Super Mob, Super Scary Philosophy!

This idea that there is no right or wrong, and all means of doing whatever is okay, and there are no limits and no exceptions, only results that count, is fine, as long as you are the one in power, to top dog, the controller, the leader, the predator, and in a power position.  People age, get fat, get sick, make bad decisions, trip up, fall down, get up again, humans go through cycles, are addicted to one thing or the other, and who is to dictate, what is good, and what might be good at one time, or look good at one time, may not look so hot at another time.  Eventually, the predators, will become prey . . . someone, bigger, badder, meaner, stronger, more ruthless, and brutal, will come along, and they will be the one, beaten, robbed, bloodied, destroyed, eaten, raped, assaulted, or murdered.  The question is, what kind of world to we want?  One patterned after the animal kingdom, where it is kill or be killed? hunt or be hunted, eat or be eaten?  Or do we want to see ourselves and higher level animals if you will, that can reason, think, decipher, communicate, change, evolve, grow, improve, and help others to do the same.  Do was want a well ordered society, on stable and secured by agreed upon rules, order, governance, and a more tranquil way of living, with common defense, general welfare, justice for all, prosperity and happiness, even for the weak, the poor, the minority, the female, the aged, the less fortunate, with the opportunity to rise up, get strong, be upwardly mobile, and reach whatever heights, achievements, goals, we can achieve?  What will it be for you?  I think you can see my leanings!

I Want You To Co-Author a Book With Me On Abnormal Psychology

Once I was diagnosed with Pick's Disease, my parents, on my money of course, hooked me up with a noted psychologist, or so he claimed, maybe a spy, my typo, might indicate, but Gary ?, who would meet with me every week or so.  And after talking to me for sometime, he made the assessment of my current state, because he did not know me when I was formerly practicing law, but he said, You are brilliant, but lazy. I would like you to help me write a book on abnormal psychology.  My son, thinks, I am, brilliant and crazy, or he did, years ago; however, neither one of these men, knew me when.  My son, Elliot, was young when I got Pick's Disease . . . the computer kicked the bold on . . . so, while he hung out with me, he never really was old enough, to see me professionally, and as for reading this blog, I don't know how he can think, me other than extremely bright?  As for the man assessing me, I have and had, more credentials, credits and honors to my name, in addition to being able to do his job, as well, with my law degree, as I am now, than he will ever have, so, I just consider the sources of these, assessments, although, the brilliant part is fine, were uninformed and ignorant of who I am as a person--the top cops, educated, have, obviously, not been able to predict, catch, find, discover, nor connect the dots, of this bling ring, but I HAVE . . . and I have seen it for a very, very, very long time!  No one, was smart enough to listen, much like the revelations of Edward Snowden, about government spying on you and me, I had told everyone, years before, and the first thing they said, was . . . JOANN WAS RIGHT, and I am AGAIN!

At the time, Gary wanted me to write the book with him, I was not interested in the abnormal psychology book, but I am now, because, the people, I am fighting are abnormal, different than the run of the mill person, who believes in the law, in the Constitution, in order, in protecting the innocent, they don't value, values, morals, ethics, professional responsibility, or merit, nor protecting the lay person, from a person, who could be predatory, preying on their clients, patients, customers, who could so easily, in the Darwinists view of the world, with the fastest, smartest, more able, richer, with more credibility, person with the most toys, better house, or whatever, on feed on those less gifted, less fortunate, without the financial means, or the ability, and thus being looked at, as prey, and fair game!  Not only do I not think that way, normal people project who they are, and I would never be this way, and tend to see the world through their particular rose colored glasses, seeing the world the way they are, internally, professionally, ethically, morally, and giving the values to the predator, making themselves, even more susceptible to this type of person, that the, possibly, of less or lower character, at least being able to fathom, this type of thinking.  I had a friend, early on, when I started writing this blog, and realized, when looking at his computer, that my picture was not on his computer, but it was on mine; therefore, while I assumed that people reading this blog, out to recognize me, the author of all 645 or so blogs, rather than think it is someone else.

Meryle, my roommate, and much more savvy in the ways of the world, told me he could help me, but I would have to think more like a criminal, for him to be able to help me.  I guess, turn bigger, badder, meaner, criminal, or pretend to be that, to catch these fuckers, who stole my blog, three short weeks, after I started writing it!  Why did they do it, because they could!  I don't understand that, and it is so far from the way, I think, that I can't even comprehend it!  So, I am hardly the one, who should write a book on abnormal psychology, but, since, I have been forced to deal with this type, I have become more adept at recognizing their behaviors their thinking, the types of people drawn to them, their deep seeded ideas, passions, and histories, that may lead them, into, basically, a justified, life of CRIME!  Between last writing, and right now, I have seen two or three true crime episodes, that so much, portray the thinking, lifestyles, ideological predisposition, and abnormal psychoses that would lead them to act, conduct, and behave the way they do!

The 3% Religious Psycho Factor!

Studies have shown, that the more extreme, someone's beliefs, the lower their intelligence is, as a general rule.  Now, most people would believe that the people I am going to be talking and writing about, the criminals in this ring, may perhaps, on one level, be considered intelligence, but there are many levels of intelligence, from emotional, to intellectual, to social, to psychological I.Q., and these people are missing the boat somewhere along the line.  So, while in one area, these people, may appear to be very bright, in one area, they totally fail, in another area.  Take for instance, the sociopath, they have a very low, social I.Q. in and of the fact, that they have no sympathy, empathy for their victims . . . and little remorse for what they have done for them!  In fact, in the one case, I am going to write about, a young, good looking, man raised as a strict Mormon, who murdered, butchered a couple, who had formerly been one of his clients, as a financial planner, took all their credit cards and tried to cash a $100,000 check, after dismembering them, actually, stood over their dead, cut up bodies, and prayed, thanking God, for their unselfish sacrifice, that enabled, him and his followers the money they needed for drugs, and other supplies, they needed to bring love and peace to the world!  This is what I am talking about, that is just fucking, NOT NORMAL!

I got this term, 3% religious psycho factor, from my best friend at law school, Jeraldine, I can't remember her last name, but her father was my BYU, Mormon Bishop, when I was a freshman, he was also the girls' basketball coach, and Dave ?, my Mr. Stud, basketball player's close friend and Jeraldine was a little girl when I was in her father's ward, but now were were peer.  Jeraldine had worked in the office of administration at BYU, for a long time, she was bred, birthed, born, raised, and worked on campus, and decided to take a few years off, to go to law school, not to be a lawyer or practice law, but just for a break from her job!  LOL!  But, I was teaching, family law, undergrad, with a packed class, waiting room only, and a list for next semester, the dean loving me, and faculty glad to have this new BYU law grad, in their department, that is until, some chick, filed a complaint against me.  Jeraldine, told me, in her experience, she told me to look for the person, who most liked me, wanted to be with me, possible work with me, who might be envious of me.  And then, she told me about the psycho factor at BYU, that I needed to be aware of . . . all of the sudden, some chick who wanted to be my research assistant, came to mind.  She would gush all over me, and I would even say, it was a same sex, fatal attraction!

Much like the men, I run into, that are sent by my enemies, generally in federal cop organizations, big shots, if I reject them, or don't want a relationship, or shun them in anyway, they want to destroy me, and this seemed to be the case with this chick.  She just would not, drop the issue of being my assistant.  The department didn't have money for the position, I was not authorized to have one by the department, and I really had no need or desire to work with her!  As the semester went on, this only grew worse, and she got more insistant and would NOT take no for an answer; therefore, she decided to try to destroy me!  After Jeraldine, told me about the religious psycho factor, I thought, now this is a class for seniors, only, and for soon to graduate majors, in family studies . . . so, the men, for the most part, not only wanting to be good dads, but also to go on to get a masters and doctorate, to become, a marriage and family therapist, or some type professional connections. 

