Are Cops, Smarter Than a 5th Grader?  NO!

Now, if I took a 5th graders, to McDonald's, Broadway, West, Missoula, Montana, and I showed him or her, a picture of me, like you could find, in the TWO surveillance cameras, right over where I wrote the blog, on community policing and Orlando, last night, not to mention, the THIRD surveillance camera, over by the drink machine, napkins, cup lids, and ketchup!  God, just how, I can hang out there for fucking YEARS, writing, flipping cops off, noting the time, even the table I am at, the clothes I am wearing, even what food, I have, on a fucking tray in front of me, and cops, can't fucking figure out who I am, and I asked the child, seeing I am wearing, exactly what I was wearing in the picture, that would have been taken, last night, with PlayPlace or the kids area, in the background, and I said, can you tell where this picture was taken?  Yes, near the kids area, in McDonald's . . . can you tell which McDonald's the picture was at?  Yes, that is the one with the lady bug, tree, little bridge, and that is on Broadway.  And, who is sitting at the computer, typing or waving to the camera, with either an orange or black hat, all black clothing . . . with a quick look at ME, he would say, oh, that is you, OF COURSE!  Just this morning, cops, like I said, came screaming down Broadway from Spruce, until, the cops noticed me, sitting on the brick wall at Sleepy Inn, resting before, I go to McDonald's which is not surprise, since, I have, off and on, gone there to write my blog, in a clean well lighted place, and partake of a cold, refreshing, Diet Coke for one dollar!  Shelley, Kay, they drink coffee, Rachel, probably does now too, since she is a weak person, who will do what her company does!

I am watching an episode of FBI Files: Deadly Obsession, about a top attorney, and if I remember, because, I have been writing, while this true crime is on, Thomas Capono, oldest brother of four, parents favorite, and always, sounds, mob, family construction, families considerable real estate, multi-millionaires, and people said, people would not cooperate, never believed that he could kill his mistress, Ann Marie, when she started to see another man, in my case, on top of trying to kill me, my obsessive lover, just kills or injures, potential lovers.  People were not talking and they were pissed that the cops were investigating this high profile attorney.  Sounds familiar too!  But, two of the counties, involved, were Bond and Marshall Counties!  Very interesting in deed.  Like I said this morning, no good deed, goes unPUNISHED!  Now, why, would I get punished, for writing a blog, about community policing, later, on about some of my accomplishments, that are above and beyond any job description, like saving doctors and financial planners, or writing a four point plan for Afghanistan, mainly, because that was the focus of Congress . . . now, I never put MY name on it, as usual, even though, I did 90% of the work, in the group, we called, St. George, Utah, Think Team, different version of normal, Think Tank? . . . I think, if I tell, the facts of the story, of I think, another FBI Files, I Married a Mobster, Grim Reaper! Oh, Capono, the attorney, got the mobster attorney, in the above FBI story, true, murdered his mistress when she wanted to leave him . . . you don't leave mobsters, or they kill you if you try, sounds way familiar, but the statement, caught my attention, the system works, prosecutors were able to convict the attorney, powerful, connected and protected, without a body, with only circumstantial evidence!  The jury showed, the mob family, that justice is for all, and they sentenced the man, to death! not just life in prison!  There are many similarities, informative facts, personality types, and information, from this true crime episode and my case, Nancy Hatchet, Gretchen Hatchet, two names in new episode, better turn it off, or I will get too distracted, but Nancy, is the name of Brett's former girlfriend, he was with, at the time, I met him, she was allegedly a professor in the theater arts department of Utah State University.  Did he kill her too?  I know he is a serial killer, hit man, he even William Ragland . . . The key to being successful, in the mob, Mormons, and most likely men in black, or MIB, is to be, powerful, charismatic leader, ruthless, and make a shit load of money!  Me and my, kids, are a fucking gold mine of money, EZ MONEY, so easy prey, for, all these fucks!  I don't see my kids, as being very materialistic, and if they are, that comes from, spouses, or lovers, because, at least their mother, was so not that way, and focused in brains, education, intellect, conversation, knowledge, not money.  I remember, telling, Elliot, when his first, CD with Sony, his band, God's Revolver, hitting best hard rock band, on their first CD, Little Black Horse Where Are You Going With Your Dead Rider? which was, mixed, titles changed, fake band, and marketed, through the Mormon marketing system, like none other in the world, not to mention, worldwide, intelligence connections, through CIA and FBI, so easy to steal, so easy to market and so easy to sabotage the REAL band, especially with mom, still out of commission!  But, by 2010, I was back in the legal saddle, rocking the legal field, like son was rocking the music world, and I could see, the forces, gathering to steal, this CD, that the band took, 5 fucking years to put together, just as good as the first one, and about the cops, investigation of the dead rider! way cool shit, I used to use it to amp me up to rip off heads, in court in Salt Lake City, Utah, using it to rock my ass, for 285 miles, from St. George, to Salt Lake . . . so, I told Elliot, when, I heard that Sony, or the mob, wanted his band to re-mix some of the music, and he did his portion in 4 DAYS, and the rest of the BAND, refusing to do it!  EASY STEAL, CD was never even NAMED!  I asked Elliot, if he wanted me to SUE, and he said, NO . . . what do you do with a PLAINTIFF, who will not FUCKING SUE?  Like mother, like son, he makes music out of love, like mother writes on the law, out of love for the law and helping the country . . . money was NEVER THE GOAL!

Mob Wives: Born into the Mob, Inducted as a Mistress, or Marry into the Mob . . . but, Once You Are In, You Don't Get Out!

