THE DURHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT, WAS CONTACTED BY A PREGNANT TEEN, WHO HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CULT, AND WHO WAS A WITNESS TO THE MURDERS OF THE 4 YEAR OLD, AND THE WOMAN WHO TRIED TO BEFRIEND HIM, SEEING HE ALSO WAS BEING ABUSED BEFORE THEY WERE BOTH KILLED. AT FIRST THE COPS DIDN'T BELIEVE, ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH THIS UPPER MIDDLE CLASS HOME, WITH THREE WOMEN, A MAN, AND THEIR 8 CHILDREN, LIVED, QUIET AND KEEPING TO THEMSELVES, BUT AS THEY INVESTIGATED, THEY FOUND THAT THE BIRTH RECORDS OF THE WOMEN, SHOWED THAT THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN 9 CHILDREN IN THE HOME, RATHER THAN THE 8. EVENTUALLY, ALL THE ADULTS, WERE CHARGED WITH THE MURDERS OF THE WOMAN AND CHILD, WHEN, THE "LORD" BROKE THE "CODE OF SILENCE" AND TOOK A DEAL, THROWING THE WOMEN, WHO WHERE DEVOTED TO HIM, UNDER THE BUS . . . • Shelley Southwick Anderson Yemen, Sterling Financial, leads me to believe, that Brett and Shelley, knew each other before, I even met Brett, who lived in Mt. Sterling, Utah, sources lead me to believe that Isaac, substituted in for Elliot, using God's Revolver music, as Alamo, was the illegitimate son of Shelley and Brett, and that explains, or in their minds, justifies, trying to give their cop kids, as much or more advantage as MY KIDS . . . shortly after Brett met Elliot and Chris, and heard how good Elliot was at guitar, was about the same time that Shelley, Jesse and Tiffany Anderson, started, copying CD's, Bandits, marketing the same music, different CD titles and song titles, going underground . . . maybe even justifying the steal, because they are going to use the money for cops and to build the Kingdom, or the Mormon Church, Isaac is Shelley's second son, and Elliot's cousin, my nephew, through Shelley, not MINE . . . these guys, like all polygamous cult members, mix and match family members, fabricating false flag families, to benefit the cult, saying that Brett is dad and Shelley is Mom, or Frank, aka, Allan Rex Bess is dad, and Shelley, aka, ME, Elliot's mother, is through proxy Elliot's mother, so they can justify stealing music . . . Secrist Stuart/Stewart, a likely substitute for me, who would not go along with Brett as Lord, like Shelley, Kay, Rachel, etc., would.  Brett asked me to give him the name of a woman, I saw in my class of women, and I mentioned Kay, who had been on the debate and drill team with me . . . she went on to do beauty pageants, and run for Ms. Utah, both attorneys, etc., but after I told Brett about Kay, all of the sudden out of the blue, Kay calls and wants to invite me and Brett to dinner.  The first thing out of her mouth, is, How well do you know this guy?  Strange thing to say, after not seeing each other for 10 years, seeing Kay be obviously jealous and saying so, of any attention, Brett showed me, his wife!  The joke may have been on me, with Shelley and Kay, already wives.  The second time, I got with Kay, for an alleged, girls' weekend, without Brett leaving, being more with Kay than me, but, I was okay, because, I still thought I was dying and thought he may even want to hook up with her, seeing I was dying . . . he got pissed at that. But, the first night, the three of us, were up at Kay's house, overlooking the Sandtrap, also the name of her street, in Jeremy Ranch, outside of Park City, Utah, her and Brett, watched Big Love, a hit series on polygamy.  I hate polygamy, and told them so, and I acted bored as bored, while they were both really into it.  Perhaps, the two of them, thought, since Kay and I were friends, and now Brett is involved, we would all just be one big happy family!  No, you can have him!  As in the true crime episode, Fatal Attraction--Killer Cult, when the dead woman, didn't go along with all the bull shit, the other women did, the Lord, of the house, ordered the women, to chase this woman down, they all beat her up, and tortured her, and later, killed her!  Contrast and comparison, Brett was and is, a sexual predator, who preyed on the vulnerabilities of women, he made women, his area of study, and he gave them what they wanted, to be desired, to be loved, sex, and with Elliot's money, and now, my blog money, he can provide security, for all the single mothers he pulls into the fold.  I on the other hand, would rather live under a viaduct, than cow tow to a man, and polygamy is totally OUT!  I was not willing to play the sexual games, share and care, swap and switch, for the ruling elite; therefore, I was to be replaced, and like a dead person, my assets, whether tangible or intangible, are to be divided up, among the family cult, and all I have distributed to the Kingdom, of God, allegedly on earth.

