Foundational and Conceptual Background Information--Let's Call This the Contextual Framework for the Case!

Now, if any of you, have studies, family dynamics, psychology, sibling order, and the characteristics of birth order, you will know, that in most cases, children, are like the two, siblings in the TV episode, with the first child, being the overachiever, in the Southwick family, that would be Shelley; however, Shelley, wanted to stay in her bedroom, reading and ignoring that she has sisters and brothers, starting with, me being born, just 15 short months after she was born, bumping her out of the spotlight, possibly too early, therefore, she withdrew, into her shell, so to say, fits, and disappeared for about 50 years, until, about, 2009, when, Rachel, got married, I moved into Rachel house to take over, with kids, lawsuits, evictions, and dealing with all the issues that Rachel, left, to avoid with me inheriting Shelley, and her next two generations, of kids and a grandkids, along with Rachel's crew, plus a few! But, back to the birth order, so, because of Shelley's, denial that she had been misplaced so young, I took on, not only the characteristics of the second child, the wild child, often the black sheep, bucking everything from tradition to family, and beyond, which fits the fun, adventuresome side of me, but, I also, fit, very nicely, in to the characteristics as the overachiever in the family, which, I was, have been, am and will always, be, while maintaining the personality, of the second child. I was the one my mother, would call out of school, to babysit, younger brothers and sisters, who came fast and furious to the Southwick, family. I was my mother's little helpers, ironing, cleaning closest, doing her hair, even found with a baby, Rachel, 7 years my junior, laying on my chest, when my parents got home from a trip to Hawaii, with the babysitter, locking herself in my parents room, talking to her boyfriend, all two weeks, while I took over her duties . . . my parents found me, at about age, 8, my most perfect, with the 6 month old, baby, asleep, waiting for my parents to come home!
DIVERGENT . . . 5 PROFESSIONAL CHOICES . . . I FIT ALL OF THEM!
My grandson, who very much, fits the oldest child, traits, driven, bosses younger brothers around, had to read the book, Divergent or Divergence? and in addition, watch the movie, which we all did. There was the lifestyle choices, of being the cops, the justice, the gardeners, the social activist, and the intellectual . . . I am all of them. I would have, various parts of my life that shows, evidence, strong of all 5 personality and career, or involvement, with all these various, roles in society. As with the chick, the main character, who went to test, didn't fit into any of the squares, pegs, or choices, but, she, showed, evidence of having a divergent, personality, that could have fit about any of them . . . she chose, the cops, which, not surprising was, probably the least, interesting, and seemed to be, jumping, running and diving, for no purpose, but very physical, no wonder, the very physically fit and the fake boobs, work . . . cops are very physically, oriented, while I am, more cerebral, although, younger, that would have suited me too!
Now the thing that interested me about the Criminal Minds, is the concept of overlap . . . with the evil, mastermind, that would take, people with split personalities, and get, the person, they wanted this bipolar, or whatever, with multiple personalities, to take over an identity for criminal purposes, much as in my case, then, taking the victim, either drugging them, getting them to talk, and tell, their life's stories, and memories, later, to use the new surrogate, brainwashing them, and feeding or planting the victim's personality, in the split or multiple, personality person, or someone willing to take on, someone else's identity, not a hard one for, someone to want to be me, with Kay, always, wanting that, and Shelley for obvious reasons, along with other siblings and attorneys, not very hard to figure out, and not hard for the evil villain, SCRATCH, interesting and very, symbolic name, indicating, SATAN, or someone, like in this case, very smart, with a strong and powerful, criminal mind, who is more than willing to steal personalities, identities, for the ill gotten gains, prestige, elitism, resume, kids, credentials, replacing the life of the one, victim, in my case me, or my sons, or even all my kids, at one point with the family, wanting to steal, all my kids, histories, considering the, GREAT ONES, to be the EXPENDABLES, while the average, the par, the normal, and not so accomplished, members of the Southwick family, enamored with, Brett, or Scratch, the SUBSTITUTES--NOW CONSIDERED THE INCREDIBLES, making themselves, more than willing to take on, my families identities, either out of jealousy, envy, lack of wanting to perform themselves, being lazy, getting something for nothing, and cheap, cheating law degree, with planting my memories and knowledge into the minds of the other, willing participants!

As the money, fame, gain, and list of lovers, grew, with all cops being rejected, by the mother lode with eyes on the kids, and many having previously, engaged in relationships with these women, prior to being introduced in a controlled atmosphere, with only a select, number of approved men, that would enable, the control group to control me and my family, isolating us, from outside interests and love!, with each rejection or jilting, or exit from a relationship, or even a passing one, that opened the door, for another, JoAnn to appear, as a Joann, or Joanne, or Joan, or Johann, or whatever, divergent spelling of my name, came up, giving each man the opportunity, to be married to my famous, name with cops, now with the world, with the amazing kids, stunningly beautiful daughters, who served their country, nontraditional for Mormon raised girls, as was the case with their mother, and also the sons, both going into music, both excelling, one in rock, the other in rap, hip hop, making a shit load of money! With each passing year, my return to the law, not only did I have a great resume, but, great honors, scholarly titles, awards of distinction, merit and envy, of professional status in the fields of law, university life, and even the cops world, counting, death blows to asset forfeiture, government billing, and the high flying world of wealth managers, and financial planners.

