A FEMALE COP, NAMED, JOANN, WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE COUSIN, OF THE INVESTIGATING OFFICER, GUNNED DOWN, IRONICALLY, BY THE POLICE CHIEF'S SON, WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ON HOUSE ARREST, WHO USED, HIS DAD'S PERSONAL GUN!AND WAS A CO-WORKER WITH THE INVESTIGATING OFFICER!  HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN?  THERE IS A TWIST TO THIS CASE . . .

• female officer, found, dead, face down in the snow, shot execution style, shot twice in the chest, as I recall, with her own, service revolver, and one in the head, with a small personal gun . . . her squad car missing.
• tip comes in, young black man, said he had the weapon, that shot the female officer.  He said, this dude was going to meet him, but he didn't get a car, for a while, but when he found him, he dropped a gun in his red handkerchief and told, the driver to get rid of the gun, keep it or whatever, and he told him that he shot a cop . . . he then, gave a description of the guy who shot the officer
• cops wondered if this person was telling the truth, particularly that he named the shooter, as, the son of one of their own, not just average cop, but, a police chief's son!  We all do the best we can with your kids and beyond a certain point, our kids have their own agency, and sometimes they are not smart with that ability to choose
• the kid's alibi and where he said, he had the gun, wrapped in his closet, proved to be true too.
• the officer, went straight to their cop friend's house, and questioned him about his son's whereabouts, on the night of the murder, and at the time of the murder . . . dad, said, his son was on house arrest, and he was home with he and his wife all night, but this was before ankle monitors, so as far as dad and mom knew, their son had been home . . . 
• I think there had been an eye-witness, who worked with an artist, to draw a picture of what the man, looked like, who shot the female cop . . . again, after, the police chief and his wife, reported their son home with them, they suspected, that the first guy, was framing his friend, until, they, looked at the artists rendition of the shooter . . . the informant, was small, slight in build, had no facial hair, and the shooter, was much larger in stature, had facial hair, and was larger, which happened to match, the exact, description of thee killer
• SWAT raids the house of their fellow officer, who, is not home at the time, they find, his son, and he is arrested without incident.  The detectives bring him in to be questioned.  At first he is extremely cooperative, but as the cops reveal, more and more, about the facts and what they know, the total demeanor of the suspect changes.  He gets angry and enraged, and said, DEATH, wanted him to do it, the officer, look at each other, like what the fuck?  But they play along, until they realize that this kid has a split personality.  He said, that Dennis, or whatever his name was, was weak and he wanted him to be dead!
• they asked DEATH what happened that night.  Apparently, after Dennis or Death, left dear old mom and dad, and went into his room, he contacted, his buddy, to go out on the town.  But the friend, didn't have a car, so he stood him up.  Dude, climbed out his bedroom window, and left.
• while Dennis was waiting for his buddy to come with the car, and it looked like he had been stood up . . . Officer, JoAnn, sees, Dennis, standing in a snowstorm, and just does a "citizen's check" on him, to see if he needs a ride, or is okay, and she was in the process of just walking to her squad car, when he jumped her from behind, as she struggled to get her service revolver, he overpowered, her, and threw her on the ground, then, he shot her in the chest, as she lay, probably unconscious, on the snow, but that guns was never found, and he pulled out his father's personal gun, and shot her in the head, execution style, and stole her car, dumping it blocks away.
• when his friend found him, he passed the gun to him and told him he could have it . . . framing him? possible?
• this officer was loved by her fellow officers, the people she protected, she also took care of her aging parents, who mourned her death, for a long time, they said she made the Hall of Fame, and I am not sure, I paid attention at this point, thought it was over, but, I think, they said she was the first officer, killed in the line of duty with her own, service revolver! or two with two different guns?  Sorry . . . always, doing this or that, while watching.
• I bet there are not too many detectives, who have dealt with a split personality . . . I believe, the judge, sentenced, Dennis or Death, to 2nd degree murder, rather than, first, because, the officers who interviewed him, felt that this condition was not just to be declared, unfit to be held for trial, or that he was insane, but he really did have, two very distinct and different personalities.  STRANGE CASE.

