Loving Patriarch to Darwinian Psychopath . . . American Greed!

The scary thing, about, psychopaths, is we are worried about, the Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Jeffery Dahmers, of the world, and other serial killers, when, we have killers, living in our own families, next door, we work with them, and need to be aware of them, of those who allegedly love us, care for us, grew up with us, gave us birth, married us, and are most near and dear to our hearts, but, also, have the appearance, of being above reproach, when it comes to our health, our money, and our lives, in some cases . . . and when in reality, they, our alleged, loved ones, literally, have hearts of darkness, when it comes to the potential to make a buck off of you or yours, then, they become void of conscious, without love, empathy, sympathy, and there are no limits, to the extent, to which they will go, to get their hands on YOUR money, if they can, and will, literally, lick the blood off the pavement, to get rid of you, any connection, between you are your money, or the history of you having made money, or the potential to make money, like the practice of law, even at a time you are taking a case to the U.S. Supreme Court, worth, $357 million, and go from being influenced and guided by scripture, church and youth teachings, to divorcing all connection between right and wrong, in this battle, for your, money, sad as that may sound, I have found it to be true, and reading, studying, watching, examples of this type of mentality, with particular attention to the psychopath, has helped me, immensely, to understand, my past, my current, and my potential future, my family, friends, lovers, husbands, that when, there is MONEY, God no longer exists, the new god, was MONEY, social conscience, morals, values, empathy, sympathy for the vulnerable, no longer exists, loyalties, priorities, and even blood connections, disappear, and you and yours, can be reduced to nothing more, than prey, that of the weak, the vulnerable, the target, the hunted, to be taken down by the HUNTERS!  

I remember, listening to my father, after a long, absence, not of distance, and time, but of mind, to some extent, and being shocked by the changes, the difference in rhetoric, dialogue, tone, mood, epiphany, or the main lesson, that seemed to be, being made . . . rather than a comment, and teaching on, love, kindness, forgiveness, taking care of the widow, the fatherless, the prisoner, it all became, focused and discussed in terms of, staying out of the fringe of society, comparing it to the slower, weaker animals, running in a herd, of elk, or gazelle, with a lion, panther, cheetah, or other predatory animal stalking and laying in wait, to kill, those on the outlaying fringes of the herd.  At first, I thought, he was referring, to staying close to the family, the church, within safe boundaries, being protected, loved, and being covered by the others of your particular species, in animal terms, or family, church, community, in human terms.  I have come to realize, that is not what he was referring to, that, those predatory animals, are looking for the weak, the elderly, the sick, the poor, the disenfranchised the, to feed on, to rob, to steal from and take, whatever, the focus of the hunt was, and that, predatory, stronger, more adept, sleeker, smarter . . . allegedly speaking, deserved, whatever it was they could take from the weak, as in the animal world!

The Godly Became Animals, The Capitalist Became Socialists, And ALL, Was Fair Game! With, No Limits!  Therefore, In My 10 Year Fog, My Former World, Upon Recovering, Was Turned On Its Head!  I Now, Was Prey!

In the next three true crime stories, it is those, we trust most, who poisoned the four victims, 2 husbands, a wife and a mother-in-law, with the predators, psychopaths, being members, within their own family, either to cover secret lives, of bigamy, using the dead to sustain the living, the preferred, the new wife, or to get at insurance money, and not share new inherited wealth, bringing about, terrible, prolong suffering, and poisoning, that started years earlier, or, in come cases, was administered in lethal doses, causing death within hours.  These methodical killers, skilled in covering their crimes, poisons and motives, even the most deadly, through modern forensic psychology, tools, and science, will be detected, and will never kill again!  I want to note, with particularity, the case, involving a police officer, as the murderer, due to the fact, that I mentioned this new trend, that is trending now, of preferring physical attraction, above all else . . . given this new mentality, that is psychopathology, driven, and promoted, by, the sick, the ill, the bottom feeders, who are parasites on society, those who don't have the same values, seem void of conscience, can't distinguish between right and wrong, and see no problem, with picking off, anyone of us . . . and, this may, not seem like your problem, 'til it happens to you!  

