Title, P.S., the cursor stopped, so, I knew a steal was going on . . . you see, I am damned sure, that one or all of the girlz club, has stolen that story from me, seeing Brett, took, me and everything that belonged to me, and attributed, that to, someone, besides me, but, just the state, likYe Make Your Bed, like just take baby steps, can help you, get from where you are, to powering passed the impossible, from changing your reality, to changing the world.  You have to start somewhere, and go from where you are at, no matter, where that at is!  I was told, no Rachel, Shelley, blah, blah, blah, were not diagnosed with Pick's Disease, they may have wanted to suck up and twist, my life with theirs, but, no, I was told that I only had two years to live, with no cure, worse than cancer, nobody, out lived a diagnosis of this genetic, terminal brain disease, so, I am a living miracle, but I really think, I was poisoned by the government, never had the disease, they, federal cops, just wanted to neutralize me, and stop me from running for office or from stopping all their plans for, extorting money, from each and every doctor in the country, through, accusations of their government billing practices, planning on all of them caving in and paying, rather than going through the humiliation and taint of a trial, until I got involved, and the government has never recovered, from violating, due process and equal protection, claims, and the firing, retiring or transferring of their attorneys, investigators, and cops, after I found, that, they were violating, their regulatory, 24 hour, notice, before, raiding, docs, files and patient, information.  I don't remember seeing Rachel, there, or Shelley, Kay, were you there . . . they all claim, my stories, dig me now, bitches!  But, each time, I got depressed, missing, 8 years of my life, going from being an attorney, over doctors, a professor, business owner and public speaker, online professor, to, hanging out at gas stations, with the highlight of my life, being going to get a Diet Coke at the local, gas station, and having doubled my weight, so I am twice the woman, I used to be, I would take wisdom, any day over beauty, but I am still, pretty cute, in spite of it all, especially for my real age, not my perceived age, LOL!  But, even now, sometimes, after, hitting the heights of the legal profession, being #2 in civil right defense, going to the U.S. Supreme Court, etc., I have to tell myself, just take baby steps, in whatever the next mountain, I want to climb requires, or the next fight, or worthy battle, just take baby steps!

YOU MADE YOUR BED, SO SLEEP IN IT!

We have all heard that saying, and, it kind of, goes with this idea, to Make Your Bed!  The Admiral, William McRaven, said, he remembers his father, telling him to make his bed, each morning when he woke up.  He wondered why it was so important.  Then, when, he went to Navy SEAL boot camp, once again, the way you made your bed, was a big deal, you have to make it so tight, that, when, your drill sergeant, drops a quarter on it, it bounces. When people, find out that both of my daughters, served their country in the military, and MILITARY MATTERS, they would say, how did you get your girls to go in the military?  I always, tell them, they were born in it!  Each morning I would, tell them, or yell, get up, make your bed, get dressed, come to breakfast, get your books, go to school!  They were born to a drill sergeant, probably worse, my Marine husband, said, I was worse than any drill sergeant he ever had!  LOL!  I am pretty no-nonsense, parent and attorney . . . I would even warn my clients, my way or the highway, and I will abuse you!  They all preferred the government over me, so that should tell you something.  But, I remember, going to San Antonio, when, my second, daughter, Nicole, was graduating from the Air Force boot camp, and the first thing she did, was take me on a tour of her barracks, and she was, proud as a peacock, to take a quarter, out of her pocket, and drop it on her nicely, and neatly, made bed!  Nicole is cute and sassy, with her hands on her saucy hips, she flipped her hair, and smiled!  You would have thought that was her proudest moment, in her military career so far, but, as the Admiral, said, it is an indicator, of bigger things, symbolic if you will, of the pride you take in your, smallest accomplishments, taking you and building the foundation for your greatest accomplishments, and if you pay attention to the little details of your life, sometimes, the principles behind those small things, sets the standard, taking you, from, changing your life to, changing the world . . . power past the impossible!

There is nothing I hate more, than, to climb into a bed that is not made!  There is something, just creepy, in-kept, lazy about it, and very, psychologically, unsound?  In reality, it bugs the shit out of me, so, when, my kids were young, their dad, built them some bunk beds, and I have always, hated the way, the blankets, and bedspreads, look, on bunk beds, generally, because it is hard to make a bunk bed, and tuck in all the covers, especially for kids, who can't reach, the ground.  So, being the little homemaker, I was, and seamstress, I decided that I like the way, the bottom sheet, fit and stayed, nicely around the mattress, so, I made, bunk bed, covers, and curtains that matched.  Each morning, when the beds were made, all the blankets, were nicely covered, and the bedspread, was tight enough to, drop a quarter on it, and it would have bounced!  LOL!  My daughters, thrived, in boot camp and loved the military, even their beds, resembled, those in the military, and their mom was tougher than any drill sergeant, even a big, bad, black, mean ass, drill sergeant . .  she, Greta, who served, first in the Navy, was let off the bus, at, Lake Michigan, naval base, for boot camp, some, she said, 7 foot, DI, started to yell at her, and she started to laugh, he said, private, or whatever her rank was, do you want to explain, what you find so funny, and she said, my mother is tougher than you . . . drop it soldier, and give me 30 . .  that was push-ups!  I loved that story!  KISS!  Smile, that's my girl, both my girls wear army boots, proudly, and they are top model material!  LOL!

