• Washington state assistant attorney general--Rudy Giuliani, in an interview, on Fox, of course, the Trump and Republican, propaganda, machine, of long hair, boob jobs, short skirts, and thigh shots up the skirts . . . but, Rudy, said that Trump contacted him, and asked how he could do a Muslim ban, but make it look, legal, and constitutional, so Rudy, said, we can make it appear to be about, terror or national security, and ban, countries, from coming into the country for a certain, period of time . . . so we did that, the ban is not about, blocking Muslims, but, based on danger, and national security concerns, allegedly within the broad powers of the president?
• Department of Justice Attorney: This is well within, the broad powers of the president, based on, an older case, that has to do with, the president, seizing a steal mill back, decades, with the U.S.AG, using that to demonstrate, the powers of the president, comparing that to the situation at hand . . . until the Judge said this . . .
• Didn't the court in that case, also, hold, that, the president was prohibited to discriminate on the bases of nationality?  Going directly, to the merits, in this case, blocking Muslims, but allegedly, because of the threat of danger, not, religion or nationality . . .

• The Judge goes on to, tell the attorney, that, the President, needs:
• a reason, he needs a rational, needs some facts, to support his executive order, putting 7 countries on hold, even with, green cards, visas, and student visas, or other legal reasons to come to the country

• Friday, February 3, 2017, about, 3:30 PM, I called the Iron County Justice Court, in Cedar City, Utah, requesting a electronic hearing, to change my plea from innocent, to no contest, not admitting  or denying, the charges, basically, not wanting to go to Utah!  FUCK!  Scream!
• the phone number for the court, because, the good, cyber NSA cops, are going to have to look to get the REAL FACTS, not the ALTERNATIVE FACTS, to protect the GUILTY and cause INJURY TO ME!  BY THE NORMAL SUSPECTS!  #(435)865.5335
• I told the clerk, that I was in Montana, that I wanted to change my plea, because it would cost me more to come to Utah, being run out of jail and my home in Parowan, Utah, I am sure to make it look like, SHE RAN AGAIN!  Making so much, easier to put out a warrant, but this time, for AVOIDING PROSECUTION!
• I was run out of town, back at the time of the alleged, charges, left of foot, after, the Iron County Gestapo, 4 of them, came and demanded the KEYS TO MY TRUCK!  Which is against the law, you can't take the tools of the trade, and let cops, raid my house of about, a total of $20,000, after the extortion I paid, to get the fuckers out of my house, when another, judge, in the Halls of Shame in Utah, Judge Lyle Anderson, took $500, because, I appealed, his case, to the Utah Court of Appeals, a month BEFORE he tried to bring the case, back into his court, so he could SPANK this bad ass con law chick!  LOL
• the clerk of the court, in RARE, Iron County manner, was very nice, told me, exactly what I needed to do, I never did much in justice court, but she told me, I had to get this in by, 5:00 PM, to get it to the Judge, on time, so, shocked, I started immediately, and got into my GOOGLE DOCS . . . no tonight, I was blocked, from getting into that, as I was, after I had, done on of the cases, but the other was, was a cut and paste, minus one charge . . . so for the NON-ATTORNY, this was helpful, because, they are going to make it look, like, she is me, and I am her, so, they steal MY WORK, my INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, then, DENY ME OF THE BENEFIT OF MY OWN WORK!