LEAVING BYU WITHOUT AN ETERNAL PARTNER . . . THE GOAL OF MORMON GIRLS, NOT ABOUT THE DEGREE!  I AM SURE IT HAS CHANGED?  LOL! 

The females, indoctrinated in the Mormon culture and ideologies, bought the idea that, they were less than worthy, womanly, heaven bound, if they did not have a MATE, and their time was running out, a the happy hunting grounds at BYU, with 80% of the guys, only dating 20% of the girls . . . now you know where the "heels over heads" comes from, the highest rate of plastic surgery in the NATION, over HOLLYWOOD, which is very much a part, of the abnormal psychology of the Mo Church in general!  Case in point, I put on weight, therefore I am not worthy to be, either a, mate or a mother, or even live, in Brett's mind, who is still obsessed with me, in spite of my weight!  LOL!  Or he would leave me alone, as would the Rat Pack of older spies and 007's!  LOL!  A unique obsession . . . it is called, being attracted to something deeper, like, MY MIND! a novel thought!  

So, when, the young men, who graced the front roll, having crushes on this rare phenomena, in the church filled with either sweet spirits, or bodies with no mind and soul, coined beautiful messes, I was rare in deed, still young, 40, attractive, funny and smart.  As my friends, still in law school, or from across the street, looked in every once in a while, and saved a phone call, and asked if we were going dancing in Park City, like we normally did on weekend, and with a few of the handsome bachelors, and eye candy, said, Can I go too?  I would just smile and say, when you are not my student, or some smart ass remark, so as to be to the point, but not get kicked out of teaching!  Add that to the already female, fatal attraction, and I was toast in this girl's mind . . . bingo!  Creating a situation, not so unlike the one I have and am dealing with now, from the fraud broads, Mo foe squad!  It is nothing but, jealousy and envy, that fuels these fires!

So, with that foundation and understanding, on what, is not necessarily unique to Mormons, but a characteristic of a more extreme view of religiosity, with little room for humor, forgiveness, and deviation from the program, as my father would say, any departure from the prescripted norm, is worthy of death, and honor killings exist in the Mormon Church too!  Here are a few actual cases of TRUE CRIME, that will display the thinking of a sociopath or a psychopath, and most of these people would be classified as both . . .

The Future Prophet of the Mormon Church . . . Family Leader As a Young Boy!

The interesting, and not surprising thing about this story, given the fact that there are 30,000 Mormon NSA agents, in Utah, is the fact that the title of the episode, has absolutely nothing to do with the content and subject, nor name of the young man, his crimes, nor his connection to the Mormon Church, and you would not think that, looking at the title, which is, Beverly Allitt: Female Child Serial Killers, that you are going to get the story, I am going to tell you about, if it will even be on the Internet or YouTube, after I write about it, as was the case with the top dog, military commander, over the Trenton Air Force Base in Canada, who stalked, raped, murdered women, and then made a trophy case and underwear, wardrobe for himself, as the Victoria Secret model!  It is good I saw the program when I did, making the point, that even the best, brightest, allegedly toughest, guys, can fall, and do shitty things!  But, the next morning, I tried to pull up that episode and it just came up, this video is private!  That futuristic, British/Mormon/Homeland Security effort, and this is the type of commander we are going to get with Britain?  No thanks, we will keep our General Patreaus!  LOL!  This is a case of bad, badder and worst . . . and the Brits take the crown on that too!  LOL!  Sorry, that is mean, we all have our crazies, but America has enough of our own!

The name of our prophet, as ordained by his mother, as not only replacing his father in the family hierarchy, but also as the projected, prophet of the whole Mormon Church worldwide, was, Glen Taylor Helser. As interesting mixture of family and symbolic names, as the switch-o-chango, in the band players, in God's Revolver.  My father's name is, Richard Glenn Southwick, so this Taylor is Glenn's!  Or the religious version of Elliot Taylor Secrist, but in reality, the anointed one, is really a murdering, sick, psycho/sociopath, deranged version of Elliot, like in Isaac, and Helzer, would indicate, hell + her . . . or Shelley, the mother of the chosen Southwick, or favored son, Isaac Anderson!  Who, I am guessing, is a baby faced butcher!  But, he is protected, and his crimes, I believe, will or were, attributed to my son, so the fuckers could, feel justified in stealing his music, thunder, fame and money, hanging a crime on his name, now they just steal!

There are so many symbolic names, that investigators of crimes, who know the family tree, and are somewhat familiar with the players and characters in this true life crime story, can watch it, and try to decipher what the names mean . . . training for the good, FBI, CIA, and cops!  I will however give you at least two of them, as being so fucking symbolic, that it is uncanny, that they are connected with this case, on the Mormon boy!  I believe, these are two of Glen's victims, indicating, a 180 degree turn in who the victim is and who the perp is, in this real story!  MINE!  Salenia Bishop and Jennifer Villarin, actually there are so many, here is another one, Jordan Andrew Taylor, indicating two Taylors!  So, Bishop and Villarin, have very symbolic significance, because, a bishop is a religious leader in a ward, and I referred to my father as a villain, but Jennifer is one of the names, I have come to associate with me, which makes sense, Jennifer Villarin, or the villain's version of me, or Jennifer, Shelley, or Rachel or Kay, Sue, Tiff, Marcie, Kelly, all under or wearing my name at one time or another, hopefully are IN jail, or the villains, JoAnns are in!  God is fucking amazing on INTEL!

I would say, there are several characters or players in my case, that might be most personality like, Glen Taylor Helzer . . . Brett Todd Stuart/Stewart, Isaac might fit, but is not as skilled and charming.  

The Children of Thunder!

Glen, was a handsome, smart, charismatic youth, that charmed his mother, family, ward and others from a very young age.  He seemed to have this dynamic and addicting personality, that tends to draw people to him.  After graduation from college, Glen went on a Mormon mission to Brazil, where he excelled, broke records in baptisms and was loved and adored by both members and non-members.  But at some point, he felt that he should be the highest ranking elder or priesthood holder in the mission, knowing the scriptures inside and out, to the point, that eventually, he was excommunicated.  When Glen, got home from his mission, he started to work for a financial planning firm, and had about 115 clients, one of which, ended up being his first victim, husband and wife, the Steins.  He was doing well, and making good money.  He hated to go to work and was bored after a while, but before, he quit, he came up with the plan to start a high end escort service, going to clubs and dance places, picking up beautiful women--he was briefly married.

He hooked up with, Keri Furman, another significant and telling name, Mark Furman, being the main cop in the O,J. Simpson murders, indicating a cadre of women, that will be used for sex, to attract men, and for making him men, and make him a shit load of money, and to help him issue in his new world of love, peace, sex and drugs, with him as the leader.  Eventually, he talked Keri into getting breast implants, the Mo Male at his finest . . . and she was to bring other similarly looking women into the fold, to start this personal escort service, to make the money he needed for his causes . . . guess who gets that role.  And just as weak of character, Rachel is, Keri was also, and was control and ruled over by Glen, with a double meaning there, but, she was used for her body, to attract both men and women.  I thought, it was interesting that his cousin, C.C. Helzer, said that he was shocked that his cousin, was now doing everything he had hated and rebuked in his previous life.  And Keri, did note, that Glen, cried after having sex, and told her, she was freeing him from his Mo upbringing, teaching him what, unconditional love and sex felt like.  

Glen was into Harmony Input Training . . . no right, no wrong, and you can do anything you want . . . all Glen's minions had to attend, participate and become familiar with this self empowering doctrine, because it did so much for Glen's life, and his disciples needed to learn this stuff.  He made Keri take the class, not telling her before had that he had scheduled her into the class, and when he pulled her up, he pushed her out, telling her, she was, going to the class.  Finally, she got so depressed with all the drugs, the pressure, that Glen told her to go home to her parents, she jumped at the chance.  Later, Playboy contacted, Keri, to be Ms. September (Rachel's birthday month) and when, Glen heard, he was furious, that he let her get away, and decided never to be with a good looking woman again, so he settled for a new, convert and sweet spirit, Dawn.  And by this time, his brother Justin, who always followed the family prophet, had joined the band of three, and they all got into drugs, robbery and this new Harmony way of thinking!

