This, wealthy and successful, which my father, is not, but will appear to be, and actually is, now, after trying his whole fucking life, but actually did succeed, not on his own efforts, but that of his, daughter, the least liked, and the grand kids, least liked, because they dared, depart from the Mo program, the one he screamed at for going to law school, having wanted to go to law school, himself, yelled at her for three years, then was pissed as hell, after, 9 years, battling a terminal brain disease, allegedly, lol, the only time my father showed any affection for me, was when he thought I was going to die, but really, was in on the, special op, to take down, JoAnn S. Secrsit, J.D., before she took down the government!  LOL!  But, they say, there are three things that stand in the way of a person becoming successful . . . one is being LAZY, and I can't remember the other two!  So, the now, rich, Daddy Warbucks, made on the back of the Secrist Family, was actually, the one, who orchestrated, participated, and lead the efforts to destroy this, most valuable daughter, to the country, that is, and favored his lazy housewife, Mo Mom Chicks, who did what daddy and mommy dearest told them to do . . . and could not tolerate, this independent, thinking, educated, excellent child, that you would prefer, didn't exist.

People may say, that one of the 10 commandments, is to honor your father and mother, and your days will be long upon the land . . . And, the rest of the family, has been eating my dust, ever since . . . LOL!  You can see all the roots, of whom I am today . . . I had the personality, the politics, the looks, and the brains, what the fuck else do you want?  Kay, was a homely, pixie cut, girl, who was from the wrong side of the track, who saw me, a class officer, student of the month, and Valentine's Queen, and said, she had to meet me, and then we became, friend, with her riding my popularity and name, into, becoming a cheerleader in 8th grade, growing her hair out, and being brought into my circle of friends . . . by high school, much of the allure of the popular crowd, was long gone, and I started to pursue boys, and the brainier side of life.  Who knows where Ms. Kay Burningass, would have been, without me, either, in junior high, to NOW!  LOL!  She decided, riding my coat tails was not enough, she decided as did my sisters, the prestigious life I cut out for myself, was in deed, much nicer, than was their shitty life, so they stole my life, and declared, in every aspect from my career to my children and grandchildren, that they were ME!  LOL!

A More Perfect Union, Domestic Tranquility . . . General Welfare, Common Defense!

Yesterday, I wrote MY blog, the little seen, heard from, and general a legal fiction, attorney, but a total bad ass, which is why you don't know me, but I wrote on campus rape . . . that is only part of the story, part of the equation!  Men, are raped too! And to be a nation, that is no respecter of persons, with justice, being blindfolded, and without prejudice, we need to protect men, as well as women, whether on the streets, gay or straight, having served in the military or not, any type of sexual assault, rape, or exploitation, should not be tolerated anywhere, at any time, including in prison!  Many people, especially, in Montana, where resource are spread, and many people, being raised tough, just think they will just take a plea, rather than pay an attorney, or rely on a public defender, and just take it on the chin, with many, being innocent, but just charged, without the money for an attorney, or the patience to wait for the public defenders, who are on contract, at least in Utah, through, the prosecutors office, and who are the attorneys, least likely to go to trial . . . I would never, be considered, even with clients, who were looking at capital murder charges, that I had defended free, for over a year and a half, beat the attorney generals office, getting my client a new trial, but with the judge and the prosecutors, refusing to give me the contract, because, they knew they had one fucking hard trial ahead of them!  So, many people hear, rumors, like that, and consider, who exactly is paying the bills for their defense and decided to just get the process over and behind them, finding themselves, fucked by the system and getting butt fucked in prison, when they may have done nothing more than be at the wrong time, wrong place, or hanging with the wrong crowd!

I am, however, happy that President Obama, U.S. Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, and others, within the government are starting to see that a total revamping of the criminal unjust system, need to be changed, our incarceration rates, triple that of any other country, Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton and others, see the need to lower the 34% of the adult population, who have been in jail or prison, with me being among the ranks and files, just or unjust, running up against a very abusive, male system, which is the problem with Hillary, it is a witch hunt, and she is going to experience, what I have, extreme hate, simply for daring to be more qualified than your average or not so average male, in fact, the most qualified candidate we have had in years!  EXPERIENCE MATTERS, but with a female candidate, I believe, strongly, based on who I am, the sensitivities, and different experiences, I have had, as a mother, grandmother, and female, will make me look differently, at things than a man will!  This was evidence on the news, this morning, Misha, was the voice of reason, among the male commentators, mostly Republicans, who scoffed at the email thing, one old dick, said, this email thing is "devouring Hillary."  WHAT?  Mere chatter, with NO EVIDENCE OF WRONG DOING!  Hillary, who started her campaign, going around the country, actually, listening to people and their concerns, said, that treating drug charges, would be better handled, through drug treatment programs, not through incarceration or jail, or even worse, prison, unless, perhaps, they are drug dealers.

Sexist Response to Male Rape, as Opposed to Female Domestic Violence

Okay, while I was an assistant attorney general in Utah, and was buried knee deep, in either fighting, writing, training or legislating on the issue of domestic violence and sexual assault, enough so that, I looked at every man as being an abuser of some sort, so very concerned about the issue, and teaching officers, to be clued into the dynamics, the psychology, and cycles of abuse, so I am glad, that there was a response, this particular night, back in 1999, on a call just up the street from my 5th East, and just below, South Temple, apartment, but, I do believe that it was overkill, there were about 17 cops that responded.  And during that same time period, but at this time, I was general counsel, for the Utah Medical Association, and lived across the street from an older Mormon Church, on the corner of I believe 1st or 2nd South, that is now gone, I think . . . but, one night, I heard a very, sick, strange sound, that almost sounded, like a wounded animal, and as I think back, reminded me of that male rape scene in the movie, Deliverance, that has horrified, men and women, both for decades, in fact, I believe at this time, I had not seen the movie, but I have lately, and it made me sick, just as much so, as any female rape would.

So, the thought, back then, came to me, that there might be a rape of a man, going on, over at the church, which I believe, homeless people, had, occasioned, and found refuge.  I called the Salt Lake City, police department or 911 and reported that I thought there was a rape of a male, going on, as we were speaking, across the street from me.  I waited, waited, and waited more, and there was no police response to this call? I could not believe, that not one cop car, responded to this incident, and I stayed up, to make sure, that someone responded, but nothing, and I was shocked, like a man can't be raped?!!!!  Like this doesn't constitute a sexual assault, or even merit and wellness check on the person, to see what happened.  The sounds, drifted off into the night, and I have been disturbed by the lack of concern, just because the rape was perpetrated on a man?  Was he suppose to defend himself, are we only concerned for the health and welfare of women?  Like there are not huge ass differences between the physical strength, bodies, ability to man-handle another man, of lesser build and frame, than are the difference between the physical powers and differences between males and females . . . many men, are picked on, precisely because of their size!  The thought of this poor man, sickens me to this day, and I am pissed that the cops didn't respond, but maybe that was due to the fact, that by that time the cops hated me, but that is no reason to let another HUMAN BEING BE HURT!  To error on the side of nice, giving the cops the benefit of the doubt, which I rarely do, maybe all cops were busy, and the other crimes were worse?  But, I doubt it . . .