STRONG IS BEAUTIFUL

I just love the commercials, lately, they are fun, and exciting . . . I get a kick out of the one, where the guy is waiting for an interview or something, so his host, takes him in a game room where another applicant, or interviewee, is waiting, and there happens to be a ping pong table, in the room. The chick, and she is dressed to kill, fit, cut, and beautiful, one of the famous, William's sister tennis stars?, but, the guy, ask her if she plays.  She doesn't say a word, and she gets, up, and in about, two hits, smashes the ball, so hard, that it flies off the table, and, the dude, in trying to catch the slam, knocks a lamp over, and he uses some, smartphone, and instantly pays for, the damage, a minute or so later, she burns a hit in with such force, that, he taps it and the ball, hits the red star, hanging on the wall, she texts or pays for her damage!  Women, girls, back in the 50's, and 60's, when, I was younger, a lot younger, actually, we were taught that, it was not feminine to beat a man?  Like, what? So, often, in some, game of ping pong, or basketball, or lawn crochet, the thought, came to my mind, should I let this guy beat me?  FUCK NO!  There were always plenty of men, but, my ego only had one gear, to satisfy it, and that was to WIN!  I don't think, I have changed much, cops, you opinion on this?  When, I saw those jacked up, masked, thugs, dressed, more like, hoods, ready to rob a bank, that, cops, going after drug dealers, in Florida, as I was walking to McDonald's, like to be first up and at the feeding trough too, but, as I walked from Sleepy Inn, to get breakfast, after watching the news, I thought of the news coverage, and, seeing a return, under President Trump, of the Bush doctrines, in everything from, cops to the military, the thought crossed my mind, much, along the lines of never backing down, that, okay, here we go, the war is back!  LOL!

I have said this before, and I will say it again, I have built a career, on men, underestimating me!  LOL.  Just the other day, I wrote about, ex-employees, of Wells Fargo, being coached, trained and reprimanded, for not pushing, or creating, secret bank accounts, and I wrote about, the Uniform Commercial Code, and the laws, for at least, meeting, standard, good banking practices for your area . . . secret unknown, back accounts, this employee, revealed, face fuzzed out, said it was like, sliding an extra, blank piece of paper, into a pile of papers to be signed, like giving, carte blanche, powers, for someone to fill in, the details of that, blank paper . . the devil is in the details, but this was not only encouraged, but people were, reprimanded, for not doing this! 

Being strong is beautiful, even in the banking industry, don't even reward, bad behavior, because, that reinforces, everything from crime, to bad banking practices, that can come back to haunt you in the end . . . well, last night on the news, after I complained in my blog, about, banking CEO's not only getting to take out early retirement, yahoo, but, retiring with, multi-million dollar parachutes . . . someone, went after, another $76 million, in personal, severance packages to these dirty shits, and finally, made them PAY!  Nice little chunk of change, those two boys, got for bilking bank patrons, and fucking the jobs of what, 6,000 bank employees!  GOOD JOB, didn't catch who did this, government investigators.  We are not being, kind, or a good employee, or a friend, to someone, like a governor, who, actually, might be a good public servant, but for his affair with a co worker, or staff, helping to cover up, an affair, nor are we, watching tax payers dollars, being expended for, pleasure and to keep a mistress happy, Being STRONG, is helpful, powerful, good, protective, and serving in a capacity of being a true friend, even to a governor, because, real friends, don't let friends drive drunk or while texting, and they tell a person, what they NEED to hear, not what they WANT to hear!

ASK THE DOCTORS, WHO, MADE A WHOLESALE REBELLION, WHEN, THE UTAH MEDICAL ASSOCIATION, OFFERED ME THE JOB AS GENERAL COUNSEL, NOT ONLY DID I SAVE THEIR ASSES DOWN THE ROAD, BUT I LOVED, STARTING MY PRESENTATION, WITH THE FACT THAT I USED TO CLEAN BLOOD OFF THE FLOORS OF MATERNITY DELIVERY ROOMS, AFTER A BABY WAS BIRTHED!  TREAT THOSE LITTLE CLEANING TECHS NICE, IN THE CAST SYSTEM, YOU CALL A HOSPITAL!  LOL!  YOU NEVER, KNOW, WHERE THAT PERSON IS GOING TO END UP!  SMILE!  LOL!