Eventually, the three went on a two day, killing rampage, not only murdering 5 people, but, actually dismembering them, and acting like they were there to serve their needs for drugs and money, to further, peace and love and this new vision of the world!  Sound familiar . . . psychopaths, are all about themselves, what they want, everyone it for their use and gratification, they are superior, they take what they want, do what they want, are total predators, and they don't feel, have empathy, sympathy, or remorse . . . life is no more than, to satisfy their wants and desires, and they see others as their servants, and they are only kept around as long as they can give something of value the chosen either want or need!  Of course all were convicted, Dawn had to go through cult deprogramming . . . so she could see the damage they caused and in exchange for lesser prison time, she was able to testify against the brothers!  SCARY SHIT!

The Bling Ring . . . Diamond Thieves . . . No Honor Among Thieves!

I am not going to go into a lot of detail on these guys, because I put a lot of the characteristic in the title, but they are again, sociopaths, they had a band of good looking, smart, cool, savvy, sexy men, in this gang of diamond thieves, who, robbed 25 jewelry stores, on both coasts, and might not have been caught, had they not, been greedy, and kept going.  I am just going to bullet, some of their traits, and you will also, see, the people I am dealing with . . . however, I do, think that these guys, while spending huge ass amounts of stolen cash, also try to keep up the appearances of their prior lives and unlike these guys, are more like the alleged, millionaires next door, seeing themselves, as doing good, with the money, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, giving money to charitable foundations, schools, colleges, and other worthy activities, not so much, because they want to, and always, making sure, they have everything them want and need, but more to control, silence, and make dirty, other entities, so they will help perpetrate and benefit, from the crimes, buying alliances and allies, as they go.  I think, one of the reasons, they want to get rid of me, is that I am cramping their style, and stopping them from using, MY money, or MY son's money, and that is pissing them off.  They want to freely spend without being watched or ratted out, so they will play is smart and be, like Warren Buffet, and be the millionaire, next door, going without notice, plain and frumpy, in some parts, so as to trick and throw cops and those watching, making them think that I am crazy; however, the money is all laundered out through kids, who have more than their parents can afford, like houses, trips, study abroad, vehicles and vacations that are beyond the earning capacities of those involved!  Again, tons of symbolic names, watch, read this blog, and it will become apparent, you are being paid, this is your job, I am helping!

• confidence in their level of planning, a source of pride, laying foundations, doing their homework and scoping out potential victims or jewelry stores, in this case
• skilled, smart, smooth operators, good looking, nice clothes, expensive watches, designer jeans, toys, nice houses, cars, watches, and evidence of wealth, but not among people who know them . . . more than one residence
• all members of the gang, and selected for some of these traits, are dangerous, dapper, and attractive, much like the players in the movie, Ocean's Eleven, all cooler than cool, and heart breakers with the opposite sex, and that comes in useful, both for predatory partners in crime and in luring in their prey or victims
• they had the ability to make $500,000 in stolen diamonds, in less that 5 seconds, always looking for the easy money, quick cash . . . that is where this blog comes in, family banks, band . . . my family is easy prey, and have the talent, skill and education to make a shit load of money with tons of earning potential, and that is why they want to appear to others as being us, and making us, look like them, is so, they can steal all we have, and relegate us to the serving, slave, status, working for them, while they steal the cash, glory and fame . . . nice for them, shit for us, and a litany of CRIMES!  
• they spend as fast as they make it, or we make it, they spend it, no savings, all about the thrill of the steal, and they will kill anyone who gets in their way, or stops this avarice, greedy, and selfish game!
• they plan their crimes well, take time to make stories, bring props, doing homework, watching and learning, who the clientele and customers are, study, research and then, they put on a show, grab and go, gun and run, and it is a game to them, and they think they are smarter than the cops, and like all pirates take it to the seas, off shore banking, money laundering, and dispersing the proceeds as fast as they get them, so that bank accounts don't bulge and cash doesn't reveal the crimes
• in my case, they share with everyone . . . Aaron's Furniture and Rentals . . . Everyone is a Lucky Dog! And everyone is pre-qualified.
• the two cops, who started to connect the dots, and finally caught the bling ring, said, what brought them down, was social media . . . they showed off handfuls of cash, diamond studded watch faces, showing off to friends and family, their houses, toys, boats, planes and all the stuff they bought, they are us, to the world, so, they can justify, the money . . . they play their humble selves around their old acquintances, but the stars, with new people.  American greed exposed them and brought them down! 
• the thrill is in the steal, and not showing off what your conquest is, takes part of the fun way from the dirty treasure and deeds, like in the case of a serial killer, they leave their mark, their signature if you will, and often they return to the scene of the crime, or place themselves in the crime scene, to relish the reaction of the cops, media, and those looking for them

Type of Reaction a Lover's Triangle Might Elicite in a Psychopath or Sociopath, With a Predator Mentality

Okay, in this true crime episode, the original girlfriend and boyfriend, who had dated for three years, decided to call it quits, and they started hanging out with another kid.  After high school, the female, moved away to college, but she ended up being close to the new friend, who later became a love interest.  When the original guy heard that these two were hanging out, the old boyfriend, got obsessed, not only trying to get back with the girl, but wanting to stop her from seeing the other guy.  So, the old guy, moved to the same town that the girl was in.  He asked his old girlfriend if she was seeing Christian, their common friend, and she said, no because she didn't want to upset him, and cause problems, bringing up old feelings.  So, one night, the old boyfriend, meets up with the unsuspecting common friend, and he kills his rival!  He plotted, planned, stalked, tracked, purchased what he needed to subdue the rival, trapped him in his vehicle, gave him pilled laced, Gatorade, and then choked him to death, dumping his body, out in the swamps, were, lucky, for his family, in this remote area, the body was recovered!

Just recently, in the Missoulian, local newspaper, or the Independent, there was an article about a rancher, or farmer, here in Montana, who found two bull elk, dead, with horns or racks locked, taking out a half acre of fence line or barbwire, in the fight, both dead, on his property.  He donated the meat to the local food bank. But, I think that this indicates the way these type of sociopaths and psychopaths, look at women or men, for that matter, they look at them as possessions, that will stay in their herd or harem, and if they can't have them, they will kill them, or kill their suitor and rival!  Just like in the animal kingdom, you protect your love or sex interests, and rivals, have to almost wait, until the bull elk or deer, moose or whatever, either gets old enough to challenge, or loses interest, or other predators pick off the herd, or the male, in most cases, can no longer protect his territory and female herd and young!  The problem with this thinking, it that it doesn't work, in the world of humans, with changing emotions, events, distance, growing up or old, and all the variety of emotions and growth that people go through, not to mention, that if you participate as this young man did, most likely out of pure competitive male nature, taking out the rival, he ended up going to prison for the rest of his life and he didn't end up with the broken hearted girl anyway . . . you can't force someone to stay in love with you, make them love you in the first place, nor keep them from losing interest and mate with someone else!  LOL!

Circumstances Change, Expectations Fail, But You Can't Kill, Either a Rival, Nor a Previous Lover!

In this next true crime episode, this 41 year old nurse, a hottie, and single, meets her very nice looking and fun, next door neighbor.  This woman is young at heart, has her shit together, and doesn't want an old guy, so she hooks up with the neighbor who she meets when he offers to fix her flat tire.  They fall instantly in love, and eventually, the guy moves in, but in a few months, the chick realized, that what she thought, projection, this guy was about, responsible, working, a contributor, she realized, he was not measuring up; therefore, they became roommates, as if the guy, no longer had feelings for her, and she let him sleep on the couch. Not only after the change in the relationship, she met, some guy at the hospital, where she worked, and eventually, she invited him home, with the other guy . . . stupid move, on the couch, listening to the two, new lovers, and when the new guy leaves, old boyfriend goes in the bedroom and stabs the woman, 19 times, and slits her throat!