UTAH CASE, LITTLE 14 YEAR OLD GIRL WHO JUST WANTED TO BE LOVED!  MOTHER WAS A METH ADICT, SHE WAS ADOPTED BY HER CASE WORKER, BUT AFTER THEY GOT A DIVORCE, TOO, SHE TURNED TO BOYS, TO GET LOVE . . . ANYTIME, SOME GIRL, TELLS A BOY, PARTICULARLY A 14 YEAR OLD, SHE IS PREGNANT, WHETHER TRUE OR FALSE, FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN, IN THESE TRUE CRIME SHOWS, IS THAT, SHE RISKS, BEING MURDERED!  CASE IN POINT TO KEEP ABORTION CLINICS OPEN, AND REPRODUCTIVE SERVICES, FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN!  I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY CASES, THE CHICK HAS ENDED UP MURDERED, WHEN, SHE IS JOYOUSLY TELLING HER LOVER, SHE IS PREGNANT!  

• joggers, see, what appears to be a teens, red tennis or boat shoe, on the side in the weeds, and, reeds, of the Jordan River, my old stomping grounds, in Utah, as an assistant AG, they call the cops
• helicopter finds a girl's body, down the river, from where the shoe and a bloody mess, is found on a rock, near the river
• the girl is identified, as Annie, adopted daughter, who had run away, wrote a note, that she was leaving and going to California with her boyfriend, Chris, a skater dude.  Her adopted mother and father, now divorced, were heart broken, and sick, having tried to provide safety and security for this kid who got in the system far to young.
• the cops started with Chris, who appeared calm, said he hadn't seen her, for a few days, but when he was with her, she got a bloody nose.  That caught the detective's attention, and they noticed that he had new shoes on.  Dad said he just needed, new shoes.  The cops asked for his shoes he was wearing when he last saw, the victim . . . I don't believe there was any blood on the shoes, so they let the boy go for the time being.
• first a $10,000 reward, then, upped to a $25,000 reward, was posted . . . finally, ironically, enough, a girl named, JoAnn, also, said, she knew who had killed the girl.  JoAnn had some warrants out for this and that, credit card stuff, I think.  She said, a guy, named, LP and, another guy, her and Annie, went to his house to party.  This older dude, known for being a bad ass, wanted to have sex with Annie, but when, she said, no, he went into a rage, and smashed her face up against, a door several times . . . this is significant because, at the first crime scene, where the blood on the rock was, and where the single shoe was, that was later, matched to the dead girl's shoe . . . there were teeth, on the rock, where, it appeared, the girl's face had been bashed against the rocks.  Allegedly, the bad ass, took Annie, said he was going to take her in the mountains and he would be back.  She was still alive at that point.  JoAnn said, he took her, put her in the back of his SUV, and took her to the Jordan River, and dumped her, where she floated on down, the stream, to where they found her body
• the cops, had her show them where the house was, that, this incident took place at, and, the door had a big hole in it, and the carpet had been ripped up, and it looked like someone was cleaning and, painting.  The cops found the dude, and arrested him for the murder of Annie.  They asked if he knew someone named, LP, and he, didn't know, LP, nor Annie!  He took a like detector test and passed, so they let him go.  He appeared not to know what was going on.
• they contacted, JoAnn again, and said, she made the whole thing up, to get a sweet deal on her warrants and credit card, charges.  They were pissed and she cried and admitted, what she had done.
• the cops wanted to talk to Chris again, who had moved to Colorado, but they went and arrested him, and brought him back to Utah.  I believe he was 16 by this time.  I think they conducted a search of his home and room, while they were there, or they started to put some pressure on him, because of his cell phone records, which put him, right at the scene of the crime, where Annie's face had been smashed into the rock.  He finally cracked and admitted, what happened, which, was somewhat, told up to that night, in Annie's journal, all about how she loved, Chris . . . .