RAPE IS RAPE . . . regardless of which sex the crime is perpetrated on!  That goes for domestic violence too.  Many times cops will dismiss a call from a gay couple, which, will most likely be on the rise, with gay marriages, no legal, with one partner, being, generally, more masculine, or the breadwinner.  Abuse in no less a crime when committed on the same sex partner!  And while we are on the subject, I have also heard of cops, letting some guy, who served in the military, handle his own problems, simply, because he has served his country, and is trained in war.  That does not count, when a man is back, in what we consider, domestic territory, when the police are suppose to served both as peace officers and law enforcement acting under the direction of the executive branches of the government, townships, municipalities, cities, county, state and federal!  We are talking, executive officers, over the cops, directing them, like mayors, city councils, county attorneys, county commissioners, governors, attorney generals, U.S. executive branch members, like the U.S. attorney general and the president.  For this country to work the way it it suppose to, there is an order, and balance of power to all levels of government workers and agents, within the larger context, balancing, state and federal officials, depending on jurisdictional divisions of power, rights, and duties, based on state and federal constitutions!

A Well Ordered Society, Depends on Well Established Laws, And Uniform Operation of Those Laws!

The basic premise and underlying concept of the United States and state constitutions, is that the government was created by the people, of the people and for the people; however, after 9/11 and before that, the presumption . . . a well established thought or idea, like being presumed innocent, before proven guilty, or that wives and husbands, have immunity from testifying against one another in a court of law, or at least in a criminal context, or that in a joint tenancy owned property or any joint venture, involving a husband or wife, the surviving spouse gets the whole thing, when the other spouse dies.  We have a representative form of government, called a Republican, form of government, and that is not referring to the party, but the form, that is one based on the public or the electorate, voting on people, who most represent their party politics, or their point of view, from the locale they are from, and they, then, almost by proxy, go to their state or the national legislative bodies, who make the laws, and they vote, representing the people from their states and districts.

With the advent of the Patriot Act, and even before that, cops, started acting, extra-constitutionally, or rather, acting outside the parameters of their limits, which is always under the direction of an elected official, which is one of the reasons, a sheriff, is so, critical to the process, being an elected official, serving as a liaison, so to say, understanding the positions of a cop, while representing the people, a hybrid, so to say, that, really, has to understand both sides, and serve, to mediate, coordinate and facilitate, activities that involve both.  That is why, a unified police force sounds good in theory, but in reality, it fails to accomplish the well established principles and concepts behind our whole American system of government, with the Constitutions being the agreed upon set of rules, that dictate the interactions between the government and the people, they govern, who are the entities that elected them, to serve the people in the first place.  

City police forces are under the direction of the mayors, and the sheriff's department, is to serve as a balance of power, in a particular city, being elected, duly by the people, as is a mayor, with a force of cops, equal to, and separate from the workings of those cops under the mayor.  The idea behind the system, is to create a corruption free, power balanced, check and balance in the systems of the government, that are created to serve the PEOPLE!  If you take the cops, and make them all part of a whole, they can overpower, the sheriff, who is elected by the people, and taking the sheriffs, along with the city cops, they can make it hard on a mayor, if politics, clash, therefore, throwing off the balance of power and wall of separation that was meant to keep the different entities in line.  And even worse, if the federal cops, FBI, and even, from what I have seen, CIA, are brought in, this creates, almost a fourth arm of the government, who answers to NO ONE!  That is called a totalitarian or fascist state, which is just not what America is about, we are about, WE THE PEOPLE!

We can not, and will not, let, the Patriot Act, that has not stood the test of time, tends to try or attempt to give, give "covered" cop agencies, immunity, without supervision, of the executive branches, to whom they are to answer to and report to . . . we saw this problem, of insubordination, happen, when the CIA torture, interrogations, of foreigners, in violation of treaties, agreements, and conventions, that dictate the way prisoners of war, are to be treated by foreign governments, military, and officers of the law, and when questioned, by the Senate Intelligence Committee, who is given the responsibility to oversee, not only their funding, but their activities, being the entity in the government, that makes the laws, and justifies the budget expenditures, with certain actions and activities, coming under scrutiny.  And rather than, turn over reports, emails, and recording documents, the CIA, used their cyber spies, acting under the CIA's direction, to actually, spy on the Congressional committee, who was looking into the CIA affairs, pitting American against American, rather than working as a well oiled machine, like intended!  

The CIA, is not the boss of the NSA, or the National Security Agency, who themselves were under the supervision and responsibility of the Senate Intelligence Committee.  The CIA actions, created a hostile, if not corrupt, environment, within our own system of government, that pitted one branch of the government against another branch who has oversight responsibilities.  The United States Constitution, is not subordinate to the cop agencies of any level, under the Patriot Act!  Which is a law, that is to handle, foreign terrorists, not CITIZENS, that are a threat to the United States of America, not the workings and secret doings of the CIA, FBI, NSA, or Mormon Church with the majority of agents coming from that religious denomination, that borders violating the Constitution itself, that of the 1st amendment, admonishing or making it clear that, the Congress, is NOT, to establish a religion! 

HUGE ASS ARGUMENT FOR A SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE! 

By, taking a sect or cult, in my mind, with objectives and agendas, that I would deem contrary to the very fabric of America, resting on money, acquired, illegally, unlawfully, and unconstitutionally from, former members of the church, with a population that only represents a puny 1% of the population, which is basically NOT representative at all, either on a government basis, nor on a Christian basis, with many churches, seeing Mormons, with a representative or overly representative part of the intelligence community, being at least 70% or higher, in the CIA, with language skills as a prerequisite, as being a negative for the government, and the governed alike, not to mention for America and its allies as well!

Mormons are not representative of the Christian community, which is a fraction of the religions, let alone, being representative of the entire population of the country!  If, I were overseeing the intelligence community, I would, quickly start, diversifying the agents, and make the agencies, more representative of the country and the population at large.  It is tempting, because of the 2 year missions, and service oversees, to wave the federal requirements, and just hand over federal jobs to return missionaries, those clean cut, men and women, fr/om allegedly good families, the American church, with Joe Smith, and Mormons, being one of the only world religions, that originated in the United States, that little, Mason!  Yeah, local boy, with roots in the Masonic order, a 33rd degree Mason, coming from Old World roots, and indoctrination, look at the signs and symbols on the Salt Lake City, Utah, Mormon Temple, all masonic signs, the compass and the, can't remember, but it is a drawing tool.

Agendas, agendas, agendas, and not necessarily in line with the rest of the American agenda, of being representative of the founding father's principles and concepts, that were foreign and in rebellion, agasint those back in England, under King George, making cops or his men, the law, taking away precious rights and duties of the legislative bodies, to make laws for the people, and excusing the King's men of murder and other high crimes and misdemeanors, as is the case in America and on our streets, now!  680 people have been killed by cops, just last year!  That is not order, and if you look at the definition of gangs, you will find that cops, fit every definition and act like a gang, and now one that wants to militarize our streets!  FUCK NO!

Til It Happens to You . . .