In the Grim Reaper, there is a hot, young Italian girl, who is dating a member of the mob, she grew up with Italian men, counting money on her grandmother's table and gambling in her backroom, so, she, of course is exposed to mob men, and she is dating one, at the time, she meets, Greg, and she is instantly smitten with the married man, and she loses interest in her boyfriend, who just happens to be from a rival gang, which she didn't know at the time.  During the first meeting, Greg asks, the girl for her name and number.  One night, soon after that, this girl gets in a huge fight with mobster boyfriend and she runs to Greg of the rival gang, later become his mistress after the two fight it out, manly through talking and maybe respect for her wishes, but she soon becomes, Greg's girlfriend, and he lavishes her with gifts, birthday parties, and nothing it too good for the mob girlfriends, wife's not so lucky, left out, home taking care of the kids, and the house, while the men, meet at the social clubs, and back rooms with their mistresses!  This mob chick, loved being with Greg, because if anyone did anything wrong or against her, he killed them!  He is the go to man, for mob hits too, and he was no ordinary, mobster, he was also working undercover with the FBI, after getting caught, for armed robbery, the feds leaned on him, to work with them, and get the KKK to talk, infiltrating the white power group of cops and citizens, in the south, that had just murdered three civil rights workers, one black and two white.  The cops were impressed with the man, because, he got a KKK member and beat the shit out of him, tortured him, got him to talk, and I think, he killed him afterwards.  But, case solved, problem with informant already done! probably caught things on tape for evidence and confessions, I would guess.

Linda, the mistress, is sick of being, Greg's booty call, she wants to get married and have kids with him.  So, she hatches this plan, to marry a guy whom she works with at the grocery store, to make, staying with Greg better, to get him jealous, and as a cover . . . she is still seeing, Greg, all the time, and she gets pregnant, and her husband, doesn't even know.  Greg, now, starts having two families, but Linda is still pressuring him to get a divorce, which he eventually does.  The relevance here, is that, these chicks, and chaps, are all simultaneously, mobsters, mob wives, who, like Greg, are allowed to roam free, kill at will, do mob shit, and also work with the feds, the FBI, on their payroll, with the cops, getting something on the side too, and using them to solve cases, who better, than mobsters and gangsters themselves, dark minds think alike, and when all the agents are squeaky allegedly clean Mormon boys, these guys are perfect to do the dirty work!  Finally, Linda, now with two children, wears, Greg down, and he goes against mob rules and divorces his wife, and marries Linda.  The thing that is interesting about the mob culture, is the wives, know little of their husband's activities, but the mistresses are in a different category, they are with them at the meetings, sitting right next to them, and they literally, become, partners in crime!  Oh, Charlie, Linda's husband was the perfect husband, he never suspected a thing, even after she had two of Greg's kids, and he just went along with it, when, Linda divorced him and married Greg!  The crew I am dealing with, have cover marriages, wives and husbands, who are not in the mob, or the super mob, who may be formerly a cops, inducted and persuaded into the culture, of mobsters and Mormons with spiritual wives or mistresses!

Greg is Allowed to Be a Mobster and FBI Informant, Until He Gets Into a Mob War, With Rival Families!

Eventually, the FBI, can no longer look the other way allowing Greg to be an informant, and them, knowing of his activities, even with Linda involved, robbing a bank at the airport, with rivals fighting over the proceeds, and Greg is eventually charged with murder; however, before they pick him up, his son, gets into some trouble with rivals, and Greg was not like, most, bosses, he is now, 61 and up the food chain, but, he doesn't send a few of his made men, or soldiers, to do the dirty work he does it his self and goes after these punks, who went after his kid . . . a kid gets shot, right in the car with Greg, and in a gun fight on the streets, Greg gets, shot through the nose, and his eye, is blown out too, he comes home, and his wife and daughter are freaked out, actually, I think, his daughter, was in the car too, when all the shooting broke out, she got away but dad was shot, she runs to her mother.  Greg realized this was not about business, it was, personal and serious.  Linda tried to doctor him, and some mobster, comes to get him, and he literally, walks out into the street, to try to finish the job, barely knowing he is shot, and he has half his face missing, eventually he dies in the hospital that night!  The son, decides to walk in his father's shoes, and he hooks up with a friend and his father, the father tells the kid, Linda and Greg's son, that he will take care of business.  Linda warns her son, that, means, he is going to kill you, son.  The son, doesn't believe her, and he is killed by his friend's father, probably a respect thing, or to make amends for his earlier wrong.

I thought this episode was interesting, because, when, both Shelley and Kay, met, Brett, allegedly for the first time, they made comments, like, so, this is your new husband? or how well did you know him, before you married him?  Kay was jealous and flirty, Brett and Shelley, disappeared, into the kitchen, flirting and after I left, him, I know he was with Shelley, because he kept leaving signature shit around the house, so I would see them.  And, after I kicked Brett out of my family Easter at Zion, I am sure, he ran straight to Kay's jealous arms, that she made so, very obvious, when he was with me and her, on an alleged, girl's weekend?  I think, all of these guys, switch and change, swap and mix it up, to whatever suits them, and there may be a fellow buddy, who is married for awhile, but all were extremely interested in MARRYING ME, but, I am easy to LEAVE THEM, so, these dudes, into image and not being embarrassed just hooked up with alleged doubles and pretended they were ME, to save face and egos!  Like I said, Brett, kept tracking me down, following me, showing up here and there, but, I was not real willing to go back, and at times, I saw, tears under his sunglasses, and when he would say, I need someone who loves me, I would drop a hint that I still loved him, but . . . then one night after he had been romping it up with Shelley, he came to the house that I was paying $350 per month for a cat piss stained and stinky couch, but Shelley would, always, come into the front room where I was and listen to Art Bell, radio show . . . Brett, came drunk, and tried to make love to me, right in front of Shelley who was pretending to be asleep!  He kept telling me, that I was the one he loved!  Eventually, I got him, into a shower, where we made love for the last time and he sobered up, enough to walk back to Randy's house.