CULT MEMBER, CODE OF SILENCE, PUNISHMENT FOR BREAKING THE FAMILY RULES

• I was not formally inducted into this cult, but, I would imagine, that there is some sort of oath taking or swearing in, bringing with it, a decree to never speak of the order of the cult, nor the comings and goings, of the cult, nor its leaders, or activities . . . join the club, and you will be cared for, and anything you want will be yours!
• All communications are to be done, either in sign or symbol, by hand, or through encrypted code on text messages, or through other means of developed communications systems
• any cult member, who refuses to remain silent, is murdered . . . so a pretty big incentive
• payments will come by way of houses, cars, toys, trips, grants, foundations, scholarships, and other not traceable means.  It is so much easier to spend someone else's money, than your own, and illegally gotten gains, are best, that can be distributed without a trace, as in my blog, that can be laundered, through the deep web, dark internet, scanned while leaving my IP, and bumped and bounced, through 5,000 volunteer sites, that make it impossible to tell who the original writer is!  This is the last of the frontiers, and technology, has grown, faster, as has my blog, than the law enforcement skills and tracking can detect.  Case in point: yesterday, after watching news, one of the pundits, used the acronym, NPC, for National Press Corp, so I looked up my blog, on their .org site, and I had 33,400,000 million hits, in 0.96 seconds.  Now at a penny per hit, on Google, X's that number by 60 seconds in an hour, X 24 hours in a day, and you are earning a shit load of money.  There are about 8 versions, of my blog, on all sites, divide and conquer, so, do the math, then X every .com, .org. and .net, X all the individual search engines, X the 8 different versions, and you will get a look at the amount of money, that the mob, is getting just from my blog, EACH DAY!  That is not counting the other means of social media, twitter and facebook!  This money, goes detection and without being taxed . . . can you imagine the MONEY, the POWER, THE PRESTIGE?  AH, YEAH!
• one of my friends, just came to Good Food Store where I am typing this blog, and he dated a Mormon gal, and the missionaries, tried to convert him, but they approached him, with some type of scheme, making him a made man, like in the mafia, putting him on the payroll, with some minor job, that would allow him to be an insider, in this cult club membership . . . he found that the price was too high, he didn't like the control, didn't like the brainwashing, and didn't like the consequences for leaving the group . . . this is the one way to stop, the spread of this disease, and the power of the cult!

TECHNOLOGY THAT RIVALS THE GOVERNMENT

Many of the men, that are enticed by the polygamy, power, pussy, and perks of this cult, are trained FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF, DEA, etc., and can contribute vast amounts of knowledge to the cult.  By way of example, I told you in my blog, that, I feel that I have a chip, GPS tracker in my knee . . . last night, I was out all night, and for awhile, I was up at a park, above St. Patrick's Hospital, a small park, that is in the shape of a pie. Now, nobody saw me go there, I had a hoodie on, it was dark, the wind was blowing and my head was covered.  I went over to two picnic benches, in the dark cover of the shade of the trees.  All of the sudden, two sprinklers go on, right over my head!  There were not 6 or half the park, like you would think, but just the two, that hit me!  So, I moved over near the playground, and sat for a minute or two and all of the sudden, two more came on, right where I was sitting!  Logic would tell you that, there would be more turned on at once, and not just right over where I would get wet!  Later, after promptly leaving the park, I walked down the alley way, near the old Pov., but stopped at a building, just before that, and there was a big building, that had a blackout, but after I sat there for a second or two, the lights went on, right in front of where I was sitting at about 12:00 midnight!  Now, I don't know about you, but, that creeps me out, unless, that is the good guys, letting me know that they have my back!  I sure as hell hope someone does . . have me back that is, this has been a long and lonely trail!

PUNISHMENT FOR REFUSAL TO JOIN . . . DEATH

I have been chased for 5 years . . . and if I were to look back, it may have been since leaving Brett!  My kids have been targeted, being falsely charged, with charges dropped the day before trial, but causing a shit load of turmoil in their lives, or applying for jobs, they are overqualified for, or even have veteran preference, doing all the work, and then not getting the job, or being harassed on the job, once they have it . . . we break'em, then we remake'em!  So, they make it so easy, at first to join the club, all kinds of benefits, the feeling of belonging, family, inclusion, and security, but, if you reject the cult, start to see the chinks in the armor of the Lord or his Ladies, what are the consequences?  First it is social and cultural control, seeing that your whole family, friends, church, in Utah neighborhood, employment, etc., are all part of the Kingdom Builders or the cult, Mormon Church, so there is tremendous pressure to stay in the group, staying safe and protected, provided for, and pampered, as if royalty.  Like I have said, so many times before, at least three guys who have like me, have been murdered, with clone people from the cult, taking their place, taking their inheritance, and taking their places in their family circles . . . there have been 26 people murdered in connection with my cases in Utah.  I think the cult, sees this a WAR with me, and deaths, as just collateral damage, no big deal, all for their goals of what they think this world and planet should be like.

