Whatever It Takes!

In this movie, you have William Hurt, as a famous, local TV weather man, who allegedly predicts the weather to a great extent right, even creating ads, showing him with the Devil, as if he had to sell his soul, to the Devil to be that correct in his weather predictions . . . I would say, he sold his soul, for, doing what he did to his girlfriend, a interior designer, temporarily, living with Hurt, until, she, kind of inherits her aunt's apartment, for the same price, her aunt, who lived in that place forever, but died, falling down the 5 levels of stairs, to her death.  In the movie, Hurt, who makes a shit load of money, wants Juliette, to move out to the country with him, in a new country home, that is beautiful and safe, and keeps her, basically out of the city, she loves, so, before, she moves, out to the country, she, decided to also have this apartment, in the city where her aunt lived, so she has some, line of demarcation between her and her live in boyfriend.  While he always seems in control, never getting too pissed, although, exposing it to some extent, one night, having dinner for the first time, in her new apartment.  He displays this other side of him, the controlling, the dark side, not the Mr. Sunshine, he plays on his weather show, brightening every one's days.

Juliette is putting her foot down and separating from William Hurt, and digging, her new independence, in this aunts, strange old apartment, even with the danger and the haunting of the tragedy of her aunt's death.  The second, the interior designer, moves in, bizarre behavior from her very reclusive neighbors, who have lived in the building forever, years and years, making her the new, element, creating a glitch in this place of order, rules, and quiet, with tenants, getting on her case, writing her notes, and warning her, that if she is not quiet, or this and that, giving her pages of rules, to live by, with her getting more and more pissed, and being more and more determined, that she is not moving out, regardless of how bad it gets, and it gets hideous, dangerous, life threatening, and down right, criminal acts, perpetrated against this woman, even sending her falling down the stairs, with the secret neighbor, who this young woman, never meets, just, sees the results of her acts, like pounding so hard, up through her floor, that, the tile is actually broken, or rats, by the hundreds, being, put through a hole, someone, drills, making a menace, in her life.  She finds, maggots, coming out of her bathtub, she sees, her allegedly abusive neighbor, murder his wife, she gets, trapped in the basement, looking for documents for her work, seeing the furniture outlines of her apartment, on the ceiling of this strange, living arrangement in the basement.  The letters are always, written on an old typewriter.

Pariah To Cops, When She Calls Cops, Who Don't Believe Her, and Of Course Her Rational Boyfriend, Acting, Like, He Agrees With the Cops, Who Just Roll Their Eyes at the New Tenant . . . Crazy Bitch, Basically

To substantiate her story, she calls a pest control guy, to take care of the mice, that are not a problem, a day earlier, but are coming up through a hole, and the maggots and bad smell, indicate, that there might be a dead body, and the old woman, who is allegedly giving threats to this young woman, who, still is determined, to stay alone, having never, lived on her own, being younger than William Hurt, going straight from her parent's home, to his arms and home.  Hurt is very uncomfortable, in Juliette's apartment, why? because, it is her's and she is in control . . . and in most domestic violence, or just psychological and financial violence, even religious abuse, it is all about, power and control of the abuser, generally the man, as it is in this case.  You can tell, this mild mannered, man, Mr. Sunshine, is ragingly mad at her independence from him.  She tells him, that he is not drying the dishes the way she likes and he comes undone!  Girlfriend, is shocked and for the first time, sees the real, nature and character of the boyfriend, that NOBODY else sees!  He says the problem with her apartment, is simply, that it is HERS!  I never caught, whether the new country house was a joint venture or, it was Hurt's house and she once again, was going to be reliant on him,  She really resisted this type of relationship and just wanted the apartment, to have a space of her own, so I might assume that, she wanted a place, she alone had control of.

Hurt delivers a large TV, and then programs it so that every morning, she wakes up to his show!  She hates the TV, doesn't want it, and tells him, that it takes up her whole bedroom.  She gives in and keeps the TV just to make him happy.  But, after this chick, goes through, literal hell, almost dying, she has Hurt over, and wants to show, him the hole that was drilled, and the maggots . . . and of course, the hole has been repaired, and the cop, who is called, starts to write up the woman for being a nuisance, and is becoming, an issue with cops . . . who, think, that, since her tile is broken in a straight line, that, it is just an old water pike that has broken, and they have an excuse and explanation, for everything . . . and from my experience, as a victim's advocate, and also, having written the book on domestic violence and sexual assault, often being called into situations, much like this, with cops, not only siding with the abuser, and in this case, we are not quite sure yet, that it is the boyfriend who is doing, everything to his girlfriend, in order to get her to be scared to death, and luckily she is not dead, but came damned close, using an old, class mate from high school, who lives in the building, who always thought the weatherman was cool and famous, and so he started to become his right hand man, as all tenants, in the building were, in literally, terrorizing his girlfriend, so much so, that she finally, moves back in with him, or moves out in the country home, just glad to be alive, and while she is drying the dishes, in HIS house, the way he wants . . . he turns, for a Shakespearean soliloquy, and says . . . 