Can you see, where lacking boundaries, right to privacy, and a separation between you and another person is critical, where constitutional rights, civil rights, property rights, and such, are a must!  If we could see that our rights, stopped at the end of our noses, and we had no right to cross into the personal space, body, property, money, bank account, desk, closet, house, yard, apartment, car, etc., we could stop tons of property crimes, stop the theft of real, personal and intellectual property, making all of us happier, the jails less crowd, families happier, with less domestic violence, the colleges safer, respecting our school mates, bodies as their own, with us having no right to steal sex, enter another person's body, male or female, without consent!

Religious Statistics In American Politics

Now, I don't know many, but when Pope Francis, visited America, a few weeks ago, some news commentator had statistics on the number of Catholics, in top political positions.  And I am not sure, I can remember, them, but I will do the best I can. Now, remember, that there are, allegedly 1.2 billion Catholics in the world, today.  I think there are, 600,000 million, Muslims, and 14 million, Mormons, just to more vibrantly, draw comparisons and percentages, involved in running out country.  Okay, so, 30% of Congress are Catholic.  Two, Catholics, have held the top positions in the executive branch, first, President Kennedy, and now, V.P., Joe Biden.  Six of the 9, Justices on the United States Supreme Court are Catholics, and from what I heard, coming straight from a former, CIA agent, speaking at Dixie State College/University, in St. George, Utah, was that 70% of the FBI and CIA, are Mormon.  Mormons, constitute, only 1% of the American population, right there about even, with the Jewish population, in America.  And, there are more, Hispanic Mormons, in the Mormon Church, now, that Anglo or whites, and such is the case, in  California.

I would also, venture a bet, that there is even a higher number of Mormons, in the CIA, given the fact, that, traditionally, CIA agents, need foreign language skills, to serve as intelligence officer, reporting to the President, on world affairs, and situations the executive branch might want to be aware of.  Mormon missionaries, are trained at the MTC, Missionary Training Centers, in an intense, language induction, and then sent out into the world, with that small bit of training, and matched up with a senior companion, who then teaches them the ropes of the country, they are serving in.  These missionaries, learn the language, the cultures, making connections with dignitaries and luminaries of foreign countries, which is very advantageous for the intelligence community, but I am going to qualify that, as attorneys will do, and say, that is a great advantage and very useful, as long as the agents, are on the same page as the President, reporting the right intelligence, and are loyal to America, and promoting United States interests, around the world, and not advancing a Mormon agenda!

The Devil's Advocate On Benghazi . . . A Skeptics View

So, September 11, 2012, just roughly, two months, before the presidential elections, in America . . . I have readers around the globe, so, giving them some perspective, but, as I remember is, CIA agents, in Benghazi, Libya, where the American Embassy, was, with Ambassador Stephens, watching the situation, the fervor, if you will, over the connection between riots, in Benghazi and the showing of a movie or documentary, that was critical or making fun of Muslim Prophet, Mohamed, with a strong reaction against that film, in Ciro, Egypt.  This intelligence and talking points that went from CIA agents to President Obama, and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton at the time, with Susan Rice, being the spokes person for the Obama Administration, only used the talking points, that she got, that came from the CIA field agents, in the area of the world, to the CIA agents, within the State Department.  The curious thing to me, was, that Mitt Romney, presidential candidate, and Mormon, along with Congressman, Jason Chaffetz (R.UT), Alan Smith, I think, a Navy SEAL from Utah, all jumped on the bandwagon, even before, President Obama had been fully briefed on the situation, with Romney criticizing the President, who has been strong on foreign policy, with Mitt, having no experience whatsoever, and taking pot shots, for mishandling the situation.

The chances that all CIA agents, were Mormons, is pretty damned good, with a total of FBI and CIA agents, being 70% and CIA agents, needing to know a foreign language, to best serve in the job, and FBI agents with stateside jurisdiction, to use a Mormon missionary term for those, poor souls, who didn't score high enough to leave the country, or be able to learn a foreign language, might indicate, that requirement, puts Mormons in a superior position, over most applicants, wanting to work for the CIA.  The only people applying, if that is even a requirement anymore, I see them recruit and hire in the parking lot, in areas, surrounding D.C., need an agent in Romania, oh, Bro., Sister, so and so, had a kid just get back from a mission . . . send them in, for a position for the CIA, having perhaps, more qualifications, would be, an Ambassador's son or daughter, who lived in that country, where their parents, lived, and that would be conditioned on the fact, they retained those language skills!  My sister, Sue, with her husband's companies, lived, in Germany, where her two oldest children, Sarah and Sam, attended school.  But, after coming back to America, they lost all knowledge of their German, they had acquired, attending school.

I Think, I Would Almost Be Safe, That 100% of the CIA Agents Involved in Gathering Intel and Receiving Intelligence, Would Be Mormon, With a Mormon Presidential Candidate, Almost Jumping the Gun in Benghazi

I remember, hearing on the news, that, Mitt, had allegedly spent the previous Christmas, by accident, attending a party, where SEAL, Smith, if memory serves, the guy with Ambassador, Stevenson, at the time, he allegedly was taken into the cement bunker, that was protocol, when violence or threats erupted, as was the case, with Stevenson, at the time of the alleged riots, that were reported, as merely a band of unorganized robbers, setting fire to the Embassy, and looting the place, and really not much to worry about, at least at that time. I remember hearing, that somewhere between the talking points, and the translating talking points, that went to CIA agents in the State Department, with something like 1500 employees, that the talking points had changed, and there were allegations that the Obama Administration or someone inside admin, had issued the stand down command, stopping the rescue teams, and the typical military response, given this type of event and riot.  After 22 hearings on Benghazi, it is no surprise, given what was at stake and the games the CIA, Make a Wish Foundation, does, from my experience, that was a rumor started, within the ranks and file, of the CIA, starting in Benghazi, and going to the CIA, in the State Department . . . sort of the opposite of lost in translation, to made up in translation . . . we are blaming the wrong people!

It was proven to be a false claim that Mitt, even knew the SEAL that was allegedly with Stevenson, and in my conspiratorial mind, knowing Mormons like I do, and what was at stake, not just the American presidency, but the Mormon President for the World (BBC, UK, documentary, March 27, 2012) and a Mormon agenda for world domination, with just President Obama, standing in the way, with this situation of 4 alleged deaths, that are very suspicious to me, given the fact, that Stevenson and Smith, allegedly went into the bunker, but when support troops, got on the scene, and went to the bunker to check on the Ambassador, Stevenson and Smith, were nowhere to be found, it was only, later, that the support groups, went back, that they found bodies, so charred, that neither, Smith, nor Stevenson, were recognizable?  I would exhume the bodies, and check the DNA, to see if it was even Smith and Stevenson, who were in the bunker?  With this CIA plot, the plan, that, even eventually, was reported, by who?, was that, there was not just one group of robbers, looters and arsonists, but there were, actually 2?  A cover-up?  One was allegedly unorganized, and the follow-up, was allegedly, highly organized!

Congressman Chaffetz, a staunch Mormon, Republican, from Utah, along with Alan Smith, from Utah, and most likely a Mormon, were on their way to Benghazi, Libya, almost before the President was briefed.  Any conflict of interest there?  Hell, YES!  More Mormons, being critical of the President! Of Sec. of State, Hillary Clinton, the next, Democrat, to run for president, a female, horror of horrors to Republicans and Mormons, who want polygamy, which, Hillary would never stand for!  Kill two political birds with one stone, and as is going on just this month, more fucking hearings on Benghazi!  Hillary is being called to testify, AGAIN!  If there is nothing you can learn from my case, is that, a fake Joann (I spell my name, JoAnn) brokered the $357 million securities case, of MINE!  The Mormon judge, up and just closed the case, the DAY before, Mitt and Kay, or Me, were to appear, in the UK, on this asinine Mormon President, bull shit, or the Mormon Agenda to convert the world to Mormonism, be ruled under the British Crown, with American cops, the world police, under the Patriot Act, and a ton of little, Queens and Kings, Princes and Princesses . . . Mo Temple style, granting royal status to whom they feel is worthy.

