STARTED WITH U.S. CUSTOMS OFFICER, FINDING, COCAINE IN SOME CARVED FIGURES, FROM MEXICO, OR SOMEWHERE, TO A 22 YEAR RUN FROM AUTHORITIES, CRIMINAL GOING FROM HIS BIRTH NAME TO, TWO ALIASES, CONNECTING HIS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, TO A MAN OWNING A BIKE SHOP, EMPLOYING 50 PEOPLE, WHO ALWAYS PAID HIS BILLS AND TAXES, NOW WITH CREDIT TRASHED, AND 5 YEARS OF, WORK, TO CLEAR HIS "GOOD" NAME, BEING THE VICTIM OF SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT, EVENTUALLY, BRINGING THE PERP INTO CUSTODY!

That is basically, the story line, the man, was chased from back east, I believe, can't read my notes on a Mountain Line bus schedule, or too lazy too, but, the man ended up, in Colorado, owned a bike shop too, as did his victim, if I didn't get the facts, confused, was into community affairs, and the theater, very well liked, and accepted in the hippie community, who was not willing to give up, much information on this man, who, had lived among them for 22 years as a neighbor and friend, regardless of what he had done in his previous life, or what crimes he had committed back in the day, when he escaped and went on the run.  My story is the opposite, in some respects, it is the criminals, like Richard, the birth name of the guy, who was well respected and protected, moving right in as this man did, with the stolen identity and the false Social Security number, and has been protected, over and over and over again, whether he did right or wrong, didn't seem to matter!  I, on the other hand, appearing to be the criminal, in this game of stolen identity, and being chased, relentlessly by my enemies and in most instances, cops, Mormon cops, within cop shops, and on call, 24/7, have treated, and acted, like it is I, the victim, the one with the stellar career, great family, and awesome history in the law, university teaching, and blog writing, whom has been regardless of proof, of who I am, and who they are, giving physical names, descriptions, dates, places, criminal acts, and also, proving beyond a reasonable doubt who I am, has been, up to an including last night at the Pov, being set up, to protect the mob, and get rid of me, the real attorney, mother, professor, and blogger, which, you would have to be FUCKING RETARDED, to not see, marking places, like today, with fucking surveillance on the buses, in the Poverllo, and in almost every place I go from the start of the day to closing time, check in at the Poverello, off and on, for the last almost 2 years, since it opened, December 12, 2015, when I marked it with a BLOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SOCIAL SECURITY CARD HISTORY AND WHERE MY IDENTITY GOT SWITCHED, BY MY FATHER, WHO HAD POWER OF ATTORNEY, WHEN I WAS ALLEGEDLY DYING . . . SO FUCKING EASY TO SEE!

• I believe, I had to first get a card, when I started working at Pepperoni Pizza shop in Bountiful, Utah, as a very responsible 16 year old, who had just gotten her first job . . . now, the interesting thing about this job, is I got Kay Burningham, one of the weavers, a job there too, just like I made her popular in junior high, and made her famous, as an attorney, pretending to be me, but she has been a little actress since her childhood, with daddy and uncle, Kim, being debate and drama coaches, getting Kay involved early.  Kay, globbed onto me, back in 7th grade when I was a class officer, and she was in my science class . . . she was from a divorced home, and lived on the other side of the tracks, in the state of Mormon, the neighborhoods, are like the rich, and the poor, with me and my family, being in the middle, Kay lived, down, below Albertsons!
• the next action, I think I had to take, was when I got married, to Richard Clifton Secrsit, November 27, 1974, and I believe I had to go in and change my name, from Southwick to Secrist
• then, I pretty much, had, nothing really to do with my Social Security card, or number, other than using it to do paperwork for a job, until, I got diagnosed to die, in late 1999 or early, 2000, and, like I said, my Utah Medical Insurance, disability, kicked in, and, I had to be on the rolls of employment, for 5 months, until May, but, I was not receiving any pay, since January 18, 2000, when, I had returned to work after, collapsing and being hospitalized . . . but, after giving, power of attorney, to my father, to close up and handle my affairs, I had to also, go get Social Security disability, just a requirement, possible, for fraud protection, for the private insurance company, who serviced the UMA?
• I think my father was my representative payee, for the time, I was in St. George, Utah, because I don't remember, having one, until my mother took over, after, I had been in St. George, then back to Logan, having gone from Midway, with Jerry Owens, and then to St. George, back to Logan, then back to St. George, then back up to Logan . . . so you can see, the possible weaving on identification, given the situation I was in, just waiting to die; however, I remember, Shelley, thinking she could get my Social Security check, because, at that time she was taking care of me, and my dad was keeping all my money!  But at that time, Shelley, was sent all my I.D., from my dad, my Social Security card, my Utah, driver's license and my Utah, I.D., so, she had all of that, right around, 2003 or so, and she tried to go to court, to get guardianship over me, but I refused, knowing she was up to no good, and the old neighbor I visited, was very confused, calling me, Shelley, and Shelley, JoAnn, way back, which is what started to alert me to my identity being stolen . . . Shelley like the man in the "Cold Case" episode had warrants out for her arrest, and the first thing she told me when I moved in, was that, I was not to open the door to anyone!  Shelley also, had pictures of me, on her shelf? which I thought was strange?  But, early on, I was worried, since, Shelley had bill collectors, and warrants, but, still, very naïve, and dependent on anyone who would take care of me!
• I married Brett Todd Stuart/Stewart? and he took over being my representative payee, once we got married . . . check, application, filed in the Cache Valley or Logan, Utah Social Security Office, around, 2004, in the fall, roughly, and there is the proof of the connection, and marriage, with him listing himself, for benefits, purposes, as my husband, and we got married under the non-solemnized law, Utah's closest, law to common law marriage, because, I was going to die, and I thought, well, better than paperwork and judges, we will just do this, a law, proof, proof, proof, of me being a professor of family law at the University of Utah, where, my students in my family law classes, wanted to know if Utah was among the states that had, common law marriages, or I would not have known that law existed!
• I left Brett, around, 2006, I believe, and my mother took over representative payee, from Brett, or so, I thought, but at this time, Brett and Shelley hooked up, and I rented from her, until, Brett came over drunk one night, and tried to make love to me, on the front room floor, crying and telling me he loved me, with Shelley on the coach, where we had both been listening to Art Bell, Coast to Coast, Shelley's nightly ritual, and one of the reasons, she can't sleep through the night, and I can, I always feel asleep, but that is the last time, I talked to Brett, and Shelley, basically kicked me out of her house, but prior to that time, when she was with Brett and her family "BANDIT" plans were already in full swing, I caught her with my Social Security card, the one I signed as a newly wed, back in 1974, and another one, that was typed, or it looked like she had typed in my name, rather than signing it? a replacement card? but with the old one, as proof? but at that time, she had my I.D. and driver's license, that didn't seem to matter, since I had LONG given up my driving, for fear of dying on the road, or killing someone!
• later my daughter, Greta took over being my representative payee, when she moved back to Utah, but, I don't recall, seeing, my cards, and that was bout 2007 . . . I think, I still had my original, because, I think, when I bought a car, for the Brock case, I had to show, only my Social Security card, then, I had to get my driver's license, back which I did in 2009, November.  But, after moving to Montana, all my I.D. was stolen, one or two articles at a time--first the Great Falls DMV, kept my driver's license, then, I got my Utah State Bar Association Card, stolen in Helena, while I went to the VA hospital to see vets, leaving my purse for the first time, at Susan Brown's house, coming back to it stolen, she was probably part of the paid mob!  Then, I got my Social Security card and Medicare Card, stolen, at my cousin, Edward Southwick's condo on Nellis Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada . . . inside family stealing!
• ever since then, either the computers are down, or there is a training, or I have been outright, DENIED, access to my own, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD! even in Salt Lake City, Utah!  Once here in Missoula, I went and all the paperwork was filled out, and just as the guy in the window was getting ready to give me, proof of the card, sending the card in the mail, he got on the COMPUTER, and he said, what the hell? and slowly, he took all the Social Security paperwork back, but, I still have, a print out of, my Social Security benefits, that I asked for, because, at that time, I was trying to get my driver's license and social, so I could buy a car!  So the guy had my whole history, right in front of his face, and someone had the power to BLOCK THAT CARD????????????
• then, last January, I escaped, Missoula, went to Billings, and hiding under building awnings, I got to the Social Security Office there, and was able, to show, proof of who I am, and dude in the window, gave me a letter I STILL HAVE, saying that, yes, I have a card, but it is in the mail, but, I NEVER GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Then, again, in an early morning run, I was able to get an IDENTIFICATION CARD, but the person, used, Shelley's or someone's ACTIVE, driver's license information and blended my I.D. card with the bitch who has been pretending to be me FOR 16 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Weaving again, her life with my life, mixing and matching, men, cards, license and me getting the short end of the stick!

