As of late, every time, I step into the Poverello Center for the Homeless, I am treated like a criminal . . . the staff, comes in, whether I am residing there, or just coming for meals, glaring at me, as if, I am someone to be feared, someone, who should not be allowed on the property, someone who has caused problems in the past, not someone who had kicked their ever living, asses, up one side and down another, on every fucking sting op, they and the cops, feds, have planned, now nothing has changed, in my life, I am still blogging, still just kickin' it, not breaking any rules or laws, so why the change?  You see what was a fucked up experiment in the first place, trying to bring in the gals, the boys are fucking, and trying to make me jealous, of myself, making them all me, rejection, stings, for these top dogs, using, of course women, I know, never women I don't know, and why, can they find these women, out of the blue? that were the closest to me, to try to hurt me emotionally--good luck, I know these women, nothing to brag about, unless, that is, you are bragging about the things that I am done!  LOL, and there in lays the problem, they can't replace me, no matter how many women they bring on board, they can't get rid of me, so a body of evidence is walking around, daily, threatening to expose the fraternal order of the penis, making men, look small, weak, cruel, and stupid, not to mention inept!  So, how do, we men, cover, or sins, our crimes, our stupidity, our incompetence, and cover that this was all about, sex, access to sex, theft, lies, robbery, corruption, fraud, etc., at the highest level of government, law enforcement, and decency in general?

It used to be, that, when the cops, would fuck with me, I would go to another state, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, etc., then these assholes took my truck and later blew my car up with a pipe bomb! so I started to take the bus, then they shut down the Rim Rock Lines, to stop my great escapes by bus, then, they had Shelley, pretend to be me, and go with John or Jack Strode, back to Pennsylvannia, for Thanksgiving, the first year I was in Montana, 2012, when I was with my kids, and my gut feeling is, this was to frame me, and get my ass thrown in prison! not to mention, that, the AMTRAK COPS were CHASING ME, 8 months before, I ever stepped foot on a train!  LOL!  Then, I started to disappear, around the state of Montana, having spent time in almost all larger cities, but always with the same, lame ass, experience, the cops, chasing and fucking with me!  I started to think, I was being framed for killing a cop, because they were WAY too aggressive for just, whatever, even a stowaway trip on a train, this was far too aggressive for!  You have to remember, that, I have fucking, 6 doubles, evil twins, government whores, pretending to be me, so, how in the fuck, do cops, intend to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, that, who got on the train, was me?  Jack's fucked up, stick up Shelley's ass, testimony?  LOL!  GOD? 

So, in the last month, for the hell of it and to get out of the HEAT, in Missoula, from everyone, from beat cops, to feds, and their surrogates, here and there, with an army of volunteer, homeless, who would sell their own mothers, for $100 bucks, to scope and spy on me around town, I have been in Kalispell and Butte, twice, Whitefish, once, and over to Bozeman, once!  But, in reality, if all the cops through out the state are going to be, equally, as pissy and get their undies in a wad, over me, I might as well, wear the ones, down right at home, and deal with the hometown, anti-heroes!  LOL!  So, here I am.  Now, due to corruption, in all cop shops, there is not a county in the nation, of cops,w ho wants me to settle in their community, now ask yourselves, why?  I am not practicing law, never have become a member of the Montana Bar, haven't filed a law suit, while, I should have, one on behalf of myself, the ONLY CLIENT, I will ever have, who can't be bribed, bought, or threatened to make a deal with the government, and if, pushed much further, I will actually, fuck the shit out of cops, but, the lawsuit this time will include, Utah, the state of Montana, all cops, FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA agents, in the MOTHERFUCKER OF ALL LAWSUITS, FOR A MERE BILLION DOLLARS OR MORE, INCLUDING GOING AGAINST THE U.S.A.!  The irony of my loyalty!  Good GOD!  So, we are where we are!

Staff has been commenting lately, that we, at the Pov. are as full, right now, with great weather for sleeping out, than we are in the dead of winter, at full capacity! now ask yourself why?  So, the other day, I am getting ready to sit down and have lunch.  I had put my backpack, down, late in the lunch, so, that I am not stopping someone from eating, on a chair, so I could use both hands to get food, having to often juggle, soup, water, plate, silverware, if we are lucky, plus getting the food, not only on your plate, but, keeping it there!  When I got to the table with only one dude on it at this point, I noticed that, some guy, had pulled his chair, and backpack, right, near mine, touching it, so I said, pushing his chair over, which, is generally a no, no, in jungle rules of the Pov., to not touch someone else's stuff, but, in light of him, being the aggressor in my space, I pushed the chair over and made a light comment, that I don't need to sit in this guys, lap.  Nothing sexy, nothing, challenging, nothing, that would lend to much discussion, or defense, or offense!  But, the guy, across from me, said, well, maybe you would, like to do that after lunch!  I responded, NO, don't want one, referring to men, don't need one, don't like one, NO! never!  So, of course, cops, have long, felt it their duty, to set me straight, that I need a man . . . NO I DON'T!

So, Mr. Undercover, Skater Cop from Kalispell, and I will tell you my God, Intel, on the dude, but he says, well, they say, or the Bible says, that women, need men, more than, men need women.  No, we don't.  Oh, yeah, you came out of our ribs.  Yeah, and you came our of our LEGS!  Well, we have long wanted women, out of our ribs.  Believe me we don't want to be there!  So, no, I don't need one, want one, care to have one, and the answer is NO, I don't want to sit on his lap after lunch!  We didn't talk beyond that point.  His two alleged, friends, who also, could easily been undercover cops too, come with their bull shit cover story, about working at this or that resort, or National Park, swearing, to make me feel at home, and how much they used to get in tips.  I noticed, that the one dude, who I originally, got into it with, had a skateboard?  My computer brain started to turn . . . next, this guy, directly behind the handsome, bald, but brooding cop, got up, with a sleeping bag, exactly the brand, model and make of the one, I left in Kalispell, when I was terrorized all fucking night with Harleys, cops, either skateboarders, crying war chants, or, I thought, erroring on the rational side, very late night, janitors, taking out garbage, on wheels . . . right then, a car went by with, paper license plates, red, with white letters, that said, KALISPELL!  I was right, it was, garbage on wheels! these skateboarding cops!

VIGILANTE COPS, EVENING OLD SCORES FOR THEIR FUCK UPS!

Back to the future, and evening old scores, where I wrote about cops, and their lame attempts at getting me . . . so, I mentioned the other night at the Pov. waking up, at 2:00 AM, and walking out the door, with cops, sheriffs, and undercover, covering the town, looking for me, after, me making a great escape, from the Pov., also noting, the women's overflow, twice as busy as the night before, with one chick, bitching and moaning that she had to do a 12 hour shift, the day of the Roots Fest, and being a cop, would make sense, pulling her normal, then, being on extra duty, for the festival, while her colleagues, covered their normal Friday or Saturday shifts, with all the college students coming back to town!  Keep that in mind, so, when that attempt failed, with Annie, not knowing what to say, when she saw me, totally giving away the fact, that yes, her dream, that I left her, was more one of, wishful thinking or stinkin' thinkin' on the part of either a cop, she has set me up before, or someone paid by the cops, or both!  So, the next night, after being out all the night before, I thought, OK, so they fucked the sting op, so maybe, I can sneak one night of sleep, inside, stretched out, and at least somewhat comfortable on the floor. 

