Avoid Making 2015, the Brain Drain of 2014!

Recently, I wrote about the cops bubble, their reality, that the size of a woman's boobs, dictates the scale of her mental condition or IQ, that a woman with a 44 DDD, is seen as smarter than a woman with, say, a 40 C.  Now, you and I know, that the size of some one's bust, or their ass, doesn't make a woman, smarter or dumber, but, if you are hanging with a crowd, under the bubble, and that is all you hear, that is all you think, and all you talk about, with regard to women, then, that, extreme point of view, will eventually, become not only your reality, but the reality of the whole crowd of cops, top to bottom.  We saw, General Betrayus, or Petraeus, go from being a very respected and esteemed general, to being the laughing stock of America, not of the CIA, he had just been called to run, duped by a woman, a female biographical writer, sex sells, and soon, lover, married, they both where, but the mentality of the CIA, had become based on these clandestine liaisons, seen as the norm by the group think, while still being aberrant, and not see as good judgement by the rest of us, not part of the wink, wink, nod, nod, culture, that had come to permeate the ranks and file of the CIA, Secret Service, caught, risking the President's life, while whoring with prostitutes in Columbia, somewhere, exposing his itinerary, that might have been put in the hands of terrorists or assassins.

I first became exposed, to what I have called the bubble, as a BYU, law student, working as an intern for Americans United for Life, or AUL, in Chicago.  As a Mormon, raised, most of my life in Utah, while born in California, which saved my soul, and distinguished me, as a rational being, thinking as you will, able to see the errors of my ways, while the rest of my family, is still so much in the Mormon Bubble, with Mormon Church Headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, but a worldwide church, thinking that the world revolves around, Utah and Mormons.  That was all blown to hell for me, back in the summer of 1992, while in Chicago, and most people, had never even heard of the Mormon Church, or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  My Catholic roommate, did what we can do in Utah, find a church on every corner; however, I had to travel, at least two hours by bus and train, to get to, what I thought was the nearest LDS or Mormon Church.  I realized that I had been looking through the world, through, Mormon colored glasses, and reality, was much different.  Mormonism is a culture and a religion, and not necessarily, the way the rest of the world sees things, especially the 1.2 billion Catholics or the 600,000 million Muslims, as opposed to the 14 million, last I was active enough to get the stats.

We now, horror of horrors, have a Republican, controlled House and Senate, but that God, inspired the founding fathers, prepared against the extremes, and left the veto powers with the President!  Our American system, is very much based on the theories of checks & balances, and wisely so, because of the phenomena, that Professor Cass, Harvard Law, and others found in a study, that if you put a group of people, such as the Tea Baggers, that fractures their own Republican Party, feeding on their own, less extreme members of the alleged same party affiliation, the group, while refusing to reach across the table, with Democrats, who have held steady for the last 30 years, not deviating much from just left of center, with President Obama, a centrist, taking good ideas from both sides of the isle, regardless of party and origin of ideas, have even refused to hold hands to the person sitting next to them, ideologically, closer, but getting even more and more, estranged!  The charts, show Republican ideas, have gone to the extreme, and have deviated so far from center, that they are going off the charts in the opposite direction, from center stage . . . we are too diverse here in America, and the only reason, I can see that the Republicans, won the mid-term elections, is the fucking Koch brother's money, as seen under Citizens United, person hood, and dark money, being considered, first amendment, freedom of speech . . . cloaked in the mystery of who is behind the money, who is vetting the candidates, and what fucked up shit, we are going to get, from this group, who think so extreme that the rest of us, can't relate!   VETO!

NOTE:  The Republican and Mormon controlled NSA, 30,000 spies in Utah, have shut off my spell check, so hopefully, I can spell close enough, so you can guess what I am saying . . . obviously, opposed to their ideologies in the regional NSA headquarters, run by the Mormon Church in Utah!  LOL!

KEYSTONE PIPELINE, OBAMACARE--VETO BOTH!

I was watching last week's, videos of the Daily Show, Jon Stuart, and caught both, Professor Cass and author of the other book, with the killer title, that I stole, didn't steal the ideas from either, because I haven't read either book, just like what I heard, but, after  hearing a very mild, mannered, Professor Cass, of Harvard Law, state that we  need to rely, more on facts and evidence . . . good Professor, now you are talking my language, and yours!  We just can't afford, to be a risky, in America, today, as we have been in the past, because, there is too much as stake, the world is too connected, markets are hurt, people are hurt, and many don't recover, even if the economy recovers, you are gambling with America's future!  We need calmer heads, cooler, thoughts, and honest and sincere look at the facts, less grand-standing, less chest pumping, cowboys, I love, but not in politics, unless, good old common sense is implemented, we are in recovery, not in a raging economy of the past generations, we have been used and abused by Wall Street, and we just can't afford to make money for Canada!  