At the height of my career, general counsel over the Utah Medical Association, a professor of family law, owning my own, anger management company, writing programs for the elderly, rockin' the looks, at age 46 years, and kicking ass, I was poisoned, battled back, got my law license back, took amazing cases, did great work, and was taken down again, with two gorgeous homes, a cabin, vehicles, and almost a billion dollars worth of cases, they went after me again, to cover, earlier crimes, chased me, hunted me, tracked me, stalked me, had 24/7 surveillance on me, and it has taken, 15 years, fighting, every day, for the last, at least 6 years, since clawing my way back to the top, to be almost devoured again, and nearly, 800 blogs, writing almost daily, to try to figure out the mentality, of former, loved ones, and wondering, what the hell happened to this beautiful world, that used to be, judged on merits, contributions, right and wrong, punishing the evil and elevating the just, but, that is not, the world, that I have seen, over the last 15 . . . I am just warning YOU, that if it could happen to ME, it can happen to YOU!  Right now, you can't trust, ANYONE!  Like the cancer, Howard Dean, warned, President Nixon about, just months before he was taken down, there is a cancer, that will, envelop, even the highest rank and file of government, church, the nation and the world, starting in our own families!

I saw an Economist Magazine, laying on the table last night, with a picture of President Obama, and the title was something like, stop fighting the last war, fight this one!  I have long battled, over the Patriot Act, spying on America, the NSA "to watch list", but, by far, this new phenomena, will fucking destroy America, and if allowed to spread, and spread has, is much, more frightening . . . imagine a world, with no right or wrong, with survival of the fittest, a world of predators, going after the weak, the vulnerable, the less fortunate, all the ones, that were long, welcomed into this country . . . bring us you tired, your poor, your hungry . . . the Constitution, was to protect the minorities against the majorities, with a common defense and justice for all!  We are at a cross-roads, what used to be, limited to the fascist mentality of the Bush Patriot Act, with the idea, of doing whatever it takes, without limits and without exceptions, has caught on, and is permeating the very fabric of this great nation.  We do not want to get to the point of no return.  I believe, understanding the psychopath, gives us a unique view, into our futures, that are not going to be as secure, as our past, unless, we change directions!

Invisible Death

I have been poisoned, three times that I am aware of, and but for the grace of God and Diet Coke, go I! Often, poisons are contained in the food, someone serves to you, masked by vitamins, and given in small doses, even over years.  Historically, poisons have been added to food, literally, going undetected, letting people get away with murder!  We see this venture, even being, memorialized in the play, Arsenic and Old Lace, where older women, were poisoning their husbands, nobody suspects, sweet older ladies!  Well wait, until I tell you about, the one, with the 7 bodies in the backyard!  Nobody is beyond target, and nobody should be, beyond, suspicion!  I am going to briefly, give you a synopsis of the facts, and the conclusion, but, I think, that it will convince you, to WATCH out, and if you start feeling the flu like symptoms of food poisoning, it may in fact, be a poisoning, that you are experiencing and if you don't stop, the next dose, it could literally be you last!  Here we go:

• in this case, a recently remarried 41 year old man, and engineer, if I remember, suddenly came down with flu like symptoms, and over the course of a month, he was in and out of the hospital, with the doctors unable to detect the source of his problems.  One night, while sharing a room in the hospital, and too bad, this came after the death, and at the time investigators, where talking to potential witnesses, a man, noticed that the dead man's loving wife, brought in a pizza, when nobody had requested one, and the hospital had earlier served dinner.  The wife, insisted the husband and his friend take a piece and seemed to push several onto her sick husband.  After the man, suddenly died, the investigators, started to look into the couple's relationship, and their marriage, with spouses always the prime suspect, when a husband or wife dies, and if not, they should be, but the cops, found, that the wife, had recently inherited, roughly a million dollars, and her and her new husband, got in a fight over it, with him, thinking, that as a couple, it might be wise for him to start his own, company, and her yelling at him, saying he was not getting his hands on on dime!  The cops, also, found a $300,000 insurance policy, and I don't want to trash insurance, because, in a loving home, you need it, but, some people, who don't know their new spouses, or even old ones, should be leery and check your policies, every once in a while, because, it seems to be a common theme, in spousal murders, especially, when another lover enters the picture!  But, this woman, was later interviewed after she was charged with her husband's murder, and she said, when she saw the marriage was not going to work the money, enticed her into killing him!  Divorce is the BETTER option, even if you lose a few dollars . . . what good does it do, if you kill your partner and spend the rest of you life in prison?  On top of the greed, driving her to kill her husband, she had just inherited, a fucking million!  So?
• the next case scares the shit out of me, given the fact that cops, have access to tons of stuff, that can aid and abet them in killing anyone!  Like ME!  So, in this case, suddenly, a wife of 27 years, healthy and happy, kills over dead, with the doctors, calling the police husband, while out on his beat, rushing him to her side, but not in time to say good bye, which later on, you will see why!  So, within, several days of that, her mother, also, suddenly, out of the blue, dies of a massive heart attack, and she had been living with the couple.  Cops started to get suspicious . . . note, these were cops in his OWN department, for god sake . . . nobody is above suspicion, and good for these cops.  One of the rank and file, happened to mention in passing, that there was something strange about this guy's marriage situation, and he happened, to mention, something about, the fact that he was married to a second woman!  The cops followed up a lead, and when they found this other wife, she said, he told her, that he had divorced his first wife, sometime ago, and they had celebrated, then got married!  At this same time, some smart detective, pulled his comrades, personnel files, to VERIFY, his record and resume, in addition, to his claim of receiving military medals, and serving in special forces, while in the military . . . all lies, and everywhere this detective looked, there were lies!  I want to note that, this is totally, what is the case with me, and the alleged, government doubles, only cops have helped them LIE!  So, one of the cops, got a copy of the marriage certificate, that had to have had a divorce to have, allowed the clerk or judge to remarry this cop, and when he started to look more carefully, at the divorce papers, he noticed that the signatures appeared to be forged, and upon further examination, he found, there was NO divorce on the court dockets, or record, for the first marriage, and so, the cops, good cops, got a search warrant for their buddies home, and found, a copy of a divorce document for another couple, and a manual typewriter, with a distinct, pattern of some keys sticking, that seemed to match the patterns on the forged document!  Later, in the attic, or in the small crawl space, in the ceiling, among the insulation, there was a bottle of one of the poisons listed above, that had, been found in his dead wife's system, upon looking at the toxicology reports, among the coroner's work!  The cop was charged and found guilty of his wife's murder, never did charge him with his mother-in-laws death.  But it was surmised that, the cop, used his connection or influence as a cop, to get into court dockets and obtain a copy of someone else's divorce, then used that divorce to copy from, forging or copying the judge's and court clerk's signatures!  