While we can't bring a dead President back, we can at least honor, respect, and try to implement what both he and Kennedy were trying to do, clean up corruption, bring back the gold and silver standard, by getting rid of the Fed, or bringing it under the control of the United States, prohibiting just printing money, putting the American People further and further in debt, abolish secret societies, after the Bay of Pigs fiasco, Kennedy was going to rip the CIA in a thousand pieces, for acting without either his approval or that of Congress, being violently opposed to secret actions without constitutional approval, that Kennedy so adamantly spoke against, just shortly before his death, promoting transparency in government, secrecy was repugnant to a free society, there was no excuse to sensor the news or suppress to the public what they are intended to know . . . and so, in an act of retaliation, revenge, retribution, law enforcement, under the direction of the intelligence community, of the CIA, FBI, ONI, Office of Navel Intelligence, Secret Service, with all investigatory evidence in the assassination, going directly to Hoover and the FBI, to be buried, along with the help of the CIA, even covering up the fact that Lee Harvey Oswald, was both a CIA and ONI agent, speaking fluid Russian; therefore, due to the secrecy of intelligence agencies, he was an easy patsy, as the lone shooter, covering up, possibly 4 teams of assassins, while Oswald, himself, was in the Book Repository break room, drinking a soda at the time of the assassination.  See, The Wizard of Oswald: JFK Assassination Documentary; it is excellent!

After the Assassination, Kennedy's Body Was Dropped on the Floor, His Brain Removed, Zipped in a Body Bag, Put in a Coffin, Whisked Off to Bethesda Navel Hospital, the Autopsy Was Performed by a Doctor, Doing His First Autopsy of this Kind, Limo was Extricated of All Evidence, CIA & FBI Kept All Evidence From the Warren Commission, Like that Oswald Was Trained by the CIA . . . Our President Was Treated Like a Whore In a Third World Country!

Allan Dulles, the director of the CIA, at the time of the Cuban invasion, was fired . . . he was a brother under cover, with Skull & Bones pal, George H.W. Bush, who was also CIA at the time of the assassination, as per a memo from FBI director, J.Edgar Hoover, who had dirt on every powerful man in America, and who received all the evidence from the Dallas Police, in the investigation of the assassination. The night before the assassination, Johnson, Nixon, Dulles, Hoover, and Byrd, just all happened to be at a billionaire oil man's house in Texas . . . there was champagne and caviar for a week after the assassination in celebration of the shooting.  Interestingly enough, President Gerald Ford, was on the Warren Commission, looks like a payoff for Johnson, who just lost by squeaker, as the Democratic nominee, Nixon, who had lost the 1960 election, with Ford and Bush in the line up for the presidency, for their parts in the assassination and the cover-up!

Many of the CIA assassins in Dallas that day, were also the men Nixon used in the break in at the Democratic Headquarters at, the Watergate Hotel; the FBI, who teamed with the Dallas Police on the investigation, had interviewed Oswald, three weeks before the assassination, as reported by the Police Chief, who later recanted his story, saying the FBI had nothing to do with Oswald, who just happened to be on their payroll, at the Pay of Pigs time, and I believe was still getting $200 per month, not much by today's standards, but in 1963, probably about $1000 per month, or somewhere around that . . . and interesting connection with Time Magazine, was that the press crucified Oswald, and left no room for other shooters, even though many people, hit the ground on the grassy knoll, but tons of people, rushed the hill, where they heard the shots ring out, but the owner of the magazine, was a member of the OSS, or the Office of Strategic Service, over the OSI, or the Office of Strategic Intelligence, as was my father, being the precursor to the CIA!

INTERESTING EVIDENCE SURROUNDING THE RIFLE, OSWALD ALLEGEDLY USED, AND THE FBI INVESTIGATION

Lee Harvey Oswald, was not just a kid from a broken home, without a father figure, he was a Marine, and I have heard that he was a sniper, but I am not sure, he was inducted into both the CIA and the ONI, by the time he was 21 fucking years old!  He was fluent in Russian, so much so that his Russian wife, thought that he was a native Russian, of birth.  He was sent over to Russia, under the cover of being a Russian or communist sympathizer, but really a spy for the CIA.  However, he turned on the CIA, working with the FBI, and President Kennedy, dealing with Cuba, heading up the Free Cuba Movement, or Cubans for Freedom, pro-Castro!  The CIA, as are the Bushes, still, were not much above Nazi level of fascism, as we see in the Patriot Act, with the mentality of everything for national security, with the motto, do whatever it takes, with no limits and no exceptions!  Remember Prescott Bush with Herriman, funded Hitler!

President Kennedy was as American as you get, and it just dawned on me, that he was very much a product of his generation and era, with love, peace, anti-war, raging against authority, generation wars, etc., he was taking on the establishment of his time, warring against the machine, not against other countries . . . no wonder they, other countries, mourned right along with real Americans, they saw his vision of a peaceful world!  With the line up of anointed boys for president, not only did Jack upset the apple cart, but Bobby was right on Jack's heels and he would have been a shoe in, and so would JFK Jr.  The handsome Kennedy clan, were far too good looking, taking down the corrupt machines and entities of the day, like the mafia, that were destroying out streets and youth.  In the video or documentary, Joe Kennedy the patriarch of the Kennedy family, who was thick with labor, who was somewhat controlled by the mafia, promised the boys, if elected would give favors, daddy had a stroke or something like that and didn't pass that message on to his sons, with Bobby, going after and taking down more mob members than anyone in history, up to this point, a sore spot with the FBI, who's job it is to take them down . . . Hoover was tight with the mob!

So Easy to See What Happened, So How Do We Hold the Guilty Liable for Their Actions . . . Rip Them, Especially the CIA & FBI, Who Orchestrated the Big Event, in a Thousand Pieces, Like President Kennedy was Going to Do!

If you want my opinion, remembering that I am Conspiracy Central, intelligence arms of the government are responsible for everything from the Kennedy assassination, the Oklahoma bombing of the Federal Building, to 9/11, with a former CIA agent, stating that the alleged pilots or men involved in the plot, whom have been seen, around since that date, merely were CIA assets, to Benghazi, with CIA reporting to President Obama, Sec. of State, Hillary Clinton, and Susan Rice, Security Adviser to the President, only reporting, in a transparent way, just what the CIA, who briefs the President every morning, exactly what talking point or Intel, they were getting from the CIA, who had people inside the State Department, also members of the CIA, changing the talking points, and when that came out to the public, not long ago, so what 2 years later, there were allegedly two attacks in Libya, nor one as reported by none other than the CIA; I would say another cover-up, with loyalties to Mitt Romney, much like to Allen Dulles . . . remember, now days, 70% are Mormons, as is Mitt!  Trying to make another President look bad, just like they did to Kennedy, to Reagan, and now to President Obama . . . these are the dark horses in American politics, not the anointed sons, of billionaires! 

Remember, war is big time money!  It was interesting to hear the author of the documentary report Kennedy's reaction to the Vietnam War . . . he was going to pull troops out in 1965, stating that Vietnam was not our problem, NOT OUR WAR!  I know there are humanitarian issues that we have to deal with, atrocities, that are horrendous, but, we are war torn and weary of all the wars, the fucking Bushes got us into . . . so, I think that President Obama, who is doing all he can to get us out of war, if possible, however, regarding public opinion, who has been propagandized, into believing that our national security is at risk, when going against Iraq, was stupid, because Afghanistan was were Osama Bin Ladin was hiding, with Iran being more the culprit, so?  What in the hell is up with that, oil?  And isn't it amazing, that at the very time we have pulled out of Iraq, and we are planning to pull out of Afghanistan, low and behold, fucking ISIS, rears its ugly head, with British accents, our allies?  Not our war, so getting a coalition of Arab states, is best, you live over there, you fight the damn idiots, we are sick of that part of the world, being lunatics!

If You Fail To Learn From History, You Forever Remain a Child!

There are many lessons to learn from the assassination, from his point of view on things, who he was trying to protect, who he wanted informed on the issues, who he felt should know everything their government does, out in the open, so they can vote in people who represent their stance on the issues, not a bunch of rogue, asshole, Mormons running around the globe, deciding who they want to be loyal to as President, who they will and will not protect, who they will investigate and whom they will not . . . that is not how America plays the game!  To take a man, whom the American people elected, god-damn-it, and shoot him like an animal for all the world to see, is so, well, so bad, asinine, horrendously evil, so dark, so blatantly hideous, that words, can't be crude, horrible, terrible, enough to describe what you motherfuckers did!

We need to look closely at these organizations, and not be afraid to report what they really did, without putting on the rose colored glasses, believing any stupid, lie they want to tell us . . . which, by the way, they are patterning after, none other than Hitler, their political superstar, when he said, tell the people a lie, and just keep insisting that it is true, and sooner or later, they will believe it!  It is time to grow up American, stop believing that your government won't hurt you, has your best interest at heart, and that they won't betray your trust, your Constitution, your principles, your values, and your sensibilities of justice, fairness, investigation, holding culpable people accountable, and not being afraid to fucking disband a bunch of fuckers who think they are above the law!  THEY KILLED OUR PRESIDENT!

Won't Be Copping a Feel Anymore--LOL!  Just Kidding

I am first going to preface my writing today, with the fact that being a law enforcement officer of any level, colored uniform, or rank, is, to say the least a demanding, tough job, that calls for split second decisions, implementing street smarts, with department policy, within the confines of the U.S. and state Constitutions, while apprehending, detaining, questioning, arresting, gathering facts and evidence, interviewing witnesses, booking, interrogating, jailing, and incarcerating an alleged law breaker, offender, suspect or defendant . . . an hell of a lot of stuff going on within a short period of time, with not only the public looking over your shoulder, your boss, which may be a mayor, the public if you are an elected sheriff, and in some respects prosecutors of all levels, depending on the nature of the crime, where it took place, and what laws were violated, the press, the victim and perpetrator's family, along with political heat, which could be nationwide, as in the case of Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, and many others.

So, from a constitutional law attorney, who has trained cops, worked with them, written manuals for them, with a particular emphasis on evidence gathering, and sued them, opposed them, and defended against them, I will try to take all that into consideration, and try to help you come up with the best policy, that will protect you from bad ass con law chicks like me, since I am trying to turn over a new leaf, and take a neutral role, having first started on the prosecutorial side of things, then the civil rights aspect, and then criminal defense, I want to approach this blog by means of helping, warning, adding insight, caution, protection, maximizing your government immunity, and why, giving you something of substance that will be best for you and the public you serve.  In addition, as cop shots throughout the nation, set up new policy, training, and implementation of this device, they do it right, minimizing any possible lawsuits, with a smooth transition into a level of law enforcement that is, I believe of great benefit to you, substantiating claims, regarding the facts of incidents that to the public may look, to be quit the opposite, leaving us angry, disheartened, wondering if you are on our side, protecting us, or protecting yourself, in this country, that all of us love, but are seeing our rights dissipate, being evaporated, and even trampled on . . . we can't have this!

Common Law Principles That Must Be the Bedrock of any Policy

FIRST, LOOK AT DASH CAM POLICIES

I would first suggest that you look carefully at the policy manual on the use of dash cams, used in your squad cars . . . I am sure that you had to do similar test pilots, take public comments, get attorney generals opinions, and that it a great starting point, without reinventing the wheel, plus, you might be shocked to review old policies, and see if the department has strayed from the original intent and law, with regards to that bit of technology, that has become second nature to cops now, but a very useful tool, to both protect and defend your actions, nor a great tool for a criminal defense attorney, or civil rights attorney to use against you; i.e., see KSL, Cedar Man Tasered, or Cedar City's Finest . . . scary, when a client presents an attorney, a prosecutor, or civil rights attorney with this type of information, that can't be denied on camera, with the cops, telling each other to turn off the dash cams, as in my case with client, Travis Braun, one of the plaintiffs in a $56.7 million lawsuit for civil rights violations, of state and local officials, while acting under color of law . . . or to put is simply, the criminal justice network and system!