I think too many times in life, we can't relate to the tragic, the violent, the shocking, the corrupt, the haunting, the terrible, the unbelievable, until it happens to us, or someone we love.  This morning, for some reason, I woke up, to my friend's, music playing and could not go back to sleep, and having plugged my cell phone in, while watching the Way Too Early and Morning Joe, on MSNBC news channel, thinking, based on the news that was on, that it must be after 6:00 A.M., so, rather than waking up my friend, to check the time, I decided that I would just unplug my phone and head to somewhere with Wi-Fi, so I could get breakfast and start my blog.  To my despair, and cold, I noticed that it was only 4:51 A.M., when I got to McDonald's, on Broadway, in Missoula!  Scream.  I thought, you can walk to swimming, but I was not quite in the mood, or maybe I could hook onto the Internet outside McD's, and watch a few true crime shows, my hobby and passion, using investigations, connections, the deep dark psychosis in people, who commit crimes, to give me inside into just what has happened, not only to me, but to my son, his bands, and the members of his bands, not to mention, crimes committed to other people, by friends, flesh and blood relatives, husbands and wives, against each other, etc.  Generally, the situations, circumstances, affairs, financial difficulties, that lead someone to commit, true crime, is hard for the normal, if there is such a thing, to wrap their minds, brains and hearts around.

I sat on a rock, out near the drive thru, and easily connected onto the Internet, thinking I might be out of range, but to my surprise, and delight, it was easy, but staying connected, or watching the shows I wanted to watch, were not.  I tried, Flesh and Blood, and while showing I was connected to the Internet, my computer was showing, that I was not, so I checked the diagnostics, and of course, someone other than myself, or the connection, was determining, if I could watch the shows I wanted to . . . hint, I started to watch a show, called, only, Back Room, and I was able to get on the site, and as soon as the detective started talking, and was inferring, that this was a case of rape and that 82% of the rapes are committed by acquaintances, with the show, coming, right out of Salt Lake City, Utah, the scene of the crimes against me and my son, which, one could easily describe as a symbolic RAPE, or the taking of something, like virginity, that is very precious, private, and personal, the video was shut down!  However, the Internet, was still very much connected . . . so, it is safe to assume, that the Mormon run, NSA, the cyber spies, the computer trolls, didn't want me writing one more blog, as I did yesterday, on something that might make Utah or the Mormon Church, one in the same, look bad two days in a row!  But, the critical information, I think I got . . . the statistics, that further, defined rape in America, most likely done by someone, we know!

Again, I was able to get on YouTube, and I wanted to watch, Every Picture is Worth a Thousand Words, the box trolls, or computer dicks, stopped me again, too close to home, there in Utah, with 30,000 cyber spies, controlling, hacking, stopping, changing, fixing, redirecting, and fucking, with my computer!  Is there some connection, with this video, or videos, that is sensitive to the Mo run, NSA!  Damned right, I learned how to insert pictures, and lame as I am, having just recently learned to use my cell phone computer, and later, recently again, learned how to insert pictures into MY blog . . . how horrible, that the real, JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., might actually get credit of the brilliant, or at least fun, if not brilliant, 630+ blogs she has faithfully written, without making a dime, because the same fucks, that are messing with my Internet connection, also redirected my blog account, a mere 3 weeks after I started writing it!  With the CIA and Google, in bed with each other, all my Complain to Google, the little note down on the right side of my blog and screen, fell on deaf ears, knowing full well, that it would be my enemies, acquaintances, flesh and blood, the vultures, who made as shit load of my son's three or four previous bands, my cases, my water compact work, and now my blog, would be the recipients of any money, I made from the blog, as has been the case, since, 2011, when I kicked the shit out of the state of Utah, in a $357 million, case, and many more cases, divvied up among family and friends, of my family, that were credited for my work and with my intellectual property, along with the money, so a woman, who looks, like the one, on page, B, Montana, Missoulian, Endless possibilities--ME--she has become ME, or Kay Burningham, or burningbitch, who had no problems stealing, with the help of the feds, getting what she could not get or do herself, with the full sanction of the Mo Church, my clients, ungrateful bastards, my family, the FBI, CIA, and other entities, like the federal courts, the judges, clerks of the court, and a whole shit load of people, who will, hopefully have their asses, in prison soon . . . and I did notice a video that they may want to watch, called, How to Survive Your First Year in PRISON!  Where, Kay, Brett, Shelley, my aged fucking parents, who believe, big time in family socialism . . . dividing up my life, and distributing it among their less talented, smart, and beautiful children!  They fucking don't deserve it, and neither does KAY, Kay Baby!

I finally could get on a recommended video, maybe providence, guidance, or chance, but it was Lady Gaga's, video, produced by The Hunting Grounds, Inc. or productions, called, Til it Happens to You!, about rape on college campuses, which, just this morning, on Morning Joe, the new study came out, with 23% of the college coeds, reporting being either raped, or sexually assaulted!  The commentators, stated that they felt that the statistics are much higher than that, and those only reflect the number of women, and men, who dare report these incidents, and most probably are responding to an anonymous survey, handed out on campus, so the statistics are shocking!  Given the bumpy, controlled morning, I had on my computer, fighting for supremacy, on the computer, I bought, but seems to have been a government taking of this machine, without, compensation for property, as stated in the 5th amendment, I was able to view, this amazing video, that so, poignantly, and powerfully, demonstrates, the dangers, for women, that should not be taking place on our college campuses.  Colleges and universities, lament, the startling statistics, of freshmen and women, entering college, but not graduation . . . maybe that is, a mask for the campus, being a happy hunting grounds for rape, sexual assault or bullying!

I was impressed that Joe, who said he had a daughter, and said that is concerned him, these shocking statistics, and another commentator, and older gentleman, stated that he had a daughter, who is on campus now, and how he has his wife, talked to her about, not being alone on campus at night, or going to parties, always making sure you have control over your drink, and staying out of compromising situations, like being drunk and going to a male friend's dorm room, even just to talk . . . from what I could tell, from the seconds that I got to see of, Back Room, the chick who I am guessing got raped by her guy friends, in the back room of a pool hall, where earlier they had been just, as she said, doing what teens do, hanging out, partying, she got raped, and I am adding, I think, gang raped!  I was also, impressed with the fact that this older father, mentioned that he also talked to his sons, and how they needed to respect women, and NOT TAKE, something that is NOT offered!  A rape is a physical taking, of something that is not, a man's to take, unless it is clearly offered, consented to, and agreed on, between the two partners, not a benefit of the date rape drug, or the male's size, or being able to do what you want, due to the situation!  This is the problem with basing, actions, on the Darwin Theory, or Survival of the Fittest!  We are NOT ANIMALS . . . we are distinguished by many things, especially, REASON!

Clark Seeks $1 Million In Damages

This is a story, that goes back, two summers ago, to the June primaries, 2014, for county sheriff, culminating in Josh Clark, former, undersheriff, who allegedly lost the election, an unusually contentious election season, going to the Montana Human Rights Bureau, requesting damages, for being demoted to the position of night shift patrol deputy, following the elections, with me finding myself, right in the middle of it, and with this coming down the pike, maybe, connected to what I experienced with the local cops, yesterday, but, back in the day, actually, at the early stages of the elections, I happened to see, while in Missoula, reading the Missoulian, editorial letters or opinion section, a letter written about Josh Clark, and what a good man he was, and who he was not afraid to defend the Constitution, and follow the law . . . nice characteristics for a sheriff, representing the people.  I had no idea of the politics, the lawsuit, between the police department, or the other candidate, nor any of the details, but, my blog has been shut down, by the same box trolls, the NSA, so I set up a new blog, called, The Internet Sheriff, and decided that I would appeal right to the source, the cops, on keeping their oaths of office, as law enforcement who are Oathkeepers.

