Spin Squad of Cops Starting To Protect Their Own!

Okay, so the State's Attorney, Marilyn J. Mosby, does her job, professionally, in quick order, given the climate in the city of Baltimore, has 50 city detectives on loan from the cop shops, along with a city committee of cops, to advise her and aid in the investigation, and the state coroner, in his investigation of the cause of death, declared it a homicide!  This is not her call, this is not her husband, a city councilman's call, nor the call of the youth and other protesters, we have a fucking dead body here, and someone is responsible . . . Mr. Gray did not break his own larynix, give him a spinal cord injury, and stop trashing the victim, trying to make it look that it was a drug deal that made Freddie run from cops . . . hell, it was not a month ago, a man got shot in the back by a cop, 8 times, and it is not as if, it hasn't been open season on unarmed black men!  Good, God, where does the cop frat rat organization, stop!  Look at the god damned facts, the evidence, the video, the position, the policy violations, the 5 stops that could have been used not to just check on the man, but to believe him, get him the medical assistance he needed!  When do cops, just take the side of what is right?

These injuries could not have been self-inflicted, look at the facts . . . if Mr. Gray's family contributed campaign money to Ms. Mosby, is beside the point, if he had used drugs in the past, or had a rap sheet, again, is irrelevant to what happened the day, 6 cops were involved with Mr. Gray, and he ended up dead! My God, this man is only 25 years old, it is not as if, he was some 60 year old man, in poor health, some junkie, who was on the verge of death anyway, and this just pushed him over the edge!

Cops Need to Stop Acting Like A Gang . . . Going After Anyone Who Questions Them, Holds Them Accountable, And Doing a Character Assassination on the Victim . . . We Have a Dead Body . . . We Need Answers!

Last night on Fox Opinion, which I just tuned into, up at the Kalispell Athletic Club, after a short swim, so I didn't quit get the whole jest of what was going on, but Geraldo Rivera, appeared to be interviewing an alleged cop, disguised, wearing all black, looking more like ISIS, who of course is anonymous, since he fears for his life, of course, so he can avoid being interviewed or being called as a witness, is just picking up shit from the cops and spouting it off on national TV without being at the scene, without knowing the facts, that are not available to the public, including other cops . . . just like the bar witness, who refused to give her name, and seemed to be privy to Officer Wilson's side of the story . . . this dip shit is starting to raise questions in the minds of those who will not take the time to realize, that he doesn't know jack shit, and he is presenting what the cops think, will help taint the jury pool, giving them cause for reasonable doubt, which is all they need to get the cops off, with criminal charges, as the standard of review!  

The Fraternal Order of the Police, think that Ms. Mosby's announcement was premature, and politically motivated . . . why?  The cops, who did the internal investigation, through cop, Internal Affairs, who takes the first look at the case, found that there was probable cause to go the next step, turning the case and the results of their investigation over to Ms. Mosley, the next step in the chain of process, part of the due process the officers are entitled to!  In this case, however, Mosby is not sending the case to the grand jury, taking the chicken shit way out, as the prosecutor did in the Michael Brown case, and her office is going to be the ones to charge and prosecute . . . she didn't wait, 9 days to release the names of the officers, nor allow time to pass, so the spin doctors within the cop organization to do just what they are trying to do, protect their own . . . she was not dumb enough to wait!  She doesn't see herself as an extension of the police force in Baltimore, or working for them, protecting them, much like we saw in both the Treyvon Martin and Michael Brown cases!  I am sure she has learned something from watching what happened in those cases!  State's attorney, Mosby, ran on a platform for the office she holds now, against an incumbent, who spent 3X the money, and won, on the idea that she would prosecute cops who were involved in incidents, just like the one we have, at hand!

God-Damned Cyber Cops Just Erased The Last Few Paragraphs--Good Fuck!  If YOU Don't Have One Cop Group of Rats, Protecting Cops, You Have Another!  I Amp Up Dip Shits, Don't Think I Can Write This Again!

Although, it was nice to see, that Google, intended or unintended, had my numbers back up to where they used to be, around 30,000,000 for 34 or 54 seconds!  Thanks, that is the only pay I get, since, you give to the fucking fraud broads and the bastards that give them access.  You see what they do to get access to be able to erase my writing, that is very damning to the cops, they put some fucking stupid text box, up that says, you have changes that have not been saved, then it gives me the options of closing, which does nothing . . . and then the other one, gives them access to my blog!  Which they have been trying to get all morning, but I had published it, making it harder . . . but, they find a way, and when I hit the only choice I have, they erase all the last few paragraphs I have written, either wanting to steal what I have written, or to keep if from being erased . . . I am sure, my butt fucking stupid, Mo sister Sue has been given credit for what I have been writing on separation of powers, and branches of the government . . . she is a fucking dumb ass history major, wanna be attorney, never worked a day of her married life, until she got to be ME!  LOL!  

I am not that bitch, Sue always in my shadow, since birth, a Molly Mormon, with a corn cob up her ass, I am sitting her at Target in Kalispell, Montana, talking to Natalie, a friend who works the counter, talking politics, and other things!  Sue is probably at home in Utah, or allegedly on a mission in Turkey, and she is a turkey to think that I believe anything but a cover for it looking like she is on a mission, is what is going on . . . she is another sister, trying to get a piece of the JoAnn S. Secrist Pie!  Mormon Muffins, still don't get it, with the CIA, Make a Wish Foundation behind them, that there is fucking NO short cut to success!  I paid the price for success, and that is exactly why I have it, and they can just steal it . . . okay, now where was I?

Restoring the Trust of the Community

It pisses me off so bad, when I write and it is great stuff, and it comes in a flow, and these fucking box trolls steal the writing and I can't remember, exactly what I wrote being in the flow of writing and they break the thought patterns . . . so, theft of intellectual property a, fucking CRIME . . . where is Mosby when I need her?  This is not nearly as good, they steal all the good stuff, but I am going to put a list of thoughts, that will help cops restore community trust after an indecent, like this, not only leaving people in fear for their lives, but worried about their children, any exchange with cops, that even an eye to eye contact, can result in death!  

