NEW INFO ON THE BUS . . . I WAS TALKING TO ONE OF THE DRIVERS, ABOUT, THE FACT THAT I HAVE A PASS, AND THE SCANNER, ALWAYS SHOWS THAT I HAVE ZERO ON MY ACCOUNT, AND I OWE .50 CENTS . . . HE SAID, YEAH, I CAN SEE THAT.  WHAT?  THE PASENGERS HAVE A SCANNER THAT TELLS US, WHAT IS UP, BUT SO DOES THE DRIVER, AND HE SAID, IT READ, THAT I HAD A PASS, THAT PRECLUDES, THE EXTRA CHARGE OF .50 CENTS.  A MONTHLY PASS, ENTITLED YOU TO RIDE THE BUS, ALL LINES, AND EVEN THE SOUNDER, ON THAT MONTHLY PASS, WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES.  THOSE WITH TICKETS, HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT, HOW MANY ZONES, THEY ARE GOING THROUGH, AND IF A TRANSFER COVERS IT OR NOT, PASSES ARE WORRY FREE!

FACTS MATTER!

 

• I purchase a month bus pass, on the 3rd of each month, right after I get paid, to make sure I have transportation and freedom
• the first time I bought a pass at the kiosk ORCA ticket center in the tunnel, I paid, $54.00, for a monthly pass based on $1.50 per ride; however, at the end of last month, I wanted to take the ferry, to see what that is all about
• I knew that I had to put special money on my card, or so, I thought, to ride the ferry, so, I got a booklet off the bus, sounder, or somewhere, and read through what I had to do, to get on the ferry
• I tried to purchase a ticket or add money to my ORCA card, but, for some reason, and I am guessing that the same fucks that fucked with my pass, and the additional charges, who didn't want me to go to Kirkland, where I was suppose to have an apartment, or to Sophia's Place, being in the city that Rachel and Chris Hickey and their three kids lived, back in the day, but now that she is me, we can't have two of us, now can we, and the fucking cops, feds, family, whomever, us me to get through the doors, like a shell company, then, they use their or my money, and their connections, to move in and steal my place, moving MY furniture, to create this feeling of consistency, between my practice of law, having my home taken, and connecting me to the Bellevue, Kirkland area, that I hang in now, and they came back to, to remain, considered being ME!
• After the three attempts to purchase or add money to my ORCA card, I gave up, and bagged the whole idea, but in the process, I noticed that in the booklet, the price for a person on disability, was just $36.00 per month!  YEAH.  So, with that thought in mind, on the 3rd, I scrolled down the price list further and found, that the cost was reduced and less than, I had been paying, so, I followed the instructions, and got the cheaper bus pass!

• about half way through the month, one of the bus drivers on RT 249, said, you owe .50 cents more . . . NO, I DON'T, I HAVE A MONTHLY PASS!  It pissed me off, like I said, there is nothing that makes people more angry, than, for someone to accuse them of something that is SOOO contrary to their character, and the vision they have of THEMSELVES!
• I started to pay attention, to the scanner, and it said, ZERO AMOUNT IN ACCOUNT, because some people who don't use the bus, just add a $10 or $20 bill, and the scanner, lets them know, when, the money gets low.  I don't have to deal with that, with a monthly pass, although, I do get cheated out of the first three days of the month on my MONTHLY PASS, because at the end of the month, regardless of when you purchased the pass, the pass ends!  I don't know if that is unique to me, just like the additional .50 cents, but, there always seems to be different rules for me!
• I started to carry my purchase receipt with me, just in case, I had to prove, that I, did, indeed have a monthly pass.  I started to avoid that route, and started going from, Seattle to Belleuve, rather than, Kirkland Park and Ride . . . but, after a few days, I actually, either forgot about the hassle, or decided that I had all the proof I needed, if the .50 cents became an issue.  The funny thing was, that the fuck JOANN, .50 cents, was lifted, after they fuckers decided, that I was conditioned, through, aversion therapy, to go some place besides, Kirkland where MY APARTMENT IS, or their, LOVE SHACK IS!