Mormon Benghazi Saviors . . . Chaffetz, Smith, Mitt!

So, you have a Mormon contingency of alleged concerned, Mormon Republicans, who could not have an interest in Mitt being President, or making Prez. Obama, look bad, heading straight to the scene of the alleged, murders, with Smith, an alleged, Navy SEAL . . . probably after the fashion of my sisters, law licenses, NOT attorneys, CIA, bull shit attorneys, judges, what the fuck ever . . . making statements, like, I told the Obama Administration, to put more assets in that region!  In the self-righteous tone, that only Mormons can do!  See, had Mitt, been President, wanting a 2 trillion dollar military complex, we would go in a blow the shit out of those rag heads!  We, as Americans, are in deed, lucky, that cooler heads prevailed, and leadership with our best interests, took not only charge, and waited . . . I remember, as Mitt and the boyz, allegedly jumped to conclusions, President Obama, calmly and coolly, in his, no-drama, Obama fashion, said, I have not been fully briefed yet, and I am waiting to see what the situation is?  And at that time, he didn't know, ANYTHING, other than the CIA intelligence and briefing!

I have mentioned, that November 1, 2012, I had been chased out of the state of Utah, with the elections pending, after, my, $357 million case, had been allegedly terminated, but the double docket, the secret docket, much like my secret or ghost bank account, or the one that was just one digit off, going to someone else, like Kay Baby, who met up with Mitt, March 27, 2012, so earlier in the year, but, I went to Bozeman for the first time, to get on their public library computers, because, as I mentioned yesterday, my computer had been fried, and I could not write, after all 700 contacts were stolen, previous computer compromised and follow-up email, read by tens of thousands, after the Mormon Moment, infamous, email, I had written the day after Mitt got the nomination, and sending it, my analysis of Benghazi, to my reporter friends at the Salt Lake Tribune, who, and I would say, were at least influenced, by my emails, having heard up close and personal what happened to me, false imprisonment, and about, exactly, November, a day or two before, or a week, before, endorsed President Obama!  These reporters from the Salt Lake Tribune, had interviewed me on my cases, had actually talked to me, shortly before getting arrested, back in March, but their emails, were the only emails I remembered from the 700 contacts, and when I set up my new account, Nov. 1, 2012, because my other two accounts, were hijacked by Shelley or Kay, NSA, for sure, MO run, 30,000 spies? in Utah, the whole Obama Administration, popped up on my contact lists, without me adding them! Cool!

Salt Lake Tribune Endorses Obama . . . Mitt Sits Almost Silent on Stool, 3 Debate!

I remember, after barely escaping the Mormon cops, who showed up at the Bozeman Library, apparently looking for me, because, there were no disturbances, and it was about 8:00 P.M., and I was going to sign up for another hour, but decided to get back to my hiding place, some hundred miles away, in West Yellowstone, and as I came over the mountain, dropping into Jackson, I heard the news . . . and all was well, this asshole, that I would never have voted for anyway, but especially in light of the theft, and me, living in my car, after being chased, with bogus warrants, after having everything, in less than a year, stolen from me, and my truck, this announcement made me so fucking happy, I screamed, loved the reporters, and thanked God, I not only talked to Steve Oberman . . . forgot his name, long time ago, and Nathan Carlson, I think, but Steve and I had history, he had not only interviewed me on the Brock case, but, had talked to me, just before I got arrested, allegedly for, contempt of court, in my mind, contempt for a court, that failed to recognize that when an appeal is filed, the district court no longer has jurisdiction over the case, and it and the record are out of his hands and he CAN'T FUCKING charge me, extort money, nor imprison me, all of which he did, shortly after I got back from the U.S. Supreme Court, and have been on the run, under attack ever since them, other than, when Brock's employee, picked me up from jail, failing to realize, that before leaving, January 18, 2012, I had filed two very critical briefs, one to the Brock case and the other to the Cheek case, both had my I.D., because I had been denied access to my e-filing account!

History, history, history . . . too bad, I had no computer to record the emails, that I am sure the account, then became Shelley's, or Kay's . . . all function as one, ME!  But, I remember after writing about Benghazi, and I am not sure, on a timeline, where that would be, but at the 3rd, debate, and after I presented the possibility of the Mormon, CIA, Mitt, connection to the Obama administration, either through, Senator Tester, or directly, but I remember, Mitt Romney, sitting on a stool, with a sick look on his face, and Obama, taking it to him, making his famous, reference to sabers and horses, indicating, we had moved far beyond that militarily, as Mitt, did the same old, Republican hawkish talk!  Yeah, Mormons will promote wars, rumors of war, and what not, because, they make sure that their kids, don't go fight!  They lowered the age of Mormon missionaries going into the field, from 19 to 18, to AVOID THE DRAFT, that Mitt, if elected, would surely have wanted to try out those weapons of mass destruction, but protect those Mo kids, and make them FBI, CIA, etc.!  This whole thing is a joke, but one to be taken serious, by the military, the intelligence community, the Presidency, there is EVIL AFOOT, and a Mormon Agenda . . . any time you get 70 to 100% of a government agency, with as much power as the CIA, in the Mo structure, is to be above the President, the Constitution, and the Pentagon!?  Fucking amazing and bull shit!

They, U.S.A. Don't Pay Me Nothing, for NOTHING!

I haven't stayed up on the news as much as I should, because I have been getting some tail wind on my case, and that takes precedence, right now, and hopefully, I have someone's attention, who is looking into all this shit, or if I get killed, taken out in a hit, disappear, for some, ungodly reason, and end up staying in a detention center for the rest of my life, I want my story told, in the context it happened.  I want my children, who are, sublimely sweet, to know, that this was bigger than me, bigger than them, and understand, why I did what I did, and would further any cause, that would leave them with a freer, safer, more sane and balanced world!  I hope that someone, perhaps one of my children, will look at the symbolism, not as silly craziness, but take it for what it appears to be, telling signs of possible death and impending doom, by those in your family, extended and personal, who disagree with me politically, religiously, and have robbed our family financially, intending personal injury and harm, dating back before, you met your spouses, fulling intending to substitute, every last one of my children and seed, using your credentials, mine, our lives of service, dedication, and integrity, to promote the Mormon agenda and cause, with designs to kill you, if necessary, hanging on to your names, lives, and military, business, and musical, merits, to further the Southwick family, and all they think they stand for, with world control, if possible.  Your mother has been a strong deterant, has fought them every step of the way, fully intended to leave you out of this, as much as possible, leaving your precious families in tact.

However, as I saw this Dateline episode, of The Agent's Wife, and this fucking bastard, who looks too Mo for my liking, and in the right, agency to be a Mormon, protected by Mormons, taking place, in Stafford, Virginia . . . symbolic of the brother of the sisters and mother, that are a threat, with about 7 or 8 other, names that are so symbolic and family connected, or agency connected, I could not ignore this, story, and the fucking outcome of the case, that left, seasoned cops, family, prosecutors (one new) crying, which I have never seen before.  The cop in the story, said, the husband got away with murder.  I have no problem with any of my in-laws, choosing to divorce, and taking the normal course, shit happens, but to kill, and have this bull shit, Mo Fuck Church and all the connections, in agencies, that are connected to my family, fuck with rulings with fake judges, and I am not saying this judge was, but I do disagree with the ruling, but because of my choices, that are the right ones for an AMERICAN, not necessarily for a MORMON, and at ODDS with each other, I will not stand by and let this go down as planned!  