SECOND, UNDERSTAND THE CASTLE DOCTRINE

In the newspaper article, in the Spokesman Review, your wise police chief, in asking for public comments, getting citizens vested in the process, which is great, and a smart idea, but there was a particular request for ideas, suggestions, and issues dealing with a call a police officer might get involving domestic violence, one of my specialty areas of law and practice, having written the domestic violence and sexual assault manual in Utah, on the police portion of the manual, while the prosecutor portion was written by a more season attorney than I was at the time . . . now this situation posses many problems, not only from a safety prospective, but a constitutional prospective.  

Domestic violence calls, can be the most dangerous call an officer will go one, because, you  have the heart of a family or a couple involved, who consider their affairs, their affairs, a private matter, something they don't want anyone to know about, and if they do, say a wife calls, she may just want you to calm the situation down, but you see that a crime has been committed, evidence of injury, battery, or spousal abuse; therefore, necessitating going beyond the peace officer role, to the law enforcement role, which may trigger anger, not only in the man, if you need to arrest, but in the woman, who didn't want the call to go that far, now in fear of retaliation when he gets out of jail, problems with kids, jobs, and the embarrassment of the cops showing up at the door.  And it has not been unheard of, for the victim to jump the officer, while arresting the offender, and plunge a knife in his or her back, trying to stop the arrest and protect their spouse.

GRADATION OF SEVERITY--IF A CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED TURN IT ON

And maybe laying out that scenario that way, would suggest, the way you should approach a domestic type call, on a sliding scale, gradation type approach, dealing with the use of a shirt camera, that on a normal call from a neighbor, or even one of the spouses, you approach, with camera off, unless dispatch has filled you in on the severity of the incident.  I am unfamiliar with the mechanics of the camera or the device, as to how hard it it to turn on, and whether or not there is a red light showing when it is turned on?  So, understanding that limitation and lack of knowledge, account for that in your understanding a use of this information, but if it is easy, and undetectable, as you see, that there has been more than a verbal fight going on here, and there is blood, bruises, furniture turned upside down, kids crying and telling you what happened, then kick that camera on!    This is where a wellness check turns into a crime, once that happens, they do it, regardless!

As most of you know, that a victim, even injured, may recant her/his story, even before you are out of the door, but a crime is a crime, not the officer's call, and usually, at least it used to be in Utah, that the cops and the prosecutor, proceed, regardless of the victim's wishes, if there has been a crime . . . why, because, domestic violence, usually is not a one time shot, and escalates with time, and most victims will not leave their abuser, until there have been 8 to 9 very severe incidents of abuse, you know the dance, honeymoon stage, walking on eggshells, then the abuse, over and over, repeating the cycle!  So, understand the nature of the crime, the dynamics, and then proceed with your work, and some of this, will be discretionary, and you will have to make a judgement call, as to when things just needed your presence to stop the fighting or when it has crossed the line to abuse.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR THE CASTLE DOCTRINE

Guiding principles: (1) a man/woman's home is their castle, and they are the boss, whether they rent, own, or are there at the invite of another party--thus kicking the 4th amendment protections from unreasonable searches and seizures, and a camera, like a license plate scanner if a search and seizure, in its fullest extent, because you are going behind closed doors, and there must be probable cause to believe a crime has been committed, to violate that sacred doctrine, the castle doctrine, however, as you know there are exceptions to the 4th amendment, exigent circumstances that merit entrance, cameras, evidence gathering, before evidence can be destroyed.  (2) do all that you promised to do, you have a contract, so to say with the citizens to protect and serve, regardless if they want it or not.  (3) don't infringe on someone else's persons or property, in a domestic violence situation, often the parties, husband or wife, who just wants a peace officer to come on the scene to calm things down, is just a quick stop and detention, just long enough to see if all is okay, maybe, pull each party aside and encourage them to chill out, and a camera in that situation is an invasive, intrusion . . . use the least intrusive, least burdensome, means of dealing with the situation, and that can only be your call, a tough one, but crime is crime, and the law is the law!

Third, Constitutional Concerns

FIRST AMENDMENT--FREE SPEECH & REDRESSING GRIEVANCES

This on is a hot button issue for the public, and they have a right to peacefully assemble, and that is the operative word, peacefully, and as long as the citizens, whether it is a protect, or a gathering, and it is peaceful, you should leave things pretty much alone, don't need a camera, even your presence, can be a deterrent, and can put a damper on the spirit of the gathering or association.  Let me give you several examples, of gatherings, I am aware of: 

(1) in Missoula, Montana, a friend of mine, who is a noted environmentalist, with groups of followers, and he organizes protests, sit-ins, and picketing against the development of coal, and the number of coal trains passing through Montana cities each day, with the health risks and all.  Now he his perfectly within his right to assemble, associate, and express his opinion; however, if he and his friends, stand on the train tracks, and block trains, that is a crime, and whether they are peaceful or not, they have not only endangered themselves, but have broken the law regarding the free flow of transportation, shipping and other laws of commerce . . . hit the cameras when approaching them, they have crossed the line.

(2) the Bundy Ranch v. BLM, Bunkerville, Nevada, the feds had heard that militia and others were coming down to protect the government taking of Cliven Bundy's cattle, operative word, private property, with even local constitutional law oriented sheriffs from Iron County and surrounding areas, there to help protect the rounding up of Bundy's cattle, but in anticipation of the onslaught, of protesters, the feds set up a first amendment zone . . . nice, but wrong, the whole fucking country is a first amendment, free speech zone!  People are getting more and more educated on their constitutional rights, so law enforcement officers better get acquainted too, or you will look the fools.  And, you will get an even worse backlash, like the militias showing up, to enforce those rights, and that is their second amendment right to do, with guns, come to guarantee a free state!  The issue was paying his fees, and how best to make him comply with the law, the BLM didn't pick the most viable option, and they were forced to back down.

(3) in the Michael Brown, Ferguson, Missouri, shooting, the worst thing the other law enforcement officers could have done, is circle the wagons, defend the cop, and start bringing in tanks, military equipment, and tyrannize, peaceful protectors, and ignore looters, or worse, loot themselves.  Cops need to treats errant cops, like any other citizen, not stand by your man, no matter what lame ass thing they do!  That makes for poor public relations, poor image, and terrorizes the very people you are to be protecting, only protecting your own, when there are many issues and questions to be answers, delays, with holding information, is so bad in a situation like that.  This is not an us vs. them situation, but a right v. wrong situation, and it should be handled that way.  And once, Michael Brown, got belligerent, like Officer Wilson, said, that is a great time to hit that baby, and turn on the camera, for two reasons, to keep the cop honest, and to get a record of the facts to support your story, or his, for that matter.  Not jumping to an officer's request to get out of the street, is not something to go to the mat over, to kill a kid over, jay-walking?  This was a a residential street, not even the type of street you think you could get arrested for jay-walking as far as I could see, the kid was going to his grandmother's house, in a neighborhood.  But, the cops, in this situation, also, created a free speech zone, now I am not sure who made up the rule or policy, that protesters, had to keep walking, or moving, going up and down the street, it could have been Officer Ron Johnson, but, as I said, the whole country is a free speech zone, and I am not sure that forcing the protesters to walk, or not stand still, would be constitutional, it may, however, be an issue of safety, which is okay, cities, through their cops, are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of their citizens, but that doesn't trump rights, but may be practical, and most citizens are reasonable, want to stay safe, and see the rational behind the order.  And they all seemed to be okay with that.  But this was and still is a community in mourning, not only for Michael, who would have started college the next day, but for all the other boys who have been shot, and what connotations or message that sends to blacks, nationwide.

FORTH AMENDMENT--BIGGIE FOR CAMERAS

Of all the constitutional amendments that create problems for law enforcement, it is the 4th amendment, and cop shirt cameras are just going to complicate the situation, while making things better on the same hand . . . 4th amendment savvy is imperative!  Be well aware of the items that the amendment lists as being protected from unreasonable, the operative word here, unreasonable searches and seizures! So, you have persons, places, homes, papers and affects protected!  In my Brock securities civil rights case, I argued that computers are modern day papers, and hard drives, are where we store our most sensitive files; therefore, for the Division of Securities to come in without a warrant, shoving even an administrative subpoena in front of my client's face, without giving him a chance to read it, then proceeding to download all hard drives on office computers, was a violation of my client's 4th amendment rights.  And the United States Supreme Court, in USA v. Jones, held that vehicles are affects, therefore protected from unreasonable searches and seizures, when the FBI wanted to put a GPS tracking device on an alleged drug, king pin's Jeep Cherokee, that his wife was driving . . . NO!  Plus the warrant the FBI was using was stale.

You are going to be under the gun, to really understand the 4th amendment, with regards to Miranda, arrests, stop and frisk, Terry stops, exigent circumstances, plain view doctrines, etc.  Now, I don't know that you need to turn on a camera, every time you stop and question someone, or ask for their I.D., but be aware, that these are the hot button issues that get sticky, gnarly, and you better know your stuff.  I know this is not much guidance, but, you will, I would guess, feel it in your guts, when a situation is going into a gray area, and you may want some proof, backup, and evidence that you did the arrest right.  The really great thing is, that I would guess that officers are at their best, when the camera is on!  And that is not a bad thing!  Actually, OX Communication, is not a bad thing to practice, and you will get a lot further with the public, doing exactly the same job, regardless of how hard that is, it is not what you say, but the way you say it, that counts!  Most officers, need to go from G.I. Joe, back to Officer Friendly!  LOL!

Nobody, likes to be bossed around, and officers are good at that, and often that goes into their personal relationships also, so practice make perfect.  Society has to give you some type of credibility to do your job, however, I strongly feel that respect should be earned, not just given!  I know, that in defending my clients, or dealing with my student, if they felt like I treated them fair, there were no complaints, even if they didn't like what I had to tell them, didn't like the outcome of the jury's decisions, but they got to tell their story, and that goes to cops too, let people talk, don't do what Officer Wilson did, getting pissed off, driving the squad car up to Michael and screeching tires, then hitting him with the door, and telling them to obey his commands!  Totally not cool, and anybody treated like that is going to get pissed . . . we are often the captain of our own ship, we determine our destiny, and that attitude that doesn't fly with cops, doesn't fly with citizens either!  

14TH AMENDMENT--HUGE--DUE PROCESS & EQUAL PROTECTION

This is the amendment that is most cited for being violated for civil rights violations . . . when you are dealing with racial issues, gender issues, age issues, religious issues, or disability issues, be careful, when you are acting either in your official or individual capacities under color of law!  It is not okay to discriminate, deny rights, enforce the law in a way that is not uniform, favors or disfavors one class of persons over another. You can't racially profile, or stop and frisk minorities more than you do the majority, tasering, cameras, and all things should be used judiciously, uniformly, and constitutionally!  I don't have the time, nor the ability in this blog, to do much more than help you to see some of the hot topic issues, and how they might become a problem to you, and when you might want that camera on, and always error on the side of safety, not only for yourself, but for the person you are dealing with . . . I would guess that many of the officers, 4, who chocked Mr. Garner, in New York for selling single cigarettes, never would have acted that way, with cameras on . . . so they are not a bad thing!

Bottom line, these cameras are catch 22 devices, they can be for you or against you, but I think they are going to keep you honest, more kind, and a better cop.  There will be trial and error, like in any criminal or even civil situation.  Remember to use the reasonable man, reasonable officer standard!  Your actions, while using or not using the camera, should not shock the conscience of the reasonable person, and many people have cameras on their phone already, and I would advice my clients to get them out when interfacing with a cop.  And it is amazing what happens, the situation calms down, officer's attitudes, as well as the person they are dealing with, all of the sudden, start, playing for the camera!  These cameras are to protect you as much as anything, and don't fail to turn them on, if you are planning to abuse a person, use excessive force, or whatever, you are tempted to do when tempers flare, because the chances, someone else is going to catch it on camera is very high anyway, but a close up, may actually help, so use it if you think it will help, and maybe as an anger management tool!

