Foundational History and Changes Over Time

Criminologists, always, look to background information, to try to see where behavior starts and why?  So, I don't know much, but I have garnered some information over the years, since, first meeting Garrett in Great Falls at the Rescue Mission there . . . now, I know that cops are cheap, and I remember asking Garrett why he didn't stay at a hotel, since he worked and all?  He told me, that he sent money back to his sisters in Georgia, and I remember, thinking, what a nice guy, but the dude is cheaper than shit, so?  He also told me he was raised on a farm, with a large family, very religious, considers himself, better than, many people, while black, because he, doesn't swear.  My friend, Pat, today, refreshed my memory, because I knew she knew him, and she them, told me of the incident, involving her friend, and, after she pushed him away, the friend, I think with the Volvo, maybe, he grabbed the woman, and Patrice, turned him into the police, so there should be a police record, but Garrett, in very true fashion, promptly, used the old, true and tried, male test and statements about older women, she is crazy!  And, no doubt, a cop would believe a former cop, because, Garrett has been coming to the Pov. for at least 9 years, so he has been around!  Anyway, as I was leaving from lunch today, and after having this brief, conversation, with Garrett, then, seeing the child's book, a rarely seen, book, and it said, FOLLOW THAT TRUCK, I wondered if that was a God's Intel, and something I should pay attention to?  And the reason, it stood out in my mind, is a previous, guy, stopped to talk to me, during lunch, and he had written an article on King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, a children's book, that he was interested in and had written a response or article he wanted me to look at and critique for him, which, he gave me a copy of the book, and notes, just before, I saw the other kid's book, so?  A connection?  Maybe . . . but, Garrett, claimed, the owner of the truck were coming to the Poverello, where they interviewed him, to pick him up, because he was heading to Denver on his first run.  So, follow that truck, struck a cord with me, so I am!

Now, if Garrett is undercover, or something, none of this information might be true, because they all have cover stories, and when I met Garrett, he told me that name, however, the first time I saw him at the Pov., everyone was calling him, Sam?  The other day, I asked to see his I.D., and said, so should I call you Sam or Garrett?  He told me that, Sam, was a nick-name, but Garrett was his given name, but everyone called him, Sam.  So?  But, that struck me as strange too?  Sam is not really, the kind of nick-name, that you would connect to Garrett?  Gary or Rett, Rhett, like in Rhett Butler.  He also, said that he was a direct descendant of George Washington . . . I said, does every black, claim that heritage?  Because, my buddy, Miles, just told me the same thing, are you two related?  LOL!  Or is it a cop cover thing, a divine heritage? a connection with whites?  whatever?