When cops, sheriffs around the country, started to remember that they took oaths, some years earlier, there was this new fervor, climate, and recommitment to the Constitution, across the nation, and many issues that cops had to deal with, were being solved, using Constitutional principles and concepts, that Ben Carson is referring to, when he expresses, while not eloquently, but correctly, that if a Muslim, can't follow the Constitution, they ought not to run for president, but, it was amazing for me, a bad ass con law chick, to see a transformation in cops, nationwide, when they were actually getting blogs on their issues!  Well, this didn't sit, obviously well, with neither the NSA, Mormonville, Utah, nor with the competition, Sheriff D.J. McDermitt, a croney, of my enemies--perhaps the reason, at least 5 sheriffs watched me type my blog yesterday, intimidation?, payback?, or so it seems, as late as yesterday!  The trolls, decided to give me back my old blog, bad ass, rather than allowing me to steal the allegiances of law enforcement across the country . . . this was also at the time, Cliven Bundy was having issues with law enforcement in Bunkerville, Nevada, and under the historic doctrine of posse comitatus, dating back to the Civil War, and the fact that the South, would only recognize the local sheriff, and asked President Lincoln to make him oversee the transition, between the old South and the new, after the war.  Needless to say, The Internet Sheriff Blog, was promptly hi-jacked, and I got bad ass back!  LOL!  But, when my Google+ profile took off, into the millions per second, magically, my background and history, was replaced, with The Internet Sheriff!  LOL!

GOOD COP, BAD COP?  Three police cars, lurking around my motel room, just seconds after leaving the Pov, after dinner!  Poof . . . and the ghost, disappeared into the IMAGINE BREWERY!  I thought, earlier, after the sheriffs witnessed me writing my blog, saw exactly who I am, sat by me, watching me type and breakneck speed, as I do, even having a view of my computer screen and the topic or titles of the blog on polygamy, I was relieved to think that after a pretty tumultuous past with the cops in Missoula, after writing about the militarized vehicle, that was applied for to stop the Rainbow Family, Extremist Group, and the two cop shootings, on New Years Eve, last year, one resulting in a lawsuit, as I warned, I thought, maybe, we are making progress and the cops can see exactly who I am, making the connection between my picture, I posted on my blog the other day, looking equally as ugly, with no make-up, and going swimming after, they could finally see, that I, am me, the former assistant attorney general, the person they have chased, mercilessly, tracked, spent hours chasing . . . oh, a red, truck with a red shell, my symbol for Shelley, sister, who, I am sure, the cops think is me, having, used the cops, to chase me out of town, taking credit for all I write and do, because, for some lame ass reason, if Shelley, does in, or is seen to have been the one who does what I do, even though, I am the one the cops chase . . . it is somehow, OKAY?

There was even a detective or fed, yesterday, who came in Einstein Bros. Bagels, just as the cops left, wearing a blue dress shirt, but the distinctive part of his dress and decor, was his stripped, Cat in the Hat, socks!  That to me, would make me believe, based on previous experience, he is a fed, socks didn't match the rest of the outfit, very conservative, yet, wild ass loud socks!  LOL!  Indicating to me, double agent!  And, he initially came in acting like he was just getting coffee, but later, he seemed to be looking down the street for someone . . . sting op?  Was I ratted out by the sheriffs, with one of them, watching me for a fucking hour and a half, with four other joining him, but leaving earlier than he, with a bald head, about 50, and fully in uniform . . . handing it off to the feds to get me, acting like they are not involved?  Sheriff McDerm(mitt)--ONE OF MITT'S MUTTS?, appears to be one of Shelley's useful idiots!  LOL!  Better luck next time . . . you are working with the CRIMINAL!

• the Pope is coming to America today, and addressing Congress, sometime soon . . . fun facts, member of Congress, are sitting on the isles, to make sure, that other members of Congress, don't reach out and touch the Pontiff as he walks down the isles, that presidents do, when addressing Congress!  I think the dutiful ones, are reserving about three seats into each isle for that duty.  Smile.
• just a note on my comments on the very indicative and symbolic nature of even the little things a presidential candidate will do . . . when the field of 11, who were invited to the CNN debate last week, the question was asked each candidate, who should grace the $10 or $20 dollar bill . . . and frankly, I don't care, but there are plenty of women who could, including either Martha Washington or Thomas Jefferson's wives, one of them, I learned several years ago, at a Daughters of the American Revolution, that the men, were all gathered at this woman's home, behind closed doors, talking about, giving up, warring against, England or the British, who had the most powerful military in the world at the time, and the poor, struggling, American, rebel forces, clothes torn and tattered, food rations running low, and winter coming, over heard the men, and burst through the doors, reminding them of what they were fighting for, what was at stake, and that God was with them . . . could she be credited with winning the war?  Possibly, there are many women who have contributed greatly to this nations' benefit!  But, watch people like Bush, wanting Margaret Thatcher, the British Prime Minister, showing, to me, at least, the propensities of the Bushes, and their loyalties, along with the Yale Skull and Bones Society, with Prescott, H.W., and W., all members of that society, who are loyal to the British, dating way back, and are to this day, in my opinion!  I was real impressed with Carly Fiorina, but I was alarmed, that while spouting statistics that 50 percent of the country is made up of women, she would leave the money alone?  She had no suggestions for any woman, to grace the legal tender in this country . . . if a female presidential candidate, as qualified, eloquent and well spoken, smart as she is, showing her true colors and nature at the debate, she almost didn't make it to, then turns and makes a comment like this?  Susan B. Anthony, Rosa Parks, the first female Congresswoman, from Montana . . . not local, can't remember her name . . . embarrassed!  But, she has great contributions, worthy of being on our money.  If we want equal pay, for equal work, maybe starting with, an equal representation on our bills, might help!  Don't you think it is about time, we respected and recognized women's contributions?, minorities, etc.? Maybe we can start looking at women as people, not objects, sexual playthings . . . might cut down on the rapes and sexual assaults!

• Missoula is actually putting lives, health and air quality above profit!  Yesterday, or the other day, there was an article, talking about the extent the city is going to cut down on carbon footprints of the 800 pound elephant, the government buildings, trying to meet new EPA standards and recommendations . . . every little bit helps!  And today, the city, joins opposition to the Tongue River Railroad, due to the increased health risks associated with more trains, coal dust, and other particles that cause respiratory and other health issues!  Good Stuff!
• Health Section of the Missoulian . . . Delicious prescription . . . Missoula patients make produce part of their treatment with new initiatives!  So cool, physicians at St. Patrick's Hospital, working with the Garden City Harvest's Youth, Harvest Project, are making eating fresh fruits and veggies, part of a doctor's prescription for fighting diabetes and obesity!  I don't know if you have seen the movie, Side Affects, with Jude Law, but this is a stunning movie, showing, what medications can do to someone, although, it is . . . well, I am not going to ruin the ending for you, but prescription drugs, at least in Utah, and overdosing, was responsible for 420 or so deaths, a few years ago, I believe in 2013, when I think the movie came out.  When I was diagnosed to die, with no cure, and little chance of surviving over two years, there was one doctor, who prescribed over 6 different drugs to me, in less that a 24 hour period, with me, constantly requesting the FDA report on the side affects, associated with each new drug . . . everyone had death as a possibility!  I loved my friends, or rather, Shelley's friend, Vonny, who had a husband who would not work or get a job, and someone suggested she go visit the doctor for some anti-depression meds, and when the doctor prescribed meds for her, she said, Will this pill get my husband a job?  Of, course the answer was, NO! Then, I don't need it!  LOL!  We have a society, that is over-medicated, and that is becoming the norm . . . my son, said, mom, everyone is on meds, you are the strange one, now days!  Kudos to the docs, and the Garden City Youth Harvest . . . doing it RIGHT . . . eat those fruits, veggies, and get out in these gorgeous MOUNTAINS!!!!!

