P.S., safely back in Missoula . . . better devils I sort of am used to and know, than devils I don't know . . . escape, Kalispell Kowboy Kops!  Between Super 1 in Evergreen to McDonald's, next to the gas station, Brian's, where I pick up the Salish-Kootenai Transport, several blocks away, I saw about 5 Flathead County Sheriffs vehicles, and I am guessing, there were about three undercover cops, at McD's, plus one undercover, maybe two, who were either at the counter in the gas station, or just dropped by to buy something, maybe?  This Way Out?  Yeah, it is good, I look, 20 years younger than I am!  LOL!  When the cops are in their 20's and 30's, and I write that I am 61 years old, I am sure, that seems ancient to these young cops; however, while they are looking for a little old lady, walking with a cane, I am standing next to them, with the song, Foxy Lady, playing on the radio!  LOL!  When I was in my 20's, I remember hearing that if you start jogging early in life, you will buy yourself, 10 years on the other side of your life . . . it worked!

Oh, I forgot to tell you the rest of the mystery of the missing cell phone battery, taken a week or so ago, but, when I hit Kalispell, I was going to go buy a new battery, and I picked up my formerly empty cell phone, without the battery guts, gone for some time, and low and behold, the battery was back, in my phone!  LOL! The day, noticed that my battery was missing, and blamed it on the CIA chick, and said, that she might get the hits intended for me, or assassinated, she must have decided that, stealing it for Shelley, Rachel or Kay, etc., with her leaving the night the battery was taken, never to show up the following day, when I wrote about the stolen battery, but, the night after that, she did show up, must have put the battery in, without me checking it for another week, waiting for some money, then left.  I will say, that it was great, thinking my battery was gone for a week or so, at least turned off, because, she just placed it back in the phone, which is not where she got it from, because, I generally leave it out, when not using it, but, because, I didn't know, I had it back in my phone, for at least a week and a half, there was little cop activity anywhere near me for that time, and it was very refreshing, almost made me want to ditch my phone altogether!  Still a possibility.  But, it is nice to have my phone back, for convenience!

As I entered Missoula, I noticed a sign, that said, Stay With Us . . . Downtown!  OKAY!  I lived up in Kalispell, for the first 2 years I was in Montana; however, I have been gone for two years now, basically, although I go back and forth, but, I am not there much, so, nice to be here, better stay grounded for a while! Laced With Truth

I was watching, Young Turks, in my TV news pundit blitz, and they were talking about, AERIE Bras and Panties, that, started using "real" sized models, for their underwear commercials and ads, showing the lumps and bumps, any normal chick, gets, who is in her late 20's, if not earlier, getting rid of the airbrushing, that makes a model perfect, like, even thin chicks are not, but, not surprising, the first year, of their laced with truth, campaign, their sales went up, a whopping 22%, and in 2015, or the next year, their sales went up, 32%!  It was fun, to hear the guy's comments, as opposed to the female's comments, sorry, I don't know their names, but, he said, he has always, hated the fashion industry, and he said, that, no guy, likes his woman, rail thin, like the models, either before, or after they are all airbrushed out, but, the hot chick, modeling the Aerie underwear, voluptuous, and curvy, he said, was not your normal chick, she was much hotter, than, normal!  But, they did show, some tummy on her, and she was more normal size.  In another ad, they showed two chicks at the beach, on had even flab, showing hanging over her swimsuit, which happens, and the other thin chick, in the white swimming suit, had a great bod, but she still had a bit of cellulite showing, so laced with truth.  It is nice to have TRUTH in advertisement!  Now, I want to give this company, tons of kudos, for making it real, keeping it normal, and I love it that your sales went sky high, a role model business for other companies . . . maybe, the new, Heidi Klum, line of underwear, can get someone not so perfect!  I thought, Klum, wrote a book that we are all 10's! after the Trumpster, even said something derogatory, about Heidi's body?

