A SKELETON SKETCH OF THE "BIG PICTURE"

• 7  years of the top positions in the state government, with statewide jobs that included, training, prosecutors and cops, along with judges, in addition, to teaching at three universities, and getting national awards for legal work in the areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, and community programs
• while general counsel for the Utah Medical Association, coming face to face with the federal Medicaid/Medicare fraud units, in a position to protect doctors' constitutional rights, when investigated, and in the course of that job, 15 doctors, from the St. George, Utah area, were targeted, and in the process of protecting and aiding the docs, I was over, I discovered, that the fraud, units were violating, not only precious constitutional rights and protections, with bogus warrants, illegal and unconstitutional searches, but they were violating their own, federal regulations of giving docs, 24 hour notice, as part of their due process rights!  I was in my opinion, poisoned for that, valiant protection of my charges! it cost me 8 fucking years of my precious LIFE!  During that time, I had interface with FBI, federal and state players, involved in the investigations and prosecutions of doctors for UP CODING on their medical bills to the government.  I WAS PUNISHED FOR THAT!
• after almost 9 years, I reactivated my Utah State Bar License, that had been in, inactive status for the entire time, I was allegedly suppose to be dying.  I believe, that the government, allowed, my sister, Shelley to operate, under my name and law license, doing domestic violence and legislative stuff at the Utah State Legislature . . . that was knowingly and intentionally, VIOLATING ALL MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS, IN ADDITION, TO PERPETRATING OUTRIGHT IDENTITY THEFT, FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE OF REAL, PERSONAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND A SHIT LOAD OF OTHER CRIMES, COMMITTED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, in addition, to ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE!  One of the reasons, I have survived, the last, 4 years, of chasing, intimidating, lying, harassing, and hundreds of hits and attempted homicides, on my life, is because, I ALREADY KNEW, local, state, and federal cops, had tried to KILL ME ONCE, didn't succeed, and wanted to FINISH THE JOB, in the furtherance of brutally forcing the PATRIOT ACT, and all the fucked up BULL SHIT, that goes with it, in an attempt to OVER-THROW THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, and the BALL AND CHAIN, that puts on LAW ENFORCEMENT, that had been removed, by BUSH AND CHENEY! and was continued to be supported by fucked up Republicans in CONGRESS!

• this is the context, the mounting, jealousy, envy, hatred, fear, that set the stage for me leaving the state of Utah, looking more like a fugitive, than, the constitutional law attorney, bad ass that I am!  The head clerk of the Utah Court of Appeals, that I had met with, several times and I would imagine, far too ethical and honest, to buy all the bull shit, with Shelley, the NSA, the federal courts, trying to, fuck with my federal civil rights cases, dealing with my Utah Appeals cases, was suddenly, and unexpectedly, in my OPINION MURDERED, along with her husband, while they took a fall drive, to see the leaves, up in the Uintah National Forest, allegedly getting hit, in a head-on, accident, on their motorcycle!  I know Pat, know, the type of legal, professional, personalities, that, can handle, working as head clerk of the court, for fucking 25 years, and she and her husband, are just too precise, smart, astute, to in mid-day, sun, run head-on, into another vehicle!  NO FUCKING WAY, so I knew, the ones trying to steal my cases, who had already stolen my house, after WINNING IT IN FEDERAL COURT, only to be brought in local district court, taking it, about 2 years before, the case was finished, with me setting STING OPS ON THE COURT, JUDGE WALTON, with too close and unethical ties to local attorney, nemesis, Brian or Bryan, Adamson, starting as Chris Hickey's, Rachel's ex, whom, went after me, probably 13 times, from ethics complaints to fucking who knows, beating his sorry fucking TEXAN ass, totally, with everything from eviction, to having to represent HIS clients, the CHEEKS, in a criminal hearing, that Adamson bragged about getting an EZ $5,000 for doing jack shit nothing, while I filled in the court hearing, not even the attorney on Haylee's case, although, listed on the case, which I NEVER WORKED ON, I represented Haylee Cheeks, in her juvenile case, over her termination of parental rights, and as her civil rights attorney, NEVER CRIMINAL ATTORNEY, that was all male attorneys, who threw her under the bus, as did, Kelly Anne Boothe, doing nothing more than, putting her stupid, shitty, logo on the civil rights case, after I defended it for fucking a year after getting paid a damned dime, because that  is just the type attorney, I am, until I was run out of the state of Mormon, waiting for alleged, judge, ted stewart, probably a relative of Brett Stewart, who let county attorney, Scott Garrett, and Judge, Judy Miller, off the case!  I am sure, part of the deal, after not ruling on my motion for a settlement conference, made clear back in  JANUARY, and this was SEPTEMBER?  I told the Utah State Bar, who tried to make it look like I did something wrong, and the federal district court, to take my law licenses and SHOVE THEM UP THEIR ASSES, seeing that they had THROWN THE CONSTITUTION OUT OF THEIR COURTROOMS, made their rulings on the influence of the Mormon church, were corrupt from head to foot, and had no fidelity to the LAWS! and I left to MONTANA in hopes of peaceful meadows and tee pees, mountains, streams, snow, and the big skies!  TO MY SURPRISE, THE SUPER MOB, OF MORMONS, MO MUFFIN SISTERS AND EX-ATTORNEY FRIENDS, MOBSTERS AND MEN IN BLACK, PLUS MEN IN BLUE, BLACK, BROWN, AND TAN, JUST TOOK THE GAME TO MONTANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TO CHARGE A PERSON WITH "UNLAWFUL FLIGHT FROM PROSECUTION" OR "UNLAWFUL INTERSTATE FLIGHT", THE ONLY POSSIBLE CRIMES, THERE HAS TO BE, AN UNDERLYING CRIME COMMITTED, FOR PROSECUTION . . . I GUESS THEY FORGOT THAT ONE, LIKE ALL OTHER RATIONAL SENSE IN MY CASE!  LOL!