The victim in the "Cold Case" episode, said, when the investigator looked at, the criminal's Social Security Number, somehow, the criminal was able to get his to appear, like it was the first or real number, while the REAL, dude, said, he was like the person who didn't exist, and came after, attaching to the criminal's card, rather than the OTHER way around!  I would guess that MINE is something like that, showing Shelley, first, Me, as the fraud!  That same principle has been used on MY BLOG!  With Portal Numbers, two, and MINE, showing up, SECOND, as if I am the FRAUD, not the bitch ass older sister, working for the Mormons, MOB, MEN IN BLACK . . . who the fuck, do you think has the power, to change shit like this?  YOU GOT IT, THE MORMON CONTROLLED, NSA OR NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY, WITH 30,000 FUCKNING SPIES WATCHING MY PHONES, COMPUTER, TRACKING MY MOVEMENTS, TO THEY CAN BLOCK AND PROTECT THE GUILTY, AND FUCK ME, THE VICTIM AND THE INNOCENT . . . THE DREAM

I had one of the most shocking, and possibly revealing dreams, of my life, or so, for the last 25 to 27 years . . . it is very simple, very telling, and very almost alarming to me, X-File strange.  So, in this dream, my ex-husband of what, 27 years, was standing near me, nowhere in particular, and he was appearing to be going to work.  Our entire marriage, after college for him, my ex, worked as a city planner, in Ogden, and Provo, Utah, and now married to a new wife, for as long as we were married, he in inclement weather, always wore, a tan, double-breasted, like trench coat.  And he was wearing this the dream, so the work he did do, or the trench coat is key, to understanding this dream, but it is also, a coat that, FBI agents, are often seen wearing, the trench coat mafia?  But, in this dream, I was just wearing, almost like, the clothes, I wore or would have worn, more when I was young, a housewife, home raising four young children, taking me back, in the dream, seemingly to this time, and I would always walk, Richard, I called him, Zeke to the front door and kiss him good-bye and wish him a good day.  But, in this dream, I was a bit, more emotive, aggressive, and what would, I say, playful, and I grabbed him, by the butt, and said, I love you, I love you, I love you!  We started to kiss, and more so than we would have back in the day, generally, just a quick, peck on the lips, or a kiss good-bye, nothing involved, usually with him, racing off on his bike and me, rushing to find the kids and what they were into, or getting them off to school.  In this one, we started to make out, and when I awoke from the dream, it appeared to be, real time, or something he did, that, helped my current situation, and rather than him, going to work, he put his arm around me, and we, walked off laughing and talking together?

