DATELINE.  TWIST THE TWIST.  FRAMING SOMEONE FOR A CRIME THEY DIDN'T COMMIT.

TWO YOUNG HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS RAPED, SHOT EXECUTION STYLE, LEFT FOR DEAD . . . ONE DIED, ONE SURVIVED . . . LESBIAN LOVERS, MOTIVE, HATE CRIME? OR JUST CRIME OF OPPORTUNITY?

In this true crime story, there was a couple taking an early morning walk on the beach, who noticed, what they just thought was, washed up trash and seaweed, from the ocean, down below . . . until they got a better look, and realized that it was two woman, or girls, bound, with duct tape, who were, they thought, both, dead.  When the police and ambulance arrived, they noticed that one of the girls was, breathing and still alive.  The other friend was dead.  With the help of medical personnel, parents and friends, the girl survived, and amazingly, after being shot in the head, she learned to speak again.

The first suspect, was dismissed, because, he was, too much, taller, than, the killer.  But, he had been in the area at the time, and, he had been convicted of armed robbery, and, like the killer, he referred to his hostages, as, person 1, person 2, and person 3, like the killer did, calling the two girls, girl 1, girl 2, as he, talked two one or the other of them, instructing them, to put duct tape on, girl 2, or, the other way around.  Then just as the case grew cold, the cops got an anonymous tip, and a letter,w with a picture, of a man, military, who committed the crime.  This man reported, that, his former friend, in the military, killed the girl, and he had a hit out on the surviving girl, to be killed by a hit man.  

The cops followed up on the lead, and found the man who was in the picture, and, this man, had a alibi as to his whereabouts, at the time of the killing, but, he pointed out to the cops, that, the picture had been torn in half, and the other side of the pic, had been, his former friend, David Strickland, who used to be a roommate, who, he had had a falling out with, some time back, over some guns, David stole, and, this other dude, the friend, called the cops, on . . . so was this a revenge killing just to set this guy, up for calling the cops on Strickland?  Maybe.  The girl had a hard time identifying the shooter, because it was dark and he took them both by surprise, in the remote and isolated beach, area.

THE KEY TO THIS CASE, WAS, THE OTHER CASE INVOLVING THE GUNS!

So, because the survivor, could not identify, the man, from a lineup, the cops had to let him go.  One detective, a smart one, looked, at the material, from the previous case, that cops seized from the dude's vehicle, while, some of the items from the car, indicated, a possible connection, or the type of instruments, that might be used in such a crime, they were not, the same gun, bullets, that were used in the murder; however, there were a pair of black, gloves, with the logo, of UNDER ARMOR, brand, gloves, that, the survivor victim, noticed, during the crime, because, she played soccer, and had a pair of gloves just like them.  When they brought the man in, he was friendly, cooperative, and nice to the cops, didn't seem at all, the type of guy who would commit such a heinous crime, like, raping, and killing execution style, these two young women.

I think, there was, either, a picture, of the two girls, in a close embrace, on one of the girls, or, when the guy was watching the two of them, on the beach, he figured out, that they were lovers, and, the survivor, half wondered, if, perhaps, he killed them, due to their relationship, and that he did it out of hate.  That is entirely possible, some, killers, particularly of prostitutes, runaways, and transients, often, in some religious way, feel they are ridding the planet of bad people and kill at will.  A good rule of thumb, on this bright, sunny, Sunday morning, here in Seattle, Rain City, is, that, we should not judge someone, else on their sexual preferences . . . judge not, that ye be not judged!  

We have not idea, what their history, with men is, or their relationships with, their fathers, step-fathers, or brothers, cousins, and sometime,same with young men, mothers, sisters, friends, babysitters, etc., there is a damned good reason, someone loves, the same sex, over the other or opposite sex . . . previous trauma.  I know that, in this blog, I have been harsh on particular sex acts, but, that is from, a health, perspective, with so many, diseases, deadly ones, that can be the result of, this type of sex . . . rectums just don't have the same type of elasticity, that, a vagina does.  I know if you are gay, there are not many options: however, your health, should come first!  From Aids to Hep C, not worth it!

ALWAYS ERROR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION!

ROC . . . SCRAWLED IN BLOOD, ON THE WALLS OF, THE VICTIM'S, APARTMENT, AS SHE DIED, LAYING IN A POOL OF HER OWN, BLOOD

In this case, we have a beautiful young, flight attendant, who, had recently divorced.  She had a few men in her life, but, one, in particular, a man, she referred to as the CAR GUY.  This young, woman, was the youngest of a family of boys, four or five big brothers, and she was the youngest and the glue that kept the brothers together, and the light of all of their lives. So, the brutal slaying of their wonderful sister, devastated, particularly, the eldest, brother, who was mortified to find out that she had been stabbed 16 times!  The car guy, had, been the one to find her, the morning after he had left her apartment, and notified the cops, who were called to the bloody scene, to find a very distraught boyfriend, who, was in shock, and overcome with grief, or so he seemed, at the time the cops, were called to the gruesome scene. 