• I noted that change on my blog, and, they put it back again, and started to put it on a few other routes, to cover for the one route distinction, that designated, Kirkland as the troublesome area!  The last three years, I have had, nothing but this kind of shit! constantly!  Me following the rules and them, making it look, like I am fucking the rules!
• now, it doesn't stop there . . . going above and beyond . . . the bus drivers, have seen me and know that I use a pass, and didn't bother me, much.  So, the issue became, an issue, that no longer, made me look bad, for the most part, until, last Friday, I believe, or was it Saturday?  I think this actually, happened, on, THANKSGIVING!  This was a two sting op day, starting with the tunnel!
• so, I am sitting down, waiting to go to Bellevue, because, LA Fitness is open, from 8:00 AM to 12:00, on Thanksgiving Day . . . they are always trying to stop me from, getting to the pool, or working out, they FEAR me, looking like I did, when, they first poisoned me, when, I weighed, 140 pounds, because, people remember me as thin, not fat, so it is critical, to keeping, Rachel, or one of the fraud broads me, because if I get thin, again, I look more like, me, back in the day, and they are OUT FOREVER!  I have the highlighter on, spell check is off, or course, so, bare with me, fucking with me, even now!  There is what happened, on the Holiday!
• Monday, the sheriffs, did a sting op with the DEA
• Tuesday, the Seattle PD, did another one
• Wednesday, I didn't notice anything, but I think, I went to Ballard . . . yeah, that may have been when, some other shit happened?
• Thursday, I am sitting, waiting for the bus, 550, to Belleuve, and these two guys in orange vests, walk over to me, and they have these counter, devices, or something, that I thought, I saw, dudes, like these guys, checking, passes, like the scanner doesn't or something like that, or they are looking for me?  But, they come over and stand by me, and I don't flinch, so, eventually, they leave . . . no fun, I guess, intimidations, threats and all, that shit, are starting to just wear very thin with me, where I was like, look, I have all the factual proof I need, so their stupid shit, might be a bother, but, eventually, I WILL GET THESE FUCKS OFF MY BACK . . . MUCH TO DO ABOUT, NOTHING!
• I get on the bus, without incident, leave WESTLAKE STATION, to Convention Place or outside, and three alleged, TRANSIT COPS GET ON, AND WHEN, THEY GET NEAR ME, THEY GET ON SOME WALKIE TALKIE AND SAY, SHE'S HERE!  I thought, this is par for the course,.so whatever.  Most of the time, it is all about, huff and puff and I am going to arrest your sorry ass, but, there is not bite in their actions, just bluster!  I ignored them, and listened to my music, but in the back of my mind, is always the nagging, thought, can they do this? NO, but they did, so my mind starts, assessing the reality of these fuckers, wearing gray, not the normal florescent green jackets, so they could be KAY's dudes, just acting like transit cops, wearing different gang colors, so the normal transit cops, don't think anything of them!
• I get the bright idea, that, transit cops, if they are real, have jurisdiction, on the bus, or at the transit center, and it is limited what they can do, so, if that be the case, then, I will just get off early, three stops early, go to Jack in the Box, or 7 Eleven, getting out of their jurisdiction, and any fake cops, that might be waiting for me in Bellevue, faking jurisdiction and being mob, or something, private, crews, a lot! or cops within cop shops, double dipping, to fuck me over!
• I don't think, the three had any idea what to do, so, they just sat and watched as I got off the bus, and smile, back at them!  LOL.  Kay doesn't know this shit and most cops don't either!  There is a song, that says, THEY CAN'T CONVICT HER, BECAUSE SHE'S GOT HER DEGREE!  NOT ALWAYS TRUE, BUT, THE LAW DEGREE AND WORKING FOR THE PROSECUTION COUNCIL AND THE AG'S OFFICE, IN THE CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, TRAINING COPS, COMES IN HANDY!