Whatever It Takes . . . Now He Has Total Power and Control Over This Younger Woman . . . AGAIN!

Now, this man, was one man, with nothing going, other than wealth and fame, he used to the highest level to get exactly what he wanted from his girlfriend . . . who, before, she gives in, is determined, not to be run out of her apartment, she was liking, and she starts to try to confront, the nightmare she is in, and screams, that she has the right, has every right that any other tenant, in the building has, to live her life, have her property protected, and to be safe, like everyone!  Her statements, her fury, her anger, her determination, her American Grit, to enjoy the fruits of her labors, enjoy her property rights, and to decorate and live on her own, for the first time, without, being with a parent or boyfriend, and she was going to do everything, not to be, manipulated, run out, or the target of her sick neighbors!  Hurt just calmly watches, is just cool and calm.  But, she is almost killed, and she kicked one tenant, the old friend of William Hurt's, from high school, that considered it an honor to do something for this famous friend, who didn't even remember him, even if that, included to terrorize William's girlfriend!  And terrorize he did, as did everyone, being in on the little secret, all on the payroll, and that is revealed, at the end of the film, showing the guy, who girlfriend was sure, killed his girlfriend, later, being the key guy, after some one, blocks or messes with her key and lock, with the key man, the murderer, also keeping a key, so he can gain access, or so Hurt can, whenever he wants!  The young girl, gets a chain lock, and it is cut, during the night, leaving her vulnerable and at the mercy of the murderer, and I think, it was staged, all in the idea of scaring the girlfriend, into living with William Hurt.  After she moves in, he is given a huge promotion, going from local weatherman, to a USA Today, or something like that, weatherman, even making more money!

Take This Boyfriend, Put Him In the Rank and File of Cops, With Total Respect, If Not Fame, All My Family Money, He Managed to Get Cops to Participate, In the Theft of Music and Money, for A Cut of the Goods, With the Promise of Power, Perks, Pussy, Polygamy!  And a Role, In the New World Order, as the World Police Force!

This is where the notion, of me, not only dealing with, one abusive shit head, but with, his whole army, of cops, girls, with this guy being so charming, charismatic, and now, very rich and famous, using friend Kay or sisters, to steal, from my family, and giving all to the cops, in exchange for their silence, their participation and their service, with everyone, being part of the FUCK JOANN S. SECRIST, CLUB . . . taking care of the attorney, the wife, the kids, and controlling my sons' music, and making so much money, with me coming back into the law, with multi-million dollar cases, that I did all the work on, and the pirates, cops, participating feds, and the courts, all seeing, things through the eyes of Republican bulls, going to control, not only me, but also woman, like me, as in Hillary Clinton!  Like Hillary or not, she is light years, better than the power and control of the old bulls!  The Republican party wants to take back, abortion rights . . . now, the way it is, no Republican, no wife of a Republican, no daughter of a Republican needs participate, in abortion, and they should not, in an issue of separation of church and state, provide that for women, who find themselves, not only in a situation of domestic violence, power and control, even danger, and the threat of death, in many cases, with 58,000 women being murdered by their partners, boyfriends, husbands, and a pregnancy, can take away, any, sense of freedom, any independence, that might be a woman's key to personal freedom to get her and likely her children free of monsters!

Again, 80% of the young men, in prison, under the age of 18 are in prison for killing their mother's abuser, and when they get out, they become the next generation of abusers themselves and start to identify with the male, in the marriage, or the relationship!  We have made progress, but we are so far, from, the myth of everyone being a happy family, that never needs the reproductive freedom and rights, that education, birth control, and abortion, in the worst scenarios, provides, women who have been faithful mothers, faithful wives, possibly abandoned, cheated on, and left to provide for their families on their own, after years of indoctrination, fear, terror, and sometimes death!