• he said that she had been spreading rumors around school and with their friends that she was pregnant.  She wanted to meet him at the bridge, near where her body was found, to talk about running away together, to California . . . cops tracked his cell phone, that pings, not on the closest tower, but on the strongest tower, and, it landed, right on the spot, placing him at the scene of the crime.  He agreed to meet her, but he took a shovel, and hid it in the bushes, and, while she was looking at the river, he, grabbed the shovel out of the bushes and started to beat her in the face with it, over and over, again, and as a last, blow, he took the shovel, and put it on her face, and jumped on it, like you would, to dig as deep as you could into the ground, and she eventually stopped, gurgling and breathing.  He dumped her body, and left.
• the prosecutors, were trying to figure out, whether to charge him as an adult.  If charged as a juve, he would be released from juvenile detention, at the age of 21, so, after the trial, he would only get about, 3 years!  He was, 14 at the time, 16 or 17 by now, but while he was, in jail, he bragged, to the boys who he had become friends with, and given the depraved, nature, of him, taking the shovel, and going that last, act, of acting like her face, was nothing more than, the dirt on the ground, they decided, that the callous nature of his act, would allow the prosecutors to try him as an adult.  If I recall, the judge, slammed it too the kid, who showed no remorse, and, I might be mistaken, but I think he got sentenced to 53 years in prison?  That seems extremely harsh, but what he did and how he did it, and the extreme nature of the crime, warranted this type of punishment, seeing this kid as a menace to society!
• ANNIE WAS NOT PREGNANT . . . SO THOUGHT WISHFUL THINKING.  ALL SHE WANTED WAS A FAMILY AND TO BE LOVED.  SHE LOOKED IN THE WRONG PLACE, AT THE WRONG TIME.  MR. TRUMP, IF YOU PUNISH GIRLS AND WOMEN, FOR GETTING ABORTIONS, AND NOT THEIR PARTNERS . . . YOU ARE ASKING, AT TIMES FOR MURDER!  THINK ON THAT ONE, ALL YOU PRO-LIFERS.  VERY COMMON FOR THESE GIRLS, WOMEN, TO BE MURDERED . . • ALL-AMERICAN BOY, New York Mets, and Ranger fan, close relationship with his father, talked to him every day, same with girlfriend of four years, but, they decided they needed a break from each other for a time, she was a school teacher, but they both thought they would get married, some day, but just not yet.
• boys club goes out on the town, to the hottest dance club in New York, everyone is dressed up and ready to party and go for a fun night on the town.  While this young man, is standing outside, the club, some hot chicks come walking up, either waiting for their friend, too, and three other, good looking young, men, all surround, each other, and one of the dudes, asks the crowd if they want to go to Sutton Place, expensive part of town, where the stars and famous people live, to continue to party and have some more fun.  While, our victim's friend, is hailing a cab, he hands, his phone to his friend, he came with, and, when the cab arrives, the friend from childhood is gone . . . and he doesn't know who he is with, or where he went?
• dad, girlfriend, and his friends get alarmed, as they all call each other and nobody has heard from, his young man, since, the night before, and they want to know where he is?  One of his very tech savvy friends, gets on INSTAGRAM, and he sees that people have posted, pictures on social media, from the night before.  He sees one of the dudes, that, he remembers, seeing with his buddy and three chicks, so he finds his number, and he is still at Sutton Place, but claims that, the night before, they snorted some cocaine, the guys all hot and built, compete, by doing lap dances for the girls, with their shirts off.  He said, he and the victim, walked, the girls out, but dude went with the girls and he had not seen him since.  Somehow they got a hold of one of the chicks, that partied the night before, and she said, he didn't go home with them.