I love the new commercials, so many are making it real, real people, real bodies, real lives, and getting it right.  I especially get a kick out of the one, with the funny chick, a bit fluffy from Pitch Perfect, I think, showing her waiting outside for her groom, I think, she struts up to the car, and when he hands her the itinerary for their honeymoon, she knocks it out of his hands!  LOL!  Then she demands to get in the driver's seat, and the two, a interracial couple, go screaming out of the driveway in the old muscle car, a gold TransAm or Camero, too cool!  I love it!  The NSA has turned off my spell check, but I fucked the fucks, and got this published, through a secret way, while they were trying to stop me, from publishing!  LOL!  Fat chicks can be very pretty and very fun!  LOL!  I love the ad, advertising some actual, diet frozen food, but the woman eats, and says, I don't hate children, I was just hungry!  My daughter, Nicole, who has her grandma Secrist's genes and never needs to worry about weight, said, every person she knows who is happy all the time, is jolly and a bit fat, and I said, because, they eat everything they want, and don's make their lives miserable, all the time!  Anyway, good stuff, I am thrilled to see brave companies, venture, into the realities of life and size!  Fuck, I am 61, what the fuck am I suppose to look like?  My grandpa, good looking enough to be a movie star, good genes, said, who wants to jump in bed with a bag of bones? My very cool, grandma, on the other side, said, we just planned on getting fat!  LOL . . . isn't that the way grandmas are suppose to be?

CNN, UNITED SHADES OF AMERICA!

Remember, the ad, I wrote about, the bright yellow and white, happy, VW bus, with documentary film MC, driving around the country, meeting people, young, old, every shade of brown, yellow, black, white, cream colored, including three hooded, KKK, members, crowding everyone in this one happy bus, driving around the country, listening to music, talking, laughing and getting to know each other?  Yeah, well, last night, I watched, I believe the first, segment, of what I believe is a week long special, taking that theme to the streets, with Kamau, stopping in places like east Los Angeles, just getting out on the streets, and talking to Latinos, about, assimilation, migration, anchor babies, deportation, getting to know them as people, going into homes, eating dinner with families, who are in various stages of becoming citizens, starting with members at the work permit stage, to the residency, and onto becoming citizens, the challenges of each stage of this process, that can take up to 20 years to complete, and that is given the fact that some emigrant doesn't get a corrupt INS attorney, taking money and turning them over to ICE, Immigration, Customs and Enforcement cops.

Bell, had a bit of a tough time, right off the bat, to get Hispanics to talk to him, another shade in America, that Hispanics may not be as acclimated to, but, eventually, he hooked up with a cool band, and I was impressed, and they seemed to want to take away the stereotype, of all Hispanics being rapists, and not the best people, who are coming across the border from Mexico . . . but there were at least two of the five band members who had master's degrees, one other band member, had just gotten accepted to his Ph.D. program, and the others had college degrees . . . their band, music and practice area, was traditional colorful Mexican decor, bright, beautiful, fun, alive, with primary colors!  Kamau Bell, talked to an LA Latino city council member, and it was fun to get his take on all of this, and what the make up of LA, population is, and, just like the country, the color of American in general is changing.  I think, I heard, that, the number of Hispanics, coming to America, has dropped, significantly from like 850,000 before the 2008 economic melt down in America, with Bush, being somewhere at 350,000 lately, but Asians, now are the largest and fastest number of emigrants, who are coming to America!  Most of the people interviewed, said, they loved being in America, where they could give their families a better future, but, they were free to hang onto their own, culture, and share that with the people of America . . . I loved celebrating Cinco De Mayo, a few years ago in Park City, Utah, huge fun fiesta, all free, to having nothing celebrated in Montana . . . not many Hispanics want to brave the cold up in this part of the country!  LOL!

Green Bronx Machine, Stephen Ritz, and the First Lady

In Michelle Obama's push to get kids up off the couch, into the yard to play, out during recess at school, or exercising at home, part of her efforts, as First Lady, has been to push everything from gardens on the south lawn of the White House, to her personal and family chef, using garden vegetables, grown at the White House, for dinners entertaining heads of foreign states and countries, to working with innovative and fun people, like Stephen Ritz, dressed like a funny farmer, with a hat that looks like cheese, with holes in it, who has gone into the inner city schools, to get kids to eat right, to fight obesity, which seems to come with low income, high carb, diets of mac'n cheese, or pasta based dinners, that are cheaper, there has been a team effort, for the elementary school kids, to actually grow their own veggies and herbs, that the school uses in their school lunches, to be grown, right at the schools, with great men, and I know there were several men and probably women, involved in this effort, teaching kids to plant seeds, grow gardens, to harvest what they grow, how to care, water and weed a garden!  Gardening is the #1 hobby in the WORLD!  So, not only are these great public servants, teaching kids, to eat better, they are giving them the tools, for good mental health!  Studies have shown, that, people who garden, who dig in the dirt, get back to the our Mother Earth, find peace, solace, quiet, and find great rewards, planting and tending a garden!