• Garrett is not married, claims to have never been married, never had kids, and again, that is because of taking care of his sisters, but he claims that they have, Ph.D's, or are preachers? and he claims to be a big Christian, but, he really is not, as far as I am concerned!  Patrice, said that, if you want to put, Garrett in his place, like she does, from New York, she just throws, his good Christian, guy, who just groped her friend in his face!
• Garrett, always seems to have money, he is a vet, could stay up in the upstairs with the vets, he doesn't need to work, is on some type of pension, but, he is always, coming and going, taking jobs, and quitting jobs, but he assured me, that, the country needs, 48,000 truckers, right now, so he seems to have his pick of jobs, brags that he has three job offers, anytime he wants, and I know, that, someone came and interviewed him, Sunday, and gave him a manila large envelope or packet?  I have seen that used in hiring someone to do a hit too!  As I recall, that was about the time, he started to, ask me if he could hang out with me!  NO!  But, give me a dollar for a Diet Coke!  I had turned, Brent down, too, a white guy, so, I am not discriminating, I just don't want company.  That is one thing about Garrett, is that most guys in the Pov. don't even dare talk to me, let alone, up me down, after I reject him!
• I have not seen Garrett, stay in Missoula, more than a few weeks . . . he always does his chores, is always welcome, seems to get along with the guys well, no problems at all, but, I am not so sure with the women.  He seems to drop in and try to see if there is any new meat, in the Pov., and when, none of the chicks, bite, he is off again.  Last year, he was going to go to Alaska on  a cruise and asked me, if I wanted to pay my own way, and go with him?  No.  He asked me to go to Washington, Bellmont, or somewhere, he thought there was a great homeless shelter, good food, but he did show me, a really nice house he was renting in, somewhere in Washington, and I asked him, why he didn't go there and stay?  He didn't answer.  I just chalked it up to trucking, or money, or boredom, or whatever, I know, that I float, here and there, then come back, see Annie and friends, Clinton, and others, familiar with staff, so, kind of home turf, in a way . . . cops, are at least, used to me, know, I am a safe person in a safe place!
• Garrett, seemed shocked, when he first met me, that I was not trying to hook up with him, and he is a notch or two above the rest, clean, ordinarily, pleasant, unless, rejected, but at first I didn't see that in him.  But he told me he could have any woman he wanted, and most women, dig him, like him, see him as a good catch, etc.  Whatever, I blew off a Kennedy, why don't you think, I would blow off the rest of you?  LOL!  Garrett was always, flippant, and sarcastic, and I just chalked that up to being what I thought, and later learned about him, he was a cop in his first life, which made me suspicious as to why he was there, but, it seemed par for the course with cops, in general, they love me and hate me!  So, all seemed normal; however, last spring, I returned from my travels to Grand Junction, Durango, Denver, Kalispell, Billings, Bozeman and Butte, and I had been gone for about, 3 months, leaving, under the gun again, being set up, chased, tracked, but I got out of town.  But, Garrett said, I heard you were in jail, all this time.  I was like WHAT?  And he said, no, some chick, told me, she saw you in jail.  I was like, ah, no, that was not me.  He insisted, and I think, told others, who knew me, that was were I was at.  I was pissed, and said, so you are going to believe, some homeless drunk chick from the Pov. or me, a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar?  And basically, he inferred that I was lying about that--which led me to believe, that, sure enough, he was on Shelley's pay roll, and thinks she is me, or he, knows, but refuses to believe, or whatever.  But, I got pissed off, and yelled at him, and he left shortly after that, I loudly, let the whole outer yard, know, that was a bold faced lie!
• Garrett seems to be in a state of denial, and again, that could be the identity theft, having met, as a cop, one of the fraud broads, and not believing that, I am truly, the chick, cops fear and hold dear!  But, during one of our conversations, he said, in true cop fashion, and I believe this is when he admitted, he was a cop for the first time, I am going to see if there is a warrant out on you, or if, there is a BOUNTY!  Now, who would know how to find out that information, other than a cop?  He came back and told me, you have a $10,000 bounty out on you, and he joked that he was going to turn me in.  That didn't bother me, but, the amount did, shouldn't I be, worth WAY more than that, fuck, it is my money, these assholes are using!
• I wrote about what happened, during lunch.  Like, why would I want to see you off?  Good riddance!  But, Annies, seemed a bit more suspicious.  So, Garrett, comes to town, and the first thing he said, was, you will never guess who, I ran into, in either Billings or Bozeman?  Who?  Annie, but the thought just came to me, that Annie, brags about being a deputy sheriff and working undercover? are these two working together?  Is he thinking he is making me jealous?  Anyway, Garrett's and Annie's story, matched up, they ran into each other and, she would not get up in his truck, but did take him up on dinner.  I think, sex was on his mind, because, he said, you need to dust that thing off, referring to her pussy! But, he showed me the pictures of him, and her, later, him, Mary another acquaintance from the Pov., and whatever.  The other day, Annie told me Garrett, wanted her prescription drugs, wanted to know what was in her purse, and she got pissed, called him a nigger, and told, him that her father was right, they are lazy this or that!  She later called another guy, white trash, and she was swearing like a sailor the other day, and I have NEVER heard her swear!?  She did, say, however, last time I saw her, that she was paid by the military for some work she did, $1,000? undercover?  She also, told me, that, as soon as she left, Missoula, she would be paid too?  So, there seems to be some kind of cop, sheriff connection there, and she is always bragging that she had cops in her family, and top military, and last night, she was saying that her son, a Marine, could have worked in the Pentagon, but didn't?  And she said, that, she will never know what her son does, or did in the Marines, nor now, but he said, Mom, you will be okay, that something she did, covered all that?  But, last night, Annie told me that Garrett, was trash talking me and telling her, not to hang out with me, because, she would start to act like me?  What a feminist, a Hillary supporter, and female attorney?  That fear, seems to run deep in Republican men and cops, just today, there was an article on the now, debunked, shamed and humiliated, Pennsylvania, Attorney General, Kathreen Kane, who was caught, using her power, to take down enemies, and she was caught up in some, porno ring with top judges, two on the state supreme court stepped down, but with prosecutors and cops, and she is the only one being tarnished, but what they said, reminded me of the Mormon Church and me . . . Kane came from a tough background, and worked her way through college, law school, got married and used her husband's families, construction fortune to run for office, doing many good things . . . but now she is getting a divorce, she is getting, $350,000 a month in alimony and child support, she has LEARNED HER LESSON, BEEN HUMBLED AND IS READY TO STAY HOME AND TAKE CARE OF HER CHILDREN!!!!!!!  This sounds like the old public witch trials, taking feminist women, taking them down, while the men involved, don't even get a hand slap, like the Utah Attorneys Generals, Mark Shurtleff, and John Swallow, FBI dropped their probes, fuck these guys are dirty as dirty, and were involved in stealing my house, giving my identity to Shelley, or others, worked to get my law practice shut down, and has been involved, since, I got poisoned, because cops KNEW, if I RAN FOR OFFICE, I was a SHOE IN, so they took me out of the game!  We are talking 30 counts of corruption, dropped, and now, Shurtleff is back in D.C. and high priced, lobbyist?  And I am homeless?  FUCK?  I didn't do ANYTHING WRONG, other than, be a bit ambitious, another thing, the boyz club hit Kane on, and doing what I TOOK AN OATH TO DO, which crossed paths with cops, prosecutors and judges, and I believe they did this to humble me too!  They can't stand the tough, that, I was able to do it all, that, on top of a great career, not only in law, but as a professor, a business owner, I had great kids, a famous rock star, pop and rap, star, two beautiful daughters who served their country, and did top missions, linguist, and other missions . . . I AM ALLEGEDLY A HOG, so I DON'T DESERVE WHAT I EARNED?  SO WOMEN WHO DIDN"T DO WHAT I DID, DESERVED TO BE ME, BE MY KID'S MOTHER . . . why, because, they are kind to cops?  Let's not mention, the 100 crimes the cops and these bitches committed in the identity theft, nor the BILLION DOLLAR HEIST!  Former, AG, Kathy Kane, was escorted, by cops, who were likely in on the porn ring, walking her as if a SHAMED, HUMBLED WOMAN, HOW DARE SHE HAVE AMBITIONS, HILLARY?  And you wonder why Hill, hung onto Bill . . . she was smarter than me!  Anyway, Garrett seems to think, that, Annie needs a man, that I need one, and that, we would be good girls if we were getting laid!  JoAnn, why aren't you looking for a nice rich husband?  BECAUSE I HAVE MADE A FUCKING FORTUNE ON MY OWN, AND DON'T NEED A MAN!  I JUST WANT MY MONEY, MY NAME, AND MY LIFE, WITH MY KIDS AND GRAND KIDS . . . MY REJECTION OF HIM, AND HIS COP BUDDIES, SEEMS TO FLIP THE CRAZY ASS SWITCH IN ALL OF THEM . . . LOVE ME, OR I WILL DESTROY YOU!

