CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN THE DOJ!

• both the attorney general and the FBI are in the executive branch; therefore, if the FBI puts you on the "to watch list" or the "No Fly or No Buy" list, and the attorney general or the Department of Justice, who oversees the FBI, is in charge of deciding whether or not, a person, is to stay on or be taken off the lists, there is a conflict of interest, as in my case, that if the FBI, has a personal vendetta or some preference for a pair of tits, or a flavor of Mormon muffin, over another, or their dick barks when one women walks by, and one woman is an attorney, and the others, are controllable, as flight attendants, biologists, or history majors, or an attorney of inferior character and credentials, the DOJ, will, just like prosecutors do with cops, be influenced by personal preferences, favorites, and even putting both cops and prosecutors in the throws of crime, corruption, and pressure to do this or that, or leave this or that, giving privilege and justice to outright criminals, but protected by the cock suckers, and butt fuckers, or the chicks who will spread their legs for cops . . . and hurt the one, who would rather KICK THEIR SORRY LOSER ASSES!

Recommendations to Congress

• due process is to come BEFORE, you deny, life, liberty or property . . . and since the 2nd amendment, is a right, protected by the U.S. and state Constitutions, it should be AFFORDED top priority, giving NOTICE AND A HEARING, BEFORE TAKING AWAY A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!
• put the presumption of innocence back in, before, putting someone on a list, or watching them, or denying them INALIENABLE RIGHTS!  The government did not create the rights, nor can they take them way without, jumping through the hoops, of providing DUE PROCESS, whatever that process is!
• distinguish between alleged homegrown terrorists, enemy combatants, who are citizens, and actual terrorist connected ISIS, extremists, indoctrinated . . . and READ THE FUCKING DEFINITIONS, before jumping to conclusions; I am a fucking bad ass con law chick, you just don't happen to like!  I my book, YOU ARE THE FUCKING HOMEGROWN TERRORISTS AND ENEMY COMBATANTS OF THE PEOPLE . . . closer to TREASON, than I would ever be in 10 billion light years!  Get your oaths straight boys and girls!  Masonic, Illuminati, Mormon temple rites, or Tory's under a British oath of patriots, is not sufficient . . . the Constitution is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, and you took a fucking oath to PROTECT, PRESERVE AND DEFEND, THAT AND ONLY THAT!  Get the fuck out of the country, if your loyalties and oaths, belong elsewhere!
• the NRA and Republican proposal, of a THREE day waiting period, is not too burdensome, invasive, nor intrusive government involvement . . . and it gives some cooling off time . . . definitely worth debating.  The courts are already burdened and overloaded.  There might be some type of administrative judge, used in a family, drug, court, who might be able to hear local issues after the fact, but the best way it to provide, due process, prior to taking away the right to bear arms!

No Such Thing as the "Montana Water Compact"

Wednesday, while I was taking the shuttle, to Kalispell, I noticed a billboard, on highway 93, just outside of Missoula, going up the canyon, I believe, early on, before hitting St. Ignatius . . . I didn't catch it in time to read the whole thing, but, I did read the DAILY INTER LAKE, Thursday, June 16, 2016, OPINION section, the letter by, DAVID PASSIERI, St. Ignatius . . . I just wanted to bullet some of the highlights of his article . . . and make a few comments:

• Farmers and Ranchers for Montana (F.A.R.M.) an organization formed and funded by dark money, is at it again.  (this organization did not exist, back when I started to work on the Salish-Kootenai Water Compact . . . the money behind, this, FAKE organization, I believe, is connected to everything, I said above, the same people stealing, my money, my sons' money, and they are pro federal government, who has jurisdiction over the Indians, sole jurisdiction; therefore the people of the state of Montana, once, having lost control of the Flathead Irrigation District, Kerr Dam, and other waters, are basically turning their water back over to the federal government . . . I have heard that the Indians, were never behind the compact, and that the feds are just using them as a front, for a hidden agenda, that they can't pull off, or get away with, when ranchers and farmers are involved!)
• You have seen the media blitz across our great state touting the high praise of the Montana Water Compact.  (that is the first I have ever heard that name, and I have been involved since, late 2012 or early 2013! so this is NEW TO ME TOO! and I saw the billboard, trying to convince Montanans that all was on the up and up, and not only is the compact, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, it was not passed by 2/3rds of the Montana Legislature, so there is NO COMPACT, and the governor cannot sign a bill into law, that has not gone through the DUE PROCESS!)
• Therefore, it is clear, that F.A.R.M. employs the dubious art of deception.  (you know the fraud broads I talk about?  Yeah, the ones using my name, my credentials, or stealing and creating a similar version, and using a new name for me, like the alleged, famed attorney, Melissa Hornbein . . . these are code names, that have meaning to the insiders, in the group with the agenda . . . Me Love Lisa (sister of Kay) two "SS's" for the double use of the name, HORN, Brett, horny, horn dog, BE, IN . . . this is how, they communicate with each other, through, the newspaper, symbolic names, that only INSIDERS will recognize and they are not, above, making up, people, who are like, someone who had been involved in the issue, like I have, even steal their profile and resume, to promote their agenda; case in point, Sarah Palin, created in My image! really Rachel, my little sister!  these guys are gnarly fuckers, liars, cheaters, and want to take over the world . . . a Mormon President for the World!  That was on Kay's website, aka, Me, married to Brett, the title of a BBC documentary, shown in the UK, March 27, 2012! right after Mitt boy got the nomination, in the last election!  When you have millions and then billions of dollars, play money, politics is the name of the power game!  Whatever I get involved in, is like a competition, for these fucks, and at first they will, see what I am into, use the cops to chase me out, then bring in another version or double, and for awhile pretend to be on the same side, to get confidences and loyalties, charming psycopaths and federal agents, LET's be spies, cops, whatever, attorneys!  CIA, FBI, play this actor, actress shit show all the time!  Once they gain an inside road, they start to shift the game, from me, being on the side of the Constitution, which is a compromise, or the Hellgate Treaty is, and then the fuckers, come in and change it in favor of their CLUB, who has insider seats and trading, with all the Mormon connections!  SAME GAME, SAME PLAYERS, DIFFERENT ROLES, ALL FAKE!) 
• The great state of Montana future sovereignty and future new use water rights are at threat.  Crafted as certainty, the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Compact, aka, CSKT is the actual name of the federal threat that visits our watershed shores.  (up in the presumptions, I mentioned a presumption in the law of real estate and land . . . you cannot give more property or rights than you own!  Back in 1889, when Montana became a state, the United States Federal government, gave Montanans, all the water rights in ground, spring, surface, and wetlands and run off water, to the people of Montana!  IN the Hellgate Treaty of 1855, which came AFTER the United States Constitution, signed into the Supreme Law of the Land, around 1789, predating the treaty, that was to stop the wars, and that, was the deal, the U.S. federal government stopped sending the armies to kill all the Indians, in exchange for peace, and on that note, the, treaties were signed . . . giving the Indians, all the fishing they wanted in their traditional water holes, but as for the water, only that which is for their USE AND BENEFIT!  The government, cannot, give all the water in the state, based on the idea, that a fucking water right, is MERELY, for the use and benefit of anyone, who owns them, and if you don't use it, or benefit from it, you LOSE IT! it gone on down the stream for someone else's USE AND BENEFIT, that is just the way WATER RIGHTS WORK! for EVERYONE!  Indians are citizens of MONTANA, and they are required to record their water rights in the county recorders offices, as are their representatives, the BIA and the U.S. Government, on behalf of the Indians!  A water right, differs from a PROPERTY RIGHT, in and of the fact that it depends on USING IT!)
• so, it stands to reason, that, the commonly referred to Montana Water Compact is a federal propaganda fantasy.  Logically, a fantasy too is the recent blitz of advertisement high praise for this grand bargain to claim most of Western Montana's future growth of new water users into federal jurisdiction.  (In the enabling act, at the front of the Montana Constitution, Indians are the sole jurisdiction of the federal government, putting all the water in the Flathead and Kerr Dam, along with the streams and tributaries that flow, to and from the bodies of water, under the control of the U.S. federal government!  SORRY, even the federal government DOESN'T get to be INDIAN GIVERS, giving MONTANA ALL THE WATER IN THE STATE then TAKING IT AWAY! NO dice, UNFAIR PLAY!)
• Governor Bullock supports a federalization of Montana's watershed.  He affirmed the appointment of Chris Tweeten (Montana Attorney General, Tim Fox approves too, and the name Chris Tweeten, sounds like Tweet End, or now that we have this guy in charge, we no longer need to tweet, dude will take over. This is right up the line of Ms. Horn Be In! Meaning, that, the fucked compact, or the manipulated one, will win or be IN!  These fuckers, HATE THE CONSTITUTIONS, because it is CONTRARY TO THEIR NEW WORLD ORDER, under Poppy Bush and W., all this goes right along with the Patriot Act, and it is to FUCK AMERICA!  How do you control the people? take over the world? let cops run the whole fucking law enforcement for the world? control the WATER RIGHTS AND WATER!  Not only is this done with dark money, MINE, it is done with DARK AND CRIMINAL MINDS . . . these dumb asses, all of whom I know, are lame asses, psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists! murders, liars and thieves!)

