I love it, all the old feminists, like myself and Boxer, are going after Mr. Trump and holding him to his political positions, and not letting up, until, women, people, voters, see that he changes his political positions, that were spouted in the morning, by noon! Wages are too high, no, on second thought, they are too low. Trump spent most of the last year, calling on a 100% ban on Muslims, coming into this country, but now that London, has just elected its first Muslim mayor, almost like being the president of a country, and sometimes as important, with the world, looking at the ban, on Muslims, and how asinine that position is, seeing that there are already over a million Muslims living in the country already, and over what, 600 million plus, Muslims in the world, and one of the guiding principles of the Constitution, is no establishment of religion, including Christianity, or forcing others to abide by one religion or another, or making them believe in God at all! That is all part of the first amendment protections and freedoms . . . even Mr. Trump, rich as he claims to be, cannot ban a religion or its believers from coming into this country. No hate in our state, nor in our country . . . we have outgrown the fears, prejudices, bigotry of our fathers! We will not go back!
Senator Boxer, calls Trump, someone without a center, grounding, or leveling, being on sound ground and a sure foundation! People thought, Mitt Romney, flipped and flopped, and you can't see TRUMP? Come on! Barbara, who knows of the battles of women, and how we have had to, and still, do have to fight to get to the top of our fields, as has Hillary, and then to make fun of that woman? Calling the most, qualified candidate the country has ever seen, rivaling the qualifications of former President Clinton, her husband, is so crass, low level, and juvenile, that, it is not wonder, that woman prefer, lice and cockroaches, over Mr. Trump . . . you Sir, are an INSECT! I am still fighting men, like yourself, who, not only refuse, to see me, and all I have done, but, they are trying to erase me from existence, going after me like a common criminal, and would imprison or kill me, in a New York second! The same chicken shit cops, all backed down, this morning, after I wrote in my blog that, someone is trailing me, and it almost appeared, that the entity who turned on the sprinklers, twice last night, and the lights, at a building that had been blacked out, want me to know, that I am not alone . . . they may be using me as LIVE BAIT, knowing my competence and trusting that I have proven, that not only am I a great attorney, American, but also I would make a great asset or agent in top intelligent areas, if not training FBI or CIA, in how to elude, and ditch enemies, not for a short time, but for 5 fucking years. Men would do well, for VALUING WOMEN, NOT for what they want them to look like, or how the look, but for what they can do, as both, Boxer and Hillary, both well aware, and sometimes painfully so, of the long time and battles to get where they got!
WHATS STATEMENTS ARE MEN MAKING BY DESTROYING FEMALE ROLE MODELS?
Last election cycle, I attended an, Election Law Seminar, sponsored by the University of Montana, Law School, right around either the end of October, or first of November, within literally days of the elections. There were professors from Yale and Harvard, sitting on panels, leading discussions, and answering questions . . . I was sitting on the front role, and I mentioned the Brock securities case, that I am sure, everyone of these scholarly men, had heard of, being a huge ass constitutional law case, focusing on civil rights and constitutional right violations by state officials, acting under color of law. Now, my case had been fucking, stolen, by the same type of shallow ass fucks, like Trump, seeing me, as unworthy of getting credit for a case that fucking ROCKED THE NATION, of regulators, financial planners, wealth managers, etc., the Fortune 500 Club, who donate a shit load of money to political campaigns, because, what, I was fat? No mention or thought, to the fact that financial planners from across the country, were all over this case, being eaten alive, by SEC regulators, having their rights trampled on and their licenses, trashed, and in my humble opinion, taking out all the above average, smart, leaders in the field, so Wall Street and the Bush administration, could pull off all the shit, that about tanked our economy!