The 5th and 14th, can't deny life, liberty or property, without due process of law . . . an arrest is a liberty interest!

Government Immunity Protections

If you as an office, have used due diligence, in trying to follow, to the best of your knowledge and ability, given the amount of time you are on the force or in the department, following standards and guidelines put forth in your policy manual, which is your employment bible, which should reflect constitutional objectivity and enforcement, following well formed and long enforced laws, 238 years on the U.S. Constitution, if following well established laws and policies, so this stage you are in, right now, as I write, is critical to your well being.  And if you follow these, you should always be fine, even if sued, challenged, or taken to task, this is the way to stay safe in your job, under the scrutiny of internal or external affairs watchers, like me!

The Spokane Chief of Police, like I said, is handling this very well, in fact, I didn't know he had to take public comments, but that is a wonderful idea, but he cited a web site you can put your comments on, at http://beta.spokanecity.org/police/accountability/bodycamera.  Now is the time to speak up, help out, give scenarios you may have encountered, where you can let the Chief and the cops, know what you think, and how they might proceed, what a great opportunity for community input, making for a better transparent government, that well all want, Sunshine, Open Meetings and Transparency, are model agency actions, and most appreciated.  And if you don't take the opportunity, at the time presented, then like I said, forever keep your fucking mouth shut!  Not cool to bitch and moan after the fact, now is the time

Leader of the Free Cuba Movement or Fair Play for Cuba, Pro-Castro Sympathizer--So Was Kennedy

• Kennedy stopped the invasion at the Bay of Pigs, that was orchestrated by the CIA, with a private army, so, why would Oswald, who was not just some guy, or with a casual interest in Cuba, doing killing a President who wanted to work with Cuba, and Russia for that matter
• I found it interesting to note, that as the world mourned President Kennedy's death, with flags flown at half mast, at the time they heard, rather than the usual time at the the funeral; England shooting off canons, that is only done at the time one of the Royal Family dies; even Iraq and Iran mourned this President's death . . . but what one Brit said, in this video, called The Three Shots That Killed the President, was that the whole world had so much hope in this young leader, that the world felt good when they woke up in the morning, knowing that someone so competent was at the helm of the U.S., that the shock of his death left them sad, thinking that they had another 5 years with this bright leader . . . now, who are the parties that had a interest in going against Cuba, in the Cuban Missile Crisis: (1) Nixon as Eisenhower's V.P. over affairs in Cuban, who ordered the CIA to assassinate Castro before the 1960 presidential elections, where Lyndon Bains Johnson, was to be the nominee by any one's standards, but it didn't work out that way at the convention; (2) so Johnson; (3) George H.W. Bush, who was a member of the CIA as early as 1961, with Zapata Oil, just off the shore of Florida, between Florida and Cuba, with his private oil ship, named Barbara, continuing after President Kennedy, stopped the invasion of Cuba, which would have made the assassination of Castro, very suspicious, with the CIA director fired, and Kennedy ready to rip the heads off the CIA, for disobeying orders, they are under the executive branch control, not Bush, Nixon or Johnson; and (4) the CIA itself, who had been humiliated, disgraced, and continued to train at three secret camps . . . to put it simply, the four entities above, wanted war . . . Kennedy and Oswald didn't, Oswald, was a patsy, but a sworn enemy of the CIA; however he had been on their payroll, or the double had been all the way along, and the Oswald who took the wrap for the duplicate, was actually receiving $200 from the FBI, each month on their payroll, under J. Edgar Hoover . . . who is looking dirtier as my research goes deeper.

Dallas Police Chief Jessi Curry Changes Story About FBI Interrogation of Oswald, Three Weeks Before the Assassination

• given Oswald's sympathies, reporters asked the Police Chief if the FBI had known that Oswald was in town, and the Chief, said, yes, that they had known, and they had interrogated him previously, I guess we could assume either they didn't have any alarm, because they never told the Chief, that he was a concern or in town, or they knew about the assassination plot, and were complicit in the whole thing; it was policy for the FBI to report to local cops, persons of interest, especially when the President was coming to town, unless that is, they didn't want to alert the cops
• within minutes after the President was shot, there was a family of four, parents and two young children, you can see in the news clips or film, who said the shots came from behind them on the hill, they never said, that the President was shot from the Book Repository.  He even asked them if they were sure and they said yes.  And to confirm that account, was after the shots, people ducked, on the grass, and a group of brave, proud and determined to find the shooters, charged up the hill, where this couple said they heard them fired from
• within the next day or two, the Police Chief, holds a special news conference, stating clearly and emphatically, that the FBI did not interrogate Oswald, and didn't know he was in town!  WHAT, a direct contradiction of what he had previously said . . . the start of the cover up!

Oswald Was Never Given Any Rights, No Counsel--He Continually Asked for Counsel, and He Wasn't Charged with the President's Death, Just J.D. Tippets, Who Might Have Been the Cop, Who Picked up the Double, One of the Shooter, and Took Him to the Movie Theater for the Exchange--Harvey & Lee

• Tippets was shot, and they said the shooter was running up the street, but it appeared from witnesses in the theater, one of which said, that originally, Oswald said on one side of the theater, then moved to the other, or did he see two separate Oswalds, or the look a like, and the other one had been yanked out of the movie.  Lee Harvey Oswald, had a black eye, when he was taken into custody, that got worse over time.  Someone asked him who hit him, and he said a cop . . . but when did they hit him, after his arrest, or when they forced him into the theater, remember the shop keeper, who claimed to have seen Oswald, going out the back door of the theater, and the Dallas private investigator, said, you couldn't have, because the news reports showed police taking him out the front of the theater and the guy, then said, then who did I see?
• I am not sure, where Tippets was, and why he was there, but he may have been working with the CIA or FBI, and was to be the driver, so that people wouldn't expect anything from a local cop.
• And, in our system, why in the hell wasn't Oswald given counsel?  Why was he only originally charged with the cops death, not the Presidents, they seemed more worried about the cop shooting, than the President's shooting, maybe to cover up that kill, not really thinking that Oswald II would get caught, and when he was, they followed the number 1 rule of an assassination, which is usually, not a single killer, but a plan, orchestrated, and officially carried out murder, as this appears, by the evidence to have been, a payback and revenge killing, that satisfied many on more than a few levels!
• Oswald, claimed that never did violence to anyone!  Too bad he didn't have counsel appointed to him right off the bat; he never said anything to incriminate himself.  I struck me as strange, in the book, Crossfire, by Marrs, that in one interview, he asked someone why he thought that the government may have used up to 6 duplicates or multiples . . . his response, shocked me, that they wanted to create a legend!  By killing the President?  Perhaps a legend to the CIA, FBI or secret service, but certainly not the people, who cheered when Oswald was shot!  Oswald, claimed to be a patsy, and surely he was, so who got the legend status?  The double?  Check out the film, The Double, with Richard Gere, and truly he had become a legend, but he was really just a cut throat killer, who had no discretion, killed at will, and had nothing to live for, but I guess these are the so, called, legends for the spooks, with representatives from around the world!  This was show time . . . oh, I am sitting here at the mall in downtown Spokane, with Nordstroms closed, so I better hurry!  None of my doubles are legends, they have done nothing on note that they didn't steal, including my analysis of the Kennedy assassination, all of them!  I am staying at the House of Hope, who has most likely been given a donation to say, that it is one of my doubles, but no, it is JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D.

The Most Telling of a Conspiracy to Me, Was the Over Acting on the Part of the Cops, About Protecting Oswald, Transporting him in an Armored Vehicle . . . but on the Way to that Vehicle, Oswald, was left Wide Open for a Shot, With Suits, Lining the Walls, But a Unprotected Suspect . . . Reporters Claimed that with the Circle of Men Around Oswald, Either a Cop or a Detective Shot him . . . No Suspect is Grabbed, No Mention of Jack Ruby!

• normally, with such a high profile suspect, there would be cops, flanking all four sides, front, back, and both sides, fully armed and ready.  But that is not what happened, it was like a parade, with a gap three abreast, wide open, everyone just standing there, and then a circle gather around, and someone shoots Oswald, and you can hear the reporter saying that he thought it looked like a detective, someone with a hat, so all these people around and nobody saw the shooter?  Later, a reporter asked the cops, if it had been a cop that shot Oswald, and he said, no, that all they knew, was that someone with a black hat was the shooter!  Oh, come on, this was almost point blank to the abdomen, and nobody saw it . . . that reminds me of President Reagan's account of his shooting, he said, he didn't feel the pain, until the secret service, jumped on him and pushed him into the limo!  There were so many guys around Oswald, that the reporters could not see who shot him, just like in the Robert Kennedy shooting!

A Timeline Might Reveal That it Was Impossible for Oswald to be the Shooter, if he was seen at home, by His Neighbor . . . Between 12 and 12:30 p.m.

• the temperature was a bit cold that day, did Oswald, take his lunch break at the Book Repository, to go home and get a coat, so he might possibly get a glimpse of President Kennedy, he was helping him, or was it the double?  When did he help the secret service guy, who had an identification book, find a phone booth, to make a call, before or after the assassination?  You would have to take, all the evidence from tons of sources, as I have tried to do, and make a timeline, to get the full story on all that was going on, with the doubles, was it impossible for Oswald, to be home at that time, and wasn't the President dead by just shortly after 1 p.m., so that would put Oswald, just getting back, because the President lived for awhile, he didn't die in the car, but in the hospital.
• did he go back up to work, and the cops, or CIA or FBI grabbed him and marched him to the theater?  Some one said, to Oswald, were you in the Book Repository, and he said, yes, that is where I worked, of course, I was there . . . but, did the conspirators, know his patterns, and the double went up just long enough to get the shot off, and left, leaving the gun . . . Oswald's Russian wife, said that he did have a gun that matched the rifle, and the serial numbers of the pistol and the rifle had both been purchased and ordered by Oswald, but that doesn't mean he was the one who shot the President.

So Many Problems . . . But Maybe, Poor Oswald, Can Be Exonerated, Post-Humously?  And We Can Charge Those Responsible, if not Directly, as Co-Conspirators and Accomplices in the Crime of the Century!

So Help Me God, This Pisses Me Off!

Obviously, the plain language of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th and 14th amendments are at issue here, in addition to the religious test oath clause, United States Constitution, Article VI, [3], stating that the Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution, but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.  I think that clause is dead center, spot, on . . . this young airman, who is every bit as entitled to he beliefs and his superior officers are to their beliefs, can object to that portion of the oath the Air Force asks them to take.

Substantive Due Process v. Procedural Due Process

It is kind of like the letter of the law, juxtaposed, up against the spirit of the law, and of the Supreme Law of the Land, I might remind the Air Force brass asses, running the show down in Nevada, of all places, kind of like calling the kettle black, don't you think, but you guys at Creeh Air Force Base, are not only in violation of Article VI, [2], but subjecting yourselves to a possible, Title 42, Section 1983, civil right suit, for violating federal statutory and constitutional civil rights, while officers in the Air Force, acting under color of law, for discriminating against this young man's freedom, liberty, and right, to refrain, from finishing the oath, that by all intents and purposes, fulfills, the intent of the military, to serve, protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, not God!  And I am sure, that God, will help this young man, if he were to see battle, regardless of his believe or not, I always error on the side of safety.

The 5th and 14th amendments, give teeth to the 1st amendment, with no established religion, and freedom to practice as you please, which is a liberty interest, protected by due process and equal protection . . . he has every right to serve, going to swearing to the core of the oath, while refraining from the last phrase or clause . . . 