What a great sight, to see beautiful greens growing all over classrooms in the cement jungles of the Bronx . . . this program needs to go into every school in America, who wonderful!  We have all heard that, mantra, give a man a fish, and he has food for one meal . . . teach him how to fish and he has food for a lifetime!  Gardens fall into this same category!  Such cool ideas!  As I saw this, mixed in with the elections, I wondered, what have the Republicans done for the common man, woman and child?  Tax cuts for the rich, big business benefits and protections? and what about the rest of us?  Mr. Trump, what are you going to do? Do the billionaire shuffle?  We are real people, with real issues, with real BODIES, with real families, and we need real solutions!  President Bill Clinton, came from a home of an alcoholic father, I believe abusive to his mother, who then raised the future president of the United States, basically alone, for years, later to be married, to a good man, seeing her son, raise to the ranks of the elite in the world, not bad.  Same with President Barack Obama, who never even met his dad, until he was 10 years old!  Mr. Ritz, the farmer, said, who knows, maybe one of these kids from the Bronx, will be a future president of the United States, and that is the AMERICAN DREAM, right there folks!

The sign of a great thinker, is someone, who doesn't look at the obvious, or the black and white, and they learn to take in the whole big picture.  Now the Donald, got your endorsement, yesterday at the NRA convention in Kentucky, and claims that, Hillary is the worst thing to happen for the second amendment, then he takes a clip about, Hillary and a statement, about the U.S. Supreme Court, getting some decision wrong, which, we, as voters, are not given, the whole story.  But, Donald, you yourselves are showing your ignorance, of government . . . a president can, be 100% for gun control, and 100% against, the second amendment and gun ownership, but I heard Hillary speak, during her last campaign, I believe, who very much has my stance, as a constitutional law attorney, saying that what works for guns in New York, doesn't work in rural upstate New York.  She went on to say, what works in New York, doesn't work in Montana! So, she gets it, that yes, while we have the second amendment, but the states, and their individual legislatures, are the ones, who have the duty and responsibility to protect the health, safety and welfare of their citizens, taking into consideration the make up of the state, with guns in the cities, being outlawed by ordinance, in most Montana cities, or I know, that Missoula, Montana, just struggled with that . . . guns going off in the city limits, is a crime!  Now, in more rural areas, people, have open carry rights, in Montana.

After Sandy Hook, crazed shooter, killed, what 21 kids and several teachers, both New York and Illinois, pushed through, break neck legislation, city ordinances, to control guns, while other states had the exact opposite reaction, and they passed very liberal gun carry legislation, which is exactly what and how things should be, with body politics reflecting both the sentiments and the needs of their individual areas, whether cities, where there are cops, all over the place in precincts, ready, willing and able, to respond to crimes in the cities; however, out in the rural areas, most homeowners are taking care of business, and protecting themselves, knowing that many citizens out in unincorporated areas, or the more rural areas, the response time may be up to an hour, if you are lucky, so you need arms to protect, your home and your castle, with legal rights to protect you and yours, in your homes, and entitled to use lethal force if necessary, with self-defense protections, legally in place, if that becomes the apparent protection you need!  But, after Sandy Hook, there were more gun sales, up by like 300%, so a pro, gun control, president, is not necessarily an enemy, in the broader sense, of the political landscape, and you must, remember, that, it is you Congressional, state, county and local representatives, who have a far larger say, that a president, over what regulations you will and will not have on the right to bare arms!

In my very humble, bad ass con law chick position, I even think, that any gun control from Congress, is unconstitutional, unless it is making a general welfare law, that does not regulate guns within the states or localities, a 10th amendment issues!  The way, I, and other constitutional law scholars, read the first three amendments . . . with the first words in the Bill of Rights, saying CONGRESS SHALL NOT . . . applies to the first three amendments, including the second amendment to bare arms and to have state militias, for a free state . . . until you hit a change in admonition going from the general population to the individual rights of the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments, having to do with criminal law issues, later extended by the U.S. Supreme Court, to include, civil cases too!  So, there you have it!  You will want to check your representatives positions, which are far more important than the president, ask President Obama, a frustration that he could not get legislation through, because, we are a GUN RIGHTS NATION!