But, I believe, that there was a constitutional law professor, who was from Harvard, who was suppose to be staying at Mac's Inn, a private fishing village, owned and operated by 25 wealthy families from around the country, and I was trying to get off the grid, so I had applied to be a waitress, at the Inn, and had been hired, even as an attorney, with the employer so happy to introduce me to this Harvard professor, who would love talking to me, knowing that I had been the attorney, who did the Brock $357 million securities case, that gave regulators the what for, because, surely he would know about the case, and he would be staying almost 6 weeks of the summer at the fishing village, just outside Yellowstone, maybe, why he might have been a panelist on the sessions at the law school, I am just speculating, as to the actions of the directors of the seminar, who surely, had been contacted by the FRAUDS, who claimed to be ME, the NEW JOANNS, and the ones who FORGED MY NAME TO THE SETTLEMENT documents, probably didn't spell my name right! but, they sure as hell, stopped my job at the Inn, three days before, was to leave to get off the grid, relaxing after all the shit, like getting my property stolen, my vehicles sabotaged, my whole fucking law practice, stolen, briefs, on the case, and all, AFTER. I WON THE GOVERNMENT ATTORNEYS, HANDS DOWN . . . THEY THEN WON THE OLD FASHIONED WAY, THEY CHEATED!
SILENCED FROM THE FIRST QUESTION
Now, most professors, are book learned, although, teaching a Harvard, is probably different, knowing that Alan Dershowitz, and other renowned attorneys and professors, work and teach there, but, as a general rule, I am sure, that, I am one of the few attorneys in the nation, who, have a U.S. Supreme Court bar membership, and happened to get it, with all the controversy, venom, and vigor, with a high profile case, like this, having nationwide exposure, merit, and bringing notice to the state, to Mitt Romney, and to the Utah State Bar, and the IMAGE CONSCIOUS MORMON CHURCH, plus I was NOT A REPUBLICAN, not really a Democrat either, but, the powers that be, decided to use my knowledge, my brains, my skill, my background, in government, to bring note and attention to the case, even to win the case, but, I was to be the work horse and then there were the show girls, who got all the credit, all the fame, and all the glory, while I was locked in the Grand County Jail, for 9 days, for appealing a Mormon judge's decision? Which, is constitutional, legal, supported by the rules of civil procedure, both federal and state constitutions, etc. They needed me, to be locked away, put in solitary confinement for 9 days, while the press was out, and locking me down, 23 hours a day, let out long enough to take a shower and watch a few minutes of TV, eventually picked up by a Brock employee, so I could come argue the federal district court portion of the case, because the show gals, were too stupid, lame and fucked up to do it, even with one, being a trial attorney, in torts, 10 years longer than myself. That is the background, and I was coming to Montana for a fresh start.
My legal colleagues, at the school of law, participated, probably with large grants, foundations behind the liars, and scholarships, to the school, trying to ingratiate themselves to the school, so they, would believe the frauds, with MY MONEY, MY CASE, AND MY NAME, were me, before they got to know the REAL ME, and the Harvard professor on the panel, learned that the gal who was going to work at the Inn, and learn to fish, hike and bike, to get back in shape, after at the time, 10 years, of believing or being told I was going to die, with no chance of living, so why not eat whatever? might learn of the liars, the fraud, and have the power to do something. But, several times during the day, after I had raised my hand, and I know how to speak, fuck, I had been a professor at three fucking colleges, for 8 years, had the largest civil rights cases in the nation, and was listed as number 2 in the nation, behind famed attorney, Gerry Spence,d and I AM BEING FUCKING SILENCED? The slight, was so obvious, that several attorneys, who were in attendance, who obviously were not part of the cover up and steal, were furious, and came up to me durnig the break and wondered, what the fuck was going on? I knew, but, going into it, would have taken too long, if they would have believed me in the first place!
WHAT STATEMENT WAS MY SILENCE SAYING TO FEMALE LAW STUDENTS?