• in, the only stretch, of possible crimes, that I could be charged with, that was NO CRIME, on my part, but a CRIME of the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, the judge, Lyle, or Lie All, Anderson, of the 7th Judicial District working in concert and collusion, conspiracy with Judge Westfall and Walton, along with others, in the HALLS OF SHAME in the 5th district, is again, based on FAULTY, LEGAL PREMISES, of false allegations, that led to my arrest, unlawful, illegal, and unconstitutional by ANY LEGAL STANDARD, LAW, RULE, STARTING WITHI THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, DOWN TO THE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL RULES OF PROCEEDURE, ALWAYS AFFORDING RIGHTS TO APPEAL A CASE, EVEN FOR SERIAL KILLERS, TAKING FUCKING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND YEARS, TO EXHAUST, WERE ALL DENIED MY CLIENT AND MY ABILITY TO REPRESENT HER!  Hope Carlton-Levin, had been denied, every motion, ruling, judgement, decision, in her $28 million divorce case, from her Jewish husband, one hit rock star, with her giving up her career, as a Playboy Bunny, centerfold, and offered Pamela Anderson's role, on Baywatch, to marry, in the property settlement, down in Castle Valley, at their dude ranch, school, and motel, that Hope decorated, designed, and even cut the horse trails, while hubby made the money on the stock market.  After losing her case, she was referred to me, through some attorneys in Las Vegas who knew me, and I took the case up on appeal, first having to exhaust, all district court remedies, which I did, following Utah Rules of Civil Procedure to a tee, with a rule 60(b) motion for fraud on the court, followed by a rule, 15 motion, both, of course denied, by LIE ALL ANDERSON, and no, Shelley, the NON-ATTORNEY DID NOT DO THIS CASE, JOANN, ME, THE REAL, THE ONE AND ONLY, NOW SITTING A MCDONALD'S BLUFF STREET, ST. GEORGE, FORMER RESIDENT, IN BLOOMINGTON, AND FORMERLY OWNING A HOME, IN MOON RIVER, WHILE PRACTICING LAW IN UTAH, AT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, with my FATHER, STEALING ALL THE EQUITY IN THE SELL OF THAT HOME, just like stealing this BLOB MONEY, as well as my son's and sons' music! for FUCKING YEARS!  But, this was the case, that was up on appeal, when Pat Bartholemew was murdered, along with the Hickey house case, and Tristan Lameroux case, a murder case, that I won him a new trial, and I was denied access to him, at the 5th district, and the Iron County Jail, only to win the appeal against the Utah Attorney General's Litigation Division, and old associates, to be denied representing Tristan in the new trial, fitting EVERY FUCKING ELEMENT OF DOING A CAPTIAL MURDER CASE, having faithfully represented him without a fucking DIME, at the appeals, level, visiting him and WINNING!  FUCK YOU WESTFALL! YOU GOD DAMNED LYING PRICK!  When, I got my United States Supreme Court, certificate, after getting 4, Certificates of Good Standing, on the way to that court, and level, I made copies for Judge Westfall and Walton, to rub, it in their faces, that I was BIGGER,  BETTER, SMARTER, AND COOLER THEN THEY ARE, OR EVER HOPE TO BE!  I STILL AM, ONLY NOW, I HAVE THE MOST READ BLOG IN THE FUCKING UNIVERSE, THANKS TO ALL THE SHIT, UTAH AND MONTANA DID TO ME!  LOL!  THANKS BUT NO THANKS! 
• so, Judge, Lyle Anderson, who didn't send the whole record to the Utah Court of Appeals, after I appealed his decision, being denied both, the rule 60(b) and 15, motions, up on appeal, and rightly so, having jumped through all the necessary hoops, knowing if history served, would be denied, this former Playmate, then going up on appeal, to a panel of three judges . . . now, as I said, most trial attorneys, are not appeals attorneys, don't like to write and therefore, they stop, at this point, and most appeals attorneys, charge like $100,000 for an appeal, I was only charging, Hope, $500 per month, because, she already owed, a half a million, in legal fees, to cover hers and her husbands, who got all the property, but for $15,000 per month alimony, in their $28 million joint venture, for taking her clothes off, 16 years earlier . . . they don't mind, saying that another BUNNY, Rachel, is worthy of being ME!  LOL!  So, I appealed his case, to have him, TRY TO PULL ME BACK DOWN INTO HIS POWER AND COURT, without JURISIDICTION, to do so, then refusing to come to a hearing, in GRAND COUNTY, months after I appealed the case, up to the higher courts who, NOW had jurisdiction, not only over me, the case, but the JUDGE! who, then scheduled a hearing in December, a month after we filed the appeal, on the case, so he no longer had any JURISDICTION, to do jack shit over the case!  He had me ARRESTED, JAILED, TRANSPORTED ACROSS THE STATE WITH ARMED GUARDS, NO WARRANT, AND JAILED, ILLEGALLY, UNLAWFULLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY, IN THE GRAND COUNTY JAIL, FOR FUCKING 9 DAYS IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT!  This is the background and foundations, for any possible, charge against me . . . this judge, ordered: (1) extortion of $500 or jail, I PAID THE EXTORTION, because I was on my way to the United States Supreme Court, in January; (2) Hope, the Playboy Bunny, caught me, on my way home from being sworn in, in Washington, D.C., and said we had a brief due, so I wrote TWO FREE, WITH HER OWING ME, $2,000 by this point, she handed me some lame ass, bogus WARRANT, and said that it was from Judge Anderson, and it was no more a warrant, that toilet paper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I blew it off, an FBI agents, showed up, to our Super Bowl all female party, and the next day, after I caught, the new guest to the all-girl night, get my briefs, Hope was allegedly running off, her computer, from mine, and giving the agent a copy, seeing that exchange, but not saying anything, at the time, but the agent, after reading, a hard copy, said, I can see why the judge wants your ass! only to have Hope, claiming she was too scared to go forward with the appeal, that we had WON AT THAT POINT, and she wanted to withdraw the appeal, leaving me, at least vulnerable to the lower court jurisdiction, but REALLY NOT!  I was hijacked to California, in route home, later, went to Beaver Dam, with a cousin, nervous to go to Utah, to get my legal mail, after all the shit, to and from Washington, D.C., but being the responsible attorney I am, having just spent, several hours on the phone with reporters from the Salt Lake Tribune on my cases, I was arrested, after other clients, I called, Guthrie's, to see if I had warrants, because, I had no idea what the cops, judges and county attorneys, nor the feds were up to at this point, with then wanting to steal my son's new, first of THREE CD's, with SONY, for GOD'S REVOLVER, stolen the first time, now with a new release, but a combo of THE MOTHER LODE and SON LOAD, fueling the fires of HATE, JEALOUSY, ENVY AND GREED, plus MITT BOY, running, for office, WE WERE PRIME TARGETS, and Brock's office became a front for a POLITICAL CAMPAIGN OFFICE FOR MITT! (3) upon returning to Parowan, Utah, home, I was arrested, without a warrant, on the statewide, warrant system, because I had the cops, who were arresting me for CONTEMPT OF COURT, WHICH WAS BOGUS IN THE FIRST CASE, check, and they couldn't find it, all EXTRA CONSTITUTIONAL OFF THE RECORD, NO PAPER TRAIL! During my absence, FAKE husband, Frank, aka, Allan Rex Bess, my former client, and who I THOUGHT I MARRIED, but KNEW BETTER BY NOW, had basically, been sleeping with Shelley, started to take over my Walmart MONEY CARD, house, trucks, name, even setting up two electric accounts, covering one, somewhere else in town, working with local cops, prosecutors and judges, to TAKE ME OUT, using retirees from NORAD, military intelligence, Marines, and a ton of feds, relying on the hatred, all the locals had for me, due to my cases! going to BREAK UTAH AND IRON COUNTY!
