite another deal . . . 
• so, one night, the couple is relaxing at I think, his home, and, ex boyfriend, cop calls, the chick, and demands to see her.  She politely said, no, I have my boyfriend, and, his kids, over here with my son too.  The cops shows up, and keeps calling the ex, demanding to see her!  The new dude, calls 911, and says that this crazy dude, is, banging on the doors, and, threatening to some in, and, trying to get to him, her and their children, whom they are trying to protect.  The dispatch, said, she would send the cops, immediately.
• when the cops, find out that it is Paul, they freak out, and, they tell the chick, and her new man, that, they will handle this.  Eric had taken off when, they called the cops.  They never reported the incident, because one of the cops, had previously been, the cop's partner!  THAT SHOULD NOT MATTER!  THE LAW IS THE LAW, IS THE LAW . . . KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
• sometime, after that, the cop, demanded the chick meet with him, and she let him come over.  he brandished his gun, threatened her and himself, again, and, this time, he pushed her over, and pulled her pants down, and brutally, raped her, beat the shit out of her and all she could remember was him choking her, before she passed out and his mean, eyes, looking into her face!  When she came to, she could hear her son, crying on the bottom, step, holding his teddy bear . . . she had no idea what he saw, and, how long he had been standing there!  She was even more scared and didn't report this, incident, that came back to bite her later, and, hurt her case against him, when, he finally, was arrested!
• in true, narcissistic behavior and patterns, when, someone, like this man, cop, gets away with this shit, he started to think he was totally above the law and had been for a long time, and he got more and more aggressive with the new man and her, threatening to kill, the kids and both of them, now.  You are not doing your buddies any favors, when, you cover their shit!  So, one night, and I think it is around, Christmas, the two are enjoying a quiet night at home with the kids and together, and dude calls, oh, the guy, even had, his elderly father with him, sitting on the couch.
• the cop shows up after the phone calls are ignored or she dismisses him.  He starts looking in the windows, kicking against the door, and, pounding on the sides of the house, wanting the pair to break up the night, and let him be with her, just to talk to her.  I actually think the elderly father, was, alone on the couch, and the man and woman, were off, at the store or something.  This time, when the kids reported this cop's actions, to their parents, the chick, goes directly to the cop shop, and, says she is not going to leave, until this cop is arrested!  The guy, goes home to protect the family and his father!  Again he calls 911, in fear for his kids lives.  Dispatch asks him if he has a gun to protect himself and the kids?  NO.  This might be the right time to get a fucking gun.  I am sure the thoughts went through his head, that, there are amped up charges for killing a cop!  He was protected before, so why wouldn't he be now.  Would charges be reversed, with him going to jail, rather than, the crazy ass cop?  Very possible, with friends willing to cover his ass and not report.  If they are the ones dispatched to the scene, anything could happen!  He had reason to worry.
• I think the chick, refusing to leave the cop shop, was want eventually, got the cop finally arrested.  She basically, forced, the other cops to arrest this guy, she carried with her, selfies she took after he raped her at gun point!  Here is where the rub comes in, because she failed to report the rape, and, like all rapes, it was her word against, his, and we give cops a lot of credibility, and the fact that he was also a professor, didn't help her either, but, at least he got some time . . . only four years!  
• she continued to live in fear, hearing that, he was bragging about the rape, to fellow inmates, and, the thoughts of, having a hit put out on her was, very real!
• professionals do their fucking jobs, regardless of who the other, party or the arrestee is!