BUSH, CIVIL RIGHTS, PATRIOT ACT, U.S. ATTORNEY LORETTA LYNCH AND TODAY'S, CHALLENGE TO NORTH CAROLINA'S ALLEGED ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAW, NOT THE TRADITIONAL PEOPLE PROTECTED!  THIS GOES TO THE ROOT OF MY PROBLEMS WITH THE CULT, THE PATRIOT ACT COPS, REPUBLICANS!

It was interesting to hear the political pundits, talk about the strong position and stance that U.S. Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, took it to the state of North Carolina, going to the point of telling transgender people, that the Department of Justice has their back.  Back in the Bush, era, and presidency, 70% of the civil rights division at the DOJ, resigned, because of the gross violations of civil rights, the Patriot Act and other Bush Doctrines brought about . . . we don't need no Constitution!  The man, then went about trying to get rid of it, and the Department of Justice, civil rights division, has never been the same, is still trying to rebuild and repair the damages the Bush/Cheney years did, to destroy rights and protections, in that precious document we call the United States Constitution!  In an interview, a man, who was appointed by President Obama, to head up the civil rights division, years ago, trying to rebuild the division, was not approved by the Congress, for the job, because he defended someone of questionable character!  That is his job, and all defendants are entitle to the best defense they can get, and to have their day in court.  But the good attorney was punished for taking on that case, that was probably assigned to him, and now he is still fighting for civil rights, but, he is doing so from private practise.  And America, still doesn't have a civil rights division leader or director!  Go figure, the long lasting damage of the Bush/Cheney years.  All of this goes directly to the root of the WAR between me and the cops, I am a bad ass con law chick and they are all Bush babies, many street cops, came after the Patriot Act was passed and they don't understand, nor know the Constitution, nor the rights, privileges and protections, that they are giving up, nor what they are denying their suspects and defendants.

But, like I have said before, the very first thing that, a cops, or attorney general, prosecutor, judge, or government worker wants, after being charged with a crime, is there constitutional rights!  So, not smiting to throw out lightly, no matter what government or a president thinks they can replace it with.  But, President Obama and former U.S. AG, Eric Holder, tried to restore some of the rights, protections and privileges, that disappeared during the previous presidency.  But, we have a long way to go, so I am glad, for one, that Loretta Lynch, put so much passion in her speech today, and hopefully, the attorney . . . well the AG from North Carolina, is refusing to represent the new discrimination law, seeing it, not only as unconstitutional, but he is making his disapproval of the governor who signed the bill, known, by running against him for governor!

I HOPE AFTER WRITING 1,000 BLOGS, ALMOST, THAT I HAVE LAID THE GROUND WORK AND FOUNDATION, SO THAT I CAN JUST START TO CONNECT DOTS!

So, there has been this quiet, sulky, pissy, black chick, hanging out for the last few months, as I have come and gone, several people who have worked with her, in the kitchen, or this place or that, have commented on her behavior, which is elitist, arrogant, and generally boorish, and I have told many, to just avoid, her, do your job, or take your shower, go to bed passed hers, or above her, and ignore the hag, she thinks she is not only not shit, because, I believe she is a federal cop, coming in with attitude like all the undercover cops do, until they learn, to keep their cover, they, need to drop the old acts and attitudes, they had on the streets with badges, guns, and cop vehicles, because, in a homeless shelter or rescue mission, you are just another person without a place to live and without money!  We are all equal here, and your positions, your degrees, your background, your former glory, or your fame, don't mean a rat's ass in the Poverello, or any other place, so get used to it, your former authority, or hidden authority, don't mean shit here!  Now, I know, that many, people, afraid, to push or confront this bitch, because of her color, she wears on her sleeve, copping an attitude, all the time, and I have noticed, in particularly, that when I write a scathing blog about, the fraternal order of the cops of all flavors, that she is particular pissy and she, will go out of her way, so show her dislike for me, or what I write, through, very passive aggressive ways, like, walking over, when she sees me and spitting aggressively in the garbage can, or skulking in and out, just generally, being a hag, ass black bitch, with attitude, but, like controlled attitude, until this morning, the first time she has openly, addressed me and this chick I was trying to help with some inheritance issues, telling her to call prosecutors, or this or that, definitely displaying my knowledge, and this hag ass black chick, lost it, this bitch, who is on the payroll of Shelley, and the Lil' Waynettes (17 serial killers have the first, last, middle name of Wayne, so associated with criminals, killers, or a special nature and breed), with MY MONEY, and wearing MY RESUME, AND CLAIMING MY WRITING, blah, blah, blah, and kids, grand kids, and even my POVERTY!  LOL!