This could be a model profile for my case and what was intended to happen!  There is a service van out in the parking lot of the McDonald's here on Broadway in Missoula, Montana, where I am typing this, at roughly, 12:52 P.M., that has a huge smiley face, on the driver's door, but, even more telling is that, it has symbolic and telling, company name, Bruco, Inc., with the slogan, We Teach Clean!  Here is my federal tax code brain at work, Bruce Bugsby, was the biology professor, whom, Kay Burningham, one of ME, the one, now married to Brett Todd Stuart, my 3rd husband, and at the center of this whole fraud, using Kay, as me, aka, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., but, probably changing the name a bit, so that FBI or someone, might not notice, that she is me, just that there is another, Joann Secrist, who just happens to be an attorney too, with exactly MY resume and experience, and who, was the one, who really did the BROCK case, the Joann, that, there is a docket, entry for, if the cops, will look at the U.S. federal district court docket, so, Hank Brock is substituting, JoAnn S. Secrist, an attorney, who did all the work on the case, and in December, of 2011, about the time, the case is moving on to the U.S. Supreme Court, a Joann Secrist, J.D., comes in, but even pulling me, out of jail, because they thought they got away with the swap, until they figured, out that, on my way back to the U.S. Supreme Court, I had filed a brief, keeping the federal district court case going, leaving my clients out of the loop, knowing they had taken a bribe at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, cutting me out of $118 million attorney's fees, the one third, letting Kay, take over, but, when I continued, they knew she didn't have the knowledge to pull of the win on the dockets, so they pulled me out of the jail, had me go to court, and when I won, they just up and terminated the case, against all laws, constitutions and orders of the 10th circuit!  Maybe this case, was a play book, or the cops, in my case, forging and signing deals, without the attorney, started to be a model of big time theft of cases, then the liars, have tried to kill me ever since!  ATTORNEYS, WHEN YOU WIN A HUGE ASS CASE, DO YOU WANT THIS TO BE A POTENTIAL OUTCOME?  Someone else, younger, better looking, which is all in the eyes of the beholder, to take the booty and kill you, or TRY?  Shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, with dead man's bones, blood on their hands, these charming psychopaths, TEACH CLEAN, WHILE COMMITTING MURDER!  A College Pro truck went by, and I am sure, that, you think, that this same, Kay, not JoAnn, wrote this blog or is writing it, and she is the master writer, when she has a few books out, you can check, if her webpage is not still under construction!  LOL! But this hag, could not even make it through, her own trial, and I had to cover her flat, sorry, ugly ass, and I also, asked her, paid her, to teach my family law class at the U of U, and do one of my anger management presentation . . . all of them, lack luster, and boring as SHE IS!  PRETTY LITTLE LIAR!  Oh, before, I got on to the next section, cop access, is scary, also, job access . . . I watched an episode of true crime, and a seasoned firefighter, who was writing a novel about fires, and firefighting, wanted to amp up his listening audience, by setting over $18 million worth of fires, always, in connection with a firefighter conference!  When the very people, the public depends on to help with emergencies, murders, and whatever, as I needed, with the FBI, CIA, others, like the Secret Service, members of the intelligence community, who are charged with the responsibility of investigating and prosecuting these types of crimes and they are IN ON IT?  Where do we go? for help?  HINT: THEY STOLE MY BLACK COMPUTER FROM MY BLOOMINGTON HOME--10th CIRCUIT BRIEF . . . STOLE MY E-FILING ACCOUNT AT FED DISTRICT COURT, FOR LATER BRIEFS!
• the next case is very much like the first case, killing her husband, for insurance money, she had a spending habit that was out of control, so her husband cut up the credit cards, and she paid him back for it.  Out of concern for the family finances the husband, had checked on his insurance policies and she found out he had about, a half a million in insurance coverage on him, seeing that he too, had been sick off and one for some time, without cause.  One week after her husband's death, she had spent, $200,000!  That was a heads up to the cops, and she was later charged and convicted of killing her husband!  POISONING him, daily, putting his vitamins in see through, capsules, laced with colchacine, an agent used to clean swimming pools, of which they had, but she decided, cleaning her husband out, was a better use for the chemical agent!