This pattern was set, who knows who had been with who, using who to cover, this or that, but, Frank, was just as injured by me!  LOL!  And, when, I first introduced or so, the first time, I was there when they met, I could see, Shelley's eyes, lowered, acting shy and I knew something more than met the eye was going on, and Isaac, was even more enamored by Frank, I think, because he was, involved in stealing Elliot's band's music and they were waiting for the other shoe to drop! so they could start making money again!  I think, Shelley, hooked up with Jack, Jersey Boy, to frame me on Amtrak, going with him, when I refused to go, and took off to be with my kids, for that first Thanksgiving, I was in Kalispell, so the mob and FBI substitute, Shelley, used and abused by all the guys, but wanting to be one of the guys, a team player, was passed around, from Jerry, to Brett, to Jack, to Frank, to Tony, so who knows who is married to who, sneaking to meet their mistress or master?  These guys are all fucked up, layer, upon, layer, marriage upon marriage, kids, upon, kids, to bury me, knee deep in marriages, parents, husbands and women, that I can't even be found!  I just want this shit on record, so if anything happens to me, someone can get me justice and avenge for all the shit I have been through, and their networks, don't stop at the cops, nor the mob, nor gangs, but, like I said:

The night of Trump's, vicious, angry, and vitriol attack, on all that is wrong with America, most lies, once I got a hold of him, and FACT check groups did, and I blogged to the points he made, but, that night, or at least on my YouTube recommendations, Senator, Elizabeth Warren, was on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, and she made that statement, which were, my sentiments, exactly, only I probably wrote, despotic, tyrannical, fascist dictator!  I loved it when, Elizabeth, one of the smartest, women, in politics today, being referred to as Pocahontas, by whom, Bill Maher, refers to as a horrible insane psychopath! or clown!  Trump, is talking about the greatest country on EARTH, here?  We are the largest economy in the world, we have the strongest military, crime is down, immigration, is down by hundreds of thousands, a wall has been constructed on the border . . . perhaps, now with the TRUMP brand on it, our military is feared, world wide, just because we don't go into countries, like Bush and Cheney, without thought, consideration for life, cost, or length of time we are engaged in endless, Republican WARS . . . three between Poppy Bush and baby "W."  We are soon to be, if not already the number one producer of oil and gas, technology we rock!  What the fuck is this Clown, talking about . . . I have wondered, if Trump, is suffering from the same disease as Reagan did, in his final months, Alzheimer's!  I have wondered if he has gone senile or something, to get things so wrong . . . but then, when it comes to Hillary, the only time, Republicans tell the truth, is when they call each other LIARS!  Shit, Ronald Reagan, gave 300,000 illegal aliens, total amnesty! the fucking interest rate, was 22%, because, me and my husband, with a fucking master's degree, had to buy our house on CONTRACT, like everyone in those days, so cherished by the Republicans!  Crime was HIGHER, in the REAGAN years, that it is fucking NOW!  I am almost exhausted, writing about this shit!  Trying to correct, the GOP nominee! I got awards at the University of Utah, never even said, more than that is nice! toughest grader, with highest student approval ratings . . . The one honest, Republican, who took on Trump, toe to toe, even being threatened mafia style by Trump, who said he was going after, Senator, Jeff Flake of Arizona, for opposing him and refusing to endorse the clown, sent a # tweet to Tim Kaine, saying something to the effect, sounding like he was against the man at first, let me tell you all the reasons, Tim should not be V.P., then, he finished with saying, but he could not find any!  Senator, Al Franken, who is the other Virginia, senator, as I recall, said, Tim it the REAL deal, he is all he says he is, credentialed out the ass, with a wife, who, is his equal, actually, not only graduated from college, Melania, freshman drop out, but went on to Harvard Law, now Secretary of Education!  The REAL things, don't need, 90 point, font type, with our Name over EVERYTHING, to feel good about ourselves, we are just the real deal, not threatened, because, we fucking did ALL we said we did and generally, MORE, MUCH MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW!  

PREZ. O and Sec. of State, Hillary, Used, St. George, THINK TEAM, Plan on Afghanistan!  Started in February 2009, Faxed March, Later Version, Like May?  Straight from Dixie State College to the White House!

Shit, I bet you, America, don't know, that, early in President Obama's presidency, early February 2009, I belonged to a Great Decisions, worldwide, study group and discussion group, connected with PBS, scholars, on foreign policy, from around the world, wrote and spoke on educational videos, for retired female professors and their partners . . . we, in St. George, Utah, when I was just recovering from the terminal brain disease, I was GIVEN, payback for getting 9 feds fired and stopping unconstitutional raids on docs, offices, in violation of federal law and constitutional rights, but, I was assigned the chapters, on Afghanistan and Pakistan, at the same time, Congress was asking our new President and new Secretary of State, to justify, sending more troops into these places, and committing more appropriations to the region of the world, that had served as a buffer, between our allies, in Europe and Russia for a long time . . . 

I decided, that discussing this issue was NOT enough, and I am designed to PERFORM, so, me and the 15 other very smart, retired professors, military husbands, and others, read, wrote, emailed, ideas for a four point plan of attacking the problems in Afghanistan, and what was turning into a civil war, in Pakistan, who partnered with the U.S., to target the leaders of the Taliban and Al Qaeda, still not sure how to spell that, but, now, ISIS, that was created by the Bush/Cheney policies, notice, it has been pretty quiet in Alghanistan, not much trauma and news, that I see . . . but, I probably did 100 hours, of thought, reading, collaborating, writing, several versions, meeting with the Utah Congressional Delegation, with Congressman Matheson, asking me to cut the 7 page, 4 point plan down to a 4 page plan, because he was afraid, members of Congress were too busy to read, the longer version, so a second time, I condensed the plan, entitled, Afghanistan is like a Tiger: U.S.A. Better Be Careful Getting On and Getting Off, or something like that, then, I personally faxed, copies of both versions, to David Axlrod, Obama's then, Chief of Staff, on a fax from Dixie State, College at the time, using their machines, and computers, because, prior to that time, I didn't have a PC, of my own, but always, serving, and doing it at the college computer lab! 