SUBSTANTIVE DUE PROCESS--RIGHTS BASED

Substantive due process, deals with rights, in capsuled in those rights, are all the rights, both enumerated, and not enumerated, or written, such as the 9th amendment, right to privacy, and other rights, not specifically listed, that would be also, considered, inalienable rights, which the government, in its purest form is there to protect, not violate!  In substance, this airman, is willing to do all that he is required to do, defending the Constitution, obeying it's principles, and following the President of the United States, what more, by the way of military service, do you want from this kid, he is willing to put on that uniform, to the risk of both body, life and limb, and make the ultimate sacrifice in serving his country!  He has not more to give . . . that is about a great a sacrifice as anyone, whether martyr or church or state, there is no greater, than to lay your life down, and he has agreed to do that, when, many, religious or not, would never, never, never do, nor have the guts to do!  And in that we honor him!  

He is very much within the spirit of the oath . . .

PROCEDURAL DUE PROCESS--PROCESS OR PROCEDURE BASED

Procedural due process, is that, the procedure that one needs to go through to become an airman, in the United States Air Force; has he gone through boot camp, passed the physical exam, followed orders, worthy in all ways to serve his country, of sound mind, able to consent, or being old enough, and willing to agree to the guts of the oath, then he is able to serve, and the end of the oath is of no consequence, and really doesn't change a whole, hell of a lot, nor effect his loyalty and ability to serve.  

Now, perhaps, there is more to the story, facts that we are not getting, personality conflicts, assignment issues, other areas of discrimination besides religious, like race, age, sex, creed, sexual orientation, that the brass asses, are not man or woman enough to admit, but, this, sure as hell is not a way to do it, and all of the just listed possibilities, put the airman, or woman in a suspect class, protected by the 14th amendment, protecting the minority, as atheists are, from the majority, or Christians.  There is not need to bring a law suit, perhaps, U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, can issue a letter, admonishing the brass, that their asses are going to get kicked, if this thing goes to court, with the judges, specifically, sworn to uphold the law, the Constitution, as mentioned in the previous sections, under the same Article, [2], along with all the others, that work together to protect the airman/woman from forcing them to finish the oath, that is not even the policy of your bosses, the Joint Chief of Staff at the Pentagon!  Nor followed by the other branches of equal merit and influence!

Creech Air Force Base is like a one legged dog, resting on, really, not even a substantial part of the oath, to deny this person entrance into the military . . . numbers count, he has three on his side! Make your decisions on happiness, not ego, make up, no big deal, we are where we are, just go forward, and let him/her serve, without a fucking law suit, that is why we have copies of the U.S. Constitution available, why we have legal counsel, in all branches of the military, and a U.S. attorney's office, to answer those type of questions for all of us.  Good luck airmen and thanks for your service, one and all!

Tolerance, Tolerance, Tolerance!

Remember, we live in a diverse country, with many beliefs, both religiously and not religiously, through culture, background, social status, and all that good stuff, that makes us unique, from most countries on earth, and all the better for it.  Just this morning at the Central United Methodist Church, 518 West Third Avenue, Spokane, WA, 509.838.1431, with services, starting at 10:00 a.m., next week is a pot luck, so bring something and come join us . . . but, the great family who performs each Sunday to our delight, being colorful, musical, entertaining, and spiritual, in their Boatswain language, with church as 5:00 p.m., for any one who wants to join, but this morning, while the parents were performing, a young child ran by me, wearing a shirt, made of red, white and blue, with stars and stripes, on it, as my eyes filled up with tears of joy, that this brave family, who are enriching us, this morning at church, for whatever reasons, risked danger, fear, prejudice, in search of a better life for their beautiful family, thank you God, they are so cool!

Reverend Steve Johnson's Seminary Experience

While the Pastor of this church, was going to seminary, a school to become pastor's, ministers, clergy of, I guess any denomination, with students from around the world, America, Europe, the Islanders, like Somalia and Tonga, Asia, and so forth, but one Palm Friday, one of his fellow students, came from a religion, that basically, reverenced the day, in quiet and alone, while his fellow Islander, looked at the day as a celebration, a party, fun for all, throwing a pig in the ground and roasting it.  This friend found that to be irreverent, not respecting the holiness of the day, leading into the commemoration of the Savior, Christ Jesus, death and resurrection.  Pastor Steve, just a student himself, told this friend, to just chill out, and let them honor the day in their fashion and he could continue to quietly and prayerfully spend the day, the way he always had, in what way did their worship effect his, or prohibit him from worshiping the way he wanted to.  Well?

And, it does not, and I can tell you which one, I think would be the most fun to attend, and I would amend my worship, in a New York second, the party fits my personality, much better than just sitting around being reverent, which is fine too.  I was raised Mormon, and I never knew what Palm Friday was, nor did we ever celebrate it, well, we probably were closer to the Samoans, and celebrated, we always, left the cold in northern Utah, and headed south, so St. George, and spent the day, hiking up in Zion, having a big, extended family picnic, playing Canasta with aunts and uncles, cousins, and all, generally, spending the weekend, partying!

There are a lot of Islanders in the Mormon Church, most converts, and they are family oriented, fun loving, love to eat and party, with a homeland of sunshine, they have very sunny personalities, so the pig roast is a common occasion with them, and i dig it.  It would seem to me, that the important, and substantive part of their practices, is the fact that they were recognizing the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, with the substantive rights of salvation, justification, forgiveness, life after death, and the celebration of good over evil, life over death!  There is a great song, that is a female artist, who gets a tattoo, breaks her father's heart, but bets, that she could sit down with Jesus, drink some wine, and they would get along just fine!

We should all just get along fine too!

Female Serial Killers Are Hard to Detect, Sneaky

I love ID Network, a series of true crime stories, acted out for TV, with the real victims, witnesses, prosecutors, and investigators, sharing the screen with the actors.  There is a series they do, called, Deadly Women, and I think they have one on Female Serial Killers in History, and they even have therapy groups for those of us addicted to the show, usually those of us, who have worked in the criminal justice system, and want to see how other jurisdictions discovered, hard to find and detect killers, what evidence convinced the prosecutor to file charges on a particular case, which is at issue in this death of a popular fire chief, who suddenly dropped over dead at the age of 53.  

As is the case with suicides, men typically go out in a dramatic way, shoot themselves in the head or mouth, crash a car, or prefer, suicide by cop, which is a game of tight triggers these days, even when you don't intend that form of death, you might get it that way, if you reach for a pocket or jacket.  Men are not afraid to get dirty or bloody; however, women on the other hand, generally do not choose bloody escapes from life, they use pills, carbon monoxide poisoning in a car, in a garage, or something of that nature.  They generally do not like to look bad for their funerals, mess up their faces much, nor their hair, so they rely on much less violent means of death, either for suicide, or the reverse of that, homicide.

Just an interesting side note, in England, there used to be a law on the books, on suicide, that if you didn't succeed at the attempted suicide, the punishment was death, or in other words, they would kill you! Fact is stranger than fiction . . .

Drugs & Alcohol Don't Mix

That is almost all we need to say.  In my black widow case the same deadly combination was there, this woman would select men, who were already alcoholics, but not necessarily into drugs.  She had a real high tolerance for that combination, of drugs and alcohol, being a pill-popper herself, and had conditioned her body to withstand the detriments of the mixture of the two.  My client, who escaped her bite, but did end up in jail for a year, as she framed him for domestic violence, actually attempted homicide, eyeing the cool older home he just inherited, with all the antiques, and a home with acreage around it, collector type trucks in the yard, trailers, and other really nice things like china dishes, and a ton of other things.  

Given the stereotypes of men and women, the cops, even when the blood in the house was from the widow cutting my client with a knife, rather than her blood as they just naturally assumed, until I demonstrated, that from the arrest pictures, the smeared blood on my client's arm, matched the exact mark of blood smudge on the end table in the front room, where he liked to watch TV and fall asleep, with on part of the sectional couch being shorter than the other, with no end on it, so when he wanted to recline and lay down, he, that night had, by all the evidence, put his back arm, on the end table, and rested his head on his hand . . . a perfect match.  The cops and prosecutors, either bought her version, blending two trips to the hospital, rather than the one, with Allan in jail, the second time, but being blamed for her grand maul seizure, probably on drugs and alcohol, and falling into barb wire, which i remember seeing at the back door of the house, when I first saw the house, prior to even having Allan as a client.

He told me, he strongly thought that she was slowly poisoning him with prescription drugs, by smashing them up, and mixing them in his meals . . . she was living with him at the time.  And, the night he kicked her out of his house, because she kept, slapping a knife around, either threatening to use it on herself, she was a cutter, or on that night, he took the knife away from her twice, and the second time he took it from her, she slapped him with it, and he didn't even know he had been cut . . . cops not only assumed that the blood was hers, but they said there was blood all over the place; I saw the front room, did the private investigative work, about 100 hours myself, fired two private investigators, former LAPD and Salt Lake PD, retired and turned private investigator, one who seemed loyal to the cops, who didn't much like my theories, and the other, who would do everything but what I told him to do, but the front room had orange carpet, but it was dirty, with spots, that I think, the cops, assumed were blood spots, according to the black widow's version!

This Woman, Also Had Several Other Husbands That Died Unexpectedly

Vickie's previous husband was a deputy sheriff, named Randy, who was also an alcoholic, but did not use drugs, and he just up and died mysteriously.  My client was sure, that she was doing to him, what he suspected happened to Randy.  Vickie, a local girl, would just season the food she prepared for the cop with pills, that are a deadly combination, by any one's standards.  I remember, hearing in high school health classes, that this was something you never wanted to combine in your system.  And it sounds like in the Al O'Connor case, that both of these deadly agents were involved, pills and booze.  And it was stated in the article that there were 17 capsules, found in the garage, by the detective for the city cops, plus, Linda, his wife at the time, had ordered, something like 97 pills, through obtaining the same prescription, through two pharmacies, which would lend some circumstantial evidence that she had used pills to possibly kill her husband, who was planning on leaving her, in a very open relationship with Halbig, whom he intended to marry.

We have Linda, the wife, threatening to kill him in he ever left her, she wanted the pension, and whatever, and she was not going to let him go . . . even though, it sounds, like Halbig and O'Connor, were very open in public about their affair, being seen all over town, which would contradict the notes, the detective found in the garbage or the warranted search of the house, stating that they, the couple, especially, the mistress or girlfriend, who was warned that to be seen in public or telling others of the relationship, might be ruinous to the chief's reputation, if the word got out. and the note was signed, your Good Friend?  Perhaps the wife, thought the affair, was merely a friendship, and learned that Al was planning on leaving her for the alleged friend, so she slowly poisoned him, evidenced by the grape juice incident, just two days earlier, when he allegedly vomited, after she gave him the juice.

I believe thw woman in my case, had three other dead husbands, and Allan was her next victim.  This woman, Linda Lipp or O'Connor, now Austin, had two previous husbands that nobody knew or knew where they were, but her third husband, who's father, had just changed his will, shortly before he died, and Patrick, thought it was strange that his signatures didn't look the same, but it made Linda the beneficiary?  Now, after the death of Al, and the suspicious circumstances surrounding his father's death, and will, he wants dad's body exhumed.  In my case, Allan told me that Vickie was seen with his daughter, going through his mother's paperwork, and there were issues with the will in that case also, the daughter, who was at war with dad, teamed with this woman, and they were shredding paperwork at one point.  Allan would have been the sole heir, and his parents had a lot more money than anyone knew, except, Vickie and Stacey!

Female Disadvantage, Also Works To Their Advantage

Men tend to even discredit and underestimate women, even attorneys, to their discredit, because at times they under prepare for things like cases, briefs, and investigations, legislation and many other things.  So when you blow them away, they are pissed, but still just don't quite get it, that there are not only deadly women on the streets, in houses, in marriages, in relationships, but there are also, not in a literal, but figurative sense, killer women in the legal system, so their stupid underestimation of them actually works for the woman and in favor of the conniving woman, as it seemed to even with the grape juice incident, when Lori Halbig, the girlfriend asked Al, if he had been poisoned, and he said, Linda would never do that?