Putting the Alarm Out on the "CARA CAST!"

I do believe, that all four of my children, have been, through the FBI Dating Game, lined up with their spouses, with Chris, an exceptional case, because he was in one, before they got to him, and there may, in fact, be a murder, and cover-up, on his original girlfriend, and I know, I am risking future contact with any in-law, and possibly my children, this has been along time in coming, wanting to protect you as long as I could; however, with what is at stake, prolonging this, is no longer in question, and you, not only need to be fully, informed and briefed on this, but so do law enforcement agencies, who might have to deal with this crew of vipers, that control, dictate, and use, law enforcement of all flavors, colors, and degrees, up to and including, the FBI and CIA, and all the break-off, spy groups.  This coupe, is truly, rogue, Mormon, deep and wide, on a need know, only basis, with a group of fuckers, using my family banks, credentials, of my daughters having served in the military, but, behind the Mormon faces of the cousins, cops kids, and so on, just the same patterns that they used to steal my son's music and use it for MO SHIT, and my resume and standing in the legal community, with 4 fucking bar licenses, to trash me and promote, NON-ATTORNEY, MO BITCH, ME'S!  This is disgusting, errant, and totally corrupt, and it is being used on a worldwide basis.

If this man came to me even four years ago, I would have thought him crazy, as you might me, but I think if you start seeing things, differently, through this Mormon vision of the world, and he did tell me, that there were both British and Americans on the ships, and I am not sure if that were the ships that were sunk, or the ships that are the look-alike ships, I would not have believed him . . . but, looking back at the Senate hearings on the CIA's activities, at Guantanamo Bay, and their treatment of alleged terrorists, targeting staff and spying on the SENATE, who, constitutionally, has oversight, and the arrogance, the attitudes, and the total disobedience to the orders and requests for reports and information, from the Committee, is indication, they are pushing this CIA, bull shit, which is, when all is said and done, MORMON BULL SHIT!

While reading the newspaper, yesterday, I noticed some articles, that, this, totally, insane, type of, WE WILL DO WHATEVER THE FUCK WE WANT ATTITUDE, is highly evidence!  I was semi-active, in the Mo Church for most of my life, although, I will qualify that, by being, disenchanted, by about the age of 21, and branching out, into studying world religions and the way, Mormons, fit in that larger sphere, looking at world religions, as all starting at the bottom of the same mountain, with different trails and courses, going up the mountain, but when reaching the top, they all end up at the feet of Jesus Christ, even the Muslims, he is their number two man!  So, why persecute Christians?  To further, the Mormon war, with Mormons, being not considered Christians by the rest of the world, and I am tending to agree with them, seeing them more as a CULT, or a political entity, clocked in the cloth of the church.  I am fine with the religious up bringing and teachings, all but, polygamy, and realize, that when a child, I did childish things, but as an adult, I put away the child, and became independent of that way of black and white, xenophobick, one religion thought.  Add that to my, profession, as a bad ass con law chick, and you can verify, there is surveillance cameras, two, to be exact, about 25 to 50 feet from me, I will wave, McDonald's, Broadway, 11:07 A.M., in a booth, and I will wave . . . and with all that high tech, PRISM shit, you better use is for something worthy for once!

• Brett Todd Stuart, is either a con man who, I was married to, who refused to divorce me, and substituted me for Kay, and brought in many, is a main players, but, when we were married, he read me books on climbing Mt. Everest.  And with the recent, earthquake, and need for aid, I understand, people from Montana, wanting to get involved, however, I think, recently in the paper, there has been this huge connection with Napal, drawing comparisons with Montana, and the love of nature, especially, a connection with the Indians.  Recently, in this same pattern, game playing, and doing whatever, regardless of rules, constitutions, or demands to make a law a law, a bill was signed by the governor, without a 2/3 vote of both houses of the Montana Legislature, to pass the VERY, controversial, water compact, which is unconstitutional at best and illegal at worst, violates the Hellgate Treaty of 1855, and we don't have the luxury of re-writing the constitution, that does not allow states to make treaties, alliances, agreements, or COMPACTS!  But, with the Mormon connection, and a ton in Montana, with the headquarters in Utah, so a strong connection to Utah, how do you make, Utah, blossom like a rose, or a desert, which Utah is, blossom like a rose? TAKE MONTANA WATER, Kerr, Hungry Horse, and now, the FLATHEAD, give it to the Indians, who, are reliant on the U.S. government, the feds, and still have to work with them, and through the smoke screen of sympathy for the Indians, get the WATER in MONTANA out of the hands of the ranchers, the farmers, and the people, who believe in the Constitution, and take the water out of their CONTROL, as in the Montana Constitution! Just keep giving the Indians a monthly check, and you can control them and the WATER!
• Edward Southwick, my cousin, who was married to a woman from Japan, who's mother, goes to Nepal, every year, to work with art, in elementary schools, and she is a nutritionist, also, so teaching that, may have something to do with her yearly summers being spent in Nepal.  Not that, it is a bad connection, but it seems, personally motivated, by this team of Mormons, and if the people of Montana, connected the roots, and control, and alliance and recent interest, beyond, what we have seen in the past, they, knowing the source, might balk at it!  With the money they make off this blog, every day!, they can afford to promote everything, and the WORLD IS THEIR PLAYGROUND!  And the Mormon missionaries are there to bridge the gap, language wise, and they are future, FBI and CIA agents in the making or training!  BUYER BEWARE!

• A BALANCE OF POWER IN THE WORLD is just as important as a balance of power in the government in America.  I frankly, in light, of all the Syrian refugees, and the hemorraging in Syria, who voted by a 90% margin, for President Assad, good, bad or ugly, we should support, not helping the rebel forces.  Sure, he should improve, human rights, in Syria, but, we have had that on the books for 240 years in our Constitution, and we still have not mastered human rights!  There are 6 separate civil warring factions over in Syria, therefore, with the confusion and in fighting, we should go with the majority rule, that was voted on through a democracy, which we support the concept, maybe not the particular flavor.  But, I love the fact that Russia is stepping up to the plate and taking charge in that region of the world, hell it is in their neighborhood, and they should care, with war and rebels at their borders and refugees, coming knocking!  Is it not far better, to fix the problem, ISIS, and help the refugees go back home, where they are more comfortable, with some semblance stability and control maintained and returned.  I don't give a fuck, a rat's ass, who restores it, and I am frankly sick of being the WORLD POLICE, and letting others with more interests in the area, take part, as is and should happen.  I love it!  THANKS RUSSIA, IRAN, and local coordinated, multi-pronged efforts and attacks, taking on a world menace, who needs to be controlled!  We need leadership, and Putin and crew, sound like they are ready and willing, we are war weary and can support!  Russian entrance into the airstrikes is making the U.S. increasingly nervous and we have to conduct it safely! Secret Accounts, Just a Number Off?  What's the Problems . . . $118 Million or More Going into Someone Else's Account!

Now, I was way suspicious of things, and rightly so, given the fact that, all that happened with the Egyptian, Shelley, Isaac, Wells Fargo, Washington County Sheriffs, even city cops, basement surveillance, the theft of my home, all my furniture stolen, law practice in shambles, but recovering, all files, information, contact, books, family photos, art, plants, rugs, furniture, grand piano, and the federal courts and the 5th district, knowing full well, there was irregular shit going on, at home, in the courts, and on the streets, with me, and no legal, lawful, constitutional, normal reason for all this, other than the government trying to put a smart, female attorney out of business, having over $700 million worth of civil rights cases, or other types of cases, against the government, and with clients, lined up and waiting, willing to wait, at that point, up to a year and a half for me to represent them, being the second in the nation, as a very tech savvy client, from Las Vegas told me, for civil rights cases, after famed attorney and author, cowboy lawyer, Gerry Spence, who was number 1, but with one client and two defendants, and a possible couple of million damages, compared to cases, making that look like chump change, and my cases, having up to 21 defendants, and several plaintiffs.  Big difference, but he had been around 40 years, and I had been only doing trial work, for about 2 years, tops at that point.  So, who should have been number one?  LOL!  Just kidding . . .