I remember, presidential candidate, then Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, standing in front of the Council on Foreign Relations, months later, referring to some of the points from our plan!  I sent an email to our whole Great Discussions group, and told them, we were HEARD!  On top of all my professional contributions, I have done tons of free stuff, like this blog, to serve the PEOPLE, to train, anyone from Congress the President, some might call it ego, some might think me to be narcissistic . . . no, to put it simply, I was 9 years, when, President Kennedy was shot, and there is probably, no, statement that has more shaped my life, than, ask not what your country can do for you, but what YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY!  We want Presidents who inspire youth, leaders, who we can look up to, and who, will make statements, that will resonate with us, 50 years down the road . . . new V.P., Tim Kaine, quoted, President Harry Truman, yesterday, in a great quote, should have written it down, but, we want, stellar people, exceptional people, dedicated people, who have, the facts, the service, the caring exemplified, over years and years . . . now the Donald, can say, that he considered running for the last 16 years, or more, being interviewed, acting interested, and that kept him in the news, probably for personal gain, just like the possibilities, he talked about, on his Scotland golf course, the day, Brexit came down . . . this might help my real estate business or golf course . . . MAYOR BUDDY DYER, WAS EITHER GOING TO OR JUST GETTING BACK FROM A U.S. MAYORS CONFERENCE, AND HE SAID HE THOUGHT HE RECEIVED, CARDS, LETTERS, SUPPORT AND LOVE FROM ACROSS THE NATION AND ABOUT FROM EVERY CITY! HE WAS VERY ENCOURAGED, WITH THE INSIGHT, THE LEARNING, AND THE LOVING GOING ON, IN SUPPORT, NOT ONLY OF THE VICTIMS, BUT, OF THE WHOLE LGBT COMMUNITY AT LARGE. HE WAS MOURNING AT THE MEMORIAL, IT THINK, AND ALL THE SUDDEN, WHILE HE WAS KNEELING ALONE, ONE THOUSAND MEMBERS OF THE "BLACK LIVES MATTER" MOVEMENT SHOWED UP, TO PAY HONOR AND RESPECT TO THE LIVES LOST IN THE GAY COMMUNITY FROM THE SHOOTINGS THERE! SEVERAL WOMAN, FROM THE GROUP, SURROUNDED THIS MAN, AND ENCIRCLED HIM, IN THEIR EMBRACE AND THEY ALL MOURNED TOGETHER, REALIZING THAT, THEIR CHALLENGES WERE SIMILAR, AND THEY HAD MUCH IN COMMON, TO GET PEOPLE TO ALL CARE AND WORK TOGETHER IN LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING! ONE PASTOR, WAS ASKED TO BLESS ORLANDO, AND IN HIS PRAYER, HE SAID, THAT, DUE TO THE "DIVERSITY" IN THE CITY OF ORLANDO, AND ITS WORK THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE, MOST ARISING OUT THE SAD AND TRAGIC SITUATIONS IN FERGUSON AND BALTIMORE, LEADING TO A MORE SERIOUS LOOK, AND CHANGING HEARTS AND MIND, WORKING WITH, RATHER THAN AGAINST POLICE OFFICERS, THE PASTOR, SAID THE NATION WOULD LEARN FROM ORLANDO'S EXAMPLE, OF LIVING WITH AND LOVING "DIVERSITY!" HOPEFULLY, I CAN HELP IN SHARING ORLANDO'S MESSAGE WITH OTHER CITIES AND COMMUNITIES, OF WHAT WORKS, WHAT TO AVOID AND HOW TO ORGANIZE AND GET COALITIONS OF TEAMS TOGETHER, TALKING, CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF COMMUNITIES THAT CARE! I WANT TO TRY TO DECIPHER, MY NOTES AND JUST WRITE DOWN, WHAT SOME OF THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, SAID . . . GRETA, THE SCHOOL PLAY, THE PRINCIPLE

When my oldest daughter, Greta, was in the 5th grade, she won, the lead role or narrator, in the school play, even over the 6th graders.  Her best friend, Kelly Vause, got sick, around the time of the presentation of the play, so, the school, got a substitute and put her in Kelly's place, who also, had a key role in the play.  But, when Kelly got better, several days before, the play, the principle, rather than, giving her back, her old role in the play, decided, not to piss another parent off and he gave, Kelly, half of Greta's lines, to be more political. Now, I didn't know, that any of this was going on, but, I did no, that Greta, had the lead, longest and best role, and I was happy, since she was not, in the 6th grade, but, still a year, less than graduating, from Polk Elementary School . . . but, Greta, was called into the principle's office, a man, who was hired, specifically, because, he was tough, and could handle all the very involved parents, who were pushing, the old principle around, so no push over, for sure.  But, all alone,without, calling, me, or her dad, she went in and stood up for herself, and said, It was not me, who got sick, not me, who, was given a role late, and I am not going to let you take one line of mine!  I was so proud of her, when she came home and told me, that she had handled the situation on her own, and I could tell she was pissed that the principle, would DARE to take her lines, when, both girls were involved in the mess, over the other role!  That is MY BABY!  Like mother, like daughter . . . nobody is going to take ONE FUCKING LINE OF MY LIFE EITHER!

DEADLY WOMEN: THE GREEN EYED MONSTER!

In this true crime homicide case, there was this, quiet, mousy, woman, whom I would, say, is more like a church or humble mouse, who, was single, a mother, with life, seemingly passing her by.  She got a job, at a local grocery store, and one of the assistant managers, a womanizer, who was juggling, several women at a time, the same time, he was married with two children of his own.  Like most predatory males, who prey on the vulnerable, who sense the insecurities of woman, whom they groom, and manipulate, using them for sex and to meet other needs, the manager, seeing this new employee of the market, he immediately, hones in on this woman, soon, they are missing work, sneaking out, to have sex, during lunch, to the point, that other employees, are getting mad, having to cover their asses in the store, but, neither one, seemed to notice, and it was common knowledge that this ladies man, known for his elicit affairs, of the past, were not surprised, but, still, while taking it in stride, just let it go!  Eventually, the man's wife, getting sick and tired of being stood up for dinner, seeing the kids suffer, wanting their father home, some time, always, making excuses and getting pissed if she, questions, his motives and doesn't believe, his lies!  The wife, eventually, confronts, the co-worker at work, with the husband, breaking up the fight, but with neither woman backing down, wife, threatening the girlfriend to stay away from her husband!  

THE HUMBLE CHURCH MOUSE TO THE VAMP CHICK

The man's birthday is coming up, and the grocery girl affair, again, one of several, woman, but doesn't know, only seeing his wife as the problem, thinking that, soon, this man, will eventually leave his wife, and she will have him to herself.  For this man's birthday, after an afternoon, of hot, cheating sex, the woman, hands, this man, a small note, giving her body to him, to do whatever he wants to do with her!  When, he learns, how, into the relationship was, and that she is willing to do anything for him, he tells the girlfriend, that what he wants for his birthday, is for her to kill his wife!  No problem!  So, this woman, sets out, to plan, the wife's murder, all by herself, going from this shy woman, to be empowered by her lover and his desire to have his wife dead, so he can have his way with any other woman, he wants, not just the lover, who knows nothing of the other women, involved.  The vamp, goes to the store, rents, a blonde wig, and she gets a police woman's uniform, that looked very official, with handcuffs and everything.  The vamp, rents a car, so as not to be seen in her vehicle and placed at the scene of the kidnapping and the crime.