Most of the time, I either take a shower, like I did last night, but, hell, I love showers, so I took one, again this morning, a bit later than I usually do, after watching the Op Center, movie, just wanting to warm up, and enjoy the quiet time in he shower, processing my thoughts for my blog and daily, roast, or toast, playing, play-mouth chat chick, each day, always looking forward to slamming the key boards, or the key suspects of the day, be it, cops, prosecutors, judges, sisters, ex-husbands, boyfriends, federal agents, who are messing with my shit, daily, or the bus drivers, who are told to reroute, making me, miss or take other buses, etc.  I am miss modesty, especially with way more women than I have seen, in the bathroom at the same time, probably since I have frequented, this place.  I usually like the larger shower, with a bench, and a long hose that stretches to the back of my head and my back, letting the warmth run, directly on my skin, but, that shower was being occupied by a chick, who camps out at the river, that I met last night . . . she asked me if I wanted that shower, seeing she was almost done?  NO, I am fine, and I am easy, go with the flow, all the time, for the most part.  I try to cut, her conversations short, glad that she engages with someone else, because, I really like to be alone, I prefer my own company to anyone's!  LOL!  This is BRAIN, my playground.  But, there are about 7 showers, I went in the smaller one with the bench, but when I came out, some chick was there, that I like, and she told me she had an interview, with one of her old employees, I wished her good luck and from what I have seen, she is a hard worker, and good worker, she should move up fast . . . I told her people notice your work ethics, as they did mine, when I got a new job offer, after my first job at the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and every year, from that point on, knowing, that wherever I was, was the HOT SPOT in the state, the rockin' place to be, and I was the IT girl!

ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE A SHOWER, OR JUST TALK!

This other chick, came into the shower area, who heard me talk yesterday, and overheard me talking, and said, you are so smart, are you an attorney?  When she learned that I am, she wanted to talk to be about her brother, who she believed murdered her elderly mother, who he had not seen for two months, and who is a motivational speaker, but needed money from his mom, and she believed, that when, she denied him the money, she requested he killed her.  The brother was the executor of her estate, once she died, and her estate, was worth, $6.2 million, which big brother, gave sister, $20,000 of and then took off to Hawaii or California, to parts unknown, buying expensive houses, cars, etc., from what she had heard.  I told her, for the murder suspicion, she needed to call a prosecutor, or the county attorney, seeing it is a felony and homicide, to get him to open a case and start, looking into the suspicious death, no autopsy, and the brother wanting the body to be cremated when the mother already had a burial plot.  She said something about judges, and I again, mentioned something about, training prosecutors, and they all want to grow up to be judges.  I believe, it was about this time, when, hag ass, bitch, comes around the corner, defending, the fraud broads, and in a really snotty, tone, she said, are you going to take a shower, or sit and talk all day!

I am accommodating, and easy going, easy to be entreated, like the scriptures treat me to be, applied knowledge and Christianity, and I said, oh, are you waiting for THIS shower, because there were at least 3 open showers, but I had one of the ones with the bench, so I thought, perhaps she was waiting, for this specific shower . . . which, my cool, calm and accommodating response, only seemed to piss her off MORE!  She went off on some tantrum, about taking our conversations downstairs, and the dining room, blah, blah, blah, was bitch and moaning, bitching and moaning . . . she went in the bathroom stall about the time, I was ready to leave, and I said, actually, we can speak ANYWHERE WE WANT!, in a strong but nice tone, SHE WENT NUTS!  LOL!  She started barking this and that, and I just left, not worth even debating . . . there are no FREE SPEECH ZONES, THE WHOLE FUCKING COUNTRY IS A FREE SPEECH ZONE, and I was thinking of the Bunkerville, Bundy, Militia standoff, that I wrote and wrote about to keep the peace and fighting with BLM and federal agents at bay, two summers ago, in Nevada, and I think one of the things that PISSED every citizen, especially, those of us, who know our rights, off, was the feds, marking off a FREE SPEECH ZONE, out in Bunkerville, near the Bundy Ranch and protest.  But, as I was getting my make-up, deciding that the bathroom was not the place I wanted to get dolled up, seeing that a total free speech riot started with my words!  LOL . . . about, 5 other chicks who have probably put up with this black chick's attitude, bitching and acting out, all the time, making snide comments under her breath, finally, felt empowered and vindicated, probably for months of this fucking bull shit, and they pounced all OVER HER SHIT!  LOL!

The Elevator Switch Was at "RUN" so I Took the Intel and Let!  LOL!

There are some tough chick here, as you can imagine, and generally don't take shit from anyone, but, I said just the right words, to light the flame of several months of anger and walking on eggshells, around this broody, moody, whatever the fuck, attitude chick, and they were going after her, and if she is who I think she is, and she was appearing to be so, showing her cops, attitude of don't you DARE fuck with me, and it was not going well for her, would have blown her cover, and it sounded like things my go to fist-to-cuff, soon.  I headed up to the bus stop on Spruce, and shortly after than, a cop car, heading toward the Pov, had it's siren and lights going.  Smile!  I hope the black chick, federal agent, gets a little taste of her own medicine, she just would not shut the fuck up, even after I was willing to yield the shower to her, and the other women, didn't need to hear her go off either.  I didn't even say it mean, but, I meant it to let her know, she is not our boss, she is not a cop, in here, and even if she is, she has no right to silence us, to stop us from talking, and we don't have free speech zones!  I can't wait to get back to the Pov, for lunch, to see what happened?  LOL!