For the Sake of Men, Women and Children, Making Up Society, We Cannot Afford to Go Backward!

P.S., I wanted to be at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Kalispell, at 4:00 P.M., today, on Main Street, but, again, I believe, that either the two cops, who came, without cause, to the Oxford Bar and Grill, at about 3:30 A.M., when I had to wait, for an entire, hour, or more and still had the cafe's cooks, who know me, and see me in the cafe, all the time, and generally give me great service, ignored me, never came and took my order, generally, within minutes of me coming in, but not this time, not even after I held up the menu, not until the cops came, and pretended to talk to the two gentlemen, who were, allegedly questioned, at the counter, with one of the cooks also, joining the cops, before, he took my order . . . did, the cops, deliver, anti-freeze or some other poison?  The service was like night and day, turning cops into the most efficient killers on the planet . . . who suspects the cops? who questions them? more cops? internal affairs? or is this the homeless chick, they have painted as Shelley, who is a criminal, knowing full well, that I am EXACTLY who I say I am, or they would be chasing Shelley, the right target, or even if they thought she was me, they would be going after her, as if, going after me; however, that is not the case . . . I get the shit from Shelley's truly criminal life, being an assassin, who murdered my clients, Allan Rex Bess, enabling Frank, the government double, to take his families, wealth, their stocks and bonds, all the millions, this small town hard working family made, with dad working two jobs, while mom worked and invested . . . taking his life, to get control of me, using doubles to be, both JoAnn and Allan, really, Shelley and Frank, and nobody to help the victims, with the cops, the prosecutors and the courts, against me, and for the liars, the robbers, and for the government shit!

No, I planned on being settled, on moving in a room, up near the Flathead Valley Community College, but after, I told the owner, that I would call him, when I got to Kalispell, when I got in yesterday, I later in the evening, got a call from a Rudy, from Kalispell, not the name of the guy, I called, and was going to rent to, but, later that night while, refusing to call someone, I never knew, and knew was not the man, I talked to, nor the right name, but, could be a killer, a contract, or a hit, I ignored him, knowing damned well, with all the surveillance, on my phone, and on my computer, the fucking cops, sky cops, feds, locals too, can just simply look at which Craigslist I responded to and called, setting up the appointment and the time to meet, seeing if we would work out, or thought compatible!  In a true crime, God my Intel man, smarter than all the kings horses and all the kings men, can't come close to the brilliance of God, put the name of a hit man, in the show, I was drawn to watch, with the name, RUDY!  Indicating to me, that yes, my gut feelings and the reaction I had to trash his call, and not give him a call back, was right . . . bait and switch, until they kill me, or at least, control, using abuse of power to know where, what, with whom, doing what, and with whom, like they have done, for the last 4 years, since I left UTAH, with the Mormon mafia, just following me up to Montana, with a shit load of Mormons up here, cops secret service, within the normal cops force, easy to do, and makes it easy to cover their sins!

Changing a Political Vote or Position, With Increased Knowledge or Facts, Is Different, Than Lying!

When the former, Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, called Trump, a charlatan, a con artist, a fraud, and the voters, the news, has, caught the Donald, over and over again, saying this, then that, or taking a position, then changing that position, the second he is challenged on it, and people have given the billionaire, a free pass, for what reason?  Is money, or brains, going to keep America alive and functioning?  We cannot, be dazzled and dazed by the glitter and the glamour, of the Trump Show.  Frankly, I am offended, to see, Donald Trump, go straight to his Florida, home or whatever it is, standing in front of 6 or more, American Flags, as if standing in front of the flag, makes you an American, or holding American values, principles, and concepts . . . Trump is the antithesis of, the America, that flag represents to the world, to new citizens, to future citizens, or those, thinking about coming to an America, who has, while not always perfect, sometimes even treating foreigners cruel, but eventually coming around, welcoming and making new, relationships, with people, who the only, alleged crime, is their cultural background, their religion, their former nation, or their creed!  Just as Trump's foreign emigrant family, was able to come, merge in the New York neighborhoods, growing up under the shadow of the Statue of Liberty, representing the open arms, policies, of bringing our poor, tired, hungry from all corners of the earth, and through, naturalization policies, help, all new comers, and eventually citizens, to have a part of the American Dream, the envy of the world!