The wife, has just been to the store, and she is taking groceries home, to her children, when the vamp, police woman, pulls up, and jumps out of the car, not even a police car, but, she confronts, the wife, orders her, without, the wife, questioning, into the car, after handcuffing the woman, who just went along with the authority figure.  The wife is in the back seat, and finally, she sees the driver, taking her out, of town, onto dirt roads, and notices, that it is, not a cop, but it is her husband's new, girlfriend, and she starts screaming, trying to get out of the vehicle, but the vamp, soon, locks the wife in!  Finally, a hostage of this wicked woman, the fake cop, pulls over, and takes an ax and hacks the wife, not to death, but enough to knock her out and so she drags her out of the backseat, on the ground, and proceeds to take out a knife and stab this woman, she hardly knew, over and over again, in a very brutal and personal murder, with the woman, acting, like, it was the wife, stepping into, her relationship with, her already husband, not the other way around, seeing the wife as the intruder, rather than the other way around.  Then, that afternoon, the girlfriend, meets the victim's husband, for an afternoon, romp, at her house.

It doesn't take long for the cops, to learn of the girlfriend and they start to put, two and two together, and go over to her house, only to have her open the door, in a sexy, negligee' giving them the hint, that right in the middle of the afternoon, the husband, also must be there.  The cops, call the husband's name, and he comes out in his boxers, both denying everything . . . but a search of her house, exposes, the receipts for the wig, uniform and car rental!  When both of them are hauled in to police headquarters, and the man, shows his deep and abiding love for his vamp, by throwing her under the bus, claiming that he knew nothing of the murder, and she did it all on her own!  Eventually, the truth comes out, that he asked her to kill his wife, and he was charged as a co-conspirator for the murder of this woman, the victim, of two, cheaters!  The statement, that the FBI profiler, said, was, that often, when we meet true love, we are brought to our best selves; however, at other times, love can bring out a deadly mixture of people, bringing out the worst in both!  That seemed to be the case, with these two!

In this true crime homicide, there was a very attractive older lady, who had a daughter, she teamed up to start a very successful, furniture, consignment, store, making a shit load of money, with a very close mother and daughter, having just the right combo, to rock the city and retail business, giving people great deals, while being honest, in their business dealings!  I don't know, why this mother, was, not married, whether through, divorce, death, never married, or choice, her daughter, was her everything.  The daughter, had dyslexia, better know, as reading challenged, so maybe the mother, dedicated her life, to this precious daughter, who said, if her mother was down to her last penny, and daughter needed money, mom, would cut the penny in half and give it to the daughter!  Tons of love, so much so, that after the mom and daughter, team, became successful, the daughter, could see that the mother, who had not been with a man, in like 18 years, decided, the only thing, now missing in her mother's life, was a man, a partner, and so, in their over-sized house, gorgeously decorated, as you would expect, given the business the mother/daughter, team were in, the daughter, decides to rent out the guest room, hoping and thinking that it would attract, a high end male for her mother, interesting, dating, idea.

Daughter, takes out an ad, and sure enough, some, handsome, older man, shows up, dressed nicely, polished, interesting and a gentleman.  The man, sees the room, the beautiful mom, and says he wants the room; however, he got his wallet stolen, when he was on the plane, so, he was going to have some trouble paying rent . . . RED FLAG, right off the bat, but, this handsome devil, conned his way into the house.  The guy, was handy, a great cook, seemed to read, mom's every need and desire, so other than, meeting her financial needs, which she was already taking care of, soon, this man, moved from renter, into lover, and into the mother's bedroom.  At first the daughter, was thrilled, just to see her mother, who had grown, depressed and kind of withdrawing into herself, before the man, came into her lonely, but rich life, and this guy seemed to be just the ticket.  He alleged to be an inventor, and he showed, the mother and daughter, his, easy mulcher, that he was just looking for investors, to help, fund this new, idea.  Soon, the man, found that, this very connected, mother, also had a great set of family, friends, and business associates, that he could borrow, money from, to further, is ideas and inventions.  He got, checks for $6000, $10,000, etc., so a pocket full of change; however, the invention didn't seem to be going anywhere, so, the friends, started to ask for their money, back . . . oh, I will get it next week or tomorrow, but he never offered any money!  Both, daughter, family and friends, started to wonder about this guy . . . but, mom, always, made excuses and covered his ass. 

Manipulating Mom, Coming Between Mother/Daughter Love!

Eventually, with the invention, scam, petering out, Tau, the man, starts working with the mother/daughter in the furniture business.  Soon, after that, Tau, learning of Terri's dyslexia, gives her a brochure, about some program, in Tucson, Arizona, where they teach people, to read better, faster, in an intense several week course, and he comes across, as a very fatherly man, giving, very loving advice to a daughter, so Terry decides to go, and she leaves for several week; however, while she is gone, Tau has his way with the business, takes out loans, and rather than going on a cash and carry basis, that the team had always done, he started taking out lines of credit from the bank, and buying large, inventory, and purchases, and by the time, the daughter, gets back, she starts to look over the company books, and finds that they are $100,000 in debt!  She confronts her mother, who sides with Tau, and Loretta, then, with Tau, says, that either, the daughter has to cash her out of the business, or the mother will cash, daughter out of the business?  So, the daughter, shocked by her mother, and how, much, she had been manipulated by this man, pays her mother off and is now sole owner of the company, making payments, or some arrangement, with Tau, having draw up the alleged legal, business split.