• On A POSITIVE NOTE: Thankful for active Missoula dads! by, Leanna Ross, Missoula . . . I can't express, who wonderful the dads are, here, and it is fun to watch.  I talked to my own, son, Chris, and new dad, himself, being run ragged, as all first children do to their parents, by my little cutie girl, "Y", a barely 2 year old!  LOL!  I told my son, when she was two weeks, that children can know how to manipulate their parents, even at that early age!  LOL!  He reported to grandma, that "Y", can't be trusted in public anymore, because she is throwing temper tantrums . . . what did mom tell you?  You better get a grip on that little girl, or she will control you right off the bat!  LOL!  He thought I was joking!  LOL!  I told him, he had to let her know, right off that you are the parent, and she is the child!  LOL!  It is so fun to see, especially, Chris, a new dad, I knew the mom side of things, and relished in my grandchildren paying their parents back for what they did to me!  LOL!  I will pass on some good advice, that will seem very cruel, at first, until you try it, and it worked, at least for Greta, Chris' older sister, the first time she threw a tantrum.  A woman, mother of 13, came and talked to our church group, of young mothers, and she gave us tips that she had learned over the year, for dealing with her 13 children, and still sane!  She said, the first time any of her children threw a fit or tantrum, she would take a bit of ice cold water, in the bottom of a cup, and throw it in the child's face!  I thought it was far too cruel, until I saw the alternative, a brat for a child . . . and decided, that I would NEVER, have a child, like my friend, Bonnie, and her son, who threw such a fit, that it left a lasting impression and deciding not to let Greta get away with that type of behavior, either in public or at home, but I tried the ice water . . . it shocked the hell out of my little, hotshot firefighter, made her tough, lol, and she never threw another temper tantrum!  And, she never got the opportunity to set a bad precedence for her three younger siblings!  It is called, Easy parenting . . . the New Testament charged, older women with training younger mothers how to be women!  So, there is my advice, but to my son too . . . LOVE THESE NEW INVOLVED DADS!  LOL!  Chris often calls his sisters for advice, he thinks I am too mean!  Four great kids should be proof enough, whatever I did worked!  But, once he sent Greta, or Nicole, the funniest picture of him, sitting on a revolving office chair, with a fan in the background, little "Y" on his lap, turning around, with a dead pan expression on his face, just going around and around, in the chair, to stop little cutie girl, from destroying everything in the house!  LOL!  She is all four of my kids, packed into one little package of dynamite!  LOL!  The picture is worth a thousand words, and one, all parents can relate to.  Chris said that "Y" thinks it is her job, to take every item, out of every drawer, closet and shelf, everyday! So, cute, to grandma, but only because, I get to hand her back to mom and dad!  Love it!  She is learning to be a responsible worker, like mommy and daddy!  LOL!

He Said/She Said . . . I Say, Rape!

About three years ago, up in Kalispell, Montana, I first met, Kassy, a potential renter, in the trailer, I first stayed in, renting the couch from a client's kid, so that I could freely come and go, as I always do, pissing off cops in 5 states, up close and personal, but generally pissing of their ranks and files of the nation's cops (no, little church mouse, Shelley, didn't do this shit!  It is all in the attitude, check it . . . you like her!  LOL!) for the last 20 years, starting with killing their cash cow legislation, back in 1997, as an assistant attorney general, rubbing shoulders with cops and prosecutors all the time, so it was quite the upset, when I put my oath as an officer of the court, as an attorney, with one pledge, to protect, preserve and defend the Constitution, just like every fucking cop in the nation . . . the damned Patriot Act, doesn't trump the CONSTITUTION!  Nor are you allowed to treat people, like me, citizens of the United States, like terrorists, arresting us without charges, without an information of what alleged crimes we are being charged with, detaining us in jails, for years, sometimes, without giving us the right to a hearing or an arraignment, and then providing us with a trial, in front of a jury, if we so request, being represented by counsel, or doing it ourselves, selecting a jury of our peers . . . THAT IS WHAT DUE PROCESS IS . . . NOTICE + A HEARING!  Check out the Bill of Rights, following the U.S. Constitution, ARTICLES 5 AND 14!!!!!  This should not comes as a shock to law enforcement, prosecutors and judges, for God fucking sake!  This is well established law, and has been around since the inception of this country, declared, as a response to the charges the rebel colonist, founding fathers, who, sent the Declaration of Independence to King George of England!

Last night, Kassy and I were talking about, her relationship with Meryle, whom she introduced me to, after picking me up, walking up, Highway 93, in Kalispell.  We had briefly met, one night, when common friends, introduced us to each other.  So, this day, probably a Kay chick, set up, but, anyway, I will give her the benefit of the doubt, which is a big one, since, she read me a poet last night, that sounded like it was straight out the library of Shelley's conversations with me, over the years, when I was still Me and she was still Shelley, seeing herself, as the Egyptian Queen RA, back in her previous lives . . . always trying to make herself a queen, she has not changed, but Kassy brought in references to the Illuminati, government shit, stuff so far, beyond most 23 year old young women, but at that first meeting, she introduced me to Meryle, and I was totally taken back by her, alleged boyfriend, because, he was old, almost bald, skinny, and so, not the type of guy, whom I would have ever put her with!  At this first meeting, with Kassy, we went to McDonald's and got a Diet Coke and she unraveled her tales of woe, being inducted into the Illuminati sex slave and brain washing activities, that are closely tied with the CIA, Monarch Project!

The other day, when Kassy, just popped out of nowhere, like she had a month or so ago, and caught up with me, listening to my radio, and rockin' out walking, like the Cats on Broadway, just passing the Majestic Madness Inc., she brought me back to the first time we met, and reminded me of her connection with the Illuminati, but not in a negative way this time, actually, stating that she thought they were good, and right, unlike our previous meeting, and she shocked me when she asked me if I was afraid of her . . . what, we have been, allegedly, friends, why in the hell would I be afraid of you . . . do I have reason to be?  I didn't ask her that question, but we had a very interesting discussion the other morning, and she said, that she was going to vote for Bush, and she said, she could not believe that anyone would want to live in the United States, and my response was, Who would want to live in England!  Sure, their Bobbies, or cops, just use billy clubs, because they have fuckin' 17 surveillance cameras on every light post!  Not that I am for crime, nor catching criminals, or stopping crime before it happens, because you don't dare make a move over there, because you every move is caught on camera!  Oh, hell NO!  I will take my risks on the streets without surveillance!  And, Missoula, I was thrilled to walk over California Street Bridge and notice the very colorful array of new teen art, on the boards or walls, as you cross over to Hal's Walk and now Park . . . love it, because is reminds me of the citizens forcing the cops to take down the cameras, that were up to no other good than watching who, when, where, and at what time, people were jogging, walking, riding bikes, or walking with . . . and that they would rather have the graffiti, than the cameras!  Now, that is AMERICA, and THAT IS WHAT FREEDOM IS ALL ABOUT!

