DONNA PAYANT MURDER AT GREEN HAVEN PRISON

I believe they said, that Donna was the first, at least prison guard to go missing, at a New York prison.  Donna and her husband were both correctional officers and prison guards at the prison, also the parents of several children.  One of the main characteristics of Donna, was that she was known for her strict sense of justice.  There had long been a good ole' boyz network of guards, who, had what they called, the Let's Make a Deal game going on within the prison, where the guards would provide inmates with drugs, and even prostitutes, and this had been going on for a long period of time, but as more and more female prison guards, came on board, in particularly, Donna, there became increasing friction, between Donna and the male guards, even one day, several days before, Donna's disappearance, a physical confrontation between one of the male guards and her, she was heard to have said, this has got to stop, as he was pushing and poking her, back into a wall.  So, when, Donna came up missing, everyone was sure that, one of the prison guards, must have been the one or several, who didn't like her whistle blower, attitudes, willing to take it to upper management and administration at the prison, and got pissed off and decided to get rid of her.

A search was conducted and eventually, through some miracle, Donna's body was discovered, in a landfill at the dump, buried in black garbage bags, she had been brutally, beaten, sodomized, savagely raped, had ligatures, around her neck, she had been strangled, and due to the conditions and the search, every bone in her body had been broken, and in addition to all this, detectives and forensic scientists, found a very distinctive bite mark on her neck, among the bruises.  Due to Donna's battles with the male guards, trying to stop the corruption and illegal activities, the guards were the first suspects, due to the freedom at which, they could move around the prison, going through locked doors, and all, during the daylight hours, when Donna worked.  However, in talking to prison guards, some having been with Donna, just hours before she went missing, they recalled, she got a call, from someone, and seemed upset, left to deal with a problem.  While the medical doctors, examined the body, looking for evidence of a killer, an special forensic scientist who looked a teeth, and dentist, turned investigator, noticed: (1) the unique bite mark impression; and (2) he knew he had seen that same bite mark before, in another case.  Some say there was not evidence at all of a bite mark, but this man, looked back at the case, and found that, a man, who had murdered the woman in the other case, was also a prisoner, at the prison, having bitten the woman on the nose, in a mark that looked, like the one on Donna's neck.

Some of the female guards, recall, Donna mentioning, that, one of the prisoners, was making her a jewelry box, whether she asked him to, or he was just volunteering and making her a gift is unclear; however, upon examination of the Chaplin's office, the police found that the man, had been gone the day of the murder, all day, and that, the suspect, had plenty of time, to have an altercation, assault the female guard, kill her, dump her body, in garbage bags, and dispose of it in the garbage truck, going unnoticed, due to his model and trusted behavior.  There was no evidence of blood or other telling evidence; however, there were locks of the victim's hair in the closet, linking, the suspect near the victim at one point during the day, seeing a possible, rejection, either of the jewel box, or a sexual advance toward this very straight laced and rigid female guard, no nonsense, and not taking any violation of the rules, very well, with investigators and detectives, wondering, if the prisoner snapped and violently reacted to the rejection.  The prisoner's teeth also matched the marks on the neck of the victim, but the suspect refused to admit his guilt, and said that he was set up by the guards, and framed for the murder, and that while he did have a unique teeth mark, missing a tooth, many people given the condition of the body, the bruising, the blood, and other broken bones, said there was not bite mark . . . the sister of the victim, who knew the situation at the prison very well, insisted, that the prison guards had the motive and opportunity to kill her sister, and dispose of her body.

A memorial was set up, outside the prison, honoring Donna Payant, but, many who knew of the case the troubles at the prison, and the tension between the old guard and the new, female guards, said this crime never should have happened and should have been prevented.  There were many very symbolic names in this episode, especially Donna Payant . . . Donna is significant, because, Brett's mother's name is Donna, and the weaving with sisters, and other women, started back in Logan or Cache county where both Shelley and her Bandits, started to steal Elliot and God's Revolver's, music, teamed up with Brett and Kay, the core crew of the whole criminal enterprise.  I have my suspicions that, they all knew each other, or at least Shelley and Brett knew each other, Brett having grown up there in Logan and Shelley, having lived there most of her adult life, starting with college, so the possibility of the two running into each other, given the predatory inclinations and womanizer that Brett was, it is very likely, they knew each other, long before, I came along, if not planned the steal, and that possibly, from my intel, Brett is the daddy of Isaac, the beneficiary and chosen child or Shelley.  Shelley also had a business account, long before, I knew Brett, that was called, Sterling Financial, and Brett and I, lived in Mt. Sterling, Utah?  Connection, I would say!