• cops need to stop defending hideous actions of cops--with the attitude, that cops can do no wrong
• when the evidence, clearly shows that the cops were not only abusive, negligent, violated their own policies and procedures for safe transport of victims, and then ignored cries for help, and medical assistance, don't defend those clearly negligent, if not outright depraved hearts, not even doing what a normal human being would do, but with blatant disregard for life!
• stop doing spin control, for God sakes, let the system work
• stop coming up with anonymous alleged cops or witnesses, who are not privy to anything but cop bull shit, and try to pass it off as an insiders information
• rely on the formal proceedings: (1) the independent internal affairs investigation, that found probable cause to believe that there was enough evidence and facts, to go the next step, taking it out of the control of the cops alone, and turning it over to the State's attorney; (2) Mosby's office, had 50 detectives, out working 14 to 16 hours a day, to get a handle on the facts, to do their own work, separate and aside from the cop investigation, which, concluded that there was cause to go the next level of official actions against the officers . . . so, this is not politically motivated; (3) the coroner who performed the autopsy, looking at the injuries, concluded, independently of both the cops and the prosecutor, that it was a homicide!
• when you have a dead body, you have to hold people accountable . . . a charge is just that, a charge, allegations and reason to believe that there is cause to believe that these crimes had been committed and need further examination, and a jury to decide what to do, and who is culpable
• not only do we have a dead body, but the dead body, never should have been arrested, there was no probable cause, the standard for chasing and arresting Mr. Gray!
• and how stupid do the cops think we are, to look at the almost lifeless body of Freddie, even before he is put, with handcuffs, shackled and chain, not only on his hands, but on his legs as well, then, placed on his stomach, with not restraints!  Are you fucking kidding, he crushed his larynx, and gave himself and spinal injury . . . ah, how?  He must be Houdini!
• the jury is the trier of fact, and there are as many people, who give credibility to cops, so thinking, that for one second the jury pool, is going to be so tainted, as to not provide for a fair and speedy trial, with a jury of the officers' peers, is just not reality
• media outlets, like Fox Opinion, need to focus on true journalism, not sensationalism, by not letting alleged, cops, who refuse to give their names, are wearing black, looking like ISIS members, and giving all kinds of bull shit, accusations and promoting information, that is not correct, just giving cops and their ilk, access to the media, and feeding the public with material that is not factual, with witnesses who are not privy to inside information, don't know the findings of the investigation, nor are they members of internal affairs, the detectives who did the investigation, nor are they one of the attorneys or the cops, who are given the right to have access to the right information, and you have to consider the source . . . as Geraldo Rivera, interviewed this person, who will never be called as a witness, just wanting to raise, reasonable doubt, before the jury of public opinion, in our system, a person, has the right to face their accusers . . . poor Freddie, is not here to defend himself, against accusations of drug use, of doing a drug deal . . . which didn't come out in any of the investigations, but this asshole thinks he can just fool the public, and throw any bull shit out to the sharks, who want to find something wrong with the victim, so the cops can get off . . . but on this program, and I had just gotten out of the swimming pool, at the Kalipsell Athletic Club, and as the interview with the chicken shit, or planted cop, trying, to of course, assassinate Gray's character, Sean, and I would assume, that is Hannity, because it was around 9:45 p.m., when I got out of the pool, but it sounded like Sean, paid the bail for the driver of the jail transport vehicle . . . I am not sure, but that sure as hell seemed implied, but the bail was somewhere between, $300,000 to $350,000, which is a hefty sum for most of us, especially the cops, but for Sean, no big deal!  All the cops are out, therefore, it is safe to assume that all sentiments are not against the cops and for the victim, as they should be!
• cops lose credibility with the community, when the totally ignore the facts, the law, the evidence, and just do whatever it takes to get the cops off, regardless of what it does to the public, to the future interactions with the community, to the trust, seeing that, no matter what a bro in the law does he or she is protected, against the very people they are suppose to protect!
• if cops can't be appalled by the lack of disregard, inhumanity for the basic safety of this man, who was in their custody and should have been in their safe care . . . they should at least, remain, neutral, and wait until the facts come out, or just shut the hell up and let the process work!
• a person can not be deprived of life, liberty and property without due process of law!  Mr. Gray was deprived of life, liberty and property, for daring to make eye to eye contact with three officers! In this world of instant replay, I think that often, we think, that we can just go back, and like an actor, or a cartoon, that someone who died, will be back the next episode, or the next movie, or cartoon, or we can just replay that act that caused the death, and like magic, the person is back, no big deal, they will be back by tomorrow . . . no, once you are dead, you are fucking DEAD!  

"But For" The Actions Of the Officers . . . Freddie Gray Would Still Be Alive!

While the officers, didn't set out, on the chase, the arrest, or the transport to the jail, to kill Mr. Gray, or to do what would have caused him to expire, just a nice way to say, die, the actions they either took, or failed to take, resulted in the death of this man.  In the law, criminal, negligence, and other areas of the law, there is the but for issue that has to be considered, the series of events that took place, while Freddie was in the custody of the cops, and but for what the officers did, didn't do, just blew off, Freddie Gray would still be alive!  The man interviewed and the Fraternal Order of the Police, acted like the officers, merely, failed to restrain Mr. Gray, and didn't take him to the hospital . . . well, and just those two things, caused the death!  Therefore, it was the depraved hearts of the officers, the total disregard for human life, taking the necessary care of a person in their custody, in which they are responsible for, once the suspect has been detained and cuffed, to make sure that he gets to his destination!

That, sadly, never, happened, Mr. Gray, never made it to the destination, the officers, picked him up and intended to deliver him to . . . therefore, the death is considered a homicide, and rightly so!  This is not just something, that people, pro-cop or anti-cop, can just say, oh, well, too bad, so a man died!  If there is a death that results from the actions of another, or while in the custody of another, especially, those who have complete and utter control over this man, must, protect his safety.  It is not as if, this was a 60 year old man, in ill health, ready to die, and the actions of the cops, just gave him a nudge into the grave!  Hell, this was a healthy, as far as I know, 25 year old man, with his whole life ahead of him!  We just don't brush that under the carpet, and say, well all is well, and we can just go on . . . that can't happen, there is an accounting, for this life that society demands, and that is what we call justice!

Cops Are Innocent, Until Proven Guilty!

Don't forget, that this is the beginning of the legal, criminal process, just the preliminary steps have been taken: (1) all officer misconduct, goes through internal affairs first, and if they find probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, just like the standard that the officers who arrested Mr. Gray should have considered, before arresting him . . . and it was found, after several independent investigations, that the officers had probable cause to arrest the man, and there in lies the problem, only ratcheting up the mistakes, making the death even more egregious, than it would be otherwise, and after fellow officers, within the department, found that there was reason to pass this case over to the state's attorney for further investigation and the possibility of criminal charges, being looked at by an elected attorney, who was voted in to do her job, and either, even going the second mile, doing a separate and independent investigation from that of the police department, using 50 detectives to help gather the facts, not wanting to make mistakes, or even rely on the internal affairs set of facts, doing their own; (2) with a committee of cops, and several other attorneys, after looking at the facts, being compared to the law, all the elements, that must be met, in a criminal case, and just that morning, holding off, until she got a third independent investigation, or with the results of the autopsy of the cororner, coming in as a homicide, she looked at the possible crimes that might be associated with the behavior of the officers, and decided to proceed with prosecution, which is the state's attorney's call, not the cops; therefore, any involvement the cops have from this point forward, should be at the direction of the attorney in charge of the case . . . just because, Ms. Mosby, is the one over the office and elected, doesn't mean that she will be the prosecutor, who will handle the case, in fact, most likely, that will be assigned to another attorney in the office.

The Process From This Point . . . Long Way From Finished!