THE THREE STAGES OF STEALING MY IDENTITY: (1) THE PERFORMANCE STAGE; (2) THE PIGGY BACK STAGE, WHERE THE DOUBLE, RIDES ON THE WINGS OF THE IDENTITY THEY WANT TO STEAL; AND FINALLY, (3) THE AMBUSH, OR BUMP THE REAL PERSON ASIDE, PUTTING THE DOUBLE IN THEIR PLACE!

the unsub, or the unknown suspect, is posing at the brother in the TV show
when he is asked, social security number, and name, he is perfect, doesn't miss a beat
there is no hesitation, nor, diverting the eyes from contact, with cops, trained in body language, to recognize when someone is lying or concealing information . . . nothing
all questions are answered, with perfection, just like the person themselves, would answer the key, informational insights that, only that person, themselves would know, so?
even family, or pet names, for a cherished sibling, or very close, brother or sister, with significant meaning only to them, is easily, explained and understood?
the symbolic nature of the pet name is known, the background of where it came from, and it is this way with every question, leaving the sister, wondering how? but knowing this is not, her brother, but a counterfeit, a fraud, a double, not even looking, like her brother, and she can clearly see the differences between her brother's early pictures, and this new guy's pictures
to every interview question, with the sister, watching from behind, a double pained mirror, the new brother, or alleged, brother, posing as the brother, answers every nuance of the interview, with precisions and perfection, without, blinking an eye, or missing a beat . . . so what is up?
the F.B.I. agent, and the unit, talk, and they, think that if, she, the sister, the older more credentialed, sister, always impatient with the underachieving brother, making him feel bad, but, he still, comes for money, for favors and for connections, hurt, at the arrest, and acting exactly as if, he were truly her brother, but, during, an incident or at one time, the dude, posing as the brother states, the name, Luke, which is one of the guys in the unit, but, later he doesn't respond, to that name or the person at all . . .
they decide to give the unsub, or the suspect, everything he asks for, knowing that people with split personalities, also victims, being used by SCRATCH, the mastermind, they have been trying to catch, has somehow figured, out, the game, with the agents, putting pressure on the poser, making them, eventually, crack, but this guy, never does, not fitting previous cases with this guy, SCRATCH, having perfected his art, until it dawns on, the agents, that, Luke is referring to a scripture or a code, using the pictures, two of the real brother and one of the misfit or poser? Finally, they realize, that it is the scripture, Luke 11:32 or the Prodigal Son, with the poser feeling like the loser, the spender, the one, who, left, took his father's fortune, then later came back wanting to be a servant in his father's home!
the father is asked to come, visit with the new, alleged, son, to see if he can break or crack something in him, when the female agent sister, finds out that her, real brother is being held, and is going to be murdered by the enemy of the F.B.I., whom they have been trying to catch for a long, long time, wondering if the whole unit, is the target of this man, crazed, lunatic, but evil genius?
it is when the father comes that all hell breaks loose with the poser brother, knowing all the memories, feelings, insights, psychology, and stories between the father and the son, that the sister never knew, having left home, shortly after the mother died, with the last words, the sister said to her brother was something about him being the troubled kid, or the loser, even though he too, had scored almost a perfect score on his college entrance exams and was given a full ride scholarship, to Yale! The sister, just thought that, the younger brother was lazy and an underachiever, when in reality, he was treated, differently, he referred to the way his father treated him, was, the soft bigotry of low expectations . . . not experienced in society at large, but from his own family, his bright, scholarly sister and his father, who used to walk around the house, probably drunk, saying with a gun in each had, one is to kill and the other is for fun . . . threatening even the physical safety of the brother.
at one point, the sister, who never knew any of this, tells her brother, or this poser, that she is sorry, that she never knew, and that her father, even used to tell her mother, to not, let her know, of the abuse to the brother, because the sister was the one, the parents, bragged about, the one, they were proud of, and they didn't want to spoil what, they had with her, so they, never expected much from the brother! The father, said, "I tried, but you two were so, different, and your brother needed something more, something different and I didn't know what it was?" The sister, tells the father, that, none of this, now dealing with the real brother, was his fault that he did the best he could, but they needed to find the brother.
