• I am not going to look back and my notes, so, I apologize to the cops, prosecutors, and family of the victims--lazy I know, but you get what you pay for, nothing!  LOL.  But there was something, that one of the detectives, said, that, made perfect logic, but, no, detective has ever said it, from another case as I recall, but it is a concept to keep in mind . . . here it is, and again, I watch these things at the library, and due to no money, for some reason, my old, cheap, ear buds, died, or the computers got fucked, so they didn't work, so between interruptions and, not being able to hear, and I am just reminded why, this black, vet, just walked by, and during this particular, true crime case, he, started to talk, obnoxiously loud, to the man, crunched, in the seat behind me . . . • if I heard, right, when I was so rudely assaulted, by this jerk, I think, the brother of the victim, got totally involved in solving his brother's case, and these led the detectives to the conclusion, that, I thought, both cops and victim's families ought to think about, frustrating, on both sides:
• the detective said, at the beginning of a case, the family can be the greatest help and fan of the cops, putting in work and leg power, hanging fliers, and notifying, man power to hunt for the victim's body, or to do whatever, start volunteer services, and efforts . . . 
• however, when the case, stalls or when it is not solved, within a short time period, like on TV, the family, can turn on the cops, and become the biggest enemy of law enforcement and the prosecutors, even, ending up, prohibiting progress on the case because, they have to spend so much time, dealing with family, who is bugging the shit out of them when they have other duties, and responsibilities!
• in a way, this reminds me of an attorney, dealing with, their clients . . . you have 30 cases, and they have one!  They are on top of the timelines, even, educated me, because they have been going through, years of litigation on this same case, and I never even wanted any case or clients, let alone, take over, a case with, three years of legal work from another attorney!
• in this particular case, there were, three sets of parents involved, three plaintiffs and I was, taking, on, all their juvenile cases, criminal cases, and getting paid jack shit for the civil case, that almost got me killed!  Two of my three plaintiffs in my $56.7 million Iron County Corruption case, based on civil rights violations, were not paying a dime!  The alleged, funders, had paid me a fucking, $9,000, a year and a half earlier, were providing me Diet Coke, and dinner, plus support, but, when, law enforcement across the country already hates you, and you are just recovering from, 10 years, hiatus, from, the last time you tangled with law enforcement, that is not enough . . . 
• so, mom, dad, and client, come sit in my office, home office, in sweltering, heat, and I never used, a secretary, legal assistant, research assistant, or paralegal, did everything myself, never planning on practicing, but for my one, $357.6 million securities case, filled, some, 5 months earlier . . . all there start pushing me to file, a lawsuit that could get us all killed, and pushing me, right this second, on a rough draft, so much, so, that, they almost took over the case, and we filed, premature, in my mind, and that always comes back to bite your ass!
• A WORD TO THE WISE, COPS, PROSECUTORS, CRIMINAL DEFENSE AND CIVIL RIGHTS ATTORNEYS, FAMILIES . . . YOU ARE NEVER HELPING YOUR CAUSE OR CASE, BY PUSHING A PROFESSIONAL TO ACT FASTER, THAN, THEY SHOULD! Now, I know there are cases, particularly, cold cases, that "but for" the work and insistence of the family members, the case may never have been solved . . . that is different, that meddling in the case, and getting in the way! 
• YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THE ENEMY OF THE VERY PERSONS WHO ARE HELPING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• just this morning, I was sitting out in front of the Poverello Center, talking to my daughter, some, chick jocked, sitting on the front porch having breakfast, huh? while, at least 5 MPD and 2 sheriff's vehicles, cruised by!  I told my daughter, that, people, will do things for others, more than, doing them for themselves . . . and I said, I could sue, on a civil rights case, but it is too much work, and if they cops, prosecutors, were doing their jobs, seeing this is criminal, there would be no need for me to file a case . . . this is more about JUSTICE than money to me!
• interestingly enough, someone had the radio on in the kitchen, right after I came back inside, and I am not sure of the name of the song, but, I goes something like this . . . You just need a little patience, it just takes a little more time!  LOL.

