Officer Wilson, 6'4", 210 lbs, Armed vs. Michael Brown, 6'4", 290 lbs., Unarmed?

We equip police officers with a badge of authority, a uniform, so they stand out in a crowd, and to top that off, we give them permission, to lawfully, wear a gun on their hip, in plain sight, of all citizens, indicating, a show of force, and the deadly weapon to back up whatever the officer intends to do.  Along with that, there is a certain amount of credibility, that comes with being an officer of the law, allegedly trained, to handle the situations that may arise, while on the job, dealing with normal run of the mill, crime reports, traffic stops, robberies, rapes, assaults, and on occasion bank robberies, and even murders; however, officers of the law rarely see a murder as it is taking place.  So, in the case of Michael Brown, and friend, originally, the Ferguson Police Chief, reported, that Officer Wilson didn't know anything about the cigar heist, that must have amounted to no more than, what $20, if that, dime store versions, probably not your expensive, Cuban cigars, that cost more and are generally sold out of exclusive smoke shops . . . so we have a petty crime, a misdemeanor at best, with a bit of roughing up of the local grocery store clerk, Brown, may have in fact, known since birth, living in the area, with a grandmother living near by.

I don't know about you, but I would venture a guess that every one of my four children, have shoplifted, as I have myself, a candy bar, as I remember, perfume in my daughter's case, rings and jewelry in one of my son's cases, but a common experience, and part of the learning process.  Usually, a parent hears about their child or teen stealing, and when caught, if the kid is lucky, the parent, knowing that small crimes, can lead to larger crimes, takes the child back to the store, makes them own up to their doings, and make restitution, and the child learns, that you can't just take everything you want, and you must pay for it, or else you get in trouble with the law!  I was speaking down at Bryce Canyon, for a conference on year, back between 1995 and 1998, I took my son, his friend, the son of my boyfriend at the time, later husband, both teenagers at the time.  Jerry, told the boys, they better not do anything that would embarrass me, as the keynote speaker for the meeting . . . when we got back to the room, there were price tags, all over the place, with several items of jewelry appearing to be the target of the shoplifting . . . these boys were not smart, and left the tale, tale evidence of their crimes.

We confronted the boys, made them return the stolen items, embarrassing, the very thing we warned them not to do, and then took their two sorry asses to the local sheriff, who to our chagrin, merely said, they look like good boys, and just let them go.  I think both parents wanted to teach them a lesson, and cool their young jets a bit, letting them know there were consequences to their actions!  This morning, me and two of  my other children and friends, were sitting around joking about another trip, in which these two boys, my son, daring his buddy, and the son of my boyfriend, the same two, to gamble, at a place we stopped at, to have breakfast.  The two got caught by security and we along with or errant teens, were hauled before the head security guy, and he lectured the boys that they were underage, and they couldn't gamble.  Not minutes, later, as we were going out of the casino, my son, dared my boyfriend's son, the same age, both teenagers, to do it AGAIN!  With security guards on our tails, we all booked it out of town real fast!  And headed on our way to Mexico, Rosarita Beach, where these two, disappeared and we found them at the local jail, being blamed for setting off the smoke alarm, which ignited the flame retardant, making a huge mess . . . they claimed they didn't do it, but given the past events, we parents were not so sure!

This morning, one child said, it was a Hispanic kids who let the white foam go all over the resort hotel, not my son and buddy, our charges, but the kid blamed the first white kids who were walking by.  Luckily, someone spotted the two being hauled off by the Mexican Policia!  I have seen movies, like Midnight Express and other . . . foreign legal systems to not have the constitutional protections, American has, or should have, especially when dealing with juveniles!  Jerry and I did some fast talking and were able to get the kids released, dismissed as American tourists.  But, the reason we have a juvenile system, as part of our legal and criminal law system, is that teens need to learn, what the law is, how it works, rehabilitate teens that have run ins with the law, making them fully aware of what happens when you break the law, as Plato said, in his essay on the Republic . . . if a parent fails to teach their children about the law, society will!  I am glad to announce, that this son, is overly law abiding and so is his buddy; however, it wasn't just once they needed teaching, with that teenage, invisibility, but several times!

Reminder, we are talking cigars here . . . and even if Michael had committed murder, he was entitled to due process of the law, and equal protection!  OFFICER WILSON, ROBBED HIM OF THAT AND OF HIS LIFE . . . the anatomy of injustice, that was furthered by the prosecutor, the grand jury, the department, and the Police Association in Missouri!  