When I got on the bus, there was this chick with no-make-up on, and an orange hoodie, my color for "smart" and the fact that she didn't have make-up on, in combo with her natural look, combined with the switch on the elevator, on "RUN" made me think, that, after all the months of running, avoiding cops, going this way and that, all I would need, is to be arrested, in some bathroom brawl, making cops believe, even more, that, I am not the attorney, but the welfare queen, sister, Shelley, like she and everyone else is already trying to do!  LOL!  All the cops would need is an EXCUSE, or rather, they don't even need that with me, they are protecting their COP BITCHES! and like the black chick, they can't handle the truth, that, the ORIGINAL, ME, THE ALWAYS ME, THAT HAD TAUNTED AND PISSED COPS OFF FOR YEARS, BUT HAS ALSO, WRITTEN MANUALS, BLOGS THAT HAVE HELPED THEM WITH THEIR JOBS, encouraging law abiding behavior, even in protesting and addressing grievances with the government, to do so PEACEFULLY!  So starting a bathroom brawl, at Hotel California, would not be a good thing to be involved in, the rest of the gals, took care of the black chick with attitude . . . oh, and she was spying on me at the library, yesterday, as soon as I left, and walked over to the bus, some lame ass agent, came out of nowhere, and was texting something, standing right over my head, and I kept looking at him, and he would go to this side and that, totally annoying the shit out of me, definitely seemed connected to the black chick's stake out, and maybe, behind her anger at me this morning?

SMART as I always am, I left the bench this fuck was, taking notes and standing over me, in a rather threatening way, invasive, to say the least, and I HATE people standing or walking behind me, one syringe to the back of the neck with water or air, and I am toast, dead!  Oh, she had a relapse on PICK's and finally died!  NO THANKS!  As this guy, guarded me, finally, acting like I wasn't going to run, got in a car, still on his phone, I took off, as he drove off, so he would not know, I changed buses, took #12 in, rather than #1 out, like I planned, then, rather than the normal, #2 bus, that drops me off at the Scott roundabout, I took #14, to Fresh Market, throwing off, the next little sting op!  I forgot, that this black chick, was sitting at the library doors, and I put two and two together, knowing for months, that she was undercover cop of some type . . . but, the shower incident makes more sense, in light of the day before, when the agents, as dumb ass Sandra Bullock in The Heat, was, as is generally the case, messed the gig up, or didn't realize, that I didn't have to stick around, NO FREE BUS ZONES EITHER!  LOL!

• so this morning, I just gave her a copy of my notes, with laws, phone numbers, and suggestions on it, much like the blog information, that was inspired by this chick's issues; although, I am starting think, like so many other women and men, who are on THE SOUTHWICK FAMILY CRIME payroll, she is sent to me for help, and paid to discredit my legal help, so that Shelley or whomever, not even attorneys, can say, see she is ineffective assistance of counsel; therefore, Shelley, while not an attorney, should be allowed to practice law, in the state of Montana!  This is starting to look like a pattern of criminal behavior!  There was Rhonda, the alleged firefighting chick, who fell over a log, and has had tons of medical issues and surgeries, who followed me from Kalispell, to Butte, to Missoula, and back, wanting my help, but I could NEVER get her to give me her paperwork, and NEVER get her to do a timeline, in a fucking year!  Finally we were standing in line for an hour, and I said, can you get me a timeline by tomorrow?  She said, I don't think I can do that . . . and I RESPONDED, FUCK YOU . . . you don't want this solved, or she is milking me for legal information, bilking me, to give Shelley or Rachel, all pretending to be me, and lawyers, practicing law without a license, getting information, passing it on to the bitch squad of licence squatters, and then they put it as their work!