PAYANT . . . THIS JUMPS FORWARD TO THE BROCK CASE, "PAY AUNT" WHERE THE SISTER WEAVING GETS REALLY DICEY!

THE FIAT COMMERCIAL--TWO RED CARS, WEAVING IN AND OUT OF ONE CAR, BLENDED INTO TWO CARS!

This new FIAT, or I FAT, commercial, is on right now, and is so, telling of the way, lives, sisters, intersected, weaved in and out of each other's lives, sharing houses, exchanging kids, crossing over, bands, work, and men, over a span of about at least 25 to 30 years, especially, between me and Shelley, with the same thing happening with Isaac and Elliot, often knowing the same people and intersecting in the same or similar business ventures, just like the little cute red cars, first appearing to be two, driving at each other, then, crossing paths, turning into one, only to go back in the other direction, as two separate and distinct, cars, much as the sisters have over the years, in many ways, in particularly, dealing with securities and the state:

• as an assistant attorney general, much like Donna Payant, at odds, right off the get go, with the surcharge, seeing it as nothing more than a money maker for the cops, the prosecutors and the courts, seeing myself as the UTAH PROSECUTOR, from almost the first week of my job, and at cross hairs with male attorneys, cops, and others involved in the criminal justice system, being much like Donna, with a horrendous inner sense of what JUSTICE IS and seeing it as JUSTICE FOR ALL, putting me and the system, often as enemies, me taking my oath of an officer of the court, very serious, to preserve, protect and defend the U.S. and State Constitutions vs. the new or coming Patriot Act legislation, already being practiced by cops and prosecutors . . . looking more like the system protecting the system, rather than the system protecting the citizens, through serving and protecting, so conflict right off the bat, culminating in me killing asset forfeiture legislation, only about a year after being hired, and later moved rapidly into the upper echelon and administration of the Utah Attorney General's Office!
• at this same time, Shelley, her boss and her ex-husband were being investigated for securities fraud, eventually leading to Shelley turning state's evidence against the other two, sending everyone to prison, except her . . . but she was later, and I don't know if it was, because she cut a deal and owed community service, was a single mother, or just how she got involved with the Attorney General's Children's Justice Centers, about the time, I was hired and left the AG's office, going later to the Utah Division of Aging and the Utah Medical Association, but this appointment or order, put Shelley in contact with the Chamber of Commerce, cops, BACA, and she soon, became, very involved in the community, and after I was diagnosed with Pick's Disease, and was to die, Shelley seemed like the most interested sister, and later, I noticed that she was creating a criminal record, and recording me, and the cops, would always call Shelley, when I was just walking around the streets of Logan, living with her off and on.  This is when I noticed that the neighbor was calling me, Shelley and her, JoAnn, like what?  That is when I first became afraid that she was stealing my identity, with my father sending her all my I.D., giving my car to her, later to Jesse when Chris, my son needed a car at the time and it was all paid for with my money . . . but without going through this, if you can see this weaving, moving in and out of each other's lives, sharing subject matter and all, then you can understand, that at the time that the Brock case, was coming to fruition, and Rachel, Me and Shelley were all weaving and moving in and out of that Sugar Leo house, you can see, that, it was Shelley who got paid for my BROCK CASE, seeing she was the sister, who ratted out her boss and ex, and I was the one, who sued the state, the gov. the AG, securities, and department of commerce, all of whom Shelley had been wheeling and dealing with long before, I met . . . well not true, I knew Francine Gianni and Mark Shurtleff and  Jan Graham all first, but the rest like, state regulators, Mark Griffith, and others, knew Shelley first . . . so you can see, that with Elliot's band money, now, Mitt Romney running, Shelley hooking up with Brett after I left, same with Kay, and me rising as a super star in the legal field again, that there was motive, money and prestige, power and a presidential election to win, so while I was being almost killed, Shelley was moving into my name, position and I became the TARGET OF THE KILL!
• Rachel, and I also weaved in and out, even long after I went up to Montana, so, Shelley was me in St. George, and Rachel, became me in Montana?  Anyway, all the sisters, as sisters are known to do, have lives that intersect, and weave in and out, but, I AM THE ONLY SOUTHWICK WITH THE EARNING POTENTIAL! 
• I think the description of the conjoint twins, joined at the brain, is very symbolic, of what happened, people, read my blog and they think Shelley is me, and she wrote it, or they have divided up my almost 1200 blogs, into topics and 5 or so women, and some men, get the proceeds and credit, while they keep me, as a dead woman, in garbage bags, beaten, poor, destitute, in homeless shelters, being chased from pillar to post, literally, never laying down roots, and totally in a CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT, even the men I meet are all, to accomplish a purpose, WEAVING WITH the sista and friend club, with the men, lying to cover me up, and then teaming with sisters and friends, heaping more and more garbage on me, breaking every bone in my body, leaving me dead, symbolically, batter, sexually assaulted, strangled, sodomized, and decomposing, while they live on MY MONEY AND WORK, enticing, bribing and still living on my EARNING POTENTIAL . . . something that NEVER should have been allowed to happen, and should have been STOPPED LONG AGO!

