"DON'T TAKE MY CARE!" THEM'S FIGHTING WORDS, IN BOZEMAN! WHAT ABOUT THAT CBO? BAMB!
HEALTH CARE AND THE STORY OF THE LITTLE RED HEN . . .
Once upon a time, there was a little red hen, and she lived on a farm, near a barnyard . . . one bright, sunny, spring day, she, decided to plant a garden, so she and the other farm animals, could have fresh produce to eat, come fall, when, the leaves started to fall and the pumpkins were on the vine. First she asked, the pig, but he was too busy, rolling around in the mud, eating the food, of the day, slopping with the piglets, and warming in the sun. Next she tried, the cow, but, the cow was busy, grazing on the fresh, green grass, in lush fields, so plentiful and yummy, that she could not think of the fall, that was just too far away. One by one, she asked, the farm animals if they wanted to help her plant the garden, but none wanted to, nor did they want to help, as she asked them to help, water, weed and hoe the garden. But when, harvest season, came, all the animals of the barnyard, were right there ready to partake of the fruits of the little red hens, labors, and she said, no, you didn't help me plant, nor did you help me water, or weed the garden, you didn't hoe or cultivate the soil, and you don't get any of the food!
I am a lot like the little red hen, while my sisters, and family, were having family parties, and fun, playing the family card games, and having Thanksgiving and Christmas parties, I was studying law, or while they travelled and shopped, visited and shopped more, I was teaching legal writing, or doing research for 3 professors, or working in Chicago, and taking care of business at home. But when harvest time came, envy had a new color, jealousy raged, and older women, sick of shopping, and their parents, turned, black and blue, with hate! And unlike the farm animals, that realized, that they didn't do anything to help, in this effort, to plant seeds, cultivate knowledge, or hoe the cases, blog, or children, they all, decided that they could over power the little red hen, and steal, the fresh produce, making it as if, they were the ones, who, did all the work, not the little red hen! Now, that is my story, but what and how does that relate to the current, health care crisis in America?