• so, having to get off and wait for the bus, already, cutting my time thin, I go get, a shake and two tacos, probably, recorded on my Sound Community Card, totaling about, $5.40 or so, can't remember, but VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY . . . PROOF MY PATHS WERE FUCKED WITH!
• I CHECKED INTO THE BELLEUVE, LA FITNESS, AT PRECISELY, 11:15 AM, WITH JUST 45 MINUTES TO WORKOUT!
• I thought this next situation was on that same day, but, I believe, it was, whatever . . . it could have been the night before Thanksgiving, because it seemed, the buses were not crowded . . . now, if you add the dots, together, this makes for a strange combo: (1) I round the alley, leaving LA FITNESS, walk through some hallway, to the alley, walk passed some parking structures and out, to a side street, you can see, BANNER BANK, from where the bus picks up, which, always, pisses me off.  So there are a few people, and the bus rounds the corner to Seattle, 550, several people board and one guy, is standing there, looking, like he is getting his money or his pass out of his wallet, so, I thought, that will hold the bus, while I get closer . . . I was right to the front of the bus, waiting for this dude, to get on, and the bus, just takes off, with me almost hitting the side of the bus, with my hands . . . strange, just leaves.  The other guy, told me, that, he was getting on, 240 or 560?  So, I see his bus, both of us are a bit shocked, that the driver just took off like that . . . but his bus came, and one guy got off first, then, he left.  The passenger, cut in line, and stood right behind me, he asked if this was the bus to Seattle . . . YES.  I BELIEVE THAT, THE DRIVER, WAS ALERTED TO LEAVE ME, AND THE MAN, ACTING LIKE HE WAS GETTING IN HIS WALLET, MADE JUST ENOUGH DOUBT, THAT IT WAS INTENTIONAL, ALSO, LEAVING ME THERE FOR THE "PLANT" WHO FOLLOWED ME ON THE BUS!
• I get on, and notice that now, the Sounder, is showing, that I owe .50 cents, unlike before, I wrote in my blog, about the lifting of the other, 249 bus . . . they always, act like kids . . . HUNTS SERVICE, IT IS ALL ABOUT ME!
• THE DRIVER DOESN'T SAY A DAMNED THING . . . AT THIS POINT, I DON'T KNOW, THAT, ON THEIR SCANNER, IT SHOWS THAT I HAVE A PASS, BUT IT ALSO, OR MIGHT SHOW, THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE TOO?  So, this little dude, starts, yelling . . . you owe, fifty cents.  I just ignore him . . . YOU OWE fifty cents!  I turn and say, I HAVE A MONTHLY PASS!  I said, mind your own business!  He continues and says, YOU OWE FIFTY CENTS MORE . . . the bus driver is not saying, so why do you care?  Because, you owe fifty cents!  I said, what do you pay for your pass . . . he said he too was on disability, and i said, what do you pay for your pass, he hesitates and makes up a number! $64.00 because I go through two zones, and he acted, like so do you!  KAY DOESN'T RIDE THE BUS, NOR DOES SHELLEY, BUT MILES, MIGHT HAVE TRIED TO PUT THIS FUCKER UP TO THIS, BUT FORGOT TO TELL HIM, WHAT THE COST WAS . . . AT BEST, $54.00 IS THE NEXT PRICE UP!
• FINALLY, I SAID, WELL, YOU CAN WORRY ALL NIGHT, ABOUT MY FIFTY CENTS, AND THE WHOLE BUS IS WATCHING, AND FOR THE MOST PART, BUS RIDERS ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE, GREEN, AND COOL, WORKERS, AND COMMUTERS, POLITE AND JUST GO WITH THE FLOW, ARE NICE AND SUCH, SO, I AM SURE, THAT ALL OF THEM WERE LISTENING, BUT, I DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK, I JUST, SAY WHAT COMES TO MIND:
• YOU CAN WORRY ALL NIGHT, ABOUT MY BUS FARE . . . IN FACT, YOU CAN, WORRY ALL FUCKING WEEKEND TOO!