SOMETIMES IT HURTS TO BE BEAUTIFUL.  19 YEAR OLD NURSING STUDENT, GOING TO TAKE, EXAMS, ENDS UP DEAD!  BRO WAKES TO HEARING YELLING, GOING ON, IN THE GARAGE, THINKS IT IS HIS SISTER AND HER BOYFRIEND FIGHTING.  HE CALLS, HIS MOM, AND, SAID, THAT, SIS AND CHAD, JUST, TOOK OFF INTO THE WOODS.  MOM SAID THAT IS NOT CHAD, OR WHATEVER HIS NAME WAS, BUT THE ABDUCTOR WAS WEARING CAMOUFLAGE, JUST LIKE BOYFRIEND, ALWAYS DID.  MOM INFORMS, SON TO CALL THE COPS, THAT IS NOT CHAD!  IT WAS UNLIKE, THE TOP NOTCH NURSING STUDENT, TO MISS EVEN A DAY OF SCHOOL, LET ALONE EXAMS, AND CHAD WAS HUNTING WILD TURKEYS WITH FRIENDS THAT WEEK. THE MOM, A SCHOOL TEACHER, HAD HER SON, TRACK HIS SISTER'S CELL PHONE, AS IT, LEFT THE HOUSE AND MOVED, MILES AWAY, AND FINALLY DROPPED OUT OF SIGHT, NEAR, A KNOWN SEX OFFENDER'S HOUSE.  THE COP ON THE CASE, WAS WELL FAMILIAR WITH THIS DUDE, AND HE, GOT "TUNNEL VISION" ON THE CASE AND WAS TAKEN OFF THE CASE, SEEING ONLY THE BACKWOODS, DUDE, WHERE THE PHONE SERVICE STOPPED.  THERE WAS BLOOD FOUND IN THE GARAGE, AND, THE GIRL, MUST HAVE PUT UP A FIGHT, BECAUSE, THE DNA, AT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME DIDN'T MATCH THAT OF THE FORMER SEX OFFENDER, BUT IN THE INTERVIEW WITH THE COP, WHO WAS, BUMPED FROM THE CASE, BECAUSE HE COULDN'T SEE ANYONE ELSE, SAID THIS MAN REFERRED TO HER SIMPLY AS A BODY, A GOOD BODY, AND WHEN, YOU DON'T HAVE A BODY, YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING.  FINALLY, AND MAN, GATHERING GINSENG IN THE FOREST, DISCOVERED THE GIRL'S BODY.  WHEN INTERVIEWED THE MAN, SAID, THERE WAS SOMETHING IN A BUCKET, BUT, DUE TO HER FAMILY, HE WAS NOT GOING TO TELL IT ON THE NEWS, WHAT HE FOUND.  HE SAID ALL HE COULD THINK OF WAS HIS OWN DAUGHTER'S LIFE, ENDING IN SUCH A TRAGIC WAY.  LATER, THREE MEN WERE APPREHENDED, IN THE DEATH OF THE GIRL.  THEY NEVER SAID, WHAT THEIR PUNISHMENT WAS, OR SENTENCING, BUT, I AM SURE THEY GOT, 25 TO LIFE FOR FIRST DEGREE MURDER.  THE MOTHER SAID, SHE NEVER KNEW, PEOPLE, LIKE, THESE MEN, EVEN EXISTED, UNTIL HER DAUGHTER WAS TAKEN RIGHT FROM THE HOME, THE DAY OF HER TESTS!  FAMILIES WANT CLOSURE, TO PUT THEIR LOVED ONES TO REST.  THE MAN, WHO FOUND, HER, PLACED, A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS, IN THE WOODS WHERE HE FOUND HER BODY, FOUR YEARS LATER, HE STILL CRIES, EACH TIME HE VISITS THE PLACE HE FOUND HER.  THE IMPACT OF MURDER, ON A FAMILY, IS DEVASTATING, AND HAS A RIPPLE EFFECT FOR YEARS, IF FOREVER . . . THAT'S WHY I RUN.

THE BABY IN THE SNOW

• this case is a particularly interesting one for me, seeing that the timing, on opening the case, one based on a mother's dream, about where her baby's body would be found, was misconstrued, by the cops, as meaning that she had to be the killer, because, otherwise, she would mot have known where the boy's body was . . . God moves in mysterious ways--why not give a grieving mother, a dream of where to find the boy!
