Several Years Ago, My Son-In-Law Dallas, Said: "Jo one of these days, the cops and prosecutors are going to pay you to shut the fuck up!"  LOL!  That would probably be a smart thing to do, right about now!  Through this blog, I have probably worked more miracles to make cops, clean up their shit, misplaced power, and done more than any P.O.S.T., training on the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, could do!  I started my law career, 23 years ago, as a naive housewife, graduating to the big leagues, being hired as staff attorney, for the Utah Prosecutors Council, Criminal Enforcement Division, Utah Attorney Generals Office . . . putting me, right in the middle of the cops associations, the prosecutors associations, the judges associations, sheriffs associations . . . and after one meeting, seeing the criminal justice players, fighting over "surcharge" money, seeing it for exactly what it was . . . a fucking money making machine, I self-appointed me, as the UTAH PROSECUTOR!  Self-fulfilled prophecy fulfilled!  LOL!

GOD DOES WORK IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!  I DIG THE HELL OUT OF HIM, AND HE HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR TOO!

The Poverello Center, in the 40 years, but only over a year in the new, $5 million facility, seems to have reached a nice balance, of making a stay nice, but not too nice, without somehow, bugging the shit out of you, but, when things don't work out, or you get poisoned, and your job or apartment gets fucked with, there is an unspoken understanding and acceptance . . . the personnel, seem to be saints, with what I see, and the cool way they handle, problems with calm, cool, professionalism, and the patience of JOB!  When I, as a bystander, see RED, the staff, sees, BLUE AND GREEN, listen, think, talk, maybe discuss in privacy, options, and then, just handle things.

In Broad Daylight Movie (1991)

I am not an advocate of vigilante justice; however, when, the law fails, and the judicial system leaves citizens, in risk of their lives, or in my case, where law enforcement, as in the Aberdeen golf course situation, see police, go after those who have been injured and damaged by someone actions, and the victims, see, outright, criminals, mobsters, liars, cheats, and yes, I would throw, Trump, right in the middle, throwing down with the crew, who has gone after me and my family, murdered 26 people, with no charges, arrests, etc., get away with everything, as in my case, for 16 fucking years, with nothing being done, even having cops, watch and follow me, just this morning, not only allowing the injustice to continue and with criminals, going scott-free, without charges, arrests, trials or jails, there is a side of me, that CHEERS, men, like the one's in small town, U.S.A., Darby, Missouri, who, finally, just took care of the problem, once and for all, taking things out of the hands of an impotent, police force, with the good, and brave cop, silently smiling--being the one, who arrested this asshole, in the first place, having had this same bully, threaten to rape his wife, along with a few friends, and burn down her beautiful home!

When Vigilante Justice is the Only Means Left!

The main, character, in this movie, is a perfect, actor, for the part, it is Brian Dennehey, who, is physically, larger, by far, than any of the other men in the town, someone, who not only threatened to burn down people's houses, but, did burn down, houses, intimidating even the law, raped women, many women, and when one young, girl, actually brought charges against the bully, he promptly divorced his wife, and married the girl, so she could not testify against him!  He had a growing family of yours, mine and ours, and he supported them, by stealing from others, especially a pig farmer, who would grow them, and the bully would sneak in and steal them, brands, markers, private property and all, and make a killing off the other man's work.  The cops and county attorney were frustrated, because, while many were willing to go after this man, he would eventually, scare and threaten the shit out of them, and most would refuse to testify.  There was no offense to small, to offend this man, and no means of intimidation, beneath him, used in retaliation, regardless of who was hurt, and what it did to the families.

CHILD OF BULLY TRIES TO TAKE CANDY WITHOUT PAYING

One of the bully's kids, goes in a store with a big sister, doing some family shopping.  The kid was given a quarter, back in the days, when that could actually buy, candy, but he left his money home.  The sister, was no nonsense and refused to let the kid, get any candy, trying to teach him, to be responsible, or she was just pissed, and didn't want to be bothered with the kid and his, antics, and begging for candy.  She used the money she had on the food items, or whatever she purchased.  I actually, was proud of the sister, for teaching the kid, that if he was irresponsible, and left his money home, he paid the consequences for his actions.  As the sister, was leaving the store, the kid, took the lid off some candy and tried to grab a piece as he walked out, without paying for it.  The sister, took the candy out of the kid's hands, again, good, and dragged him out of the store, with the lid, crashing to the store floor.  As I recall, the clerk, who had mentioned something, about, the kid not paying, or did so after the two left the store, somehow the sister, heard the clerk, just make a comment that that kid had not paid for the candy, didn't call him a thief, just, commented, and put the lid back on the candy jar.

The sister, comes back in the store, yelling at the clerk, and accusing her of saying the kid was trying to steal the candy, which the clerk, denied, and her boss, another, good employer, stepped in the way of this very bratty, girl, who had been trained well by her abusive father, and told her nobody had accused the kid of anything, and she was the one, who was acting out, and this issue was over, and the girl had to leave the store, after the girl demanded her money back, which, she was promptly, paid.  The girl, then rushes across the street to where her step-mother was, waiting in the truck for the bully.  She hears that her kid is allegedly being called a thief, so she comes running into the store, and threatens the clerk and the older store owner, and says that, their family will never shop in that store again.  So be it, said the smart owner, and that was it. A proud and decent woman, who wasn't going to take much from this family, and I believe, from the looks of the town, she was, the only game in town, with the only grocery store!  LOL!  The bully comes in, and tells his wife to leave, and he, tries to buy some beer, and the female store owner, tells him, in no uncertain terms, that his wife, said, that no one from his family would ever buy anything in her store again . . . you can just see Dennehy, bristle, and the bully mind, start to turn, and the revenge starts, immediately.

I HAVE A DICK, I MAKE THE RULES

Dennehy and his boyz, start to drive passed the store owners house, very slow, three trucks, in a row, to intimidate the woman, and her husband.  Later, the bully calls the couple, who are asleep, in bed, and threaten, to burn their house down, and, shoot them.  The next day, when the couple are locking the store, the bully, comes and asks the husband, if the wife is still the boss of the store?  The man, kind of a passive type, with a very powerful and strong wife, says, he guesses so.  Dennehy, who is a sexist asshole, says, that no man, should let a woman, run his operation, and he is going to teach this man, a lesson.  The bully, of course, beats his wife, and knocks her around, thinking he is macho and bad ass.  So, bully shows up in the back of the store where the husband, is bringing in boxes of supplies and materials, and has a knife in his hand, and Brian, shows up, with a rifle, and shoots him, point blank in the neck, almost hitting, vital arteries! By this time, the whole town, shows up and several cops, who have been called, on more than one occasion, since the first incident over the candy happened, but say they can do nothing, about this guy, showing up with guns, driving past their home, sitting out front of the home, threatening with phone calls . . . the cops, sure as hell could have done something!  A threat, especially, with bodily injury, is an ASSAULT!  But the wife is pissed, because, had the cops, put the kibosh on this asshole, right off the get-go, the guy, would not have been shot, or it would have been less likely . . . the cops, kept saying that, he could sit outside, and the phone calls, all they knew, is that it was a voice, not necessarily, this bully's voice . . . seriously, this guy had been bad news, for years!

Finally, one of the good cops, who has tried to get this bully for years, and has been so frustrated, as he had seen him, time and time, get out of charges, or even arrests, and he certainly had not been convicted of anything, goes after this asshole, alone, and in a pretty intense stop, with both the bully and his wife, who he always took as back up, and she, seemed kind of a tough ilk herself, but, that shows, me the lack of manliness, because, he either had his posse with him, or his wife, rarely alone, but, for the time, he went after the old store owner!  But, the guy finally, apprehends him, and he is finally behind bars, but, only until he posts, his $30,000 bail, but the store owner and his wife, along with their clerk, are bound and determined to get this fucker, this time and stop the bullying.  The trial, gets, continuance after, continuance, as the attorney, plays games, and games the system, so the families, witnesses and the families, wives, of anyone, involved are terrified, even the elected, city cop, who had to provide his own, gun, and when questioned, by the bully if he is going to testify, the young new cop, said, yes, I see it as my duty . . . well the bully, plus his wife, both pull shotguns on this man, who promptly turns in his badge, refusing to testify too.

EVENTUALLY, THE GUY IS CONVICTED BY THE JURY . . . BUT THE JUDGE ALLOWS HIM TO WALK AROUND FREE, AWAITING HIS APPEAL, TERRORIZING PEOPLE EVEN MORE!

That legally is the way it should be, but again, the cops, do nothing to this guy, who is brandishing guns, threatening, doing all kinds of shit, and the towns people are getting more and more pissed at the behavior, that this fucker, is displaying . . . when he would go to the bar, like he did every day, all the men, would get up and leave, because they could not stand the guy!  Finally, one afternoon, he threatens to shoot to kill the old, recovering store owner, or put to copper-head snakes in his car, so they would kill him.  There were several old vets, in the bar, and the bully, goes over to him, and says he knows that this guy, who is with his two sons, meets with the store owner, who is also a vet, and I think, this guy, says, you can't do that, and Dennehy, after he takes out an old collectors, gun, that has a saber, and he threatens to cut the old guy open from, his groin to his throat . . . they guy, gets up, leaves, flanked by his two sons, trying to stop him, and he goes and gets his gun from his truck that is parked, across the street, where the store is, and when the bully comes out of the saloon or bar, he has a rifle, pointed at his face! and he backs down.

The man and his two sons, go to the cops, tell of the threats, and finally, the cops, are worried, that someone besides them, is going to take matters into his own hands, and take care of the problem, and he is right.  The father and his two sons, write out affidavits, telling what happened and of the threats.  Again, Dennehy, is left on the streets, to drive around, and pull guns, threaten people, as he does with the father, finds him out, unarmed, working in his yard, and this guy is pretty old too.  Dennehy asks him, if he was one of the men who wrote the affidavits, and he said, yes and so did both of his sons.  The bully, reminds him, that the trial is being held, 80 miles in the next town, because his attorney didn't think he could get a fair trial, in that town. He basically, threatens to do something to the witnesses on the long drive to the trial.  The old guy is not stupid and he gathers, about 10 guys, who are pissed and fed up with all the harassment, and so they organize a convoy to follow the witnesses all the way to the courthouse, and pack the courthouse, so the bully sees, they are sick and tired of this shit.  The trial is continued for another 10 days . . . the men hold a meeting, to handle the situation, they tell the sheriff to deputize them, a ton of them and make them his posse, he says he has to ask the county attorney, and get the okay.

ABOUT 50 MEN, START TO FOLLOW THE BULLY

The towns men, start to turn the tables on the bully and his fucking bitch, think she's tough, little wife, and when he strolls into the bar, used to ruling the roost, scaring everyone, NOT THIS TIME, all the men, walk in and line up, behind the couple at the bar, three thick, and spilling out the door.  The wife is freaking out, the bully, doesn't know what to do . . . she gets up and leaves, and he eventually follows her out to the truck, all the men, follow them out too. The film photographers, did a great job, and the next few shots of the camera, you don't see a face, but you do see, one guy after another, get their shotguns, out of their trunk, off the window of their trunk, and the next thing, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT, they unload their guns, while everyone hits the ground, and they shoot the bully about five times in the head, with one guy, reaching in to grab his wife, who is hysterical, watching her big tough, bully husband, being shot to death, falling on the truck horn, with smoke, blowing out of the tail pipes!!!!!!!  Most of the men, don't know what to think, and just went for cover, but there were a few, who, did what they felt needed to be done.

The wife, told the cops, who showed up, who she thought did the shooting, and when the cops interviewed everyone, nobody, saw fucking anything!!!!!  I loved it!  Some said, they didn't see anything, but if they did, they would not tell.  And the cops, made the comment, it appears, that we have a whole town go blind!  The next thing you see, is the cop, who originally arrested the bully, kind of get a smirk, on his face, because, he told one of the bully's friends, who was his crony in some of the drive-by intimidation, that, if that fucker, didn't leave his wife alone, she was the young woman, threatened with rape and burning the house down, that he was going to end up meeting him in a dark alley or road, and he was going to kill him!  I think the cop, who, even threatened the guy himself, was thrilled, as was the store owner, she said, an eye for an eye . . . this guy lived by the gun and he died by the gun!  Justice had been served!  I think the whole town, was happy to finally be free of this fucker, who had terrorized the town for years!  I wanted to cheer too, and I wondered, how we have gotten so dulled, so, controlled, so Patriot Acted, so whatever, lazy, inept, placid and accepting of this shit, from Trump, to the bullies, who so blatantly, stole my son's music, his money, his fame, and all that they have done to me . . . FUCK, in four years, since, the fucking Washington County Constable and Sheriffs, just showed up and raided my house, the fucking day, before I was to go to Denver, to argue my $357 million dollar case, against the state of Utah, they took fucking EVERYTHING, computers, furniture, family photos, art, clothes, make-up, there was not a CRUMB FOR A FUCKING MOUSE . . . to this day, not one thing has been done, against, the alleged powers that be, being it my fucking sister, who pretends to be me, as do 6 others . . . nothing about the money from the cases, from this blog, from water compact analysis, from legislation, and for two houses, a cabin, 5 vehicles, and tons of electronics and art, being, stolen, my life, and being chased, SINCE THE FUCKING DAY, I WAS SWORN INTO THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT BAR!

I woke up, at about, 4:20 A.M., this morning, and laid there thinking of, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., self-authenticating clothing, paperwork, manuals, hats, letters, and even my rust and teal, double breasted, pleated pant suits, that, showed up, like, in 2010, after I started practicing law again, and Shelley, out of the blue, showed up wearing my teal or turquoise pant suit, that I wore all the time, when I was at the Utah Medical Association, dropping a cool $2,000 at South Towne Mall, ZCMI, after getting the general counsel, position, thinking if I was working with the doctors, I ought to up my wardrobe a bit, and not being the shopping queen, like Rachel and Marcie, in the family, I would do like I used to, each, new school year, at BYU, go over to the Wilkinson Center, Student Union, and go spend $400 on nice shirts and colored jeans, for the school year, and in true, JoAnn anti-shopper fashion, I got these two suits, both, the same brand, both right next to each other, but different colors, purchased a few, shells to wear under them, white pleated and a black shell, got, a few belts to match my pumps, and that was it, dressed for success with the doctors, and I always, buy classic stuff, that are just as much in style, now as they were back in 1998 or 99 when I bought them!  After I stopped practicing law, in 2000, going back in 2009, late in the year, October, I thought of those old suits, and figured they had been given to the Good Will of Utah, or the Mormon Deseret Industries and long gone.  So, shock, was an understatement, when Shelley, came out wearing, one of them, when she had a meeting or something . . . even a ready made wardrobe, or this little impostor, Shelley!

So, for some reason, I thought, while I am hot on these bitches trails and their bastard cops mates, I ought to list a few of the very significant, items that were so, connected, tied, and related to who I was, prior to being taken out of the game, by the game boys and girls, running through that list and even getting, very good proof, just this morning in the mail!  I got, a copy of my marriage certificate, from back, in November of 1974, showing, as requested, by the Billings DMV, where I tried to get a driver's license, after three years of being denied, being told to bring one more form of proof, 5X what anyone else had to bring, because the girls had been using my license for fucking years, 9 the first time, and I got it back, and then, the fuckers arranged, for this person or that DMV to steal, all my I.D., when I first came to Montana, because, Utah wanted to claim me . . . ah, no, my personal, private and real property, comes with me, not stays with Brett and the Utah boyz and girlz . . . Utah blew it with me, lost the best attorney they had seen in YEARS, in not DECADES!  

But, just like the scriptures say, If you set a trap for someone, you will fall in it, yourself!  I was afraid, that certificate of marriage to Richard Clifton Secrist, was long, stolen, since, they were watching me like a hawk in Billings, erased even my Walmart Money card purchases, making it look like I wasn't in Kalispell, Whitefish and Billings at the end of January, first of February, being able to sneak and at least get a letter stating that, I have a Social Security Card, but it is in the mail . . . that one is a now show, but, making me get a copy of my marriage license, pissed me off, but, Sami, the chick, at the place who helped me, had me sit down immediately, when we got back, she had me apply for the certificate, and her organization, ordered, mailed and paid for the $8 license, because I didn't have the money . . . had she not insisted, that I use her computer, her phone, and her check, it would have been intercepted, through, my computer, my phone, because, I am bugged and under surveillance, 24/24/7!  THANKS SAMI!  WE DID IT!

Center, and ended up getting eaten alive by the local boyz, under Sheriff Smith! kicked out of Las Vegas for corruption, ran unopposed for 27 years, in St. George, he was using asset forfeiture money to save some women, who was the spy inside the center, for the cops, with only a high school degree, and she got, 5 directors, fired, by the time I stepped in and got involved.  I lent, my copy of the manual I had written, getting an award from President Clinton I, at a Violence Against Women Act, Luncheon, in Washington, D.C., I believe in 1997, since we wrote the national model, in 1996 . . . I let, Kristine Knowlton attend the ceremony, since only one of us could go, and she was a senior attorney, although, I was the one who wrote the grant for the money, designed the manual, did all the graphics, printing, and the cops, side of the manual, which was about 75% of it, with me bringing Kris on to do the prosecutors side of the manual.  But, I lent my copy to the Washington County Board for the D.O.V.E. Center, lending it to one of the deputy county attorneys, who refused to give the original manual, back to me, after the meeting, and tried to foist, a later edition of the manual, a monster, that Kris Knowlton had put together, taking away, the user friendly side of my idea, and complicated the hell out of this, now, 2 inches think aberration of the nice, succinct, and user friendly manual, I designed, simply, simply, simply . . . I learned that from Henry David Thoreau, and early American writer!  Obviously, either my father, learned that my mother, gave the copy to me, and he wanted, it for alterior motives, like saying that, Shelley, now me for the last 9 years, wrote it, and I believe that Shelley, may have taken credit, as the first replacement for me, back in 2000, this was 2008, or, Washington County Attorneys, had replaced the original, with Kris's shit, and wanted to keep the original manual that I designed, they claimed to have lost it, or could find it, never had it or whatever the fuck, bull shit lies they made up to keep the manual . . . shows the value, everything I did, turned to solid GOLD!  This one is a biggie!
• clothes, seem to be a distinguishing factor, and when the bitches can't find, the exact copy, they steal what I have:
• on a rare shopping binge, sorely needed, I went to Target in Kalispell, Montana, and purchased some really nice, light weight, more dressy, long-sleeved t-shirts, one a royal blue, a white one, and two that had, a pattern, with white, tan and black, very pretty and great, to wear in the summer, light enough to cover my arms and keep them from getting sunburned--very nice material, and I would love to have them NOW, always get classics.  I had purchased a very cute, butt length, bright red jacket, with a leopard scarf, that fit perfect, and was the right price, about the same time, I bought those shirts, decided, at the time, living, down on Oregon street, in Kalispell and pretty settled, the most I have been, before and since and decided to invest in some nicer clothes, and because, I had a crush on one of the bus drivers.  I also bought a nice pair of dressy boots, that looked great, with the coat, black pants, and the scarf.  Now, Shelley, would have, in the fashion of the orange hat, not known where I bought the clothes, or decided, she couldn't find wear to buy similar ones, or wanting to appear to be me, needed this bright red coat, with a leopard scarf, the boots and the very nice shirts, a cut above the normal for me . . . so, I had them, in a new black suitcase, on the Amtrak, and all of the new $400 worth of clothes were stolen, not long after I bought them!  Like I said, these guys get things the old fashioned way, THEY STEAL THEM!
• losing the orange Poverello Dual Haul Fishing Hat, with a cool trout, and fly fishing line, that even guys, envy and want to buy off of me, just pisses the shit out of me, but that is what gives these guys pleasure, the most joy, fuck, buying a hat, that hasn't been written about in my blog, making it famous, as well as it's owner, I am sure, was, bugging the shit out of them, that, I had it and wore it about, once or twice a week!  I thought, they must have forgotten about the hat, since there were no attempts to steal it, as usual, and I was surprised I had it for a year and a half, without incident!  For some reason, there is the huge ass assignment of value, to anything I touch, anything, I write about, and anything I touch, with this lying pack of thieves and wolves! There is method to my madness in only wearing black, a very non-descriptor color, which I like if I have to disappear in a crowd fast, and blend in . . . the orange hat, was always, scary because it stood out so much and was, just a vanity issue, because, I loved the hat, the color blended perfect with my skin, and I just like the color and the picture of the rainbow trout, since I want to learn to fish!  But, I also, knew that it made me stick out in any crowd!
• then of course there are the two professional suits, that I made tons of presentations to doctors throughout the state of Utah, and wore to the legislature, and all the time, with very versitile colors, that looked good with tons of shells and blouses . . . hopefully, Shelley has been wearing them, or wears the orange hat, and someone recognizes the liar, the fake, the theft, and the poser!  The other morning when I realized, that my orange hat was gone, and was thinking about it, I was thinking about where it could be, and this chick walked in the Break Coffee Espresso Cafe', wearing a red shell and a black dress pantsuit, like the one, I always wore to court in Utah . . . that also got stolen, when the cops, stole my million dollar home the day before going to Denver to argue the $357 million Brock securities case . . . the didn't even leave me a fucking tooth brush, is this in Shelley's possession TOO?  Probably, again a very classic style of suit that doesn't go out of style.  But this chick walked in, making me think of that black suit, that disappeared with my computer, law practice, furniture, art collection, plants, and life, all my family photos, my 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Certificate . . . the first legal certificate, I have ever framed, in $200 worth of solid oak, and the certificate is a fun one, as legal certificates go, it has an American Eagle, if I can remember, with a bolt of lightening, and maybe an American flag, wrapped in its talons.  I loved that one, I never framed, my Utah State Bar License, nor My Utah Supreme Court Certificate, nor my Brigham Young University, J.Reuben Clark Law School Certificate . . . Shelley could have those too!  She rifled through a box of my stuff, I had left at Jerry Owen's house in midway, about the time, I got Pick's Disease, and in the bottom of that box, were my certificates, still in their envelopes . . . Mark Nash, my boss at the Utah Prosecution Council, refused to let me put up my certificates from BYU, because, he was a University of Utah Law Graduate, and he hated BYU, school rivals, and there were only 5 of 175 assistant attorney generals who were from or graduated from BYU . . . when the Mormon Church wanted to build a law school, within 50 miles of a very reputable law school like the U of U, there was an agreement struck, that Utah would study and focus on Utah law and the state could have preference over BYU, who focused more on teaching federal law . . . we even had to travel to the University of Utah, for like the last 5 weeks of our studying for the bar exam, taking classes at the U of U!  BYU students, generally went to Las Vegas and California, and University of Utah, had a corner on the market in Salt Lake; therefore, Mark was embarrassed that he hired a BYU student, with all the anamosity and friction between the schools, plus he asked me, after he hired me, if I thought law school was hard, and I said, no, I loved it, and he said, I would never have hired you, if I knew that!  LOL!  My United States Supreme Court license, is somewhere, in southern Utah, I hope, safely with a client, who may or may not know they have it!  They do have a picture of me, the day I got, my U.S. Supreme Court Bar License, and took a picture of me, smiling brightly, still in my gold, Ford Ranger, happy as a little clam, and they were happy for me!

• Walmart Money Cards, still getting fucked on that one . . . these fuckers, got the new card, that Wally's World mails to customers, with me being one, since about 2009, so 7 years, with it going to someone other than the owner, me, with Frank, Shelley's fuck buddy, who was suppose to be Allan Rex Bess, and her, ME; they got Allan, but they have not gotten ME YET! But, each time, I need to get a new card mailed to me, these fuckers, go into action . . . Frank took it off my dresser in Parowan, from the ziplock bag, that I brought home with my belongings, after my Brock case was stolen, and I was JAILED, for 9 days, solitary confinement, no news, so I could see that I won the case, in jail, but, I had my card, lose in that bag, and it disappeared from my bag and the dresser!  And every two years, since then, I have had a battle, as I do every month, making sure they they don't get my pin number, block banks, stop me from getting my money, with Shelley, going to court, way back, in like 2003 or 04, just before I met Brett Stuart, trying to get control of my Social Security money . . . how in the fuck can Shelley claim she is me, when the Pick's Disease is the reason for the SS!  She did try to take me to court to get guardianship of me, lying about me being raped by 8 Burmese guys, who together were not as big as I am!  LOL!  I never showed to court, but, verify, court documents, it should still be there, along with my arrests, for going to the bathroom, with permission, and Shelley, calling the cops, getting me locked in jail for a fucking MONTH!  My whole family said they were leaving me in for the REST OF MY LIFE . . . nice treatment to a sister, who is DYING!  I had money to pay the bail, but Shelley would not get it, my mother and father, said, like I said, they were going to leave me in the REST OF MY FUCKING LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!  I said, Mom, this is going to the bathroom, in a public building . . . but you can see how Shelley, even back then was calling the shots with the cops, they would call her, if I was walking on the streets, or for whatever reason . . . I always wondered why, until I found a folder in her drawer, creating a criminal record and trying to create a mental health record, so she could lock me up and STEAL MY IDENTITY . . . this plot was deep and dark with the cops going right along with it, just like they are NOW!