TO KILL AGAIN!  YOU COULD BE NEXT!

• in this first case, several nurses, from a particular hospital, all ended up murdered, with their nude bodies, found, but curiously enough, as a signature, the killer, left the victim's shoes, all tied with the laces still in tack, which, tied all the killings together for the cops, and eventually, they found out, like 11 years later, that three murders were all done by the same man, and that, there were the earlier years, when women got killed, and when this suspect was in prison, there were no murders, but when he was released, they started up again . . . they, generally, want or have a propensity TO KILL AGAIN!  The serial killer, was called the smiley faced killer, just a nice guy, who worked as a janitor at the hospital and the women worked at!
• this one is a little closer to home, and reminds me of sister, Shelley, who has tried, unsuccessfully, even up to last week, to either hack into my Social Security, allow access for herself and Rachel, and Kay, with me, signing up for a new card, just to find out, and being asked if I wanted, Shelley, Rachel, and I believe the operator said, Kay, as co-users on MY card--FUCK NO, and I didn't sign up for the black, family card, and informed the lady, that as had been the case on other cards, my son, Elliot, the only single son, was to be included on my card.  Anyway, these fucks, can steal billions, from my family, me and sons, daughters, and last night, I believe, they paid and old woman, just a few days, since I bought a new coat, two days ago, the very day this old ugly hag, showed up, to steal my coat! I swear, these fucks, literally would take the coat off my back, while driving in limo's purchased with MY money!  LOL!  Seriously, these bitches are so sick, by anyone's standards, except, strangely enough the cops, or law enforcement! who are helping with the crimes!  SHIT!  Frank, aka, Allan, who was allegedly my husband, a sham, so not possible, actually, stole, my Walmart money card, that was in the zip lock bag, I had to place my belongings in when I was falsely arrested, by the Grand County, Judge, LIAR Anderson, March of 2012, being released, because of the Brock case, and that unexpected filing, I just wrote about, or I am sure, I would have languished in a federal detention center for he rest of my days or until they murdered me!  But, I tried to sign up for a new card, after Fuck Faced Frank, Interpol, stole my old card for  Shelley, whom he was fucking, in MY house, with him, a LIAR, not Allan, so no claim to the house or the fortune the two thieves and murders stole, but she used my name, my address, birth date, but, I don't think my Social?, blocking me, the right, JoAnn, the only one with legal claim to the Parowan home, OH, I just remembered, Frank, killed, with Shelley, or was an accessory to murder, with Shelley, fucking the real Allan, then pumping his head with a small 22 bullet, leaving a spot of blood, on the bed, where Allan's head would have been, with Frank, helping dismember Allan's body, but, he also, killed the young GIRL, at the church in Parowan, and he, had, Allan's son, REX, murdered, in California . . . before he got to Utah, where I was going to take him in, to live with me, in his grandparent's home, with, Frank, who would have been discovered, by the son . . . I already knew he was not Allan, but all the FUCKING COPS, were on his side and he knew it . . . the psychopath, escalating their lies, over time, but, with just the murders I know, FRANK IS A SERIAL KILLER, 3 or more murders . . . and do you seriously think, these are his only victims? he killed the chick at the church, to get the cops off his trail, with me writing over 200 pages, distinguishing Allan from Frank!  If you look at the title, at the names, WARDRIP and OLNEY, they are symbolic of the two serial killers, among several others, Shelley, Kay, Rachel, probably by now, and for sure my father, Dick the dick!  But, breaking down these two names that were in, I believe the first episode of three true crime stories, WARD-Rip . . . I ripped Brett, the other day, Mr. Ward, Mo, by now, teaching clean, but doing dirt!  Then, the other symbolic name, was OL' NEY . . . indicating to me, that prior to me, meeting Frank, he too, had been a serial killer, in fact, Old Ney, Ney being the name of the former cop, turned judge who married me in the LIE, knowing full well, Frank was not Allan, and should be tried for perjury, with 25 years possible jail times in some states, but I believe, the feds, the family, Brett, might, have, even served time with Frank or Ol' Ney, but, he is so, mean, so spoiled, so fucked up, and anger, with a temper, like I have never seen before, worse than any TWO year old, but, I have wondered, if he, was pulled out of prison, serving life, for murder, and the feds cut a deal, to bring him out and take care of me!  But, he had the same reaction to me, that Brett had, they fell in love . . . Brett with my sweet side, and Frank with my bitch side!  LOL!  They are both, psychopaths and serial killers!  But, the cops would rather hunt me, than go after these two sterling characters!