The Second Time Kassy Has Asked Me If I Wanted to Talk to the Illuminati!

The first conversation, after she exposed their shit to me, and how, connected they were with the CIA, and their bull shit experiments, on unsuspecting people, generally without their consent, and then asks me if I want to talk to these fuckers?  So, when she asked me the other day, if I wanted to talk to them, and I responded by saying, what would the Illuminati want to talk to me?  Other than to tell me to Shut the Fuck UP!  LOL!  She said, oh, they just want to know, what you are up to?  Hell, all they have to read my blog, and they almost know, day by day, what I am up to . . . GOOD SHIT, they would not know about, nor would the CIA!  Both enemies in my book!  Then she proceeded to tell me, who she can't imagine her life without being a sex slave in the Illuminati, and that she was one of the best lays, is essentially, what she said, and that right now, she has $4,000 in  her bank account.  And, you want me to think that because they preyed on you, at the ripe age of 17, and indoctrinated you, making you one of their favorites, being a bit over weight, that, I would somehow be interested?  I think NOT!  I am not Kay, Shelley, Rachel, Sue, Kelly, Tiffany, Hope, Annie, Rebecca, because, I have men worship me on a daily basis, without needing them!  LOL!  I would rather be feared and respected, that fucked over!  Just my preferences . . .

This is the type of shit, voters have to take note of, that would indicate the motives, or the intent, or the positions, and subliminal agendas behind candidates, statements, and you have to watch from the start, to get the full, vision of their vision of America.  Kassy, also said, that wanted to be a member of the Yale Skull and Bones Society . . . which is right where Shelley got her start . . . sold her soul to the Brits, the Illuminati, the Bushes, and others with designs and agenda's foreign to American values and lifestyle!  So, I am getting a bigger and bigger picture of why Kassy, comes and gos, with me, here in Missoula, second best, or even better, is a friend, over pillow talk.  With a man, you are not going to talk about guys with a guy . . . or generally speaking!  LOL!  The YMCA, by Village People are singing, right now . . . Actually, the principles behind the song, YMCA, are good, and sort of fit what I am talking about, girls, need girl talk, and I am sure, Kay, Shelley, and the Brett crew, want some more up close and personal information, and miss a lot of what goes on in my days, since I spend so much time alone!  Generally, my preferred state!  Shelley and I have switched, in that perspective . . . she used to be anti-social, always buried in a book, and I was, and still am, out cruising, swimming, writing, eating alone . . . used to be totally social, now, I am kind of bipolar, going from being totally social to totally anti-social!  Shelley seems to need the family she used to trash, needs people, she seem to generally hate, and now hangs with people, works, under my resume, but work is good . . . stealing a resume is NOT!  No, dealing with the devils, is not something I want to get into, and I know that this crowd would like to break me to the point of total poverty, forcing me to beg, borrow and steal, making me as bad as they are . . . no, marry a rich man, when I would have been richer than him, and things gone the way they should have, no polygamy, hell no, I could not be desperate enough, starving and relying on the Illuminati, the CIA and FBI, same diff . . . going the way of the Brits, or dealing with Bush cops, so FUCK NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other night, some guy, she had been at Warm Springs with, knocked on the door, Kass left for a bit, and came back, standing up against the door, and said, I have a new boyfriend.  What?  Did you have sex with him?  With her past, what the fuck else does anyone expect . . . she asked me yesterday, what she should do, having some older guy, approach her outside, while she was smoking, if she wanted to go across the street and have a three-some!  WHAT?  Kassy, you don't have to have sex with ANYONE . . . she looked at me as if that was a foreign idea to her . . . but what should I say?  NO!  JUST SAY NO! Remember, Nancy Reagan's Just Say NO to Drugs campaign?  JUST SAY NO TO MEN!  Sigh of exhaustion . . . get a grip, men, this is so, not cool, you are so, not men, your are fucking predators!  Get over it!

New Manual . . . Human Body Trafficking!  Maybe!  

I suggested to Kassy, that between my legal background, manual on domestic violence and sexual assault, national model, back in the day, we could write a book on human body trafficking, have her tell her story, do presentations, and fight that crime, and save, thousands of girls, who could learn from her story . . . I don't think I want to do that, was her respond . . . guess I don't blame her, but she is going to tell me her story tonight . . . the Department of Justice is already using some of my material, from my manual, original graphics, taken right out of my award winning manual, from 1996, written while I was staff attorney to the Utah Prosecution Council, in the Criminal Enforcement Division, Utah Attorney Generals Office . . . perfect cross over . . . no, the gals, you think are me, WRONG!  

Top Off the Evening . . . Sister Wives on TV!  SCREAM!

Last night, Kassy crashed out, and I was channel surfing and Sister Wives, the freak show, with the former, Utahan, Kody, whatever his last name is, Johnson, and his four dumb ass wives, are trying to make polygamy look, oh, so normal and cool, moving from Utah, where the Utah County Attorney, was going to prosecute the asshole, just like he should be doing, but was stopped by then Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff, who is now under indictment for corruption, thanks to me, not the FBI, in addition to prosecutors, who knew me, back in my working on the Utah Prosecution Council days, Sim Gil, and Todd someone, from Davis County, wanna kiss your asses, hopefully, you are still working on taking Shurtleff and Swallow down, for more than just their role in helping, Shelley, Brett and Kay, plus the Mo mafia, Mitt's Mutts and others, from taking my house, fucking my $357 million case, against the state of Utah, with Shurtleff one of the named defendants!  But, Shurtleff, actually asked me to be his campaign manager, when he learned that I was not running . . . looking back, a cover-up for my poisoning by the big boys, the feds, after taking out 9 federal agents and attorneys, the Medicaid/Medicare Fraud Units, and their unconstitutional searches and seizures of doctors medical records, looking for up coding on billing practices.  Perfect, get rid of the bitch, who could have been AG in Utah in a heart beat, or senator/congresswoman, poison the bitch!  Give her an alleged terminal brain injury . . . how do you get rid of a smart female attorney, who is kicking the shit out of cop agencies, and getting them fired, for not living up to their OWN FUCKING OATHS!  Shame on ME!

Just before, Mark decided to run for Attorney General, he was working on a polygamy task force, of some sort under then, AG, Jan Graham, my former boss, and trying to handle the situation in Utah, dealing with the back door, illegal polygamist, as a logical extension of Jan's campaign against domestic violence and sexual assault, with Jan claiming credit for my manual, that I wrote under a grant to PROSECUTORS!  But, she was smart and quickly hired me, taking me into the administration of the AG's Office, like within weeks of finishing that manual, getting an award under President Clinton, in D.C., at a dinner celebrating the refunded, Violence Against Women Act!  I let, partner, Kris Knowlton, whom I invited to work with me on the grant I won, making a manual of instructions for prosecutors, cops, and eventually ended up serving as a manual for community response teams, including doctors, clergy, judges, hospital staff and others, expanding the teams of first responders and necessary persons, needed to completely treat the families, school teachers and staff too.  It is funny, that I know all the DETAILS of all this shit, that took place in MY LIFE!  Simply amazing for some poor ass, out homeless, walking the streets of Missoula, while the LIARS are living my life and dreams!  So NOT COOL, LAW ENFORCEMENT?

