LEE HARVEY OSWALD, WHO ALLEGEDLY SHOT PRES. KENNEDY, WAS ACTUALLY ON THE SAME SIDE AS KENNEDY, AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE FAIR PLAY FOR CUBA, OR THE FREE CUBAN MOVEMENT: (1) CBS NEWS BULLETIN FIRST REPORTED THAT IT WAS A BLACK SUSPECT; (2) OSWALD WAS REPORTED AS BEING HOME TO GET A COAT, BETWEEN 12 TO 12:30--MAYBE TO GO SEE THE PRESIDENT; (3) DALLAS POLICE CHIEF ORIGINALLY SAID, FBI KNEW OSWALD WAS IN TOWN, BUT NEVER NOTIFIED THEM, LATER, INFATICALLY DENIED, THAT THE FBI HAD INTERROGATED OSWALD THREE WEEKS EARLIER, WAS POLICY TO INFORM LOCAL COPS, IF THEY KNEW ABOUT THE CUBAN SYMPATHIZER; (4) AT FIRST OSWALD WAS ONLY CHARGED WITH J.D. TIPPETS MURDER, BUT OSWALD GAVE DIRECTIONS TO A PHONE TO SECRET SERVICE, AND WAS NOT AFRAID; (5) HE ALWAYS MAINTAINED HIS INNOCENCE, WAS NEVER GIVEN AN ATTORNEY, OR LEGAL REPRESENTATION, SAID HE HAD NOTHING AGAINST ANYONE, HAD NOT BEEN CHARGED WITH KILLING THE PRESIDENT, AT FIRST--LATER CHIEF FRITZ SAID, BEFORE TALKING TO THE FBI, THIS CASE IS A CINCH; AND (6) REPORTERS IN THE CROWD STANDING AROUND WHEN OSWALD WAS SHOT, THOUGHT IT WAS A DETECTIVE OR A POLICE OFFICER . . . NO MENTION OF JACK RUBY AT THAT TIME!

Leader of the Free Cuba Movement or Fair Play for Cuba, Pro-Castro Sympathizer--So Was Kennedy

• Kennedy stopped the invasion at the Bay of Pigs, that was orchestrated by the CIA, with a private army, so, why would Oswald, who was not just some guy, or with a casual interest in Cuba, doing killing a President who wanted to work with Cuba, and Russia for that matter
• I found it interesting to note, that as the world mourned President Kennedy's death, with flags flown at half mast, at the time they heard, rather than the usual time at the the funeral; England shooting off canons, that is only done at the time one of the Royal Family dies; even Iraq and Iran mourned this President's death . . . but what one Brit said, in this video, called The Three Shots That Killed the President, was that the whole world had so much hope in this young leader, that the world felt good when they woke up in the morning, knowing that someone so competent was at the helm of the U.S., that the shock of his death left them sad, thinking that they had another 5 years with this bright leader . . . now, who are the parties that had a interest in going against Cuba, in the Cuban Missile Crisis: (1) Nixon as Eisenhower's V.P. over affairs in Cuban, who ordered the CIA to assassinate Castro before the 1960 presidential elections, where Lyndon Bains Johnson, was to be the nominee by any one's standards, but it didn't work out that way at the convention; (2) so Johnson; (3) George H.W. Bush, who was a member of the CIA as early as 1961, with Zapata Oil, just off the shore of Florida, between Florida and Cuba, with his private oil ship, named Barbara, continuing after President Kennedy, stopped the invasion of Cuba, which would have made the assassination of Castro, very suspicious, with the CIA director fired, and Kennedy ready to rip the heads off the CIA, for disobeying orders, they are under the executive branch control, not Bush, Nixon or Johnson; and (4) the CIA itself, who had been humiliated, disgraced, and continued to train at three secret camps . . . to put it simply, the four entities above, wanted war . . . Kennedy and Oswald didn't, Oswald, was a patsy, but a sworn enemy of the CIA; however he had been on their payroll, or the double had been all the way along, and the Oswald who took the wrap for the duplicate, was actually receiving $200 from the FBI, each month on their payroll, under J. Edgar Hoover . . . who is looking dirtier as my research goes deeper.

Dallas Police Chief Jessi Curry Changes Story About FBI Interrogation of Oswald, Three Weeks Before the Assassination

• given Oswald's sympathies, reporters asked the Police Chief if the FBI had known that Oswald was in town, and the Chief, said, yes, that they had known, and they had interrogated him previously, I guess we could assume either they didn't have any alarm, because they never told the Chief, that he was a concern or in town, or they knew about the assassination plot, and were complicit in the whole thing; it was policy for the FBI to report to local cops, persons of interest, especially when the President was coming to town, unless that is, they didn't want to alert the cops
• within minutes after the President was shot, there was a family of four, parents and two young children, you can see in the news clips or film, who said the shots came from behind them on the hill, they never said, that the President was shot from the Book Repository.  He even asked them if they were sure and they said yes.  And to confirm that account, was after the shots, people ducked, on the grass, and a group of brave, proud and determined to find the shooters, charged up the hill, where this couple said they heard them fired from
• within the next day or two, the Police Chief, holds a special news conference, stating clearly and emphatically, that the FBI did not interrogate Oswald, and didn't know he was in town!  WHAT, a direct contradiction of what he had previously said . . . the start of the cover up!