The 14th Amendment, dealing with naturalization, which Trump has ignored, in his attacks on President Obama, challenging his citizenship, with the duel citizenship, of members of the United States of America, protecting, all citizens, with their national citizenship, from states, that would deny, their citizens, the rights and privileges, that citizens of other states, enjoy . . . you can't do that.  Due process and equal protection of the law, has been interpreted to mean, that people, of suspect classification or citizen groups, generally considered, minorities, in some respect, are all protected from discrimination, whether that be, sex, age, religion, race, creed, nationality, gender, etc.  Now, tell me, in the last year, or so that, presidential candidate, Donald Trump, which of those groups, has not been, either attacked, offended, even openly attacked, and with Trump encouraging, his crowds, to push around, screaming to get out, watching, Trump's campaign manager, yesterday, smiling about the "tough guy" stance of Trump, and watching a protester, knocked to the ground, and surrounded by deputy sheriffs, with a good sheriff, seeing the writing on the wall, how, Un-American that is, and taking administrative and department sanctions against those officers, who let the abuser, the one who threw the assault, and giving him a free pass, allowed to carry on that, basically, unconstitutional act, while Trump is standing up front, acting just as bad, in front of the very symbol, that condemns those acts!

Now, Trump is putting subliminal messages, in his red neck crowds, that, if he is not nominated, their cue is to riot!  That comes on the heels of watching a journalist, being taken by the neck, by one of Trump's private, security guards, taking the man by the neck, and not just blocking him, from going outside, the asinine, free speech zone, that the press is suppose to stand in, and literally, violently slamming this peaceful man, to the ground . . . shocking any normal person, to the core . . . or seeing the young black woman, not able to leave the Trump rally, on her own accord, being, pushed, shoved, blocked, then pushed from the back, and turning to have some dignity, in leaving a rally, on her own accord, and then having the KKK and white supremacist, bragging online that he pushed this woman around, on TV!  The ugliness of the black protester, being knocked to the ground, and surrounded by sheriffs, that are, good for the sheriff, now, being on NON-PAID leave, while they are being reprimanded for, their basic, illegal, actions of, allowing a CRIME to take place in their PLAIN VIEW, and going after the victim, rather than the asshole, who took a punch at him, with Trump, encouraging that action.  Those strips, stars, colors, that grace the flags, standing behind, the Trumpster, is like a classic statement, of the oxymoron, run of Trump for president, of that same, symbol, and being the total opposite of everything that flag and symbol stands for, the goals of the PREAMBLE, the vision of justice for all, common defense, common welfare, a more tranquil and perfect union!  The Trump candidacy is the total opposite of all we are as Americans! 

NO STEPS BACKWARD . . . COPS FOR TRUMP?

Yesterday, while I was, going from Missoula, Montana, to Kalispell, feeling, like there was another, cop sting op, watching the behavior, suspect behavior, of a very cop looking guy, with an attitude to match, who seemed to have the anger and rage of cops, over the 20 years cold war, I have had, doing nothing more, than using my law degree and background, to force the law against cops, making them abide by the constitutional provisions, that are afforded, citizens they interact with, with this man, giving me reason, to believe, who has on several occasions, been involved, in cop sting ops, and at least two last week, making me, leave, the Poverello Center for the Homeless--like Jesus, my teacher, knowing their plots to destroy me, takes leave of them, being somewhat of an easy target, at a homeless shelter or rescue mission, being blocked from, getting an apartment, a job, why, because, I have dared to take on cops, and pounding their sorry asses, with the constitution they don't like, preferring the freedom of the Patriot Act, to see themselves as free of rules, free of granting citizens their rights, or giving the people the protections, the Bill of Rights, provides them--seeing themselves as judge, jury and executioners, on the streets, with me being #2 in the nation, a few years ago, due to my cases, on civil rights defense . . . reminding them, suing them if necessary, that, there is 240 years of constitutional law, that provides that due process and equal protection, or the uniform administration of the law, and pursuing them, in no uncertain terms . . . with them hating me for that, and seeking revenge, at every level, they can, hit, hurt, and attack me.

Like I said, in my blog, yesterday, cops showed up at the Oxford, where I was having breakfast, with no apparent reason . . . the guys they were talking to were no disturbing the peace, seemed to be eating, watching the news and minding their own business, so really, no reason for the two cops to come in, other than to use it as an excuse to check on where I was and what I was up to, having escaped from the Poverello Center, blowing their stupid ass, sting op, for the hundredth time!  To later, having two deputy sheriffs, come in, either using the back door, or at least not parking in the parking lot, with over 100 spaces, free in front of the front door, where I was sitting, preferring to slide, either in a backdoor, or at least, not drawing any attention to me, sitting, by the big picture window, with full view of the parking lot, that had NO Sheriffs car or truck in it . . . so, something was going on . . . and certainly not transparency, so what is up?  I had written on my blog, what time I was leaving, Missoula and what time I would be arriving in Kalispell, and where I was staying in Kalispell, so, if I happened to get intercepted on the way to my destination, someone, would know what my intentions were, and where to start looking for me!