• at this same time, I was doing work on Shelley's mortgage cases, winning motions and cases, no one else in the country was winning during the mortgage meltdown, again, envy, and the judges, using me for training.  I started to get my truck, sabotaged, my house broken into, that is after, they took the Bloomington home, or 3770 Sugar Leo house, cops were circling my house like sharks, waiting, for me to leave or my hired help, working on my house, then they would break in, take evidence, flash drives, take pictures of my homes, my art, my electronics, and whatever, coming in 6 times without warrants, etc., and while, my life was being threatened, vehicles, tires, engines, sabotaged, I started to notice, refreshing billboards, of three tee pees, in cool meadows, with pines in the background, almost running into cars in parking lots, with Montana license plates, and seeing buses with Montana wraps on them, wondering if, once I won, my $357 million case, and my $56.7 million cases, I could move to Montana, buy a ranch, bred bulls, hobby lobby, and retire, in Montana.  After being falsely arrested, I took off to Montana, still thinking, that I would soon be a millionaire, EASY, I would retire from all the hate, envy, and greed, I was seeing, plus the illegal actions, and attempts on my LIFE, in UTAH, and go to Montana, going there for the first time, right after getting out of JAIL, later in March . . . I believe I was booked into the Grand County Jail, February 22, 2012, and I got picked up by a Brock employee, after telling the judge he violated, at least 30 laws in arresting me for appealing the LEVIN CASE!  He dismissed the allegations, and said, we are going to do something different that WHAT I WAS ARRESTED FOR . . . HE WANTED TO KNOW MY FINANACIALS, SO HE COULD ALLOW THE JEWISH LYING ATTORNEYS, CHARGING $850 PER HOUR, TO STEAL MY PROPERTY!  The hatred for HOPE, turned on ME, the ATTORNEY, for making the JEWISH LOSERS, look, like the lying assholes they were, as well at the judge!  After I got back from a few days in Montana, working with REALTORS, on a house and small ranch, near HOUSSER LAKE, so, not on the run, fucking at all, nor was I when I returned, March 28, 2012, to find, that my $357 million securities case, that Brock's employee, Mark came to pick me up, for a hearing in federal court, March 9, 2012, having already BEAT, the Litigation Division, on a surprise brief, filed on the way back to me getting sworn, in to the U.S. Supreme Court, with them not knowing what to do, since, DEALS had already been CUT, with Clients, Brock and Rice! so the attorneys, defaulted, and by law, by the rules, the CASE WAS FUCKING OVER, WITH ME WINNING!  But, federal magistrate, now district court judge, tried to cover the case and the loss, and argued that the whole case, should have been filed in state court?  AH, NO!!!! LAME ASS, it was a U.S.C. Title 42, Section, 1983 federal statutes that I was suing under, federal dip shit, you were ordered by three 10th Court of Appeals Judges, to fucking handle the money part of the case, the $357 million, and you cannot, hear, or you can, but I didn't originally file the federal lawsuit, in district court, but in FEDERAL COURT, so the fucking magistrate, with NO OTHER OPTIONS, up and TERMINATED THE CASE WHEN I EVEN BEAT HIM, 7 WAYS TO SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• March 26th, I was in Montana, loved in, made some connections with Senator Tester's office, was asked to work on Citizens United, with the Montana Attorney Generals, seeing my background, as an assistant attorney general, with now a U.S. Supreme Court license . . . • I get arrested for copping an attitude, and rightly so, for driving, with my two headlights out, and telling the cops to take MY TICKET, down the street and hand it to the SHERIFFS WHO TOOK MY TRUCK, ON ILLEGAL, UNLAWFUL, AND CRIMINAL GROUNDS, BY A FUCKED UP JUDGE, TO STOP ME FROM LEAVING THE STATE, TAKING THE TOOLS OF MY TRADE, AGAINST THE LAW TOO!  I was held in JAIL, for 5 days, allegedly some charges for not having insurance, on my client's car, which was a LIE, they had insurance and so did I, until SEPTEMBER THAT YEAR, this was JUNE, early JUNE, so covered every which way but loose, never arraigned in the 48 hours, by law, being hauled into a kangaroo court, on record, when I told the Utah State Bar, to take my license and shove it, because, I REFUSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN THIS FUCKED UP STATE! and I WAS LEAVING!  But, allegedly, like right, lies, lies and more lies, trying to keep me in the state, so they could claim this FAMED ATTORNEY, BRINING MONEY AND ACCLAIM TO THE STATE OF MORMON, MITT, AND FINANACIAL PLANNNERS, NATIONWIDE DIGGING MY BROCK CASE, SO THEY WANTED ME TO STAY, OR AT LEAST STOP ME, SO SHELLEY COULD PRETEND TO BE ME!  But allegedly, I was, served, NOT, charges, NO, while I was incarcerated for 5 fucking days, on, a LIE, with INSURANCE, but, June 11, 2012, I was in court, I WAS FUCKING IN CUSTODY, SO, EASY TO SERVE, SO LIES, LIES AND LIES, when I didn't care to practice in Utah, on Tuesday, they got a justice court judge, Dunn, or something like that, to say, that, I was charged with failing to have INSURANCE? ah, no!  Guthries had insurance and SO DID I! so bull shit charges at best, but when I was released, and went to get my client's car out of impound, my friend, told me, that Guthries were given all my stuff as payment for ME BLOWING UP THEIR CAR, and they were pressured to press charges against their ATTORNEY, who did at least, $50,000 worth of FREE legal work for them after their kids got taken by IRON COUNTY! they refused to do it, but my buddy told me, the cops wanted to charge me with GRAND THEFT AUTO!!!!  The cops who took my truck said, that the next time I left, Parowan or town, it would be on FOOT . . . no I hit the bus in Parowan, and booked it to MONTANA!!!!!!!!!!!  Where is the CRIME, underlying any charge of unlawful flight, or avoiding prosecution?