I mean, like what am I suppose to think, after like 27 years, being divorced, and, after, we both got remarried, both the same time, the same week, 13 years after our divorce, I think, I have only seen, Zeke, like less than 5 times, so?  What the hell, am I telling him, I love him, or grabbing his ass for, or kissing him for?  I was dumbfounded by the dream.  Zeke or Richard the father of all four of my kids, has now been married to his current wife, longer than he and I were married; however, they had no children together, and all four of mine are from him, so there is that common bond, although our kids are grown, and as of the last 15 or so years, he has been, more a father to her children, a support to her, than he has, been to our kids, with my daughters, griping about, the new younger wife, taking away their father, the boys, really don't see him much either.  So?  What does the dream mean?  I married this man, because of a dream, I divorced this man, because of a dream, but we were always, supportive, never fought, always, worked on a win/win, never fought about money, originally with  me getting the kids, house, dog, car, without bills, we were very financially, frugal, but during the 90 day waiting period, I got accepted to law school, so we just reversed everything.  We never discussed alimony or child support, we both, self-governed, our relationship with each other, and the kids, always, doing what made sense and was logical, given the financial situation of the time, and doing all we could, to help our children, but both of us giving them a ton of freedom, to be their selves, facilitating and being supportive, if not encouraging.

I thought, well I am grateful, to him, never hated him, never wanted a divorce, there were really no problems, I was a bit bored, and had an emotional affair with an attorney, but, nothing I could not handle, nothing that would not pass with time, but I did have a dream and I did, get accepted into law school, simply, having a dream and going up, wearing the same dress, and just asking, with my stellar undergraduate performance, honors, awards, being honored humanities student and outstanding English major, with scholarships, publications, and recognition before even, graduating from college, being asked to be department staff, running the satellite tutoring center, for the department in the dorms on campus, and other such distinctions, they admitted me, in with in two hours of asking . . . while it did not matter to the law school, what my LSAT scores were, seeing, they didn't have  much to worry about, in admitting me, I just had to take the test as a formality, but I did have to wait a year, because, like 80% of the positions for fall had already been filled, this was April, 1989, so, I had to wait to go, until 1990, which was fine . . . but, I thought, together we made a great team, we got married, both with only, 1 year of college under our belts, and put each other through, two undergraduate degrees, a master's degree, and a juris doctorate, helping each other, every step of the way, and raising four amazing kids, who are going to do more for this world than their parents, and that is something to hang you hat on!  We were both smart, intelligent, thoughtful, supportive and encouraging, friends, whether married or single, and the dream for me was key . . . the thought came to me, did we just have particular missions to fulfill? equal but separate goals?  The dream seemed to indicate, great joy on the parts of both of us, that we had pulled off, a great thing together!

But, the fact that, the trench coat bothered me, and I woke to feeling that this was real time, not back in the day, and my ex-husband, was somehow a key player, in bringing forth some truth, or finally, put his foot down on all this bull shit, double, shit, evil twin, identity theft, having felt that all the way along, either he had to have lied about who his wife, me was, or he was bribed, or he didn't know, and they always talked to his new wife and she got paid off, because, he was key to connecting me to both him, our marriage and the parentage of our kids, in particularly our sons, and their music, worth a fucking fortune, and I always wondered, how, he, being very ethical and moral, could do this to me, or the kids, or for what reason, seeing that, people were stealing and taking away from his original family, and I just could not see it?  I was stumped by this dream . . . but, were the X-Files a clue?  I searched, FBI Files, just like I do all the time, but for some strange reason, the X-Files, came up with all the true crimes and cases episode . . . ?  Is this series, that, I don't remember, even when it was originally on, somehow, connected to the dream, my son(s), being that I remember, watching the X-Files, like 25 years ago?  I am not sure when, but I didn't watch much TV, never have, still don't, so, my memory was faded a bit, but the topic, was dead set, straight up, right, spot on, for what I feel has been going on, and back in the day, I didn't know what the NSA was, nor the part it would play in my life, feeling much, like Agent Scully, also watched, spied on, having her emails read, her phone taped, and being on surveillance, everywhere she went, and have a very different, gifted, son, that the government would want to steal, and use, too!

THE X-FILES: TRUTH FUGATIVE

The very title of this show stunned me, the truth fugitive, which could not have described my situation to this day, to the tee!  Not only was my identity stolen, but, I feel that the government has been eyeing my children, since, way back, clear to elementary school, when this Craig Campbell, head of the Child and Family Studies Department, called me, after giving a lecture to my last education class, just before, I was to graduate and he offered me, if I got a master's in marriage and family therapy, already an interest, he would not only let me teach at the college, never wanted to teach less, and he would share his private practice with me . . . but, in his first phone call, he knew my grades, my children's accomplishments, which started to mount the second they got to school, and continued, he had watched me run in the mornings, knew my grades, let me give him advice on women, counseling, even sending some to me to help, and he seemed to know fucking everything about me, and even followed me down to Provo, where my husband got a new planning position in the City of Provo?  He also, had a personal attraction, that I was unaware of at the time, but, somehow, he knew everything about me that struck me as strange then, and even more so now . . . but the kid factor is really bizarre!

Like in the X-Files, and the special son, that agents, Scully and Moulder had, were mine on the radar way early? and why? and, given the dream, the trench coat, and connecting that not only with my husband's jobs, but, was he possibly, and undercover agent, served a mission in Holland, so the language skills, very in tune with other Mormons, inducted into the FBI service, with my father in the OSS, or connections to both the FBI and the CIA, were our kids, on the scene as being selected, from way back?  And it this, episode, the mother, agent, Scully, brings up the Constitution, and the violations on her life, on her babies life and the other, mother and father, and now, having to make a choice, between her baby and Moulder, her now lover and the father of her baby?  And was the time frame, telling, back in the earlier days of the NSA, shit, I don't think, I knew much about them, until, like in the last 6 years, since all this shit started happening to me . . . but, I have often wondered, if there was great concern, with all the Spying on America, the Shadow Factory shit, and the "to watch lists" that, me scoring top in my con law class, on the Constitution and supporting case law, that, the government antenna's went up, also, watching my kids?  #1 in my class of 180, asked to be a research assistant for my con law professor, and taking ever class, related to the Constitution, when they, the government, super soldiers are trying to get rid of it, and also to induct the best and the brightest, into the rank and file of agents, daughters with not only military training, but, intel, and language skills?