BEDROCK OF THE COUNTRY--U.S. CONSTITUTION!

Yesterday, while on the Salish-Kootenai Transportation Shuttle, going from Missoula to Kalispell, Montana, I believe, we rounded the Flathead Lake, between Polson and Lake Side, and there was this American flag, that caught my eye, which it always does, and when we got closer, I noticed, that the property owner, obviously, dedicated to the country, and I would assume a patriot, had, somehow, put a flag pole into a large rock, looking like granite, and I thought, that, is so symbolic, that America, symbolized by the flag, our national symbol, is built on solid principles, concepts, and on a sound and strong foundation!  That thought, led me to the scripture, of Christ's admonishment, to people not to build their houses on sand, that shifts and moves with the sand, as the water and winds come, the house will fall; however, those who build their house on a rock, in this situation, Jesus, the rock, was referring to himself, but when applying that very smart analogy to the country, we also need to build our American values and principles, on a solid and sure foundation, or a rock!  We have lasted as a civilization, in relative peace, stability, and even power, for 240 years, since the U.S. Constitution, in my mind a divinely inspired document, and hopefully, in all our doing, we stick to the time, true and tested concepts that this country was founded on!  Thanks, property owner, for making a point, I would love to make myself!  So wonderful, so secure and sound . . . not that we don't get attacked, terrorized, and hated in this country, we are made of fucking tough stuff!  A ROCK!

Think, Mormons, are almost ALL Republican, so are the Mormon FBI, CIA, NSA, government ABC soup members, infiltrated in every area of the military, law enforcement, state department, etc. and they are behind Trump, as a matter of mind . . . just the fact that he doesn't smoke or drink, automatically, endears him to Mormons.  In just my extended family, I have had two, family members, a niece and nephew, have gone to Eastonia, Russia, on Mormon missions, in the last, I would say, 10 years . . . on those missions, they make contacts with government leaders, and the mission presidency, with three adults, with contacts and connections, also, meet with in this case, Russian, leaders.  My ex-husband, went to Holland on a Mormon mission, and he met big time government members, just tracting out possible new converts to the Mormon church, we even had some hot shot in Holland, or the Netherlands, come visit us in Utah, years after my husband taught him the missionary discussions!  So, there are connections, with Mormons, in other countries that, other religions would not have.  And an element you need to look at!  With Mitt Romney, running for office, in 2012, that put Mormons on the world stage more than ever.  Now follow me . . .

So Saturday morning, foiled a sing op, Ms. Magoo style, going to catch the bus, 6:45 AM, only to remember, that the bus doesn't leave on Saturdays until, fuckin' 10:15 AM, not going to wait on that one, so headed down the street, to return for lunch, figuring one sting op, for the day was enough, hanging out after lunch, which I never do, just didn't feel like hiking over to the bus stop, and digging the true crime shows that have recently cropped up on my computer.  As the afternoon, wore on, by about 3:30 PM, I started to notice, guys, I have sensed were uncover feds, start to co-mingle, come in and out, one sitting behind me, the identifier, the others, wearing shirts, that said, EVENT STAFF, going and out, again, not looking like your typical homeless dude, too good looking, nice body, which of course I would notice, just sitting taking in all the activity, in the room, after zoning out for a few hours, so unlike me!  The dude sitting nearest to me, has been involved in several, and I was somewhat alarmed to see him sitting behind me, wearing his bright orange shirt, my sign for smart . . . this is the smart woman . . . making me, start to take note, but, still  just watching the room and my crime shows.  I was kind of pissed, and sick of this relentless pursuit, but, not willing to give in, nor ignore what to most people would seem normal, but to me, more trained, being completely abnormal in a very normal way.