When Someone Takes a Shot at You, You Kill Them and You Will Feel Better, So I Killed Them!

I think, one of the reasons, that I am so vehement, against, Donald J. Trump, is he is totally, not prepared to be president, he doesn't have a clue, and even if he had a good business sense and judgement, which he doesn't, he would not be qualified, nor is their transfer, or application to foreign policy, that would give him, anywhere near, foreign policy experience, or anything closely related, to be, our "commander-in-chief" and while he and Putin, may agree with who is the hottest, contestant for Ms. Universe, even in the bro-mance, I doubt, they are going to agree, on much else!  We are in situations, right now, that, we need someone, who not only has the historical prospective, the contextual framework, but, a firm plan in place, that other members of the interagency, networks, involved in military, intelligence, and terror attacks on our homeland and dealing with ISIS and other issues and countries overseas, is ready to handle on day ONE!  We can't have, Gov. Chris Christie, or Gen. Flynn, running around, attending intel briefings, because, the Trumpster, doesn't have the intelligence to retain a thought for more than a second or two, nor can he stick to the topic without reading and being cheered, like a shitty school kid, who is being told to stick to the topic and sit still! 

We are not hiring the school custodian, a bus boy for a restaurant, a taxi cab driver, because, everyone is acting like a likeable personality, or an entertainer, can, replace experience, training, education, 25 years of government experience, either directly dealing with these issues, or indirectly, learning through her husband, being one of his top policy advisers, even, with an office in the west wing of the White House, not like other First Ladies, sequestered to the east wing, where the other wives, had power over the visits of foreign dignitaries, dinners, and décor!  No, Hillary is a different kind of First Lady, she was, and she is a different kind of presidential candidate, more experienced than, her boss, was when he took office and more experienced than first dude was when he took office as president of the United States of America!  This is serious shit, and we need to remember, that, this is the top job in the U.S., if not the world, not one to be filled by a joke, or as a game, or as a talk show host, or reality TV star, whom in this arena, is a fucking APPRENTICE HIMSELF . . . I am sure, if Trump, has good judgement, is a good business man, and he was hiring for the office of president, rather than running for the office, he would, hire Hillary over himself, if he were HONEST?

THE BIG SWAP OUT BACK IN 2010

• at the time, I reactivated my law license, October 1, 2009, after 9 years of inactive status, being poisoned by the government for taking out 9 federal agents and investigators, attorney directors, and gaining, 150 pounds as a result of being pushed, ordered, arrested, and forced to take medications, that made me put on 80 lbs., with the goal of destroying my looks, being both beautiful and smart, a deadly combination.
• I filed my first case, hint, and insight into the type, quality and attorney, I am, and was, filing the Brock et al vs. Herbert et al, for a $357 million lawsuit, December 18, 2009, the same day, sister, Rachel, got a divorce, from Christian Hickey, and got remarried, that same day, 4 hours later, with Judge Shumaker, waving the 90 day waiting period.  Later, filing an amended complaint, in the U.S. federal district court, of the District of Utah, January 10, 2010, and with an article, going out in the New York Investment News, to over a hundred thousand readers, financial planners, wealth planners, securities dealers and their attorneys, who were frustrated with the state SEC and the federal SEC, for going after planners for securities fraud, and denying them, all their constitutional and federal statutory rights, by state officials or regulators, acting under color of law, lending to the powers to file a case under Title 42, Section 1983, classic civil rights suit . . . applied to white, middle age, wealthy, Republican, professionals and Mormons!  The case went viral, going into every fucking newspaper in the nation, with me getting calls from all over the country, New York, Florida, California, Chicago, with attorneys, loving what I did and paying the courts, just to read my briefs . . . not your normal case, not your normal attorney, having been a former assistant attorney general, going after the state of Utah, the governor, the attorney general, the director of the Department of Commerce, and the Division of Securities, along with several attorneys and investigators . . . not your normal, sheriff's deputy, beating up a black inmate in prison, case!
• at the time, I had been off the radar screen for almost 10 years, didn't look like myself, but still with a razor sharp mind, a legal background, like none other, with a background in constitutional, administrative, criminal, civil and I had to learn securities, but when, you have had the training, government experience, and the foundation of the Constitution, and a working knowledge of the other areas of law, plus the administrative process, I had the right experience with the right case!  No other attorney, in the fucking nation, even the $700 per hour New York, Wall Street attorneys, saw the case, as a civil rights case, with the ability to hold the government regulators' feet to the fire, for violating rights, that applied to search and seizure, plus, tons of other violations of rights, and protections, to be found, not only in the federal constitution, but the state of Utah Constitution also, the Cadillac version of rights, provided in this state, lending to 29 charges of violations, and 6 federal violations!  I was one attorney in a million, not the type of case to steal, and not the type of attorney, to replace, PRICELESS, as is Hillary, as president!
• in retrospect, I am convinced, that the case, may have been a set up, pre-planned by the Mitt Romney, Mormon, Republican, financial planners, my clients, working with, Mormons, and their henchmen, and women, they wanted to steal the case, wanting the image, of them, but the MIND OF ME!, orchestrating the case, controlling the case, and stealing the case, using the Mormon network, FBI, CIA, NSA, and others, who, like vultures, saw how big the case was, with attorneys, looking to me, from across the country, and with salivating slobber, seeing the potential for money, that could be used to Mitt's campaign, but with an Obama supporter, being the attorney! or it may have just morphed, as the dollar signs, and the elections progressed!  Had I written a shitty brief, one that had no merit, focused on fraud, like all other attorneys in the nation, getting fucking nowhere, this case, would not have gone, crazy like it did, nor had the impact it did!  It was fun writing, entertaining yet, stinging, powerful, yet, cool, using references to school yard bullies, witch trials, and the master/slave relationship, new, fresh, just like this blog, just like everything I do, being a colorful, powerful, educated, interesting woman, not to be substituted with boring, bitches, who could NEVER have done this case, with no other case, like in the case of Kay Burningham, or Kelly Anne Booth, who got credit for both my monster, civil rights cases!  These women were loser attorneys, wanna-be JoAnn's, along with a father who had the SEC, a sister, who met all the key government players, when her, her husband, and her ex-boss were charged with SECURITIES FRAUD! and they get to take credit for my KILLER CASES?  ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? • Rachel, a flight attendant for United Airlines, for 17 years, had just started to be trained as a private investigator, with David Doddridge a former, LAPD, for 20 years, and totally loyal to cops, saying, once a cop, always a cop and that turned out to be completely true!  So, the Iron County criminal justice system, got introduced to the big ass fake boobs, with Rachel just getting a new body make over, peck lift, boob job, her third, lipo ass, thighs, tummy tuck, etc., so looking better than she had in years, and right in time for the googling eyes of cops, sheriffs, county attorneys and judges, in Iron County, I later in 2010, the critical year, filed a $56.7 million Iron County Corruption case, against the same key law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges, as Rachel had dealt with, plus my father, who always wanted to be an attorney, had 5 SEC investigations, and was raised in Cedar City, and knew, not only members of the community, but his mother and father were well known, as was my uncle and aunt Sue and Paul Southwick, so it was all in the family, me against, my family, and their root city! my mother also met my father in Cedar City, in Iron County, Utah, when she came to teach school, and that also, connected into the Dixie Leavitt, Mike Leavitt, Republican political machine in Utah, and the Mormon Church, dragging the FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA, etc., along with the Bushes, where Rachel was a representative for the flight attendants, back in 2000, when Bush ran against Al Gore.  So, due to Rachel's marriage to Kay Moosman, she wanted to move to Cove, Utah, to live with him, but her two oldest children were ordered by the judge to remain in school, until it was over . . . like the end of May or first of June