After, Terry had, made all the payments, all the sudden, Loretta, shows, up, with legal papers, serves her daughter, who is even more stunned, by this latest, trick up Tau's sleeve, to bilk more money out of her business, that is again, running smooth and strong, saying that, the original, agreement, was not done right, and therefore, the technicalities, put mom, back, as part owner of the company, and the daughter had to buy, the mother and Tau, out of the business AGAIN?  The daughter, said at that second, she knew, this was not the mother, she had loved, lived with and partnered with, and she was so, controlled and under the power of this man, that, this invisible tie, that connects a mother and child, maybe, symbolic of the umbilical cord at birth, Terry, the daughter, cut, mentally, emotionally, and which left her, just hanging onto her business, with the slightest margin of error.  But, on Mother's Day, Terry, decides to try to mend the issues with her mother, and she sends her, two dozen, purple violets, and mom, invited her daughter over to the house to see if they can mend the business, problems.  After, the couple, tells, Terry, that she needs to start paying them money again, so the lawsuit can be dropped, Terry, outright confronts, Tau, and he makes some asinine statement, that he is the Donkey Trainer . . . you hit a donkey, between the eyes with a sledge hammer, to get their attention!  Terry asks him, what the hell he means by that, and storms out of the house, mom follows and agrees, to not sue or make Terry pay them, a second time!  But, the relationship is very damaged, and mom, is sticking with her man!

BONES IN THE DESERT . . . CROSSING TAU, WAS THE WORST DECISION, MOTHER EVER MADE!

By this time, Loretta, the mother, had been living with Tau, for 18 years or so, and all the time, Loretta was giving Tau, the mortgage, payments, each month, Tau, was not making the payments, but he was, keeping the money, for himself, to live off, Loretta, but she didn't know it, until one day, Loretta, starts looking through the finances, and she discovers the Notice to Foreclose on the property, and she starts to look through other bills and statements that were overdue, in payments, and she loses, it, she snaps, and she confronts, Tau, throwing the bills in his face and screaming!  The daughter, gets a phone call, shortly after that, not knowing what is going on, with Tau, the finances and  her mother, and he tells her, that he was with Loretta, down in Tucson, and he dropped, her mother off, and now he could not find her, that she had disappeared.  The daughter freaked out and met with Tau, saying they needed to get a picture, post, her face all over and start a search for her mother . . . Tau, said he had to get something to eat first!  Terry was taken back by his lack of emergency, and total calm in the disappearance of his lover, of 18 years, so Terry files a missing persons, report, which is the way the case was handled a first!  Later, it turned into a murder investigation!

Eventually, the cops, see that Tau's timeline, story, and lack of concern, are all out of whack!  He becomes a murder suspect, but they have to prove, that he killed Loretta, but with no body, it was going to be hard.  Tau, was released for a lack of evidence, but Terry and the cops, keep looking, and Tau, moved back in the home that he and Loretta had shared for 18 years.  Terry and the cops are sure that Loretta is dead, and buried, somewhere out in the Sonora Desert, so Terry and some friends, start to look for the body, while the cops, go after, Tau, gathering evidence, getting search warrants for the home, car, etc.  One of the key pieces of evidence, on top of a faulty timeline, with surveillance to prove, his time was off, that he tried to dismiss, as just an unreliable watch, was that, he mentioned, a woman's satchel, or something, like that, a ritzy name for her purse, with credit cards and money, that she had taken that with her, but left her suitcases.  Before, daughter, Terry, leaves, Tucson, she, pays a visit to the crime scene or the hotel, the last place, that Loretta was allegedly seen.  When Terry snoops around, she sees that Tau, had tons of clothing, packed for the trip, and Loretta, a very smart and stylish dresser, only had, four outfits, but nothing matched, and when, she got into one of the suitcases of Tau, she found all kinds of guns, knives, and weapons, which caused her to immediately see, Tau, not as her mother's lover, but, she started to look at him as a gangster!  After a search of the house, the couple lived in, the cops started to get enough evidence to arrest, Tau for Loretta's murder!  But, Terry wanted to find out where her mother's body, was, buried, before they took him, so she could have her mother buried, not left for the buzzards out in the desert!

Mother/Daughter Spirits, Reunite, Last Loving Gesture, of Loretta for the Man, She Loved, Who Betrayed, Deceived, Financially Ruined, and Emotionally Raped Her Mother!  Daughter, Lovingly Stroked Her Mother's Killer's Hair, Off His Face, Buttoned His Shirt, Tenderly Touched His Chest, and Hugged Him!

With cops at the door, Terry asks for a few last minutes with Tau, to see if she can, find out where her mother's body was, and if he killed her.  She goes into a lonely, hotel room, because, Tau, can't stand being in the house he had shared with Loretta, where the cops, found the purse or satchel, that contained, the money and credit cards, Tau, said, Loretta took with her, or were with him?  But, amazingly, maybe a healing, for, both, daughter, and her mother's killer, with Loretta's spirit, coming into her daughter, Terry softened, toward, Tau, feeling the total love, her mother had for the man, and she asked him, if he killed her mother?  He said he could not answer her.  After, incredibly, feeling the lover of her mother, come back into her life, after years of separation, Terry, stops, and suddenly, turns, form inquisitor, to almost, taking on the persona of her mother, and she, smiles, reaches up in silence and pushes Tau's hair from his face, straightens his collar, and buttons the top button of his shirt, then, finishes by patting his chest, and then, she asks him, one last time, if he killed her mother, and where the body was, and told him, she would even help him escape the cops outside, if he would tell her, and still he would not give her the relief, of knowing the fate of her beloved mother.  When he said no, almost like the cops were tuned into the tender moment, a knock, came on the door, and Tau, was arrested for Loretta's, murder.

Shockingly, even after being charged, Tau, is released, and now, returns to the couple's home.  I am not sure of the order, but, eventually, some couple out digging in the Sonora Desert, come across the skeleton of Loretta, with a plastic bag over her head, and a plastic bag stuffed in he mouth!  After hearing the news, the daughter, wants to meet with Tau, who is still, free, living inside her mother's home, and when she pulls up, cops, crime scene tape and the press are everywhere . . . Tau, hung himself!  The daughter, having felt the love of her mother, for this man, who even took her mother's life, somehow, even felt tenderness for this man, in his death.  Shortly after, the suicide, some woman, called, Terry, and told her, that, Tau, had been married, twice before, and he did this same thing to the other woman, and she too had fallen prey to his charms, and she worked where she had access to his criminal record, and he conned her into erasing his record, or expunging it, so, that when, Loretta, earlier on, called an ex-boyfriend, who, worked at the Justice Department, to do some background on the guy, and even told her, the guy had a record, she chalked it up to the old flame being jealous of her and Tau, her new man!  But, everything this dude told her was a lie, from being an orphan, to never being married, to a horrible childhood, playing on her sympathies, was a lie, and rather than being from, England or Scotland, he was from, like Indiana, or somewhere . . . everything he told her, even about the inventions, was a lie, 20 years of lies, and Loretta, was, just his last conquest, who, was manipulated and robbed of $1.5 million, over the years she was with him.  Loretta was just his longest victim, ending in her death.