I discussed the case, helped him, told him the issues, listened to the problems, then he gets this hustling, powerful, female attorney, who knows her shit, but he can't give me her name?  Shelley, trying to see where to go legally, on MY KNOWLEDGE, then, charge a shit load . . . she fucked up the jurisdiction, issues, and I pointed it out, she told him this was so big, that, there would book and movie deals on the firing on a seasonal job?  I told him, on a scale of cases, from 1 to 100, his rated at about a 2, my blogging got him back his $1,000 pay check, they did cheat him out of, but she told him what he wanted to hear, and I TOLD HIM WHAT HE NEEDED TO HEAR, the case was WORTHLESS! This is a continuation of the incident with the chick needing to get her property back, leading me to believe, not only yesterday, but today, that the Kalispell police, wouldn't help her, said they were too busy, and the female officer or dispatch was such a bitch . . . now, while elected officials or government officials, like assistant attorney generals, cops, firefighters, etc., are paid out of the tax payers' monies, town budgets, or state funds, and they are to serve and protect, there is a reasonableness standard that should dictate, what is an is expected, what is considered appropriate, and how far, a citizen is allowed to push, government service!  As I handed this chick, the list of legal helps, suggestions, types of forms she might need, and ridding myself of the burden of her problems, she came back, and said she was going to get her phone, and yes, she would like to have me contact her son.  Now last night, I told her to make up a list of all the property, her son had of hers, and write it down on a piece of PAPER . . . I am old school, and I am not going to learn how to operate someone's tablet, to read their list, for their fucking convenience!  This is one reason, free college is ridiculous, because, I do a shit load of free legal service, with the person getting all my knowledge and experience in government, my trial attorney knowledge, on all sides of things, and a trip to the U.S. Supreme Court, with 4 bar memberships, so this is MY GAME, MY WAY, and I am a fucking LEGAL DIVA, rock star, even though the system, has tried to bury me, because, I PLAY BY THE LAW, NOT PUBLIC POPULARITY, and I only take cases, that I KNOW, the CONSTITUTION OR THE STATE LAW SUPPORT, I am NOT AFTER YOUR MONEY, I want to see that there is JUSTICE FOR ALL; therefore, I am very different from a fake ass, no name, no brand, no knowledge, bitch . . . but I am far from a do nothing boss bitch legal diva!  I GET-R-DONE!

I did janitorial work at a bank, to get through college, but that has been light years ago, so no, I am totally not qualified to do, 99% of the work at the Pov. and I am like a new born babe, when it comes to this type of work, elitist as that may sound.  I am nice, polite, and as kind as I can be, but the ugly attorney came out in me, and I did my normal legal diva routine . . . this is your case, you are not doing me favors by LETTING ME HELP YOU, I did about an hour and a half of work on your issues, yesterday, and now, I am telling you, if you want me to call your son, I am going to need: (1) a complete list, written on paper, of exactly what items, you need him to turn over to you . . . I am not going to have him on one line and you on the other, and be the go between, I will not be made the fool; (2) I didn't know about the bed, nor the TV, so, you need to decide what you want and what is okay for him to keep, seeing you can't store or use it now anyway, unless you have storage; (3) I need you to give your son a week, notice, as to when you are going to pick things up, with several choices and days . . . and you BETTER BE THERE!

I informed her, that, you will think that I am really nice, and I will be, as I have been, time and time again, trying to help you in the last day; however, if you don't get me the list, I am asking for, I WILL CUT YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF!  She got all sheepish, shy, and backward, formerly thinking because she has a job and a car, she was, really doing me a favor, by giving me a ride, which, she was; however, at attorney's fees, this very GRATEFUL attorney, is giving her $250 per hour, legal advice, a sight more than the dollar, if that, it took, her to give me a ride . . . I never said that, but she got the picture, I am not helping you for fun, and I don't want to be fucked with, nor fuck with the cops, nor fuck with you son . . . he, after having the cops escort you several times to the house, disturbing him and his girlfriend, who hate you, is probably frustrated, because, I am frustrated with you now!  You need to do your HOMEWORK, decided exactly what it is you want, and what you don't, so we can get this done, and done right, or I WILL FUCKING NOT HELP YOU, do you understand me?

If I Was the Cops In Kalispell and Flathead County . . . I Would NOT Help This Inconsiderate and Indecisive Woman Either! Shelley Might?  But She is Not a Legal Eagle! 

Oh, I wanted to write a bit, on the Parable of the Sower, and some of the comfort signs, that I got, Sunday, after, being chased, hunted, tracked, set up, etc., Saturday night, I was, not necessarily, down, but, just shocked, wondering, how this could happen, how people could want fake bitches to be me, how, lies, tricks, games, jokes, are loved and coddle, when so much is at stake, here in America and the world?  But as I sat, in Good Food Store, doing the legal research for this woman, who is so squirrelled, she has to be a Shelley and girls, fan, YUCK!  But, as the wind kicked up, there was almost a white out, of all these seeds, blowing off the trees in the parking lot.  At first, I thought, it was, fuzz, like off the cottonwood trees, like I saw, last week, when there was a cop raid on the Pov. at least three times, and the more I prove who I am, the more, vitriol and angry, these fuckers, get, amping up their attacks on the REAL ATTORNEY!  And a bit, depressed over not being able to talk to my kids, on MOTHER'S DAY, pay back for the ending to my Saturday, blog, ending in, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, MOTHERFUCKERS!, probably leading to the hunt by cops and feds, on Saturday night, leading to the theft of my battery to my cell phone!  So, when I saw, the things, falling from the trees, I thought, fuck, there is probably a ton of fuzz in this store, just like the many times, Sunday, I saw, cops cruising through the parking lot, as I just did, two, in the parking lot of Good Food, wondering if I am going there again today, since they didn't get me at the Fresh Market, earlier . . . but on closer look, I noticed that this was not FUZZ, these were SEEDS, and the parable of the sower, came to mind, and the idea, that I have planted, millions, billions of mental, seeds, of freedom, rights, human dignity, joy, love, peace, liberty, family harmony around the world . . . SEEDS FROM HEAVEN, of comfort and peace . . . 