POLICE LACKED ANYTHING TO LINK THE KILLINGS TO THE KILLER. THERE WAS A SURVIGING PROSTITUTE, WHO ESCAPED THIS MAN, FROM, KIDNAPPING, RAPING, TORTURING AND ATTEMPTING TO MURDER, THIS YOUNG WOMAN. TO THIS POINT, THE KILLER WAS SUSPECT, BUT HE HAD NOT HAD A RECORD FOR 10 YEARS, BUT HE KNEW THAT AUTHORITIES WERE ON TO HIM. A COP WENT TO BUY SOME BAKERY ITEMS, AND WHEN, HANSEN, THE SUSPECT, WAS SO NERVOUS, THAT, THE BAKER, KEPT PUTTING FROSTING ON HIS THUMB. THE BAKER FIT THE FBI PROFILE, PERFECTLY. FINALLY, THEY GOT A WARRANT, OF SPECIFIC THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN THE SEARCH OF THE HOME, SOUVENIERS, MOMENTOS FROM THE KILLINGS, FROM A PIECE OF THE VICTIMS JEWELRY TO A PIECE OF HER CLOTHING, LISTING THE ITEMS WITH SPECIFICITY. THE COPS KNEW THAT THEY HAD A SERIAL KILLER, THE WARRANT, THROUGH AFFIDAVIT, GREW TO 48 PAGES, BUT WHEN THEY CAME TO HIS HOUSE, THE PERP WAS NOT THERE. FINALLY THEY GOT HIM, SET UP THE DESIGN OF THE INTERROGATION ROOM, MIND GAMES BEGAN, FBI COUCHED, LOCAL COPS ON HOW TO INVESTIGATE THE KILLLINGS, WITH THE GIRLS PICTURES ALL HUNG ON THE WALLS, TAKEN AT THE CRIMES SCENE. THE KILLER GAME WAS TO FIND OUT WHAT THE COPS KNEW, AND THE COPS WHAT THE SERIAL KILLER KNEW! WHILE SOME COPS INTERVIEWED THE SUSPECT, OTHER COPS, SEARCHED HIS HOUSE . . . HE KNEW, THAT THE COPS HAD ACCESS TO HIS RECORDS AND TO HIS PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE, THEY SEARCHED HIS HOUSE AND PLANE, AND FINALLY, THE HOUSE YIELED, A AREAL MAP OF THE WILDERNESS AREA, WHERE SOME OF THE FEMALE BODIES WERE FOUND, THEN A RIFLE, WAS FOUND THAT FIT THE SHELL CASINGS AND THE ONE DESCRIBED BY THE VICTIM THAT SURVIVED. THE KILLER DIDN'T CONFESS TO ANYTHING. WHILE COPS SEARCHED, A NEIGHBOR, SHOWED UP, CURIOUS, AND HER HUSBAND, HAD PROVIDED AN ALIBI FOR THE KILLER, NOT KNOWING HOW SERIOUIS THE NATURE OF THE ALLEGATIONS WERE AGAINST THEIR BAKER NEIGHBOR, THEN A NECKLESS WAS FOUND, OF A VICTIM. BAIL WAS SET AT $500,000, NOW THEY HAD A CASE, TO GO AFTER THE KILLER, AND THEY SURMISED THAT THE SERIAL KILLER HAD KILLED AT LEAST 11 WOMEN, AND LEFT THEIR BODIES UP IN THE WILDERNESS THAT COULD ONLY BE REACHED BY PLANE. THE COPS CONNECTED THE MAP TO ALL THE BODIES FOUND, TIME FOR THE KILLER TO CUT A DEAL, AND CONFESS. HE WANTED TO GO TO PRISON OUTSIDE OF ALASKA, THAT THE PRESS WOULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING, AND HIS FAMILY WOULD BE LEFT ALONE, AND HE CONFESSED TO 4 KILLINGS. THE ONE SURVIVING WOMAN, FELL APART, WHEN HE SAW ALL THE VICTIMS THAT THE HUNTER WOULD TAKING THE WOMEN INTO THE WOODS AND HUNT THEM LIKE ANIMALS, THEN GUN THEM DOWN. HE PRETENDED TO BE A PHOTOGRAPHER WHO WOULD TAKE PICTURES OF THE WOMEN, MEET THEM ALONE, THEN HANDCUFF THE WOMEN, TO THE CAR, WITH ON HANDCUFF ALREADY CUFFED TO THE CAR DOOR, SO PUTTING THE OTHER HANDCUFF ON, WAS EASY. HE WOULD TOY WITH THE PREY, BEFORE THEY WERE KILLED. HE HAD A SUMMER PLAN, SENT HIS FAMILY AWAY, SO HE COULD USE THE HOUSE, TO TORTURE THE WOMEN . . . HE WAS SENTENCED TO 421 YEARS, FOR LIFE . . . THE KILLER SHOWED THE COPS WHERE THE VICTIMS WERE BURIED. THE LAST THING, AILES AND THE BOYZ AT FOX WOULD HAVE WANTED, IS A FEW FEMALE ATTORNEYS, CRAWLING UP THEIR ASSES, ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT CHARGES! LOL! I THINK WE NEED A BRIEF UPDATE, ON WHAT CONSTITUTES A "HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT" SO THAT OTHERS, WHO ARE NOT AS WELL TRAINED IN THE LAW, OR WORK IN A PLACE, THAT DOESN'T TRAIN THEIR STAFF ABOUT SUCH HOT TOPIC ISSUES, LIKE FOX SHOULD HAVE, THEIR ATTORNEYS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THAT ONE, BUT, I WILL BRIEFLY GO THROUGH SOME OF THE ELEMENTARY TRAINING, THAT MEN INPARTICULARLY SHOULD WE AWARE OF, BUT WOMEN, CAN ALSO, SEXUALLY HARASS TOO, AS WE HAVE SEEN TEACHERS, GO AFTER THEIR MALE STUDENTS, AS YOUNG AS JUNIOR HIGH! SO HERE WE GO, AND THIS IS OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD, SO THE CREAM ALWAYS, RISES TO THE TOP, AND IT IS PROBABLY THE STUFF THAT SEEMED TO MAKE THE MOST SENSE TO ME, AT THE TIME!