SIBLING RIVALRY

This case is so symbolic and right on, not in the profession, but in the two brothers, who look so much alike, and start a business together . . . something, I never did, but I believe, you and others have been led to believe, that, me and Rachel are twins, and like these two brothers, the older brother is the brain of the Mitchell Bros. Inc., porn kings, strip joints, X rated movies and nude dancing, but very lucrative, and the younger brother, was the genitals of the operation, and together they made a fortune.  But as time went on, eventually, the younger brother, who nobody could tell was younger, because the two looked so much a like that, they thought the two were literal twins, but he got out of control and started drinking and carrying on all kinds of destructive behavior, that was taking the business and the brother's relationship down with him, until one night, the older brother went over to the younger brother's house and shot him, 5 times, in what was considered a crime of PASSION, are we listening cops, you NEED TO DO YOUR JOB ON THIS!  But, the older brother was pushed beyond his limits to cope and just, literally went nuts and killed his younger brother!  The older brother, was only sentenced to 6 years, and released after just 3 years in prison, being a model prisoner, later to get out and be successful again.  Many thought his sentence was too light.

I was interesting that this crime took place, outside of San Francisco, California, in a town, called, Twin Cities!  But, the frustration I have had, over the years, is seeing exactly what my family is doing, from stealing music, to cases, on to moving up here and following me here, cutting in on every aspect of any venture, legislation, water compacts, now a billion dollar blog, and relentlessly pursuing me, and my income, claiming it as if the twins earned it when they have no history of success, in a monetary sense, nor any ability to make the money and just ride on my BRAINS, like the conjoined twins, seeing us, as somehow, inseparable, like these boys, joined and stuck together at the top of their heads!  Now, this is MAN SPEAK, because, I don't need anyone, never have, never will need a man or woman, to buffer me, pave the way for me, nor MANAGE MY IMAGE . . . which seems to be, what they are trying to PULL OFF, with lame ass LOSERS who have ABSOLUTELY NO EARNING POWER OF THEIR OWN, OTHER THAN TO ROB ME, LEACH OFF ME, GLOB ONTO ME, AND SUCK THE BLOOD AND LIFE OUT OF ME, NO MATTER WHAT MY NEW ENDEAVORS ARE . . . fuck, I left the state of Utah, to ditch their sorry asses, even giving or through leaving, let them take the case, against my will and wishes, but to just get the fuck our the HOSTILE STATE! now STATES! 