ABC's George Stephenopholis . . . To Officer Wilson . . . Did You Have Any Other Options Available, Tear Gas, Tasing?  NO!  What?

Thinking caps, boys and girls, we have an armed officer, who is older, more, allegedly mature, larger than normal size, approaching two black kids about getting out of the road.  He doesn't stop them for jay walking, and doesn't see anything else going on.  Wilson, claims, later, after having 4 months to think about his side of the facts, without Michael, able to counter that, leave no witnesses, and the prosecutor, discrediting the eye witnesses, who even had video evidence of the scene, showing Wilson as the clear aggressor, now claiming to be a mere toy, compared to the incredible hulk, the IT, that was running at him like a demon, with his hands up in surrender, after a scuffle, allegedly over the gun, with Michael, grabbing the barrel . . . a yeah, do you think he was a stranger to Trayvon Martin?  

Or the other 12 or so black youth, who have been shot, or in the BART subway system in San Fransisco or Oakland area, was shot execution style, when he asked the officers for his rights, when he and 6 friends were order off the train, and forced to sit against the wall, while 4 beefy law enforcement officers, man-handled them, serving as judge-jury-and executioners, after just receiving a phone call of a disturbance on the train?  The 6 friends, and college students, as I recall, were shocked at their treatment, and it appeared to be falsely accused, and when they demanded their constitutional rights, one was handcuffed, behind his back, officer on top of him, claiming that his gun, accidentily discharged . . . really, what I saw was an execution!  Hello, it was caught on video tape, and it must have been settled out of court, like ASAP, because, that was all I ever heard of the event . . . and fuckin' Officer Wilson, was the one in fear of his life, when Wilson pulled a gun, when the boys didn't jump at his command?

Under traditional self defense, or the rules of use of deadly force, is when the person in fear of his life, is allowed, to use, a force equal to that of his aggressor!  You can't be the one to pursue, then cry foul, when the person you are charging up on, slamming your cop door into, turns and sees you with a gun, and then he grabs the barrel, to force the gun, somewhere other than at your face!  It was Michael, as was Trayvon Martin, who was entitled to self defense, to do all in his power, especially, we faced with an armed officer, over cigars, ready to shot you dead.  Who would be should be more afraid, or in the class of persons, that would most likely be in fear for their life, or in fear of emminent fear of death or the threat of emminent death . . . the black teen, who knows that at least 12 boys have been shot by cops, since Trayvon, as I recall, or the armed officer, among the class of persons, who has inflicted the fear of death, or the threat of death?  What would logic tell you?  I know, what it wells me!

Anatomy of Injustice = Violence & Deception

• who is injured?  Michael was shot to death!  The dead victim, became the defendant!
• who is being claimed is injured?  Officer Wilson, not immediately, but four months later, released, the alleged tape of being punched in the face . . . plenty of time, for the cops to concoct a story, and hit him in the face!  There was no blood, that was later claimed, in the video with the ABC interviewer!
• who could be behind the injury?  Well, we have the cops, releasing damaging evidence against Michael, the prosecutor, handling the case, totally different than any other case, letting the officer in question, tell his story for 4 hours, seen leaving the grand jury investigation, smiling, with police associations, feeling confident that there would not be an indictment!  And the grand jury, violating their own oath of office, sworn to hear the evidence, without LOVE OR HATE FOR EITHER PARTY . . . THE COP, WAS ABLE TO TESTIFY IN HIS OWN BEHALF, UNHEARD OF FOR FOUR FUCKING HOURS!  Total preferential treatment!  
• then the man, who abdicated his responsibilities to handle the case in open court with a jury, decided to take it behind closed doors, with all testimony and witnesses being heard in secret, which is the course of action for the game, of alleged justice behind closed doors, NOT!

The Cops Stood Down, During the Riots, And Showed Violence & Deception During the Lawful Protest!

We see the militarization of the cops, riot gear, tear gas, guns, tanks, shields, helmets, lined marches, forcing protesters to keep moving . . . a total show of force, even calling out the National Guard for back up.  Then, after the verdict, dismissing all charges against Wilson, with the grand jury stating that they saw nothing that they could indict him on . . . how about a dead body . . . the cops are ordered to stand down, as looting, fires, pushing over cops cars, etc., is taking place?

My guess, is that these violent and unlawful protesters, were hired, to make it look so bad, while the cops, just stood and watched, that all the damage and credibility that they lost, with their show of brute force and militarization, would now, seem totally appropriate, and their tanks, guns, tear gas, and riot gear, were a great investment and needed in Ferguson!