Steps to go through: (1) decision to charge; (2) arrest of the officers; (3) the arraignment, where they will either plead innocent or guilty, and based on the fact that they are all out, they most likely all pleaded innocent; (4) in most states, that have a preliminary hearing, or a hearing of that nature, where the state's attorney, will have the opportunity to present the charges and the facts supporting her decision to proceded with prosecution . . . prosecutors, can also decline prosecution, and drop the charges, but it is at this point that the defense attorneys get to see what the state has against the officers, and the judge will also decide to bind the case over for trial, if there is sufficient evidence to convict; (5) then there is the trial, by a jury of peers, who will decide if the facts support the charges the prosecutor charged the officers with, and if so, and all the elements of the crime are met, then they will find them innocent, or guilty; (6) each officer will be looked at differently and distinctly, for the actions they took or didn't take in the mishap and death, deciding the levels of culpabiltiy, thus showing they are either guilty or innocent as charged; (7) the sentencing phase, if they are found guilty . . . looking at priors, background, any charges in the past that might indicate the propensity for this to happen again, anything in their personnel files, and just information to help the judge determine, how much jail or prison time is justified; and (8) even at the sentencing part of the trial, the defendants, the cops in this case, are even given a chance to argue their own case or some elements of the facts that may have been missed by the jury, or where not brought up, that might even change the judge's mind about either the amount of time to be served, or the severity of the sentencing.

Both Cops And Protesters Need to Relax . . . You Are In Good Hands, And Let the Process Proceed!  And, Even That is Not the End, If Things Go Afoul, There is Always an Appeal!

Prosecutors, have a unique relationship when it comes to the cops . . . they rely on them to enforce laws on the streets, within the confines of the Constitution, using probable cause, to determine if a crime has been committed, detaining, and if necessary, arresting, gathering evidence of crimes, but while both are part of the executive branches of the government, they are separate and distinct, having very different jobs, responsibilities, duties, and they need to operate, independently of each other, while working together.  This morning, in an unexpected, press meeting, State's Attorney, Marilyn J. Mosby, only 4 months on the job, took the bull by the horns, and did her job, promoting justice for all, regardless of wealth, station, profession, race, ethnicity, in a system, that has long departed from the symbol of our legal system, that of Lady Justice, standing with a blindfold on, scales of justice in her hand, standing on the head of a snake, crushing injustice . . . at least that is like the statue, that I used to have, before, Hitler's SS men and women, dressed up like modern day, Washington County Sheriffs, and took everything I owned, without charges, without reason, without the law or the Constitution behind them . . . operating under Mormon Utah justice, trying to stop me from going to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing my $357 million securities case against the state of Utah, and government officials for federal statutory and constitutional civil rights violations, committed by state officials, operating under color of law!

In one of the most professionally presented press conferences I have ever seen, Ms. Mosby, in an unemotional rendition of both the law, explaining to those less familiar with the process, took her stance for justice and the way it is suppose to operate, looking at all the facts of the case, going from A to Z, in a TOTALITY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES!  She was flanked with police organizations and committees, other attorneys, who did the foot work, doing an amazing job, both professionally, unbiased, and prompt, knowing, that the people of Baltimore, who elected her to do this job, hard as it is at times, especially, against police officers that are both needed, depended on, and valued, in the community, making it in all cases, very difficult, taking into consideration for the community, the public image, walking a fine line between seeing that justice is meted out, and protecting the credibility of the rest of the police force, who risks their lives every day, which all of us, love, appreciate, dig, respect, as long as it is done within the confines of the rules of engagement . . . the U.S. and state Constitutions, Bill of Rights, legislative law, and JUSTICE in the law!

Celebration in the Streets . . . Sad Commentary!  State's Attorney, Along with Several Other Attorneys . . . Legalizing the Constitution, Justice!

This morning, after the surprise press conference, that shocked everyone, the Fraternal Order of the Police, said they did not trust Ms. Mosby . . . really?  This is not a case of the cops vs. the community, and a win/lose situation; it is all about justice, in what happened to Freddie Gray, who merely made eye contact with three police officers, as best I recall, and without probably cause, then pursued him, after Gray took off running . . . PC is the condition and constitutional standard, under which, the prosecutors had to use, to determine if Mr. Gray, was legally, chased, arrested, shackled and chained, and thrown in the back of a van, without restraint, claiming he could not breath, which led to his death!  For too long, cops, have crossed over their professional duties, and tried to use the prosecutors as their hired guns, not only to prosecute those, whom they determine, think, or want to be considered to be criminals, but to exclude fellow officers, who are guilty of hideous crimes against humanity, like this one!  Basic human decency, would have dictated a different course, listening to cries for help, getting medical assistance, that could have come, at at least 5 stops, before processing or going to the jail . . . callous, disregard for the life of anyone, suspect, defendant, criminal, or incarcerated persons . . . does not justify police brutality, under any circumstances, or under the fucking most rare exceptions!  Remember, the 8th amendment, against, cruel and unusual punishment?  Yeah, that old dusty document, that Mosby just refreshed and applied!

Just by way of a reminder of other issues . . . the Fraternal Order of the Police, is not part of the executive branch of the government, charged with enforcing the law; there is no constitutional, statutory, or legislative provisions for you to call for an independent investigation of the facts surrounding the arrests of these 5 or 6 officers, involved in this case--you may know some of the laws, even understand it, but you are not an attorney, nor where you elected by the people to represent them in issues of JUSTICE!  Just as the branches of the government, executive, legislative and judicial, all have their separate and distinct responsibilities, as set forth in state and federal Constitutions, within the individual branches, especially, within the executive branch, responsible for enforcing the laws, that the legislative branch determines the PEOPLE need, or the laws that are interpreted by the judicial branch, as the constitutional interpretation, that through the plain language of the statute or constitution, the intent of the founding fathers, or what the legislative branch wanted, or looking back at the historical perspective, making clear, what was going on when that law was made, thus guiding the executive branch in enforcing the laws.

Once, cops have arrested a person, and find that there is sufficient evidence to detain them, the charges are to be determined by the prosecutors, who looks at the facts, the evidence, the elements of a crime, and determine, whether to proceed with prosecution, or to decline prosecution, due to not having sufficient evidence to charge, detain, or jail a person.  From the first day in law school, students, are taught, various acronyms to help them remember to take the facts, the evidence, the law, and apply those elements, to see if that particular law, statute, constitution, was violated, or there are all the elements of the law met . . . cops are not trained to do that, or do not have the authority to do that!  Law school is a grueling experience, you are on a learning curve from hell, put to the test, then you are tested on 22 areas of law, probably more in the last 20 years, and then tested in a two day bar exam.  Now does that mean that all attorneys are smart, or that all know the law, or that they get every aspect of the law, or that you or any Joe Blow, could do it . . . THEY JUST FUCKIN' DIDN'T DO IT!  PERIOD!  I have people ask me, if they could make it through law school . . . I told them there is nothing special about attorneys, they just had the discipline to do it!  When cops or others are on the golf course, or skiing, or hiking . . . law students, have their asses on a chair and their eyes in a book--that is what it takes!