Garrett, reminds me of this dude, I saw in the Forensic Files, episode called, Seeing RED!  The male sense of entitlement, to sex, is scary, haunting, and the rejection, crazy shit, is bizarre!  I this case, this guy, calls this woman, or hooker, who just happened to be a mother of 4, and was 2 months pregnant when she was murdered.  The criminologist, put the evidence together to tell the story of what happened to this pretty red head, found, naked, stuff in a suitcase, buried in the land fill and junkyard, first being raped, beaten, but not dead, being stuff into a suitcase, alive, thrown in the trash dumpster, then, taken to the landfill, where she died of asphyxiation!  But, what, appeared to have happened, is that, he picked the victim up, to have sex, and when, she asked for her money, he got pissed and said, what money?  The money you owe me for sex, and at that point, he lost it and beat the shit out of her, thought he killed her, or didn't care, went to Walmart, purchased the items, and dumped her body.  Then, he took off on the BUS! and went, I believe back to his parent's house, but computer forensics, found that, both the victim's name and a missing girl's name showed up in his searches, like he was tracking the cases!  PARENTS, this young girl, was in contact with the killer, online, and on the night of the girl going missing, and later, found to be her murder, she got a call on her land line at home, rather than her cell phone, and she sneaked out of the house and met the killer, but when he wanted sex with the young girl, she rejected him, and like when the other victim, asked for money, he went ape shit and killed her too.  He followed the same pattern, purchased gloves and a suitcase, stuff her body in it, and threw it in the dumpster, and so cops figured, once they connected the cases, had hundreds of volunteers to go through tons of trash, but eventually, they found the body of the 15 year old, who, was so out of her character, missed work, left her keys, her car, her purse, so the killer must have come to the house!

I can see, a 180 degree change in Garrett, enough to cause me some concern, for anyone who rejects him, in the throws of passion and being a former cop, he gets the automatic free pass over and get out of jail free, with background checks, showing nothing but stellar performance, and raving reviews on work . . . he seems to come across great, I saw the woman from Hamilton, who hired him, and I think, that she came like last Sunday, maybe Saturday, to interview him, and all seemed cool!  So, he gets along well in society, always shines in a work sense, but, he got this new, Samsung smart phone that he is on all the time, watching politics and whatever, but, it might be a new toy, to find toys?  I am just going on, intuition and gut feelings from that book!