The Standard of Review, to Prove a Case of Sexual Harassment, is that there was a "Hostile Work Environment" and that may Differ From Person to Person!  You Take Your Victims as You Find Them, What is "Hostile" to One, Might Not Be "Hostile" To Another . . . The "Eggshell Theory" of Torts, it is the Luck or Unluck of the Draw--You are Playing Russian Roulette!

By way of example . . . when I was an assistant attorney general, over three statewide programs, also dealing a lot with domestic violence, reporting laws for physicians, I happened to come in contact with a doctor, who was a spokesperson for the Utah Medical Association, before, I later, became general counsel for the UMA, but, often, both of us, had to testify before, various, legislative committees, on domestic violence and related issues.  As me and this doctor, ran into each other, more and more, he started to get more and more friendly, wanted hugs, and there were times, he called me, and said that his wife, had Lupus, or something like that, and that he would need a wife, after his wife died, to help him raise his 10 children!  I just kind of blew him off, having four children of my own, and having, not one ounce of attraction for this doctor, not really even listening to him, as he rambled, when he called, every once in awhile.  Now, I supervised, 13 staff members, and three of them were in charge of constituent services, and handled the majority of the calls to the Utah Attorney Generals Office, redirecting them to various government agencies, that would or could best serve their needs, but they also took personal calls for me, and I was generally, never in the office for one reason or another, so they may have gotten, more than an ear full, from the doc, that I was unaware of.  But, I remember, not giving any heed, to this man, never was attracted, never would be, and, male attention was something, I had never lacked in life!

But, I remember, one of my employees, saying to me, JoAnn, you would not recognize, sexual harassment, if it was standing right in front of your face! referring to this doctor, who later ended up, not only president of the UMA doctors association, and the AMA,  or American Medical Association, so a big shot, but, not my type!  Now, obviously, the woman, taking this man's phone call, was bothered by what he was either saying about me, or making reference to, or the fact that he was getting, somewhat, carried away, but, as a female attorney, much like Fox's, Greta Van Susteren or Laura Ingraham, there is much less, likelihood, given the level of education, and power to do something, even against powerful men, that, say, a female anchor with a communications degree or broadcasting degree, would not have, and might be, much more vulnerable, and generally, with an uneven level of power, that makes, the other women, more vulnerable, that an attorney.  What would be threatening to, an underling, would not have the same impact, on someone like me.  I don't think, I gave another thought, to her, statement, and just basically, while not, flattered in the slightest, kind of laughed, that, he would be presumptuous enough, to think, he could pull some stunt, off like that, and that was the end of it.  So, when there is power for power, without supervisory positions, over someone, the level of what would constitute would be much harder to prove; however, if someone had the power over your job, position, promotions, or salary, such as a partner in a law firm, making demands on a new female attorney, who, would or might be under the control of a senior partner!

There is Much Less Sympathy, When the Male or Female, Is Not Under the Control of a Superior, and Then Scream Foul, or Sexual Harassment, When, there was No Power Exerted Over a Subordinate! or They Have the Latitude and Mobility, to Freely Move About Their Profession with Ease!

One of the areas, that attorneys, juries, judges, or administrative hearing officers, might look at, is the level of "supervision" or the "uneven" power between the two involved parties, whether male or female, because both sexes can be sexually harassed, pressured, experience a "hostile working environment."  Anytime, someone of power, a general, a staff sergeant, a supervisor, a principle, a director, someone of substantial power, over the other person, and these allegations, or charges are brought, it is much more likely to be the case, if there is an uneven, playing field, and the more uneven, the power, the more likely, there is the potential, to have the opportunity, availability, and potential, to have the power, to commit, or be involved in pressuring someone, or putting undue influence on them, to create a hostile work environment.  Although, that type of work environment, can be created by equals, or even inferiors, especially, in fields, professions, trades, where there is a predominance of one sex, over another, just due to the amount of support, one might get, from fellow workers for harassing, say a female boss, with all the men, in support or agreement, with the harasser, such as in a police or fire department, or in my case, in the legal field, where all female attorneys, in southern Utah, had been either trashed by the judges, or felt uncomfortable with almost all males in the local bar, or where, only the big boys, get the murder cases, not the females who are relegated to kiddie court!