Cop Parked Across the Street From the Bus Terminal; Cop Picking Up Garbage Along Road Side on Hwy 93?  5 Squad Cars With Lights Flashing, Drawing Attention to Those of Us in the Shuttle, Who Were Talking and Laughing About, Another Great Escape from Missoula . . . Wondering, Was the Attack or Stop, Foiled, By Me, Coming the Back Way, Into the Bus Terminal, Getting My Ticket, 5 Minutes Before the Shuttle Was Leaving?

Had I not had the history, and even the murder of a person, driving a Ford Taurus, back in 2012, the last election cycle, with me, being warned, the day before, watching the same formation, I saw, yesterday, along a frontage road, reminding me, of the formation, that I was warned by another cop, finding out, what he was warning me against, as I left, Hamilton, at 4:00 A.M., back, as an early visitor to the state of Montana, only to drive right into the trap the cops had set for me . . . with 5 of them, pulled right up to the white line, on the side or shoulder of the freeway, with their grills, and headlights all turned on high beam, actually almost blinding me as I passed--as I slowly, changed to the other lane, one lane removed from the menace of cops, facing the road, all parked about a half a mile, apart, looking to me, like they were just waiting for some order, to drive their squad cars, into the side of my vehicle--t-boning me and my car, and knock me into the meridian, with them all being the first responders, making up any scenario, they want, with no witness, like in shooting, black kids, making sure, they are too dead, and unable, to speak up against the cops . . . simply, slamming into my car, and saying, I fell asleep, at the wheel, and just drove off the road!  

Five, allegedly honorable cops, there to affirm the story and tale of the fellow officer who created the accident and probable death, given the speed limit, substantiating, the accident, as being driver's error, not the murder, it truly was, and actually happened, the next night, when I pulled under a gas station awning, seeing another Ford Taurus, leaving as I was pulling in, hoping that if I waited for a half hour, being warned the night before, that, I might be driving into a death trap, hiding from aerial surveillance, fooling them, but, really not realizing the ramifications--a person, murdered in my place, of that act, seeing, the other Ford Taurus, upside down in the meridian, knocked on its hood, with the wheels still spinning, and about 15 cops car, lights, flashing and later, being reported that, I was killed in that accident, and with cop favoring assholes, anti-constitution, Patriot Act, fuckers, hating me, and reporting that I die, and bringing in and training, women, 6+ to be ME! still trying to make them my doubles, and often, my leaving the city I am in, unannounced, is the only way, to ditch the bitches, and leaches that go everywhere, I go, to appear and confuse, people, as to whom, I am! believing there to be, only ONE JOANN OR TWO, when in reality, these women are allowed to use my name, social, driver's license, and whatever, I.D., I have been denied!

Take the Totality of the Circumstances, Over Years and You Can Get the Bigger Picture, Taking in Context, With Cops Actions, Seen as Strange!

Trump the strong man, and cop supporter, with huge, national orders of the fraternal order of the police, having a huge, lobby group and also, a lot of power, and all behind, of course, Trump, hating the thought of a Hillary or JoAnn like woman, with a law degree, knowing, she knows, wants to reform the criminal justice system, jails, prisons, racial profiling, and discriminatory actions, by bigoted cops, who, of course, want Trump, whom I have been attacking or just exposing lately!  Mitt Romney used the cops in 2012, to harass, chase, and even attempt to murder me, as has, Senator Orrin Hatch, no to be counted out, since I filed to run, for the Senate against him, at the same time, I was fleeing the state of Mormon, going back and forth, between Montana, where I used to feel safe, while I was still trying to service clients, and closing my law practice, while not getting falsely arrested and jailed, for my political positions . . . and here we are again, in 2016, looking at a divisive, presidential campaign, with one candidate, loving the tough guy cop image, and hating a the thought of having a mere female over them, even though, she is BY FAR, THE MOST QUALIFIED, and the one, who as an attorney, has worked in the system working for the Children's Defense Fund and other legal organizations Hillary, has been involved in, and now, this female attorney with a shit load of credibility, not the fake ass bitch, Shelley, who is the COP VERSION OF ME, no this woman, is a LIE, like Trump, SARAH PALIN, and the alleged Republican answer, for this very NON-Republican attorney, with a fucking huge ass, background, and powerful, ability to write and communicate her position, again, with cops being used to silence, because, Shelley doesn't do anything more than, be ME, taking credit for the constitutional positions, that are actually right, with cops able to deal with this, palm reading, Cabbage Patch shoes saleswoman, Barnes and Noble, employee, PRETENDING TO BE ME!  LOL!

