SOPHIA'S PLACE, IS ROCKIN' THE ALMOST TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE SUN, HIT THE HIGH POINT, AT 10:21 AM, STILL A SLIVER. HISTORY IN THE MAKING. ONE OF THE CHICKS HERE, WAS TAKING PICTURES OF THE ECLIPSE ON HER CELL PHONE, THROUGH THE SPECIAL GLASSES, AND SHE, SWEARS, THAT THS MOON, CONTINUED TO MOVE OVER THE SUN, WHILE, SHE WAS NOT TAKING PICS! SHE EVEN CAUGHT A PICTURE OF A STAR, NEAR THE MOON! FUN! I LOOKED DIRECTLY INTO THE SUN/MOON, FITS THE BROTHER SUN, SISTER MOON, I REFERRED TO, THE OTHER DAY'S BLOG . . . BUT, THERE IS A FUNKY FEEL OUTSIDE, CREEPY, I THINK, I AM GOING TO TURN INTO A NINJA TURTLE! BIZARRE, BUT FUN! EVERYONE IS OUT, SHARING GLASSES . . . I HEARD THE MOTELS AND HOTELS IN PORTLAND, DIRECT LINE OF SIGHT FOR THE TOTAL ECLIPSE, IS GOUGING ROOM RATES AND PRICES! COME ON, MAN, HISTORY IN THE MAKING! VERY COOL, VERY NOT CLEVER! LOL!
MAYBE I CAN DO THE MOONWALK, AFTER SEEING THE ECLIPSE? ME A PEE WEE HERMAN! BUT, I DOUBT IT!
BEAUTIFUL SIGHT IN BELLEVUE, WA!
WA STATE FAIR, STARTING LABOR DAY WEEKEND, TONS OF STARS!
P.S., AMERICA, THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE, ONCE IN A LIFETIME, HISTORIC CELESTIAL EVENT, ONLY HAPPENING OVER AMERICA . . . SOMEONE HERE AT, SOPHIA'S PLACE, SAID, AFTER ALL OF US, WHO WITNESSED THE ECLIPSE, THAT, MAYBE THIS WILL BRING AMERICA TOGETHER, AGAIN, AFTER, THE LAST FEW YEARS OF CHALLENGES? MAYBE, OR IT WILL TURN US ALL INTO NINJA SPACE JAM TURTLES!
I'M FEELING A BIT QUEEZY? HOW ABOUT YOU? I KNOW I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE ECLIPSE, BUT, I DID, AND I HAVE BEEN FEELING FUNKY TOWN, EVER SINCE? I AM EXPECTING SOME, ALIEN PRESENCE IN MY ROOM TONIGHT, COMING THROUGH THE GLOW OF THE MOON!
FLASHBACK TO THE 50'S OR THE FIRST TIME I SAW AN ECLIPSE . . . COOL.