WHAT RIGHT, AS AGENT SCULLY, ASKED ONE OF THE SUPER SOLDIERS, DO YOU HAVE TO MY LIFE? MY CHILD? TO MAX MOULDER'S LIFE? TO SPY ON US? TO USE US? TO KILL US?

I WANTED THEM FAMOUS, AND SOMEONE ONCE SAID, ALL OF YOU HAVE HAD TOO CUSHY OF LIVES, YOU WILL NEVER BE FAMOUS . . . I ALSO HEARD THAT IF YOU TRY TO GROW, ALGAE IN A PETRI DISH, THEY WILL DIE UNDER THE BEST AND WORST CONDITIONS, BUT YOU NEED SOMETHING IN BETWEEN, THAT A RAT FED JUST HEALTH FOOD, DIED WHILE A RAT THAT ATE JUNK FOOD, SURVIVED . . . COLD CASE FILES--IN THE MATTER OF "WHO KILLED THESE GIRLS" IS STILL A MYSTERY, DUE TO THE MIRACLE OF SCIENCE AND DNA!

So, briefly the facts of the case, because, those interested, or intellectually curious, will, get on YouTube and check this case out, that makes so many good, comments, and gives examples of police interrogation tactics, forced or coerced confessions, volunteer confusions, to confuse the cops, and, later, after new investigators, thought they had their men, the killers, only to have the convictions, reversed and the men, dismissed from prison, and that is what happens when you short circuit, those pesky, constitutional rights, in the Bill of Rights, that, create such a headache, for cops and prosecutors, in solving a gnarly case, with tons of pressure, but, that, can't be solved, with a mere confession, unless there is evidence that corroborates the confession, with facts, tests, and evidence, or the confessions, become nothing much more than, a mere formality, that was not followed up on, that can be good and bad, depending on the supporting evidence, making fools of cops and prosecutors and a backlog and drain on the system!  This is great timing, because, in this election, President Clinton, is already starting the political and power wheels turning, for an overhaul and reforms in the criminal justice system, and following the old, true, tried and tested, protections and demands of the United States Constitution, can the system be fixed . . . PATRIOT ACT RATS BE DAMNED! And that includes members of Congress, who sell this document, down the tubes, and then claim they are constitutional law heroes?  HOW?

ROBBERY, EXECUTION OF FOUR GIRLS, ONE RAPED, ARSON, OF THE YOGURT SHOP

There were two sisters, working at the store at the time, and it appears that several friends, stopped by the shop, to either get a treat, or to say hi to friends . . . but, they were all killed.  There were two lead investigators or detectives on the case, Jones and Huckabee, who interviewed, at least 300 plus suspects, with many, many, men, coming in to confess, pump their chests, and say they killed the four girls, to get notoriety and fame, but were promptly released, with no evidence, or spurious claims and facts that didn't match the crime or circumstances of the case.  However, there were four teens, that were all brought in and questioned, at the time of the original, interviews by the detectives, but, even though, one of the suspects, was found at the mall with a gun, there was nothing else that would say, he had been involved in the crimes.  Now, at the time, I am sure ballistics, science and other investigative tools were not as readily available as they later became, but, the four suspects that, everyone thought committed the crimes, were, released by the two lead detectives in the case, really being either ahead of their time, ethical, constitutional, and they, released, the four, prime suspects, to the dismay and chagrin of the victims' families, and the community who were convinced that these four boys, at the time, killed these girls, execution style, then tried to cover and destroy the evidence by setting the place on fire.  The four girls were found, nude, stacked on top of each other, three had been shot in the head, once, and one, had two bullets in her head.  Most of the evidence, had been destroyed by either the fire or the water from the sprinkling system.

With no, solid evidence and suspects the case went cold.  I think the case would be, like 20 years ago, given the fact that, the case was closed, then, there were new detectives, who opened the cold case, and started, looking at the list of suspects, and pulled, in the same four teens, and questioned them again, and in the interviews, several of the boys, actually, confessed to the murders, but after, hours and hours, of denying the killing and participation, but, later, some cracking under the pressure of cops, being in their faces for intense, backed in the corner, interrogations, accusing them, of doing it, and badgering the boys, until, finally, they gave them what they wanted, and what they expected to be the facts.  Based on the confessions the boys were convicted, with two, dragging two other boys in on the crimes, but who were released, because none of the evidence in the case, old or new, supported their convictions, but based on the confessions, two boys were held, arrested, and tried, on the case, with two of them, being convicted by the jury.  But, through good defense attorney work, and constitutional protections, the boys were granted new trials for having their rights violated during interviews with the cops.  The original detectives, now, retired, and 10 years after the boys, had been released, were deemed to have treated the case, poorly, and seen as not doing their job right, when they released the boys for lack of evidence, but now, with the same guys, being, tried.  But, a judge in the case, overturned the convictions, and were granted new trials.

ONE FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGISTS EXPERT OPINION, OF THE USE OF THE CONFESSIONS OF THE BOYS IN THIS CASE . . . OR THE PROBLEM WITH CASES, THAT PROCEED FORWARD BASED ON THE CONFESSIONS ALONE!