I would venture a guess that Ms. Mosby, much like U.S. Attorney, Loretta Lynch, were exceptional, due to the fact that they both were able to not only make it through law school, but succeeded as attorneys, to the point that they ended up either being appointed to higher positions, or elected for their unique contributions to the legal field . . . you don't reach these levels of expertise and trust, without being exceptional!  While Ms. Mosby, is just 4 months on the job, doesn't mean that she is 4 months as an attorney . . . she most likely has years of experience or she has done great work, and is trusted by the PEOPLE! Much like cops expect the people to do, sit back and let the State of Maryland's elected top law enforcement officer in the state, do her job.  And I am sure, that if she needs help, support, or insight, Ms. Lynch, can step in and direct, inform and send backup.  They are following, due process and equal protection of the laws . . . there has to be these to deprive any citizen or cop of their right to life, liberty and property!  Nobody, can take these facts, and somehow, no matter how convoluted they make the facts, and to what point, can they twist them, to saying nothing was wrong, in this situation . . . a man looks at cops and ends up dead?

Ms. Mosby, Dedicated This Investigation & Press Conference to the Youth of Baltimore . . . You and Your Fellows are Started the Protest--YOU Led Your Elders, You are our FUTURE!  Thank YOU!

I don't know if you, dear and beloved readers, know that it was the youth of this city, of Baltimore, with no declared leader, no group or organization, no predetermined actions, and little direction, took it upon themselves, I would assume, through, social media, somehow connected with other youth, groups, friends, and colleagues, to start the marches and protests in several large cities . . . New York, Pennsylvania, Boston or wherever.  And what happened was amazing.  Geraldo Riviera, of Fox News, showed up and started to interview a black youth, who promptly, put him in his place, and said, where were you on Saturday night, when 4,000 peaceful demonstrators came together in solidarity and power to try to see that justice was served for Freddie Gray?  Why are you just showing up for the fires, or the looting, reporting that we are "thugs?"  We are here, for an intellectual pursuit of justice for Mr. Gray, to see that he is not forgotten and disappears into a grave without holding those responsible for his death accountable!  This young man was articulate, strong, intelligent, powerful, right, and took the media to task, for sensationalizing the event, focusing only on what makes for scandalous events, the bizarre, the bad, rather than what really happened . . . GOOD FOR YOU!

The news and media, have a social responsibility to cover the great things, the good, the noteworthy, the noble, not just the sensational, capitalizing on numbers, rather than truth . . . trust has to be re-established with both the cops and the media!  The youth of today, the Millenniums, as they are called, are smart, and are also very trusting in authority . . . but, if you don't maintain that trust, they are the worst group to deal with, because they trusted you so much.  Unlike their hippie parents, who threw off authority, these kids, were raised by helicopter parents, who coddled and raised them, with much more care, due to the world we are living in; however, on the flip side of that, comes, the total betrayal when authority figures, like police, politicians, banks, and others . . . creates vehement hatred, disdain, and revolt!  To these young people's credit, in light of all the death, violence, carnage, and brutality, have been idealistic enough to believe that they could change things, that they had a voice, and that things could get better . . . and the tides of injustice appear to be changing, we are returning to justice, and we can thank them from Occupation Wall Street to Baltimore Youth, who carried the day, and their elected States Attorney, recognized their contribution!  But for them, the youth, this news, the facts of the case, and the prosecutions, arrests, and bookings of the responsible cops, might not have happened!

AND THERE WILL BE, JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Pills Dashed on Floor In Front of Locker at Gym

Four out of the last seven nights, have been spent, basically, trying to stay alive . . . in fact, as I dropped back into Kalispell, Montana, a week ago, many of my friends, greeted me, with are you okay, I thought you were dead, where have you been, I am glad to see you, because I didn't think I ever would again.  Having run, left, disappeared, gone, so many times, driven by the unseen enemies, or the seen, with heat one my ass, or some other sign from divine sources, that I am in deep shit, and need a change of scenery, I have exhausted many of the safety stations, like homeless shelters, missions, and agencies connected with those type services, with rules like the Samaritan House, here in Kalispell, that will let someone stay in the facility about three times, which for most people, under normal circumstances, that is sufficient; however, with someone like me, who will stay for far less than the 30 day limit, maybe a week, until something heats up, or I write a blog that pisses someone off, especially locally . . . my stays are far less, but, can amount to the three visits.  On the other hand, I can't quite get an apartment, because, generally, they, listen on my phones, watch my computer, and any inquires are usually fucked up, and a friendly potential landlord, turns overnight, 180 degrees, to a less than enthusiastic welcome to me as a tenant . . . someone gets to them!  Patterns, patterns, patterns . . . Kieth Urban, song, Stupid Boy . . . you stole her every dream and crushed her plans!

So, since it is getting warmer, I decided, after watching James Kennedy, and his tramp camp style of living, and other guys and gals, who pan for gold in these them hills, during the summer months, that hey, until I can trick someone into renting to me, before, the feds or the local cops get to them, I can just sleep out under the stars . . . so I bought a sleeping bag, pillow, tarp, and joined the Kalispell Athletic Club, so I can do double duty, work out, and have a shower each day too.  But, as news gets around town that I am back, the games start, and the tracking, harassing, intimidation, stalking, possible hits, sure hits, start . . . and following the poisonings, and attempts in Missoula, Butte, Bozeman and Durango, this is not joke, and attempts to block me from getting any sleep at all--you know the techniques used by the CIA at Gitmo or Guantanamo Bay with detainees . . . I am in the same class of suspects, this bad ass con law chick is considered an enemy of the state, a homegrown terrorist, enemy combatant . . . for preserving, protecting and defending the United States Constitution . . . the polar opposite of the fucking Patriot Act!  They live to stop me, before I take down the Patriot Act, while it is kosher to kill, steal and destroy, legally, and I live to stop them before they kill me!

Should I Get Insurance?  Locker #79 . . . I Am the ONLY One With Keys!

So, inevitably, when someone talks to me, being an attorney, who in defense of my living situation, wearing the same clothes for a month, whether working out or sleeping or writing my blog at the hospital, Sunnyview Cafe, like I am now, it comes out that I sued the government, they went after me, with $700 million worth of cases against defendants like the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, ICE, National Guard, states of Utah and Nevada, Las Vegas Review Journal, blah, blah, blah, with people lined up outside your door, wanting you to be their attorney, in another civil rights case against, none other than the government . . . and who do you get rid of all these cases, and the ones coming . . . take out the common denominator, the intimidator, the attorney!  If there in one thing a bully hates, is another bully! LOL!  

So, as a result of hearing my plight, one of the females at the gym has a 5th wheel, sitting on the gym property, as having gone through a divorce herself, and needing a place to park it, and an employee of 30 years, she was very sympathetic and offered to let me stay the night in her trailer.  She was concerned that she should get insurance, hearing some of my horror stories.  I told her, no, they, leave people alone for the most part, unless they are a love interest, and some guy who could help me out of sticky situations, or did what Allan Rex Bess, my client did, gave me his house, but he was murdered for that one, but this I Corp. Marine, who was in intelligence during the Vietnam War, said he didn't become a killing machine to work in a damn office, and begged to go into battle . . . well, thanks to this brave man, who said we both bled, red, white and blue, eventually gave his life for what he love, the woman and the country, and his sacrifice, got me to the United States Supreme Court, on my huge ass civil rights case, that did much to turn the tide on the direction the country was going, away from the Constitution, to the Patriot Act bull shit!

This woman, who is not political at all, saw, that I was in need, and stepped up to protect, a patriot, and warrior, fighting daily on the domestic front, for her and your rights, and have for 20 years, provided me with clean nightgown, laundry machines, a nice couch, clean sheets, and a warm blanket . . . the night before, I walked 3 miles, in the cold Montana night, after seeing vehicles, parked with lights on, right near where I am campeddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd--my computer just did this on its own . . . "d" you are dead, dead, dead, dead!  I had three nights on the streets, hiding in garbage bin fenced in areas, sitting up, and in the back of an old abandoned suburban, which I got at least 3 hours of sleep . . . but, sleep deprivation is one of the tactics, the feds, CIA, use to break down prisoners, and terrorists, then I had one night at my camp, of pretty good sleep, as good as you can get, when it is cold and your gear is not that good, and you are not only worried about hit men, women, rapist, murderers, but in this part of the country, mountain lions and bear, that might smell you and come into take a bit!  But I was so grateful, and slept until 7:30 a.m., which is almost a luxury, when my nights, of stress are about 3 to 5 hours, of pretty shitty interrupted and stressed sleep, if you want to call it that! 

Not Garbage on Floor . . . Vitamin Pills Out of Your Bottles and Locker!

So, after I wake up, I go downstairs to my locker, and find another member of the gym, sitting on the floor, and she brought up the pills, and wondered what happened.  I didn't have glasses on, and thought that is was paper, looked like paper punches, small light colored circles.  I had taken my $1.00 vitamins and green tea whatever, never take pills, but for a dollar, hey!  But as I grabbed the bottles, each with only 30 pills in it, and both the same color, before I knew what was on the floor, I noticed that they felt a bit light for having only taken them for a day or two.  Then the chick on the floor said, those look like pills.  I put on my glasses and to my surprise, they were the same color, light tan, as my pills, and I thought back to a second earlier, when I noticed they seemed like they had fewer pills in them, but dismissed it . . . but then the realization that I am the only one with the lock to this locker, not even the managers and staff have one, and you have to get a locksmith to replace them, and most of the members, leave their keys at the front desk and pick them up each day when they come to work out . . . I keep it, so I can get in, at will, that bucking authority thing, independence, don't want to bother and want total access to my locker, when the gym is open!

There were about 12 pills, thrown right in front of my locker, on the carpet, and under the bench, and the thought came to mind, that I had written that blog on the CIA yesterday, and they do this stuff all the time, breaking and entering, stealing, and it would be nothing for them to have some device that could open a locker, and get in take some of my pills, letting me know that they not only knew where I stayed last night, but which locker is mine, and what is in it!  My, my, my, temper, temper, temper . . . but they have left their calling cards at other times, letting me know, that they are all over me!  Keith Angel, song, Angels watching over you . . . its going to be alright, your not a lone tonight!  I must not have been.  The female worker, who wondered if I was a bit paranoid, was a bit less skeptical, and promised, that she didn't do it . . . she ended up staying in the 5th wheeler, and I slept on the couch, she was worried that they might see me going out to the trailer.  I already knew she didn't do it, because the staff, made it plain and clear, that these keys, being an older gym, were, like kind of irreplaceable, because they had been around for so long, and they only had one key for each locker.  Maybe they have a master key, but who knows . . . she would have no reason to do this, but by way of threat, sign, symbol that they watching every move I make, came through loud and clear to me, but I already knew that!  Just thought you might be interested!

Congressman Elijah Cummings, Must Have Read My Blog on the U.S. Marines, Singing "Days of Elijah" . . . Bringing Back Righteous Days!

Baltimore is suffering from another death of a black man in police custody, and they are handling things a bit different, than Ferguson, but, Ferguson, had the challenge of not having any other city to look at to see what to do and what not to do . . . but last night as I watched, Rachel Maddow, after working out that is, reporters were saying that there was almost a festival type atmosphere among protesters, with jump games set up for protesters kids, the National Guard, who has the constitutional duty to put down insurrection and rebellions, was on duty, with a cop presence, but no tanks, machine guns, riot gear, lines of armed and dangerous cops, protecting themselves, rather than serving and protecting!  So, from both sides, it seemed that the lessons of Ferguson, were sinking in, and there are learning curves and growing pains that cities go through, when something like this happens in a community, especially, when the issue is so real, raw, and relevant, and there have been so many deaths, that there is a question, when is this going to change, can our hearts take it any more, are they, cops, Patriot Act, just continuing to kill, until the protesters die down, and finally the PEOPLE, give in to totalitarian and tyrannical police state regimes?  That simply was not the case, last night in Baltimore . . . New York protesters, had some brief and cagey confrontations with cops, but they are a city, who is still reeling from the pain of the Eric Garner death, by chocking . . . in fact, Eric Garner's daughter was in attendance.

Teens Arrested for Protesting, NOT THUGS, 21 out of 35 Teens Had No Criminal Records . . . Don't Discourage . . . Many Black Leaders Today Got Their Starts as Lawyers, Community Leaders, Political Activists, Politicians, from Marches in Selma and Other Protests!

Mayor, Stephanie Meyer, referred to the kids arrested as thugs and robbers, or something like that . . . I am not sure if she was referring to the looters, or the protesters, because I am getting to the news later, and catching it on the news for the first time, last night, no electric outlets out in the dirt!  LOL!  But, I was glad, that the investigative reporters for some of the news sources in attendance, actually took the time to substantiate the facts, and looked into the criminal records of the juveniles, who got arrested, were detained for three days, some as young as 11 and 12, so they are getting their first introduction to the criminal and juvenile justice system.  I was impressed that the police released 109 of the protesters arrested, and they walked out of jail without charges!  I was thrilled, but they added, that the jails were crowded and the prosecutors was not sure what charges to get them on . . . it is okay for hard asses, to show some compassion and understanding, even if you had to come up with a cover!  LOL!  This is the stuff, changes are made of . . . "a softening, don't give up now, you are so close to another brand new day!"  Keith Urban . . . I listen to music when I write, and often the words of the songs, go right with what I write!  Love it, a message from God, to help!

So Close to a Brand New Day!  We Can Do This, America!

As curfew on Baltimore was nearing, Congressman Elijah Cummings, was out on the streets, as he had been, the night before, when the curfew, went very well, in fact, it was speculated that the week long curfew, may not be necessary, due to the fact that people were generally, very peaceful in their protest and also, having fun like in a festival atmosphere, which is interesting.  We can make a statement without the hate, the anger, the fighting, the bloodshed, and arrests . . . people are hurt, they are concerned, they want changes, they don't want the blood of the cops, they want you to serve and protect, stop racial profiling, get rid of the brutality, respect and do what you have to do to keep the peace, preserve law and order, and to enforce the law . . . but you don't have to be a killer asshole to do it!  But, a group of youth, were bucking the community elders, and not going to abide by the curfew; however, eventually, I think someone gave them a rational reason why they should, or some other young people, started putting pressure on the group to leave and go home!  The passion of youth, loves the excitement of the event, and they will protest to be involved . . . and that is a good thing, challenging authority is a good thing, not a bad thing!  

JUST BECAUSE I SAID SO . . . if not good enough, never really was, for youth, but rock solid explanations are!  Even the most harsh critic, can change, if the reasoning is good enough to convince them, that it is in every one's best interest to take a particular action.  I find that the more involved, informed, and included in a process, the more the two sides can actually, not only see the other groups position, but actually come together in a joint, resolution, that benefits all in the community, a win/win if you will . . . a great goal to work for!  Love softens hearts, changes minds, and creates new friends.  I beg the authorities, to keep the transparency in this process as much as possible, without favoritism, special treatment, but taking in all the facts, the evidence and laws!  I found, as a trial attorney, criminal defense, that even if we lost the case, in part or in whole, that if there was a fair presentation of the story, both sides, being heard fairly and equally, and the complexities of the case, brought to light for everyone to see the problems, the conditions of what the actions were, what were contributing to the death, to the power struggle, in honest and credible testimonies, not manufactured for the benefit of one prisoner, trying to get a better deal on their case . . . but what really happened . . . honesty is always the best policy!

Aesop's Fable of the SUN and the WIND

Once a weary traveler was walking down the road, and the wind and the sun were talking and finally, one of them bet the other that they could make the traveler take off his coat faster than the other one could.  The wind went first, and as strong as it could, it blew and blew, blustered and flustered, making the traveler, grab his coat, pulling it tighter and tighter, to protect himself from the onslaught of cold and wind.  Next the sun, did its thing . . . he let the sun shine on the traveler, warming him, sunbeams warming him to the point, that he relaxed and while basking in the warmth of the sun, he took off his coat, as he walked down the road.

By way of analogy, this to two ways the cops can deal with the citizens, or the citizens can deal with the cops . . . life is tough, being a cop is tough, being a targeted minority is tough, being killed is tough too . . . lives are left hurting, holes in the heart, possibilities shattered, dreams gone unmet . . . and we need to feel this.  I loved the letter that Treyvon Martin's mother wrote to Michael Brown's mother, knowing what she was going through . . . if we can't make them see, we will make them feel!  There men, teens, are some one's son, some one's best friends, some one's grandson, a school mate, they are not nameless numbers, causalities, statistics, they are human beings and we will all miss them, whether we knew them or not!  We cannot tolerate, man's inhumanity to man, any longer!

A proud and confident genius made a bet with a simple-minded gent.  The genius said, "Hey, every question I ask you that y)ou don't know the answer to, you have to give me $5.  And, if you ask me a question and I can't answer, I will give you $5,000."  The simple-minded fellow said, "Okay."  The genius then asked, "How many continents are there in the world?"  The simple-minded gent did not know the answer and handed over $5.  Then the slow fellow asked the genus, "What animal stands with two legs but sleeps with three?"  The genius tried, thought, and searched his brain for the answer, but gave up and handed over $5,000.  The genius then asked, "Dang, I lost.  By the way, what was the answer to your question?"  The simple-minded gent handed over $5.

The Mask--Or the Prince And the Pauper--Rags for Riches

Most of us are either familiar with the story of the Prince and the Pauper, where a boy, looking much like the prince is discovered in the village, and sinister agents, kidnap the Prince, and substitute him with the pauper, who is so grateful for everything, the change in his life, that he is a willing student, maliable and teachable, not demanding like the prince would have been to divine right and the heir to the throne. Remember the scene, in the Leo DeCaprio version of the story, where the prince is taken by those wanting to control the kingdom, man-handling the royal heir, putting a hideous mask on him, throwing him in a dungeon by those whom, know the only way to do that is to the power of the throne, is to get rid of the rightful heir, with attitude, and rightly so, and bring in one of their own, who looks like the prince, can fool his subjects, but is in reality, a humble pauper, who had no means of escaping his reality, were it not for the plot against the prince and future king, and the help of the prince's secret chambers and alleged closest allies, training, educating and controlling the new unlawful fraud to the throne . . . (Mo NSA, 30,000 spies, in Utah, could not stop my blog yesterday, after 3 title grabs . . . back to their own tricks, turning spell check off!  Bare with me!)

My first, public exposure in Montana, other than meeting Senator Tester's staff, was right her in the Flathead Valley, up at the Whitefish Library, near the end of October 2012, or the beginning of November 2012, yes, the election year, for the office of the President of the Untied States, when Mormon Mitt Romney, a Republican challenged President Obama.  After seeing Glacier National Park, on the way back to Polson, and down the Flathead Lake, I heard a radio announcement for the showing of a docementary film, about the legislative battle over a revised medical marijuana bill, the FBI raids of 31 growers in Montana, after a letter from President Obama, telling the feds to follow state law, rather than implementing federal law, that still held that marijuana, according to the feds, was a schedule I drug, right up there with heroin and meth, in a film called, if memory serves, Code of the West, produced by some New York production company about the legal struggles in Montana.

I happened to be a former assistant attorney general, in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney Generals Office, working with several assistant attorney generals, who were the controlled substance experts in the state of Utah, back in the day, 1994 or so about, seeing all their drug loose leafs, in on many a staff meeting dealing with drug interdiction, and also being familiar with marijuana, being on the same list as the more hard core drugs, and some of the discussions as to whether that was right or not, seeing that was the feds call.  I had been involved in several aspects of the challenge to control drugs in Utah and the nation, and a former, Iron County attorney, Scott Burns, was Bush's drug czar . . . so someone not only tangentially involved, but someone who had taken on asset forfeiture laws, while working with the AG's Office, getting dinged for preserving, defending and protecting the U.S. and Utah, Constitutions, against law enforcement and prosecutors, onslaught during the beginning years of drug interdiction programs.

At that meeting, showing the film, I had no idea, that half of the room was former growers, who had been arrested in the FBI raids, who not only lost their businesses, but were awaiting sentencing for their alleged mishaps growing medical marijuana, with the legislature revising the law, rescinding in part, and making manu changes, which seemed to be the green light for the feds, who were still operating under their laws, to go in, while this debate was going on, and arrest growers, and hold them under the federal statutes, rather than the state statutes, that were under revision at the time of the raids.  The MC was none other than the President, I think, of the Montana State ACLU, or American Civil Liberties Union, the group, what steps up nationwide, defending constitutional rights of the citizens. So, when I told what I had done in Utah, with legislation, being picked up by George Soros, the billionaire pot smoker, who funded asset forfeiture reforms in all 50 states, with 27 voting to curtail cops incentives in drug programs, making due process and equal protection in the forefront, rather than outcome or the numbers.

Green With Envy . . . Continuation of The Games In Utah . . . Need Another JoAnn (Joann) in Whitefish, Montana

The first 2 and a half months in Montana, I had not eve seen a cop, nor seen a ticket being given, or anything, which was entirely refreshing, coming from Utah, the police state, where college kids on return from Zion National Park, were pulled over by cops, with 17 cop cars, some undercover, others marked vehicles, always wiith a sheriff's butt up in the air, doing an unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant, exceeding the scope of their detention for a speeding ticket, violating 4th amendment constitutional protections, from illegal, unlawful and constitutional searches and seizures!  But, after the Whitefish showing of Code of the West, and me sharing my war stories in Utah, to preserve constitutional rights and protections, the harassment started, cops, cops, and more cops, until it was reported that I died in a automobile accident, just outside of Hamilton, Montana, days later.  The attempt to eliminate me, take me out, and steal my ID, had been long in the workings, and activated on, starting back in 2000, when Shelley, older sister, who must have watched the Secret and Down the Rabbit Hole, to a fatal degree and believing with the encouragement of government officials worried about me, baby sis joAnn, who was kicking some major butt, locally and nationally.

The government or Mormons, Mafia, and Men in Black, took it upon themselves, to make Shelley the heir to my legal throne, replacing me, who had formerly been 140 lbs. . . . Killing Barbie . . . and later, when the mask is on, the character assassinations started, the fheft of property, real, personal and intellectual, as well as trying to clothes me down, in lieu of the Mormon Muffins, without law degrees . . . 6 law degrees for the price of one, with me paying the price, paying the loans, doing the work, appealing the cases, protecting my clients, always fighting for the right, which was constantly putting me in harm of the arms.  I outgrew Shelley, Kay, Rachel, Sue, Marcie, Tiffany, and others, being smarter than before, but a bit handicapped, due to the optical illusion of people, who think that you must have a car, cell phone, bucks, Italian suitcases, leather shoes, etc., all a lie!  But, Kay, a manipulative master mind, with criminal intent, and a big time man chaser, saw the writing on the wall that Brett and I were not doing great.  At that same time, Brett Todd Stuart presiding over the Iorn County Corruption, along with Kay, Shelley, my father, husbands of the girls, and former special agent for the Air Force--really the precursor for the CIA . . . . nice cover gents.

I know that we have all been taught the jurisdictional or power issues, that dictate which law enforcement agency is to be involved with what crimes . . . unless that is, they are the ones committing the crimes, as is the case with my case, or special ops, but don't let anyone tell you that they are restricted, if at all, to foreign nations, because that just is not the case; they will meddle, as rogue agents, Mormon mafia, agents for corruption, whenever they smell the scent of pussy, power, perks, polygamy, and money!  My family was a one stop shop for easy money, from my son, his music, to my credibility getting the girls in high places, to blogs, taking credit for issues like the Whitefish incident, where I promptly went to Helena, wrote up all the stuff I had reported, to the delight of many, with my stories spreading like wildfire, back in the day, and the green monster of envy, showing its fangs, slim dripping from its frothing mouth, gobbling up all evidence of my existence, and taking credit for all my work, as I was tracked, followed, and spotting going from the Flathead to the Capital, stopping to write up my story from the night before, and then being reported as dead, around November 1, 2012, allegedly dying in an auto accident, outside Hamilton, coming on the heels of being silenced at an Elections Law Seminar, knowing full well, that was due to me talking about the Brock et al v. Herbert et al, contingency case, the bribes and Mitt's war chest . . . there were professors of constitutional law from Harvard and other schools, whom I am sure had read my case, now the CIA girls case(s).

You, citizens of the Flathead, have been clawed, mauled, thrashed, trashed, played, controlled and gamed by the CIA, working its acts of darkness, sinister plots, masks, kidnapping and switches of the genius and the simple gals, the constitutional law attorney and the plains, the member of the U.S. Supreme Court, and the fraud on the highest court in the land, the U.S. Supreme Court, with access to all! As is the case with all clandestine plots of this magnitude, not only to control American politics, but to also take over the world politics, using actors, actresses, making kings, queens, princes, princesses, favoring the chosen, much like Hitler's SS men and women, youth training camps, and Ziegiest, or Homeland Security!

The CIA, to keep any semblance of credibility with the PEOPLE, had to have my history of fighting for constitutional rights, not because they believe them, quite the opposite, to capitalize on the trust you have in me, not being connected to any party, not taking any money, not having ads attached to my blog, and no one pulling the strings . . . and you will notice, that once my blog his over 1 billion hits/results a day, it spilled over into bing, which also hit, the 1 billion hits, and now it is gather steam on Yahoo, the CIA, through the NSA, and the bitches and bastards, who watch, hack, take titles, steal the best blogs, and take the money, at one cent per hit, at about $1,000,000 per day, not a bad sum for one blog, that goes worldwide!  I am their daily bread!  Then the money is used against me, hounding, hunting, trapping, setting up, intimidating, harassing, to a criminal level, and almost crossing the line between attempted homicide to full blown murder attempts, on almost a daily basis.  

Most people say, if they wanted you, they could get you . . .  If God be with you, who can be against you!  I would say there have been hundreds of attempts on my life, I am just smarter than they are . . . the genius vs. the simple minded, but the criminally minded, the money minded, the golden rule minded, he or she who has the gold rules, regardless of the originator, for possession is 90% of the law . . . that is if it is legal, dumb asses, not the traditional motto of the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would have done to you! The Cats swore allegiance to a different oath, one they see as higher then their oath and affirmation to the United States or its Constitution!  Think of DeCaprio, being forced into the mask, the agony on his face, as he realized the evil plot against him, what that meant to his kingdom, to his country men and women, children, and the deceptive practices, that would befall, all that he loved, using his face, his likeness, and his station to fool the people with a fraud!  Herein lies the problem . . . their ways are not my ways, the ones I protected my name under, the higher road, the inspired, the God-Given rights . . . but a perverted version, a man-made imitation that will ultimately hurt AMERICA and benefit Britain or a one world order . . . the total rejection of constitutional arguments on the water compact is a clue . . . two years ago the compact was blocked as unconstitutional, it has not changed!

Sunday, when, Pastor Dennis, who, has experience in both of these tough and dangerous, populations of men, and a few women, having served in both the military and spent some time in prison, probably why he and his wife, Debbie, have dedicated their lives to helping bring, street people, those who have been in jail, and many vets too, making up a population that feeds both systems, showed me or us, the video of the U.S. Marines, singing, Days of Elijah, I can't say, I wasn't shocked, seeing these Jar Heads . . . lean mean killing machines, singing, lovin', arms locked, bodies swaying, jumping, rockin' the lyrics, with some of the hold out hard guys at the back of the room, standing in the traditional Marine stance, some not knowing what to think about the guys hugging, patting each others heads, etc., but at the end, it sure sounded and looked like the holdouts, were right their with their fellow Marines, joining in, with voices, singing as loud as they could . . . I just can't tell you what absolute joy that brought to me . . . I swear I have told everyone to watch it, or showed them, proud as hell, with my too loves, so closely intertwined . . . America and Jesus Christ!  And with a group, so indicative of America, the U.S.A., with a presences all over the world, so cool, and with the huge ass red and white strips on the wall . . . simply heartwarming and amazing!  THANK YOU!

PRISONS . . . THE OTHER TOUGH AND DANGEROUS PLACE WHERE CHRISTIANS ARE MADE, CONVERTED, AND CHANGED!

I must admit, having some guilt, this morning when that thought about, fox holes and prisons, that I have heard my whole life, came to mind . . . several years ago, one of my clients, who, I believe was set up on a murder wrap for allegedly killing his wife, not!  I fought, for a new trial, and argued that he was set up by some cops who were also members of the National Guard, who were involved, in the under-cover op, with the FBI and the Marines, who were called to duty to work with two segments of the under-belly of America, threatening to go to war against each other . . . the biker group, Hell's Angels, both known as the America mafia, but all about America . . . and the Aryan Nation factions--skin heads, Neo-Nazis, Japanese mafia, Sons of Anarchy and others who wanted racial separation, making two Americas, following in Hitler's shoes; one America integrated, and the other one, segregated.  Tristan Lameroeaux, my client, was inducted into service to his nation, through the FBI and MARINES, to help with this possible insurrection and rebellion, that the formal militia, the National Guard, was Constitutionally to put down, being used by the President and the Governor of the state, when needed.

To make a long story short . . . Tristan got framed, and was charged with the murder of his wife, who had slept with the Marine, involved in the under cover op, and they didn't know how much the Marine had told her, and what she had told, Tristan.  He took a plea bargain, sentencing him to 15 years to life in the Utah State Prison . . . I got him a new trial, as his counsel, on appeal, and won, but was cut out of the new trial, having fought for a year and a half free, and with the courts refusing to pay me . . . I believe that I ended up getting Tristan into the witness protection program!  Tristan had gone to prison in Arizona, for burglary, back when he was a teen, and during that time, he joined the Christian Brotherhood . . . had religious tattoos on his arms.  When Tristan was up at the prison, he hooked the Christian Brotherhood members up with me . . . and many of them would write me letters, and sorry to say, I was doing the work of several attorneys, in a small law firm, with no assistant, secretary or paralegal, practicing or having cases in 5 states, and going to the U.S. Supreme Court, so . . . I just didn't have the time, and I regret that I didn't take the time for a population of guys who needed my attention!  Perhaps this blog, in some, minor way will bring attention to their plight, their needs, their work within the prison, and those wardens, prison guards, and attorneys, will change the prisons from being a breeding ground for crime, violence and corruption . . . and change it, much like the Marines did, to a place of growth, change, love, help, and caring!

Method to My Madness . . . Marines Didn't Use to Have a Great Reputation Around the World, and that Was Not Long Ago!

I guess that I had this impression of Marines, or the Jar Heads, as kind of the tough and dangerous, but also, trouble makers around the world, remembering reports of a rape in Japan, or fights in clubs and bars, murders, etc.  And, it seems, that my cousin, Jimmy Woodward, was a Marine, during the Vietnam War, saw the front lines 7 different times and survived, and came back to camp, and was jumped by some black Marines, and almost beaten to death!  So, when I saw the Marines, locked in arms, all races, in a comrades in arms, rockin' and singing, all as one voice, as One Nation Under GOD!, I was so impressed, and thought, man have things changed in the Marine Corp.  Not that I am that up on the Marine Corp., although my nephew, Joey Nelson, went into the Marines, and loved it, good kid.  But, I guess, the image, was just so different than I expected!  And what a refreshing change that was.  We need our Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, to be just like, what I see in that video, having the ability to be almost childlike, when needed . . . Christ said, you have to become like a child to enter into the kingdom of God . . . but, as was so evident in the "Hurrah" done with such passion, strength, and power, there was not doubt in my mind, that as a seconds notice, if called on to fight the enemy, these same boys could raise to the occasion, defending their countries, interests, and the rights of the countrymen and women, they are there to help police and protect, in peace keeping efforts!

In my blog after seeing the video, my second on Sunday, I make reference that the Marines had Christlike behavior, that is what I meant!  Christ would always do the right thing, to the right amount, at the right time, for the right duration, and to the right persons . . . there are times when tenderness is called on, and I have seen it on Marines faces, when dealing with children in other countries, and when there is a crisis or suffering, you can show that tender side, and then again, when someone, need the shit kicked out of them, and to do anything less than that would be wrong!  I loved watching the young man, on the right side of the computer screen, who was so into the song, the actions, and had probably the most powerful, Hurrah!  He was as far as I could see, and that was limited, but every part of his soul, body, mind and heart was into what was going on there, at that moment . . . I thought, about the trust, that America can have in their military, with young men like that, and all the others that were on the video, so powerful, so amazing, so great . . . and a wonderful recruiting tool, and a missionary tool also!  GREAT!

THE HOLY WAR

In the scriptures, which I have read since youth, and loved and relied on, in every thing . . . but there was a story, Jesus told, that there was a man who had two sons, and he had a vineyard, and it needed pruning or some work.  He asked the one son if he would work in the field or the vineyard; he point blank, said, NO!  But later, he felt guilty, and went and did what his father asked him to do.  Then, when the father approached the other son, and requested help, the son, said, YES, but never went into the field or the vineyard.  And the question was asked, if I remember, which son loved the father more?  Or which was the valiant son?  The one who said he would work, and didn't or the one who said no, and then went and worked anyway.  We all know that it is the son, who went and did his father's will!  So, here we have ISIS, BOKO HAREM and Al Shababba . . . all part a parcel of the same cloth, or Al Qaeda strains, cells, and alleged part of Islam, who looks to Jesus Christ to be their savior . . . the Prophet Mohammad, never promised he could, would, or should save Islam!  

So, these fucked up members of Islam, who have been rejected by their own, Holy Leaders, as not being a true representatives of their religion and have been denounced, think that they in the name of Allah, who is just another name for God, has some how called them to bring a holy war on westerners, western music, dress, dancing, women, and western religions, including Christians!  Why in the fucking hell, do you have as second in command, your savior, the same one we have, and think, killing Christians, followers of the very man/son of God, that is going to save your sorry ass, and you are killing them, taxing them, running them out of their homes, their cities and their countries?  Kidnapping, murders, burning, beheading . . . and who made you the judges?  Judge that yeah may not be judged!  And in the book of Romans, New Testament, it said, that there are those without the law, referring to the law of God, who are living better lives, without the law, that you are with the law.  I think, that you, need to look at your proposed jihad against America . . . and ask yourself, which country was like the first son, who said, we are not going to the field to work, and changes their mind . . . and who is like the second son, who said he would do the will of the father, and totally fails to do it!  That one is a no brainer . . . you can't claim to be doing the will of God and do everything the opposite of what he has ever said to do!

God Bless the American Soldier!  You Have Blessed the World with Your Sacrifices!  Remember the Story in the Old Testament, Where the Young Sheep Herder, Kept Getting Sheep Stolen, and One Day, He Defended the Sheep, and in One Day, He Cut off the Arms of 1,000 Men!  It Might have Been, God's Servant, David--Rebuilding the Temple of GRACE, Watching the King's Sheep!  Onward Christian Soldiers . . . P.S., I had never heard the song, "Days of Elijah" until I heard you one Sunday, and listened to it, with a total smile on my face, the entire 200 plus times I enjoyed watching you . . . but I think that I know the words now, and maybe all the hand actions!  I envisioned the whole world singing and signing that song, in unison, diggin' and lovin' each other!  For every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess, that JESUS IS THE CHRIST, and the only name under Heaven by which we can be SAVED!  AMEN!  LOVE YOU, STAY SAFE . . .