I get to the Pov. late, so as not to let them know, I am staying tonight.  The line to get checked in, is already, forming, and I look over, and low and behold, the chick, whom, I believe, said she had a 12 hour shift, and also, the cop chick, I saw, the Sunday sting op, the week before, getting a good look at her, not only watching the fun and games I was to be the guest of honor at, but, seeing her the next day, Auburn hair, shoulder length, tall, average + size, packing heat, and wearing a badge . . . and this chick, dressed, a lot like I do, in all black, but with a red bandana, wrapped around her wrist, but, looking like she was sporting my style, but all new clothes, flip flops, and looking face to face with me, so, seeing other rats, Bobby and Mary, sister of the warden or old warden of the Women's Prison on Billings, where they have been trying to get me, for what crimes? framed? none I am aware of, and most shelters do background checks, so? but there two are always, ready and Mary has a direct phone to the cops, skipping the normal procedures, of going through staff!  I had written about this chick cop, watching her, along with two sheriffs, while they were waiting for me, to come out of the alley, Dave, an undercover, overused cop, spotted me, while walking down the alley, where I had just ditched other cops, up the road, knowing that, they were looking for me, and avoiding the Pov. always, a dicey place, with cops showing up all the fucking time!  I wrote, how this chick, left the two sheriffs, sitting waiting while she went to find Dave, or search the rooms at the Sleepy Inn Motel, where I stay some times, to see where I disappeared to?  After seeing Dave, rat ass from hell, in on every fucking sting, for about a year!  LOL!  Like I don't suspect?  God you guys are stupid!

Anyway, I wrote about this female cop, leaving, first going to the stop sign, near the Solstice and Equinox, very Brett names and architectural styles, then backing up, and looking at McDonald's, to see if I crossed the cops paths without being noticed, then to Sleepy Inn, proving my suspicious of Dave setting me up, and with the cops all waiting for me to surface from the alleyway, when I saw Dave leave, through one walkway, from the alley to the street, through the motel, old style, he went through one, letting me know he was going to call the cops, as usual, that dude is seriously still like the mentality of a 5 year old, ratting and tattle telling, on his friends, he got kicked out of the Pov. for being such a whiny piss ass!  But, I was sitting watching the hunters, hunt for me, right at the Taco Del Sol, next door!  LOL!  So, cops shops, are allowing, lame ass stupid cops, what get paid for trying to get revenge for making them look stupid and then writing about them?  Shelley's secret seconds, cops on the double payroll, of the mob, with 24/7 service!  The whole thing is fucking shocking! to say the least!  PAYBACK IS A BITCH, BITCH!  LOL!

Okay, so I wrote about the dirty cops in New Orleans, defending the drug dealers, rather than, the citizens, or their victims, murdering citizens, for ratting out their murderous plots, and then wanting to kill, undercover agents, pretending to be king pin drug dealers, . . . long time of FBI, play acting, so using the girls club, to pretend they are me, to get at my TREASURES, is not new!  Former, FBI, Director, Louis Freech, or whatever his name was, started using, actors and actresses, in criminal trials, rather than the real witnesses, so fucked up, believe, me, as a defense attorney, and civil rights attorney, with the 6th amendment rights, in the Constitution, they hate do bad, and want to get rid of in favor of the Patriot Act, and this is why, states that, the accused, as a right to face their accusers!  If you, FBI, had fakes, actors and actresses, like you do for me, playing my PART, you don't get the veracity, credibility, authenticity, and truth, emotion, horror, or are you facing your accusers, but some surrogate for your accusers!  GOD YOUR FUCKED UP!  No wonder, these shits hate my guts, I make them follow the law, IMAGINE, LAW ENFORCMENT AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, ACTUALLY BEING FORCED TO OBEY THE CONSTITUTION?   A NOVEL THOUGHT NOW DAYS, ALL PATRIOT ACT FUCKS AND STIFFS!

So, I knew, that there would be hell to pay for ratting out these lame ass ugly dirty cops, because, the story was a direct analogical factually, perfect, scenario, for the dirty cops in  my case, going after, beating, abusing, threatening the victims, taking out, even murderous hits, on the person, an aunt of a kid who purchased drugs from one of the dealers, the cops were protecting and being paid to do so, because, she was sick of the dirty ass cops, and filed a complaint against him . . . believe, me, there are 26 such murders, connected to my case, and they are defending, the cops that is, the MOB! and going after me, FUCKING NON-STOP, GO FUCKING FIGURE? 

After, I wrote my blog, I walked passed, the place my last tramp camp was, where the white SUV, suburban was parked, across the street from Fresh Market, on Scott, ironically, a vehicle like Rachel's, and on a street with her son's name, Scott, all things are symbolic, Rachel is a fucking whore, pretending to be me and the mother of my kids?  SHIT, she doesn't want to claim her own mess of kids, with eating disorders, and issues, aa SCOTT WOULD PUT IT, and I was sleeping in a total pig sty, indicative of the person that vehicle represents to me . . . pink is the color of the girlz club, due to Mary Kay cosmetics, and they are all about, what women want, and dazzled by a Brett, a Frank, or a fake Kennedy, or real, for that matter, I for one am, not, I have made more money, and my name, is possibly, now a peer to the Kennedy's! with a billion worldwide readers, regardless of the flatlining the NSA does for PARK PLACE FLATS, Kay, used to live near Park City, and her blog is flat as her fucking pancake ass . . .she is not a bad ass, nor does she have a bad ass . . . you could call her no ass, flat ass, or pancake ass, but she most certainly does not have a bad ass,  nor is she a bad ass, and without a doubt, not a bad ass con law chick! who could write this blog!

THEY ARELL ARE THE GIRLZ CLUB!  LOL!  But as, I got off the bus, to go to lunch, ot be ratted out, for what, blowing the POV, sting op, and making them look the fools they are? but, first, on my way, I walked passed where the SUV, exactly like the age and model of Rachel and Chris HICKEY'S old white suburban, was, there were FRENCH FRIES, strewn all over the GUTTER!  Rachel and Chris, went to the French Riviera, for their honeymoon, and it is where Stephanie, Rachel's oldest daughter was conceived, she could not make smart chicks, like my two, military daughters, members of the Golden Key honor society, both asked to join, Greta joined, Nicole did not, Gret was sworn in, in none other than CONSTITUTIONAL HALL, next to the WHITE HOUSE, very symbolic for her mother, ME, YOU UGLY BITCH!  I am mortified, horrified, and embarrassed, to have that hag ass stupid mother, loser, fucking FLIGHT ATTENDANT OR WAITRESS IN THE SKY, SARAH PALIN, BITCH ASS RACHEL BE ME!  NO GODDAMNED FUCKING THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111 

I also fried the cops asses, who are trying to make that fucking bitch ME, due to BOOBS, for god sake, YOU NEED TRAINING ASS WIPES! YOUR FUCKING DUMB! but she is your style, I AM TOO GOD DAMNED SMART FOR YOUR SORRY ASSES, I MIGHT MAKE YOU REAL COPS, NOT PRETEND COPS, GETTING MONEY FOR NOTHING AND CHICKS FOR FREE, YEAH, RACHEL IS EASY, ASK KENNEDY!  LOL!  He HAD TO ACTUALLYY WORK FOR ME!  TOO MUCH WORK APPARENTLY!  LOL!