Most law schools, now days, have at least 50% women, in their first year classes; however, once out in the field of law, practice, and reality, there is only lip service to equality, as Hillary, and Barbara Boxer might know, and there were several experiences that shocked the shit out of me, both in meeting with judges, in job interviews, refusing to believe, that a judge, could be discriminatory, but he was . . . when the judge I was interviewing heard that I had four children, he asked me, which was none of his business, what I was going to do with my kids, if I came and did an internship with him, over the summer, and I responded, that my ex-husband was going to take my kids for the summer. INTERVIEW OVER! Several attorneys and law clerks, warned me about his reputation, and I didn't believe it! I am looking, out into the McDonald's parking lot, and there is a red, Suburban, SUV, one of the signs, representing the symbolic, connection between sister, Rachel, who was put in MY PLACE, as ME . . . the bimbo, flight attendant, the IMAGE THE Mormon church wanted, the PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER OF THE WORLD, over Hollywood and Las Vegas, if you can believe it! She is my sister, so she looks the most like me, and this sister, whom Brock would not even hire as his receptionist because, she could not do any of the computer or phone stuff, was going to be the #2 in the nation, attorney over the Brock securities case, taking someone who knew, constitutional, administrative, civil, criminal and securities law, to handle the case, FUCK, I HAD ATTORNEYS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY, New York, Chicago, LA, Vegas, Florida, Washington, and I am sure, every state, had Brock, not gotten professionally jealous, with the attorney being more popular than the two plaintiffs, featured in the New York Investment News, No Big Love In Utah, article, that came out, January 17, 2010, one week after I filed the complaint, serving the governor, attorney general, director of the Department of Commerce and securities division, along with attorneys, investigators and regulators, for violating my clients' civil and constitutional rights! My clients had shopped for an attorney for 10 fucking years, to find one crazy and brazen enough to take this case! I have PAID!
But, as I looked around the UC ballroom, that fall afternoon, I wondered, what these young female law students were thinking, as I raised my hands on the front row, to be ignored, time and time again . . . later that night, to have allegedly been killed, while travelling home from the conference? Come on, you shit, Trump, get your fucking act together . . . not only is this type of discrimination, fucked up, but it is ILLEGAL, and I would say, FUCKING CRIMINAL . . .

EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE--ME AND RACHEL MY DOUBLE!
Okay, this is before, all this happened, and I was practicing law, in 5 states, with several cases up on appeal, and the Brock case, on its way to the United States Supreme Court, or maybe at this time, going to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, but at that time, I was helping Rachel, hang onto her house, that we found all kinds of mortgage fraud on, during the big 2008, 2009, mortgage fraud years, and bottom falling out of the market, with her losing her house. At that same time, the FBI, hired 21 new agents, to be fielded in the St. George area to figure out what was going on, in the real estate market, and mortgage refinances, etc. So, it was in this context, that Rachel and I had an appointment with the FBI, but it was her shit, not mine, I was just helping and happened to see a bunch of stuff on the country recorders records, that gave me a good clue what the scheme was, and Rachel's husband, and her husband's attorney, were deep and dark, in mortgage fraud and helping people make short sales, using a "straw man" merely getting their houses, sold, but to friends who, were allegedly, now on the title of there homes, and the previous owners, were allegedly renting from the new owner, when it was paper games, recording games, and all were being laundered through, first Brian Adamson's, Law Firm, then again, through his Justice Law Firm, laundering the purchases, through this network of friends, who were all in the same, Mormon ward, in St. George and scamming the banks.
