UT) seeing his chairmanship, much like Trump, sees his executive orders, even referring to him as the SPEAR, and Trump calling, those powers, his TOOLS and WEAPONS, even questioning the very authority of the judges, to review, the ban, and telling cops they need the ban, while having no rational basis, whatsoever for the selection of these 7 countries, as terrorist threats, other than to conveniently, just use, President Obama's, not ban, but concern for the security, measures of these countries, but, never putting a ban on them, just encouraging them to, get up to speed, on the security thing, really, having nothing, much to do with immigration, but, not only the safety in their own countries, but, how, there lack of security or systems, may effect the United States, and even other countries, with the U.S. leading in this area, since 9/11, and taking, in my mind, drastic measures, that are unwarranted and exceeding constitutional powers, violating citizens right and protections!
• due to the fact that, statistically, there is only a 1 in 46,000,000 chances of being killed in a terrorist attack, with these 7 countries, not the usual suspects, the ban is outrageous
• we have had nothing but, unrest in America, divided, split, device, and getting worse this each, measure of blatant display, of Trump's inability to discharge the powers and duties of said office, that is not secret . . . this is not the America we want or need . . . Hillary, may not be loved by everyone, but there is not doubt, that she can perform the powers and duties of the office!
• while Hillary, was, investigated for, violation of the federal communications, no prosecutor would charge her with a crime, of having the intent, to give injury to the United Sates, and give advantage to a foreign country . . . I believe, I could easily make a case, that Trump and his close ties and connections with Russian, if not treasonous, are damned near close, but at least the very statute Trump and his buddies, and the blood thirsty crowd, screamed, LOCK HER UP, applies, far better and with far greater, verifiable facts, with such a cozy, relationship with Russia, not only with, Trump, but others in the cabinet, from General Flynn, who was fired for ignoring protocol and going to a dinner with Russians, to appearing, on RT TV or Russian TV, plus Tillerson, and his friend of Russia, award, too close . . . sure we want better relations with Russia, but, that is built of trust and nobody but Trump trusts Russia and Putin, because of his involvement in the elections
• Pence, is the extension of the poisonous fruit, so to say . . . the fish rots from the head!  The staged, Carrier deal, and Pence, ignoring, bold faced lies, and trying to do spin control, shows to me that he is compliant with and complicit with Trump, probably a bit more seasoned, but cut of the same cloth!  There is something about, every member of the cabinet, and the Trump administration, that STINKS, like many have said, that, every person picked to lead a government agency, is violating the laws, ethics or hates the very agency they are to oversee, and willing to throw away, 70 or more years of government hearings, public hearings, comments, administrative rule making and court rulings with the stroke of the hand, as in the refusal to make the Dakota Access Pipeline, do an environmental impact statement when they are doing one of the most risky, drilling every, going a mile, crossing, tribal water sources and sacred burial grounds!  Putting drill baby, drill assholes, like Zinke and Pruitt, because, Zinke, wants to hunt with Donald Jr. is no reason, to jeopardize, treaties, again, which is outside the preview of the powers and duties of the president! so no executive order, can be used as a weapon, to take back a win, constitutional, win for the Tribes!

When one of my friends, started to work with a law firm in Salt Lake, one of the big ones, and her first client, came through the door or she was assigned by a partner in the firm, to handle this case, after the first few minutes, on consultation, she realized, that she was in over her head, and she ran down the hall yelling:
