NO GREATER LOVE, HAS A MAN, THAN TO LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIEND! A COP CAR, JUST DROVE PAST THE LIBRARY, RIGHT AT THE TIME I SAID THAT . . . AND WE, ESPECIALLY, I, HAVE TO REMEMBER, THAT COPS PUT THEIR LINE, AS DO FIREFIGHTERS, EVERY DAY FOR THE CITIZENS OF THEIR TOWNS, CITIES, COUNTIES, STATE, NATION AND OVERSEAS, AS DOES OUR MILITARY! SHEDDING SOME NEW LIGHT ON SOME, GODLY, PROFESSIONS. YESTERDAY, AS IS NORMALLY THE CASE, I WATCH THE YOUTUBE GOD'S RECOMMENDATIONS, THAT ARE PRIMED BY MY KEYWORDS, IN MY BLOGS . . . THERE WERE TWO INTERESTING MOVIES, THAT I WATCHED, WHILE ENJOYING THE PEACE, CLASS, QUIET, DIGNITY OF THE BILLINGS CLINIC, WITH THE SLOGAN, "THE ART OF HEALING": (1) HARD TO KILL, WITH STEVEN SEAGAL; AND (2) WILNO MURDERS: WHY DIDN'T WE KNOW--FIFTH ESTATE, TRUE CRIME SERIES OR NEWS OUT OF CANADA . . . RIGHT AFTER, THE NEW PRIME MINISTER TRUDEAU, WAS ELECTED, OR SOMETIME IN 2015, LATE IN THE YEAR, ONE MAN MURDERED, THREE WOMEN, IN THE SAME DAY, IN THE WORST, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE KILLINGS IN CANADIAN HISTORY . . . TWO OF THE WOMEN, THE MAN HAD LIVED WITH, BUT WAS NOT MARRIED TO, AND ONE, HE WAS WORKING FOR, AND SHE REJECTED HIS SEXUAL ADVANCES. THIS INCIDENT, MADE THE MINISTER OF HEALTH, I BELIEVE IT WAS, DECLARE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE A PANDEMIC IN CANADA, WITH 1 IN 3 WOMEN, BEING BEATEN BY THEIR PARTNER OR EX-PARTNER, BOYFRIEND, HUSBAND, ETC., AND A WOMEN MURDERED, EVERY 5 MINUTES . . . THEY DIDN'T ELABORATE, ON IF THAT WAS CANADIAN STATISTICS, OR IF IT WAS WORLD STATISTICS, BUT THAT SURE AS HELL IS NOT LOVING YOUR NEIGHBOR AS CHRIST LOVED THEM, NOR AS OTHER SCRIPTURES STATE, A MAN WHO HATES HIS WIFE, HATES HIMSELF, AND HE IS TO LOVE HER, LIKE CHRIST LOVED THE CHURCH, AND IN RETURN, SHE IS TO "RESPECT" HIM! AND IN THE BEGINNING, WAS THE WORD!

Okay, so yesterday, I included the references, to the Royal Rule, to me, the Royal Rule of Law, for the Bible and its verses, are statutory in nature, and the basis for the American, Judeo-Christian base for the United States Constitution.  And, just like, you would with, statutory interpretation, in con-law, or constitutional law, you, (1) look at the plain language of the statute or law, and if it is plain, or the understanding is clear, from the plain words, in the verse, then that is as far, as you need to go, to figure out what, God in this sense, not the founding fathers meant . . . and I find, he is brutally clear, on most things, leaving his children, little, by way of interpretation, and we get into trouble, if we wander too far, from the plain and precious words, in the rule or the law of God; (2) if it is fuzzy, you can go on to look at the intent, of God, what is consistent with his other doctrine and admonitions, look for consistency, and integrity, and don't try to come up with some bizarre interpretation, or make God in man's image, because, you will only get yourself in trouble that way . . . God's ways are NOT, man's way, and man is an enemy of God; therefore, we all may have to take a few lickin's and beatings, and we most likely deserve it, because, God chastens or corrects those he loves, just look at is all as tough love! and (3) you can go on, further, to the historical prospective, to give you some insights, as in the fact that, the Jews were looking for a political leader, in Jesus, this promised Savior, who would deliver them from Roman rule, and laws; however, that is not what Jesus's mission was, it was spiritual salvation, from the chains, and shackles of death, and sin, that he came to set man free from.

In the study of law, we had this little acronym, and I can remember the last, or the "T" in the simple way to look at the law, but it was, F.A.C.T., first you have the facts, of the case, or your situation, or what is going on in your life . . . then you apply those particular, set of facts, to the law, either of the land, or of God, and then, you move onto the conclusion, giving you some indication, of what you should do in that situation.  Let's say, you hate your co-worker, they bug the shit out of you, those are the cruel hard facts, and let's say, that you know, or I am going to quote you the Royal Rule, not the Golden Rule, to be distinguished, as different, and you are to love, one another as, Jesus has loved you.  In conclusion, what do you do, in this work, situation . . . would that, suggest, to leave them out of your lunch invite? gossiping about them at the water fountain or in the bathrooms, sabotaging their desk or chair, trashing them to their boss?  NO!  You are to love them, and I have found, some of the people, I didn't think I liked, I actually, really liked them, when I took the time to get to know them.  In that dream I had, on me just hangin' and chillin' with the cops, while they were washing their squad vehicles, I awoke from my dream, with the thought, that you would like them, if you knew them, and they would like you, if they knew you!  And, most likely we would, and we would all have war stories to tell, that, this select group of public servants, could all relate to . . . like trashing judges!  LOL!  But, I have to include them in the category of the co-worker!  I can't invite them to lunch, but, I could refrain, from judge bashing and respect, their position, even when I don't agree with them, nor their conclusions.

With that introduction, here is the actual scripture, the statutes of God, on the Royal Law . . . and hopefully, you are not singing that song, "We will never be royal . . . " because, this suggests differently, royal is, as royal does, we are all joint heirs to the Kingdom of God:

James 2:8

If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scriptures, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," you do well;

I guess, I should read the word, again, before going off, half cocked, changing it to my interpretation!  LOL! I thought, I don't need to look up the reference first, because, I got this one, but, so, given the same facts, and much like the Golden Rule, but a bit different, Love your neighbor as yourself.  The Golden Rule is to do unto others as you would have done to you.  I think I am right.  This one is based on love, and the other one, on doing, which can entail, love.  So, we have to assume, that we all love ourselves, therefore, in doing so, we will not take any actions, that would injure, or hurt, another person, just like we would not injure ourselves, causing them no harm, and if you don't love yourself, work on it!  YOU SHOULD!  This next, set of scriptures, takes the 10 Commandments, and makes them easy, if you love people, you either will or will not do these things to them!

Romans 13:8-10

8.  Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

9.  For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal" "You shall not bear false witness," "You shall not covet," and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

10.  Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

I love this Gideon Bible, because, of the great list of scriptures and headings, broken down, into general subject matters, so rather than me, searching and trying to find the scriptures, I would highlight, or try to teach to you, and myself, there is this ready and handing list at the front of the Bible, so cool, and very handy dandy . . . thanks, Gideons!

This is Pretty Self-Explanatory, That If We Love People . . . We Will Not Commit Adultery, Murder, Steal, Bear False Witness, Covet, Etc.

We all know, the two great commandments, are: (1) to love the Lord our God; and (2) to love others as we love ourselves . . . and all other commandments, hang on these two!  The other day, in my blog, I made reference to Bill Maher, the political satirist and comedian, so, of course the YouTube, gods, pulled up, more of Maher's stuff on religion, and his comments, and he is really taking this doctrine to the floor of our religious beliefs and slamming people, who don't love others, by way of targeting them for political reasons, or for performing abortions, or for doing this or that, for even not voting, the pure, Republican, or Tea Party way, and some are just as guilty on the left or in the Democratic Party . . . he jokingly, or really, seriously, states, that Jesus, kind of really did this hippie thing, of loving people, of turning the other cheek, of refraining from doing evil, to those who do evil to us . . . and he really did, free love, is to be distinguished, from free sex, because, he had very strong feelings on that, but you CAN'T give too much love!  Again, in the psychology of God, this stuff makes sense, but it is so foreign to the philosophies of man, and in our churches, families, political parties, we need to refrain, from, taking scriptures out of context, and turning them completely contrary to the teachings of the man, who first gave this revolutionary knew set of rules and thoughts, basically unheard of to man, before, what, if a man, wants my coat, give him, my cloak too?  What the fuck is up with that, if he wants me to walk or carry his stuff, carry it two miles?  WHAT?

There are also scriptures in the Book of Romans, that state, those with the law, will be judged by the law, but those without the law, will not be judged by the law, but there are many, who have not the law, and they are better than those of you with the law!  A loving attitude is a fairly simple, attitude to cultivate, there are not exceptions, to this rule, it is like carpet bombing your life with love, for everyone!  And like everything else, the more you practice living this way, the more and more natural, loving others becomes, and magically, like many of Christ's principles, you start loving yourself more and being less critical, and hard on your own shortcomings!  Anyway, this is not hard stuff, but the impact of it is immense and will change your life, and make you a more god-like man or woman, teen or child!

I brag on other people, so I can brag on myself for a minute, before I head over to the HUB for a free meal, no one should go hungry in MONTANA!  But, in the fifth estate, Canadian new show, on Wilno Murders, there is a part, where a long haired, yeah, hippie looking dude, working with men who have anger issues, and while he is sitting in his group session, if you look behind him, there is a circular graphic, that I designed, way back in 1996, for the domestic violence and sexual assault manual, I wrote as an assistant attorney general, in Utah, getting an award, from President Clinton, under the Violence Against Women Act, and that was an original, piece of work by me, a former, graphic artist, for the state of Utah, back before I was married, giving me the graphic skills, teaming with the legal and insights into domestic violence, being one of the leaders in the state, but that same graphic, that, as a recipient of the grant, that funded the manual, you release all claim to your work, which I did, and anyone can use it, and no sources, or credit is given, but, that same graphic, is also used by the Department of Justice, in their manual, or it was, used, in their training, on human body trafficking, comparing an abuser, and they come in both sexes, but, Johns and pimps, in the sex and labor slave business, worldwide, tend to demonstrate, very similar tactics and behaviors, as that of an abusive spouse, that is what the graphic was depicting.  I was thrilled to see, our Canadian neighbors, up in Ottowa, Canada, using my work, and on a subject that I fought long and hard, to try to stop!

The interesting thing is, in all the work, that domestic violence workers, communities, churches, hospitals, cops, courts, prosecutors, and such, I have not seen a ton of changes, but, as, in the case of the cops, and me, perhaps, the words of God, to be loved and feared, we make more of an impact, that all the programs, slogans, and such, that, I can say, have had some impact, but not enough.  Another symbolic, name, and I should, love, but, one of the main people on the episode, had the name, Barbra, and she looked like my sister, Shelley, who after I was poisoned, was allowed to take credit, not only for my work, but also, got to pretend to be me, with the Utah State Bar Association . . . Bar giving the Tits and Ass, or Bra, access, use, and privilege to my name, my law license, and my work, as an assistant attorney general, all the way to the Untied States Supreme Court, along with the money . . . some of this shit, is really tough, and hard to let go of, to forgive and to love . . . I guess you pray for their change, if she loved me, she would never, as a sister, felt good about taking over being ME!  I am a work in progress, she is not a graphic artist, nor creative, nor an attorney, nor, ever worked on domestic violence, until she became me . . . she was, however, a VICTIM!  Sorry, I want to skin her and others alive, pour acid, on them, and turn, poisonous ants, on top of honey, over their bodies . . . so, I doubt, that any of you, have harder things to forgive of, other than murder, and big time crimes, which, I have been the victim of!  I WILL OVERCOME!

We are all works in progress . . . God has started a work in us, and he will finish his work on us!  I am changing, but, in devotional, this morning at the Rescue Mission . . . I am very raw, STILL!

PRACTICE LOVING ONE ANOTHER!

P.S., that movie with Steven Seagal, in it, Hard to Kill, is perfect, and if you can take, Mason Storm's, character, as a cop, with a city prosecutor, having aspirations of being a senator, catching the attorney, working with the mob, to kill, the current senator, on tape, then, having the cops, in your own department, taping, eavesdropping and wiretapping your conversation, with, the only guy in the cop shop, you trust, learning of the plot to kill the senator, and then having all the cops, turn on you, framing you for some scandal, killing your wife, and taking you out of commission for 7 years, with only one person you can trust, and then having your own, guys, go after you again, you will start to get a handle on what happened to me!  I love Seagal's movies, and they get kicked up a lot, as I write my blog, because he is dealing with situtations that are very close to some of the ones I have been involved in, and without even one other person, there to support me.  But his boss, O'Malley, when he hears Storm is dead, and one of the dirty cops, denegrades him, grabs him, and shoves him up against the wall, and says, he is the most honest cop, he had ever known!  

I would hope, that, once all the bull shit is cleared up on me, being framed, also at the bottom and understanding of similar political plots, and scandals, that, someone, will defend me, and either say or admit, many of these guys, knew me, worked with me, saw me in court, were bosses or co-workers at the Utah Attorney Generals Office . . . for what does it profit a man, if he wins the world, and loses his own soul?  I love the scriptures, they have been my comfort, my rod and my shield, putting on the full armor of God, trust in no man, or arm of flesh, but only in God . . . and that has been, the only one on my side!

Oh, I got lost, and forgot to finish my dream, I am easily distracted, and taken off course . . . so, in the first part of my dream last night, I was at the airport, and got my money stolen, about a few hundred dollars, and I was looking everywhere for it, running back to the bathroom, talking to security, looking back to retrace my steps, and basically, being damned glad that I am at a homeless shelter, because, now I don't have any money!  But, as I woke up, I was given the impression, that this is not talking about your piddly, little Social Security check, we are talking the big cash payouts, that you should have gotten as the attorney, on over $700 million, worth of cases, your blog, worth, fucking billions, not to mention, the other cases you would have picked up, for the big ass case wins . . . hell, I had attorneys from all over the country, and financial planners, signing up and paying to read my briefs, the second, I e-filed them!  My case, against the cops, sheriffs, police, narcotics cops, county attorney, judges, Division of Child and Family Services, put the fear of God and me, in the hearts of cops, all over the nation . . . you can be sued, you can be held to that constitutional oath of office you took as a rookie, years ago, and people can kick you back, and it is not fun!

That, leads me to the shocking part of this dream or the second installment, and in this dream, or the next sequence, because, often God will do that, you have one dream, that gives you one idea, and then, in a totally unrelated, or connected dream, you get a second, or continuation on the thought of the original dream, as seemed to be the case here.  Now, I have had this 20 year cold war with cops, since, I killed their legislation, back in 1997, at the Utah Legislature, that lead to 27 of the 50 states, seeing to reform, asset forfeiture laws, which was a big time incentive for cops, to go after drugs, but it violated, many of the, to me, sacred, principles and concepts, this country was founded on.  So, I think the cops thought, I was a closet drug user, and they really thought that when I switched sides, and started doing criminal defense work, on top of, my big ass, civil rights cases . . . they assumed that I did it for my own convenience, rather than, because, I took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, the same thing they took an oath to do!  So, over this 20 years, and more so, in the last, 4, since becoming a member of the United States Supreme Court bar or being able to practice law at that level, from January 23, 2012, the efforts to destroy me, have been amped up to the point, I wonder if I was framed for killing a cop?  But, I beat the hell out of the cops with my blog, and they continued to beat the shit out of me . . . that is why this new approach, through the scriptures and this dream is so shocking, as evidence by the dream I had.

Bring It To Billings!  Okay!  Walking Out of the HUB, Talking to a Guy Who Got Hit By a Car, Crossing a Street, and Helping Him With His Insurance Claim . . . After Ditching Him, I Noticed That Just the Other Side of the Guardrail, There was a Blue City Police Car, and As I Headed to the Library, A White City Cop Car, Almost Ran ME Over . . . And I Thought, Different Towns, Same Old Shit!

The staff at the mission, are doing their job, and pushing me to get a job . . . well, I didn't come to Billings to get a job, or even settle here, I saw an article in the Missoulian, the newspaper from Missoula, names that fit, that covered the economic picture of the state of Montana, at about the same time Governor Bullock, does his, State of the State speech, and President Obama, was making his, last, State of the Union address, and I thought, you know, I have been to every major city in Montana, except, Billings, and I really need to get over there, sometime in this next year . . . I never dreamed that as a condition of my rent in, White Fish, Montana, sex was all part of the deal!  They didn't give me my money out, and it was not worth fighting them for it, and with my limited funds, that was impractical anyway, and I needed a shelter or mission, I had been in every one, from Durango, Colorado, to Spokane, Washington, except, Billings; therefore, I decided, while I was waiting, for it to warm up (Billings weather is amazing right now, took the right turn in the road!), always, wanting to be in Butte, for St. Patrick's Day, I decided, that perhaps, now would be a good time, to venture over to Billings and see, exactly why it is the largest city in Montana!  A funny side note, since being here, I have been looking for the two restaurants I ate at, last March, when I was suppose to go meet James Kennedy in Durango, his suggestion, but I got poisoned in Butte, so I took a detour to Kalispell, so I could die, and someone might know me, since, the government boyz are stopping me from getting any I.D., after having someone steal it, a few years ago!, so I missed Kennedy, by two weeks! His loss!  LOL!

GYPSY WIND . . . GOING WHEREVER THE WIND BLOWS ME . . . ALL THINGS GOOD, ARE WILD AND FREE!

When I come to a new city, in ANY state, the alarm bells go off, and the cops, get their undies in a wad, and they want to know, where, what, and who, in my comings and goings in their town.  Not necessarily, because they are doing anything wrong, but, they may have missed a thing or two, or given the onslaught of civil rights cases, since, mine, probably with a shit load of attorneys, actually using my format as guide, the cops are just freaked out, anywhere I go!  That is understandable, as I have ranted and railed on them, for doing everything from, Ferguson, and the militarization of cops, to shooting black, unarmed males, or citizens, forgot the chick in Texas, the cop, forced out of her car, ended up, allegedly hanging herself in the jail cell, she never should have been taken too . . . you get my jest, that I am all over this stuff and constantly, riding cops, and they are constantly, paying me back, for critiquing their actions, in this blue brotherhood or fraternal order of the police, slamming them for being eunics, a biblical term, for, having their dicks' cut off, and being marshaled into, being one big happy cops family, going from the feds to the locals!  Basically we have been bitter enemies, or perceived enemies, me, beating them up with my weapons, and them, using what is at there disposal, squad cars, guns and badges!  But, I carry the big stick, the blog, read the world over, with over a billion readers a day, while I call them, anything from keystone cops, to Boss Hogs, and me, Daisy Duke!  I don't think they have much of a sense of humor, but I don't when they go after me either! 

A Library Security Guard . . . A Different One, Than I Have Seen All Last Week, Is Sitting Right By Me . . . Dream Must Be Future Tense!  LOL!

When I walked in the library, I noticed this older gentleman, different than the two, security guards, I saw all week, at this very amazingly, state of the arts, new library, so cool, so high tech, and yesterday, while I was trying to figure out how to Skype, the library IT or office administrator, over all the computers, just happened to be walking by, after I had set up my account, and I asked her if she knew how to use Skype . . . my very tech savvy kids get bugged that their mother doesn't know more about computers, and is a technological retard, when it comes to anything like this, being change adverse, having to learn the computer, while in law school, and later, after missing 10 years of technology, that changes every 3 days, having to file a $357 million, securities case, as the same time, I am learning 281, last I checked, pages of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, while learning to electronically file, in the U.S. federal district court!  No easy feat, and I would like to see my kids do all that!  LOL!  But, this wonderful, employee of the library, sat down and took, about an hour, not only going through, all the apps, which I don't even know what they are, but, after all her work, found out that my acer, Google chromenotebook, was not compatible with Skype, owned and operated by Microsoft, she set me up, and showed me how to use, Hangouts, and even got into the blood and guts of my notebook, and put my gear in sync, so that, if I were smart enough to use a Smartphone, or an Ipad, or any of the normal, stuff that people, now days use, to need to put something in sync, she would do that also!  So nice, so helpful, and today, I am going to try to see my baby grand-daughter, on Hangouts!

Anyway, the security guard, could tell, that I was not budging from my work, doing this blog, a world to save, and he finally got up and left, but he struck me as a retired, cop! maybe they all are!  LOL!  He's gone now, and I am no one to mess with either, a seasoned attorney, with a background, to scare, about any cops, prosecutor or judge and with a reputation, that proceeds me, and that starts from 20 years ago, and I am way more deadly, NOW!  So, their fear is rightly taken, but, so is mine, falsely arrest and incarcerated twice and chased through all 5 western states, well more than that, but, from the second, I got sworn in, the cops in Washington, D.C. were on my ass too, feds and all! on my phones, on my computers, and it has been war ever since, that fateful day, or great day, back in 2012!  So, this is the background, to show you th magnitude and grandeur of this dream, and a very simple dream at that . . . a picture is worth a thousand words!  So, what 800 plus blogs, trying to guilt cops, trash them, conjole them, threaten them, through sticks and stones at them, and nothing has worked . . . until, I switched, not necessarily tactics, but, moved from politics to the scriptures, did this miracle happen!

Simple Dream . . . Me and Several Cops, Hanging Out . . . One Was Washing His Cop Truck, and His Red, White and Blue, Cop Signal or Flasher Lights, Were Removable or Velcro, He Was Taking Them Off to Clean, and Then Reattaching Them

At first, I thought, that is fucking weird, me hanging out with cops, and it was very, fun, we were all enjoying the great weather, and having a great time, just chilling with each other, and watching the one cops clean his truck.  As I pondered over the meaning, at first just thinking, it had to do with, the first dream, of me, getting all my money stolen, I thought, maybe, they are helping me, but that didn't seem to be the case, due to the activity of washing the cop truck, so, maybe the symbolic, notion of washing their squad or cops vehicles . . . that through all the bull shit, all the battles, all the screaming, all their chasing, intimidating, and whatever, leaving both sides, battered and battle weary, it was the scriptures, LOVE, understanding, vision, taking a better approach, that made the difference, a cleansing in each other's eyes, or just Jesus . . . we are projects, a work of art, and God is in the process of purifying us, to be used as his tools, for his GLORY, not our own!  And perhaps, just writing about the 10 Commandments, made a difference, seeing that I am not after them, never have been, and my purpose in coming to Montana, was to get a fresh start, not have the same losers, follow me to this new and beautiful state, bringing the same shit, and maybe they realized that I was telling the truth, that I am hear, to check out your city and expose the surroundings, local haunts, fun vacation spots, and love and brag on Montana, who has really, clothed, feed, sheltered me, for the last four years, and God has continued this very tough customer's, change of heart, giving her the heart of love, rather than brutality, revenge, ranting and raving about the injustice, and letting God work his vengeance, where he sees it is deserved, and not taking it out on the whole nation of cops.

Even yesterday, I thought, man, the Constitution, is a big stick, but the Gospel is even bigger to beat the shit out of my enemies . . . and then the thought came to mind, love those who dispitefully use and persecute you, don't return evil for evil, turn the other cheek; although, I was thinking, I have longed passed the forgiving of 70 X 70, seeing this whole war started, back in 1997, almost 20 years ago, times, 365 days a year, and sometimes, 1 to 4 assaults or sting ops, by the cops, in one day . . . come on, Lord, who fucking much do you want me to take, get real!  Even my roommates, reading my blog, are like, how are you keeping sane?  I guess I would say, my faith in GOD, and that is it, believing that I am doing a good work, a worthy work, and making a difference, which was my goal, even from my first resume, listing under personal interests, saving the world!  And I truly believe, that the living BIBLE, the word of God, through, Jesus and his Disciples, can, CHANGE THE WORLD!

Separation of Church and State

I read a great quote, or statement by a religious civil rights attorney, and I tend to agree, whole heartily with him, in this statement, and this is reference to the founding fathers: . . . what they intended to do, was to set up a system so that we could bring religion into our public lives and into our private lives, without telling others what to do! (Appendix A, "And Nothing But The Truth").  By way of a disclaimer, or full and fair disclosure, at times, I will wear my attorney hat, and at other times, I will wear the hat of a scriptorian, or lover of the word; however, one hat requires, on set of rules or laws, and the other, another, the Constitution, was set forth as a secular document, where, the founding fathers, set their particular religious orientations, aside, knowing that all Christian churches, believed, in these five things, as a common ground: (1) they believe in a living God; (2) they believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior; (3) they all believe that he died for our sins; (4) and believe that he was resurrected from the dead, on the third day; and finally, (5) they all believe in the atonement or being a one with Christ.  The Constitution is based on Judeo-Christian principles, as you see, most prevalently displayed in the Preamble of the Constitution, and that is also the goal, in the idealistic quest for Utopia, or the ideal world, or the Heavenly world, I spoke of yesterday.  Because of these common denominators of beliefs, with those basic understandings, the state shall, not establish a religion, nor interfere with the practice thereof.

Back 20 years ago, in the Los Angeles, area alone, there were 150 or so, different nationalities, races, creeds and religions, so in this United States, the melting pot, and, in order for all of us to get along, having different backgrounds, different believes, and competing interests, whether coming from our religious life, or our business and political lives, we have to have a common set of agreed upon rules or laws, and the mac daddy of all laws, or the Supreme Law of the Land, is the United States Constitution, the agreed upon, rules of engagement, between the governed and the governors, or our elected leaders and officials at all levels of government.  This is the basis and foundation for peace, good relations, common welfare, tranquility, justice and prosperity.  But, does that mean, that, the 10 Commandments have no room in today's society, just because we can't display them at city hall?  Hell, no . . . God wrote the 10 Commandments with his finger on the tablets of stone, and Moses presented them to the Children of Israel, and later, Jesus, who came to not only fulfill the law, but to do away with the law, and that was, like 610 law, under the Law of Moses, said, to take those same, principles and understandings, rules of common decency, societal norms, relationship models, and carve them in the fleshy tablets of your heart!

I am going to take one of the most controversial, hot topics, and has been for 40 some odd years, that of abortion, because, in some minds, this goes to the heart of their religious beliefs, having to do with the 10 Commandments: Thou shalt not kill.  These are general rules, common understandings, but, do we, ever, kill, or are we involved, in issues related to killing, as in war?  Are there gradations of the wrongs, perpetrated, by the act of taking, someone's life?  I find it highly ironic, that, and I am not taking sides, I have been on both sides of the abortion issue, having worked for Americans United for Life, in Chicago, Illinois, and fought, all summer, to stop, abortions, through doing research, for amicus briefs, or friend of the court briefs, for the nations leader, in public interest, law and education, and the clearing house for life issues, with all attorneys on board, being very pro-life, and religious.  But, in my mind, as I ponder, this issue and the 10 Commandments, with a blanket command to not kill, I have to ask myself, in this very diverse country and world of ours, where some countries have literally, used abortion as birth control and limit families to one child, are they going to be held to this same standard, and are those who get America, into wars, just or unjust, excused from this commandment, not to kill, and often the very same ones screaming to kill ISIS, being the same ones to volunteer to protest at an abortion clinic?  Complicated issues . . . and something to ponder.

We have a United States Supreme Court, with 9 justices--with 40 law clerks each, is what I understand, 6 of which are Catholic, with strong feelings about abortion, killing, and the taking of innocent lives, that are given the lofty and almost sacred, responsibility, to carry the fire of justice, and at times, quell, vitriol issues, that go the heart of peoples secular and religious beliefs, often caught, between interpreting the law, and making new law, through the interpretation, but that is our system, where, a pro-life person, never, has to have an abortion, seeing it as killing a person; however, the High Court, dealing with a multiplicity of beliefs, relied on scientific evidence, to rule, that, the mother has a choice, to either terminate her pregnancy, as a right to privacy and due process, in the first trimester, with competing demands, it is only the woman, and possibly her physician, who can, determine, her preference, seeing things, differently, or given the circumstances the support network, or lack thereof, whether the baby's father is involved, and many times they are not, given the age of the woman, and only she and God, or just her alone can tell.  Many have a graded, or gradation of what they see as a human being.  I have heard, from pro-lifers, that every egg and sperm that joins is a baby, and to abort it, is to kill a human being . . . which, just is not true, or taken to the extreme, should women, save all their eggs that are sloughed off, during menstruation? or when a man ejaculates, because, that could result in a human being?

The U.S. Supreme Court, decided, that viability is the determining factor, that when the baby can be sustained or can live, outside the woman's womb, they are then a person, in and of their own right, and that is when the state legislatures have an interest in the unborn child.  Now that may not be your personal view, but it is of the Court, and can you not, allow, in this multi-faceted and complicated world, let this woman, personally decide, what she wants to do?  How does that change you belief system, is she exercises her right?  NSA is bringing on the DITZ! turned spell check off!  So immature!  LOSERS!  

Reasonable people, in a complex world, with many views, opinions, and rights, can, co-exits, side by side, while, differing on opinions, wildly, but respectfully.  My family, would kill me, and mother, a grandmother, a contributor, a living, breathing person of note, letter, education, experience, that can benefit the whole world, and KILL ME, while punishing me for an abortion, which was my right to do, whether they agree or not, you see they want to take responsibility and credit for this writing, but they will scan it and doctor is, but not one of them have the sophistication to write it, but, they can take a finish product, and in their minds, correct the spelling and claim they had the brains to write it, when in reality, it is again, a gradation, of good, better, best and they are doing, what they think is the right thing, for the WRONG reason, $$$$$$, power, access, persuasion, and appearing smarter than they are!  That leads me right into the 10 Commandments, to another, commandment, that is a bit less complicated, Thou shalt not bear false witness . . . claiming you wrote this blog, is bearing false witness, even is you change it . . . get your own brain!

Write These in the Fleshy Tablets of Your Heart

For those of you who just want to know where to find the 10 commandments, Exodus 20: 1-17 . . . And God spoke all these words saying: I am your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage, or out of the grave, the prison of your sin . . .