the unit, collectively, makes several observations, about this new, twist to the same old, SCRATCH, that, in order for this split, to be able to so, perfectly, mime, mimic and tell the family secrets, there had to be some type of OVERLAP BETWEEN THE VICTIM AND THE POSER'S LIVES! As the sister, starts to get into the other dudes, life, having figured out who he was, finally, she started to draw some comparisons between her brother's life and the double, who had taken on her brother's life! Eventually, she starts to hit some sweet spots with the unsub, and he, eventually breaks, come to, and realizes he, had been, almost in a trance type situation, allowing the evil, puppet master, to somehow, find two people, so close, with overlapping, lives, histories, stories, and then blend the two, taking the one, victim and putting all his memories, into the mind of the other, so susceptible, due to the similarities of their lives, histories, especially, the parts that, were abusive, event that were painful, like finding, a sister, or father, who committed suicide, or in my case, even good events, or child swapping, or sharing stories, sending, emails, case briefs, both being interested in the law, or in whatever . . . but this is key, to the manipulation, the blending, the weaving, and the shared, men, who, loved my history, but, may have loved the other women, kinder, sweeter, more needy of men, and so the switch was easy . . . the lives meshed, so well! While, I believe that, there is some type of personality disorder in everyone, I believe, these were crimes of opportunity, of professional jealousy, of job and resume envy, possible guilt, in child rearing, in addition to wanting, successes for their own children, while, missing the opportunities, to make up for lost time, or missed, chances, but, being, envious, not only professionally, but as a mother also, with say, an illegitimate child, of two, evil, SCRATCHES, being the target of guilt, or familiarity, with the cousin, the music, the friends, sharing, not only living spaces, but, everything, overlapping with the one, also, good, smart, nice looking, but perhaps, better, more connected in the family, and less of an achiever, but, more valued, and not a threat to the rest of the family, pecking order, with money being the first, order, later to have, educations and professional development, giving both, money, esteem, prestige, power, influence, and the chance to change the world, a basic desire for everyone, but, without wanting, or desiring, or fearing that there would be failure or that, the levels of success would not be as great, therefore, the powerful men, connected, in the criminal justice system, pulled strings, closed eyes, to crimes, and even facilitated, favors, for their pets, that were much more, obedient, with both the men and the women, becoming co-dependent on each other . . . the men could pay me back for the pain, both personally and professionally, and jealous women, using the men, as stepping stones to put me in my place, or hurt me, and all parties, more than willing to use whatever, tools, tricks, games, elements of a profession of the cops, to make them me . . . as a cop, it is easy to put up surveillance, to hear stories, to read, a profile, do a psychological make up, with sisters, friends, already, knowing much of a sister's story, with phones, tapped, and eavesdropping on computers and bribes, 24/7 surveillance, high tech spy gear, there is nothing that the cops can't get, therefore the sisters, are involved in everything, so it is not even brainwashing, or hypnosis, or planting memories, but memorization, constant contact, and want, desire, hate, hurt, emotions, and keeping their men, and the men, the women, that give them the status of being married to me, without all the attitude and grief, or rejection, and all of the money, bragging rights, the great kids, getting their cake and eating it too! EASY!
ANOTHER TWIST AND COMPLICATION, IS, THAT FOUR SISTERS WERE PREGNANT AT THE SAME TIME . . . THREE DELIVERED, BONDED, THE TRIPLETS, ALL MORMON, REPUBLICANS, AND MUCH, HIGHER FAMILY, IDENTITY, WHILE, ME, ABORTED, NOT MORMON, REALLY, A PROFESSIONAL, WASN'T AROUND FOR YEARS OF CARD PLAYING AND FAMILY BONDING, NOR WERE MY CHILDREN, SO MY FAMILY, WERE CONSIDERED, OUTSIDERS, MISFITS, WITH OUR FOCUS ON EDUCATIONS, BRAINS, RATHER THAN LOOKS, AND MONEY . . . ALTHOUGH THE EDUCATION, BROUGHT THE MONEY AND WE WERE BLESSED WITH THE LOOKS, ALWAYS HAD IT! SO HAVE MY CHILDREN . . . ALL BRILLIANT, BEAUTIFUL AND VERY GOOD CHARACTERS! HOWEVER, IN THE EYES OF THE WORLD, WE WERE THE SUCCESSES, THE STELLAR FAMILY, THE EDUCATED, THE TRAINED, THE EXPERIENCED, THE VALUED, FUCKING UP THE FAMILY PECKING ORDER AND WHEN, ELLIOT'S BAND, BECAME, HARD ROCK BAND OF 2008, EVEN BEFORE, THIS WAS MORE THAN, MY FAMILY, SISTERS, HUSBANDS AND LOVERS COULD STAND, BECAUSE, IN WAS NOT PUNISHED, IN FACT, EXCEPTIONALLY, BLESS, INSPITE OF THE ABORTION, A RISING STAR, AT ALL LEVELS AND MY KIDS, WERE FOLLOWING IN MY SHOES, EXCELING WITH THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE, THEIR PATHS IN LIFE, BRINGING THEIR OWN SUCCESS, CREATING, THE TABLES TO BE TURNED ,AND THAT WAS FAR TOO MUCH FOR MY VERY, MATERIALISTIC, IMAGE CONSCIOUS, GOLD DIGGING FAMILY TO BEAR . . .