But one piggy back ride, turned into another, to another, so that every aspect of my life, is threatened and I am left, in a garbage heap of shit, while they live HIGH ON THE HOG, in LUXURY AND WEALTH, I MADE OR MY KIDS MADE!  And like the older brother, if someone, some cop agency or prosecutor, doesn't do something, I, like this older brother the BRAINS, will go ape shit and it will be the fault of law enforcement who sees these women as NECESSITIES to KEEP STEALING MY MONEY, PRETENDING TO BE ME, RUNNING ME AROUND, CHASING ME AS IF I AM BEING SET UP TO TAKE THE FALL FOR THEIR CRIMES!

FORENSIC FILES: "INSIGNIFICANT OTHERS"

I always pay particular attention, to true crime episodes that I have watched before, and really didn't think much of, or see, too much of a connection between me and the crimes, especially in this one, since, so far, I have not been murdered, but that was not for a lack of trying, and trying and trying, up to an including the cop, working out, getting ready for the big sting op, but it is hard to beat me, when I see you first and you stand out like a sore thumb, with the new, staff, running around like two cop chicks, looking to see if the other cops are showing up, yet, since, I beat them to the punch, saw what was going down, like the 200 times before at the Poverello Center, where, there is not a guy in this place that looks, like a cop or military, with most of them, coming out of jail or prison, hating cops as much as I do, and for all the reasons, mentioned in almost 1200 blogs, they are clown ass shits, on the secret payrolls, of the cops within the cops, Mitt's Mormons, working through and under cop cunt bitches, my sisters and former friends or associates, who have had a hay day for the last 16 years, using my good name, easy virtue, and constitutional bent, to turn, America to a Bush, shit ass, Patrot Act world, in direct, 180 degree, shit ass opposite way, as it should be going, taking away rights, protections, privileges, liberties and freedoms, so against everything I believe in, always have and always will!  Satan it the great imitator, and these fucks are imitating me to lead you astray, and off the mark, this country was set in motion towards, back 240 years ago!

BACK TO THE TRUE CRIME EPISODE AFTER MY RANT, RAGE AND RAMPAGE!

Stop trying to prove, who I am not, and prove who I am!  Take everything you think you know and turn it on it's head, and you will be closer to the truth and the facts that seem to allude you!  Okay, in this true crime episode, a young wife and mother, married to a doctor, and having 2 kids, or several, is found shot, in the head, in her bed, with divorce papers under her body, recently, going through marriage counseling, but, looking like, she is heading in that direction, and with both the woman, having an affair and the husband, having an affair too, with one of his dental assistants, things look as if, there may have been a suicide.  But, unlike the cops, I have seen, this coroner, or medical examiner, states that she makes NO ASSUMPTIONS, until she gets all the facts after an autopsy, to see that the cause of death, matches the forensic evidence, and claimed cause of death!  The cops and investigators, originally found it to be a homicide; however the skilled, hands of a professional, found differently, given the place the woman was shot at in the head, and where the gun, allegedly landed on the bed, proved to be an impossibility, and the woman, it appeared as I remember, didn't have any gunpowder on her hands, so, the coroner, ruled the death a homicide, rather than a suicide!

As the cops, started to dig into the man's background, they found that, 14 years earlier, this same man, while in dental school, was dating a young woman, also going to dental school, who had been mysteriously, found dead, and the cops also, ruled it a suicide, but the common link between the wife and the earlier lover of this doctor, was, that fact that the patterns and means of death, seemed so similar, and both women, according to the mother of the earlier victim, and the evidence surrounding the relationship of the wife, finding an online dating relationship, was that, they were both breaking up or leaving this handsome, but arrogant, insecure man!  In the police reports from the earlier murder, when the female tried to break up with the dental student, he stalked her, started to sabotage her classes, work, and try to get her to fail out of dental school, then suddenly she ends up dead, and rather than looking at the relationship, they looked at the failing grades and work place, drama, that this man was creating in her life, and misread the clues and evidence, and just simply called it a suicide!  This appeared to be so close to what was going on with the wife, the stalking, the interference with work, relationships, and whatever, this controlling man, was recreating the same pattern with the wife, as they found had happened with the girlfriend, both leaving.

Significant Others vs. Insignificant Others?