All of the sudden my Puerto Rican princess comes sashaying her skinny ass, into the room, waves, says she is looking for someone, and she will be back in a minute, responded to by me with a nod, take your time, I'm in the middle of my program . . . all the sudden, Mr. Louisiana, wearing the orange shirt, B-lines it out of the room.  Good.  Relief.  Luz, who became my friend, last year, who has lived in her car, had several residents, and now, finally found a fit, out in the amazingly gorgeous, area of Florence, in the country, having hooked up an in-laws apartment, behind a woman's house, with a large yard, chickens--one black chicken, has a plumb ass, and Luz said that it reminds her of the cocky, sassy black chicks in New York, geese, ducks, garden, and great open space, with snow capped, pine covered, green ass mountains, with variety and grandeur, right outside her door, a landscape to live a life time, to live by and wake up to each morning, with stars, crickets, and silence, surrounding her little abode and sanctuary.  A delightful and cheery place, for sure, beautiful sunsets, peace, and stillness . . . priceless!  But, Luz, comes back and plops her sorry skinny ass excuse for a butt, down right where the dude in the orange shirt had been, and says, do you want to come with me, out to Florence?  She told me her sister, Josephine, just died and she needed some company . . . I reminded her that she mentioned a girl slumber party, several weeks ago . . . well, just come now, you can get away . . . little did she know what was brewing at the Pov., and I said sure, packed up my shit, and we loaded, Shane, a former resident of the Poverello, into her car, got gas, beer, and Diet Coke and headed out for the 16 miles of shear natural beauty!  AHHHHHHH, fresh air, floods of memories, of husbands and houses, passed . . . gardens, chickens, mountains, nature!

BARNES AND NOBLE, 5 STAR RATING BOOK . . . START EDITING LUZ'S BOOK, "MYSTERIOUS WAYS" HER ACCOUNTS OF BLACK MAGIC, VOODOO, A FAMILY DESTROYED, WHEN PANDORA'S BOX OF EVIL IS OPENED, FINDING GOD, LIFE SAVING EVENTS, SURVIVING CANCER, DRUG DEALS GONE BAD, SHOOTINGS, ABUSE, 9/11, ETC.

Luz, dropped out of school, was married off by her abusive mother, who married her off, at age 15, to a 16 year old neighbor boy, who ended up being an abusive husband, escaping, to live on the streets, of Brooklyn, so writing this book, has been a challenge to say the least.  Luz, finished her book, I believe in 2009, yanked immediately, 12 chapters, and she then republished the book in 2011, when she re-read the book and realized she sent the publisher, an unedited version of her book, mixing up flash drives, or travel drives, or they mixed the versions up, horrified, she wanted to second shot at the book.  When I met her a year ago, she had two published copies of her book, but she refused to let me read it, and told me to wait until she got the revised version completed.  So, throughout the year, I have seen her trying to write her book, freezing, sitting in a car, with some new contraption, computer that she could get juiced off her car, to broken down cars, failed living arrangements, until she finally, landed a hook up with vocational rehab, who helped her make a business plan, guide and money to complete the re-write of her book.  She wanted to change the cover, fix the stories, do this and that, and she finally, got the copy ready for the printer, but she wanted me to edit the book, before the paid editor, nervous with her grammar and writing skills, but with killer, good stories, and good ideas, obviously, but she was still struggling with her introduction, so we hit the book ASAP!