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!  I FIGURED A STING OP, LAST NIGHT!  YEP!

I thought of going back to the Pov., but decided, it was worthless to try, I am a sitting duck there, too many rats, without distinction between staff and their charges!  I thought of going somewhere, other than my recent, tramp camp, because, when I write about, my feats over the cops, with each bit of information, they use it against me, to figure out where I am, and how, to get me back for exposing their dirty shit!  And, last night was no exception.  I scoped out various places around town, but the wind started to whip up, and I decided to take my chances at the place I was, but, God, sent by surveillance looking vans, and a couple of other type signs that they were watching me, the feds, who have all the tools, including, most likely, two, from my estimation, GPS, tracking devices in me, they don't play fair! believe me, even with that, they have not been able to get me! but they do usually, know, close to where I am, but, maybe not exactly, but close!  I am always hoping that, the good guys, if there is any, are near, and are using me for live bait, to rat out the bad cops, feds, family, staff, and homeless!  Or at least, if I ever do let down guard, and they kill me, or imprison me, the cops, who are not involved, might know where to look, or start and investigation into my death, and what a waste of knowledge, tragedy, and so far beyond the contributions of the tits and ass, they have been WANTING TO BE ME!  SAD . . .

I took several buses, back and forth, to hopefully shake at trail, watched, noticed, and saw some concerning things, that might be problematic, but, decided, that, I was smart enough, that even if, they went after me, I would get away!  LOL!  I was tired, had been up at 1:00 AM, then 2:00 AM, then 3:00 AM, so I FUCKING NEEDED SLEEP!  There was a guy spying on me the night before, so I knew, they knew where I was, if they could catch me, where I was or had been, but that is a big IF!  I am the ultimate gamer, and so, finding me, where expected, at the times, expected, and in the position expected, is the hard thing with me, as it proved to be with the sting op, last night, or the early morning hours of today!  So, I got in way earlier than usual, to throw off surveillance, did my normal, blitz, sneak, attack, to my camp, without being noticed, but I had surveillance on me, but the surveillance, was parked, just back enough, that I could see, him/her, or their vehicle, but they could NOT SEE ME!  LOL!  Rule #1, make sure you can see the subject?  LOL!  Who taught you, Shelley?  Kay?  Brett?  Kennedy?  Rachel, god forbid?  LOL!  No, you need to see me, if I can't see you, you can't see me!  LOL!  So, being there early was critical, because, I scoped out the site, from bus, got off, a different place, walked back alleys, and came through in a way to see, what, I was up against1  I am strategic, smart, patient, cautious for the most part, but I WAS FUCKING TIRED!

STING OP CONFIRMED, COP, "U" TURN IN FRONT OF ME, AFTER THEY BLEW IT, FLOODLIGHTS IN MY LOCATION, SO PLAYING TO THE SKY COPS, SO FEDS INVOLVED!

I trust God's intel, perfectly, but, at times, I doubt, my own, inconvenience and not necessarily my ability to read what is going on, but, my desire to follow what God is telling me, or what I need to do to avoid danger!  So, last night, even fully aware, of the danger, the stake out, and the risk, I needed sleep, a rare night, can go forever, but, two weeks of relentless pursuit, as planned, going after me at the Pov. on the streets, and at my camp, without stopping, going on sleep deprivation, a torture tool, with them hoping, they could just wear me down, and they were coming close, although, I was spent by early afternoon, I got a second wind, when I realized, for a third night in a row, the Pov. was not safe!, I got a second wind, generally music will help, liven my spirits and drive me on, as it did, last night.  So, I am sound asleep, and from the direction of the surveillance vehicle, a sheriff came rolling into my tramp camp, in my dream, and that was the end of the dream.  That didn't move me, so, waking from a sound sleep, right again, like the day before, I awoke, not at 3:01 AM, but, 3:04 . . . symbolic of the sheriffs, if not all cops, who know these women, and don't know me from jack, other than, what some ex-lover or jealous sister, friend, or attorney, choses to say, about me! but, the time indicated, that they are for the four women, claiming to be me!  Shelley, Kay, Rachel and Sue, are the main ones!

I was pissed a groggy, but, the threat of the surveillance and stake out, was glaring me in the face and the dream of the sheriff, making the threat of a sting op and who knows what, a reality.  The day before, I was able, due to the sting op being at the POV, to stay in my vehicle, warm for a while, but, last night, fuck no!  I put my shoes on, got ready and busted a move, got the fuck out, before something real happened, oh, and again, I felt the sting, of God, saying, stay warm if you want, but, you are in the middle of the fucking sting op, that you are not going to like the outcome to!  I MOVED!  LOL!  I walked passed an undercover cops, I just typed, gop, or GOP, so no surprise, GOP, or the Republicans are behind this, my family, is all Republicans, as are the Mormon cops, FBI director, James Comey is, and the whole fucking state of Utah and half or more of MONTANA is!  Remember, the three things cops never do? one was vote Democrat, and with Hillary, they are even less likely, for the Donald, regardless of who incredibily fucked up the man and his lack of policies are, simply saying, he is the law and order candidate, and a man, with a hot wife, is enough, stupid wife, is fine, ugly, no way!  LOL! 

Anyway, some dude, is just sitting, on the curb, near Fresh Market, the street above it, where I am likely to walk, to catch the 5:40 bus, #11, each morning for my ride around the town, to watch the city wake up and to think about my blog, and read the newspaper!  So, a pretty safe place, other than, I generally, go down the ramp, for Fresh Market, and probably surprised the dude!  LOL!  I wanted to relish in the discarded, looking like someone was pissed and tossed them, right where the SUV the cops towed away was, and laugh, as I did, entertaining the vision of what, the cops might have done, seeing, my blog from yesterday, and the exposer of their secret second cop shop, serving the mob, wearing MISSOULA COLORS AND MARKINGS!  Making a bad name for the real cops!  The dude, who would have seen me, and not me see him, was probably surprised, and either ratted me out to the cops, who were planning to raid my tramp camp, or surveillance did?  So, I was afraid, that, the black homeless dude, who was camped sleeping the day before, was at the bus shelter, where I wanted to get a bit of more, shut eye, might be, so, I went over across the street, when I could see the other shelter, appeared to be empty, and I put on my make-up, and by this time was not too tired, but . . . so, I notice this city police car, coming down the street, being glad I left, when I did!