When someone comes to me with the thought of a law suit, and generally against the cops, I sit them down and give them a reality check on what it takes to file and take this type of lawsuit.  I used to sit them down in my office, and I would, draw a circle, and I would, include, all the aspects of a civil rights case, warning them that if you are not willing to sit on the bull the full 8 seconds, don't get on--these are not feel good cases, they are high risk, and you are going to be made to pay, for everything these fuckers can through at you.  Now, most people, don't realize, that, you have, at least, before, I left Utah, a $350 filing fee, just to get on the books or the right to sue . . . you can claim, indigence, saying you have a good lawsuit, but you don't have the money to pay for the filing fees, which tells, me, you don't have money to pay, me either!  That is why I was willing to take a quasi contingency fee, of a minimal hourly wage, somewhere, reasonable, but, the client would have to help with the research, run errands, and basically do everything non-legal, on the case, basically, being my law clerk, or research assistant, paralegal, on their own case, but they would need to cover all printing costs for copies, and any fees, for printing materials binding, making the specified books or packets, the court needs, including sending copies to the other attorneys on the opposing side.  That was the material investment, but there is the non-material or the tangible as opposed to the intangible, like: (1) time; (2) being at war with cops; (3) the side issues and tangential connections, of judges, city councils, or county commissioners, legislatures, who see, the damages you ask, as taking away from the budget and their cost of living raise for the coming year(s), a very unpopular position; (4) energy, stamina, effort; (5) cost to your family, what will this lawsuit do to them, at church, in school, in the community . . . believe me they go after families too--can they handle it, can you? (6) can you deal with the alleged credibility issues, we tend to allow cops, prosecutors, judges, and elected officials? are you credible, can you handle the heat, so to say of public backlash? (7) will you be able to sustain your life, in a relatively normal form, in spite of all these other factors?

A woman, is much, like this, a complete circle of a whole woman, in every aspect of her life . . . not just her beauty, whether she is thin or fat, old or young, but taking in all factors, making up a woman, just like a man:

• physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, ethics, personality
• training, experience, background, schooling, jobs, titles, licenses, scope of influence--family, city, church, county, state, nation, world; contributions to her career and profession, cases, manuals, legislation, blog, constitutional analysis, teaching, material produced, etc.
• family, children, grandchildren, values, morals, lifestyle . . . true lifestyle, not the one imposed by cops, family, friends, or enemies, who want to steal, credit for kids, looking at before and after, a marked event, like being poisoned or told I was dying of a terminal illness
• 2000 is a marked year . . . go back and look at all these women, their lives, prior to being, put in my shoes, as me, with my credentials, and law license . . . labels, matter!
• I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, a professor of family law at the University of Utah, had my own anger management company, and was writing, Quicknowledge programs for the elderly, dealing with guardianship/conservatorship issues, a carry over from my days, as staff attorney for the Utah Division of Aging
• I had two daughters in the military, two younger sons, both into music
• perfect credit scores, owning a house in St. George, setting up residency, so I could run for Congress; however, being recruited by the Republican Party to run for attorney general
• dating a well know, personal injury attorney, also part owner of Orbit Irrigation, worth, about $40 million, personally . . . Kay lined me up with Greg, so she could be his law partner--her husband, has just left her, after having an affair, with a Molly Mormon Muffin, who ended up being a lesbian with a black lover . . . now, how exactly did she earn being ME?

You see, cops, of all flavors, sizes, mind sets, degrees, women, just because they are women, are not, inter-changeable, they are not, bodies without parts and passions, they are not all created equal, physically, mentally, spiritually, in maternal instincts, or in their contributions to their professions, their communities, or their world.  You don't get to just say, you don't like this woman, therefore, we will, simply, substitute one who is so far, inferior, in every fucking aspect, or she would be operating under HER FUCKING NAME, and work!  But, you and I know, she is NOT, nor are the other, 6 to 10 women, it took to cover this ONE WOMAN!  Good God, you are fucked and stupid, just doing the math!  LOL!  I am trying to be nice, here, for once, and do what the bus driver said, consider the cops, side of the story?  Is there one, is there good reason, to:

• literally, take out of life, practice, position, status, a hot, 46 year old attorney, who is continually kicking the shit out of your lame ass, unconstitutional programs?
• what right, what authority, what, mindset, do you have to possess, to do this kind of shit? who the fuck, do you and your cronies, think you are?
• I would like to know, how you justify, after me fighting back after you FUCKING STOLE, 8 of the most, beautiful productive and contributing years of my life? hitting my stride in my profession, my political future, my financial goals, and my personal sex life . . . how do you justify, getting rid of me? and replacing me with a fucking, palm reader, a seller of cabbage patch doll shoes, an biologist, a whatever the fuck? a criminal who saved her own ass, and my fathers, from securities fraud, turning state's evidence, on her husband, carrying someone else's baby, at the time, and turning in her boss? Shelley was somehow on an even playing field with me? running from the law, from warrants, from her own shit, driving cars off, Newby Ford Dealership, not paying her bills, her son, being arrested for selling drugs on South Davis Junior High School, having stand offs with the cops, COME THE FUCK ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  EARNED BEING ME?
• Susan Schmidt . . . a housewife for what 25 fucking years, nothing wrong, but attorney she is NOT!
• Marcie Nelson . . . a housewife for same amount, not one contribution to anything other than, family, and church, not volunteering for the Susan whatever cancer drive, or anything, same with Sue!
• Rachel a flight attendant, serving, peanuts, coke and coffee, a glorified waitress in the sky, even getting a 7 year furlong after 9/11, she was United Airlines, representative at a Bush fundraiser, back in 2000, her claim to fame?  ME? are you shitting ME?
• Tiffany, don' think she ever graduated from college, she took, EMT school, did she ever take her exams, she was a school recess monitor . . . EARNED BEING ME?