In the New Testament parable or story, for Christ taught in stories, because, he knew, that men, remember stories, best . . . there is a sower, or a person, walking along the road, dropping seeds, compared to teaching the gospel of Christ, or seeds, of love, forgiveness, harmony, charity, repentance, grace, free will, etc.  Some of the seeds, will find fertile ground, and blossom into full blown plants, bearing fruits of the teachings contained in the seeds, some will fall on rocky soil, and die . . . others will thrive for a while and dry up and blow away in the wind, but the seeds are planted, for REAL CHANGE!  In all the turmoil, the sleep deprivation, the longing to talk to my kids, more to wish, them, happy Mother's Day, not knowing how to get a hold of them, in being raw, unprotected, now with a GPS tracking system in me, I wondered, if I would see my kids, grand kids, faces again?  The thoughts, came to me, that I had lived a GREAT LIFE, raised FOUR AMAZING KIDS, who are raising, AMAZING grand kids, and they are just starting to bring about REAL CHANGES, in their fields, passions, writings, work, and music, knowing it is not what you take with you, but what you leave behind.  I have long known, that my death, probably will not be falling asleep, in an easy chair, with my friends and family around me, silently passing . . . but more likely a bullet to the head, an attack in the dark, or spending the rest of my life, incarcerated for doing nothing, other than, being a crusader, a person, to bring about change, someone who dared to be different, real, carrying, loving, in my very tough way.  So, knowing, that, maybe a perhaps, this is a self-fulfilling prophecy, or premonition of death, bringing about, the need, desire and will, to CHANGE THE WORLD! . . . as listed on my resume, getting me the job, at the Utah Attorney Generals Office.

One of my Poverello friends, also a political crusader, who eats at the Pov. and also, eats at Good Food Store, saying HI, yesterday and talking to me today, said he too, noticed the seeds, and took it to mean, that ideas or something was coming down from heaven, or a Heavenly sign, which substantiated what I was thinking, because is was quite a show, that I had not seen, before, seeming to bring meaning and comfort. This guy, also, said, and he reads my blog, that, now there are many, who see what is going on, and can take up the swords of right, and fight, as he, himself is!  I never heard him make religious connections, nor thought of him as being like that, but, both statements, gave me comfort and verified what I was thinking and what I had interpreted the Seeds From Heaven to mean.  