The police processed the scene, gathered the evidence, and collected, anything, they thought the prosecutors might need to prove their case.  But the one thing that puzzled the detectives the most, was, the word, ROC, written in blood, on the wall, and at the foot of the place the body lay.  Was it, the name of the killer, the initials of a name, or, some connection to the case, or, did it stand for something, entirely different?  Some items on the room, seemed insignificant, and were left, without much ado, as the crime scene was, taped off, and, members of the family and others, kept, from, seeing the mess, and the devastation, that, something like this brings.

ANY MURDER INVESTIGATION, TAKE ON A LIFE OF ITS OWN, AND THE EVIDENCE, BUILDS, LAYER UPON LAYER, FROM, THE SEEMINGLY, INSIGNIFICANT, TO BE PARAMOUNT TO THE CRIME AND THE RESOLUTION  OF THE CASE . . . WHAT APPEARS TO BE CRITICAL, CAN TAKE A BACK SEAT, TO WHAT APPEARED TO BE INCONSEQUENTIAL

THE BLOOD SPLATTER UNDER THE LETTERS "ROC"

I thought, this part, was, very interesting, and started to change the landscape of the investigation . . . the female cop, started to wonder, why, the droplets of blood underneath, the letters, didn't run, when, the victim, allegedly, scribbled, that, word on top of the, should be fresh blood?  The chick cop, said she, tested the blood splatters, and the type of marks, the drops of blood should have looked, like, using animal blood.  She finally, determined that, the time of death, when, the victim, could have still, been able to write this word, appeared to be too far, spread out, because, had the blood been fresh, the drops of blood underneath, would have run too.  It appeared, that the blood, drops, were, made, probably, 28 minutes, or so, earlier, and the girl would have bleed out, for sure, before the blood dried enough, for her to write on top of it, without the droplets, running, when, she wrote the word, ROC.  Nice, thinking, and sophisticated . . . never take anything for granite!

The cops figured, that, given the massive, extent of the injuries, first there would have been no way, the victim, herself, could have possible, pulled herself, over to the wall, to write the word, and, there were no, finger ridges, in the blood, that would indicate, that, she, in fact, was the person, who, wrote the word.  There was, however, a single, glove, a garden glove, found on her counter-top, that was missing the other, glove?  Upon closer, analysis, the female detective, or blood splatter expert, noticed, that, the markings on the underside of the glove, matched, the marks, in the blood, and word, written on the wall.  So, there was no way, the vic, could have, made it up to the counter, and, put on the glove, to write on the wall, when she was bleeding profusely, and losing consciousness.

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT, DID HAVE A FORMER, BOYFRIEND, NAMED, "ROC" . . . A BAD BOY, WHOM SHE HAD A VERY HOT, FEISTY RELATIONSHIP WITH.  COULD IT BE HIM?

This woman, had been playing the field, she had been sexting, sexy notes and getting some from, a pilot, but, he was in flight, at the time of the murder, too far away.  The cops decided to follow up on the lead, to the man, named ROC, that perhaps, he was the killer.  ROC seemed like a hot head, and he and the victim, did have words, after they had lived together, and he still had some furniture in her house, that she was keeping, just to spite him, but, he loved her, and, decided, to, leave things the way they were, and just let her keep, the desk and, computer, or whatever.  The guy, had a kind of bad guy, rep, but, he was, for the most part, a pretty stand up kind of guy, and admitted to the bad boy image, but in reality, he would never hurt, her.  Their relationship had been over for some time, so?  As the cops thought about it, it made no sense for the killer, to write his own, name on the walls!

How many people, knew, of the former boyfriend, and that he spelled his name, in this way?  The cops decided to take a closer look, at the current boyfriend, who, said, he left at like, 8:00 something, PM, before the pizza had arrived.  Well, as I have demonstrated, before, by way of proof, fast food, joints, and pizza delivery, orders, are time stamped, and therefore, the time of the order, and the time of delivery can be, checked and verified.  So the pizza box, that under the first light of the investigation, didn't seem to be, anything, that had anything to do with the crime, now, took on new significance.  There were only a few, people who knew, the woman, dated, a guy named, ROC, and, the boyfriend, had been, near the victim, before the crime, so, he was looking more and more, guilty, of the crime.  The cops looked into his history, and, what, he told, the woman, that he had a quick stint in jail, had been for much, longer than, he said, like, 10 years on the joint!  Dude ran an escort service, making, about $7,000 per month, at age, 20!

I was going in and out of sleep, but, I believe, it was the pizza box, and the calculation between, the time the pizza as ordered, and the time it was delivered and, I think, that, the crime lab, actually, found one of the fingerprints of the killer, the CAR GUY, on the box, itself!  So, we had someone close enough, to the victim, who knew her old boyfriend's name and tired to frame him for the crime, we had the blood splatter evidence, that, indicated, the time of the killing had to have been at least, 28 minutes, before, the word, ROC was written, and, eventually, the pizza box, showed that, the boyfriend, didn't leave before the pizza got delivered, like he originally, said, but, that he had a piece of the pizza, putting him, in the apartment at the time of the murder!  JEALOUS OF THE PILOT?

SNAP JUDGMENTS IN A MURDER INVESTIGATION, CAN LEAD TO THE WRONG, PERSON BEING, CHARGED AND POSSIBLY, EVEN CONVICTED OF THE CRIME!

PEOPLE DO GET FRAMED!