• I believe this case is in LA, sometime in the 90's?  I think.  So, this dude, nice looking, successful, man, mid-thirties, all about work, finally, wants a relationship.  He is a bit dusty on his skills to attract a female of his own, so his boss, or partner, or friend, start to frequent the local strip club.  Now, everybody knows these girls are stripping for money, not for a relationship with a client, but, the dead guy, doesn't seem to quite get that . . ..
• he starts to dig on this chick called, India, who, flirts, and, acts like she likes him, the way all strippers, do, but, he seems particularly interested in this mysterious, woman, who, belongs to a strange religion, Santeria, with voodoo sex. chicken blood sacrifices, candles, etc.  At first the cops, wonder, if there is some dude in India's life, who, is a boyfriend, a lover, a husband, who is jealous, of dead guys, previous, attention . . . and there appears to be a dude, an ex-con, who just fits the bill.  There is also, this other, chick, who is or seems to be a lesbian, lover, of India too, who is into Santeria, and when the cops go interview or visit her,, they find, candles, chick feet, strange religious shit, and they wonder if she, didn't kill, the dude, who was flirting with her lover?
• this is why you leave the legal decisions, to the prosecutors or the DA, she looks at all the possible suspects, can' find a shred of evidence, that would connect, any of them to the death of the man, murdered or the ashes of skeletal matter found in the burning vehicle, and she cuts all the possible suspects, free . . . both the cops and the family are disheartened!  Sometimes the cops, can be as bad as the families, when, the prosecutor, tells them, no, this is not your victim!  LOL.  All we need is a little patience . . . going after the wrong person, is timely and costly, court is no joking matter!
• they start looking into, his office life, with, a few women, who, could, have had, a relationship with him . . . but none seemed to fit
• the night of the murder, I believe, that, dude, hooked up with someone online, so he let the whole office go earlier than usual, he was a hard driving, kind boss, but this particular night, he seemed excited about this date he had . . . but who was she?  The killer?  There were fingerprints, on some glass, wine, messy bed, in an otherwise, perfectly kept apartment, almost anal in the way it was kept . . . the fingerprints don't give them any leads either, because the person, had no criminal record, nor did Codis have a match . . . they did have a long strand of jet black hair, but?
• there was a young Asian chick, in the office, who, met, dude online, but she was, only 16 at the time of the murder, and the cops totally ruled her out!
• the case when cold, the cops in the other jurisdiction where the burning vehicle was found, were no cooperating with the cops in the jurisdiction where they thought the murder occurred, and the family was getting pissed, particularly the brother of the victim!
• FOUR YEARS LATER, THE 16 YEAR OLD ASIAN GIRL, NOW 20 CALLS IN, AND, TELLS THE COPS, AT THE TIME, SHE WAS THE WOMAN, OR GIRL, WHO HAD SEX WITH, THE DEAD MAN, SHE HAD BEEN LIVING WITH, A MAN AND HIS WIFE AND TWO KIDS, AND SHE HAD BEEN HIS MISTRESS, AND SHE HAD PRESENTED HERSELF TO THE PUBLIC AS A COUSIN, AND, HE HAD HER ON A PAGER, AND SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO ANSWER, HIS CALLS WHENEVER, WHEREVER, AND, WHATEVER . . . BUT BECAUSE SHE WAS WITH HER BOSS, SHE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PAGER!
• when she got home that night, he questioned her about who she was with, beat her, and said he was going to kill him, for messing around with someone else's woman!  The two concocted a plan, that she would lure him, out, saying she had car trouble, or she needed a ride home . . . once he came to her rescue, she would say that she also called her brother for help, really her lover, then, he got in the back seat of the man's car, put a gun to his head, and shot him.  The two drove his body to 261 miles away and set the car on fire!  ONE OF THE REASONS, THE COPS, INVESTIGATED THE CONNECTION WITH SANTERIA, WHEN, LOOKING AT INDIA THE STRIPPER, IS BECAUSE, FIRE SYMBOLIZES, INDIA, OR THERE WAS SOME CONNECTION BETWEEN THE MEANS OF THE CRIME, AND THE SYMBOLISM OF ONE OF THE ALLEGED, SUSPECTS, OR THE LADY HE WAS MOST TAKEN WITH!
• when the friend, or the dudes, strip club, buddy, found out, that the Asian, chick who was, 16, was the killer, along with her, lover, a married man, he noted, that, at the time, while she was only 16, her, mannerisms, attitudes, her sexuality, and flirting were of a woman, much older and more sophisticated than, her looks, seemed to indicate, and once the cops found out the arrangement when was living under, they were no surprised!
• the defense attorney, tried to say that the girl, only 16 at the time, was, a battered woman, but the prosecutor, said, she was, far beyond her years, in her sexual appetites, and even in her choice of men!  The cops said the man, was the most vile of all murderers, they had seen, he got 25 to life without a chance of parole, and she got 15 to 25 with a possibility of parole, but they all felt that she was the one who lured the victim to the car, set up the whole, murder plan, and 

She was the one who led the mad dog to the fight!  They all felt that she was more guilty than the man who actually committed the murder or pulled the trigger!