I am thinking with the house in St. George gone, which was a mess anyway, given Rachel and Chris' divorce, the ward, neighbors, moving in my sister's home, kid issues, Shelley issues, and glad to be free of all of it, I was happy with my little grandma house in Parowan and loving life, small town, cowboys, rural Utah, cabin, sitting at one of the Bess antique desks, and practicing law, old fashioned style, doing house calls and people stopping by all hours of the night for this piece of legal advice, or that, and generally without any money changing hands, nor bills and payments discussed.  Just the way, I liked it, I would soon be a multi-millionaire, so a little good will, and neighborly kindness was merited.  I loved the town, my friends, the gas station attendants, the gathers at the Maverick gas station each morning when I would get a chocolate donute and Diet Coke, and meet and greet the towns folk who seemed to know me before I moved in, and were always curious about this or that, small town, U.S.A. gossip, just like in the country songs I was listening to on the radio, Now for a small town, trusted home banker, and I would be set, soon for life, and then, I could go to the hometown football games, the Diary Freeze, garden in my empty lot next door, and take it easy, maybe go teach at Southern Utah University, basking in my grandmothers fame and name, making those family ties again, after the law suit that pissed the whole fucking community off . . . who should have been made at the corrupt system, I was just trying to help the city fathers and mothers clean the place up!  LOL!

In Honor of Halloween, I Had Ghost Accounts, Discovered Just Two Weeks After Getting the Red Carpet Treatment From the Bank!

Now, I was almost positive, the way this guy acted and his schedule, and interest in me and the case, this dude was FBI.  One of the strange questions, that led me to believe that, was when he asked me, How do you get your cases?  I told him, they find me, I don't search them out.  I had the Tristan Lamoreaux case, probably, the most interesting, challenging and bizarre, so much so that I sat for 8 hours in the Iron County Jail, wondering if this guy who had an FBI number, and claimed to have a chip in his head, and was being directed at times by government voices, telling him what he should and should not say!  And I got this guy a new trial, fought it on appeal, all the way through about a year and a half, going against my former, friend at the AG's office, deputy sheriffs from Iron County, showing up, trying to either intimidate me from meeting with Tristan, or the unmarked van and unmarked uniformed deputies, were going to tag and bag me, take me to the west desert and kill me?  

This was one hell of a scary time, Tristan, was stabbed 13 times by Aryan Nation gang members, when they read one of my briefs had hid under his pillow, and left to take a shower, the case involved, old enemies from WWII, German neo-Nazi's and Japanese mafia, AK-47, drug deals, Marines, FBI, rat poisoning, wife shot, white supremacists, Iron County deputies, three, also members of the National Guard, with me going to meet with prison and Guard directors and legal counsel, to help Tristan, who clearly saw himself as an unofficial member of the military, being asked by the FBI and Marines, to serve his country, which is what got him into this prison mess, murder charges and conviction, after seeing blueprints of nukes, cities that were in the radius of the blast, thinking he was going to die, going to the Army Recruiters, having the FBI and Marines, pull him over on Dixie State College campus, at the time, and asking him to do undercover work with the Hell's Angel bikers, in a war and heading toward rebellion and insurrection, which is the premise for bringing the National Guard on board, which led to Tristan's wife, a biker chick, and being pimped out by her brothers and fathers, since she was 5 years old, ending up dead!

Crazy cases, but, hey, I was able to convince a panel of court of appeals judges, that there was foul play, with me waking the morning of Tristan's sentencing, having been blocked by deputies at the jail, who refused to let me talk to Tristan about his plea, getting up to two flat tires, with court in St. George, rushing to court, getting the tires fixed, and heading to Cedar City, only to find out that Tristan's case had been moved from 23rd on the docket, to like first or second, with Tristan getting jumped in court!  Check out, YouTube, if the NSA doesn't yank it, KSL News, Court Room Brawl!  I have had one hell of a ride in the law, lucky to be alive myself.  I am sure that Tristan ended up in the witness protection program, after the stabbings, and is serving the state or somewhere as an adviser to the jail system, on gangs in the prison population, and who should be placed where, with whom and not place together . . . the kid new more than I did, trained as an assistant AG, in the Criminal Enforcement Division, of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, amazing, up to world gangs, Muslim Brotherhood, and all factions of the Ayran Nations, Sons of Anarchy, Mongols, etc., fascinating and an honor to serve Tristan and get to know him, well worth the effort . . . and, Tristan if you are reading my blog, I told you Uncle Brian, who worked for Nakken Ford, until they found out, that, you were, in fact, not dead, because I talked to you after, you were stabbed, and a true fighter, like your attorney, refused to give in, to the gangs, but he was relieved you clothes were just to throw others off, as to your where were.  I was never able to get a hold of your Uncle again . . . hopefully that didn't get him killed, but I would not be surprised.  Anyway, I attract, cool, interesting, challenging cases, because like is attracted to like, I get fighters, and unique people with killer ass cases!

Shortly after the banking incident, and that may have been late in December, or at the end of 2011, because the first part of 2012, election year, I was back in Washington, D.C., from January 18, 2012, being sworn in, the 23, and writing briefs and stuff on the Brock case, staying at Hotel 6, a few blocks from the Capitol Building and Supreme Court.  I was at the mall in front of the Capitol, the day after, Senator Rand Paul, was having issues, refusing the advances of the TSA, going through airport security, so, that should have been sometime after the 23 of January, 2012.  I was coming back from arguing a case up in Salt Lake, in Gunnison, or somewhere, when I was told of the ghost account, which didn't surprise me at tall, given all the shit going on, all the time . . . and with Elliot's new CD, with Sony, on the burner, Shelley and Isaac, hanging with Frank, looking like vultures waiting for something to happen, me being killed, or money starting to pour into the account, while Shelley and Isaac, were camping out in Parowan, just planted their asses, and acted like they owned the place, using my new comforters, new flat screen TV, taking over the music room I set up for Elliot and his band, and burning holes in my carpet, using my wood burning stove . . . Shelley was jumping right in, and noticeably had something, already in the works with Frank, obviously, before, I introduced them!  THE ALAMO!

I never got a chance to go to the bank, with Brock's case, with an extension, due to the truck being sabotaged, cut oil rings, transmission messed with, and an almost deadly situation, one day, while heading to the federal courts in Salt Lake.  It took a month or so, to get a new engine put in, and that was when the original petition for cert, was due on the Brock case, and I had three briefs due up on appeal, or going to appeal, while I was getting the house painted and what not.  But all was about done, in October, when Shelley and Isaac, showed up, and Shelley had, two weeks access to my computer, off and on as I was tripping around the state, and surrounding states, handling clients.  Mom had given me her Dell lap top computer, when the cops, bank, and courts, illegally took my computer in the raid, the day before I was to fly to Denver on the Brock case.  Mom was afraid to touch the computer, after seeing what the government did to me on the house, and she wanted nothing to do with a computer I touched!  Shelley was doing mortgage cases at that time, and I would get her notices, and tell her see better get going on them, and she would say, I am already on it, and I would always wonder, how in the hell she knew . . . double notices, going on my computer and on hers . . . the reason mom didn't want the computer back?

