PRESUMPTIONS--LONG, PART OF OUR LEGAL SYSTEM!

• the presumption that you are innocent, UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, beyond reasonable doubt!
• the presumption that you cannot give more property rights than you have!
• the presumption, that if a wife is pregnant, the baby is her husband's, and legally, IT IS!
• the presumption that wives or husbands, don't have to testify against each other
• presumptions can be overcome, and there are more than these, but you HAVE TO OVERCOME THEM!
• the Patriot Act, was not the CURE all for presumptions, making the BURDEN OF PROOF, fall on the suspect or the defendant . . . it is still on the local, state or federal government to prove!  Governments are the ones with endless resources, power, and attorneys, going from the lowest courts to the Supreme Court!

CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THE DOJ!

• both the attorney general and the FBI are in the executive branch; therefore, if the FBI puts you on the "to watch list" or the "No Fly or No Buy" list, and the attorney general or the Department of Justice, who oversees the FBI, is in charge of deciding whether or not, a person, is to stay on or be taken off the lists, there is a conflict of interest, as in my case, that if the FBI, has a personal vendetta or some preference for a pair of tits, or a flavor of Mormon muffin, over another, or their dick barks when one women walks by, and one woman is an attorney, and the others, are controllable, as flight attendants, biologists, or history majors, or an attorney of inferior character and credentials, the DOJ, will, just like prosecutors do with cops, be influenced by personal preferences, favorites, and even putting both cops and prosecutors in the throws of crime, corruption, and pressure to do this or that, or leave this or that, giving privilege and justice to outright criminals, but protected by the cock suckers, and butt fuckers, or the chicks who will spread their legs for cops . . . and hurt the one, who would rather KICK THEIR SORRY LOSER ASSES!

I noticed that I had two portals, one numbered 80 and the other blocked one, I am assuming MINE, the OWNER OF THE BLOG, 443, was blocked from getting on the INTERNET!  I found this in diagnostics, under FIREWALL!

Recommendations to Congress

• due process is to come BEFORE, you deny, life, liberty or property . . . and since the 2nd amendment, is a right, protected by the U.S. and state Constitutions, it should be AFFORDED top priority, giving NOTICE AND A HEARING, BEFORE TAKING AWAY A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!
• put the presumption of innocence back in, before, putting someone on a list, or watching them, or denying them INALIENABLE RIGHTS!  The government did not create the rights, nor can they take them way without, jumping through the hoops, of providing DUE PROCESS, whatever that process is!
• distinguish between alleged homegrown terrorists, enemy combatants, who are citizens, and actual terrorist connected ISIS, extremists, indoctrinated . . . and READ THE FUCKING DEFINITIONS, before jumping to conclusions; I am a fucking bad ass con law chick, you just don't happen to like!  I my book, YOU ARE THE FUCKING HOMEGROWN TERRORISTS AND ENEMY COMBATANTS OF THE PEOPLE . . . closer to TREASON, than I would ever be in 10 billion light years!  Get your oaths straight boys and girls!  Masonic, Illuminati, Mormon temple rites, or Tory's under a British oath of patriots, is not sufficient . . . the Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, and you took a fucking oath to PROTECT, PRESERVE AND DEFEND, THAT AND ONLY THAT!  Get the fuck out of the country, if your loyalties and oaths, belong elsewhere!
• the NRA and Republican proposal, of a THREE day waiting period, is not too burdensome, invasive, nor intrusive government involvement . . . and it gives some cooling off time . . . definitely worth debating.  The courts are already burdened and overloaded.  There might be some type of administrative judge, used in a family, drug, court, who might be able to hear local issues after the fact, but the best way it to provide, due process, prior to taking away the right to bear arms!
• you are talking big time rights, and a constitutional expressly given right; therefore, tread lightly.  GOOD LUCK . . . IT IS WORTH THE FIGHT, TO GET IT RIGHT!

No Such Thing as the "Montana Water Compact"

Wednesday, while I was taking the shuttle, to Kalispell, I noticed a billboard, on highway 93, just outside of Missoula, going up the canyon, I believe, early on, before hitting St. Ignatius . . . I didn't catch it in time to read the whole thing, but, I did read the DAILY INTER LAKE, Thursday, June 16, 2016, OPINION section, the letter by, DAVID PASSIERI, St. Ignatius . . . I just wanted to bullet some of the highlights of his article . . . and make a few comments:

• Farmers and Ranchers for Montana (F.A.R.M.) an organization formed and funded by dark money, is at it again.  (this organization did not exist, back when I started to work on the Salish-Kootenai Water Compact . . . the money behind, this, FAKE organization, I believe, is connected to everything, I said above, the same people stealing, my money, my sons' money, and they are pro federal government, who has jurisdiction over the Indians, sole jurisdiction; therefore the people of the state of Montana, once, having lost control of the Flathead Irrigation District, Kerr Dam, and other waters, are basically turning their water back over to the federal government . . . I have heard that the Indians, were never behind the compact, and that the feds are just using them as a front, for a hidden agenda, that they can't pull off, or get away with, when ranchers and farmers are involved!)
• You have seen the media blitz across our great state touting the high praise of the Montana Water Compact.  (that is the first I have ever heard that name, and I have been involved since, late 2012 or early 2013! so this is NEW TO ME TOO! and I saw the billboard, trying to convince Montanans that all was on the up and up, and not only is the compact, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, it was not passed by 2/3rds of the Montana Legislature, so there is NO COMPACT, and the governor cannot sign a bill into law, that has not gone through the DUE PROCESS!)
• Therefore, it is clear, that F.A.R.M. employs the dubious art of deception.  (you know the fraud broads I talk about?  Yeah, the ones using my name, my credentials, or stealing and creating a similar version, and using a new name for me, like the alleged, famed attorney, Melissa Hornbein . . . these are code names, that have meaning to the insiders, in the group with the agenda . . . Me Love Lisa (sister of Kay) two "SS's" for the double use of the name, HORN, Brett, horny, horn dog, BE, IN . . . this is how, they communicate with each other, through, the newspaper, symbolic names, that only INSIDERS will recognize and they are not, above, making up, people, who are like, someone who had been involved in the issue, like I have, even steal their profile and resume, to promote their agenda; case in point, Sarah Palin, created in My image! really Rachel, my little sister!  these guys are gnarly fuckers, liars, cheaters, and want to take over the world . . . a Mormon President for the World!  That was on Kay's website, aka, Me, married to Brett, the title of a BBC documentary, shown in the UK, March 27, 2012! right after Mitt boy got the nomination, in the last election!  When you have millions and then billions of dollars, play money, politics is the name of the power game!  Whatever I get involved in, is like a competition, for these fucks, and at first they will, see what I am into, use the cops to chase me out, then bring in another version or double, and for awhile pretend to be on the same side, to get confidences and loyalties, charming psycopaths and federal agents, LET's be spies, cops, whatever, attorneys!  CIA, FBI, play this actor, actress shit show all the time!  Once they gain an inside road, they start to shift the game, from me, being on the side of the Constitution, which is a compromise, or the Hellgate Treaty is, and then the fuckers, come in and change it in favor of their CLUB, who has insider seats and trading, with all the Mormon connections!  SAME GAME, SAME PLAYERS, DIFFERENT ROLES, ALL FAKE!) 
• The great state of Montana future sovereignty and future new use water rights are at threat.  Crafted as certainty, the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Compact, aka, CSKT is the actual name of the federal threat that visits our watershed shores.  (up in the presumptions, I mentioned a presumption in the law of real estate and land . . . you cannot give more property or rights than you own!  Back in 1889, when Montana became a state, the United States Federal government, gave Montanans, all the water rights in ground, spring, surface, and wetlands and run off water, to the people of Montana!  IN the Hellgate Treaty of 1855, which came AFTER the United States Constitution, signed into the Supreme Law of the Land, around 1789, predating the treaty, that was to stop the wars, and that, was the deal, the U.S. federal government stopped sending the armies to kill all the Indians, in exchange for peace, and on that note, the, treaties were signed . . . giving the Indians, all the fishing they wanted in their traditional water holes, but as for the water, only that which is for their USE AND BENEFIT!  The government, cannot, give all the water in the state, based on the idea, that a fucking water right, is MERELY, for the use and benefit of anyone, who owns them, and if you don't use it, or benefit from it, you LOSE IT! it gone on down the stream for someone else's USE AND BENEFIT, that is just the way WATER RIGHTS WORK! for EVERYONE!  Indians are citizens of MONTANA, and they are required to record their water rights in the county recorders offices, as are their representatives, the BIA and the U.S. Government, on behalf of the Indians!  A water right, differs from a PROPERTY RIGHT, in and of the fact that it depends on USING IT!)
• so, it stands to reason, that, the commonly referred to Montana Water Compact is a federal propaganda fantasy.  Logically, a fantasy too is the recent blitz of advertisement high praise for this grand bargain to claim most of Western Montana's future growth of new water users into federal jurisdiction.  (In the enabling act, at the front of the Montana Constitution, Indians are the sole jurisdiction of the federal government, putting all the water in the Flathead and Kerr Dam, along with the streams and tributaries that flow, to and from the bodies of water, under the control of the U.S. federal government!  SORRY, even the federal government DOESN'T get to be INDIAN GIVERS, giving MONTANA ALL THE WATER IN THE STATE then TAKING IT AWAY! NO dice, UNFAIR PLAY!)
• Governor Bullock supports a federalization of Montana's watershed.  He affirmed the appointment of Chris Tweeten (Montana Attorney General, Tim Fox approves too, and the name Chris Tweeten, sounds like Tweet End, or now that we have this guy in charge, we no longer need to tweet, dude will take over. This is right up the line of Ms. Horn Be In! Meaning, that, the fucked compact, or the manipulated one, will win or be IN!  These fuckers, HATE THE CONSTITUTIONS, because it is CONTRARY TO THEIR NEW WORLD ORDER, under Poppy Bush and W., all this goes right along with the Patriot Act, and it is to FUCK AMERICA!  How do you control the people? take over the world? let cops run the whole fucking law enforcement for the world? control the WATER RIGHTS AND WATER!  Not only is this done with dark money, MINE, it is done with DARK AND CRIMINAL MINDS . . . these dumb asses, all of whom I know, are lame asses, psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists! murders, liars and thieves!)

P.S., I believe, Shelley, or even all of these people, presenting themselves as attorneys, which Kay is, but no one else, probably made a shit load of money, on the water compact!  Shelley jumped on it, right after I did, because, I was still going back and forth, trying to close out my practice in Utah, without, getting accused of "ineffective assistance of counsel."  When I came back to any town, or was close, or going to places where the water compact was going to be discussed . . . cops were used to run me out of the town or city, nice cozy relationship!  Shelley or someone, started using my identity, probably 16 years ago, and it worked so well, they just starting making more and more of me, using my ID, and my law degree, including my Social Security, and birthday, like the person, back in 2008, who was attending Dixie State College, later University at the time, using my name, my social security number, and my birthday!  It was easy, because, I thought, once, I let someone in the family, know that, I was onto Shelley, or Rachel, or Kay, Sue, Tiff, later and probably Marcie too . . . I figured that they would back off, afraid of being caught, or charged with fraud and identity threat; however, when it worked so well, I believe the cops, who already hated me, teamed up with this crew of thugs, and just expanded and expanded . . . they had already stolen music, and it grew from there!