Oswald Was Never Given Any Rights, No Counsel--He Continually Asked for Counsel, and He Wasn't Charged with the President's Death, Just J.D. Tippets, Who Might Have Been the Cop, Who Picked up the Double, One of the Shooter, and Took Him to the Movie Theater for the Exchange--Harvey & Lee

• Tippets was shot, and they said the shooter was running up the street, but it appeared from witnesses in the theater, one of which said, that originally, Oswald said on one side of the theater, then moved to the other, or did he see two separate Oswalds, or the look a like, and the other one had been yanked out of the movie.  Lee Harvey Oswald, had a black eye, when he was taken into custody, that got worse over time.  Someone asked him who hit him, and he said a cop . . . but when did they hit him, after his arrest, or when they forced him into the theater, remember the shop keeper, who claimed to have seen Oswald, going out the back door of the theater, and the Dallas private investigator, said, you couldn't have, because the news reports showed police taking him out the front of the theater and the guy, then said, then who did I see?
• I am not sure, where Tippets was, and why he was there, but he may have been working with the CIA or FBI, and was to be the driver, so that people wouldn't expect anything from a local cop.
• And, in our system, why in the hell wasn't Oswald given counsel?  Why was he only originally charged with the cops death, not the Presidents, they seemed more worried about the cop shooting, than the President's shooting, maybe to cover up that kill, not really thinking that Oswald II would get caught, and when he was, they followed the number 1 rule of an assassination, which is usually, not a single killer, but a plan, orchestrated, and officially carried out murder, as this appears, by the evidence to have been, a payback and revenge killing, that satisfied many on more than a few levels!
• Oswald, claimed that never did violence to anyone!  Too bad he didn't have counsel appointed to him right off the bat; he never said anything to incriminate himself.  I struck me as strange, in the book, Crossfire, by Marrs, that in one interview, he asked someone why he thought that the government may have used up to 6 duplicates or multiples . . . his response, shocked me, that they wanted to create a legend!  By killing the President?  Perhaps a legend to the CIA, FBI or secret service, but certainly not the people, who cheered when Oswald was shot!  Oswald, claimed to be a patsy, and surely he was, so who got the legend status?  The double?  Check out the film, The Double, with Richard Gere, and truly he had become a legend, but he was really just a cut throat killer, who had no discretion, killed at will, and had nothing to live for, but I guess these are the so, called, legends for the spooks, with representatives from around the world!  This was show time . . . oh, I am sitting here at the mall in downtown Spokane, with Nordstroms closed, so I better hurry!  None of my doubles are legends, they have done nothing on note that they didn't steal, including my analysis of the Kennedy assassination, all of them!  I am staying at the House of Hope, who has most likely been given a donation to say, that it is one of my doubles, but no, it is JoAnn S. The Most Telling of a Conspiracy to Me, Was the Over Acting on the Part of the Cops, About Protecting Oswald, Transporting him in an Armored Vehicle . . . but on the Way to that Vehicle, Oswald, was left Wide Open for a Shot, With Suits, Lining the Walls, But a Unprotected Suspect . . . Reporters Claimed that with the Circle of Men Around Oswald, Either a Cop or a Detective Shot him . . . No Suspect is Grabbed, No Mention of Jack Ruby!

• normally, with such a high profile suspect, there would be cops, flanking all four sides, front, back, and both sides, fully armed and ready.  But that is not what happened, it was like a parade, with a gap three abreast, wide open, everyone just standing there, and then a circle gather around, and someone shoots Oswald, and you can hear the reporter saying that he thought it looked like a detective, someone with a hat, so all these people around and nobody saw the shooter?  Later, a reporter asked the cops, if it had been a cop that shot Oswald, and he said, no, that all they knew, was that someone with a black hat was the shooter!  Oh, come on, this was almost point blank to the abdomen, and nobody saw it . . . that reminds me of President Reagan's account of his shooting, he said, he didn't feel the pain, until the secret service, jumped on him and pushed him into the limo!  There were so many guys around Oswald, that the reporters could not see who shot him, just like in the Robert Kennedy shooting!

A Timeline Might Reveal That it Was Impossible for Oswald to be the Shooter, if he was seen at home, by His Neighbor . . . Between 12 and 12:30 p.m.

• the temperature was a bit cold that day, did Oswald, take his lunch break at the Book Repository, to go home and get a coat, so he might possibly get a glimpse of President Kennedy, he was helping him, or was it the double?  When did he help the secret service guy, who had an identification book, find a phone booth, to make a call, before or after the assassination?  You would have to take, all the evidence from tons of sources, as I have tried to do, and make a timeline, to get the full story on all that was going on, with the doubles, was it impossible for Oswald, to be home at that time, and wasn't the President dead by just shortly after 1 p.m., so that would put Oswald, just getting back, because the President lived for awhile, he didn't die in the car, but in the hospital.
• did he go back up to work, and the cops, or CIA or FBI grabbed him and marched him to the theater?  Some one said, to Oswald, were you in the Book Repository, and he said, yes, that is where I worked, of course, I was there . . . but, did the conspirators, know his patterns, and the double went up just long enough to get the shot off, and left, leaving the gun . . . Oswald's Russian wife, said that he did have a gun that matched the rifle, and the serial numbers of the pistol and the rifle had both been purchased and ordered by Oswald, but that doesn't mean he was the one who shot the President.

So Many Problems . . . But Maybe, Poor Oswald, Can Be Exonerated, Post-Humously?  And We Can Charge Those Responsible, if not Directly, as Co-Conspirators and Accomplices in the Crime of the Century!
