The Fight on the Bus--No, You Did the Right Thing!

Tensions are high, and tempers are flying, but, I have been warned, by bus drivers, and daughter, alike, to get my temper under control!  LOL!  My daughter called me and joked, but I didn't take it as a joke because it, could so easily come true . . . she just called as said, Mom, did you get arrested on the bus today or on the way to the bus?  Why?  She laughed and said, I was just kidding.  Oh?  I did see at least 4 cops, drive by me, on my way to the bus, so I wondered if they came to her house looking for me?  LOL!  No, she was just playing off, my irrational behavior, looming over my grandkids, pissed as hell, refusing to play cards with them, and telling them that I have more important things to do right now, and I do.  I had a grandmother who, was a no nonsense, kind of woman, a dean of women, at a college in southern Utah, and a college English professor, and my role model, with me going beyond grandma, by getting a law degree too!  Children were to be seen and not heard!  We all adored her, and in her brisk rebukes of hers, we all knew she loved us dearly, even if her tone of voice didn't show it!  I felt like this with my own kids, and now with my grand kids, and this is how serious, I take this shit, I am speaking about and demanding that the government operate by and according to the supreme law of the land, with no cheating, no gamesmanship, no PRISM computer troll games, and no messing around, the presidency of the United States is no joke, no fraternity gig and game, no, boys will be boyz, and we don't want to deal with girls, shit . . . and if I had a choice, between, keeping this land and country free, with rights, liberties, freedoms, privileges, equality and justice for all, and never seeing them again for doing this, I would gladly sacrifice my personal joy and love, for their futures, in a free country with the leader of the free world at the helm!

But, fair is fair, I can't be a troll, ogre, maniac, bus terrorist, and take my personal issues, and hatred for injustice, cheating, and fucked up games, of the Republican Mormons, Trumpland,FBI, NSA, CIA, disgust and fury, on unsuspecting, bus riders and grandkids or family . . . that is why, I took off at 4:30 AM, I am unfit for human society, until we get this electoral college thing and election, is made RIGHT!  But, yesterday, me and some, very nice woman, started talking bears, mountain lions, etc., and somehow, our very nice conversation, turned political and the fangs, talons, claws on me came out, and believe me, the average attorney or judge is not match for me, let alone some unsuspecting, citizen!  LOL!  I eat, sleep, drink and absorb this stuff, nearly 24/7 and I also write about it, putting most of it to memory and save it in the catacombs of my mind, my beautiful, powerful, brilliantly political mind, trained, sharpened and skilled in constitutional law, and 23 years of law and teaching, writing and speaking behind me--rarely do I find an equal or match, especially on the bus!  LOL!  This morning the driver who told us, it was finished, the debate, with me putting a few more facts on the table as she tried to stop me, going full speed ahead, in a rant that, left a chief justice of the federal district court speechless and looking like a deer caught in headlights, stunned and dumbfounded!  LOL!  Only later, to have her disqualified from my case, as I took it to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals!  LOL! 

LOOK, YOU WERE NOT THE ONLY ONE, WHO FOUGHT FOR THEIR GIRL, AND LOST!  NOT MANY TOOK ON EVERY ISSUE FOR THE LAST YEAR!  SO, I AM IN A CATEGORY OF MY OWN!