Ms. Trehan, is a giver in this world, worried that her guests are comfortable, serving, giving food, comfort and she is notably a very grateful person.  As she tried to thank me for coming, in her time of sorrow and need, I thanked her for saving me from possible disaster, from what I saw cooking at the Poverello, and hearing the song, You must have been sent from heaven above, for the second time, in just a short time, I assured her, it was my pleasure, and my gratitude too, because, I could tell something was up, and always wanting to error on the side of safety, not sticking around to see, if I am correct in my feelings or not, but, generally getting divine confirmations, either through a sign, or song, which, being sent from heaven above, seemed to indicate, God using me to help and comfort her--her to save and rescue me, getting me out of town, in fucking minutes, and with the element of surprise, just, sat down, told me she was depressed, why, and saying I'll meet you in the car . . . Shane was injured in an accident, crossing highway 93 back in 1998, when he was 22, so while with some use of his legs, he is wheelchair bound, for the most part.  Luz, like me, values being good for her word, as I do, and she promised Shane, to get him out of town, as soon as she finished her book . . . she finished, June 2, the day before her birthday, but with her sister's death, she just didn't want to be alone.  Luz is a 66 year old, good hearted woman, God fearing and loving, while and crazy, and we, while being raised so different, have through, some bizarre, paths, and God's hand, ended up in the same place, one as a high school drop out and the other as a highly educated member of the United State's Supreme Court Bar!  Go figure!  LOL!  But our core values are the same . . . hers, coming from black magic and tragedy, and mine coming from a somewhat privileged white, boring, but secure, stable, Mormon home, almost all the way across the country!

Two Juicy Older Women, Young at Heart, Kickin' It and Sharing Endless Stories, Hot, Sexy, Cool, Dangerous, Up All Night!

I am a driven, task oriented, pusher, who once I sink my teeth into a project, want to get it, rip it up, tear it up, and then be done with it!  I jump on the computer, Luz, tells me that I am the only person, she trusts to touch her baby, her pride and joy, her book.  I am honored, and don't want to take license with her book, so I go gently, changing a semi-colon to a comma, or adding an expressive, fresh adjective, taking short paragraphs, combining thoughts, and ideas, into one, still short, but longer paragraph.  Luz, on the other hand while grateful for the help, said we have two weeks to get this done, so relax.  She loaded me with Diet Coke, so I was ready for bear, and going to pull my legal brief, marathon, getting the whole thing done in a straight shot, non-stop, knock-it-out, attitude.  Just like with my clients, I am 10 steps ahead of my clients, and going faster than she wants, so, we chill out, and I give up on my plans for an all nighter

Lawyers - Criminals: I Forget the Difference

I can't remember exactly where I was going with yesterday's news, so I just dropped it.  I just got done watching two Very Bad Men, episodes, and I thought they were worth mentioning and going into rather than going down the path I was going.  I hope that you will see this type of personality type, traits, warning signs, con jobs, involving handsome devils.  I have been fortune, in of the fact that I have an education, that allowed me to see the signs, penetrate the surfaces of the created personal persona and hopefully minimize the impact, that others will or could have, when they encounter, men, and women, of this nature and personality make up . . . they can become anything either you or they want them to be . . . Catch Me if You Can . . . type people, but only for a while and when the persona, starts to crumble, the person, goes through a transition, and becomes, like another personal altogether, and the woman or man, who originally gave them a chance, loved them, believed in them and helped them, they, now lacking in their belief, or seeing through the facade, become the target of rage, hatred, vehemence, focus, obsession even, and they will go after that person, relentlessly, for causing them pain, rather than moving on, as more normal people do, releasing the object of the pain, former love, and get on with life, a new love, that will perhaps be even better for them.

I am going to kind of skip over the first one or just mention it briefly and them spend a bit more time on the second one, and hopefully shed some light, given the fact that I have just gone through the last 10 years, last four, the worst, while this man, who was, I believe, not only a serial rapist, but a serial killer, then proceeding to try to do everything, in his power, or his friends power, or those people under his influence, whether personal and professionally, in sort of the Ted Bundy and Charles Manson, charm and charisma, plus almost a cult leader, with people looking at the man to be almost a god in stature and his abilities that were nothing more, than right, relying on the brains, intelligence, motivation, education, degrees of another person, then creating a new persona, for themselves based on the model, insight, personality, and persona of the person of their choice, going to the point of trying, not only to trash the other person, to have access to what they have, but to go after them to the point of death, murder, without exception for children, family, or even grandchildren to fulfill their need for acceptance, social status and perceived persona, that they have created themselves and believe themselves now to be, only to fall short of what they claim they can do, without the proper training, education, background, being an football field wide, but only a inch deep, in the area they are trying to pull off, being like and having an expertise in, however, not only following themselves, and others for a while, in the long run, the cracks in the persona, start to show through. 