So, I am watching this bull shit, Sister Wives, every man's dreams, that appeared to me, to be more of a nightmare happening, every day!  Kody, the doofus, dumb enough to get he dick in this situation, that will be nearly impossible to get out of, divorcing 4 wives, if you get sick of breaking up fights, jealousies, among wives, thinking this is over you?  Cat fights happen, and many without living together!  Just like men have personality conflicts on the job, or within churches, offices, etc., women are going to like each other, or not, and even if they do, they may not be able to handle the jealousies, over all kinds of things!  Next weeks episode is suppose to be so cool, Kody and one of the wives, I think wife, #3, are celebrating their anniversary, acting like they are just two youngsters, going on a romantic adventure, joined by their marriage counselor and therapist . . . NICE, how fun!  Whooohooo!  No thanks.  This does not look like fun at all.  In fact, it looks like hell, they all sit, husband in the middle of course, with two wives flanking both sides of this nervous looking man, trying his damn best, to do what each woman thinks he ought to do with their children, many of them being brought from other marriages . . . on from a Montana, there is a polygamist group, right here in River City, outside Missoiula, in Corvallis!  But, now, they are debating what to do about her kids, that she wants to have Kody adopt?  Fun, fun, fun . . . NOT!

It was funny, as Kody sat and talked with his latest acquisition, the wife from Montana, the camera, kept panning on a poster or picture behind the newest wife, with the words, WRONG . . . popping up on the screen several times, with me just thinking, damn right, this whole bull shit thing is abusive and wrong, even if the lame ass guy, can talk them into it.  There is this guy, Phil, at the Pov. who looks just like this guy, in fact this guy, Kody, even wears a bandana, over his head, just like Phil, who is hot, and has a great bod, a dad bod a bit . . . I got a call from Kris Knowlton, the other assistant attorney general, who was involved in domestic violence, sexual assault, and now, it looked like the attorney general, was going to use the two of us, both known statewide for our contributions to this area of law and practice, education and training, extending now to Jan's fight against abuse in the secret communities, within Utah, that were even more abusive than, your regular, marriages, due to the abuse from other wives, in addition to the husband, extending to the children, or the abuse, extending from the possible favorite wife, to her children, or from a wife, who is down the line in the family pecking order!  The two women, who were fired from the D.O.V.E., domestic violence shelter, in St. George, said, when you get a normal abused woman, generally, within 30 days, you can get her back up on her feet, with housing, job and vehicle, but, with a woman, coming out of an abusive relationship, within the polygamist context, she is so messed up that you need about two years, to unravel what fucked up brain shit, indoctrination, she has been brain washed with, from the abuse to the spiritual battering, looking at family and church exile, if she dares, ever leave this situation.  Many times these women have had children born with defects, due to the limited gene pool, and they see their new born babies, thrown in the corner, left to die, because the welfare kings of polygamy don't want to come on the radar screen of authorities, if the hospitals report the baby and the conditions surrounding its birth!  WRONG stuff, don't need it, should not GLAMORIZE THIS MALE PRIVILEGE OR PREROGATIVE!

So, Kris contacts me to accompany her to this problem that has come to the attention of the attorney generals office, that there was a man with many wives, I believe, 4 or 5, and he had taken one of the wives, and placed her and her children, out in the chicken coop, in the winter, at the request of the other wives who didn't like her or her kids, so the husband, who had the job, and his only job, that of sitting basically, 24/7 watching in a central control room, with cameras from each room in the house, showing him what all his wives and their children, or his children were doing, all the time, with the wives, allowed to leave the house long enough to work and bring home the bacon.  I think, if memory serves, this persecuted wife, was told she had to bring home, $1000 per month, and this was back in about 1997, and a woman, who most likely had been married off the time she started her period, or matured, to some old fart, and was without any skills to work, or get a real job, but had to do slave labor!  So, just getting a job, let alone making her share of the money, that was determined by the fucking, lazy ass husband, who didn't work, but had the only job of watching his flock, all the time, was a near impossibility, and she may have had younger children who needed her care, whom she might have been worried about . . . I can't remember the details, it seems like the cops, contacted me and Kris and we got dismissed, when the seriousness of the situation was beyond our jurisdiction to deal with, but ended up in the arena of the criminal law and justice system, and went beyond just working things out with the family!

Little Faces, Dirty Windows, Two Doors, Wives Conferencing!

My, cousin, Edward, the health nut, asked me if I wanted to accompany him to the community of Hillsdale or Colorado City, near the Utah/Arizona border, to get fresh raw milk and cheese, from the polygamist? Always curious and adventuresome, I agreed with glee to go with him.  At first the scenery was so beautiful with the diary, nestled in the shadows, of the craggy, massive red rocks of southern Utah, but as we lost our way, we ended up, at a park, seeing many women, and a ton of small children, having an afternoon, outing at the run-down park, with old playground equipment and tires, looking as bleak and depressing as any scene I had seen from a depressing movie.  Some wives, talking, others knitting, some pushing kids on swings, none good looking or happy . . . We turned and went back down the hill, and discovered a small, barn-like structure, with sliding doors, and we figured this must be the store, or at least the part of the diary and town that the polygs wanted us to see.  But, there was no one attending to the store, and I am sure they don't get a lot of buyers from the outside world of Utah, even though their roots, come from common stock and ancestors, and both sects, or cults were started by Joseph Smith, first prophet of the Mormon Church.

Edward was buying raw milk, cheese and yogurt for a coop of people who wanted the good stuff, the unpasteurized milk, etc., so he was not about to go back empty handed with hundreds of dollars, belonging to this group, who, sends a representative to the polygamists, once a week, bringing back fresh supplies, for the rest of the crew, so as not to be too intrusive, in their purchases, threatening the community, nor the family who sells the products.  So, Edward thought, that the house closest to the dairy, might be the family who ran the store, so we went down the dirt road, rough, and unkept, to the back of the house, and I sat in the car, behaving myself, as I looked the run-down house over, a far cry from the glossy picture of Kody and wives, who are probably making good money for their freak show, but this was the real picture . . . 8 or so kids, were up in one of the dirty, finger printed windows of the house, with kids staring at us, and there were two back doors, with Edward, knocking on one, and when he opened the door, there were a cadre of women, of various ages, looking like they were deep in a discussion, on some deep issues, too bothered to work with Edward or welcome his intrusive business.  Eventually, a rather beautiful young woman, with a baby on her hips, not being more than about 16 at best, having to had gotten pregnant very young, with this two year old on her hip, so about 14, 13 years old when she was married off and that is if she got pregnant right away.

Flipping Off the Surveillance Cameras At the Polygamist Prison!

Edward gets all the supplies on his list, while I try to carry on a conversation with this young girl, trying to make her feel comfortable, secure and not threatened, but to no avail.  Her little son, was a bit more willing to engage, when I noticed the surveillance cameras, in the corner . . . no wonder, she was so scared to talk to me, her every word was being recorded, either with her husband watching, or with his later purview, of what had happened while she was selling us the supplies.  As, the young girl, and her son, exited the store, and she waited outside the structure, for us to gather all our shopping and bags, I turned and flipped the finger to the cameras.  Edward about had a melt down!  Why?  These assholes need to know what the rest of the world thinks of them, and the terror they keep their wives under . . . THIS IS NOT LOVE!  Last night, Kody, said, that love is meant to grow . . . does that mean that you think your wives, if they find another man, should bring him into the family fold?  My dream with sister, Tiffany, suggested that is the way, Brett and Shelley crew, present it to these more modern, but equally submissive women, that, they too can have another man, or switch off, through husband and wife swapping . . . at least that is some concession for those of us, who are not, basically, monogamous, like the men claim to be!  Gotcha!