That is about as credible as Sarah Palin, being seen as in the same playing field as Hillary Clinton . . . oh, I guess, going from Wasilla, Alaska, even to governor, which she could not pull off, let alone, having the mental acumen, to deal with the complexities of the V.P., let alone, being one heart beat away from the presidency . . . is like, Shelley, pretending to be ME!  LOL!  But the cops, are all VESTED in this hag, wanting with all their heart of hearts, to believe, that the Wizard of Oz, behind the big screen, is Shelley . . . NOT JOANN who has kicked their fucking asses, over and over and over and over again, and did again, yesterday!  As we pulled away, from the bus terminal, with me, really, only leaving a connector city bus, dropping me off in the back, streets, knowing, given the night and the morning, the cops, were going to try to get me before leaving Missoula, so poor whittle Shelley--truly a joke, didn't have to follow me again . . . she is a home body, and I am born to RUN!  But, I must have not been there, more than 5 minutes before departing, and as we drove off, sure enough, there was a cop, car, watching the bus terminal, from across the street, at the car wash!  Then, some guy, I was talking to about me background, and who saw the cops, had a history himself, with cops, laughing, noticed and pointed out, the strange, notion of a cop, out, picking up garbage, on the highway, we were travelling on . . . signs to aerial surveillance?  Signs and symbols . . . like damn it, garbage, she didn't get on the shuttle, and from their, the cops, stake out, I am sure, they didn't think I got on the shuttle, or from what they could see, which was fucking nothing from the front, they would have assumed, I didn't get on . . . so as we passed the cop on the side of the road, he signaled to the sky cops, that I was not on, and they needed to TRASH the sting op!

Strange Sight . . . Five Cops, Pulled Out in a Corn or Wheat Field, or a Having a Pow Wow!?  Did They Take the Former Cop, Signalling to the Sky Cops, Who Then, Told, Waiting Cops, Gig if Off, Trash, Going Over and Lamenting the Fact That I Was Not on the Shuttle . . . LOL!  Fooled, Foiled, AGAIN!

These cops cars, or squad cars, and vehicles, looked, crazy, in deed, just sitting on the frontage road, like pissed and having a cop conference, that they, and I would not put it passed the cops, to even take out, a shuttle, seeing the other passengers and mere collateral damage, in this war, between me and them, me and Trump, me and the Patriot Act, me and the Republican Party, as Is!  Talk about rewarding, seeing almost an identical scene, of cops, trying to stop me from getting to my destination, to protect, fake ass, lying bitch ass, cop chick, hag from hell, wanna be attorney, to fucking lazy ass to go to law school, because she can't make up for fucking 20 years of experience . . . now I am sure, she is the flavor of dumb ass bitch, more on the level of the high school degree cops, seeing Shelley as brilliant, with her, being me, and the fucks, making it look like, I am the CRIMINAL BITCH, they have been helping, commit felony, identity theft, let alone, stealing billions, in music, blogging, cases, water compacts, legislation, all that I HAVE DONE!  No, I am anything but, a COP BITCH, if you ever see the cops, supporting a woman, it is sure as shit, NOT ME!  LOL!  That would turn my world upside down, until, the cops, get on the same page, as the constitutional oath they took, just like me, just like the President, just like all public servants, to preserve, defend and protect the United States Constitution!

Judicial Nominee, D.C., Circuit Judge, Merrick Garland!