I got out of the Grand County Jail, where the powers that be, planned on leaving me, forever, or taking me to a federal detention center, no phone calls, no rights, nobody knowing where I was, and lies by both, Iron County cops and jail, and Grand County, refusing to say they had me, or where I was taken.  I got out of 9 days in jail, around, March 7th, and there was a hearing on the Brock case, March 9, 2012, in U.S. federal district court, in front of Clarke Waddoups, a magistrate at that time, now district court judge.  After that hearing, I took off to Montana, or shortly thereafter.  I decided, knowing I had won the case, with 7 jurisdictional arguments, already a default by the government, and killing the judges, attempts to kill the case, I went to Helena to pick out a house, the yellow and white bungalow behind the Capitol, and working with realtors about buying a 100 acre ranch, on Houser Lake.  It was on this trip, that I checked into the bank issue.  I had to wait forever, at the downtown Wells Fargo Bank, I believe, so the feds could show up, and fuck with the account, to protect it, or so it seemed.  

The guy, downplayed the ghost account, and allegedly closed down the original account, I believe gave me a new simpler account, and all was good, or so it seemed.  But, as I was leaving, there was a symbolic car, outside the bank, one that looked just like Shelley's old car, and I panicked, knowing she and Frank, were up to no good, and Isaac, had come to Parowan, with two of Elliot's band members, Adam and John, and was playing, God's Revolver music for everyone working on my house, and acting, or even, indicating, that he was my son, or some weird ass thing like that.  I knew, they were going to steal the cases and the music, or redirect the money for both, and so I decided to go to another bank, hoping to catch the errors if there were any in this new account . . . and I did!  

I went to the Wells Fargo Bank, inside the back of the Albertsons, and the guy, looked at the books, and said, just as matter of fact, oh, there is just one number off, from the savings account!  What, just one number off, that puts my money in someone else's ACCOUNT, you idiot!  He acted exasperated and bothered that I would bother him over such a small issue?  I told him, I just wanted the account closed, as I recall, and decided to either go to another bank, or just wait . . . but by this time, I was being chased by cops, and run from town to town, state to state, well that was after I went back to Utah, and realized, once getting my mail, that the judge, had just up and terminated the case!  I knew it was double docketed, and Kay was now involved.  The posting date on the notice from the court, was March 26, 2012, I got it March 28, 2012, after getting home, meeting with Senator Tester's staff, and decided, I might as well, just move to Montana, because I could tell, from that last visit, Shelley was fucking Frank, in my HOUSE, after I had thrown her and Isaac out, back in about November, when I finished the house, never invited Frank, aka, Allan to Thanksgiving Dinner, which he was pissed about, but, I knew Shelley was on the wings, and I could read the fact that Allan and Isaac, knew each other a whole lot better than they should have, with them joking about the name, Alamo, wink, wink, wink!

Mitt, Mormons, Montana, Murder!

March 27, 2012, and I found this out, a year or two later, Kay and Mitt Romney, met in the UK, for a BBC documentary, called, A Mormon President for the World!  When Mitt got the nomination, I believe sometime around then, I wrote an email, that went to about 10,000 people, sent Mormon general authorities, scrambling around, especially in St. George, answering questions I had posed in the email, later, just referred to as the email, I had written that took the state of Utah, about 2 months to get off the radar screen, with the Salt Lake Tribune, having Mitt's Mug, on the front page, and the caption, A Mormon Moment . . . I went ape shit, and wrote that this is a conservative moment, a Republican moment, but it should not be a MORMON MOMENT!  That email caused so much trouble for Mitt and the Church, and the war was on!  At first, I didn't know, that Senator Tester was a Democrat, nor did I care, but I met several offices of his staff, and Mitt was the brunt of the jokes in Montana newspapers, which I loved, and Tester's staff loved me.  I started to write a follow-up email, that spread with light speed, while I was sitting, hiding from cops, at Hastings Book Store, and all of my 700 Utah contacts on my computer were, fried and disappeared!  Babies, steal $118 million from me, and I will take your motherfucking ass out, and I told Hank Brock and Jay Rice that the December before, when they fucked me at the 10th Circuit, and didn't care about their case anymore, but I did, it was mine!  Now, my focus, was on taking Mitt Romney out, just like I promised the assholes I would do, and my first email took me light years!

My second email attempt on Mitt, directly and inspired by several cartoons in the Helena Independent Record, and I went back to Salt Lake City, and wrote on the bus for about 16 hours or so, off line.  Elliot was coming to get me, and I was at FED/EX hooking up to the Internet, to send out my next email to take down the fucker who got my money, knowing damned well, the first was a deal, second was a steal, but politics are my love and my passion, and all would be even if I could take Mitt Romney down, and I did . . . not alone, but people would be shocked at what I did!  But, I was only on the Internet, for seconds, with Elliot waiting in the car, and the last lines I wrote were, the FBI and CIA, are not above the law, ask, Tricky Dickey, Richard Nixon!  Before I could sent the email, my computer when pitch black, and shut down.  When I rebooted it, my user name was NIXON!  Like the NSA, said, oh, yeah, we are above the law, watch this!  I tried everything from WATERGATE, to Pat, to G. Gordon Liddy, to Democratic Headquarters, but to no avail.  I stayed at Elliot's house, over on something, Hawk's Court Lane, near the old Sunflower Grocer, now Sprouts, where El and me would go grab food, and I could get on the Internet, but my COMPUTER WAS FRIED, ONLY GOT 3 DAYS USE, NO EMAILS . . . I took the computer to 5 tech, and all said the feds had to have done this, even the diagnostic tools could not decipher the password, so I could use the computer!

I Know, Shelley Followed Me To Helena, Met With Tester, Pretended to Be Me . . . I Never Met Him Personally, Until, About a Year Ago, Up in Kalispell, When the Troubles with the VA Hospitals were an Issue!

Shelley followed me to Helena, because, when I came back in June, the next year, when I met, Commissioner Motl, of the campaign ethics committee, and when I went to pay my bill, at Jorgensens Motel, I was short and almost got arrested, with cops called, finding out, that my one month gym membership to Fuel Fitness, on one of my original visits, paying more for the one month, with Parowan, being listed on the back as my address, so, noting, where I was from, someone had continued that membership under MY name, and ran the bill up, with the gym, having run my card.  When I went to confront the gym, the girl who signed up my membership, who knew me well after the month, a year before, said, long time, no see, but later I found out she was fired because of that.  I won the dispute with Walmart, and when they acted me how I wanted to get my $158 back, all of the sudden, the result changed, and I never got the money.  In fact, as proof, that Hank was MY Client, he paid off the rest of my bill at the motel!

Shelley followed me to Whitefish, to cover the medical marijuana showing, I was allegedly killed in an accident that following weekend, outside Missoula, after almost getting killed, in Hamilton, the night before, but for a cop warning me.  I had been attending a seminar, on elections law at the law school, I believe, in October, 2012.  Another person was murdered, and they cops thought it was me, or intended it to be me, and some, Marines, from Kalispell that used to read my stuff, were the ones, who confirmed the fact that I was killed . . . I just saw the accident, I allegedly died in, with the wheels still turning on the other Ford Taurus, that was under the gas station awning, and I waited for it to leave, so the aerial surveillance would think it was me . . . my luck, their death!  And, ever since then, Shelley, or one of the bitch squad as been me, but, I would check all accounts, that my still be in use at the Wells Fargo Bank, secret, checking and I believe several savings accounts under MY NAME, WITH MY MONEY!

CPA AND FRAUDER DAUGHTER GET PRISON . . . I GET MY MONEY!!!!!  This is Not, We all Kiss and Make UP!  You Fucking Tried to KILL ME, and Did KILL 26 OTHER PEOPLE!

P.S., the guy who set up the bank account in Parowan, at Wells Fargo, it seems was from a small town, west of Parowan, maybe Eureka? Milford?  He was married, two kids, about 35, dark brown hair, stalky built--frumpy dad bod, not much over 5'11", kind of a pudgy face, Mormon, I am sure, think I noticed garments.  Like I said, he said he only came to the bank, about, once or twice a month, so hard to get a hold of.  FBI regional field office guy?  Someone with banking experience.  Could lean on bank president, he was there cooperating, or he may not have been the prez. at all, but a cop!  Definitely committing bank fraud, among other crimes!