All I could think of on the way back to Beaver Dam or wherever Edward lived at the time, was the depressing scenes that I had just seen.  On another excursion, with friend, Sherri Lasoff, going to look around the community, and go to some store, that someone recommended we shop at for something, we drove around the town, and noticed, that the fences around some of the unfinished, poorly constructed houses, so that the polygs, don't have to pay their fair share of taxes, yet top the welfare rolls, collecting on all the spiritual wives, they claim are single mothers, but, the fences, were not constructed to keep cattle in, they were way too high for that, they were built to keep people IN!  I remember, my sister, Susan, going to Southern Utah University, back in the mid-seventies, having graduated just a year after me in high school, and telling me horror stories, either she had heard, or her roommates had experienced . . . back in those days, polygamist young men, would go to the colleges, to meet their wives, because the old letches in the sect, already had eyes for the best looking girls and took them as wives, before mature enough to wait for the younger men, who had to serve a two year service mission for the cult, before being matched up by elders, getting a wife and small home, after the two year, unpaid work stint.  But, many unsuspecting young college coed, would fall madly in love with some polygamist, and when he would take her home, she may find out that he had several other wives, or at least that his family was polygamist and she would sometimes, hear of young wives or sisters, who tried to escape the community and lifestyle, and her body would soon be found, in a ditch or ravine, having been shot like an animal, trying to leave this nightmare of a life!

Cutest, Smartest, Best Player, Lost to Polygs, Man She Met At Mormon Church, Brigham Young University, Allegedly Excommunicating Practicing Polygamists . . . Really, What Happened?

This was almost 40 years ago, because my little, hotshot firefighter, Greta, who is turning 40, October 3, this year, was just a baby, when I was called to be the church girl basketball coach, back when Zeke and I, were managing, 48 unit apartments, called the Monaco Apartments, I think, out in the Holiday area.  But, there was this darling, good student, great basketball, player on my team, getting to know the girls personally, because my cousin, Julie Beckstead, was also on my team, so I got to know the girls, better through her, as she paraded her cute little niece or second cousin, around.  Julie and Donna, my aunt, lived just down 45th South, across from the church, so easy access to them.  But, this girl, was just exceptional in all areas, including being very religious.  My family, eventually moved down to Arizona, where Zeke got his master's degree, and this girl graduated from high school, and went on to BYU, of course, to meet her eternal companion, to be sealed in the Salt Lake Temple for time and all eternity . . . or so she thought.

After several years, and after my family got back in the state or was visiting family, Julie and Donna, told me the Mormon ward was having a special fast, and prayer for this girl, caught in adultery or polygamy, and she didn't seem to be able to break free, from the control, and every time she did, she was pregnant, to the total fear of her family, that their daughter was stuck forever, and that their grand kids, as their daughter, got more and more entrenched in the bizarre perversion of doctrinal interpretation and dogma.  I was just heart sickened, active in the church and hating polygamy, for sure, never thinking or being taught about it, until I took a church history class, where the professor, warned us, we may lose our testimonies of the church hearing some of the stuff that we were going to hear about, including polygamy, that was just a term or definition to me, at that young age.  But, this girl, met a handsome, man, actually married him, without, finding out that he had four other wives, and when they got home from the honeymoon, with her pregnant, was introduced to the rest of his family!

Suburban Sophisticated Polygamists, Money, Competition, Sex!

This was not your southern Utah sect, but individuals, who just decided that they would practice the principle, much like Kody, being a bit more educated and wealthy, than your good old fashioned men, who indulge in the practice, and do so, more openly, with money, power, and connections, that alleviate the pressure to be excommunicated, and many, practice openly, attending normal Mormon services . . . all about that tithing!  See no evil, when they have money.  But, my little friend, married into a family of lookers, as she was herself, and she was immediately put out to work, to compete for sex, and stay in perfect shape, to get the attention of her husband, who had very gorgeous wives, every man's dreams . . . Kody's are nothing to scream about.   Sorry gals, but that is the truth, but they, as he is, are getting up there in age, and have grand kids, and such, which is okay, we all go there . . . but, my friend was only about 19, barely had a year of schooling.  This situation was not your ideal marriage by any stretch of the word, except for the husband, who got all the privileges, pleasures, and efforts of this groups of hot women, competing for his attention.

Every time this young woman would try to escape, she found out she was pregnant, keep them barefoot and pregnant and make sure you don't fund that Planned Parenthood that may have saved her, if she didn't have money to buy contraception, that may have helped her escape, or at least limit her dependents.  But, talk about a living hell!  Now, that song We are family, I got all my sister, with me, get up sisters and dance . . . what timing . . . we fly, like birds of a feather . . . we givin' love in a family dose . . . we are family, I got all my sisters and me, get up everybody and sing!  That makes me think of all my sisters, or former sisters, whom I am sure, that . . . getting our shares of this world's delights!  Here is what we call the Golden Rule, have faith in what your skills are and this is our rule . . . All ON MY BACK, WITH ALL SISTERS USING MY NAME, and resumes, to get their portion what this world has to offer . . . WITH THE HELP OF THE MEN, WHO WANT POLYGAMY!!!!!!!!

I am 100% sure, that Brett, has fucked all of my sisters, just as part of the we are family, me and all my sisters are me, bull shit, throwing, Kay Baby in the mix, replacing me . . . they need my name and reputation, plus my son's music, to pull of their perversions that suck men, into the polygamist fold, and they gladly go, including selling men, on it, who, share other men's wives, cousins, and such, men who think they are so cool, that they deserve men, who think, that the kids they have, are not enough with one wife, this is a breeding plan, they think of super humans, spreading the gene pool, beyond the normal confines of marriage!  I know what I would advise my daughters to do, if their husbands participated, they run the risk of losing, my beautiful smart, cool daughters with so much to offer, the right man, and the right man would not cheat or be sucked into this total male game, used to entice allegiances, and inductees!  I DON'T KNOW ONE GODDAMN MAN, WHO CAN KEEP ME HAPPY, LET ALONE A HAREM OF BITCHY WOMEN!

P.S., I failed to note, that several Missoula, P.D., or Sheriffs, took me up on my suggestion, to drop by Einstein Brother's Bagels, on  Broadway, and got a very good look, at me, without make-up, glasses, and typing this blog, sure that, more than one of them noticed the headings and topic!  I just hope they don't play the normal role of fucking me, and reporting, when asked, that it was Shelley or Rachel, who were here, me and all my sisters, I have to defeat to get my just do, like credit for writing this informative piece of the very sick shit, my sisters participate in . . . priding themselves in being more rational, liberal, open-minded, and tolerant, than this feminist sister, attorney, writer, blogger, mother of rock stars, hip hop and rap music stars, and two beautiful daughters, possibly married to fuckers who would be enticed by this shit, having married to keep an eye on mama bear!  Only time will tell, these boys prefer the sista club, of wives, swingers, open marriages, free sex, but protected and shared within the confines of the sister circle . . . whatever, one good guy, is all I want!  But, I am perfectly fine, without a guy . . .