Really, who stood to benefit from his demise, who would be hurt by his divorce and re-marriage, pension, will, property, and what do you not get, that a new woman in Al's life would take all of that away from her. She was the one with the big house, he moved into, so, she didn't need that, but the pension, when the inherited money ran out, or when other sources of multiple streams of income were cut short, a new relationship would drastically change her anticipated income flow . . . so, in criminal law, you have to look at the modus opereni, or the motive, opportunity, and who else might have a motive, and money is always a motive, in almost every case . . . this woman was not independently wealthy, but she lived an extravagant lifestyle, as seen in her later, multiple insurance claims, property damage, and debt, all the key elements for a motive in the earlier case, were to me, apparent, and especially in the later lifestyle; she was a woman who wanted something for nothing, and men were her means to that end, she the means to their end!

The FBI profiler for the insurance companies, almost pegged her to a tee, socially reclusive and likely to have multiple divorces.  There were marital issues from the very first; she most likely selected her male victims according to what she could benefit, the affair didn't effect her security, but a marriage, sure as hell would.  There was one guys who called the prosecutor and said that he was willing to testify, that several days before the death, he heard a woman screaming at Al or the chief, threatening him, then the grape juice incident, then the final death, with pill present, that could have been planted by her, with the alleged or possible suicide note, or the one signed by the good friend, protecting that marital relationship, which was not the case with the husband, but a wife protecting her financial turf would want it to appear, different than the relationship was, just friends!

Traditionally, a Husband Was Held Responsible for His Wife's Crimes

This shows that there is a genetic imprint in our collective mind, that women don't commit serious crimes; therefore, we are going to have the man, who can beat her, with a stick that is not bigger than his thumb, responsible for his wife's crimes, because, it is his fault if she is out of control.  So the man is responsible for the woman's crimes, and society or the criminal justice system is responsible for handling the man's crimes. Is there some type of carry over, this woman is 77 years old right now, so she is no spring chicken, and that societal advantage women have, that they do not commit serious crimes may have come into the subconscious minds of the men involved, with the exception of the detective who rummaged through the garbage.  The prosecutor is now retired; therefore, he must be of substantial age, or of that generation that was just leaving the era, that they not only under estimate women, but don't think of them as being anything other than an appendage to a man, his property, his chattle, but also that he is responsible for what happens in the home.  Not that they blamed the man, consciously, but the subconscious is very powerful, in the colored glasses we will wear to view a certain situation, a crime, our attitudes, can taint an investigation.

The man Linda Lipp-O'Connor-Austin, is living with now, was indicted or charged with securities fraud . . . the men in her life have always been the means of support for this woman, in her luxurious lifestyle, there is not mention of her working or being responsible.  And when her husband couldn't support her in the style she had become accustomed to, she went after the insurance companies, the pattern fits.  We see the conflict between the coroner and the prosecutor, a man and an obviously, very progressive woman, who call for the coroner's inquest, and had to wait almost 8 months to get the report, that states there were issues with that too.  And then she mysteriously dies?  She was demanding justice!  Just like I did, and they, the statewide criminal justice battery system of men, in a systemic violence against me, for dealing in allegedly, big boy trials, that often crossed the cops and prosecutors!  Call me conspiracy central, but . . . really

I am here in the mall, near the Espresso, and it is too dark to read the date of the coroner's death, but if I remember, it was only two years after the chief's death, so not to much time, she was being a pain in the ass to the prosecutor, who was going to look bad for not charging the wife with anything, if the coroner's report came out with high contents of drugs in them.  And if you will remember, the state crime lab refused to test the mix of the drugs found in Al O'Connor's system or at the scene it was too dangerous, for who? And why was it dangerous, that is the crime labs job!

Crime Labs Across the Country Have Tampered With Evidence

While I was in the height of my own black widow case, I had contacted the state crime lab, who agreed to run a DNA test on my client's blood, and the blood on the furniture, before I knew there were pictures of the crime scene, I got those after the fucking jury was already selected and waiting for the trial to start! The first private investigator I had, just casually mentioned there were 30 photos the prosecutors had of the crime scene.  WHAT?  Prosecutors are suppose to turn over all exculpatory evidence to defense counsel, that has been given to them by the cops . . . I get it at trial, starting in 5 minutes, and I was shocked, all self-authentication of dates, times of photos had been removed, so there was no way, that I could determine the order of the photos, and the prosecutors, just seemed to arrange them the way they wanted the story to go!  

My client had been a former Marine, a cowboy and a biker, had sued the U.S.A. and the VA, and won, so he was not only known as a local bad ass, but when the cops came to arrest him, they had cops surrounding 4 blocks, with officers, flanking all four corners of his house, as a friend from Parowan reported hearing it over her radio, so the reputation of my client, combined with the traditional, little girls are sugar and spice and everything nice, totally blinded the cops and the prosecutors to the highly visible, black widow, with a history of biting her men, and even killing her mates after she has taken a bite!  But, the crime lab made an exception to me, doing some of my work as a defense attorney, who was doing the case, pro bono, or free, and I had also been a former assistant attorney general, in the Utah Attorney Generals Office, ans worked with Mark Nash at the Utah Prosecution Council, and I also informed him that I had done an anger management presentation worth $1,000 to the cops for free at the BCI, or Bureau of Crime Investigation, the DNA testing was going to cost about the same, and they owed me.  He said he would help me, but magically, I never got the results, but by that time, I had the photos, that were so evident, a match to my client's arm from the cops pictures that I didn't need the DNA tested.

But, that same time period, the ACLU or some national law firm, had done a study of state crime labs and many were found wanting, one sided, tampering with evidence that would sway toward the prosecution or in this case, possibly help the prosecution, cuts both ways!  But the report on the crime labs was revealing and telling, especially, since I had a client who placed a recorder in another client's chandelier or light, and caught, 3 narcotics cops, breaking in my client's home, and planting 51 pieces of felony evidence, and then they are heard on the tape to say, now go get a warrant!  I had only met these officers once, each and I knew it was their voices, and the female officer, Fritz, even used her name, saying, now we are going to play the Fritz Game . . . and my clients were forced to get voice recognition specialists, and both sides had to go the the state crime lab under the direction of specialists from the FBI, and they said, that the results of the highly technical audio equipment, was just not conclusive enough for use to use this in the Cheek et al v. Garrett et al, Iron County corruption case, for $56.7M!  An unbiased opinion?  I think not, they were protecting their side, the cops and prosecutors!  So beware of that also!

The Prosecutor's Reticence to Charge Mrs. O'Connor is Suspect

Has anyone investigated the possible motives for the prosecutor, to have not at least considered charges? Cases built on circumstantial evidence, plus, looking at the totality of the circumstances, the motive and the opportunity . . . the makings of a great case, but I wasn't there, nor am I privy to the inside scoop.  It is not my job to second guess a prosecutor, but there might be some extenuating circumstances, some history between the fire chief and the prosecutor's office, or issues with the cop shops, and the fire station . . . this guy was considering a run for mayor, seemed to be popular, good-looking, and up and coming?  Is there any professional jealousy that might come into play?  Often city's work together, cops, fire stations, prosecutors, coroners, and judges, like a well oiled machine, but that is not the case here, and I was glad to see that, because they all have independent jobs to do, regardless of the team approach, but there might be some reason, other than the lack of evidence that might be hiding under the covers . . . but that is purely speculative in my curious little mind?

Every job has its politics, and I know that fire fighters, at least in Utah, have been used in raids against my clients, with one fire fighter, saying that the flash bangs, blowing my clients, glass windows and doors out, slashing mattresses, and trashing the new townhouse, with SWAT, narcotics cops, and fire fighters, was the biggest breach of justice and rights the fire fighter had ever seen!  So were there issues, that someone may have been a target, and the wife, just took the guy out first?  I don't know, just throwing out possibilities from my somewhat educated background on both sides, plus the civil rights side of the criminal justice system. Just thinking out loud!

There is a lot to this case, but had I been the prosecutor, I think I would have charged, and let a jury decide, but that is a lot of work, sounds like there were 53 witnesses that testified to a grand jury, if I recall right, but these are the facts that either break or make a name for a prosecutor.  If, in reality there were not the facts to support a charge, then the prosecutor has every right to decline prosecution, or to proceed if he thinks he can get a conviction, or even if it is a close call.  What I can't respect is prosecutors who charge knowing full well, the guy is innocent, just doing it for sport, or a prosecutor, who knows it is a close call, and just doesn't want to take the time, or a prosecutor who lets the cops call the shots, which may have been the issue with the detective's stake out . . . city politics, politics, politics . . . we should operate free of all of that, but it is hard, to say the least!

The Three Rules of Wall Street: (1) Never Play By the Rules; (2) Never Tell the Truth; and (3) Never Pay in Cash--They Earn Their Money the Old Fashioned Way, They Steal It!

This morning was Friday morning at the movies, the ones YouTube or I recommended to myself, based on the blogs and topics I have been writing, love it.  The first one that caught my eye, was The Deal, with Christian Slatter, an art major, who gets recruited to Wall Street, and hooks up with an environmentally concerned, Harvard business grad, and how they play the game different from the rest of the guys and gals, with spies, murders, Russian mafia, oil and gas deals, securities and commodities, world affairs, FBI, government investigations and clashing with integrity, a commodity far too scarce on the Street, and elsewhere for that matter.  I am not sure when this movie was filmed, but it is well done, and Slatter does a great job, almost rivals my other favorite of his, Cuffs, which is hilarious, especially due to the fact that I know cops, their personalities, quirks, and idiosyncrasies, which makes it even more entertaining.  LOL!

The truth, unbelievable as it is . . . story of the buyout of Nabisco!  Actor, James Garner, who I believe just died, played a small town boy, and natural salesman well, in the movie, Barbarians at the Gate, he has some really down home, folksy quotes, that make the movie fun, entertaining, and show that he is not up to dealing with the sharks and baracudas he is dealing with, nor his own company man, who spies for his opponents, leading to his own board turning on him, with little understanding of who the man is, taking a lower bid for Nabisco, the the owner's higher bid, stating that they thought the best thing for the company was to go with the lower bidder, who was a known snake, cut throat, who makes big profits for share holders, but fires many long time employees, which Garner is not willing to do, and wants to control what happens to the company, not have the vampires he borrows money from to do the merger, suck him and the company dries.  In trying to free himself from the vultures, he actually sets himself up for the fall.  In his severance package, he gets a measly $23 million, after taxes.  After the take over, the company grossed an increase of like 150%, making a ton of money.

The Crooked E--The Unshredded Truth About Enron, is about a young knight seduced to the dark side, but was lucky enough to get seduced back by his fiance, who is a down to earth, ranchers daughter in Texas, who is shocked by her boyfriends, change after landing a job at Enron, disgusted, alarmed, and afraid, she tells him she doesn't want to see him for a while, her daddy, doesn't think he is treating her well, either, in a classic, Texan dad kind of way.  The story of Enron, from an insider's perspective is priceless, and a lesson every young, ambitious, college grad ought to watch, the movie, Paranoia, that just came out either this year or last has a similar message, all the glitz and glamour, or allegedly that way, is merely based on image and perception, as it was at Enron, while they cooked the books, pumped the prices of electricity, and paid the bonuses on time.  Through it all the guy, once he came to his senses, sees through the bull shit, and does the right thing to a client, in the biggest deal he had ever made, by ripping up the contract, telling the client, he had failed to sign the final signature on the contract, making one less victim of Enron!