Loretta Reveals, True Relationship, In Journal . . . Daughter's Love, Still!

When the daughter, got access to the house again, she found her mother's journal, and, Loretta, said, her decision to continue her relationship with Tau, was the worst decision she made in 18 years!  She was well aware of the control, the power, the manipulation, and the fact that he had alienated her from her own, daughter, whom, she loved and cared for so much, all her life, but, for some reason, she decided to stay with the man, and leave her daughter, alone.  Terry, while going through her mother's things, found, a box of presents, that, Loretta, had purchased over the years for her daughter, with a list of the birthdays, the Christmas's she missed with her, so Terry, took all the box of gifts, wrapped them from her mother, and gave them to herself, for Christmas, that year.  Terry said, she just walked through the house, her mother lived in with Tau, and wanted to feel her in the house, just one more time . . . she wanted to put her hands on something her mother touched, or bought.  And one of the final, journal entries her mother made, said, something like, I forgive myself for causing the greatest pain, coming from this relationship; maybe me leaving is the only way, I can heal.

• Loretta, the mother, Loretta Lynch, U.S. Attorney General, so symbolic of an attorney, having been a former, Utah assistant attorney general, I have received, God Intel, that Shelley, who looks, much like, Loretta, in the episode, dark haired, dressed up . . . Shelley always wanted to be rich, and the daughter, described her mother, as looking like, Alexis on TV drama, Dynasty!  There is a very symbolic, twist, in my personal, twisted sister, Shelley, life, because, I was the assistant attorney general, the attorney, blonde, blue eyed, not looking, like the episode rendition, but, that is what people would think, that because, Todd, Brett Todd (Tau) Stuart/Stewart, hooked up with Shelley, maybe even before me, and for sure AFTER, I left him.  I am much, less needy of a man, and surely in my professional world, never needed a man; however, for Shelley, Kay, Rachel, and the girls, to pull this shit off at a high level, like they have, stealing, fucking everything from me, they had to be completely obedient to the men, and totally dependent on these top cops, or cons, to keep them, from being discovered and going to prison, themselves, co-dependents, in crime!  So, while I am the attorney, connecting me to the name, Loretta, I am much more like, the daughter, yet, personally, in this drama, I have the mother daughter relationships, that, have experienced, challenges and drama, as a result of not only, Brett, but his henchmen, married to my daughters, strategically, and precisely, matched to my very smart, loving, beautiful daughters, to compromise their relationship with me, forcing them to make decisions, between the loving mother/daughter, mother/son, relationships, that NEVER were challenged or even considered, problematic, or fragmented in ANY way, until, the last few years, when, Brett, or Tau, showed up, and started to mix and match, mothers, kids, fathers, and bull shit like that!  Oh, and on the Dynasty, glam mother, Shelley always wanted to be, her daughter's name is Alexandra, or Alex! who dresses like Dolly Pardon, with the big hair, and tons of make up! My daughters are natural beauties, like mommy, and I focused on brains, not shopping and looks, because, my four kids were fucking born, GOOD LOOKING, that was a given, the brains, they had to work for!  LOL!  All BRIGHT!
• Tau Benderley . . . so fucking symbolic!  LOL!  Brett's favorite, what he would call, doing it, and generally, working sex into the day, much, like eating, was to bend, you over and fuck you, from behind, which, I liked, because, I love sex, and generally don't need the wine and dine, just want the pleasure, Jiffy Lube, style and a smile!  LOL!  But, to complicate this, more than lover's triangle, with me being the least vulnerable or susceptible to being either controlled, manipulated, managed, or taken advantage of, at the time, having no money other than, a great resume, and great kids, so really, less than $800 a month in assets, which grew, exponentially, when I started to practice law again, after years of thinking I was going to die, being the very reason, I was tempted by, this handsome devil, in the first place, I, like most men, wanted to die with my fair share of sex, with a smile on my face, so tall, dark and good looking, was about all the personality traits I took into consideration at the time, I hooked up with Brett . . . you make strange decisions, very different than you would, had you not thought you were dying!  LOL!  Little did I know, that the man, I married, in a non-solemnized marriage, just to somewhat legitimize sex, really for my kids and parents, would turn into a fucking 10 year nightmare, with billions at stake!  And so, much, with the personality of Terry the daughter, the snoop, the investigator, the Sherlock Holmes, the proficient business owner, and lone duck woman, open enough, to feel, the love, not only of those who wronged her, but, understanding the wrongs, jsut wanting justice and to know what happened, but, I could not simply dismiss, this very complicated, complex, mess, that this man created, the havoc, the damage, the lies, the multiple relationships, after I left him, but for my name sake, resume, kids, grand kids, being more stuck, than I ever was in my Mormon temple marriage to the father of my four kids, going through a fucking custody battle, involving, the government, Mo church, extended family, cops, of all flavors and sizes, bribes, murders, extortion, cyber fraud, to an international level . . . God Intel, refers to me, as a doe caught in the headlights of an oncoming semi truck, ready to be slaughters, while I was still recovering from Pick's disease, but rising to the occasion to take down the mob, family, government, FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, DEA, etc.!  Ego, ego, ego . . . the bigger they are the HARDER THEY FALL!  LOL!  Like I have said before, Sarah Lee, is one of my symbols for, whittle weak, frail, shaky, Kay Burningham! who Brett hooked up with, about the same time he hooked up with Shelley, both women, being much more needy, able to control, use, and manipulate in his master plan to steal my sons' music, use my daughters, military careers, and scholarly pursuits, to exploit my family, way beyond and above, just mommy's, Mother Lode! with Kids Targets!  But Kay, Shelley and Brett, plus, Jack, Allan, aka, Frank, my father, etc., I bit off, at least a challenge, but they bit off MORE! LOL!  I think, right now, given the fucking pain in the ass, I am, and with me, being the LOUDEST MOUTH IN THE FUCKING WORLD, they would look at this little easy to pull of stunt, as the WORST THING THEY EVER DID!  