UVA Cops, Suspend, NOT Close, Gang Rape Investigation . . . Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, NOT!
UVA campus Police Chief, Timothy Longo, suspends, gang rape investigation, written about in Rolling Stones Magazine, October issue, I believe, and I have read it, no wonder, roommate said she didn't pick glass out of victim, Jackie's cheek, the resistance, Jackie experienced, being trashed by the administration, other students, angry about the article, and running into roadblocks, and hesitation, at every corner, and allegedly there were 5 boys, not the 7 claimed . . . oh, as if, 5 is not enough? You have one fraternity, protecting another fraternity, and you think for one second, the chief doesn't know where the donations, contributions, scholarships, foundations, and big money comes from on university campuses, and this poor girl is up against all of these entities. I am not one to take a side lightly, you can check back in my blog, and see that in the situation, involving a star quarterback and campus coed, in rape charges on the University of Montana campus, two years ago, I strongly took the position, that a coed, who text her friend, after the encounter, that she thinks she was raped . . . never should have been prosecuted, doesn't reach the criminal law standard of proof, beyond a reasonable doubt . . . if the victim, doesn't know if she was or was not raped, proof is lacking!
I will, however, say, that the President of the University of Montana, was fully compliant with the Department of Justice, and their investigation, even costing the college fines, really made a statement to the female coeds, that their safety on campus is of paramount importance. While the cops, did an alleged 5 month, investigation, into the rape, changed stories of witnesses, doesn't necessarily, mean, that the rape didn't take place. Take if from one, who experienced a symbolic rape, by cops, prosecutors, judges, clients, family, and church members, that persists to this day, money is king, cash is king, these days, morals, ethics, integrity, is sorely lacking, and I have found, that those who would not compromise, were threatened and even murdered! There are 25 people, who were murdered, in connection with my cases, anyone who would speak in my favor, got it! I don't care if 100% of the witnesses, say they didn't see anything, discrediting Jackie, that is a typical tactic, to take the injured person, and reverse the claims, and now the criminals become the victims! And in this case, UVA, or their national organization, poor little boys, got their reputations tarnished, they should all be in jail, I totally believe Jackie.
When you look at the possible reasons a young woman, would want to report a rape, there are none, is she getting paid, fame, of the wrong type, losing friends, trashed on campus, pressured to drop charges and claims, with tons of pressure on her, from all sides. This was a good student, and I think a virgin, who was taken to the frat house, and raped with everything from dicks to bottles, by frat rats, who actually knew her, but were pushed to participate, to make them dirty too . . . if every guy in the room is dirty, and involved, they are less likely to tell the truth, because their asses are on the line too. Cops use this tactic, get the new guy dirty ASAP, as was the case in Iron County Narcotics Task Force, took new member, Lee Wade, to my client's house, Shane Clark's, planted 51 pieces of felony evidence against him, then told the new guy to go get a search warrant, now that they knew what to look for . . . pressure from inside, hell yes! Just like ABC, one by one, all clients, witnesses, were paid of, bribed, threatened, or killed, with many attempts on my life, up to an including last week, so, don't be surprised if Jackie can't get people to talk! You are one woman, girl, person, up against a whole system of abusers, rapist, liars, with pressure on anyone who might help the victim! The fact that the investigation was just suspended, not closed, would suggest to me, that the campus cops are covering their asses, leaving the door open, just in case some witness eventually comes forward, that they didn't count on, or that actually has a conscience! Most don't!

My kind of man, Godly, awesome, not afraid, and willing to do the right thing, to condemn violence, easy, ill gotten gains, organized crime, excommunicating them, thus sending them to a life time of Hell, if they don't repent, and change. Too bad, Mormon President Monson, who looks like a mafia don, doesn't heed another spiritual leaders, lead, and condemn it in the Mormon Church, my nemesis, and a statewide, CIA, FBI, NSA cover up, that goes anywhere Mormons go, with an army of non-thinkers, who will do his bidding, regardless of the violence, the poison, the threats of bodily injury, and blindly follow the alleged prophet, who is as dirty as his members. Yes, the average Mormon, is basically a good person, but the leadership is small, and involved up to their eyebrows, up to and including Mitt Romney, check out the dates he was thinking about running for president again, meeting with Jeb Bush, months ago, and I wrote my blog, asking him, Mitt, just how short he thinks my memory is? I fought him last time, and I will again, to the death if needs be, because he stole, knowingly, and joined, Ms. Kay Burningham in the United Kingdom, for a premier documentary, on a Mormon President for the World . . . don't accuse Mormons of being any less ambitious than ISIS, with tons of shared characteristics! March 26, 2012, $357M securities case, up and walked a way, March 27, 2012, Mitt and Kay took the money, forged my signature, and took off to the UK! And isn't that symbolic, "U", "K". And that about says it all . . . that is why, I love symbolism, because in one way or another, the perpetrators of the crimes, always reveal themselves through subconscious acts, that reveal the truth! The truth is, there are about 6 doubles, who all claim to be ME! She is just one . . .
Last Friday, here in the Flathead, at the Republican Pachyderm meeting, held at the Red Lion Hotel, at noon, it was an open forum, with anybody saying anything they wanted to. The leader of the meeting, got up and was under his breath, lauding the praises of Bibi Netanyahu, or the Israeli Prime Minister, and said, I wish he could be our president! He went on to say, that Mitt Romney was a good man, and he should have been president, and that there are 85 million Evangelicals in America, and if only 20 million more or 20% more would have come out to the polls, Mitt would have won? I don't think so, and that is assuming that all Evangelicals are Republicans, and that they block vote, as witnessed by the comments of the students, who attended Ted Cruz's presidential announcement, mandatory attendants, with several students, sitting right in front of Ted, with bright red shirts, with white letters, something about We Stand With Rand! You could see that many were on their cellphones, not paying attention and not clapping . . . they are not sheep! They may be with regard to Jesus, followers like his flocks and sheep, but in politics, not stooges, that will blindly follow either Mitt, (Ted) who answered questions about his Mormonism, 4 years ago at Liberty, with at least the acknowledgement of the speaker, who referred to Mormonism as a cult, by Pachyderm leaders, but without that . . . elected, don't think so, 47% comment killed him! Mitt was like your angry father, and Obama, your cool uncle . . . young people's attitudes after the elections, last time! These are college students, who have minds of their own!
Recently, Pope Francis, said he may not be Pope for long, siting one of his predecessors, short term, probably getting death threats, not surprising, going after mafia and power structures, based on money! But, I sure as hell, hope he lasts, he is the best thing for the Catholic Church, in centuries . . . recently visited, those in prison, homosexuals, disenfranchised from the Church, in true Jesus fashion! We need a church on fire, without walls, moving with love, across the waters, through countries, who have no knowledge, and these are the principles, that will save the earth! Sipping on fire, Holy Water! Living water!
Super Kids--Getting Involved, Sharing, Caring, Getting Political on Their Elders!
President O, spent the afternoon, with national science fair, winners, displaying their projects, it looked like, in the White House somewhere, as tradition is now! Oklahoma, Idaho, Kentucky and New Hampshire legislatures, need to take a lesson on who to treat our brilliant young minds, in this country, the leaders of tomorrow, when they propose legislation and try to make their states or school boards more representative of not only parents but students, or get involved in passing legislation, to not only learn the process, but to make a contribution. This week, must have been student legislation, in the nation . . . from 4th graders, to perpetual students, trying to work with patience in the legislative process, to high school students, asking the legislature to add students to those who get to be involved in choosing school superintendents, effecting their lives, more than their parents, but getting two loser legislators, attaching their loser bills to the student's legislation, moving rapidly through the voting process, now, basically killing it with the attachments, Kentucky. Oklahoma, young girl, trying to get the state fossil, the mammoth, a way cool ancient beast, but with some legislator adding something from the Bible, on creation, stopping the passage of the bill. But the young girl, going for her 5th time to the legislature, vowing to go until she is old, at 23 years old, is still trying, and good for her, setting patterns for life!
In Idaho, either a student, or a class, is trying to get the giant salamander, as the state . . . a, whatever it is classified as, not a reptile, but some legislator, said he hated them when he was young, so therefore, they didn't want the slimy things, having anything to do with the state of Idaho! Personal preferences, really should not control a whole state and deter these kids, 4th graders, I think! Grow up, adults, these are kids, working through a very critical process, who will be forever, either tainted or encouraged! The worst of all, is the New Hampshire legislator, who when approached by a 4th grade class, about a bill, making the Red Raptor, the state bird, all the sudden went off on connecting the bird to abortion and the devouring of their young! Some asinine, connection with abortion, which I am not sure the kids needed to deal with at their tender age, and who was devouring the young? Amazing!
4 Little Super Girls, Capes And All . . . You Go Little Prototypes of the New Smarties! Smart is Sexy!
We are trying to encourage girls in the areas of math and science, and here we have 4 bright, super heroes, who are thinking in brain storming sessions, about their fellow citizens, friends, family, or just members who are challenged, with disabilities, who might have problems, turning the pages of their books, and in a brain storming session, they created a Lego prototype of what some company might create to make it easier for people without the use of their arms, and enabling them to read books and turn pages! Not only are these girls smart, but they are compassionate, and thinking beyond their own parameters, and doing something to improve the plight of those challenged in life, ssssssooooooo cool! They type of kids, every parent should be proud of, and not one bit intimidated, or impressed with the President, and wondering if he ever had brain storming sessions! LOL! Very smart, very cute, and love the Super Girl outfits! Because they are SUPER GIRLS, and not just in science, but humanity!