Right after watching the Daily Show, I jettisoned around the web, and navigated to MSNBC, Rachel Maddow Show, to see what she was up to, and found that just that day, the House had voted to approve the Keystone Pipeline, but not with enough votes to override the veto powers, that will save us from a complete ignorance of the facts, by the Republicans and their Democrats, supporting the pipeline.  In an article, either of Rachel's blog, or from some other source that I didn't note, but read, had just what the good Harvard Law Professor ordered, and list of the facts and evidence, relating to the Keystone XL Pipeline . . . there will be a negative affect on the environment, not as severe as originally thought, but there is still evidence of environmental impacts that are not what we want.  Just because the EPA studies and impacts, don't show total disaster, doesn't mean, that this is something we desire or want.  There are only going to be 35 fucking U.S. jobs, created, not the 40,000 alleged!  

 As for helping the economy grow, not gonna happen, and that is a given, 35 jobs, is not going to make a hill of beans difference in the U.S. economy, but the pipeline, will in fact, help our Canadian neighbors immensely, while leaving America, cut in half by a monstrous snake of pipe, slithering from Nebraska down to the Gulf of Mexico, an eye sore at best, hideous at worst, and how in the hell do we get around the motherfucker?  Congress, do you know the answers?

I guess, American or state, departments of transportation, are to worry about that, huh?  I don't fucking think so, no way, no how!  Do not think for one second that President Obama, not in any bubble that I can see, is your enemy, those, new Republican majority, labels aside, group think aside, might just be the worse thing to happen to America, in decades . . . vetted, paid for by big money, and not necessarily, American big money, but controlled and operating out of London, the world bankers, who hate America, with a secret plan, a one so foreign to American ideas and benefits, as to take us back to the pre-revolutionary days, when Britain was our master!  I have four family members, fight in that war, DNA!

FUCK THAT, ALLIES ASIDE, WE DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR BIDDING, WE ARE NOT YOUR COLONY, NOT GOING BACK THERE, SO DON'T VOTE IN A BUSH, LOYALTIES TO BRITAIN . . . ANYONE BUT AMERICA!  Scream, the liberal press, hell, no, the rational press, based on evidence, facts, and examples, the stuff of smart people, like yourself, don't be fooled by LABELS!

My List for Staying Out of the Bubble!

• avoid, black and white thinking . . . shades of gray, is more than the name of an erotic book . . . generally speaking, things just don't fit into some nice little package of black and white
• the more extreme the thinking, the lower your IQ is . . . great thinkers do not think in these simplistic ways, most issues, have a multiplicity of conditions, options, results, outcomes, and the complexities, take all sides of the issue having a voice, making contributions, etc.
• a representative form of government, like we have here in America, is not a democracy, per se, but a republican form of government, not Republican as in the party, but as in a representative form of government . . . we don't want mob rule, or the majority!  We want the best people in office, to represent us, having studied the issues, read the bills they are voting for, not making gross generalizations about very complex and complicated issues, with members of Congress or state legislatures, for that matter, being privy, to committee meetings, hearings, correspondences with constituents, testimonies, witnesses, and others who give elected officials the inside track on what is really going on, informing them, so they can make an informed vote, representing the rest of us, who are not so privileged to get the inside scoop on what the entire contents of a bill are, and we have to trust our elected officials, give them the benefit of the doubt, even if it, goes contrary to our wants and wishes, because we are not in the meetings, where the facts and evidence, etc. are presented!
• we have a diverse population, with competing interests, power structures and strong lobbyists, and representatives of WE THE PEOPLE, need, to vote in favor of what benefits, not only our constituents, because different parts of the country, will have different needs, but, people are people, businesses are businesses, and at times, those interests are at odds with each other . . . vote for the people's interests, over business . . . they have had their way for far too long, and fucked over the people for far too long, it is their time to pay the piper, pay their far share of taxes, and not run overseas to get tax breaks, when the dollars are made, right here in the U.S. of A.!  If fortunes are made here, taxes should be paid here!  PERIOD!
• use inductive and deductive reasoning, use common sense, not party platitudes . . . all A can't always be true, and all B always be false . . . at times, in this sophisticated world, both A and B, may be, both true and false, with an equal number of reasons, that all competing interests, need to be balances, in what we call a compromise . . . what the word, politics means . . . everyone gets something they want, and everyone, loses something they want . . . shooting for a win/win result, not winner take all, loser, get's nothing, not that simple!
• avoid always hanging out with the same color, race, religion, creed, background, work environment, get out and about, meet all kinds of people, and you may be totally refreshed at their perspectives, their ideas, their input, their contributions to you understanding of local, state and national issues.  I was reading in the Bible yesterday, morning before Church, and someone turned the Christian music to country, and some song came on about being from a blue collar background, the drinking class . . . right as the song was playing, my eyes landed on the words, I FIND GREAT JOY IN THEM . . . I smiled, because, I do too!  This is in the New Life Recovery Bible, for alcoholics!  I am with people, who could not have a more diverse background than myself, and I find great, refreshing joy, in their honesty, their lack of pretenses, their forthrightness, their sense of humor, etc., as heard on the bus this morning, in the title!
• see the world, as it really is, not as you want it to be, not through your particular cult, religion, neighborhood, background, appreciate the differences that make America great, the melting pot, with all cultures coming together, in this great experiment, this attempt at Utopia . . . follow the Preamble, that takes you closest to this idea, one we have not achieved yet, and having blinders on, will never get us there, one party, one religion, one thought pattern, one set of ideologies will never achieve this goal, for it is for all men, all mankind, in my mind!
• I am sure that this list, while not near exhaustive enough, will at least get the old brain juices going, have a discussion, in your bubble, and reach out and touch, hold some one's hand, make someone better if you can . . . get out from under your bubbles, they are not real!