• the person feels trapped, not free to go, which is one of the factors, and elements of an arrest, and questioning, is the suspect, is NOT free to go . . .
• even without any guilt whatsoever, a person, just given the intense pressure by the cops, may confess to a crime they didn't admit, and that is hard to swallow, for someone, who had not been in that, closed, close quartered, environment, with one or two cops, screaming at you, telling you they that you committed this crime, and under the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, allowing cops to lie, to defendants, in the furtherance of solving a crime, they may actually, bull shit the suspect, due to made up facts, believe, that, there is no point in arguing, because, it looks like cops have all the evidence against them, when they didn't do it, but, under the gun, they just admit guilt
• when, in these intense situations, people make very myopic and sometime, tragic, decisions, just so they can stop the pain of the current position they find themselves in, thinking that, the immediate relief is worth the confession
• in this case, the confession, did not in any way, shape or form, match or meet the report, done by the arson report, on the fire, that was set
• but, once the boys, confessed, now the arson report, then, molded to the confession, and was later used as evidence against the defendants!
• evidence still needs to match the confession, or the confession, is just one of the tools, in the prosecutors tool bag, that can be used to help in the conviction, but it better, not be ALL, the prosecutor has, even circumstantial evidence, can sure up a confession, but, standing alone it is just not enough!  In fact, in Britain, when dealing with juveniles, cops and prosecutors, have made it MANDATORY, that there is sufficient corroborating evidence, to support the confession or the confession is considered worthless!  The first detective, that was trashed, said, that, there was nothing to support the confessions, and many people had confessed to the crimes, even bragged about them, but, the evidence to meet the standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, could NOT be met!  Ten years, and several, hearings, trials, challenges later, the prosecutor and investigators on the cold case, even though, they maintained that these boys were the killers, had to, for lack of evidence, to support the confessions, actually had to drop the cases, all together, because, new DNA evidence, turned out of be, none of the boys, DNA, nor did they have a 5th person ever mentioned in the robbery, murders and arson, so the prosecutor, had to dismiss the charges and cases all together, being a waste of time, energy, effort and resources!  Going full circle back to the original detectives, saving face for them, as doing the right thing, within our system, of the standard of proof necessary to convict a person of the crime, especially of murder!  One of the defendants was sitting on death row!  But, the Brits, have taken a far, nicer approach to interrogations, they give juveniles, breaks, bring them food and water, give bathroom breaks, and stopped screaming at them, backing them into a corner, because in the long run, if they don't have the evidence to support the charges, and connect the defendant or the accused to the crime, then, the confession is not worth much anyway!

I thought, this case brought out, not only the ideas of concern for dealing with cases, resting on only confessions, but it shows the complexity of the interrogations alone, and the intense pressure, in our face confrontations, of just who the cops think committed the crime, not who actually did commit the crime, there are many crimes that, people are charged with committing,  and they are merely,  in the wrong place at the wrong time and there is ALWAYS the possibility of being framed for a crime, committed by someone else, putting this person, even planting the evidence that would make another person, likely to be charged in a crime!  Just some thoughts, and reasons, for reform, for caution and return to those constitutional principles and concepts that have been around for 240 years and for the most part have served citizens, suspects, defendants and convicts well, and with the new science and forensics, more and more, even the least likely suspects have been found and the most suspected cleared . . . the great thing about DNA evidence, is that it can free or convict you!  So, it is a critical component to solving cold cases, that have lingered on the books forever!  PROOF, PROOF, PROOF, you can accuse anyone of anything, they can even confess to the crime, but, if you can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt, with supporting evidence, the confession is nothing more than getting out of a painful, intimidating situation, much like they are finding with torture and waterboarding with alleged terrorists . . . they will say anything, leading investigators down the wrong trail, that can fuck an investigation, and prolong bringing the real criminals to justice . . . no one wants to see the killer or killers of these four girls, go free, or not answer for their crimes!  But, along those same lines, no one wants an innocent person, held responsible for another person's crimes, especially, one so serious and hideous as this one was, with four young, good girls murdered, raped and burned!

Foundational History and Changes Over Time

Criminologists, always, look to background information, to try to see where behavior starts and why?  So, I don't know much, but I have garnered some information over the years, since, first meeting Garrett in Great Falls at the Rescue Mission there . . . now, I know that cops are cheap, and I remember asking Garrett why he didn't stay at a hotel, since he worked and all?  He told me, that he sent money back to his sisters in Georgia, and I remember, thinking, what a nice guy, but the dude is cheaper than shit, so?  He also told me he was raised on a farm, with a large family, very religious, considers himself, better than, many people, while black, because he, doesn't swear.  My friend, Pat, today, refreshed my memory, because I knew she knew him, and she them, told me of the incident, involving her friend, and, after she pushed him away, the friend, I think with the Volvo, maybe, he grabbed the woman, and Patrice, turned him into the police, so there should be a police record, but Garrett, in very true fashion, promptly, used the old, true and tried, male test and statements about older women, she is crazy!  And, no doubt, a cop would believe a former cop, because, Garrett has been coming to the Pov. for at least 9 years, so he has been around!  Anyway, as I was leaving from lunch today, and after having this brief, conversation, with Garrett, then, seeing the child's book, a rarely seen, book, and it said, FOLLOW THAT TRUCK, I wondered if that was a God's Intel, and something I should pay attention to?  And the reason, it stood out in my mind, is a previous, guy, stopped to talk to me, during lunch, and he had written an article on King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, a children's book, that he was interested in and had written a response or article he wanted me to look at and critique for him, which, he gave me a copy of the book, and notes, just before, I saw the other kid's book, so?  A connection?  Maybe . . . but, Garrett, claimed, the owner of the truck were coming to the Poverello, where they interviewed him, to pick him up, because he was heading to Denver on his first run.  So, follow that truck, struck a cord with me, so I am!

Now, if Garrett is undercover, or something, none of this information might be true, because they all have cover stories, and when I met Garrett, he told me that name, however, the first time I saw him at the Pov., everyone was calling him, Sam?  The other day, I asked to see his I.D., and said, so should I call you Sam or Garrett?  He told me that, Sam, was a nick-name, but Garrett was his given name, but everyone called him, Sam.  So?  But, that struck me as strange too?  Sam is not really, the kind of nick-name, that you would connect to Garrett?  Gary or Rett, Rhett, like in Rhett Butler.  He also, said that he was a direct descendant of George Washington . . . I said, does every black, claim that heritage?  Because, my buddy, Miles, just told me the same thing, are you two related?  LOL!  Or is it a cop cover thing, a divine heritage? a connection with whites?  whatever?