• NO MORE INCIDENTS, THE NEXT DAY, BUT TODAY, I WAS, ON RT 249, AT KIRKLAND CROSSING OR PARK AND RIDE, AND THE FIRST WOMAN, BUS DRIVER, WHO BROUGHT THE .50 CENTS TO MY ATTENTION, WAS ON THE BUS . . . DRIVING, NOW, MOST DRIVER, ALMOST DO A DRIVE BY, AND YOU HAVE TO HUSTLE TO GET ON THE BUS, OR FROM ONE BUS TO ANOTHER . . . SHE SAT, AND MESSED WITH HER PHONE, DIDN'T LEAVE FOR A FEW MINUTES, KEPT LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW, AS IF SHE WAS LOOKING FOR THE COPS . . . I THOUGHT, SHOULD I GET OUT OF DODGE OFF THE BUS, FUCK NO!!!!!!!!  SHE SLOWLY DROVE UP THE HILL AND LET ME OFF!
• THE BUS DRIVER, ON RT 249 TO OVERLAKE, PICKED ME UP, GOING TOWARD, KIRKLAND P AND R, I TOLD HIM, HE WAS GOING TO SEE, THAT I OWE .50 CENTS, BUT I HAVE A PASS . . . HE SAID, DON'T WORRY, WE CAN SEE, THAT YOU HAVE A PASS, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA, WHY, IT SHOWS THAT YOU OWE .50 CENTS, NOW, I AM NOT SURE, IF HIS SCANNER SHOWS, BOTH, OR HE CAN CLEARLY SEE, THAT I AM FINE!  A DRIVER THE DAY BEFORE, ALSO, SAID, THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE . . . YOU HAVE ZERO IN YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU ONLY OWE .50 CENTS?  THE TICKETS COST, $2.50 IN NON-PEAK HOURS, AND IN PEAK HOURS, THEY ARE $2.75, SO IF I HAVE ZERO IN MY ACCOUNT, I WOULD OWE A LOT MORE THAN THAT!  LOL.  NO ONE SAID, CRIMINALS WERE SMART, OR COPS! • THEN, I REALIZED THAT I TOOK THE OVERLAKE BUS, SO, I STOPPED TO GET A DIET COKE, AT MCDONALD'S . . . SOME DUDE, TRYING TO NOT BE NOTICABLE, SAT, AT THE TABLE NEXT TO ME, WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE BUS, ONLY COMES ALMOST EVER HOUR, AT ABOUT, 2:20 PM, I NOTICE A BELLEVUE COP CAR, SLOWLY CRAWLING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT!  WHAT THE FUCK NOW?  I DITCH IN THE BATHROOM, GET MY COAT AND SCARF ON, AND LEAVE . . . DIDN'T SEE HIM, BUT SEVERAL OTHER SUV BELLEVUE COPS, DROVE BY ME, WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE BUS, ACROSS FROM THE ROLLS ROYCE AND LAND ROVER SHOP!
• FUCK OFF DUDES, STOP PROTECTING, PUSSY!  IT IS UNBECOMING OF YOU, AND YOUR COP SHOP, AND IT IS A CRIME, FUCKERS!
• P.S., SOME DUDE ON THE 255 FROM KIRKLAND TO SEATTLE, I BELIEVE, WAS F.B.I., OR SOME COP TYPE, SAT ACROSS FROM ME, AND APPEARED TO BE, USING A HI-TECH, PHONE OR CAMERA, AND SEEMED TO BE VIDEOTAPING ME, THE WHOLE TIME . . . I HAVE NEVER SEEN, A PHONE WITH A LITTLE FINGER, SLIP, TO HOLD STEADY, CAMERA, AND SOME OTHER, NEVER SEEN EQUIPTMENT ON THE BACKOF THE PHONE?  HE DIDN'T FLINCH, NOR SEEM EMBARRASSED AT GETTING CAUGHT!  TWO SISTERS, WERE SITTING IN THE SEATS, NEAR ME, OLDER AND YOUNGER, ONE WITH LONG HAIR AND ONE WITH SHORTER . . .