I am not thinking anything, other than, I hope this asshole doesn't test the LAW ON VEGRANCY and I am fully awake, and putting on my make-up for the day, and there was a handy, bus schedule someone left, sitting next to me, and I could just say, I could not sleep, so I decided to get an early start on the day, and I was just waiting for the 5:40 bus, only being about 4:00 AM by this time.  But, to my surprise and not so surprise, the cop, pulls a "U" turn, right where I am sitting, right in front of me, and does a quick turn around, and he heads to the parking lot of the Fresh Market, drives through that, and when he gets parallel with me again, he takes out his FLOODLIGHTS and shines them right on me!  That was a tell tale sign, that, sure as shit, there was a sting op, and I probably missed it by minutes, up at my tramp camp, foiling the cops, yet another time, 1001 attempt my win, o wins for the cops!  LOL!  But, he was playing to the sky, by the symbolic moves, the "U" turn, and the floodlights, letting someone know, exactly where I was and who I AM!  See, they have no problem, knowingly and intentionally, harassing the blogger, ME and she is JOANN S. SECRIST AND THEY DAMNED WELL KNOW IT, so covering up for the FRAUDS!  In the next few minutes, a sheriff went by, and so, YEAH, there was a plan, in place, and they were pissed and once again, GOD DIRECTED MY PATHS, NOT LEAVING ME ALONE!

THERE IS A CONCERTED EFFORT, TO FORCE ME ON THE STREETS, WHETHER, KEEPING ME FROM THE POV. OR FROM A SAFE PLACE . . . HOW IS THIS FOR "SERVING AND PROTECTING" THE MOB?  I DON'T DARE GET AN APARTMENT, IF I COULD GET ONE, THAT WAS, NOT CONTROLLED BY THE MOB, EVEN CHANGING WHO I TALK TO AND THE ADDRESSES, WITH A CLONED PHONE, OR WATCHING MY CRAIGSLIST INQUIRES!  SO, THE POV. IS OUT, THE STREETS ARE FROUGHT WITH PROWLERS AND PREDATOR COPS, NO MATTER THE CITY, SO?  WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO?  FUCK YOU, BEAT YOU AGAIN!

Officers Who Hid Behind the "Shattered Shield" Became Enforcers For the Drug Cartel, New Orleans, 1980's

DANGER ON THE STREETS, NO ONE STANDING WATCH!

You know, it is interesting to me, to watch some of these old time cases, stories and episodes, because, almost without exception, the cops, follow constitutional guidelines, from serving warrants, to obtaining evidence, through search and seizures, which is refreshing and notable, reminding me what we have lost with the Patriot Act, giving cops the right, almost, to go into a person's home, his or her castle, without a warrant, opening the door to corruption, planting evidence against a person a cop doesn't like, or whom is a witness to a case, or whatever, it is a license to steal, to go in and take what you want, and it gives too much temptation to law enforcement, if you can call them that, any more, seeing, my 93 year old neighbor, who sits on her front porch, for hours on end, watched, my house, in Parowan, Utah, because that is all she can look at, straight across the street from her arm chair, but she told me, while I was in court, or on the road, or in Montana, cops came in my house at least 6 times without me knowing, without warrants, without any reason, and on the sly!  I went from a 5,000 square foot home, that was illegally, unconstitutionally and unlawfully, outright criminally taken by judges, prosecutors and cops, going to a 3,000 square foot home, leaving me, with a big home, alone, and while I was remodeling my Parowan, home, after getting my St. George home stolen, I would sleep up in the upstairs bedroom, on several occasions, I would go to get in my purse, that I generally hung on a kitchen chair at night, only to find that my flash drives containing all my cases, briefs, notes, and emails, of import, were missing, and then several days later the same device would show up again.  Or, when I would go to get in my truck, in the morning, I would notice that, the dead bolt, to my back door, was not, in the hole . . . at my other home, I had DVD's of evidence taken, my law office, French doors, not in their bolted position on the floor, in the wood!

My $56.7 million lawsuit, against Iron County, for corruption, running deep and fast, the most corrupt county in the country at the time I filed suit, or maybe because the national news got a hold of my lawsuit, could read the amount of license that was taken by cops, like three narcotics task force members, breaking in my clients, house, fucking planting 51 pieces of felony evidence against him, with us catching three cops, McIntyre, Fritz and Lee on tape recorder, hidden in the chandelier!  Those charges could have locked my innocent client, who was friends with some one the county attorney had issues with, who was studying to be a private investigators, and helping several of the locals with their cases, and therefore, guilty of associations!  During the trial, one of the cops told my client in jail, that, his biggest crime, was being the boyfriend of Haylee Cheeks!  So, to get Shane Clark's full cooperation, with cops and prosecutors, trying to get at her and another plaintiff in the civil rights suit, Travis Braun, they were leaning hard on someone who did nothing wrong, but now was facing charges that would ruin his life!  This type of brute force, is nothing more than criminal acts, committed by the police officers!  And the county attorney, not me, the civil rights attorney, should have charged the fuckers with the crimes of forceful entry, breaking and entering, trespass, etc., just like they would ANY other citizen, if not throwing the spaghetti bowl at the wall, and seeing what sticks!

Don't Shatter the Innocence and Trust We the People Have or Should Have in LAW ENFORCEMENT!

Ninety-eight percent of the American people, and rightfully so, believe in and expect to have their civil and constitutional rights not only respected, but protected by LAW ENFORCEMENT that is getting to be an oxymoron, these days, meaning the exact opposite of what that suggests, just like that bull shit, PATRIOT ACT, I refer to as the UNPATRIOT ACT!  The Bill of Rights, and other constitutional and statutory protections, are one of the main reasons for a government and law enforcement, with sheriffs being the oldest paid law enforcement officers, paid to protect, people's property and homes, while they were away and could not do so themselves, thus today we still see remnants of this in sheriffs being the legal entity to handle executions on property, or dealing with property issues, it is historical!  To have a well ordered society, there has to be a set of laws, that both the governed and the government, agree to as a bottom denominator of rules of engagement, to live by peacefully.  When one side or the other, of that equation, deviates, either citizens or cops, leave the expected, laws and rules of society, there is trouble!  There are differences between terrorists and citizens, and those rights, protections, privileges, attach, with citizens, when interfacing with cops!

Cops can lie in furtherance of criminal investigations; however, they cannot lie, and commit CRIMES THEMSELVES, they are officers of the courts, of the law, and to serve and protect . . . we cannot, have a decent society, that has no rules, laws in the heads of judges, justice on the streets with cops being judge, jury and executioners, skipping, due process and equal protection, pressuring legally trained prosecutors, the gatekeepers to justice, to either prosecute or decline to prosecute based on the training of law enforcement, a rudimentary at best, understanding of the laws, with no law school training, or criminal procedure understanding!  Judges, likewise are not the hired guns for the prosecution, nor is the state crime lab, entitled to lie or prosecutors or to doctor evidence in their favor!  IT JUST DOEESN'T WORK THAT WAY IN AMERICA!