• You shall have no other gods before me.
• Money, gold, oil, drugs, false gods, as in Paul's case, he went to Mars Hills in Rome, and looked at all the Greek and Roman gods, Zeus, Poisiden, Aphrodite, etc., and he said, I speak of the Unknown God, or a father in heaven
• You shall not make yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them, for I the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting in the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.
• any parent, feels this way about their children . . . I did this and that for you, and they did not, and therefore, there is an expectation of loyalty, and jealous, if a child strays or hates their parent, who has done so much for them, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love me and keep my commandments.
• I watch a lot of true crime shows, and I don't know how many of them, show a devoted parent, who loves their child, while not perfect, has done the best they could, given the challenges of their own lives, and whatever the child is going through, and there is nothing more horrible, that say, a child hooking up with a lover, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband and wife, who then, turns the child against the parent, and in many of these, the child, has actually stabbed their mother, father, up to 70 times, in a very personal manner . . . you don't get to chose you parents, especially, if it is the very people who damaged you and your parent in the first place--loyalty goes both ways . . . I am a jealous mother!  I am right there with God, there are 7 things the Lord hates, and the worst of them, is GRATITUDE!
• You shall not take the name of the Lord in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
• the only example I can think of, is, when someone is extremely angry, and says, Jesus Christ . . . you blah, blah, blah!
• Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy.  Six days you shall labor and do all you work.  But the seventh day, is the Sabbath of the Lord your God.  In it you shall do no work; you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant,  nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.  For in sex days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day.  Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
• the 7th day was set aside for a day of rest.  This is not only wise, but it is needed.  We think we can just keep on truckin', but the rules and laws of health, tell us otherwise.  Last week, my daughter was sick and said she pushed her exercise routine too far, and realized that she needed rest, her muscles and body, was weakened, not strengthened by her efforts.  They are finding, more and more, exercise physiologists, that, you almost need, every other day, to rest your muscles, and that is much more beneficial, that working out, even 6 days a week and 7 is crazy.
• I never studied on Sunday, all the way through high school, college, and law school, up to and including the bar exam, and I found, that one day of rest, carried me through the week, and the extra time, did more harm than good.  When I started trail work, often, I was putting in 22 hour days . . . I am high energy, but, I always, took time off, sometimes adopting the Jewish tradition of starting my Sunday, Friday, night, and then hitting the books or briefs, on Sunday, because I had to be in court, Monday morning at 9!
• I think, in my mind and experience, God knows that it is man's tendency to be workaholics, or some of us, and he has to set aside that day to worship him, and also to be with family, to put our labors aside and focus on family, friends, rest, and enjoyment . . . the day off, is because we all need it, and we need to think on Godly things also!  Often those things get lost in the weekly schedule . . . MAKE TIME!  REST your body and your mind, get in the ZONE!
• Honor you father and mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
• I believe, this is the one, commandment that carries with it a promise . . . that you will have a long life, and he is giving you land, whether that is public lands, private lands, or just the promised land, you are rewarded for honoring your parents, and who is God, our heavenly parents, and that is a sacred role, parents are not to honor children, but the converse of that, children, are to honor and obey their parents . . . this is probably the one area, God allows jealousy, and sees it as a natural emotion, rather than a negative, as in being jealous of someone's boyfriend, or house, but that may be more coveting!
• You shall not murder.  
• Killing 680 young black men, on the city streets of this country, is not okay!  The founding fathers, in this system of ours, wanted justice for all, and due process and equal protection, or uniform operation of law.  Baxter, going out and killing people, because it makes him feel good, is not cool, or righteous!  Serial killers have a sick and inordinate need to have power and control over someone, and that is not cool!  Jesus doesn't set us free, to have you take the ultimate power and control over a person, determining if they live or die, badge or gun, this is NOT OUR SYSTEM!
• You shall not commit adultery.
• Jesus took this one step further and said, he who looketh upon a woman, to lust after her, or she who looketh upon a man, and lusts after him, has committed adultery in their hearts.  The Lord abhors divorce, and only justified it in the case of immorality.  If we can work on this one, we can cut the divorce rate in half, I would bet!  Later we will cover scriptures, on men going after wanton women, and the dangers . . . you get burned!
• I don't know how many true crime shows, where one or the other partner, is already committing adultery, and they take out an insurance policy, on the innocent spouse, and then kill them, so them and their new honey, and it cuts both ways, don't fool yourselves, and all for the lust of their hearts!  Marriage is good public policy!  Adultery is HORRIBLE public policy!
• You shall not steal.
• People have wondered why I have been so angry over the last few years, when I have had my house, cabin, cars, furniture, law practice, cases, blogs, as we are speaking, stolen . . . newsflash, the thieves that are unjustly enriched, have nothing to bitch and moan about, they can be happy as pie, they didn't earn it, pay for it, nor work for it . . . do you seriously think, or believe the new LIE is seriously the TRUTH? do you think God does?  Taking things that don't belong to you, is disgusting, and you are not fooling anyone, who has half a brain!
• two of the basic ideas that the founding fathers took for the Greek, Cicero, was:
• do not infringe on another person or their property . . . the basis for criminal law, property, and constitutional law!
• keep your hands to yourself, respect other people persons and property, DON'T STEAL . . . I am still angry, some 30 years later, about buying my children, new bikes, making sure they had cables and locks, and the first day at school, Polk Elementary School, in Ogden, Utah, having someone cut the lock of one of the bikes, and taking it!
• we were right out of my husband's graduate school, and I was going to school, getting our children those bike, was a sacrifice . . . I would see someone, riding a Diamond Back Gen-Xer bike and drive up on them, to see if it was the one, taken, and it made me furious.  The people who paid for it, and their children, got one fucking day use out of it, and nothing, makes me madder, than someone stealing mine, or my children's intellectual property! or turning the spell check off, thus, indicating, that they like this blog, so they are just going to let me write it, then scan it, edit it to fit their ideas, not mine, their political agenda, and claim they wrote the whole damned thing . . . THAT IS STEALING, I can be one with God, but you and I are not ONE!  Stay the fuck, away from me and mine!
• You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor! 
• who is your neighbor? everyone, but God! sisters, brothers, parents, children, co-workers, love the Lord your God, and love your neighbor, like unto yourself!  That is everyone else!  
• case in point, you are bearing false witness if you say you are me, or if you tell someone else, like an FBI investigator, that, I am someone other than I am, or that someone else is me, or the person, here or there, at this mission, or shelter, eating establishment
• later, there is some killer scriptures and the ramifications of taking bribes . . . these are not Godly traits or actions, and you need to know, that someone greater than a judge is watching and noting your actions . . . angels attend us!
• remember the all seeing EYE!
• You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nnor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anthing that is you neighbor's.
• to covet means to want, lust after, desire, think you need, something you are jealous or envious of.
• I talked to this guy, in White Fish, Montana . . . he had an affair with his brother's wife, for years, justifying it, that his brother who worked for the State Department, was not servicing or taking care of his wife's sexual needs!  I don't see any escape clauses . . . he was lucky he didn't get shot by his brother, crimes of passion, adultery starts with coveting!
• if you don't covet what someone has and you want, and dwell on it, you are not likely to steal, kill, commit adultery, lie, bear false witness . . . this is the point to stop before, and if you don't, you may hit the point of not return, and go to more serious sins and crimes.