Actually, I just now wrote the analysis I want you to see and understand, possibly to save you time, money, pain, heartache, frustration and anger, if not outright anger!

• VERY BAD MEN: CENTRE CITY RAPIST . . . young, even nice, man, with a girlfriend, starts, claiming to have trouble sleeping, and starts prowling the night, stalking women, grooming them, to be his next victim, watching their schedules, where they live, what the hours are they keep, who they should be aware of that might create interference with the later, rapes, and in cases where the woman would not be quiet and do what he said, murder.  This man, used college towns, as his hunting grounds and when cops go hot on his trail, he moved to another town, even getting married and joining the military to cover his night escapades, fooling police and detectives alike in the average man and manners of the killer.
• VERY BAD MEN: THE COLD BLOODED CHARMER . . . keeping the description above, this man, Steve Stanko, was brilliant, to the point of being considered genius.  Early in his life, he got into trouble for fraud, in some business, and his girlfriend, not only confronted him, but decided to turn him into authorities, so he kidnapped her, trying to stop her from exposing his flaw, which eventually exposed his personally created persona.  The man went to prison for about 7 years, and he had plenty of time to write and study law, even wrote a book, he later co-authored with another man, in a smart and graphic description of prison life, called Life in Prison.  Once he is out of prison, done with his book, he is looking for another avenue of con, and a new personal to mold into, so a friend tells him when he is depressed to go to the library, meet some people and get involved, as a good start to a new life, after his stint in prison.  Soon, he meets, a librarian, with a master's degree, newly divorced, with a 15 year old daughter.  The man is charming, and this woman of letters, is impressed with his intelligence and wit, so, she, starts to introduce him to some of the seniors and regulars, who frequent the library and she considers friends.  Soon the people are so impressed with Steven's knowledge of the law, that they start to ask him for help, in filing, filling out forms or briefs, which he is more than willing to do.  He has no shame in touting his legal skills and even tells them, he is a paralegal, and spends his days, helping the seniors with cases.  One man, in particular, is impressed with Stanko, and he seems to lend even more credibility to the stature and respect that the others are seeing in Steve.  Eventually, Steve does not stop and just being a paralegal, he starts to represent these people in their cases, even giving them the impression, that, he is far more trained and competent in the law than he is, nor can support and sustain, but, not without taking them for their money and charging these older people, some on fixed incomes, a $1,000 at a time.  But as cases are not filed, and briefs, not written, these older senior citizens to the librarian, who recommended they use him, and even promoted his skills and knowledge with enthusiasm, about the legal messes they were finding themselves in.  By this time, Steve Stanko, had moved in with the librarian and her daughter, because he didn't have a place to live, after prison, so she, let him move in, and even being attracted to him, she allowed, him almost boyfriend or husband status, letting him, teacher her daughter to drive, or to do this or that with her.  But, just like the problems with the people at the library, Steven started to cause troubles at home, and getting in between, the mother and daughter, who had been very close and never fought, were now, ending up at each other's throats, all due to the interferences of this meddling man, going in between the loved and cherished relationship.  Eventually, items of value start missing from the home and push comes to shove, and there is a blow out, that ends in the 15 year old being beaten and raped, the mother, being picked up and punched to the floor over and over again, until she was dead, I believe from, eventually being choked.  After the man kills the mother, he goes back and slits the throat of the daughter, twice and leaves her for dead.  The girl survives, testified against Steven, and he is eventually convicted and sentenced to death.  The ex-husband and the father of the victims, said that he could tell, right off the bat, that this guy was a con, and clowning his wife, but he could see why she liked him, wanted to help him, get back on his feet, and saw great value in his ability to help seniors and she was sucked in by his charm, that turned deadly when she learned of the true extent of his crimes that sent him to prison, and that he was a fraud, and she wanted him to move out, and it became violent, and a fight to the death, between the man and the woman, which, like in most battles, ends up with the woman physically getting the raw end of the fight, due to the physical differences between men and women.