I was dealing with two financial planners, a sister and father who watched the stock market, worked in the area of securities, and a financial firm, family and church, who were only concerned with image and perception!
• when talking to his wife, anyone in this crowd who is not worth at least $9 million, they think your on food stamps . . . Mitt Romney, anyone, anyone, Romney, anyone?
• referring to the wars on Wall Street, as a bunch of macho bull shit that has everyone slamming their dicks on the table
• in the war over the buyout of Nabisco, and the bidding war, for what the stock is going for, and a husband, not the owner of the company, but the guy, trying to buy that particular company, his wife, seeing him stressing out over the deal, the offers, the fight, and she asked him, if there wasn't another company, that he might want to buy . . . he responded, it is not the company, it is the credibility!  This guy who had gained a reputation for being a dirty players, wanted the clean reputation for fairness, good faith with employees and shareholders, he wanted the credibility, or the easy virtue the owners and CEO, employees had garnered over the years!  Sounds familiar!
• when the New York times came out an trashed the owner of Nabisco, who was venturing into the cigarette market, and had shelled out $350 million, trying to produce a good smoke, but had failed, Garner, says, after all his success, that you lose a few bucks for the company, and they start looking at you like a virgin at an Aztec sacrifice!
• this town worships success, but it cheers for your failures, seems to be true everywhere!
• I'm standing on a shit storm, and nobody in this team has a god-damn umbrella!  The movie kind of reminds me of the movie, No Country for Old Men, Tommy Lee Jones, dealing with a super bad guy, and being an old time sheriff, who doesn't have the technological skills and training to deal with an evil of this level.  There was so much in all of these shows that I could relate to, in the bad guys I have been trying to protect not only myself from, but my son's bands, Parallax, God's Revolver & Maraloka!

THE CROOKED E--THE UNSHREDDED TRUTH ABOUT ENRON

• there was $25 billion lost to investors, retirement plans, shareholders, employees in stock options, unless you were in the few who absconded with up to $70 million in bonuses, leaving many without their pensions and homes.
• America was not settled, it was conquered; they wanted it, so they took it!  If you see something worth taking, you just take it.
• there is only one rule now days, that there are not rules . . . the latest in Enron's attempt to take over the world.
• at Enron, perception is everything!  Enron is the wild wild west, there is no limit, it is just how far you are willing to go that counts . . . Eat, drink and breath Enron.
• there goes Ms. August, fantasy women at Enron, hires women based on looks exclusively, this is the real Silicon Valley, one woman started as a receptionist, and was now a corporate secretary, making $600,000 per year . . . My flight attendant sister, Rachel, silicon, size 44 ddd, didn't even have the computer skills to be hired as Hank Brock's receptionist, yet she does have the skills to be an attorney, who wrote briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court?  Fact is stranger than fiction, but like I said, these movies, were far to familiar to me, same old, T&A benefits, that old, CIA Make a Wish Foundation!
• They eat risk for breakfast--there no limits except the ones you put on yourself.  This reminds me so much of the fascist ideas of the Bush administration, and his Bushittes that I was dealing with: do whatever it takes, with no limits and no exceptions!  Bush was allowed to borrow the private jets of the brass at Enron, after deregulating energy.

• at the first of the movie, the founder, talking to employees, said the basics of the company were R.I.C.E., respect, integrity, competence and excellence, by the end of the movie, the staff had changed the ticker tape to read, Enron is greedy, Enron is deceptive, and Enron is on crack!  In the theft of music, cases, blogs, court appearances, the thieves had a motto, Pride in Performance, they say it, they took it, and then claimed to improve it, by performing it themselves and taking the credit, the money, the fame, and the acclaim!

Your Not Humble

Don't tell me you are not IMPRESSED!  That was the phrase on a t-shirt of one of the ladies over at Women's Hearth, a drop in center, clearing house, if you will for services, to women either on the streets, homeless, or low income . . . I went there for free lunch, that was fixed and served by Ladies of the Sacred Heart, or something like that, I didn't listen last night as my friend was telling me about the food bank, that comes once a week, and then the dinner being served after that.  But, I started my day, as I did yesterday, going to the ChasClinic, here in Spokane, to see if I could get one of the J.P. Morgan cards, that my friend has, with $100 or so of cash, so I can survive a bit above the shelter, like maybe go to McDonald's to get a $1.00 Diet Coke, that I can refill, while I type my blog, in some place other than the mall or the library.  I don't feel good about, trespassing, just crashing the joint, using their internet service, and not ordering something.

Yesterday, when I first met with one of of the intake, people, she didn't know about the J.P. Morgan card, and said she should have, so she called a few fellow workers who would know about that, mentioning that would be great service, and they should know about it.  No body had heard a thing.  She told me the Washington state I.D. would be no big deal, you get a voucher, and get the I.D. at a reduced price, and an expedited service, through DHS . . . great, that is what I need more than anything, because if I were to die, nobody would know who I am, because as of two weeks ago, all my identification of any form, had been stolen, and I was really in deep shit, and very vulnerable.  No problem, and I needed to meet with Rebecca.  She handed me a small simple form that she had filled out for me, all but my name.  The second I wrote my name in the blank, she got a blank look on her face, and ask me to go out in the hall and wait for Rebecca, which I did.  I told her I would got hunt down, Peggy Sue Petersen or Shaw, so she could tell them who helped her get the card and how to do it . . . but I couldn't find Peggy Sue, because the Women's Hearth didn't open until 10:30 a.m., rather than the earlier hours it normally did.  Katerina, came out into the hall to call another client, and I told her that I could find, Peggy Sue, and she then asked me if I could come back tomorrow, because Rebecca was very busy.  Sure.  

Today, everything was just out of my reach, I had to be in their system, and I wasn't, go good luck, try the DOL, and maybe they could help me . . . but she originally got a form out, and asked me strangely enough, if I had used any other name while in the state. No, I had only been here about a week and a few days, but, no, JoAnn S. Secrist, is my name, as if had I told her I would go by another name, she would be glad to help me, and I bet she would!  Now, what is even more interesting, is the fact that I tried to go on Monday, but there was a note on the door that the clinic would be closed that day for staff meeting.  When I told Peggy Sue that I would have to return the next day, she looked puzzled, and said, that's weird, they have never done that before . . . surveillance, knew I was going there, and for what, but it wasn't until I told them my name, that everything changed, or if I used another name, I could be helped.  Like clockwork, like ABC, if I meet someone new, and they tell me to do this, my enemies, run and have the duplicate, that makes the most sense, go and show up before I do . . . but only if they beat me, so due to the fact that I have stayed at the shelter, on at least two other occassions, the surveillance team, would have already been to the service, or on Monday, made a large donation, to shut them up, or at least that is the trend.

Sarah B., Wanted Me to Help Her With a Fine of $6,000 She Owed the Court

I meet this girl at the clinic, she hears that I am an attorney, and she goes off on this fine, the charges, the facts, and her boyfriend the cops, and she can't get ahead, lost her son to an ex, and could attend school, in a week or so, if she didn't get some relief with this fine, that the courts, wanted her to pay, $500 per month and she only got $200 per month, so it was impossible.  I told her I would be glad to see what I could do, and to meet me Sunday night at 5:00 p.m., so we had a good 2 and a half hours, so I could get the facts, then check the law, the next day.  Now, she had told me, that she had left the shelter, and was so glad to be back, and was never leaving, until she got her life in control, so I was not only shocked that she blew off the free legal help, but she never came back to the shelter either . . . my first thought, after David (Michael) being killed, and not the first, was that they had offed her.  

But Peggy Sue, who knows the ropes, happened to be at the court house, two days later, and she said, she saw Sarah B. there, at the clerk's counter, doing something . . . probably offered her a bribe, as they do everyone, trying to keep me out of the courts, because I write briefs, which I would have done for her, that are United States Supreme Court level, and put your average attorney to shame, and it is then harder to cover my tracks, as is the case with Georgeanna Hartung, of Kalispell, Montana, wrote the first brief, 20 something pages, and did an appearance in court, with the judge of record, having an emergency, and a CIA, judge stepping in.  

The second brief, they had gotten to Georgeanna, and told her she, could actually take credit for the second, even stronger brief, In the Interest of Dorothy Darrow, her mother, she either did that or said that a duplicate did everything I did, and we have never been friends since, and she appears to be, not only, a former friend, but an enemy, working with the cops, or whomever, and now her son, David, whom I rented from in Kalispell, was last seen creeping around, watching me, day after day, while I waited for the bus, or just popping up out of now where, but definently spying on me!  So, this has been the pattern really since the day, they took my house, in St. George, the day before I was to fly to Denver, to argue my $357 million case, against the state of Utah, the gov., the AG, and about 9 other department heads and attorneys, in the Brock securities case!

One Year of Stripping Me to the Bone--They are Bad to the BONE!

Then I told her that over the course of the last year, that the DMV in Great Falls, Montana, kept my Utah's driver license, when I registered the car I bought, allegedly from a Mike Hall, but allegedly, they would not let me actually register the car in my name, they did let me pay for the registration, and my name was included under the guys name, rather than mine, because, allegedly he needed to get a new title, before it could go in my name.  Now, while I was perusing the 200 choices, of license plates, and trying to color coordinate one of them with my dark blue, navy car, I may, in all fairness have just forgot to grab the license off the counter; however, when I called Mike, after realizing that I had either left it there, or that they had been instructed, not to give it back to me, but I asked him if he would simply run over and pick it up for me . . . he never did.  Later, after a few months, I actually made it back to Great Falls, and they could not find my license in their lost and found, nor allegedly could they pull up on their computer, the registration, either under my name, nor Mike's . . . but they did have many lost driver licenses, but mine was not one of them?

Later, that car, after I did a scathing constitutional analysis of Utah's practice of license plate scanning, making millions of dollars for the state, and I admonished the Utah Legislatures, or several member of the law making body, who were considering purchasing new scanners, that could violate about double the number of citizens, 4th amendment rights that the previous scanner had, but two days later, that car was blown up, not destroying it, with a pipe bomb, while I was getting off at the 13th East exit, right off I-80. That car, distinct, because the guy, I originally dealt with on the phone was a Ford Taurus collector, and he had pimped the car out with chrome on the car over the wheels, so the car was different that any other one like it, but I saw the car, up at the Outlaw Inn, where Jack or John Strode, (Ware?) was staying in Kalispell, Montana, where a co-conspirator was staying, one of theirs, if not the ring leader in that area, a RED, Retired & Extremely Dangerous, with one of my duplicates, who was driving the car, I had been driving when I met him, and, I had suspected, that while I was going back and forth between Utah and Montana, finishing my cases, and closing out my law practice, and having attended a meeting with the ACLU, and medical marijuana growers who were awaiting sentencing, after getting caught between a rock and a hard spot, with the FBI raiding the growers, after the legislature, had decided to not quit rescind the law, but rework the law.  So legal at 5:00 p.m. and illegal at 6:00 p.m., even though President Obama, through U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, told the states to back off the federal prosecutions, but to follow the individual state's laws, 9th and 10th amendment, recognition.  

But, I suspected Shelley or Kay were up their claiming they were me, because I wrote a bad ass con law chick, analysis, after telling the crowd at the Whitefish Library, late October, after seeing the film documentary, Code of the West, on Montana's battle over medical marijuana, and almost got killed, or allegedly did, on that run out of the state, with a posting on the Internet, allegedly as told to me by some Marines, who followed my emails, that circulated to about 10,000 at that time, that I was reported dead, so the duplicate claimed the car I was driving, was with one of the only people I met at that time, and now had my driver license!  Oh, Sam Farmer, was the back up, when I questioned Jack, he was always either covering questions, or at McDonald's, so when I showed up at John's apartment, he could say it was one of the doubles or duplicates.  That was level one of the fleecing of my I.D.