MORE HEAVENLY NOTES ON WALK HOME

• this statement was carved in the cement, where I took a break from walking: May You Always Have a Piece of My Face In Your Hearts.  I thought of the damned good possibility, that my kids, had good seeds planted in them, and they are now, starting their own, journeys in life, doing what they are called by God to do, and, that they were raised right, taught to fight the good fight, and they saw the good fight, but they are young, and it will take time for them to mature, to grow, to see, read between the lines, and they have had a lot to deal with, through this, and there was the sign, Milwaukee Road Map, not only indicating, that Rachel, was likely the destination of the cell phone battery, and will be seen as the Trip Planner, not me, and there was a book, The Secret Father, by James Someone, on the table, earlier on Sunday, knowing that I can't keep fighting everything, everyone, every second of every day . . . they just fucking have too many people, too much fire power, and all my family money!  They have an endless bench, to play this game . . . I have myself.  But, when I saw that statement, it made me cry, wondered if this is it, that, I had done my job, and it mattered, as a Mother, attorney, professor, lobbyist, blogger, etc., and now, I had to let go, and let them take the paths, God wanted for them, even if that meant, other mothers and fathers, getting credit for my work, that of the real parents, being shoved to the shadows, giving way to less worthy, mothers, who were ashamed of their own, seeds, their own fruits; therefore, to pull off their stunts, they are going to MIX and MATCH, making up FAKE FAMILIES, FAKE HERITAGE, FAKE LAST NAMES, LIKE A 'KENNEDY, looking more at IMAGE, FORM, OVER THE SUBSTANCE, my kids were raised with . . . they had form, and very good looking parents, too!  They are their own persons now, with separate drives, spouses, kids, to protect, and dreams to fulfill . . . perhaps, the separation of the cell phone battery, is something that needs to be done!  I have ALWAYS, said, Thy Will Be Done!
• on the road, cutting through, several businesses and neighborhoods, there was an old, very old trailer, that said, Free Spirit, making me smile . . . for that I am, and I raised my kids with a ton of freedom, to the point, many thought, me a negligent mother . . . not so, that FREEDOM was planned and intended, to give them room, to grow, choose, dream, make a unique mark, and determine their own destinies, and they have done WELL WITH THAT FREEDOM!  Right after that, I believe, carved or written on a picnic table, or somewhere after that, it said, You Have Free Will . . . like this was your choice, to be the warrior queen, and this is the result, or your desire, or your destiny, and you freely did what you wanted to do, raised your kids, to think independently of you, and so, you got your will!
• I mentioned the inspiration and signs, I got, as to why my cell phone battery was stolen, and where, from, walking along, is it Russell Street, where the new Salvation Army building is? anyway, as I mentioned, and in a bizarre seen, given the fact that, I was just walking along, wondering, and thinking, that, there was one time, I was separated from my stuff, and that was when I was in the SHOWER! Just as that realization came to me . . . I looked over, and what did I see to confirm that thought? . . . you got it, a plastic bottle of what appeared to be, Head and Shoulders Shampoo, leaning against a post, and the significance of the post, is that P.O.S.T. stands for Peace Officers Standards and Training, or damned shooting, the cops did this, sending this chick in, to take the battery, maybe even being the exchange CIA chick, who, could be claiming, to be Rachel, she was blonde, tall, buxom, not fake, but, busty, about the same thickness, and, she could claim, that she is Rachel, aka, JoAnn, because Rachel is pretending to be ME, they have tried to make it look, like, I am Shelley, who has warrants, is a criminal, as is Rachel, but I am Not!  Just like in Durango, last March, when Kennedy asked me to go to Durango, and again, I told him, the real guy, NO, waiting on a job, then changed my mind; however, at one point, I saw a total, younger, James Kennedy look-a-like, but younger, darker hair, but still longer hair, pulled in a pony tail, and as tall as James . . . when dealing with Allan Bess, Frank, of Interpol, was to be Allan, and Shelley was to be me, and since I had just written a shit load on the Kennedy's, and written, some loving comments on James, the Rescue Mission, there could have been the CIA double for Kennedy, Rachel, CIA double for ME, and a complete exchange with the intent, of pulling a 100% CIA switch, that was probably not to be known by me or Kennedy, who, is not Rachel's type for sure, nor her, his, but, that doesn't mean the double, is not!  Add the tall blonde, could be seen as a double for Rachel, so she doesn't have to be at the Poverello in person, but looks, like she could have been there, through the chick, being there with the intent of getting the battery, to make it look like Rachel, aka me, planned the trip with MY KIDS, not me, because, she is at the Pov. while the Pov, is trying to make me look like Shelley!  The Big Exchange . . . Like Durango, Like Parowan!  KILL THE REAL!  Bury the real, in so much dog pile family shit, mothers and dads, that NOBODY KNOWS the TRUTH!  A young mother, just came to the Caffe' Dolce, in the South Gate Mall, where I am right now, she has hair the color of Rachel's, blonder than mine, long hair, my sign for, she has been ME for a long TIME! and she has a GOLD sweatshirt jacket on, with a star, on the back, and she is with too kids . . . like, yes, she has been MARKETED as the MOTHER OF THE GOLDEN CHILDREN, MINE!  MY KIDS WILL AVENGE THEIR MOTHER'S WRONGS, BUT WHEN THEY ARE READY, I KNOW THEM!  PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME, RACHEL, SHELLEY, SUE, MARCIE, OR TIFFANY'S SHIT ASS MO FUCK KIDS!  YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

• FULL TILT, by Erin Brockovich . . . someone the other day, said, you should be Erin Brockovich, and I said, why, I am an attorney, not a wanna be attorney, sort of paralegal, who did a good job, talking to the clients, in Love Canal, or some polluted deal, but she didn't go to law school, pass the bar exam, learn the law, write briefs, and do the dirty work of the LAW!  And the interesting thing is, that when my family planned, a 10 day, trip on Princess Cruise Lines, through the Panama Canal, the movie showing on the boat, was, that movie, where Erin, first got her wings . . . is this where Rachel and the girls, think, they are . . . because, NONE OF MY SISTERS, ARE ATTORNEYS!  My father, figured, in his SAVAGE LOVE way, that he would kill the real attorney, the pain in the ass, liberal, feminist, cop watcher, free thinker, etc., he has tried to beat, since she was a feisty 3 year old, and never could control . . . ditch the REAL, and on her law degree, claim that he has 5 female attorneys to his credit, FUCK, he tried to sabatoge my law degree, screamed at me for hours, offered to pay my tuition, when I knew this was a stunt, to control me, telling me the money is coming, making me miss loan opportunities . . . not that stupid daddy-o!
• Some chick, just walked by, fatter, wearing an orange poncho, with a baby that looked so much like Rachel's Matt, with the over-sized head, and blobby, phat boy look, car geek, gear head . . . so, the fat chick, must be me, and I am suppose to take credit, not for my good-looking, smart, beautiful, talented thin kids, but get Rachel's, nice, but homely, phat boys, and food disorder chicks, on me . . .