I am one to respect, jurisdictional powers, and on the bus, the driver is king or queen, as she was, and while I took a minute or two to try to finish my argument and closing statements, with her trying to cut me off, I thought, when she said this is over, I thought, that is what you think, and on your bus, it surely is, and in my daughter's home, yes, respectful of their hearth and home, not mine, being their under guest status, but, no, THIS IS NOT OVER, LOOK OUT ON THE STREETS, THIS IS NOT A NORMAL REACTION TO AN ELECTION . . . IT IS NOT OVER IN MY BLOG . . . NO, WE ARE NOT FINISHED HERE, but for right now, for this minute, you rule, I will remain silent on the bus. The driver very graciously, apologized, which she didn't need to, she was 100% right, we can't have fights on the bus, well arguments, and people's safety is at stake, and all of us have a vested interest in the health, safety and welfare, sanity of a bus driver--some are scary, who don't take their role as the driver, seriously, even if the debate and topic are hot, so, I thanked her for putting things straight and stopping the debate . . . much as I did, as a teacher, breaking up, kids fights in the hall, with them thanking me later, so, no, you did the right thing, totally.  I did say, yeah, I refused to play a card game too.  On this one, she said, but what if your grandson, grows up, just remembering that you would not play cards with him--and on this one, she was wrong, what if he grows up and remembers, how very important elections are, presidents are, and the Constitution is?  Because, that is who his grandmother IS!  Most women, would disagree with me, but I am sure, that Hillary would not, most women, have not reached the power, the levels, the importance of doing things right, according to due process, which protects both sides, insulates, the government, cops, prosecutors, judges, as well as that of the rights of the defendants, the plaintiff, or others!

Government agents, state officials, cops, and others in our criminal justice system and in our political system are only, protected and immune from prosecution if they follow well founded laws, and proper policy and procedures!  Anyone, with experience, knows this!  This is why, experience matters, opinions of experts, those in the know, the trained, matter, the smart, the educated, and the knowledgeable should be sought out, not for glory, or fame, or position or status, but because, they have taken the time, to get the law, the Constitution, the policy and procedures under control, and KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!  These are people we can trust, rely on, to give it to us straight, to inform us, to teach us, and to make our world and nation a better place . . . it is love, that drives, some of us on, purity, passion, not greed, elitism, or the limelight!  For some of us, riding a bus, but making a difference in the largest most well and wide read blog, is payment enough, that, you have the power to make young, bright minds, think, understand, get out and march in the streets, to become social warriors and street fighters for justice, is the biggest and most rewarding aspect of being an attorney, and it was the fight that made you all you are, and all you can be, without any connection to a bank account, or having money for property, and so, yeah, I get, the bus driver, I respect her and my daughter in protecting their arena and jurisdictional powers . . . but, this is not over!  The country, will not, do well, these next four years, if the process due, is cheated, denied and stolen from the people, it never goes well, taking away rights, for with big brother and sister, thinking they know better, or some shadow government, thinking in all their audacity and arrogance that know better than the collective whole of the people, who are pretty damned smart now days!

The bus driver was kind, and she acknowledged that fact that there is a huge difference between riders on the bus, spanning the spectrum, from highly educated to those mentally challenged, and so, as the ref, or the judge, or the leader, of this transportation system, she respected me, but she also, looked out for the weaker riders, the more frail, who hate the fight, can't stand conflict, unlike myself, who eats, sleeps and thrives on controversy and debate, seeing it as a loving exchange, rather than, an act of hate!  So, an enlightened morning, with me still making a few comments, as I exited the bus . . . you never know, who will show up, on a bus, or in your church, or in your party, or your state, or neighborhood . . . don't let the clothes the lack of transportation fool you, some pay some, and some pay all, to keep this land free!

Your Honor, the Cops Didn't Do Their Job, so the Prosecutors Could Not Do Their Job, so I Could Not do My Job, and then the Jury, Could Not Do Theirs . . . This Case is Such a Mess, that, You, Sir, Are the Only One Who Can Straighten this Mess Out!  A 28 Page Brief, a Man, Unjustly In Jail for a Year, an Evidence Class from the College Watching, the Prosecutors and Cops, Heads Bowed . . . Judge Reluctant, Class Dismissed . . . the Judge, In His Jurisdictional Powers, Did the Right Thing!  What Started As 45 Years in Prison, a 60 Year Old Marine, Falsely Accused of Attempted Homicide, Still Looking at 15 Years, But Under the New Theory I Presented, Not During Trial, Being Side Swiped, With New Evidence While the Jury Was Seated, Firing Two Former Cops, as My Private Investigators, Doing the Investigations Myself, Learned New Evidence to Exonerate this Innocent Man . . . 14 Days and 3 Years Probation, Saved at Sentencing!