President Obama, could have chosen, a more traditional, liberal or stereotypical nominee, for a Democratic President, like a black or a woman, or a black woman, or someone, groups, who put their two cents in, on judges to be vetted, for the nominee process; however, that is not what President Obama, did, he chose a white, male, 63 years old, a sitting judge, actually Chief Judge, on the D.C. Circuit, a logical and normal step, going from there up to the United States Supreme Court.  Judge Garland, started out his career as a prosecutor, a normal route, for those attorneys, wanting to eventually be a judge.  He has been on the bench for 23 years, is very respected, on both sides of the political spectrum, of being fair and balanced in his rulings, and he is noted for being able to build coalitions, in a panel of judges.  He is not the liberal nominee, groups, wanted, or would have liked to see, put on the bench.  President Obama, said, that the name, he has heard, and over again, from both sides of the isle, is, this nominee, D.C., Circuit Court of Appeals, Chief Judge, Merrick Garland.  He has spent his life, with fidelity to the law, and to the Constitution, the hallmark of a good judge, doing what, judges should.  A high number of his law clerks, are so well trained, they move on from his office and bench to getting good jobs and a high rate, at the U.S. Supreme Court, to be attributed, to a large extent, to the training they got under this good judge, who has served the country, with dignity and honor, for years!

REPUBLICAN SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, HAS NO EXCUSE!

Very few, presidential nominees, have not been able to be confirmed, after grueling, grilling and vetting by the Senate Judicial Committee.  This good nominee and good judge, who has proved his worth to the country, the bench, and the legal community, and in setting a good example, of being a good balanced judge . . . and believe, me, that is not, what I would say about some of the judges, I have come before, who, have no allegiance to the law, no fidelity, and have, absolutely, thrown the Constitution out of their courtrooms!  So when we get a man, who has a history, and is known for doing exactly what a Supreme Court Justice, is suppose to be and do, the Senate, is not to use, this man, and play political games with, a Supreme Court, that is about, the legal and top interpretation on the most hotly contested cases, leaving a vacancy, on the high court, for another 11 months?  WHY?  And so think, a man, who has been around, for so long, Mitch McConnell, who, says, showing a complete lack of understanding, not only of his role, or the role of his Senate colleagues, who are simply to take, the nominee of the sitting president, regardless of how, close it is to the elections, he is the president, until, JANUARY 20, 2017!  If there in nothing in this man's character, his legal theories, his rulings, or his stances that show some type of partiality, or some aberrant, version or interpretation of the law, some bizarre holding that is contrary to the laws of the land, to precedence, or to the rule of law!  If there is none . . . then, you fucking CONFIRM!

For, Mitch McConnell's information, being somewhat shocked at his unconstitutional and lame ass, interpretation, of what the normal course of business is, for the Senate and confirmation hearings, is that this is not the job of the people . . . now, to make sure, it is understood, that, we do have a Republic, or a representative form of government, where the people, have had their say, in whom they have elected, at this second!  If the vacancy, come open, at this time, it is this time, that the state officials, the senators, the members of the judiciary committee, is simple . . . not to chose the nominee, not to stonewall, not to hold him or her hostage, used as a political pawn, in the shit games that have stopped, the business of the country all together, while the Republican party is in total chaos, but, as representatives of WE THE PEOPLE, already have chosen, you, and for God knows, why, seeing your total lack of knowledge of your constitutional responsibilities!  Show me or the nation, by what authority, you are relying, on having the people, involved in the decision that is clearly, President Obama's duty, passing on qualified, vetted, nominees, for you, approval, if there is not other reason, to not confirm him!  There are many things that could disqualify, a judge, knowledge, rulings, character, nature of the man, fidelity to the law and the Constitution, and short of that, there is little reason, to not confirm, the nominee, of our sitting President, like him or not, of the same party or not!  The nation can't wait, another what 11 months, to put someone on the high bench!

Right now, there are controversial cases, on abortion, and other issues, that are either coming before the Court, that are either constitutional questions, federal questions, or where the circuit court of appeals, have split decisions, with the people expecting the 9 justices to remedy, the situation, so there is consistency, that the PEOPLE can rely on!  Like I have said, when I talked to one of the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks, when I was taking a case to the High Court, trying to make me feel better, if the Court denied, Cert, or a hearing in the court, telling me, the volume of the court, was something like, 80,000 cases, nationwide, that wanted a ruling and hearing from the U.S. Supreme Court!  Let's say, in the big abortion case, there is a 4/4 split, in the justices, who is suppose to break the tie?  There is a reason that there is an odd number of justices!  To have a quorum, just to hear a case, there has to be, 7 justices, sitting on the bench at the time a controversial case is brought and heard before them!  There cannot be 6 or 8, because, there has to be, a majority decision!  That may be, impossible for the Court, with an even number of justice on the case!