SHATTERED SHIELDS ARE BADGES OF DISHONOR

In this particular, FBI FILES, the scene is set in New Orleans, at the beginning of the war on drugs, when cocaine was king and the streets, were flush with case from drug cartels and just before drug interdiction efforts started.  Believe it or not with the turf battles and drug dealers, and war lords of the drug cartels, started, to protect themselves from, other dealers and those in the drug trade, they turned to law enforcement to protect them!  LOL!  However, in the Big Easy, the cops, were also, protecting dealers from the very citizens, they were sworn to protect, and eventually, the cops, turned predatory, and started to steal from the drug dealers, much like dirty cops in New York and Chicago, paid to protect store owners, taking money under the table, or let the citizens store owners protect themselves, without the aid and assistance of law enforcement, who extracted high prices for their services, and were brutally cruel when they didn't get their expected pay out, as they started to do with the drug dealers, being even more predatory and deadly, than the dealers, cartels, themselves, as we will see in this FBI sting op, with a drug dealers, being ruffed up by two city cops, Davis and Williams, extorting $10,000 to protect him, and in payment for services already rendered!  The dealer, turned confidential informant, and started working with the feds, to take down the ring of dirty cops!  And this was on the eve of the city, just hiring a new, police chief, from outside the city, not connected, nor influenced by locals, being brought in from Washington, D.C., with a very symbolic name, Richard Pennington . . . eventually there were about 60 police officers, fired, tried, and convicted, on corruption, sending, I believe about 7 or 8 to prison, with the ring leader, Davis, originally being charged with murder and given the death penalty, later commuted to life in prison . . . is it worth it?

Mind you, from what I have seen, and witnessed, not only from dealings with the FBI, or having watched, their show, that, what was bad, will only get worse, with the feds, creating a scenario, that, may have involved, 2 dirty cops, but working with the CI, and bringing in an undercover, alleged, big time drug dealers, pushing the circle of drugs to be protected, thus, engaging the original targets of the investigation, expanding, it to the point, that, due to heavy drug trafficking, or alleged, trafficking and shipments, often using fake cash and drugs, with undercover agents, delivering the shipment, taking a dirty circle of cops, to the extreme, with supply and demand, came more cops, making them dirty as they helped with these larger and more lucrative deals, casting a wide net, and being fishers of men and cops, catching probably more than, had originally been involved, but, seeing who else in the department was prone to corruption, and there were PLENTY OF TAKERS!  The cops, who endured, the heat of the New Orleans, summer, watching the drug transactions and transfers, sat in their old time squad cars, later, demanding, a van with air conditioning, later, the cops allegedly watching the warehouse and drugs, got board, so they hired prostitutes, and their charges, went up and up, with the feds, providing the van, fully loaded with surveillance, eavesdropping equipment and highly technical, audio devices, catching even the sex acts on tape!  LOL!  If there is smoke the feds, will fuel the fire, until there is no question of your involvement, going for the full Monty, until you are left naked, gutted and bludgeoned, as they did, with even these sophisticated cops, who should have known, better, but, trusted the undercover, king pin drug lord, shocked and betrayed when he smiled, gotcha, smile, your on candid camera!  LOL!  The rings of dirty cops just kept growing! and so did the charges!

CITIZEN TEEN VS. DRUG DEALER, COPS GUARDING THE DEALERS!

In one incident, a teen, buying drugs from the protected dealer, gets into an altercation with the dealer, over price and quality, and the cops, Williams and Davis, nearly beat the teen to death, who happened to be living with his aunt, who saw the cop beating her nephew, and she decided to press charges, sick and tired of the cops, she filed a complaint against them, so, what did the cops do, they hired a hit man, and within days, the aunt was murdered.  All this was caught on tape, but the dirty cops, used, police codes, that were unfamiliar to the feds, and they could not decipher the code name for murder, or hit, and it was not until the woman was dead, that they realized, what the code words meant, and they were sick, that this brave woman, who SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE PROTECTED BY THE COPS, WAS ACTUALLY THE VICTIM OF THE COPS, AND THE COPS SHOULD HAVE GONE AFTER THE DRUG DEALER, NOT HER NEPHEW!  But, they got it all on tape, and were able to get Davis on murder, for hiring the hit man, to kill the women who turned in the complaint against him and his partner!

This is just not an example of the way a WELL ORDERED SOCIETY WORKS!  My interests are not to sue cops, but to educate them, and teach them how it is suppose to be.  Many post 9/11 hirees, while having taken the oath of officers acting under color of law, don't even remember, that they took an oath of preserving, defending and protecting the Constitution, and when they get down and dirty in the department, learning the nuts and bolts of law enforcement, many are just taught, Patriot Act, shit, and they are not protected, immune, nor defended, without following well established laws, and policies.  If they follow, the laws that all have to have roots in the Constitution, or they are void, plus do what the department policy was in a particular situation, they will be protected, and immune from prosecution! if they do not, and follow, law that is applicable to terrorists, with definitions that, don't fit the citizen, in anyway, shape or form, they are just looking for trouble!  The Patriot Act has only been around for 16 years, do you seriously think, you are going to overcome, the United States Constitution, that has been around, true, tried and tested, for fucking 230 years?  Get serious, and ask each of the officers charged, for murder, what the first thing, they were GLAD they had, when arrested? the U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, the same ones they DENIED THE DEAD!!!!!!!

ONE BAD APPLE CAN SPOIL THE WHOLE BUSHEL!

When I graduated from law school, in 1993, and took an oath as an office of the court, and member of the Utah State Bar, getting a job, with the Utah Prosecution Council, in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and as an assistant attorney general, I was paid, a mere $32,000 per year.  I had to repay, $500 per month, and that was a diversion, on my law school loans!  I am still paying on those loans, out of social security, of jack shit, since, being, brutally, forced by law enforcement, prosecutors and judges, out of the state of Utah, and chased, since the day, I was sworn into the United States Supreme Court Bar . . . I have never, compromised, thought, I needed incentives to do my job, and my daughter, just out of the Navy, worked for IBM, making as much money as her lawyer mother!   She had no degree, so this, we need more money, or we need an incentive, or we don't make enough, therefore, we are entitled to make money on the side, or get paid to do our fucking job, taking drugs off the streets, is pure bull shit to me!  Hell, the city attorneys, got paid more than we did, in fact the attorney general, did a study and had to go to the legislature and ask that our salaries be brought in range of city prosecutors, who were making more!  That is the proper route, to take when going after more money for cops, not stealing property, taking money from bad actors, the mob, or feeling a sense of entitlement, that we deserve more!

The money is not for nothing and the chicks are not free, and you are not entitled, afforded the right, to operate outside the law, to get more money, you switch jobs! or fight the city council, tax payers, or legislators like everyone else, to get a raise!  No one is indispensable, when the 5 officers were shot in Dallas, Texas, a month or so ago, Chief, David Brown, who also cleaned house, and fired, 70 officers, before this happened, told the Black Lives Matters, protesters the officers were protecting, just doing their jobs, to stop, protesting, and fill out an application, for the now vacant 5 openings . . . within a week, there were over I believe, like 5,000 applications! with people seeing and knowing, exactly what they are getting into!  There is a lot of respect, credibility, and trust that goes with wearing the badge, and hopefully a badge of honor, with officer put in the halls of fame, not badges of disgrace and put in the halls of shame!  The job, I brag about most, is not, the one I was paid the most for, but the one connected with law enforcement!  There are plenty of perks, power and privileges, that go with being cops, attorneys, judges, and sometimes, in fact, most of the time, we are in that area of practice, at least I was, for the power, not the money!  As, I travelled around the state of Utah, training, educating, teaching, writing, for the attorney generals office, it was almost like, people would roll out the red carpet for you!  I didn't need that, but, there was a lot of respect, and along with that, was the responsibility to conduct myself in that office, in a trust worthy and dignified manner, doing all I could to further the interests of justice and honor for the law, and all that it can do for good, to hold that sacred place, and keep it in good standing for the people I SERVED, and I have always, seen my license as, a LICENSE to SERVE!