• but, in this last, crime episode, there was this old lady, who ran a boarding house, and she was known, far and wide, for being a sweet old lady, who always had room and the heart to help the elderly, the homeless and those without a place to go . . . remember the psychopath, generally liked by all, charming, nice, helpful, willing to jump right in and do whatever is necessary to cover her real self!  Yeah, that would be Shelley, and I don't care if she is an FBI agent, there are, and I am starting to think, the whole fucking Mormon Church and the 70% of federal law enforcement are psychopaths! based on what I have seen, the smiling agents, that will murder for gain!  That old American GREED!  Oh, before, I forget, Frank, aka, Allan, took my wedding license, now a sham, so void, but replaced the real license, given to use, June 9, 2011, from the Garfield County Clerk, signed by Judge Ney, who married us, and removed it from the cool frame, I bought to keep the certificate in, maybe on my Walmart Card, from back then, that Shelley, then got, and got the one in 2014, sent to John Bagby's mail, retrieving that as staff, for Shelley, making it look like I am the fraud, getting the replacement card, ending in 0192, the number, my benefits, goes to, the last connection to my past, and the Pick's Disease, the only, remaining proof, with all other connections, severed, but, if you go back to MY old card, I might have purchased that frame, or I know I purchased it, one of the few things, up at the general store, cute name, but can't remember, but up in Panguitch, on June 9th, while Allan, aka, Frank was getting a hair cut, at the high school, or a building up by the high school, might be able to VERIFY, but, Frank, thinking I didn't notice, he was taking, our wedding certificate, to claim, it was Shelley, he married, leaving only a CAT WOMAN cartoon, he had drawn, and put it in our wedding frame . . . but, when I said, it is YOU who is the COP, not me, he picked up the glass, certificate frame, and threw it across the room, BREAKING IT!  But, Shelley and HIM would have the certificate!  Like everything else . . . but, Shelley, is so envious of the Social Security, that even a billion can't satisfy her, because, that is the one, thing, that PROVES, I AM STILL ME!  LOL!  Poor wittle Shwelley (this is JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D. sitting right here, now, 2:22 P.M., McDonald's--I will WAVE--also flipped you the bird, 2 security cameras, but Bushies are probably monitoring it! . . . all the kings horses and all the kings men, couldn't take JoAnn off her perch and THRONE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • sorry, so this old lady, above reproach and loved by All, respected, noted for her love for the misfortunate, as I am sure, dear, Shelley is, only had eyes for their MONEY or access to their money! But, some guy showed up missing.  A new tenant, and the cops were alerted, and thought, that his disappearance, must be just a missing or run away person, and, ironically, he allegedly left the boarding house and Dorothy, the great lady of the house, only 59 and looked 80, in the episode, but CRIME ages people, but, with the cop there, another older gentleman, slipped the cop a note, saying he needed to talk to him, about the missing man.  They met, and the man, told the cop, he had smelled a strange smell around the home, about the time, the other man went missing and he knew that other people, also had come up missing, with strange smells . . . remember, many older people don't have cars, and society, doesn't respect the elderly like they should, especially, those, tell me about it, on Social Security, but the man had worked at a mortuary, earlier in his life and he knew the smell of death, and there was a dead body on the premise, fearing it was the missing man, and he said, there might be more.  The cops started digging and even while, the back hoes were pulling out body after body, the community, refused to believe, that this sweet old lady had anything to do with the murders of the dead bodies, it must be a mistake! because this lady would NEVER kill someone!  LOL!  The lady was taken in for questioning, but the cops, at that point didn't have any physical evidence to connect her to the bodies in the backyard . . . but eventually, they found the poison.  The M.O. of the woman was to take charge of all her tenant's government benefits, being the only one to get the mail, and then she would manage their money for them, some being drug users, aged, or alcoholics, but the ones, who refused to let her take charge of their money, SHE MURDERED!  The cops could see that up to 60 people, had been boarders, many were still alive, but many were not, and she continued to collect their money, even after they were dead!  Looking into the woman's background, they found that she had a long history of trying to get government benefits, going back to her youth!  She had actually gone to prison for it, I think, as Shelley should, as well as my father, who used to give me a fucking $25 per week, back when I was making $3800 per month! private insurance and public! And of course, this nice little old lady when, she ran away, was found at a hotel, trying to get another man's Social Security benefits!  Leopards do not change their spots!  Neither does SHELLEY and my FATHER!