• Garrett is not married, claims to have never been married, never had kids, and again, that is because of taking care of his sisters, but he claims that they have, Ph.D's, or are preachers? and he claims to be a big Christian, but, he really is not, as far as I am concerned!  Patrice, said that, if you want to put, Garrett in his place, like she does, from New York, she just throws, his good Christian, guy, who just groped her friend in his face!
• Garrett, always seems to have money, he is a vet, could stay up in the upstairs with the vets, he doesn't need to work, is on some type of pension, but, he is always, coming and going, taking jobs, and quitting jobs, but he assured me, that, the country needs, 48,000 truckers, right now, so he seems to have his pick of jobs, brags that he has three job offers, anytime he wants, and I know, that, someone came and interviewed him, Sunday, and gave him a manila large envelope or packet?  I have seen that used in hiring someone to do a hit too!  As I recall, that was about the time, he started to, ask me if he could hang out with me!  NO!  But, give me a dollar for a Diet Coke!  I had turned, Brent down, too, a white guy, so, I am not discriminating, I just don't want company.  That is one thing about Garrett, is that most guys in the Pov. don't even dare talk to me, let alone, up me down, after I reject him!
• I have not seen Garrett, stay in Missoula, more than a few weeks . . . he always does his chores, is always welcome, seems to get along with the guys well, no problems at all, but, I am not so sure with the women.  He seems to drop in and try to see if there is any new meat, in the Pov., and when, none of the chicks, bite, he is off again.  Last year, he was going to go to Alaska on  a cruise and asked me, if I wanted to pay my own way, and go with him?  No.  He asked me to go to Washington, Bellmont, or somewhere, he thought there was a great homeless shelter, good food, but he did show me, a really nice house he was renting in, somewhere in Washington, and I asked him, why he didn't go there and stay?  He didn't answer.  I just chalked it up to trucking, or money, or boredom, or whatever, I know, that I float, here and there, then come back, see Annie and friends, Clinton, and others, familiar with staff, so, kind of home turf, in a way . . . cops, are at least, used to me, know, I am a safe person in a safe place!
• Garrett, seemed shocked, when he first met me, that I was not trying to hook up with him, and he is a notch or two above the rest, clean, ordinarily, pleasant, unless, rejected, but at first I didn't see that in him.  But he told me he could have any woman he wanted, and most women, dig him, like him, see him as a good catch, etc.  Whatever, I blew off a Kennedy, why don't you think, I would blow off the rest of you?  LOL!  Garrett was always, flippant, and sarcastic, and I just chalked that up to being what I thought, and later learned about him, he was a cop in his first life, which made me suspicious as to why he was there, but, it seemed par for the course with cops, in general, they love me and hate me!  So, all seemed normal; however, last spring, I returned from my travels to Grand Junction, Durango, Denver, Kalispell, Billings, Bozeman and Butte, and I had been gone for about, 3 months, leaving, under the gun again, being set up, chased, tracked, but I got out of town.  But, Garrett said, I heard you were in jail, all this time.  I was like WHAT?  And he said, no, some chick, told me, she saw you in jail.  I was like, ah, no, that was not me.  He insisted, and I think, told others, who knew me, that was were I was at.  I was pissed, and said, so you are going to believe, some homeless drunk chick from the Pov. or me, a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar?  And basically, he inferred that I was lying about that--which led me to believe, that, sure enough, he was on Shelley's pay roll, and thinks she is me, or he, knows, but refuses to believe, or whatever.  But, I got pissed off, and yelled at him, and he left shortly after that, I loudly, let the whole outer yard, know, that was a bold faced lie!
• Garrett seems to be in a state of denial, and again, that could be the identity theft, having met, as a cop, one of the fraud broads, and not believing that, I am truly, the chick, cops fear and hold dear!  But, during one of our conversations, he said, in true cop fashion, and I believe this is when he admitted, he was a cop for the first time, I am going to see if there is a warrant out on you, or if, there is a BOUNTY!  Now, who would know how to find out that information, other than a cop?  He came back and told me, you have a $10,000 bounty out on you, and he joked that he was going to turn me in.  That didn't bother me, but, the amount did, shouldn't I be, worth WAY more than that, fuck, it is my money, these assholes are using!
• I wrote about what happened, during lunch.  Like, why would I want to see you off?  Good riddance!  But, Annies, seemed a bit more suspicious.  So, Garrett, comes to town, and the first thing he said, was, you will never guess who, I ran into, in either Billings or Bozeman?  Who?  Annie, but the thought just came to me, that Annie, brags about being a deputy sheriff and working undercover? are these two working together?  Is he thinking he is making me jealous?  Anyway, Garrett's and Annie's story, matched up, they ran into each other and, she would not get up in his truck, but did take him up on dinner.  I think, sex was on his mind, because, he said, you need to dust that thing off, referring to her pussy! But, he showed me the pictures of him, and her, later, him, Mary another acquaintance from the Pov., and whatever.  The other day, Annie told me Garrett, wanted her prescription drugs, wanted to know what was in her purse, and she got pissed, called him a nigger, and told, him that her father was right, they are lazy this or that!  She later called another guy, white trash, and she was swearing like a sailor the other day, and I have NEVER heard her swear!?  She did, say, however, last time I saw her, that she was paid by the military for some work she did, $1,000? undercover?  She also, told me, that, as soon as she left, Missoula, she would be paid too?  So, there seems to be some kind of cop, sheriff connection there, and she is always bragging that she had cops in her family, and top military, and last night, she was saying that her son, a Marine, could have worked in the Pentagon, but didn't?  And she said, that, she will never know what her son does, or did in the Marines, nor now, but he said, Mom, you will be okay, that something she did, covered all that?  But, last night, Annie told me that Garrett, was trash talking me and telling her, not to hang out with me, because, she would start to act like me?  What a feminist, a Hillary supporter, and female attorney?  That fear, seems to run deep in Republican men and cops, just today, there was an article on the now, debunked, shamed and humiliated, Pennsylvania, Attorney General, Kathreen Kane, who was caught, using her power, to take down enemies, and she was caught up in some, porno ring with top judges, two on the state supreme court stepped down, but with prosecutors and cops, and she is the only one being tarnished, but what they said, reminded me of the Mormon Church and me . . . Garrett, reminds me of this dude, I saw in the Forensic Files, episode called, Seeing RED!  The male sense of entitlement, to sex, is scary, haunting, and the rejection, crazy shit, is bizarre!  I this case, this guy, calls this woman, or hooker, who just happened to be a mother of 4, and was 2 months pregnant when she was murdered.  The criminologist, put the evidence together to tell the story of what happened to this pretty red head, found, naked, stuff in a suitcase, buried in the land fill and junkyard, first being raped, beaten, but not dead, being stuff into a suitcase, alive, thrown in the trash dumpster, then, taken to the landfill, where she died of asphyxiation!  But, what, appeared to have happened, is that, he picked the victim up, to have sex, and when, she asked for her money, he got pissed and said, what money?  The money you owe me for sex, and at that point, he lost it and beat the shit out of her, thought he killed her, or didn't care, went to Walmart, purchased the items, and dumped her body.  Then, he took off on the BUS! and went, I believe back to his parent's house, but computer forensics, found that, both the victim's name and a missing girl's name showed up in his searches, like he was tracking the cases!  PARENTS, this young girl, was in contact with the killer, online, and on the night of the girl going missing, and later, found to be her murder, she got a call on her land line at home, rather than her cell phone, and she sneaked out of the house and met the killer, but when he wanted sex with the young girl, she rejected him, and like when the other victim, asked for money, he went ape shit and killed her too.  He followed the same pattern, purchased gloves and a suitcase, stuff her body in it, and threw it in the dumpster, and so cops figured, once they connected the cases, had hundreds of volunteers to go through tons of trash, but eventually, they found the body of the 15 year old, who, was so out of her character, missed work, left her keys, her car, her purse, so the killer must have come to the house!