• smart, reclusive child, into the world of science, graduated early from high school, if I remember, he entered college, Harvard at age, like 16, graduated in 3 years, went on to get a Ph.D, and become a very young professor, which turned out to be beyond him, socially
• in reaction to the world of science and technology, he had been immersed in for all these years of schooling and some teaching, Ted, moved to Lincoln County, Montana, built a small cabin with no running water or electricity, living the life, he valued, one without technology, the eccentric hermit, then proceeded to live out the word he believed in, simple, growing a garden and hunting for his food, living alone with little interaction with the real world outside the mountains and forest, except for a daily trip on his bike to the library, where he read and perfected his ideologies and philosophies of the world, he thought we all should be living in
• the more reclusive and into his own head, he became, he started to plan his revenge on the modern world of technology, by going after nationally and world renowned, professors of technology and science, writing his thoughts and ideas, on a manual typewriter, and studying how to make bombs, that he later would use on men of science and technology, to become the grim reaper of the technological world
• it took the FBI, 17 years, to finally catch, this evil genius, who taunted and alluded authorities, over this time period, finally writing up his Manifesto: The Danger of the Leftism, telling various newspapers and magazines if they published his manifesto, that he would refrain from bombing any more people . . . the FBI, decided to publish this 28 page dissertation on his philosophies of life, in hopes that, not only would he, stop the killing, but, his writings would be recognized by someone who knew of his thoughts and ideas, and would turn him into authorities
• his brother, David, read the manifesto and recognized it, a bit as his brother's own ideas, and he dreaded the thoughts that, it was his brother, who was actually, the Unabomber, that had killed, I believe it was, 11 people, by delivering deadly bombs to them, in the form of books, packages, and special delivery, only to explode, killing the person who was unfortunate enough to unwrap the packages, sometimes even decapitating his target!  David has an earlier writing of his brother's, and he compared the writing and ideas, and with few exceptions, his earlier writings were almost identical in thought and content!  He eventually turned his brother in, and authorities, dressed as like Park Rangers, approached Ted's remote cabin, and asked him, to show them something on a map, and when he turned around, the FBI arrested him
• David and his family showed up for court, when Kaczynski was tried, but he refused to look at them, he was charged with the murders of 10 people, in federal court, and later, charged with the murder of another person in state court . . . he was convinced and sentenced to life and then some, if I recall, I don't think he was executed?  They didn't say, and I can't remember, but I don't think so?