Judge Merrick Garland, Can Be Key, a Moderate, That Should be Confirmed

The whole nation of attorneys, watch, wait, and listen with baited breath, when the U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a case, that is going to effect the whole fucking country!  These cases are a big deal!  Even Senator Orrin Hatch, a 47 years Republican Senator, from Utah, the reddest of red, states, has even mentioned, Judge Merrick Garland, as a good choice.  Now that President Obama has listened to both sides of the isle, and tried to appease the Republican controlled Senate, and chose someone, that everyone thought was great, until, the President, says, OK, and nominates this man, who's name has come up as a moderate centrist, over and over again!  This smacks of, Obamacare, based on Mitt Romney's universal health care, or Senator Orrin Hatch's Dream Act, both Republican ideas, now are spawns from hell, just because, now, President Obama, is using your ideas . . . such is the case with this man, who's name has come up, again and again.  Now, Republicans, are refusing to do what we elected them to do, confirm, the President's choice for the Supreme Court Bench!

We the People, Need to Put Our Power to Work . . . Call Your Senators, Put Some Pressure on these Losers, to Do Their Fucking JOB! or Go To the Polls, and Vote Someone In Who Will Actually Do Their JOB!  What they are Being Paid to Do . . . and Right Now, that is to Confirm a U.S. Supreme Court Justice!  First, They Need to Give the Man a Hearing, Talk To Him, Get to Know Him . . . Trumpkins vs. Sophisticated Thinkers

I read a great article, in the Missoulian, newspaper, written by political pundit and very smart guy, George Will, whom I don't always agree with, but, I do dig, reading his, elevated level of writing and his vocabulary, always, thrills me, but, I loved several of the statements, he made about Trump followers, that early voters, jumped on the Trump bandwagon, without, the slightest thought, of what he was saying would do, not only to the fabric of the country, the long fought battles, over racism, sexism, bigotry, etc., that came with a huge price in blood, of our forefathers and mothers, fighting for the true American dream, that of bringing about Utopia, or a dream of the ideal society, the founding fathers, foresaw, while not seeing, it in its entirety, but, having the vision, of what might be accomplished, and as the human species, evolved and grew, using the basics and the foundation of what was set in place, whether on purpose or by divine, will, the true vision of all men, being created equal, justice for all, started to unfold, prosperity for me and mine, general welfare, common defense, a more tranquil environment in which to conduct the business of this country, and how it intersects with the other countries and peoples of the earth, sharing the same planet, breathing the same air, and wanting the same things for their children, with all of us, so connected, through, the worldwide web, commerce, the economy all rising and falling together . . . we cannot afford, to go backwards in time, and there are countries, looking for America, to lead, or at least share in leading the whole earth, safely into the next century, with decades of peace, and yes, even love, which is sorely missing, in the Trumpster's vocabulary and in his policy comments, scaring the shit, out of the thinking man and woman!

Trumpism in the garden of conservatism might still stunt its growth by causing his supporters to have second, or perhaps first, thoughts.  A steady diet of his self-adulation can be cloying: even an entertaining boor can become a bore.  News commentators and others, have given Trump, unending time, to rant and rave, but, we never hear anything new, nothing novel, nothing, brave, or true, or even remotely progressive . . . people say, he says, the things we all think, and want to say . . . not me, not my thinking friends, he is not saying what I have ever thought, agreed with, or bought off on, in fact, his is the antithesis of all I believe in, all I fight for, and all want to come to fruition, in this country, and in the world, we all share.  He preys on anger, rather than hope, hate, instead of love, exclusion, rather than inclusion, one of the big mistakes of Senator McCain, and Sarah Palin, who the people, refused to elect, by a resounding statement, back in 2008, and Mitt Romney's statement, excluding 47% of the people, who didn't make the economy fall, had no say, in whether the factory was closed, or whether Bain Capital, and Trump Enterprises, OUTSOURCED AMERICAN JOBS OVERSEES!  I remember, watching the election results roll in for President Obama, on both the first and second showing, thank GOD, and seeing black and white, holding hands, singing, smiling, hugging, loving, enjoying a peaceful assembly, of happy voters, so indicative of the melting pot, America is . . . I remember seeing Oprah Winfrey, laying her black very smart, head, on the shoulder of a white guy she didn't know, or it seemed so . . . and the joy, that former slaves, can rise the level of the richest women, in the world, and the most powerful man in the free world, President Obama, with only what, 14% of the American people being black!