I Could Still Get on a Plane With My Picture ID from the Utah State Bar Association . . . Which I Specifically Asked for a Picture, Because I Knew that I.D. Theft Was Going on Back Then in 2009, 10, 11, 12, and 13

Even though, they stole my case, I had all the I.D. I needed to continue to be me, as strange as that may sound.  And I think they, wondered how I was still getting around without a car, getting down to serve my clients, in St. George, Utah, and flying, they had my picture I.D. which was a big risk to Shelley or Kay, or the double using my driver license, Rachel is the only one look wise who could pull it off, or Shelley with a WIG!  She is dark and I am blonde, Kay is dark, but wigs and plastic surgery can do a lot!  So, Howard Pryor, my black, La Cordon Bleu chef buddy, who took me up to work at Glacier National Park with him, at the Swiftcurrent Lodge, summer of 2013, on the way up, said, after hearing my tails of woe, well, how do I even know you really are an attorney, and he suspected me of having $500,000 in the bank, not, that would be one of my doubles, duplicates, or my self outside of self, other than morals, ethic, mind, and cool, so I pulled out my Utah State Bar Card, easy proof positive that I was, in fact, just who I said, I was, now he has either crossed over to the dark side, or he was one of theirs all the way along, but I am sure he would deny that too, because that is what they are paid to do!  

At that same time, I pulled out my Medicare Insurance Card, and showed him that to dispel any thoughts that he might have that they had poisoned me, and stole 8 years of  my life.  He was taken back by that not really a card, but a light card board, 1/3rd of a white paper, with very definite, U.S. government type markings on it, with my signature, etc.  He had been on SSI, for a short time and his remark was, that is hard to get . . . so?  You see if some FBI agent, comes up and flashes a badge at, say, Howard, if he isn't an agent himself, and says, JoAnn Secrist is under investigation, and we really think that she is impersonating, Shelley Southwick Anderson Yeamen or whomever, that compliance thing kicks in and people are afraid to question authority, especially blacks, which he was!  So if he was working for them, he found out how I was still getting on air planes, needing a picture I.D. to get through security!  

Last 4th of July, a Friend, with a New Roommate, Said, Let's Go Honor the Vets

Great idea, so for the first time in months, because I came back to Helena, after returning from Utah, and my clients, after people refusing to let me see Howard, on my return to Glacier a week later, I stopped in at the new house my friend, Susan Brown, I think, her father is the Davenport, who donated all the turf for the Carroll College football field in Helena, just the type of person, they would come in contact with covering up my exposures, either at the shelter, or the Capital, testifying, or writing on the medical marijuana, or whatever, but Susan's father was a big time Republican, and she knew Shirley Herron, that doesn't sound right, but the former, now, but at the time, Federation of Republican Women's President, last year, when I spoke at the 2013, Constitution Day training, talking about the 1,2, and 4th amendments.  However, even Shirley, who originally asked me to speak on September 17, Constitution Day, I believe was contacted, and probably Rachel, at that time, spoke on that day, and she changed the date to September 27, 2013, 10 days later, which surprised me, but she is also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, as I kind of am, with the St. George, chapter, asking me to join, and run the Constitution committee, with 4 of my relatives having fought in the war, and them doing all the geneology, so Shirley, may have legitimately had a conflict with that organization that day. 

But, the night before the 4th, Susan introduced me to her new roommates, a guy and girl, who were engaged to be married, Sue was good at picking up stray cats, and she had a good heart, so it didn't surprise me, but later that night, the guy was arrested, and put in jail.  Nice way to get girlfriend on board, with the theft and the cover-up.  I left my purse home, for the first time, and went with Sue to the VA hospital, gladly, crying the whole time I was there, she had to do the talking for both of us.  But, that day when I got back, or the next day, I noticed that my Utah State Bar Card was now gone!  I had had it in my purse, for 5 fucking years, since I got my license renewed, October 1, 2009, but I got the picture I.D. around June, when I married, the fake, double, duplicate of Allan Rex Bess in 2012, because I was suspicious of Shelley and Allan, and that they were trying to knock me off, like they did, Allan.  

The old bar card was just like a white credit card, with a gold sticker with the new year.  I think I first got my picture taken, and card, with JoAnn Bess-Secrist, and there was a big hassle, so I figured they were going to capitalize on that now, and say I was a different JoAnn, so I had them do another card, and put JoAnn S. Secrist, back without the Bess, and I had to fight them to get the Bess off, it took several time . . . Frank of InterPol, aka. Allan Rex Bess, from the time we got married, June 9, 2012, I believe, tried to get me to give up the Brock case, and all of my other cases, basically giving up the practice of law . . . oh, hell no . . . and he turned into a real ass from that point on!

I Still Had that Pesky Medicare Card!  And My Social Security Card, Not to Mention My Truck Insurance Card!

I lost that while I was down in Las Vegas, feeling safe and secure, that the thieves had forgotten a rather key piece of evidence that was hard to get, as Howard had said.  The thing that is interesting, is that I tried to get a hold of Howard for about a year, after I quit, going up to see him in Glacier, even had the girl at the Greyhound station in Butte, Montana, look him up on Facebook, which I signed up for and forgot my password, years earlier, but I knew that Howard did it.  We tracked him down, working at the ranch I wanted to get a job at, when we both went to the job fair the Park offered, that was hiring winter help and was closer to Bozeman, a bed and breakfast type dude ranch.  So, just before I went to Vegas, on a lark, due to strange stuff happening in Kalispell, including Howard, who had never contacted me, even after the Facebook, thing in the spring, Howard, shows up, at the McDonald's, while I was typing my blog about 2 former Utah Attorney Generals getting charged or indicted on corruption charges, so August or end of July . . . and then the key piece of evidence, that only he knew existed, or that anyone but myself had seen, magically comes up missing, just weeks later, if not days, because, I tried to use it as ID, for buying a ticket on Greyhound, first to go to Parowan, then down to Vegas, when things got dicey in Parowan, coincidental, I don't think so . . . so, here I sit, without any I.D. whatsoever, other than my Walmart Money Card, which I sent cousin, Edward, in Vegas, a request for him to load $100 of the $200 I gave him on the 20th, for food, but left that night, or the next one . . . amazing how they just don't seem to get those emails!

Oswald's Duplicate, Whisked Out Back of Theater, Flown to Roswell, New Mexico . . . as Crazy as UFOs Seem to Be!

It has been 50 years, plus, since, Lee Harvey Oswald, was blamed as the lone shooter, in the Kennedy Assassination, and I am sure the CIA, FBI and NSA, and their double, duplicates and dopplegangers, have become even better, more sophisticated, than they were November 22, 1963, don't you think, and they did a marginal job then, but, they got away with it!  Over 70% of the people in the U.S. think that the assassination was a conspiracy, that reached up to the highest levels of government.  I would agree, especially from my experience.  In the book, CROSSFIRE, written by Jim Marrs, and a video on YouTube, at least for the second, before they read this blog, while I am writing it, burying it so you don't get to see it, making it look like I am making this up . . . he goes into great detail about a guy he interviewed, who owned a craft story or convenience store, close to the theater where the cops, found Oswald, or allegedly Oswald, who said he saw the cops, take Oswald out the back door of the theater, but a little beat up, and Marrs, said, that couldn't have been Oswald, because, he was taken out the front door of the theater, then the store owner said, then who did I see?  He looked a lot like Oswald!  Then another guy on a plane, stopped at Love Field Airport in Dallas, and picked up I believe it was 3 men, and made an emergency trip to Roswell, New Mexico, the sightings and studying of UFO's, in addition to area 51, in Nevada.

Marrs, the Author of CROSSFIRE, and a Private Investigator from Dallas, Said, There Is Evidence, That Oswald's, Older Brother, Robert, Was CIA!

People are creatures of habit; governments are creatures of habit, what worked once, with Lee Harvey Oswald, probably has been used, time and time again, to control, use, kill, set up, frame, make disappear, or whatever it takes, which is the motto for the Patriot Act--do whatever it takes, without limits, without exceptions, most likely with roots, back before Kennedy's assassination, probably used for centuries, with all the connections to secret societies, ancient orders, Illuminati, being formed, literally the same year as the Declaration of Independence was signed, declaring a new America, with the yokes and chains of King George taken off from around the necks of a new country with visionary men, 28 lawyers, in that group, who envisioned a sort of Utopia, if you will.  But, as it goes with anything that is good, you have opposition, for there is opposition in all things . . . President John Kennedy and his brother, Bobby, the U.S. Attorney General, were gunning to take down corruption, end war, work with our alleged enemies, on space, technology, etc.  The opposing faction, the Johnsons, the Bushes, the Hoovers, the CIA, which is were the rock bottom conflict comes in, fucking wanted, WAR!  MONEY! & POWER!

My father, was formerly a member of the Office of Strategic Intelligence, in the Office of Strategic Service, that morphed into the CIA, or the Central Intelligence Agency.  A few years ago, at Christmas, I was looking through my father's stash of candy in his closet, and noticed, a brand new black baseball hat, with the gold embossed letters of, OSI . . . where did he get that, was it made specifically for him, by Rachel's former nanny, Nicole, who worked with the Air Force, in their sexual assault unit, doing semi-legal investigations, and who tried to block efforts I was making in Rachel's divorce case, being late, running 7 minutes to the deadline, even volunteering to go into court, when I went in chambers with the judge!  She may be a big shot in the military courts, but she was jack shit here, and I probably made her feel that way, because we seemed to be fucking up things, even back then.  But that seems pretty expensive to have just one hat made up.  About the time that I started to come out of the Pick's Disease, miraculously, Rachel, Shelley, and Isaac, all disappeared for about two years, or at least I never saw them, even living next door to my parents, before moving in Rachel's house after see got a divorce, December 18, 2009, having got an exception to the 90 day waiting period in Utah, before a divorce was granted, and she took off and was married to Kay Mooseman, in Las Vegas, within 4 hours of the divorce being granted, and not even signed until Monday, December 21, 2009, getting one of the doubles out of town, and this was the same day, I blasted in the first brief, later amended, in the Brock et al v. Herbert et al, case . . . nobody, would suspect that a family could, would, do this to another family member, such was probably the case with Oswald!

(Note: I am at the Spokane Library on the 2nd floor, and it is 3:08 p.m., and to my surprise, much like yesterday, my computer, while plugged into the charger is actually loosing power, and I only have 14 minutes left . . . same thing happened yesterday; it didn't matter what I did, or what plug I used, the energy was and is draining . . . WHY?  NSA, doesn't like what I am writing?  The guy, is suspect is an undercover agent, just showed up here, about an hour ago, I think, the feds, think I am lying about my age, think I am too young to be 59, too young to be writing about Kennedy, Rachel was probably just born at that time, or shortly before, Shelley was born in 1953, and I was born in 1954, Sue was born in 1956 . . . so we are all very close, but I by far, look much younger than them, and most people think I am younger than Rachel, nice, unless you are trying to prove who you are, and the face doesn't fit the date!  LOL!)

Conspiracy Central, signing in again, downstairs, where there is a Shelley look a like, but my computer works with this electrical outlet, some reason, "they" want me downstairs?  I got a note pop up when I turned the computer on, don't know if it is significant or not, but, it was on a light brown text box, and it said: Invalid page ID: 52296524916117710, and then at the bottom of the text box in blue, underline, it said close . . . I didn't want to hit the close, because I have heard, that is how someone hacks in on your computer, is some object or note pops up, and when you hit it, that allows the previously blocked party into your document!  So, I didn't do it, nor do I, if I can avoid it . . . maybe that was why my battery was draining even plugged in, they needed to hack in, so they drained it upstairs in the library, forcing me to get on another computer, with the note and make me think I needed to "close" before proceeding, just a thought!