Fixing Young Psychopaths . . . Teach EMPATHY!

One of the best indicators of both abusers and killers, is the way they treat animals when they are young, with most serial killers, like Jeffery Dahmer, starting to experiment with dissecting animals, before moving to humans.  So, if you see a child, mistreating an animal, family pet, or whatever . . . you just start, teaching them empathy, like, how did you think the cat, you just kicked, felt, do you think it hurt, what you did?  And how would you feel, if someone kicked you?  Kids can learn to empathize with animals, their classmates, their brothers and sisters.  And parents, can teach kids, that if they hit, hurt, slug, or injury a sibling, there will be consequences!  One of the two times, I saw, my son, Chris, cry, was when I told him, if he hit, his brother, Elliot, one more time, I was not going to take him and his friend, snowboarding the next day!  He immediately tested that threat, and he found out, when I simply, said, okay, that is it, you are not going snowboarding tomorrow.  He knew, from past history, that, when I said, something, I MEANT IT!  He did not argue, but he did cry, for only the second time in the history of his young life!

Chris seemed to have empathy at a very young age, but when it came to being the big brother, he was relentless in pursuing his sweet younger brother, Elliot, who took, fucking 21 years to finally, pound Chris back, giving him a fat lip!  LOL!  And believe me, Chris deserved it, and I think he knew it!  LOL!  Neither one of them, wanted to tell me what happened!  I think, it even took, Elliot and Chris's friends, egging them on, for Elliot to get pissed enough to punch Chris in the face!  He is still handsome, but with a bump, to this day, on his lip!  LOL!  Just like going to the bathroom, brushing teeth, cleaning a room, PARENTS need to teach kids, to feel pain, if they inflict it on others . . . this is what psychopaths are missing, not only do they not empathize nor sympathize with their victims, they have no remorse!  They simply don't care!  I was always shocked to hear about Jeffery Dahmer, since his father had a Ph.D, and both his parents were pretty normal people, but did divorce, but I don't think until he hit high school, so almost emancipated by that time.

But, in interviews, he said, how lonely he was, and he just wanted his victims, to just stay and hold him, lay in bed with him.  So, when this didn't seem possible, he killed them, then kept their heart, their head, and other body parts, just so he didn't feel alone!  SCREAM, but I can see it.  If you see a child, who is a loner, do what you can do to help them, there are friends out there, other lonely kids, who also need a friend.  You may enquire into kids in your child's school class, who might need a friend and invite them over to your house, supervised, of course, and see if you can stop some of these tale tale, signs of elements of serial killers' personalities! or propensities, toward that terrible life.  Many of them, like Wayne Cacy, can't even remember they did these horrible things, he was shocked when the cops, hauled 36 young boys bodies out from under his house.  All he knew, when he killed them, he would simply, push them down the heater vent!

Remaining Notes, for Parents, Cops, Avoiding Being a Victim!