The morning me and Rachel, who asked me to come along, having set the appointment herself, had about, 5 stops to make, and documents, that needed to be either picked up, or copied, or needing to stop at the county recorders, to see if I could pull the materials and proof, I had seen when searching records. I had some many places to go, I didn't bother to put on make up, nor to worry about what my hair looked like. I am always punctual, and I was waiting outside the FBI field office for Rachel to show up. I am getting more and more pissed, and finally, I called her, and said, where in the FUCK are you? She got very quiet, and I said, Rachel, you were suppose to meet me here, where the fuck are you? again, silence . . . finally, she very sheepishly said, to her very serious older sister, I was buying HAIR SPRAY! WHAT? I could not even believe it, she was worried, what Seth Foote, a loser, FBI, lying sack of shit, along with U.S. AG, Paul Kohler, whom I beat, on a criminal case, federal firearms and communications fraud, charges, for Travis Brawn . . . two of the clowns, behind all this shit, the doubles, the protection, etc., with both of them, probably taking credit for all the stuff I discovered in the country records, having written up a overview of the issue and what I thought was happening! So three fucking loser clowns, liars, shit heads, are all doing great, have their jobs, homes, cars, lives, and for doing all the GREAT work I have done, I AM HOMELESS IN MISSOULA, MONTANA, being stalked, tracked, harassed, intimidating to THIS FUCKING DAY, or yesterday, until the big brave cops, learned that I might have someone on MY SIDE, WATCHING THEIR SORRY ASSES, taking cop car numbers, and badge numbers, just like the time I got 8 cops fired in St. George!

Now, I liked Senator Boxer's ideas, on how, to bring both sides, Republicans and Democrats together, male and females, with Trump, being just as guilty, of using the "man card" being the strong man, bragging about the size of his dick in relation to his hands, and assuring men, nationwide that he is more than sufficient in bed, punking the nation, like he did back in the interview with PEOPLE Magazine huh? But, Boxer, said that, men, need to look at women as their mothers, sisters, daughters, and therefore treat them accordingly. Funny that is exactly the same advice, Jesus Christ, gave, his disciples, who had trouble with women, like Mary, the first to see and report that Christ has risen, or that Jesus let his mother, Mary teach in the upper rooms of the temple, found in the Gnostic Gospels, or that a group of women, trailed Christ, serving as missionaries, or the times he admonished his 12 disciples, that, the woman, who washed his feet with her hair, and anointed him for burial, was more faithful than they were . . . many examples of Jesus always trying to elevate women in the eyes of men! The New Testament teachings of Christ, are still as relevant and timely today, as they were at the time, Jesus taught them. So, get a clue men! Boxer thinks that Hillary, competent, experienced, trained, and a world leader, is more than qualified to be President, according to both male and female standards . . . Hillary, knows all too well, that a woman, doesn't just need to be the best in the world on normal days, but she needs to be the best on her worst days! Women have to be twice as good, as men, juts to strike even, giving the male, psycho female factor, always, discrediting and discounting them, as candidates, attorneys, senators, presidents, merely because, they are female, and giving a pass to men, letting them as in Trump's case, outright lie, bull shit us, and still find this psychopath, narcissist, and sociopath, now caught in a bold faced lie, get away with, like he said, even murder, feeling sure his fans and voters, would excuse him, and they would, if he shot someone, on the streets of New York, in midday, sunlight? Seriously?

Many older women, are still brainwashed, into thinking, that only a man should hold the highest office in the land, and like it or not, many men, will never vote for Hillary Clinton, simply, BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN! Women are conditioned to vote for men, seeing them, as the only ones that should hold office . . . that is not what Christ did and said, he generally reprimanded men, and elevated women, seeing them, perhaps as the more faithful!
People, do you really want, Trump to be the last survivor? Go listen to the Washington Post tape and see what you think? Trump acts like he can call women, pigs, dogs, bleeding from every pore, or how could you vote for that face, or Hillary, just one year younger than Donald, looking BY FAR, better, than his red, puffy, bloated face, if we want to get down to looks and brass tacks! We need to vote for the person most qualified to do the job! Putting either the female or male card, away, and decide, whether, a real estate mogul, is the most qualified to run the country, who doesn't even understand how the fucking government works, refusing to see that many of the things he claims to be able to do, are in the jurisdiction and powers of CONGRESS! or do we want someone who had dedicated herself to public service for the last fucking 15 years?