BRETT TODD STUART/STEWART, THE CHARMING AMERICAN PSYCHOPATH

• contrary to Kaczynski, Brett, who came from, divorced parents, by the age of 2 years, was no scholar in school, said he was part of the parking lot gang in high school, went on to some college, and didn't do great; however, he was an avid readers, expanding his knowledge of the world, through, years of reading, National Geographic, and delving into issues, like weather modification and control, also, taken with the philosophies, of men, who wanted to take over the world, through tyrannical, despotic, terror and control, dealing in racial cleansing and purity, fringe sciences, and development of a police state, looking at the regimes of Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin, leaning more and more toward, socialism and communism
• again, contrary to Ted, he adhered to both science and technology, while living, a very simple and hermit like life, at least by the time I met him . . . he was living on family property, in Mt. Sterling, Utah, on 23 acres, that he loved and had been in his family for generations, even with the street being named after the Stuarts or the Wellsville spelling, Stewarts, we went by the first one.  Brett took, one of the horse sheds, and was turning  it into a straw bale home, living there alone with his dog, Budgy, often being so cold, that he had this mangy dog, sleep in bed with him, to keep him warm, while, he changed the place as he could afford to do things, all the time, reading and using, ideas of living green, living off nature as much as possible, collecting rain water, using water from a pump, bringing it into the barn/house, through nothing more than a garden hose, with a small amount of wired in electricity, that would not handle more than a few, light bulbs.  There were other sheds and shacks on the property, that made the place look, almost abandoned and inhabitable, and when, Kay and her original partner, Bruce Bugsby, a professor of biology at Utah State University, rode their bikes out, to visit, they thought, nobody could live there, called in Little Tijuana!  The property of the Stuarts, was at the end of the county road, and next to 2,000 acres of Mormon church farm land, with only a few houses in the whole valley at the time I was there, and Brett had been there for some time before, I came along, his previous girlfriends, refused to ever come out and stay at the place; I however, loved the country, and was fascinated when he told me he lived on a family farm, thinking, that, there was a house, and barns, not that he was living in a barn!
• Brett like Ted, made regular trips to the public library, and he always came home loaded with books, not popular reading or recent new releases, but books that he would learn something more about the world around him, and unlike, Kaczynski, Brett was very talkative and argumentative, especially about things like 9/11, very pro allowing the government, the TSA, to search trunks of cars, and doing whatever they wanted, at the airports, anything for safety, also, very invasive of civil rights, which to me, was his downfall, in this bad ass con law chick's mind, even when, I still, was basically, in love with him, this one thing, may have been the pivotal point, in our relationship, because, to me, your rights, end at the end of your nose, and what is mine, is mine and what is yours is yours, and there seemed to more and more of a conflict, on personal ideologies and especially, with his notions of the ECK religion, that you are me and I am you!  FUCK NO!  But, in spite of our growing differences, I believe that Brett, who had no dated, Mormons, before, me his first, enjoyed a certain acceptance from his very Mormon family and extended family, with me as his wife, in addition, to the fact that I had been an attorney, there seemed to be a growing acceptance, not only in his family, but, I introduced Brett to a whole new level of women, my family, and I think, that started to give him ideas, of grander things that he had been used to, that is if he didn't already know, Shelley and Kay, but, I am just telling you, what and how, he presented himself to me, without, the knowledge and hindsight.  In essence, it was through, me, that, I believe, Brett, who had been very reclusive, except for being with a girlfriend, yet, very insecure, always dating, professional women, two previous women, were, professors of drama, at USU, would only go into town, like every other week, so, twice a month, we would go to the library, to the store, to do our laundry and the rest of the time, we were out on the farm, with him, doing everything for me, cooking, cleaning, fixing things, etc.  As, I started to heal, he started to try to control me, and he started expecting more of me, and I was, getting back to the attorney me, and my house was always clean, therefore, I never needed to do dishes, ate out, nor did, I move things around . . . as he met, Kay, Shelley, I think, he started to expand his options, and grew in confidence, that, it was his choice, not mine, if he wanted to stay with me, when, I decided, I didn't want him!  And left him . . . the consequences of history and change.  I believe, he got me, at a vulnerable time, and he was vulnerable, due to circumstances, and as we grew and healed, we became more and more ourselves and we were NOT ALIKE!  Brett also said, that, had I known him, in high school, I would never have looked at him twice, so there was some background there, that, I didn't know?
• Brett, claimed, that, while his sisters, were taken under the wing of the Mormon Church, he was allegedly beat up by the Bishop's son, driving him, far from the reaches of the church, having little contact with it, and surely not dating women who were Mormon; however, he was very close to his grandparents, who were active Mormons, and at the time, me and Brett met, his mother had just been reactivated.  I do think, as Brett, gained, notoriety through me, with cops, he saw, that, my background and history as an assistant attorney general, brought him security and acceptance by law enforcement too!  I do believe, however, that there was latent, misgivings for both, the church and cops, and some sort of maneuvering and manipulating, both entities, once, he gained access to money!  There may have been subconscious revenge and latent anger, that allowed, Brett to use and control, through, a new found charm, that all psychopaths, seem to have, to, use Elliot's money, from his music, once he hooked up with Shelley, and Kay, with Shelley, Isaac and Jesse, already stealing, and marketing the Bandit CD's on the black market and in grunge elements of the underbelly of the heavy metal world, so Brett, just had to come in and be the fire starter, that lit the powder keg, turning previously, even negative traits, into, positive ones, predatory on women, cut throat, remorseless, shameless, new found avenues of greed and power, being very high energy, to go about, teaming with the devious maids, Kay and Shelley, that expanded into the whole fucking Southwick family!
• I believe, Brett, somewhat crisscrossed, Kaczynski, in a way, yet, duplicating, much of the same, territory, but through, the exact opposite means, both, venturing into their personal ideologies and philosophies . . . while Ted, started out, very bright, with a promising future in front of him, only to end up, incapable of pulling things off in the real world, with his reclusive personality, Brett on the other hand, started out the hermit, living off the land, but once he got a taste of something new, money, prestige and fame, he crossed the barriers and used the stolen treasures, as a means to, once rich and accepted, using his narcissism, psychopathologies and sociopathic tendencies, to his favor, rather, than, using them in totally, anti-social ways, like serial killing of women, runaways, prostitutes, claiming to be the Iceman, or a hit man for the mafia, he, turned, ZZ Tops, well dressed man, able to morph into the man who knew what women want, dressing and acting the part, learning that through, me, he was protected from the cops views, and with a Mormon girl, gained acceptance of the church, Kay, giving access to neither of those, which in turn, put him, in connection with my family, who substituted me for Kay, with money, and influence, breaking down, doors in law enforcement, through, my name, and resume, legal feats and triumphs over cops and prosecutors, to make his way in that world, and that is why he needed Kay to be me, because a torts attorney, and the name Kay, didn't go far, in the cop world, once an insider in the Mormon community, he gained access to the connections to the FBI and CIA, who are for the most part, Mormon!  While Kaczynski, went downhill into being the eccentric hermit, Brett the eccentric hermit, crawled out of his shell, and blossomed, in ways, he never thought possible . . . money corrects a lot of flaws! covers a lot of sins, and hides a lot of crimes, even murder!  While I at the time, waiting to die, didn't see much value, in myself, I never dreamed, in a million years, that, my name, my resume, credentials, awards, and history, not to mention, reputation as an attorney, was in peril!  But, I don't have a criminal mind!
•  Kaczynski, murdered 11 people, there are 26 people, who were murdered in connection with my cases, once I started to practice, again, about, 5 years after I left Brett, thinking, my association was done with him, other than to thank him, for helping me, taking care of me, and in some ways, healing me, but, as I started to become a new rising star on the legal horizon, Kay, whom, Brett was with, started to diminish, because, the REAL, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., was back in motion, and rising hard and fast! putting Kay and Shelley back, in their previous positions, although, now, teaming with many others, including, my old enemies, who would prefer, Shelley, Kay, Rachel, anyone but ME,, to deal with, siding with the bandits, liars and thieves, now with new fodder to take me down again, like being #2 in the nation for civil rights defense and having $700 worth of cases against the government!  My question, is, if Brett, claims to be, the ICEMAN, then, as a hit man for the mafia, the Mormon, Mob, MIB, super mafia, drowning in new found cash, power, perks, and access, did he kill, all my suitors? clients? and associates, still threatening those who would help me and expose the truth, of the stolen identity, or, is there, this oath of silence, that, better the greater good for the most amount of people, than one family getting all?   Do, I think, Brett is capable of murder?  YES, he so much as told me he was!  One man striking out against the world that harmed him, and the other, striking out, against anyone who threatened this new identity of power and elitism, while furthering his personal ideologies along the lines of Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin, or the fascist right, alt-right, putting him, in, monetarily, in the arenas with Mitt Romney, Trump, Republicans, who tend to defend the Patriot Act, then giving, cops, Brett, and others the authorization to be the man that can!  Where Ted, became the dredge of society, Brett, doing the same thing, with the right Party, church, and wife, rock star son, rolled in circles, that he NEVER could have, even with Kay the attorney wife, but without my credibility and sons, music prestige!  Now the rich and famous, overnight!  Brett is the smiling fascist, using my name and history, of fighting for the Constitution, to cover, his totalitarian, fascist ideas and thoughts of a military coupe, using the Mormon CIA, with a corner on languages and jobs in the top intelligence arms, working with, the military, seeing, that even, Panetta, former CIA director and Patraeus, former general over Afghanistan and Iraq, switched places, almost making the two entities one, in this new, Poppy Bush, order, subjugating, the President, Congress, the Pentagon, FBI, Supreme Court, and the U.S. Constitution, under the CIA/military complex!  Kaczynski was no charmer, but he was a ruthless cool logician, as was Brett!  Ted used, fear and terror to promote his ideas, and Brett, also, did away with anyone, who helped me, in  my fight, to keep the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, stopping the new order, the Bushites, the CIA and military, putting the ball and chain, not only on cops, but on, those branches of the government, that are, under the Constitution, subjected to Congressional oversight, and budgetary controls and confinement!
• it is not hard for me, to see the extreme influence, Brett, already stepped in Hitlerian tactics, watching the influence, outright war, and battle between, the right, represented by the Bushes, and their militarized cops, and me, always faithful to my oath, to the United States Constitution, to preserve, defend and protect that document that thwarts, the new order, stopping it in its tracks; therefore, what may have been a sexual preference, became lifeblood, to the movement, to destroy America as we know it, curtail the powers and influences of the Constitution, using MY name recognition, to make cops, prosecutors and judges, who had heard of me, gaining ear, and moving them, far to the right, to tanks, militarized vehicles, surveillance, warrantless searches and carte blanche powers of law enforcement, or the private standing armies, that were to rule our streets, through Marshal Law!  NO thanks!  Stewart's Bliss, is JoAnn Going Down, two movies, communicating with the troops, to speak without speaking, through symbolic movies, books, colors and everything!
• Ted Kaczynski, was a terrorist to the technological world, and Brett, of the same bent, is a threat and terrorist, to America as we know it!  Recently, some investigative journalists and reporters, looked into the buildings that, the alleged Billionaire, Donald J. Trump, has his names on, making it look, like he owns them, and they could NOT find the real owners of the buildings, with Trump a cover, for money laundering, the New York crime families, who dreamed back in 1985, of having a presidential candidate one day, with the same people behind, Trump as were behind Mitt Romney, seeing Hillary as a threat to the Republican order, of fascism, heading up the left, the enemy to Kaczynski, as well as the Bush, alt-right, and conservatism.  I believe, that the first book, I saw, Brett reading, is his bible for government, that blends with the military complex build up with Mitt, and Trumps, claims of being the law and order candidate, going straight to the racist, bigoted, xenophobic, wall building, the fear and hatred of brown people, and the pledge to have our borders patrolled by helicopters and more cops, guarding the walls . . . does that sound like the fear, campaign of Hitler? Stalin? Mussolini? the them and us, FUCK YEAH.
• both have cabins and straw bale barns of evidence!  The FBI, actually, dug up and took, Ted's whole remote Montana cabin, and found a shit load of evidence in this tiny thing, that took 80 days to process and collect data, finding an active pipe bomb, my car was blown up with a pipe bomb, also finding a copy of the manifesto, much like the Communist manifesto that Brett loves . . . GOD MOVES IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!