I can see, a 180 degree change in Garrett, enough to cause me some concern, for anyone who rejects him, in the throws of passion and being a former cop, he gets the automatic free pass over and get out of jail free, with background checks, showing nothing but stellar performance, and raving reviews on work . . . he seems to come across great, I saw the woman from Hamilton, who hired him, and I think, that she came like last Sunday, maybe Saturday, to interview him, and all seemed cool!  So, he gets along well in society, always shines in a work sense, but, he got this new, Samsung smart phone that he is on all the time, watching politics and whatever, but, it might be a new toy, to find toys?  I am just going on, intuition and gut feelings from that book!

• the perfect political and financially, set family: mother attorney, with all the right credentials, two daughters, serving in the armed forces, Navy, Air Force,, and two sons, making music in their bedrooms, starting, to hit the grunge and raunchy, heavy metal, underground, cottage music industry, big time, with little connection to the established, music scene, nor anyone watching, so the theft would go unnoticed, unmarked, and marketing, actually shunned by the musicians, themselves, with Elliot, shining young, not only in music, but, having his own, music magazine, as a 13 year old, wheeling and dealing with, Canada and New York music arenas, also, a rising rock star, himself!  I believe, that as Elliot's and his mother's stars, were rising, the chosen ones, in the Southwick family, Shelley, lazy ass and her kids, whom the whole family, raised, so all had an interest in making them successful, not only from, the political perspective, but from the Mormon church, Washington, D.C., perspective, with Mitt Romney, on the Mormon political horizon, from the time he was 9, and his father, George Romney, CEO of General Motors and Michigan Governor, ran for president, before him, grooming, young Mitt, as the Mormon miracle.  The Mormon Church, believes that it will convert the world, get all that tithing, save mankind, and it is the elders of Israel, who will, save the U.S. Constitution; however, in practicality, the elders were fucking it, and I was saving it, looking better and better, as my kids, were also, looking better and better, "upsetting the apple cart" as my father would say.

TROUBLE BREWING

I am not going to go into great detail, because you can watch that yourselves, this is just to show you that, shit like this happens, and to make law enforcement, if they ever want to get off my hit list for not doing their jobs, aware of the scheming, planning, plotting, blaming and framing that, these fuckers would do, to create false alibi's and frame their true and real, people, who, actually, can perform and have the brains, to lead, train, guide, law enforcement, and government efforts to catch these crooks, thugs, hoods, bandits, false flag people, you believe to be the gifted, talented, and smart . . . so, WRONG, it is NOT FUNNY!  Briefly, in this episode, a woman is with her family at a party, dinner, and she gets a phone call, she describes as a call to go clean a person's house, seeing that, she is just out of prison, for vehicular homicide, and can't get much better employment, but it is really, a call for the escort service she works for.  That is the last time her family sees her alive.  Now it is the cops, turn to prove their worth, and do the evidence gathering, and crime scene investigation, and solve the murder.  First the cops, trace the last phone call on the dead woman's pager, back, to the caller, and it takes them to a young man, who claims he was home the night of the murder, but on further investigation, the cops fine, tones of evidence after, obtaining a warrant, they not only find a piece of hair, of the now, prime suspect at the scene, but they find, boots with blood splatter on them, of the victims, they find, the phone used, pages missing from the phone book, turned to escort services, the gun used in the crime, and other signs pointing to this man, who continues to claim he is innocent.