• this case has pretty simple facts . . . mom and her two young sons, one about three and the baby, 11 months old, go to run family errands, and, their last stop was at the bank, back in 1990, and, at the time, the mom, left the 11 month old, in the car seat asleep, as she took the 3 year old, for a quick, run in the bank to make a withdrawal.
• WHEN SHE CAME BACK, JUST MINUTES LATER, THE BABY WAS GONE!  THE SEAT BELTS WHERE THE BABY WAS, WERE STILL, IN PLACE, AND NOT UNDONE?  THE EPISODE DIDN'T SAY IF THE BABY WAS OLD ENOUGH TO WALK, BUT MANY 11 MONTHS OLD, DO?  MOM RUNS BACK IN THE BANK, AND REPORTS THE CHILD MISSING!
• the alarm goes out and the cops start to immediately search for the baby.  They don't have much luck, but the next day or so, the mom, comes to the sheriff, and reports that she knows where her son's body is, because she saw the place in a dream.  The mother, directs the cops, almost straight to the spot, but for one wrong turn.  Sure enough, there in the snow, is the blue, snow suit the baby was wearing, and his little body, somewhat covered in new fallen snow.  The cops arrest the mother and charge her with the murder of the baby.
• it took two years for the case to come to trial.  Her husband believed her, but most the people in the town, thought she must have dropped the baby off before, going to the bank, so she could go report, the baby missing, after the short, trip in and out of the bank.  The sheriff, said, he knew the baby was dead, because he had seen many dead bodies in his day and there was not need to see if he was still alive!
• THE CASE GETS WILD, WITH THE EXPERTS.
• the prosecution, calls, a man who is the head of forensic psychology, to testify as to the timing of the death of the child.  This man was, nationally known, and top in his field.  The mother had a great lawyer, who did his homework and he had a female, attorney, assistant, who, was also working the case, named JOANN, blond, too, but they did some research into this alleged, expert and found that, he had, in the past, created, his findings based on the facts reported on the case, so basically, just reinforced what the cops and prosecutors said!  The prosecutor about died, out of 44 cases this man had served as an expert witness, in 21 of the cases, he just mimicked in his report, what the prosecution and their witnesses claimed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scream!
• it that were not bad enough, the defense got a female expert witness, who, not only said, that was wrong, the time of death, but, she said, the time of the babies, death, may have been after the mother, showed the sheriff where the body was . . . the sheriff carried the little boy, who didn't have many freeze burns, on his fingers, and toes, or nose, and, the cops, laid the small baby's little body, in the snow for four hours, and, later he was in the body bag!  The expert medical examiner, said, and she was of great reputation and, prominence in her area too, said, she felt the baby was still alive in the body bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So the timeliness of the dream, of the mother, might have saved the baby's life, had the sheriff, listened to her, and tried to resuscitate the baby when they found him in the snow! WE ALL KNOW WHAT "ASSUMING" DOES, IT MAKES AND ASS OF YOU AND ME!
• then, contrary to most, defense attorney's advise, the mother wanted to testify in her own behalf.  She corrected, some of the facts that the sheriff had said, like, she didn't take them directly to the sight, but she had them back track, on several roads, and, she went over the evidence.  THE JURY NOT ONLY BELIEVED HER, BUT, UN-BE KNOWN TO THE SHERIFF AND THE PROSECUTOR, THE JURY, MEMBERS, KEPT IN CONTACT WITH THE WOMAN, WHO WAS, ACQUITTED OF ALL CHARGES, UP, TO THIS POINT, NOW, 30 YEARS LATER, WHEN, THE CASE IS GOING TO BE REOPENED!