So, yesterday morning, I told you, that, there was all this commotion, in the over flow, area of the Poverello Center, with tons of new women, with several of them waking up at 1:00 AM, talking, doing shit with their cell phones, eating chips, generally being, annoying as hell.  I wondered if I should take this as a warning that something was, up, a sting op, or cops coming raiding the place, or that these extra chicks, who complained about everything, and said they had to work a 12 hour shift, on the day of a festival in town, sounding more like undercover cops, than homeless women, putting me a bit on edge, before even going to sleep the first time, then getting the sting, in the back of my leg, when, I decided to go back to sleep, being shocked that I ever even woke up in the first place, being totally, out of sorts for me, only to leave the Pov. at 2:00 AM, to find, fucking 12 cops, sheriffs and highway patrol, squad cars, in the first 30 minutes or less out of the Pov., not to mention, what appeared to be, plain clothed, or undercover, cops, persons, on every block for a radius of several blocks around the Pov. creeping and crawling, all over the place, like a bunch of ants!  So with that in mind, and the cops at the festival, obviously, trying to make my night miserable, which is hard to do with good music, fun new friends, perfect weather, and an old/new acquaintance, dropping me off a freshly made taco, with the hottest sauce, I have tasted, setting my mouth on fire!  LOL!

We have to be back to check in at the Poverello Center, by 8:45 PM, or you lose your bed, but I don't have one, or you are locked out, and don't even have access to the floor, mats, blankets, and toilets, but, that was of no consequences to me, because fun, will generally take precedence over safety and comfort for me, so, my decision was made early, that, I would be on the streets for the night, so I could stay to the end of the concert at the River Roots Festival . . . one of the last of the summer, first for me!  There is a great, statement, made about, Missoula, the playful city, made by one of the rock DJ's I listen to, sometimes . . . bring in a food cart, and call it a festival!  LOL!  By the way, there is one last festival of the summer, that I know of, at the brewery above or north of, Olive and Iron, on Spruce, I am not sure what the name of the street behind, Spruce is, off the diagonal, but there is a cool, Freestone Rock Climbing Place, right next to the brewery, near the tanning salon and whole food grocery store with the beer sign out front, sorry, not as familiar with the names of the stores in the good hood, as it is referred to, but there is a sign for Maverick Brewfest sometime soon in September, maybe over Labor Day Weekend, I am thinking?  I love the Montana spirit, let's get together and just do it! the fun will follow!  Good times, good friends, good spirits, good atmosphere!  Welcome back students!

UFO COMPUTER AND CELL PHONE UNDER A HARVEST MOON!

About, a month or so ago, I woke up and wanted to check what time it was, in the middle of the night, so, I pulled out my cell phone, and it said, 1/10/2010, 12:00 straight up?  At first I didn't think, I was awake, and had to take a second, take, and sure enough, my computer chip, in my cell phone, had just erased or gone back, 6 years, at the stroke of midnight?  What puzzled me, was the date, the date that I filed an amended complaint in my $357 million securities case, the one I took to the United States Supreme Court, a year or so later.  Very strange.  Within minutes, shutting the cover, old style Straight Talk cheap ass, phone, with the flip, cover, closed then re-opening it, to see if I could get the right time and the right date.  Well, this is right along the same lines as that.  I had a nice night sleeping at my new tramp camp, even better than, my old one the cops towed away, after it was sitting there abandoned for a year and a half, not caring about the eye sore, until, I started, using it, for a home away from the Pov., so, I like my new digs, better.  So, after barely escaping the River Roots Festival, with cops, watching me, on all sides, disappearing first into the dancing crowd, later, into the cool night air, I got home safe, and crashed, with little incident, a rare, night for me!  I wake, with the night still totally dark, which surprised me, a second night in a row, so I pulled out my new computer, no cell phone, ditched phone and other computer, before going to Bozeman, they still found me, waiting with black helicopters, but, that is beside the point, this shit happens to me daily, but, I marked how dark, it still was, booted up my computer, and to my surprise, it was 2:03 AM!

I thought, how bizarre, to be woken up, or just waking up, without having to go to the restroom or the bushes for relief, and just sitting there, feeling totally refreshed, alive and wide awake, with nowhere to go for the next, fucking 4 hours!  I thought back to the night before, when I probably left the Pov. at, exactly, that time, noting that it was just minutes after 2:00 AM, when I left, like maybe, 2:03!  And the thought came to me, right after 2! as if God, was making a point, you were RIGHT, there was a raid or sting op, planned for RIGHT after 2:00 AM, but you escaped, by the skin of your teeth, AGAIN! only to walk, straight into the game being set up, with seconds to spare, until cops were fucking everywhere . . . cheap shot, coming to get me in the middle of the night!  Maybe the cop chicks in the overflow, were waiting for the GO SIGN, and sharing cell phone shit, and eating potato chips!  So, being shocked, that, I felt so rested, with only, maybe three hours of sleep, getting to sleep or to my camp, about, 11:00 to 11:30 PM, I could not figure out why I was so perky and didn't feel at all tired?  I scratched my back with the ends of my glasses, feels so good, thought about getting out my radio, rockin' out or listening to some political or religious program on AM, just generally, enjoying the peace of the night, until, about a half hour after, I woke, I noticed that the dawn was starting to break?  What the fuck, it can't be 2:00 or a half hour later, and be getting light?  What is up, so I got my computer out again, and checked the time, it was, 6:03 AM! 

What in the world?  So, it was, exactly 4 hours later, what I thought, I would have to kill, to wait for breakfast at the Pov. and, it had not been, more than, 30 minutes to an hour, so where the hell did the time go? or did God, want to let me know, to confirm, that, yes, there was a sting op planned, just minutes from when, I left the night before!  Was he saying, like, trust me!  I wondered, at the time, the night before, if I should take the time to put up my mat, spray it down with cleaner, or just get the hell out?  I think, God was telling me, when I tell you to get the fuck out, I MEAN GET OUT NOW!  You barely made it out!

Do Not Think, That For One Second, that God is Dead, or that He Is Not Totally Aware of Your Situation, at Anytime, Any Place!  My God, Your God, Is An Amazing God!  He Is Very Keen, On How, to Communicate With Each One of Us! Through the Means, We Can Understand!  I Have Not Prayed For 20 Years or More, But He Knows Exactly How I Think and What To Do!  AMAZING GRACE, HOW SWEET IT IS, TO SAVE A WRETCH LIKE ME!