The Mystery of the 90 Plus . . . Lady of the Rockies Solved at Church!

Talk about getting out of your bubble, try a different church . . . I had a ball, yesterday, talking to a reformed Catholic, a woman, who went to stay with her aunt and uncle, back east, who were Mormons, and rubbed shoulders with the Christian Family Center Church, located at 803 So. Arizona, in the Sonshine Square, what used to be an old brewery, then bookstore, grocery store, and now church!  Pastor Chris Hunter, since he was 7 or 8 years old, a native of Washington state, as long as he could remember, wanted to be a pastor, and when he grew up, he picked Montana, after going through it to see, Yellowstone National Park, and planted his holy ass, here in Butte, and is loving the people, the members, the community, and welcomes anyone, who wants a church with the clear goal of having God's presence with them, a family oriented atmosphere, building confidence and trust in its members!  

The congregation is relatively small, but the spirit in the church is large, like Christ, and loving.  I have been to larger churches, and nobody has greeted me, but here, the pastor came up and introduced himself, another lady, former owner of the bookstore, in that same building, and several other ladies, sat and we talked, for a good hour after the services.  Pastor Chris is a huge, Seahawk's football fan, and he saw an article on face book, or heard it on the radio, about an article 10 Points of Parenting by the Seahawks . . . I gathered from the Pastor, that the Seahawks, last year's Super Bowl winners, and won, Saturday, Peter, whatever, the coach, took a lot of heat, lost a lot of games, and got rid of a lot of players, to build the team he wanted, and finally took the championship!  These are some of the tips, from that strategy, the Pastor adopted to leading his church, connected with the larger Four Square Church, and God, knows, we all  need parenting tips  . . . look up the article.

OUR LADY OF THE ROCKIES, IS NOT THE VIRGIN MARY, NOT SOME GUY'S WIFE . . . SHE WAS PLACED ON THE MOUNTAIN, 1985 . . . LAST ONE OUT OF BUTTE, TURN OFF THE LIGHTS . . . HAVEN'T BEEN OFF SINCE!

Here is the scoop, from the Church Ladies . . . the Anaconda Mining Company, closed its doors, in 1982, leaving the local economy in shambles, the environment damaged, and the people without jobs.  As expected, there was a massive exodus out of Butte, after the mining closed, leaving only the toughest people, those determined to make it in tough times.  But there was a saying, that If you are the last one out of Butte, leave the light on . . . maybe, because they knew, that Butte, would have a comeback, the comeback kid?  But a group of citizens, got together and proposed, putting a woman, cool in and of itself, coming from this little feminist, and people from the town, pulled their resources and money, which was scarce in those waning days of the mine economy, and made this lady, to be lighted and put up on the hill or mountain, to look over the flocks of people in Butte, those remaining.  

She was built in three parts, flown by National Guard helicopter, to the top of the mountains, and connected, to stand as a sentinal, over the valley floors, keeping watch and care!  It was not church owned, privately owned, and it was either the city, but I don't even think that was the case, as I recall, but just the people of Butte, who cared about Butte, its future, who donated the time, effort, and resources to get the Lady in her elevated place!  I believe the ladies told me that the National Guard, also built the road to the statue, so people can actually drive up and see her up close and personal.  Like I said, as I came into Butte the first time, she shined, glowed, and followed me, while I didn't know what she was, but traced my movements, until I was at hear feet, crawling up the freeway, between Butte and Helena, Montana, as sight to behold, in deed!  Way cool . . .