• After wasting about a half hour, being the creative, can do attorney, that I am, the clerk said, that I needed to put my requests in writing, CHANGE OF PLEA TO NO CONTEST, REQUEST FOR SENTENCING!  So, by this time, it was about 4:00 PM, but, I wanted to put, some JUDICIAL NOTICE items, as is the case at sentencing, the defendant is given a chance to tell the Judge, facts that might have or will make a difference, or at least influence sentencing . . . now in the UTAH RULES OF EVIDENCE, I think, Rule 3 or 4, if there is an event, that, started this whole event moving in motion, which, there was, the sheriffs, stealing my TRUCK, ART, ELECTRONICS, leading me to borrow my client's beater car . . . however, before, I took their car, sitting out in a field, I asked them is all the tags were good, license, registration and insurance, which is was!  I even, hearing through the grapevine, a year later, from a client, something about insurance, which I blew off because I knew that, both me and my clients were covered!  I had just paid for 6 months, so I was covered, until, either, September or October . . . evidence of why, I was not charged, when I was in jail for my ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, which  is not a crime, therefore, NO ARREST DATE, NO VIOLATION DATE, BUT, A FAILURE TO APPEAR, HEADLIGHTS THAT TURNED TO TAIL LIGHTS, FAILURE TO HAVE INSURANCE, REGISTRATION AND WHATEVER, AND BY, DECEMBER, WHEN THE INFORMATION AND CHARGES WERE FILED, THEY ARE CORRECT . .  FUCK THEY TOOK MY TRUCK, IN JUNE, AND A DAY AND A HALF, BEFORE THE DATE, LISTED, IN THE CRIMES GUESSED AT!  LOL!
• I finished, the email, best I could to make it look, like a legal document, being blocked, and what would have taken me literally, minutes to cut and paste, but the GOAL WAS TO MAKE ME LATE, SO THEY COULD ARREST ME FOR RUNNING OR AVOIDING, PROSECTUTION THINKING THEY HAD ME THIS TIME!
• I first wanted to just stay in jail and get in shape, rather than going all the way to Montana and back!  NO, the sheriffs started to freak out, that I was fine staying!
• we don't want a member of our club, who, is fine, staying with and hanging out with sheriffs and inmates, come out looking great for trial, FUN, FUN, FUN!
• they basically threw me out, and not only that, but the paperwork, that was suppose to go to Me, was just signed by me, and the games started, because, the sheriffs said, oh, no, this is not for YOU?  The judge told me, you would have paperwork . . . oh, I get it, that was for Shelley, but with MY SIGNATURE, so the SHERIFFS or the FBI were, falsifying government documents, by having me sign, paperwork I NEVER GOT!  Felony, ID?  ANYONE?  SHIT?  Law enforcement, MORON STYLE!  FUCK!
• While I was trying to put the address of the court, the email address, this strange blue text box, kept popping up, right where I was suppose to put the address, but, I finally, dismissed it and put the right email address of the court: court.group@ironcounty.net.
• as I went to send the documents with about 10 minutes to spare, relieved, not great legal work, but, sufficient, and probably more than, a justice court normally, gets, being courts without record!  So, I found, the record I got I in the jail, curious, but, I complied!
• but due to that, strange blue, box, that said . . . sent it to this address, the same, but, blue . . . secret, CIA courts?  Double docketing, to fuck me over, keep Shelley or Joann's record clean, but, dirty, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D.'s, record separate and FUCKER HERS!
• but, I got this sneaky suspicion, that, something was probably not right, given this strange, event and blue text box, and it seemed that, even the SEND didn't go as expected either, so I immediately started checking my SEND, DRAFT, but there was NO OUTBOX?  I am not familiar with Microsoft Office, and don't ever use EMAIL!  I am used to Google, and bought this computer, not the notebooks I am used to, by mistake, so, not being a techy, just sophisticated enough to get a blog done, research a bit and read the news, emails, not too worried about, but this is were my bus ticket, got hi-jacked if it was sent at all, probably, intercepted by the FBI, or they took the money out, but never sent me an e-ticket!
• I FREAKED OUT, CALLED THE COURT, AND THIS TIME, RATHER THAN TALKING TO A WOMAN, I GOT A MAN . . . I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, BUT I NOTICED, THE TIME, AND TOLD HIM TO NOTE THAT I HAD CALLED, WHICH HE SAID HE WOULD!  BUT THE TIME WAS, STILL BEFORE THE DEADLINE: 4:54 PM!
• the man again, was very nice, and told me, to get my paperwork in by, Monday morning, so, I said, if I had to do it again, which, I fucking  HATE TO DO, I would . . . I felt better, but still pissed, knowing this was, the SHELLEY, KAY SHIT SHOW, for the millionth time, interfering with everything from job applications, to apartments, to now this, pretty serious stuff, messing with court shit, but WHY NOT, THAT GOT AWAY WITH STEALING MILLIONS IN COURT CASES, WITH THE FLIP OR CLICK, OF THE COMPUTER, CUTTING ME OUT OF ALL MY MONEY, FAME, AND CREDIT, STEALING, WHEELING AND DEALING!
• after going through, every possible thing on my email, never using most of them, having done emails, for years, since my old black computer, back when my million dollar house was stolen, in similar fashion, taking too much of my time!  BUT THROUGH SOME MIRACLE OF MYSTERIOUS TECHNOLOGY, "OUTBOX" THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION, ANYWHERE, MY PAPERWORK SHOWED UP . . . TIME:
• 4:49 PM!
• I figured that was about the right time with 10 minutes left, and relieved, but as I went to FORWARD, the evidence, all the sudden, the OUTBOX and proof just up and disappeared, like the first time . . . again, all the sudden to my relief, the evidence showed up in my SENT mail, but this time, the clock, showed, 5:11 PM!
• TODAY, I KEPT SEEING, THE WORD, OR A NAME, "SLATE" . . . MAKING ME THINK, WHICH IS LEADING ME TO WRITE THIS, THAT, EVEN THE NEW PROOF, WOULD BE FUCKED WITH, OR THE CLERK WOULD LIE, IN TRUE IRON COUNTY, STYLE, MOST CORRUPT COUNTY IN THE NATION, OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T LEARN A THING, BECAUSE, THEY ALL GOT PAID, TO LIE, AND SHELLEY GOT MY MILLIONS, OR RACHEL?  ALL THE SAME, ALL ME, RIGHT, BUT I ALWAYS DO THE WORK AND THEY GET THE BENEFIT OF MY BRAINS!