In a separate case, a week or so, earlier, the police are alerted to a man, who, called, and made a request for a home visit or take out service, with the call girl, coming to his house.  As she takes off her clothes, he comes at her with a knife and demands, she give him all the money in her purse, which she does, and he tells her to run.  She turned the theft into the cops, and made s description of the robber.  In the homicide investigation, the victim, is shot three times through the head, but her purse, money, credit cards, and other valuables are missing, so the cops, believe that robbery and money are the motive!  As they compare the cases, and continue to investigate the other case of robbery and murder, the accused, mentions that he has, had a friend, stay at his house, who had the power turned off on his house, and he casually, mentions that, perhaps this dude framed him for the murder, taking his car keys, gun, boots, phone, and even hair, to cover his own, crimes and set him up.  The cops, are like, right, but, as the other case unfolds, the description of both the call girl and the man accused of the homicide of the other call girl, which they don't know at the time, but connect, because of the pager and the last phone call before the murder, that the man, who robbed the first chick, and the friend, who stayed over at the suspects house, were the SAME GUY!

This is the forensic part of the story . . . there were two bottles of beer, at the crime scene, one beer in her car, and three beer bottles found at the friend who stayed with the suspect's house, the chances of all 6 bottles of beer coming from the same six pack are like nothing, but, as the experts investigated the beer, the labels, and what all the numbers meant, they found, that, it limited the dates, and the bottles and found that, all the beer bottles, involved, all came from the same brewery, the same brand, the same, dates, and the same batch, putting them all together in the same six pack!  So, the friend, who had the three beers, still at home, framed the friend, with all the other evidence, but, he failed to consider the beer, and what that might tell the experts.  There was a palm print, but, I think, that was not conclusive of who had the beer, but the batch the beer came from did!  So, they had two suspects, the same evidence, and one murder victim!  A member of the jury, said, the original guy accused, who had NO criminal record, didn't seem the type to kill someone, but the man, who eventually, was charged, did . . . he had a criminal record, was a known drug dealer, robbed the first call girl, needed cash for his drug habits, and they figured, that, he had been with the murder victim, prior to her death in another incident, using the call girl's services, but, if he just took her money, she could identify him, therefore he had to kill her to take her money.

ALL THE WORLD IS A STAGE

In this episode, of Forensic Files, you have a woman, who, literally, was raised, like all over the world with her father being big in the military and with her speaking several languages, then coming to America to settle, meeting, a former, military man, now, a member of the police force and noted and respected, homicide detective.  The new wife, soon, became interested in law enforcement also, and she got a job as a correctional officer.  The two had a few kids, and for the most part, appeared to be happily married.  The claim, when the wife, suddenly ended up dead, was that, it was an accident, and the husband, one morning was messing around, brought a water pistol into the bedroom and shot his wife, to get her to get up.  She took his service revolver, stuck it to her head, being very familiar with guns herself, allegedly, saying that, she too was messing around, and the gun was not loaded, then she pulled the trigger as a JOKE and blew her head off, killing her.  The cop husband, allegedly, immediately, called 911, screaming that his wife had shot herself.  Now, another seasoned and well respected, homicide detective, started to interview his colleague, and he started to find inconsistencies in his story, of the joke shooting, and he refused to take the word of his friend and associate, turning evidence over to the experts, who were able to take the story of the cops, and find wholes in it.

Basically, the ballistics experts, found that, the wife didn't have any gun residue on her hands, nor did he, but the angle of the gunshot, and the excite wound, were not possible, the way her head was laying on the pillow, nor was the amount of blood that had pooled on the pillow, too much, consistent with the crime or accident scene and his claim that he took her off the bed, and put her on the floor, right off the bat, to administer CPR, saying the called emergency within minutes of the accident, but the blood showed, that, the amount of blood was, more like, 15 minutes, than just seconds as claimed  The husband, was asked if he had, a girlfriend, which he denied, however, later admitted.  As the forensic accountants, started looking into the finances and marital relationship, they found, that, 5 weeks prior to the death, the cop took out a large insurance policy on his wife, and if she died by accident, he would get, $470,000 insurance, and, his bank account, showed that his money was going to this new girlfriend, not to his wife.  Five days before, the murder, while he and his wife were allegedly trying to patch up their marriage, hubby cop, made a hot tub, candles, wine and brought in the TV, for his wife to soak and watch her favorite TV show, but as he was leaving, he accidentally, wink, wink, wink, hit the TV and almost knocked it into the water, but the cop wife, caught it with her feet, and prevented an electrocution . . . the sister was suspicious, but the wife, probably, wanted to believe it was an accident . . . too bad for her!

Anyway, it was also found that the wife, was left handed, and she was laying on the wrong side of the bed, to have shot herself, then fallen the way the body was told to have landed by this homicide detective, leading to more suspicion, but as the trial approached, the confident cop, was sure that his reputation and position, would convince the jury, his side of the story was more believable than the prosecutors and investigative detectives and experts!  WRONG he was sentenced to life in prison!

The other day, when I suggested, or watched, the true life events of the movie, that the NSA blocked, called, I Spit on Your Grave, was stopped at a strategic and telling point, and fact, since then, have supported, my God intel, the writer is surrounded by rednecks, and losers, they think, she thinks she is too good for the men, and they think she is a bitch, city, rich bitch, so they are going to teach her a lesion . . .  I am sure the guys at the Pov., whom, I rarely give the time of day, also feel the same way about me, Brent and Garrett or Sam, nick name, both undercover cops, have asked to hang out with me and I declined both invitations and blew these dudes off, and like most men,  in this cop game against the female attorney, love me or I will DESTROY YOU game, they turn on you on a dime, and start working against you, lying for the actress, YOU'S, and start to plan your demise.  This happened, just yesterday, and the night before, but, Garrett, a former cop, has followed me, from Great Falls, Montana, to Kalispell, and now to Missoula, showing up, every fucking time I come to town, as he did this time, hot off the bus, and going to Sleepy Inn, as I do, who should come across the street, but Garrett, like I have not seen him, since the last put down!  He hinted at coming to my motel room, but, no dice, I am a lone wolf, and don't want a relationship!  So, yesterday, Garrett asks me if he can hang out with me, I said, no, Brent was sitting right there, whom I had turned down, the previous day, so, tag team of cops, as, are my ex-husbands, and others, in this game of stolen identity, money and fame . . .