WEB OF LIES

• small town U.S.A., handsome country boy, makes good . . . recently divorced, two darling kids, successful security business, and successful with the ladies too, and getting a reputation for, having a little too much fun . . . is found to have video taped, at least one lady's sexual interludes with, him, and at the time of this adventuresome, dangerous, man's, call to the cops, that he had been shot, and was up, at some bridge, dying, and needed help, his office girl, whom he had also, been said, to have been having an affair with him, said he was dressed in camo, was geared and ready, to go, get some personal property back, from a local gal, he had been seeing for some time, with a reputation of being wild, with the two having had a volatile, at best, hot relationship, had broken in his office, and allegedly, took, a pearl necklace, or something, nothing was said about the video he recorded, of her having sex with him, so, since the cops were unsuccessful, at serving this chick a warrant, he was going after her himself, from what his secretary, also, lover, and new business, partner, told the cops!  Basically a mess!
• the first suspect was, Edie, the wild, local, backwoods, gal, sport-fuck champion, of the town, but the cops got suspicious, of, what the secretary turned, lover and partner said, about the cops not being able to find the chick, because, they found her were she always was, at the local bar playing pool, and, she had no problem answering all their questions . . . told them, she didn't break in his house, she had a key!  She was looking for the video, of her and him having sex, that was all.  Good riddance, was basically what she said about him, even though, she admitted, years later, that he was the love of her life . . .  
• secretary turned, over and business partner, also a former, vet, served in the military and was pretty, was next on the cops, shopping list of possible suspects, but, her alibi panned out . . . so who?
• again, a guilty conscience, broke the case, when, nobody suspected, a young man, who, the murder victim, thought was too dumb to be a security salesman, but, he hired the younger man for repairs and other service type work, called the cops and confessed that, he and the boss had gotten in a fight, it ended up going badly and he shot, the dude and took him up to hide him or the boss crawled to where he could make a cell phone call, after the other guy left him for dead!  I thought, there might have been some jealousy, over the secretary, lover, business partner, but, I don't think there was a lover's triangle or anything, just a dispute about some aspect of work, but the dude, who shot his boss, just couldn't live with the guilt and turned himself in . . . sometimes cops get lucky!

BONUS CASE . . . THIS DID INVOLVED A BOSS, A HOT YOUNG ATTORNEY, 10 YEARS YOUNGER THAN, HIS PARAMOUR, A JEALOUS HUSBAND, AND A HOT WIFE, LEGAL SECRETARY, ABOUT READY TO DIVORCE HER HUSBAND OF MANY YEARS!  FATE OR COMEDY OF ERRORS?  ATTORNEY'S WIFE, DARLING, MOTHER OF 5, BEGS HIM TO STAY HOME, THAT NIGHT, MADE A SPECIAL DINNER . . . HE SAID HE HAD TO GO TO WALGREENS, NEXT THING, SHE HEARS THAT HE IS DEAD!  30 YEARS OLD!

WORK ATTRACTIONS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME!  I SAID THIS WHEN I STARTED THIS BLOG, AND THIS CASE, PROVES WHY, YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO SEPARATE THE BEDROOM FROM THE BOARDROOM, OR YOU ARE GOING TO REAP HAVOC NOT ONLY AT WORK BUT IN YOUR PERSONAL LIVES!

BASICALLY, THE TWO LOVERS, MET AT WALGREENS, PARKED HER CAR, THERE, SO THE, BOSS AND THE SECRETARY, COULD GO HAVE SEX IN HIS CAR.  HER DAUGHTER, GOES TO WALGREENS, AND SEES, MOM'S CAR, BUT NO MOM.  SHE TELLS DAD, THAT, MOM'S CAR IS THERE, BUT NO MOM.  FURIOUS HUSBAND, THAT SUSPECTS, HIS WIFE IS HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH  HER BOSS, DRIVE HIS TRUCK TO THE STORE, WALKS THROUGH THE STORE, CAN'T FIND HIS WIFE, TAKES HIS TRUCK, TURNS IT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, SO THE SECURITY CAMERA CAN'T SEE, WHAT HE IS UP TO, HE PUTS THE GUN ON THE SEAT, AND CALLS HIS WIFE!

FOR AN ATTORNEY, THIS IS REALLY STUPID, BUT HE WAS YOUNG . . . WHEN,, PISSED OFF HUBBY, CALLS, ATTORNEY, BOSS, TAKES THE PHONE AND SAID HE WANTED TO TALK TO HIM, MAN TO MAN . . . THEY GET INTO A PISSING FIGHT, AND, DUDE GOES BACK TO THE STORE, WHERE, MAD HUB IS WAITING, THERE IS A FIGHT OVER THE GUN, BOTH MEN ARE SHOT, BOSS IS DEAD, HUB IS INJURED, AMBULANCE TAKES, HUBBY TO THE HOSPITAL, WIFE CLAIMS, TOTAL INNOCENCE, DOESN'T KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED, DIDN'T SEE A THING, BUT AS HER HUSBAND IS BEING TAKEN AWAY, SHE IS HOLDING HER DEAD, BOSSES, HEAD IN HER ARMS CRYING.  SHE DENIES THE AFFAIR AT FIRST, BUT LATER CONFESSES.

HUSBAND TRIES TO CLAIM, SELF DEFENSE, BECAUSE BOTH ARE SHOT, BUT, DUDE BROUGHT A GUN TO THE FIGHT THAT ENDED UP KILLING ONE MAN!

THAT WAS A VERY WISE DECISION I MADE, AND I WAS, OTHER, YOUNG ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERALS, GET EATEN ALIVE, BY OLDER, MORE EXPERIENCED, PLAYERS, CADS AND WOMANIZERS.

MY GUESS IS THEY ARE ALL IN THEIR SAME POSITIONS, WHILE, I HAVE CLIMBED THE LADDERS OF SUCCESS TO THE TOP OF THE LEGAL FIELD IN MANY AREAS!
