PAY-4-PLAY, LOOKS A LOT LIKE, "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" CASES

• what can appear, on the surface, to be clear conflict, or Pay-4-Play, may, in fact, not be, and what, doesn't appear to be Pay-4-Play, might, in fact, be, exactly that!
• allegedly, various, world players, and contributors to the Clinton Foundation, requested some face time with, Hillary, when she was secretary of state, and there were people, who Bill met, that he put in contact with Huma Aberdeen, one of Hillary's closest aids, for the last, what, 25 years, seeing her as a daughter, if she were to have two of them, now, on the surface, that mere transfer of interest, going between Bill's work on the foundation, that provides humanitarian relief, across the globe, could be at first glance, spurious and suspicious, but to have a conflict of interest, or a consideration for Pay-4-Play, there has to be, some type, of monetary benefit, to, someone, generally, the person, in a position of influence, who can make things happen, like a judge, hearing a case, on say, EXXON, oil spills, who also has, stock in EXXON and is getting derivatives, and monetary benefit, based, on the stock market, that is watching the outcome of a case, like with the EPA on toxic spills into say the Yellowstone water supply in Montana, or something like that, that oil spills release, toxic waste, or oil, polluting the water . . . now, that judge, has to recuse him or herself, from the case, in order to avoid, being seen with interest in the outcome of the case, thus, making him or her, inclined to vote one way or another, that benefits them . . . avoid the very appearance of evil, is best noted in these cases.
• now the very fact, that, money was donated to a charitable foundation, with most people, including Bill and Chelsey, taking no salary, with like 90% of the proceeds, going to the poor, needy and hungry, is someone, who is in a leadership position, contributing money, say as an ambassador, or someone in an embassy, just the types, who would know, the Clintons, one of the most powerful couples in the world, paying to gain, influence, in some monetary or political way, or, is it meeting a world star, and bragging rights, or, could it be genuine concern about an issue, and just wanting Hillary's expertise and ear, to bounce a few things off of them?  The law is about definitions and hair splitting at best, and it is hard, and takes serious thought and consideration, not snap decisions, to get to the meat of the situation and to come to the right conclusions, snap judgements, don't work here!
• just because, there were communications, between Bill, Hillary's staff, does not rise to the level of Pay-4-Play, and in most circumstances, that request for ear, was never had, but the message, in all consideration and respect, was relay, while not responded to, so NO FUCKING PAY-4-PLAY . . . you would have to PROVE, not ALLEGE, some type of either, benefit, to Hillary personally, not to the Clinton, NON-PROFIT, foundation, other than to help the humanitarian effort, and prove, a direct, benefit to either Hillary, AFTER MEETING with the foreign dignitary, or to the dignitary themselves . . . that NEVER HAPPENED, as far as I have heard!
• now Trump and Pam Bondi, are fucking another story all together . . . there is a direct tie between, Trump being investigated for allegations of fraud, ripping students off, and active law suit being pursed, by another AG, with many states AG's, joining various lawsuits, rather than recreating the wheel, and joining in efforts to look into, what Trump claimed and what students got in return, for spending their life's savings and more, maxing credit cards and what not, to attend, with promises of riches, success, and prosperity . . . sounds somewhat, familiar, claims as president maybe? I am not sure where I heard the same bull shit, but it just feels somewhat similar.  So, Pam contacted, and freely admits to contacting, Trump, who was not, I believe, a candidate, for president at the time, to ask for contributions, so her bad, I think, and I got the same thing, from Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff, who was, running for Senate or Governor, and he was going after financial and wealth managers, securities shit, and allegedly to do investigations for securities fraud, but if the financial firms and securities dealers, contributed to his campaign, he would drop the investigation, so, going around AG offices at that time . . .