• dad contacts, the cops, who go with him to Sutton Place where, one of the guys lives.  Dad sees the trash collector, and has the cop tell the trash guys, to save the trash, that later, turns up some of the bloody clothes, key evidence.  The cop immediately gets the surveillance tapes, and starts to see who was where, and at what time.  Dad's only son, is seen, coming back in Sutton Place, but, never leaving.  At one point, the cameras, catch, two of the three guys, leaving with hoods, checking out the back stairs and doors . . . they see where the cameras are, and, but they can't figure out how they got the body out, because, the next thing they see, is one of the cars, pulling up and they load the body in the car, but they couldn't figure out how they got it down without being seen by cameras.  They threw his body out of the window, onto the bushes and pavement down below.  Middle of NYC and nobody sees?  They take the body out to Long Island or to someone's summer home, dig a shallow grave or hole, dump victim's body in, and set him on fire, to burn, the evidence!
• cops arrest all three suspects, and they start talking.  This is supposedly what happened.  All were jacked up on alcohol and cocaine, now this is key, allegedly, one friend was sleeping things off, but, the victim is with, one of the guys, another guy is in bed, but not asleep, and hears the two up trash talking each other . . . when the third guy walks in, the victim, the new guy, said, well, he brought the cocaine, I brought the cigarettes, what did you bring to the party?  At that point the dude, goes ballistic, and starts beating the shit out of the new guy, the other doesn't waste any time and joints in, on what they think is fun!  Eventually, they kill the new, dude, drag his body in the bathroom to try to dismember him, with a kitchen knife, but it is harder than they thought, so they, put his bloody clothes in the garbage bags, great reason, to stop the trash pick up, and, to avoid the cameras, the dump the body out the window!  I think the apartment was on the 4th floor!
• come to find out, after all the young men, or monsters are lawyered up, all from wealth and privilege, one of them is not who he said he was, or, was not legally who he said he was.  the guy who owned the apartment, was actually, some dude who had a violent passed, but met some, rich dude, billionaire, who took a liking to him, and, he started calling him, his son, but there might have been some sexual, deal, between them, but, he took the billionaire's last name, made the whole arrangement look legal, I believe, falsified, legal documents to make it appear, more than it was . . . but, the younger man, was basically supported by the older rich guy, he paid for his $4,000 per month rent, and, new dad, lived, in a massive apartment on the 72nd floor or something like that.  All the boys had the best lawyers, money could buy, but, two of the boys, basically, confessed, in their original interviews with the cops . . . later, all three plead, not guilty!

• the victim's family was, all there, as were all his friends and his girlfriend . . . all in tears as they heard what happened to their beloved friend, son, and lover.  Now, that I think about it, it might have been this dude, that got, the 53 year sentence?  At the end of the episode, the first guy had been found guilty, but the other two had not been tried yet.  I think the third guy, who was asleep, who didn't participate, got charged, with obstruction of justice, and he might have participated in getting rid of the body?

(2) IN THE SECOND SEGMENT, AND I MIGHT HAVE THESE REVERSED, I HAD THE DREAM, A WEEK OR SO AGO, BUT, SOME BRUNETTE, ASSAULTED SOMEONE, AND, WE WERE IN A PLACE WITH A STAGE, AND I STEPPED UP AND SAID, THIS SAME BRUNETTE, ASSAULTED  ME TOO!  SHELLEY, KAY, BOTH BRUNETTES OR BROWN!

HE WAS SEATED IN OTHER SECTIONS, EVENTUALLY, 86ED FROM THE RESTAURANT, LATER SHE GOT A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST HIM, HER BOSS AND FELLOW WORKERS WANTED TO GO BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HIM, HE SLASHED HER TIRES, FUCKED WITH HER CAR, EVENTUALLY, HE WENT TO JAIL, FOR STALKING HER, AND AFTER HE GOT OUT, HE DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO HER HOME, WITH THE RETURN ADDRESS, BEING FROM HER AUNT, SO HE KNEW HER FAMILY AND EXTENDED FAMILY, RESEARCHED, EVERYONE NEAR AND DEAR TO HER . . . EVENTUALLY, THE DUDE, DELIVERED A BOMB, AND KILLED HER!