• be realistic with the facts, don't be in denial, if there are problems, either in a child, a killer, or a potential killer, nobody is above suspicion!
• inside the brain of a psychopath, no matter how normal they look, how good looking, there is a VERY DANGEROUS person!
• how does a psycho think? like a lion, looking for the weakest prey, they can detect fear on people, at a very young age, they engage in predatory thinking!
• interestingly enough, psychopaths, react favorably towards, a reward system, one part of their brain, lights up, when given a reward, in the area of morals, not much lights up, in that center of the brain, so use, what they will react favorably to!  On boss, started giving a psychopath, who was really good at what he did, bonus, not to do something, and he seemed to work fine, using less predatory mentality 
• new dimensions of the mind set . . . the brain of a psychopath, is like a gun, that is neither moral or immoral, but if the bullets are put in the gun, like child sexual, verbal, or physical violence against them, or modeling behaviors, mental illness, or usually, a server brain injury or bump to the head, three common indicators, from interviews with serial killers . . . Brett had a bad fall, on skies, hitting his head, his father is very abusive, at least verbally, and he is a psychopath, with all the characteristics!
• psychopathology is hard to treat . . . they generally don't recognize their own signs, because most people don't know about this stuff, and are not familiar with the signs . . . it is a sickness, and some therapists, actually find, that therapy made it worse! with the patient, lying, acting, hint, making the guy more violent!
• if you change tactics, and start using a reward system, rather than treatment, you can change the behavior of the young person.  If you clean your room, we will go to the movies, or if you don't hit your brother, today, you can go snowboarding!
• I learned this in my family and human development master's class . . . that personality is formed by the time a child is 5 years old, not that you should give up hope, if these traits show up, but, start very young, don't wait for later years, because, the psycho is already in there!
• kids do have personalities that show this type of behavior that can be detected by a parent young . . . torture of animals! cruelty, bullying, and violence!
• THE WISDOM OF A PSYCHOPATH, IS IT CAN BE GOOD TO BE BAD . . .
• there are successful psychopaths, they have redeeming characteristics, while on the one hand, I see Brett, being a serial killer, with the good looks, and the Ted Bundy personality, and charm, the ability to lure women in, he also, had a very gentle side, and when he was in high school, he worked at a nursing home, and every Sunday, he would get all the old men, dress them up in their Sunday best, so they felt like they were going to church and then he would take them for a stroll around the block . . . very kind!
• when I met Brett, we were discussing, non-violent communication skills, to teach kids, one of his passions
• heroes, soldiers and cops . . . these traits, can be awesome, if channeled
• sometimes, these traits, as seen in the Wolf of Wall Street, the cut throat, are to be admired, and perhaps, teach us, to be on guard, to do our homework, to protect ourselves!
• many companies, love the psychopaths, and will pay top dollar for them, admire the look out for #1, get your licks in first
• transcognative therapy: (1) felt like a battle with me, confident, bravado, felt good--my notes get dicey here, so take them for what they are or are not worth!  LOL! (2) psychopaths traits are winning out today . . . is this what we want, in the spy world? marriages? government? courts? corporate America? families? think, think, think, or our time to reverse the trends, will not work! (3) we admire these winner take all traits, survival of the fittest, go for the gold, attitudes, are there appropriate times, conditional psychopaths, situational psychos that are good? depending?
• a radio announcer asked callers, if you could injure someone, and not go to prison, would you . . . the caller said, HELL, YEAH! but he had made a practical decision, not to go to prison, having been there before.
• if you meet a person, and what they are offering, the sky is the limit, promising you the world, don't be fooled from the fast talk! what signs to look for in a personal relationship
•  a guy who opens the doors for you, now this may be an age thing, or what era, but if it seems genuine and real, okay, if it seems staged and insincere, watch it!
• anyone who seems too perfect, back off, they are not, and the mask will drop, maybe too late
• know yourselves, blind spots, weaknesses, don't let anyone in too early, fast engagements, marriage proposals, or moving in with them . . . know yourself and them first1
• if you find yourself a target, and you can't lose or get out of the relationship, get help, friends, or professional . . . to thine own self be true!
• understand the intensity of the feelings, and the potential damage, that can come to someone messed up with a psychopath, after two husbands, who have almost destroyed me, and tried to kill me, with all the power and force of the government, family, church, community, cops, used, it is amazing that I am still alive! barely!
• remember, these people are masters are reading people, good at manipulating, methodical in picking and targeting their victims, determined to force a show down, that they can win, because they don't care how they hurt you, and there is no right or wrong, no rules to the game, they can't break, no resource they won't use, to bring you down, if you are targeted!

One of my friends or enemies, at the Poverello, and I have my suspicions, who is paying her, but she keeps suggesting I give up this blog, and just teach at the college, that I am teacher material . . . nice, so the psychos who have so envied this blog, can steal or take it over, like they did my cases, then my legislation, then, my constitutional analysis, then, this and that, they DON'T STOP, therefore, I have to STOP THE PSYCHOPATHS FROM STOPPING ME!  They have pushed me out of my life as general counsel, as a professor, as a trial attorney, as a lobbyist, and they have tried, and are taking the money and the credit, trying to get me to write a book, like the last one, they published pushed, from my emails, or the best and funniest blogs, of the first year writing, OH, FUCK NO!  Whatever, I have done or not done in my life, when all is said and done, I AM A PRETTY WITH IT PERSON, HONORABLE, NOBLE, HONEST, AND ETHICAL . . . ENOUGH, IS ENOUGH!