Even after, the fuckers, the FBI, poisoned me, because if I had what they said, I had, Pick's Disease, I would be fucking dead and six fucking feet under!  I didn't use to swear like this, but seriously, this is so fucking pathetic, to think, these Mormon assholes, even entertained this shit, is shocking!  But, entertained and played out, with NOBODY, EVER QUESTIONING THESE BITCHES AT ALL?  Fuck, I have written about the identity theft, as early as 2008, when I started to get back into politics, with fucking, Mark Shurtleff, knowing fucking well who I AM, shit he asked me to run his fucking campaign for him, as long as I was not running, because, the fool, who is under indictment, for corruption, unless he got the good boy scout pass, with the FBI closing the probe on him and John Swallow, his hand picked successor, both dirty as hell, and both in on the shit that happened to me, making the girls, all ME!  I trained that fucker, in his job as an assistant attorney general, in the driver's license division, working with the DMV!  Shit, these guys are no strangers to me, Billy Walker, was over me in the health division, fuck, judges, lied, who had me in their courtrooms for a year and a half!

What have I done since, I came back from the tomb, after being told I would die, never work again, and with no cure:

• I started working with the college, did several free presentations, one on domestic and dating violence, polygamy, rape and sexual assaults, not small problems, on college campuses, ask the University of Montana!  I presented on Survival Grammar to faculty and students . . . I believe the Mo shit junior college, Dixie, had Rachel come in a record over my presentation, she was thinner! and the bull shit, exchange of women, was going on, I think, they said I was retarded, or in a nursing home, or something, they had been playing me for at least, 8 FUCKING YEARS BY THE TIME I CAME BACK INTO MY LIFE!  I had someone attending, fucking Dixie State College, as ME, using my social security, my name and my birthday!  So, they got used to being famous, being me, having my credentials, and they were not about, to let me COME BACK AND BE ME!  Now, how exactly did they earn this? being me?
• I jumped right into to politics, from all sides and started becoming the go to person for constitutional analysis, on everything from, Janet Napolitano, Director of Homeland Security's, 70 page paper, calling, most rural Mormons, who had guns, ammo, and were storing food, as homegrown terrorists, or helping people understand, who they could not cede from the nation, or fighting national legislation on, cops and biologists, checking your backyard gardens, for air born illness connections, etc.
• After President Obama was elected, I worked with Great Decisions, retired female professors and their spouses and friends, and created a plan for Afghanistan, presented, to Utah Congressional Delegation, personally by me, either meeting with staff or the elected officials themselves, and faxing our, original, 7 page plan back to the White House, to David Axelrod, Chief of Staff, later, sending a shorter version, at the request of Congressman, Matheson, son of former Governor, who thought, Congress needed a shortened version, so I did that too, being the mover and shaker behind the plan, that was followed to a great extent, especially, early on, with the troop withdrawal, and things have gone pretty well over in that region, too bad, I didn't do one for Iraq as well.
• I put together a Utah Constitution and Fun Facts, even got the official Utah State Seal on the cover, talking to Mark Thomas, who has his ass planted, exactly where my office in the Capitol Building used to be, on the second floor, right off the rotunda!  I started speaking at various places, around the state
• Henry S. Brock, contacted me, when he heard I was an attorney, and asked me to take, his security case, that I promptly told him, it was a civil rights case . . . Brock had been turned down, for 10 years by both constitutional law and securities attorneys!  To take this case, I had to know: (1) constitutional law; (2) administrative law; (3) criminal law; (4) civil law; and (5) securities law!  How many fucking attorneys, do you know, who have this combination, or at least the foundational background to even dare take a case like this?  Sure as shooting, not a fucking ambulance chaser, personal injury attorney, the easiest law, but, you do make the most money!  Now, how did Kay earn being me? Shelley? Rachel? Sure, any attorney, after I WROTE THE BRIEFS, ARGUED ALL THE POINTS, GOT THE FUCKING FEDERAL JUDGE, WHO TRIED TO GUT THE CASE, DISQUALIFIED, AND WROTE A BRILLIANT 45 PAGE BRIEF, WITH THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT COPYING "MY" ARGUMENTS ON THE 4TH AMENDMENT AND OTHER ISSUES, 15 FUCKING ISSUES, NORMAL IS ONE OR TWO . . . I AM NOT YOUR AVERAGE ATTORNEY! . . . sure, little Kay, could take my brief, and pretend she understood all the issues, as the FBI, ordered the panel of judges, to cancel oral arguments, that had been scheduled for three fucking months, stopping me from arguing, since, my FUCKING UNGRATEFUL, DISLOYAL CLIENTS, took bribes, cut deals, and later, allowed for a steal of the case . . . but, I got what I wanted, the SUPREMES copied me! I didn't need to go further, they used MY CASE AND ARGUMENTS!  They even used my case law, and four pages of supporting cases, to argue my points!  Now, how did Kay Baby, or Shelley, or Rachel, EARN THAT CASE, EXACTLY? or ONE FUCKING DIME OF THAT CASE?
• this case rocked the fucking NATION!!!!! the government, fuck I had attorneys from across this nation calling me for help, financial planners offering to send me on all expense paid vacations, for merely filing my brief, because, other state securities regulators, could read my brief and read themselves right into my lawsuit, scared the shit out of them, I changed the landscape in the God damned nation on not only investigations on doctors, which is exactly the preparation it took, pre-poisoning when I got, 9 attorneys, agents, and investigators in hot water, for violating doctors, offices, records and rights, I had my teeth cut, already and I was ready to SINK MY FANGS, SO DEEP IN THE SEC and STATE REGULATORS, that it cleaned up cases, across the whole fucking nation, without, any more than my brief(s) with people paying a living fortune to get everything I wrote, HOT OF THE U.S. FEDERAL COURT DOCKETS, the second, I FILED . . . JUST LIKE THEY READ MY BLOG, ASSHOLES . . . I AM CONSISTENT! CONSISTENTLY GOOD . . . now, can you compare Kay's measly, little, stupid blog? And how did she EARN BEING, the author of a blog that went viral, the second, I started writing . . . people knew my name, had read other articles, published in over 300 magazines, back after the 2008 elections, on everything from, the women, Democrats Support as Opposed to the Females Republicans support, to the NRA and Sonia Sotomayor, to Hillary Clinton, sailing through, her Senate Confirmation hearings . . . I have fucking been all over the place, before, being poisoned, and after!
• My Cheek et al vs. Garrett et al, Iron County Corruption civil rights suit, rocked the nation of cops too, suing for $56.7 million, with damages so high, on both cases, because, they were using my clients, to make money, bragging about their exploits, cops and regulators, putting shit on the Internet, under the Digital Millennium Act, where someone can get $2500 to $25,000 in damages, for untruths, or false accusations on the Internet . . . that is how, I got, the editor of 22 years, and the journalist, of 18 years fired, for writing, that my client, Thomas G. Vail, was selling FAKE CD's, convicting him in the press before, there was a hearing or anything, in fact, Tom is the one, who offered, to give me a week vacation in Mexico, because, all his criminal charges were dropped the day after I filed the Brock case . . . I have stopped cops in their place, federal and state regulators, saved property from being stolen from asset forfeiture, taking property without due process of law or equal protection, I have fought and fought and fought for this people of this nation, the people of Utah, the people of Montana, and it goes on and on and on!