• THE COPS' "TUNNEL VISION" ONLY SEEING THE MOTHER, AND BLAMING HER DREAM, SEEING HER AS THE ONLY POSSIBLE KILLER, WAS WRONG, AND IT WAS WRONG FOR THE STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO JUST CLOSE THE CASE, AFTER, THE MOTHER WAS, FOUND INNOCENT OF THE MURDER, NEVER LOOKING INTO HOW MIGHT HAVE TAKEN THE BABY.  THERE WAS SOME SPECULATION, WITH A RE-EXAMINATION OF THE CASE, THAT, HER TWIN BROTHER, HIS WIFE, AND HER OLDER BROTHER, MIGHT HAVE TAKEN THE BABY TO TEACH HER A LESSON, NOT TO LEAVE THE BABY IN THE CAR WHILE SHE WENT IN THE BANK!  IN THEIR WITNESS STATEMENTS, THEY REPORTED BEING, EXTREMELY CRUEL TO HER, AND, OFTEN PICKING ON HER . . . SHE THOUGHT, THAT, HER FAMILY MEMBERS MAY HAVE TAKEN, THE BABY, AND WHEN, COPS WERE IMMEDIATELY DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE OF THE MISSING BABY, THEY WERE IN TOO DEEP, SO THEY TOOK THE BABY BOY OUT AND JUST DUMPED HIM IN THE SNOW AND LEFT HIM, TO DIE!
• THE MOTHER APPEARED IN DISGUISE, TO TALK TO THE TV CHANEL, AND SHE IS THRILLED THAT THE CASE IF GOING TO BE OPEN AGAIN, AS A COLD CASE, AND, HOPES THAT THE REAL KILLERS OR KIDNAPPERS WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE FOR THE CRIME THEY COMMITTED!

THIS MOTHER'S DREAM, MIGHT, ACCORDING TO ONE EXPERT, MIGHT HAVE SAVED HER BABY'S LIFE!

MOTHERS DO HAVE DREAMS OF THEIR CHILDREN!  THE LAST TWO NIGHTS, I HAVE HAD DREAMS, ONE WITH JUST GRETA IN IT AND THE OTHER, WITH, BOTH CHRIS AND GRETA!

THE SHORT VERSION: (1) FIRST DREAM, THE "DROP SPOT" FOR, MY LIFE, WAS, A DUMP SITE, AT THE GREAT SALT LAKE, THE INLAND SEA!  ME AND GRETA WERE, AT WHAT APPEARED TO BE ALMOST A DUMP, OF A BUNCH OF DISCARDED GARBAGE.  ON TOP OF THE PILE OF WOOD, AND, OTHER SHIT, THERE WAS AN OLD DILAPIDATED, BOOK SHELVE (SIGN OF SHELLEY'S LIFE, BEING DROPPED, HERE, AND SHE TOOK UP MY LIFE AND IDENTITY?) I WAS KIND OF TIRED, DEPRESSED, NOT WANTING TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS SIFTING AND, WHATEVER, THIS MESS WAS GOING TO TAKE.  BUT GRETA, ON THE OTHER HAND, WAS FRESH, AND READY TO RUN.  I LOOKED AWAY, AND, SHE HAD MOVED THIS EXTREMELY HEAVY, BOOK CASE, SPLINTERS AND ALL, UP A STAIRCASE, THAT, LED TO NOWHERE?  IT WAS LIKE CEMENT, UP AND DOWN, THROUGH, ALMOST JUST A FRAME OF A DOOR.  I WAS SHOCKED, THAT SHE COULD MOVE IT BY HERSELF?  WHEN, I LEFT, UTAH FOR MONTANA, I STOPPED BY THE CAPITOL BUILDING WHERE I USED TO HAVE AN OFFICE, WHERE THE LT. GOV. OFFICE WAS, AT THE TIME AND, PUT MY NAME IN AS A WRITE IN CANDIDATE, AGAINST SENATOR HATCH, AS I WAS LEAVING . . . WAS THIS THE POWERFUL MAN, WHO BROKERED THE DEAL, TO EXCHANGE ME FOR SHELLEY, OR KAY OR RACHEL?  