In large, departments with options and mobility, if there is a complaint, of someone, within the department, harassing, or creating an environment that is not conducive to a healthy work atmosphere, and it is easy to get transferred, or to just be put in a different location from this person, and there were ample options, to avoid the abuser, then, it may be wise, to just realize that, there are personality conflicts, that can come into play, and for every one's sake, it my do you well to move, even if it is somewhat, uncomfortable, takes you out, of your friends and coworkers' circle, there may be some expectation, that, is preferable to the alternative of upsetting the whole office dynamics, or disrupting important business and work, ethics, being just easier to make a change, even while being the one harassed!  Now, when sexual harassment, happens, it is imperative that the person, being harassed, make it clear and known to the person, creating the negative work experience, that they don't appreciate, their advances, or the extra attention, or being singled out, and being treated either better or worse, because, while getting privileges, from a boss or superior, may at first seem, innocent, believe me, it will later come with strings, and just taking up, an offer, even without harassment, can create a "hostile work environment" just knowing there are favors, gifts, allowances, and corners cut, for someone over all the others, who may later take it out on the singled out person.

A List of Commonly Know Events or Comments That Can Be The Start of an Unhealthy Work Environment, Leading to a "Hostile" Encounter

Back in 1994, when I was first hired as an assistant attorney general, staff attorney for the Utah Prosecution Council, we were required, to take a training, on what, sexual harassment looked like, what it constituted, what the signs were that it was taking place, and what to do about it; however, that was a fucking long time ago, but, I do remember a few things, and I will see, if, after 23 years of practicing law, working first with government, colleges and universities, later, in private practice, etc., I have had enough experience, that I might be able to just drag thoughts and ideas out from my experiences:

• sexual comments on dress, body parts, movement, reading contact, or accidental or even purposeful touching, that could or couldn't be considered, creating an unwelcome contact or environment, or taking everything in a sexual context, more like locker room talk
• gatherings of either male or females, at a water cooler, or in an office, and seeing a co-worker, go by, turning and making facial comments, rolling eyes, or raising eyebrows, or whispering, or even loud comments that, would indicate, that the group is talking about, this person
• anytime you have a high concentrated number of men, in a system, and the first women, comes on board or starts to crash their previously, male bastion, and who may even be better than the males, setting a new standard of excellence, the fangs, claws, jaws, come out, putting pressure on the one female, to get out, now, not giving them time to root into the system . . . this happened to me, in the criminal justice system, going from government, protected, ivy tower work, dealing with cops, prosecutors and judges, more in a training, legislative, and representative capacity, to getting down, and dirty in the trenches, in the heated battle of criminal law defense and civil rights, against some of the same people, I had trained, 15 to 20 years earlier, and believe me, it was hostile, with no other female, that I ever saw, most driven out by the boyz clubz, right off the bat, not having dealt with someone like me, who had a resume and history, of taking to the systems, now facing off against them, in court, in the jails, and out on the streets, often turning a criminal defense into a civil rights case, when situations and matters got out of hand!  The big push back, putting the hands and cuffs on, law enforcement, forcing them to abide by the Constitutional rights and protections, they took an oath to do, and they did not like, me doing what they do to every one else!  The transition, from being treated, like an attorney, to going to pussy!  I first noticed and increasing disdain for me, in the jails, and some of it, I believe was related to an obvious, but, controlled attraction, to one of my clients, who ended up being a plaintiff in a civil rights case--the guy was a local football hero, and was going to play for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, but, for some reason, had a class that he failed to either pass, or didn't take, stopping him from going, but, the man was a physical specimen for sure, handsome, fit, good looking as hell, and you had to be blind, not to see that . . . I was expecting some meth-ed out, skinny, druggie type, with greasy hair, and sickly, and this beautiful, buff man, walks into the lawyer's booth at the jail, and we hit it off, right off the bat, even being, 30 years different in age, bound by the case, liberty, justice and rights!  We used to tell stories and talk the case for hours, and we would both, laugh until we were sick!  The jail central, monitors, started to notice, the weekly visits, and the $56.7 million case, and they started to put pressure on me: (1) they started to ask for my driver's license, all the sudden, like they were looking for warrants, and pissed they didn't find any, generally, all I had to show was my Utah State Bar Association card; (2) they had to have put listening devices in the lawyer's booth, that should have been completely confidential, but, now appeared to be something to be used, to gain information, and both me and my client, would notice that stuff we talked about, had immediate ramifications, in the jail population, like moving this guy, to another jail, who had just been ordered to spend the next 4 months in this jail; (3) then on a very hot case, all the sudden, I was being denied, even access to the lawyer's booth at all, and was put in the family booths, like any other citizen, and suppose to carry on confidential conversations about cases, that involved, police framing and setting my client up . . . I had been, up to that point winning, almost all my motions and was getting my clients, either off, or substantially hitting, the system, and getting like 45 year prison, sentences down to three year probation, etc., so the "hostilities" started to amp up, and (4) is was denied access to my clients, some facing murder wraps, with me as second chair, now ready to take on a capital murder case, trying to tell my client, who had originally wanted me to defend him, that now, 10 months later, I could, and to withdraw his plea agreement, they refused me and him, both our 6th amendment rights, by denying me contact, which I had always had, but the plea deal had been reached, another case where I thought the cops, killed my client's wife, then, pressured him, drugged out and drunk, to confess, or so they claimed to the murder, with all the evidence pointing to the cops! (5) blocking access and representation, was just the beginning, then it escalated, to blocking me from making it to court, to see him, at sentencing, waking to find, two of my tires on my truck with nails in them, and my client, being moved from 23 on the docket list to 1 or 2nd, so, that they could get him sentenced and out of the courtroom, before, I could get my truck tires fixed and take care of business in the Washington County Courthouse and cases; (6) then, it went to packing courtrooms with cops, undercover, plain clothed, and denying the public, or friends of the defendants to attend court, violating more rights, from 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th, in this court process; (6) finally, the conflict, because, like a good little girl, I didn't back down, the harassing and "hostile work environment" turned to danger on the streets, with incindiary devices, being  placed on my tires, making one blow when I hit freeway speeds of 80 miles per hour, my truck tires were loosened, engines fucked with, transmission, oil filter, and on and on, attempting to kill me through an accident; (7) cops started to break in my house at night, taking key pieces of evidence, and stealing computer flash or travel drives out of my purse, then putting them back, a few days later, containing, intellectual property, and case notes and briefs; and finally, (8) an all out assault, on my character, going after everything from my life to my bar license, bribing clients, to bringing in cops approved, doubles, in the form of non-attorney sisters, to chasing me for the last 4 years, not remaining in Utah, but spreading to the whole fucking nation, going to my cell phones, to computers, following me, 24/7, on planes, trains, buses, and shuttles, creating a hostile work environment even on my fucking computer!  I am a trailblazer, and beat the living shit out the system, the players, the cops, prosecutors, judges, and whoever, gets in my way, taking on a system from top to bottom . . . and they look at me, my blog, as creating a hostile work environment, for them!  LOL!  I love turning the victim, into the perp!  not new, not creative, no novel, they do this in RAPE cases, domestic violence, sexual assault and often in sexual harassment cases!  Case in point, daily turning off the spell check on my blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  In four short years, due to a hostile work environment, hostile family, a very Republican state and counties, I have gone from a thriving law practice, listed as #2 in the nation, to being reported as dead, having my car blown up, and non-stop surveillance, chasing, intimidation, and harassment, going from a $1.4 million home, $700 million worth of cases, lined up and waiting, a national image and reputation, down to homeless and a backpack, to my name, explain that one!
• I had a secretary at the AG's office, who was a very attractive, middle aged woman, who was very busty, and my boss, her boss too, always had his eyeballs glued right at her boobs, never looking at her face, while he talked to her, and, this was making her very, very uncomfortable . . . I don't think, he intended to make her feel bad, or thought he was creating an intentional "hostile work environment" but, I would more put it in the category of a clueless male, who was not, even trying to look, but somehow, subconsciously, always, rested his eyes, right on her chest area, never ever looking her in the eyes!  Finally, she came to me, and asked me what she should do, and I said, next time he does this to you, look straight at his crotch, area, and address him!  She did this, and it worked, made the point, and made the obvious, while silent, statement, that, his glare was making her as uncomfortable, as her staring at his dick!  She got it, and that was the end, but, this small, thoughtless, staring was creating for her, a "hostile work environment" and, being someone, without that endowment in that area, I personally could not relate, but, I do know, it would piss me off, and being the feminist, I am, I would have done it a long time ago, but again, he was an attorney, and so was I, and she was a secretary!
• dirty jokes, off handed sexually charged comments, assigning machinery, as male or female, or making reference to parts of some machine, equipment, or tool, and giving it, a sexual play on the instrument, can make people feel uncomfortable, and the comments are not welcome, and make others feel, bad about going into that room, say a printing press, or a mail room, or an area, that is heavily laden with the members of the opposite sex, who are not offended, because it doesn't refer to a male body, or it can go in the converse of that, too, the other day, while I was in line, to get food at the Poverello Center, there was a piece of chicken, like the only one left, and the person serving, looked at me, and I looked at him, and the chicken, seriously, looked like a male penis, and, he asked me if, I wanted that piece and I laughed and said, no, that looks a little risque for me!  We both laughed . . . now, that may have been offensive to someone, but, we were not in a working environment, nor was I a supervisor over him, and, there was no doubt, what it looked like, and rather than, embarrassing him, which, it did not, but it could have some guys, we laughed, knowing fully well, what part of the male anatomy, that piece of chicken looked like.  Males, tend to be a bit, less sensitive than females are, and they only have one part of the body, to be talked about and referred to, so, they tend to roll with things a bit better, and very importantly, it was, a volunteer position, and so, there was not much risk of something, becoming a habit!
• this situation, was very uncalled for, and not appreciated . . . sometimes, women, who have learned to get places with their bodies or have been successful, can come onto, a male, making him feel uncomfortable, as in a scenario, between three attorneys, me, my boyfriend, the partner, or boss, of his private practice, who hired my attorney friend, because he wanted to go out with me.  Me and him, were sitting in his office one day, and my ex-friend, came in, with a see through, low cut blouse or the buttons, loose, revealing her breasts, and she, sat on the floor, pulling her legs over her head, acting like she was doing some type of yoga exercise or something, he and I were sitting up, having a lawyer's discussion, when she came in and started doing this sexual exercise, to the shock of both me and him, being so inappropriate and unwelcome.  Eventually, he fired her, but, it was not, him, doing the sexual harassing, she wanted him, was going through a divorce, was afraid that I would be richer than she was, and so she started using what had always worked for her in the past with other male attorneys, using sex to lure them, into a relationship, or way from other female attorneys, as she had done in law firms of the past.  Well, this attorney, had some sense about him, saw her for the skank she was being, and ended up firing her.  But, had she been a full partner, and their law practices very involved, women, can create just as "hostile work environment" for the male, who is not digging what she is forcing him to deal with each day!
• now, there are people, who, we see about town, or every once in a while, who make us feel uncomfortable, and create a "hostile" environment, but that is not the same thing, because we are not dependent on them for a job, or for our pay, or for a promotion, or have to deal with them, every fucking day!  I had one such dude, who was just a simple, man, a dishwasher, type, not educated, but, every time I saw him, is was like, why don't you run away with me, go to Vegas and marry me, or why don't you come on over to my house, cook me up a good meal and we will, you know.  This went on for three fucking years, off and on, and I only saw him, once or twice a year, but just seeing him, made me, pissed, because he never failed to put pressure on me, and I had absolutely no interest in him, didn't want to be mean, but eventually, I had to . . . I told him, that what he was doing was sexually harassing me, and I didn't like it, and if he didn't stop it, I was going to have to call the cops or something . . . now, he will not even say, hi!  But, I prefer that!  Both guys and gals, don't push a relationship, sexual in nature, if, this person, never, ever, responds, or moves in that direction, give it a break and let it die!  I hated his attention in that area, but I liked him, as a person!
• sex, does not belong in the work place!  Sometimes rejecting someone's sexual advances can, then in turn, create a "hostile work environment" when they pout around, get pissy when you come  in the room, or start making disrespectful comments around others, or during staff meetings, pressuring you, through social media, or generally, distancing or isolating you from the rest of the office, through trash talking and negative comments
• while we might think that, adding a little sex to our work to avoid boredom, or to spice our lives up a bit, or to make people feel were are liberated and can deal with sex and work at the same time, there is likely to be some repercussions that might come back to bite us in the ass, later, or when, the fun and games are over, or when a wife or husband is contacted, or when someone has a change of heart, and the two people have to see each other daily, things can get very messy!