True Crime Movie--Crimes of Passion: Badge of Betrayal

Ironically, the actor, who plays, the sheriff of a small town, Hamblin, I think is his name, but he actually, looks like Brett, where most of this shit started, back in the early to mid-2000, where the exchange of women, amped up, starting with Shelley, my older sister of one year, and followed by, Kay Burningham, after Brett asked me, whom, if any, women, I considered, a rival or in my same class of women, where I mentioned Kay, and out of the woodwork, Kay appears, some years after having lost contact with her, back before, I was diagnosed with Pick's Disease, after taking out, 9 federal agents, attorneys, and investigators, tangling with the feds, in particularly, the FBI, teaming with, Health Department, attorney, Frank Myler, to tell the feds, how, they were going to conduct, their investigations, on Utah physicians, while I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, a plumb, position, for these fuckers, to take me out of, and lie, to give credit, for my work, along with Frank, creating a manual, that the feds, needed to follow, while, going after alleged, up-coding, in government billing, on Medicaid and Medicare patients.  Due to my protection of Utah docs, over some, 3000+, at the time, my research led to a law suit, taken up by Taj Becker, and her attorney husband, Adolph Becker, that took 10 years, long after, I was taken out of the game for doing my part, which was, to research, the federal registry, or the CFR, looking at the policies and procedures, that the new fraud units had to follow, including, giving doctors, a 24 hour, waiting period, or giving them their due process rights, to have notice, before, having their records, taken by the feds, looking into their billing practices.  Poisoning me, was the start, of this bizarre turn of events, that have NOT stopped, and continue to this very DAY!

First, The Facts, From the Case That, Mirrors Some of the Shit I Went Through!

So, in this movie, true, a single mother, a former, big city cops, is hired by a small town sheriff, who is involved in drug running, illegal firearms, and knows everything about everyone in the town, and controls anything, doing whatever in the hell he wants, from, beating up suspects who were accused of crimes, to fucking his secretary, and sexually harassing the newly hired female deputy sheriff, and being married on top of that, beating his secretary every few years.  So, basically a bad dude, and dirty as hell.  This sheriff, is physically, superior to all his colleagues, and he is handsome, but he is messing with the wrong, female cop, one who is no-nonsense, and right down the line of justice, whether that be, to cut back the foliage, blocking the speed trap, when tourists enter town, to handling rape cases, and expecting, that, due process, equal protection and other, things, like the way, drugs are entered in on the evidence logs, right.  Just like I was as an assistant attorney general, later, leaving and working with the doctors, but carrying on, that, down the line, stick to the law, the policies and procedures that protect citizens' rights.  This 5X re-elected sheriff, gets involved in this female cop's financing of her home, when she rejects his sexual advances, he takes it as a challenge, he has some local thugs, fold up, the deputy and her banker, stealing the banker's car and taking her purse, then, making the pair, crawl on their hands and knees, in the dirt . . . with the deputies purse being turned into him, and him telling the bankers, he better not date her, talk to her, or hang out with her!

One of the first, signs of domestic violence, dating violence, or sexual harassment on the job, is isolation. You can see, the more this cop chick, rejects this sheriff's advances, with him, even telling her, that nobody tells him no, he starts to find fault with her work, and starts, joking with the other male deputies, about this or that. He comes to her home, out in the forest, and while she and her daughter, are out looking at deer, feeding them, rifle shots are fired, right at the mother and daughter, with the sheriff and one of his friends, appearing out of now where, implying a threat, that she is not safe.  Eventually, the female deputy, does what all women, should do, and I should have, other than, they poisoned me, making me believe, I was dying for 8 years, with Pick's Disease, but she contacts, a female pit bull attorney, not unlike myself, willing to take a good cause, with or without being paid by her clients.  But, the secretary is beaten again, by the sheriff and he turns up the heat, on the deputy, to the point that she is ready to quite her job, and get out of town. Eventually, back in the day, when, we didn't have a UNIFIED POLICE FORCE, blending local, state and federal cops in one dirt bag shit hole, back when dirty sheriffs, were actually investigated, by the FBI, not buddies with them, or playing double agents, serving, on local, state and federal cops shops and forces, all dovetailing, their duties, making them all beholden to each other to protect their shit, from, who, since they are all, working in concert, one with another, making it nearly impossible for a citizen to get justice, within the criminal justice system, because the fucking judges are right there, acting as extensions of the cops!

I Shot the Sheriff, But I Didn't Shoot the Deputy Down . . . Sheriff Deserved It! and Then Some!

The cop chick, agrees to be wired, and the FBI, are nearby, when, the sheriff, decides to pay the deputy a visit, and he threatens to rape her, and he even admits to killing, the local, town drunk, who raped his daughter, not because, he raped his daughter, but because, he was dealing drugs, and firearms, with the drunk, and worried, that he might talk, with the heat in town, who was not going along with business as usual! kind of like, what happened with me . . . not going to be business as usual, and I am going after those who try to keep, the boys will be boys, and their bitches who help them, with no exceptions to the rules, no favors, no privilege for a few, and injustice for the masses!  Not going to happen, and some of us, females, don't appreciate the sexual advances, nor do we need men to get our advances, being completely capable of doing our jobs, in a stellar fashion, without any help at all, in fact, showing up the good old boyz, while we are doing it!  The old school, FBI, come to her rescue, and stop her short, of having to kill the sheriff, only wounding him in the shoulder, getting arrested, charged, and convicted, spending the REST OF HIS LIFE IN PRISON!  But, those were the good old days . . . now we just have the good ol' boyz, and they all work together, to benefit cops!