On the Issue of Multiple Oswalds or JoAnns, Marrs Refers the Reader or Listener to John Armstrong's, Unpublished Book--Harvey & Lee

I am not sure how you read or look up an unpublished book, maybe it was written by a friend of Marr's, and he had selective people look a the book, but the first time I officially, heard, kind of off the record, but pretty reliable, other they myself, trying to piece together bits and pieces, of what was happening to me, was the day I was sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court, and I was over getting gas, at a gas station, just a block or two from the Capitol Building, and having raced to the Capitol, knowing full well, when Frank of InterPol, my bogus husband, loyal to Shelley, or the multiples, would be hot on my ass, the second he heard I was off and running to the Court, back in Washington, D.C., so I took off, without telling anyone, but as usual, without money, only stopping in a town, close to Grand Junction, Colorado, Lumberg, or something like that, where my client who owed me several thousand dollars, lived, and I stopped to get a couple of hundred dollars from her, between 9 and 10:00 p.m., but with a few hour head start . . . and she had to be the one who told Frank aka Allan, and the race was on, me ahead, them trailing, until Brock & Associates, stopped me in Kansas for about 3 to 5 hours, so they could make up the time, by acting like a financial planning organization, just couldn't figure out how to wire me money, or send a money card to another state!

But anyway, a guy, who started a conversation with me, and was about Frank/Allan's age, a RED, made the initial contact with me, as has been the pattern, and I told him about getting sworn in, but racing to get here, the white limo, the night before, where I thought my double, got sworn in, as a staged swearing in, the night before, while the work crew closed the road on one side of the Supreme Court Building for just about 15 minutes, with people running like in the movies, and me watching, after being told to get off the street, having parked behind the white limo, at first thinking it was the double, but hearing kids across the street, I thought it might be President Obama's girls, and this was Secret Service . . . but, no, and later, adults, just a few, ditching out of the same side the limo was on, and it was all over in just minutes . . . he said, now that is something the government doesn't want you to know about!  In reference to the duplicate, multiple versions of me, being sworn in, but me the following Morning, January 23, 2012!  He went on to tell me about Princess Di, who had at least 4 doubles at all times, he claimed to have been one of her body guards, in his previous life, with the multiples, going in 4 directions, to throw the paparazzi off.  Guess, she like Kennedy, didn't get the normal protection they were used to the nights they were murdered!

Going to Oswald, and the first time, in listening to videos, thinking and reading about the assassination . . . since I madly took notes, on the classified section of an old Daily Inter Lake, newspaper I had kicking around in my purse and no real paper, I am not sure that I can read my notes, today.  So I am going to do my best from memory, as I think I heard them . . . but you can always look up my sources.

INTERVIEW WITH FRANK STURGIS--DOUBLE AGENT FOR USA & CUBA

• Sturgis, was close to Cuban President or Dictator, Fidel Castro, and was acting as a double agent in Cuba, but he was also, one of the CIA assassins, and was allegedly involved in both the Bay of Pigs fiasco, in the Cuban Missile Crisis and the CIA secret army who wanted to invade Cuba, and assassinate Castro, plus he was involved in the Watergate Break in of he Democratic Headquarters, the incident that led to President Nixon's resignation, also, with Nixon running against Kennedy in the 1960 presidential elections, and allegedly one of the three men, standing behind the sign on the grassy knoll, which is where many say, that at least 5 shots were fired, with the first one hitting President Kennedy in the neck, and exiting the back . . . altered Zapruter film, surprise, surprise, surprise
• Sturgis, at one point of his career, and certainly at the time of Kennedy's death, was considered the premier CIA agent of his day . . . Hunt was a thug Johnson brought to the mix, from Texas, Hunt claimed he assassinated Kennedy, but Marrs, said that his son identified him, as he said, on the bench, backup, with his son pointing him out in a picture; Hunt came to the Nixon White House with Bush, and he was involved in dirty elections, and other activities, also
• Sturgis made this interview, or agreed to it, because he was tired of being blamed for Kennedy's assassination . . . but he, is the first one to bring up the fact that Oswald has a KGB double, who did the shooting, and when he got caught in the theater, Ruby was told, if he didn't get away, to shoot him; however, it appears from the mention of the double, from the shop owner, the KGB agent, was exchanged with the real Lee Harvey Oswald, and the doppelganger, or the look alike was taken out the back door to safety, while the real guy was the Patsy, set up from years before Kennedy was even elected, having first been attracted to Communism from a flier he got in high school
• I saw an interview with Robert, is older, maybe CIA brother, and he told how Lee was a messed up kid, and justified the shootings from his allegedly dysfunctional childhood, that apparently he was old enough, Robert, that is was old enough to escape the single mother, or at least the complete melt down; when Oswald's Russian wife and I believe his mother, who felt that when Oswald came back from Russia, he had totally changed, one guy was 5'11" and the other one was 5'9"; they said that the original Oswald has a thick neck, was taller, and this new guy they suspected of being at least different, had a scrawny neck . . . and other differences, but they all wanted the body exhumed, and the one person who objected the most was Robert!  In the interview, he acted the concerned brother, that had there been one trace of evidence that his baby brother hadn't been the shooter, don't you think he would tell you, no, Lee Harvey, my little brother did it . . .
• the two guys who were the ones who prepared Oswald's body for burial, said they took particular time and attention, knowing that there work might have to be examined years later, so they put extra embalming fluid in him to preserve him longer
• these same guys, like in 1980 or 20 some odd years latter were the same ones to be involved in exhuming the body, and they said that the concrete surrounding the casket, had been cracked and appeared to be tampered with, but it looked like the ravages of water and dirt had messed with the body . . . which the ground keeper said, was unlikely to have happened, but is was possible . . . but when these guys went to life up the body, the head was disconnected!  Not the way things work, and they said the head they got, was not the way they did the preparation for the autopsy, and that there should have either been a craineotomy performed, and they said, there was not one, or something to do with that, was amiss
• Robert, I believe even got court orders for a while to stop the exhumation of the body, but eventually gave in and went along with it, or waited until they could doctor the body, to look like it was Oswald, or whomever?
• Robert seems to be complicit in the crime of framing his brother for the killing of the president, capitalized on his brother's interest in Communism, his Russian wife, and the fact that he had worked at the Book Repository for just 5 weeks!  Allegedly, President Kennedy was to have been assassinated in Chicago, but the parade was cancelled, and then I think, from writing in Florida, read my other blog, but somewhere else . . . could have just postponed it, to the book repository, or used other Oswalds to frame him, and would have claimed with his background, he just followed the President . . . but there are doubles showing up as early as 12 years old, did Robert volunteer his little brother, lead him, educate him, set him up with the Communist brochure?  Who knows how big his part was, but we do know that the CIA was pissed about the Bay of Pigs, Kennedy stopping the invasion, and with a botched assassination attempt of Cuba, they turned on the Kennedy's, with all the fury, he fired their director; it was Oswald who ratted out to Hoover, where the three secret CIA training camps were located, even after the director was fired, and Bush senior, kept running guns and operations off the Zapata Oil rig and ship, named Barbara
• Marrs, in his possession, or has a copy, of a letter that J. Edgar Hoover, the director of the FBI, sent someone, maybe the Warren Commission, who was to investigate the assassination, but in the letter, he claims that Oswald, had multiple people using his ID or social security and personal information . . . sounds familiar all the way around!
• the kid that looked the most like Oswald, or did Oswald just happen to look like him, but there was a double from New York, that was either an American born kid of Russian emigrant parents, or he was young when he came to this country . . . but both kids, or Oswalds, were enrolled in junior high, one in New York, and the other one in I can't remember if it was Louisiana or in Texas, his mother moved around a lot . . . but, someone figured there could have been as many as 6 multiples of Oswald
• my suspicion is, that the emigrant family came on the radar of the CIA, and they were watching the family, and he was the first kid, they either wanted to use as a double agent, or as a spy in Russia, with the McCarthy era, and the big communist scare, or the red scare . . . interestingly, enough, my client, Henry S. Brock, securities case, both parents were informants for the FBI, reporting on the Communists living in California . . . his mother's book, Operation Housewife . . . did they model, my conspiracy, the theft of ID, the case, to fund Mitt Romney's campaign, bring in the doubles, using multiple women, all of whom had appeared in public as me, keeping me out of the public eye, as soon as the case was to be argued in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, with national legal interests in the case, then the second I got sworn in, the race was on . . . I have been on the run ever since that day, January 23, 2012 . . . before that, they had an interest, because they stole the case at the 10th Circuit, the deals were cut, and I was refusing to back down, kept on going, so they capitalized, on me again, and rather than deals, it was the steal . . . so, I would guess that it was the Russian born American, they wanted as an asset, and little brother Oswald, who had also been in Russia, was sympathetic to the Russians, but he was often seen with David Ferrie, an agent in the CIA . . . so they simultaneously groomed them both! I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald the brother of Robert, the one that really did work in the book repository, who came out, after the president had been shot, and ran into a secret service member, who had an identification book, and he asked the real guy, who didn't know what was going on, the patsy, directed the guy to the phone, if he was worried about being the shooter, and had allegedly killed a cop, why would he tell the secret service where to find a phone, wouldn't he be scared . . . I think he was hijacked and taken to the theater, which may have been the plan for the KGB agent, the look a like, and they pushed the real guy, out the front, and whisked the double, out the back door, and onto the plane, to safety!  While Oswald, was set up for taking the fall, and they Ruby, was also a patsy, and told that he was to help the KGB or the fake Oswald get away, but if he got caught, he was to shoot Oswald, the number one rule of assassins, do the noble thing, kind of like strapping a bomb to themselves . . . go down in a blaze of glory!
• the CIA was making Lee Harvey Oswald pay for his sins, so to say, as a revenge against him for ratting them out to j. Edgar Hoover, who was working with or ordered by the Kennedy's to find out where the secret camps were . . . Hoover is complicit in the assassination, because he covered it up, used the FBI to muddy the waters, thus protecting his own skin, so to say!  If they would kill the President, what would stop them from killing him!  And they also had a meeting with Hoover, the director of the CIA, and strong armed him into telling them what he knew, probably so they could cover their tracks.  Also at that time, the CIA, had in their possession, a new assassination tool, a gun that shot frozen hard ice, into someone, with just a small hole, and then the ice would kill the person and melt, leaving no trace or a cause of death . . . they must have threatened Hoover!

The Three Tramps & The Three Assassins--Doubled

I think his name was Lee Bowers, who was standing up in the railroad stand, watching the Presidential motorcade, and he noticed three guys shooting at the President from behind a transportation sign that was taken down, due to having at least one bullet in it, but one claims three . . . they all took a shot!  But Bowers, who mysteriously died soon after that, saw the three guys at the grassy knoll, the guns, and then he saw the cops, stop the three guys, and he took, 5 pictures of the cops, hauling these guys off. But there were also three bums near a box car, what were noticed and were included in the Warren Report, could the assassins, left the grassy knoll, and changed places with the bums, who were then arrested, and taken to jail, and released just days later, after questioning, while the assassins, escaped by hiding in the box car, and leaving when the train left!

Someone with an identification book, maybe the secret service guy, who first denied he was told where the phone was, later admitted or remembered talking to him, and getting directions, all part of the cover-up, but this agent, who had the book, may have been calling to report that there were many agents from many countries . . . some have said there were literally hundreds of people, agents, enemies of the Kennedy brothers, who were popular, good looking, and started to mess with the status quo . . . just exactly what I did in Utah, that effected the whole country, it was about prestige, power, money, pride, arrogance, etc., and the ones with the pure hearts, are the targets!

It Was a Spook Convention . . . Everyone Wanted To See the Kennedy's, Not Quite Washington Insiders, Like Johnson, who was Suppose to be the Democratic Nominee--Who Had to Benefit?

CIA, the same guys would orchestrated the conspiracy and theft of billions of dollars, my son's music, my cases, my blog . . . OSI was running a secret operation within the CIA, just like with Kennedy, they see themselves as ABOVE THE LAW!