MORE REPUBLICAN TYPES, OR AT LEAST CONTROLLABLE MORMON WOMEN, NOT A THREAT TO HIM? (2)(A) THIS DREAM WAS, WILD, BACKWOODS, AND BIZARRE, HAD TWO EX-HUSBANDS, WHO HAD TO HAVE GONE ALONG WITH THIS SHIT FOR THE EXCHANGE TO HAVE HAPPENED!  I CAN'T REMEMBER THE WHOLE THING REAL WELL, BUT WE WERE AT 2ND HUSBAND'S HOUSE, JERRY OWEN, AND CHRIS, MUCH YOUNGER, AND MYSELF, WERE GOING TO FIND, FIRST HUB, ZEKE, TO GET A CAR?  HE WAS ABOUT THE AGE HE WAS, IN HIGH SCHOOL, WHEN, THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND ABOUT THE TIME, THEY MIGHT HAVE LIED, ABOUT, WHO WAS WHO, ME FOR SHELLEY, BOTH PISSED, FOR ME LEAVING THEM? (2)(B) IN THIS NEXT PART OF THE DREAM, ALL TAKING PLACE IN THIS, LIKE SHANTY TOWN, BACKWOODS, REDNECK, PLACE, IN THIS SEGMENT, ME AND MAYBE CHRIS, WERE LOOKING THROUGH, SLATS, IN A WINDOW, THAT APPEARED TO BE BOARDED UP, BUT WITH LARGE GAPING, SPACES BETWEEN, THE FLAT WOODEN, PIECES, BLOCKING FULL VIEW OF THE OUTDOORS.  THIS RED, PICK UP TRUCK, FULL OF MEN, AND A WASHING MACHINE IN THE BACK, WERE DRIVING DOWN THE DUSTY DIRT ROAD, AND, LOL, WE SAID, HIDE, THOSE ARE "REPUBLICANS!"  SCREAMING FUN?  LOL.  WE WERE LIKE JEWS HIDING FROM THE NAZIS OR SOMETHING . . . THEY ARE REPUBLICANS!????? (2)(C) THEN IN THIS LAST SEGMENT, I WAS WITH MY OLD BOSS, FROM THE UTAH PROSECUTION COUNSEL, MARK NASH, HE WAS DRESSED LIKE AN OLD COWBOY, WHICH IS IS, AND, WALKING WITH A LIMP?  EVENTUALLY WE WERE, SITTING AT A PICNIC TABLE, WITH GRETA, AND I TURNED TO HER AND SAID, GUESS WHO IS TAKING YOUR JOB? ME!  THE REVERSE OF WHAT, I THINK, SHE WAS PUSHED OR BRIBED INTO, BEING ME, TAKING CREDIT FOR ALL MY WORK OVER 20 YEARS!  SHE SAT WITH HER MOUTH AGASP, AND, DIDN'T SAY A THING.  IT SEEMS LIKE I SAID, SOMETHING LIKE, HOW DOES IT FEEL?  GRETA IS VERY ACCOMPLISHED AND BY THE TIME SHE IS 20 YEARS OLDER, LIKE I AM, SHE WILL HAVE, DONE MORE THAN ME, IN HER CAREER, AND SHE HAS ROCKED HER LIFE, SO FAR . . . BUT BEING ME?  NA.  I ACTUALLY, COULD, PROBABLY TRANSITION BETTER TO HER JOB, THAN, HER TO MINE!  THE REASON I SAY THAT, IS, NOT UNLIKE THE LAW, GRETA SHARED HER DEGREE, STUDIES, AND MASTER'S IN NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, WITH ME, AS I DID HER IN THE LAW!  BUT, I HAVE ACTUALLY, HAD A CLASS IN LAW SCHOOL, ON NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, THAT COVERED A TON OF THE ISSUES, THAT I HAVE HEARD HER TALK ABOUT OVER THE YEARS!  NOT SO MUCH ON FIRE, BUT, MORE THAN SHE HAS HAD OF THE LAW!