I am just living my life, and they are having to follow me, have 24/7 surveillance on me, try to control my kids, my grand kids, in-laws and out-laws, with me, every bit as GAMY as they are!  LOL!  All of these chicks, including Brett are much more, of the homebody types, than I am . . . I am a child of the streets, always was, so easy for me to be mobile, not materialistic in the slightest, seeing everything I own as liquid assets . . . song on . . . never should have cheated a friend, so I'm never going to dance again, like I did with you!  NO SHIT!  I would imagine, that while, my money, or my families money, has supported, Brett, and crew, he, they, have suffered, MUCH, more than I have . . . you hurt the ones you love!  I think of that country song, that says, please if you ever had feelings for me, you will lie, tell them this or that, but I am still hung up on you!  I could relate, to the tender moment, when, daughter, so wronged, took on her mother's killer, and the emotions, she had for this man, and tenderly, treated him, like the loved man, her mother loved . . . I can play, both, mother and daughter, role . . . I have an incredible power to "disassociate," and separate, due to my father beating the shit out of me! Song, what would I give, to be with you, fall on my knees, kiss the ground that you walk on, and just hole you again! A LOVE STORY, GONE INTERNATIONAL?  Yeah, but very complicated!
• Terry Bowersock!  LOL!  I have a friend, in St. George, named, Terry who works at the Western shop on Sunset Blvd. who raised quarter horses, in Diamond Valley, before she got a divorce, but, we hit it off the first time, I went to the shop, looking for red cowgirl boots!  Terry told me, that if I lost weight, she had lost 80 pounds, so she knew I could recover from what people pushing meds on me, so I gained a shit load, after being diagnosed to die, she would buy me, the red cowgirl boots!  I have the cowgirl spirit.  Another twisted sister, tale, Shelley, had a horse when she was younger, with a boyfriend, Alan Collier, together, they got into horses, now, Alan's family is rich, and so is he now, I remember seeing he and his wife's pictures on the walls of contributors to hospital wings, when I was general counsel for the Utah Medical Association, thinking Shelley should have married Alan, given all the financial hardships, she has gone through as a single mom, mother of four kids from four husbands! Little did I know that, her career goals and retirement, were taking over MY ID and life!  SHIT!  So, one might look into, our pasts and think, well, Shelley was a cowgirl young, not you . . . but, I am the one who went to the Top of the World, in the four corners area, where, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona meet, on horseback, with a dude ranch in Durango, connection with Kennedy, Butte, I am the one, who started, collecting, cowboy art, when, client, photo artist, Kay Lynn Reilly, started paying me in her art, leading me to buy, Old Ranch Furniture, with steer heads, even had a pair of fake steer horns, hanging over my huge ass gold mirror, in my living room, because, searching high and low, this non-shopper cowgirl, could not find real ones!  I am the one, who was friends with the grand-daughter of Dale and Roy Rogers! spent time on their ranch in California, and the first one, to venture to Montana, in search of a real cowboy, only to be connected with, guys from back east!  Scream, still, four years later, still looking!  LOL!  It is interesting, while I was watching this Handsome Devil's, Desert Rat, episode, some chick, with very jet black hair, like Shelley used to dye her hair, too harsh, but, she was wearing a t-shirt that said, Terry's Place, another sign, that, the Loretta in the show, looked like Shelley, and this gal, looked like a younger version of her, also with another chick, the responsible sister, wearing a colorful, sweatshirt, that said, like South Carolina, on it, but symbolic, of the real, colorful person, the writer, the crazy ass, who took off, without purse or script, took up roots and moved to Montana, four years ago, in fear of losing her life in UTAH, is me, and Shelley, is in my place, Terry's Place, or Terry Bowersock!  A bow, is a lover, or boyfriend, old fashioned style, me, er or her, sock . . . yeah, I can sock my bows, and mine are now all the bows of the fraud broads, much easier PREY, fro these handsome devils, used to getting their way with women, UNTIL THEY MEET THE COWGIRL, ME!  LOL! The song, on now, Dust in the Wind, Brett always played that song on his guitar, daily!  Sorry but true . . . nothing but dust in the wind, love gone bad, children grow older, we are too!  Sad, we could have had it all, but you paid it with abuse! --Adele!  All your money, won't another, minute buy!  Dust in the wind, everything is dust in the wind . . .
• Jana Bommerbach, if I can recall, this was a friend of Loretta, but, JoAnna Bomber Back!  NO SHIT!  LOL!  Much like my party politics, I wrote about yesterday, I have some of the elements of all the women and names in this episode, and none of them, complicated mix of a woman, probably the most like this woman, JoAnn Bomber Back, bad ass con law chick!
• Detective Pachecko . . . yeah, my dad, the former, spy for the Air Force, all about cops . . . "Pa Check O" . . . yeah, Daddy Dearest got MY CHECK for the Brock case, and most likely for the Cheek case, pretending to be Super Cop, daddy, when, ALL OF IT IS MY MONEY OR MY FAMILY MONEY!  Like I said, I was a child of God, the streets, and the community, long, before, I even graduated from elementary school, very influenced by President John F. Kennedy's death, and his mantra, Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country! Still doing it PREZ!  I escaped, the Mormon, Republican, materialistic, shallow, image conscience, Southwick family, I was raised in, and took my kids out of young, so they would not catch the Southwick money hungry, gold digger's disease that grandpa had, since he was young, seeing, the real money maker was the daughter who cared less about money, raising kids with similar values, until they hooked up with their FBI Dating Game partners, infiltrators, in the family, choosing, new parents, in this game of mix and match!  Leaving me out in the cold, the mother, the attorney, the teacher of great kids, only to have the custody battle of my life, when my kids are 30 to 40 years old, with men, I barely married, for reasons, like dying, and to protect property, shit!  I am a pro choice woman, when I leave your sorry asses, I take my name, my resume, my kids, my grand kids, my assets with me . . . they don't stay if FUCKING UTAH to benefit the state of Mormon, Mitt, the church, my EX-Family, my Ex-bar association, my Ex-clients!  FUCK THE HELL OF, and I can leave any fucking ass guy without, thought!