Shelley, had already hooked up with the cops, and was, calling the shots, when Brett got involved, latter, bringing in Kay, and whomever, Rachel, Sue, Tiffany, mom and dad, Southwick, now that Kay was me, even before that, Shelley was wearing, a gold topaz ring, just like the one, that my father, who bought all of his daughters, semi-precious gems, one year for Christmas, but Shelley wanted diamond earrings, instead, but, after I left, Logan, Brett and Shelley, and moved to St. George, Shelley showed up, with a ring, a bit larger, that looked, exactly like my ring, that I had worn, for, fuck, 20 years or so, all the way through law school, and clear, up until, the first or second time I came to Helena, Montana, and pawned it at the blue and white, pawn shop, on Montana Street, for $40 bucks worth of gas, back in the day, where cops were on my ass, 24/7, driving me from ones state to the next, almost, every day and a half.  But, I mentioned, the ring, and that it was pretty . . . Shelley was playing her mafia, bitch, wife, role, and not speaking to me, and Marcie, another sister, spoke up, and I mentioned that was a lot, like my ring, and Marcie, said, Oh, it is your ring, and Shelley is YOU!  That was probably around 2006-08, right at the time, that God's Revolver, hit the big time, and were hard rock band of the year, when, this band of bandits, started stealing, well, after these fuckers, started to pirate, the "BANDIT" black market CD's, and later came up with the fake band, the Alamo, from all I have gathered over the years, coming out of Texas, rather than Utah, where the real band was from!  Now, how in the hell did, we get from this little, mom, with this hot rock star, to Benghazi and Belgium?  It is called, money, elitism, music, money, attorney trophies, MINE, titles, winning cops, sisters, willing to jump in, and fuck over sister attorney, for a cut of the fame, the game, and the name! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so much, so, it became hard to launder!

Remember the movie, ARGO, with Ben Affleck, I believe this rogue, CIA agent, who freed the captives in the Iranian hostage situation, became an overnight success, and an honored, member of the CIA, for his antics, of pretending that the hostages were a film crew, getting them safely out of the country.  It is, I believe, at this point, that CIA, who was, becoming more and more, Mormonized, decided, that this play acting, was a good deal, and they, including the FBI, started, even using actors, and actresses, in trial, rather than, having the scared, probably less, good looking, real, witnesses, to cases, were substituted with fakes, who could, be emotionally, disassociated from the case and the facts, and they could be, better under pressure, because it was all just an act to them, and not, some form of justice, they were really even involved in; therefore, this new mantra, of using actors, started to take root, both in and out of the courtroom, and started, to infiltrate every aspect, of really, illegal, criminal enterprises, going into real people's lives, and substituting them with the best actors, or actresses, not to further, justice, but to interfere with justice, with due diligence, and just rewards, of the real players, and they decided to bring in all the kids, the cops, the females the cops were banging, and give all the hot roles, rock stars, notorious if not famous attorney, rock star gorgeous military daughters, hip hop and rap, computer rock star, multi-million dollar cases, water compacts, blogger worth billions, popular constitutional work on medical marijuana, wild horse and burros, and the list is never exhausted, and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, power, and influence, from the president, to the local ranchers, and legislators!

Fact is stranger than fiction!  I wrote, an email, with, a detailed account, of both the article in GQ, that was right on with what, Susan Rice, read, at the Obama Administration's approval, because, it is exactly what the investigative journalist said, talking to the men, who now, claim, other shit, 4 years later, and changed, the whole talking points--but: (1) Stephens was warned, to stay out of the crowds; (2) CIA reported that this was a rag tag, group of unorganized thugs, raiding the embassy, because of the video making fun of Ciaro, and seemed to be connected to the demonstrations there; (3) when the attack started, as is the policy, Smith, accompanied, Stephenson, down to the cement bunker, for protection, which is exactly what, the policy is; (4) in 22 fucking hearings, no one was told to stand down! (5) Congress had just cut, $300 million from embassy budgets, for new assets and training, in hot spots; (6) in the article, the CIA and SEALs who were standing guard on the embassy, and watching things, went down to check on Ambassador Stephens, and neither, he, nor Smith, were where they had left them! (7) After the fighting was over, these same men, went down to the bunker and found, what they thought were Smith and Stephenson's bodies, but they were burned beyond recognition! so how in the fuck, given the fact that they left, do we know, that, it was in fact, the two men's bodies, that it was claimed, died; (8) It came out on later, hearings, and newspaper articles, that there were in fact, two raids, on that was unorganized, like was reported, originally, and then a second, attack that was, much more organized, in fact, highly, militarized, and organized? (9) Who carried out the second attack? are the alleged dead men even dead? CIA and FBI, have been known to stage deaths all the time, as they did, with Frank, aka, Allan Rex Bess . . . to this day, there is NO DEATH CERTIFICATE, I am aware of, because, little Frank, of Interpol, is not DEAD and he is probably collecting on Allan's VA benefits, as an actor! (10) During the last debate, Mitt Romney just sat there with a sick, look on his face, and he, agreed with everything President Obama said, and finally, Obama, joked, then, why do we need you and a change? if you agree with everything I am doing?  My read, having the whole Obama Administration, pop up on my email, seconds after I started a new one, just 6 days before the 2012, elections, is that, this made sense to President Obama, who would have known the insider scoop and smart enough to connect the fucking dots, when Mitt was screaming, the morning, following the attacks, before the President was even briefed, acting like he knew what was going on, who was involved, and with Chavetz and Smith, both Mormons, claiming that, Smith, asked for more assets in Libya, and I think it came out, that he was never even over there, and Chavetz shooting his shit mouth off as usual, being an insider in Washington, too!  I think, President Obama, agreed to shut his mouth, on who was responsible, for the mess, in exchange for Mitt shutting the fuck up too, and Mitt didn't even campaign, that last month!  Ask the Trumpster!