What appears to be true, is often, not true and what appears to be false can, often be found, the opposite and be true . . . we have all heard the saying that truth is stranger than fiction!  Just realize that all women, while created equal under the law, are not, attorneys of equal worth, reputation, merit and worth, to someone, who, is a top cop, and also a serial killer!  Who would better protect, a cop, who just happened to be also a serial killer?  A torts attorney, or a former assistant attorney general, with a history of kicking cops to the curb and killing cop and prosecutor's legislation?  All kids of women, are not equally valued, the same either, one may have a kid who is a juvenile delinquent, while the other, has a serious, rock star on her hands.  Now for some man, who is insecure and thinks he has the power, authority, and ability, to manipulate the system, and exchange one women, for another, after the one leaves him, taking his protection, his crush, if you will, for a woman, who, previously, was a trophy attorney wife, or potential wife, but after the cops, did their anti-magic on her, was, less good looking and fatter than she had been, and his ego, just could not deal with that, but in private he loved her, made love to her, and in all due respect, had a great relationship, fun, alive, pure and simple, digging the hell out of each other.  But, when in front of his buddies, or meeting another woman, an attorney, who is fit, already, camera ready, he decides, he can, recreate the woman, he loved, from video tapes of her conquests, that rocked the nation of cops, and substitute in, this new female, who, was close, and could pull of the exchange, and he could, keep the trophy name, resume and kids, by just, pretending that, the second attorney, was, the first one . . . proceeding to use law enforcement, just as shallow as, he is, to promote, looks over brains, seeing that woman who had it all, was not, where she had been before they fucked with her.

Now, on the surface, most men, and women, would look at a handsome, FBI or CIA, agent, and think, well he is charming and he could get anyone he wants, so obviously, he is going to take the more stellar, female attorney, that would be what it appears; however, people don't see behind closed doors, see sunflowers in September, quiet nights, in front of a wood burning stove, nor do they assume this now, out of shape, female is the one, that all the cops, feared, respected, hated and wanted all at the same time, so the new female starts to fill that role . . . but, who is the significant other and who is the insignificant other . . . the one the man, wants as opposed to the one he needs?  Those two, options can be diametrically opposed to each other and the obvious, may not be the truth!  As in the case of the doctor, as the cops looked into his past, they found that he had many relationships with women, normal, very healthy break-ups, and all seemed well, when, and this it key, he broke up with the women!  But, when the woman, wanted to leave him, and they took the first step out of the relationship, as the dental assistant student did and now, 14 years later, his wife . . . he could not deal with it, REJECTION WAS JUST NOT IN HIS REPRITOURE of possibilities, and he could not handle it!  So, the two women, who dared to leave him, separated by 14 years, but with similar patterns, led to his capture . . . if a criminal or a killer, is successful with a particular method of killing someone and he got away with it, he is likely to do the same thing again, creating a pattern to his killings, which is exactly what the man did!

I HAD A STRING OF TOP COPS, WITH THIS MENTALITY . . . THUS, THE STRING OF SISTERS, EX-FRIENDS, AND ATTORNEYS, TO FILL THE HEARTACHE!

Ego, ego, ego, these men, don't learn to make their relationship, based on happiness, it is all about ego, to look, like they have it all, and never had to settle . . . until the alleged, insignificant other, but the deep down and heart level, significant, leaves them, then all hell breaks out, when, they are rejected, by the real love, the real woman, the real JoAnn, the real, legend, like the female equivalent of them, in the cop world!  So, how does a man like this compensate, fill the void, cover the loss, heal the heart, get revenge?  First he takes a woman, that is closest to the woman he is losing, because, he tries to inflict the largest amount of pain, to try to compensate for his loss, that in my case, all my men, created, themselves, by being too insecure to deal with, what THEY, did to me, forcing me to take meds, knowing that would create weight gain, the first thing, they all attacked, was my looks, originally, trying to destroy me, when I would not have considered any of them!  Very interesting, I just looked over my paragraph, and noticed, that the word, loss, I had written, "lose or loss of E or Elliot, another bragging right for these cops, a super star family, of beautiful kids, with a shit load of talent and brains, bragging rights for ANY PARENTS, and some of the top cops, were shit heads to their own kids, so, when you see, not just one, cool kid, but 4, shit, we'll claim that too!

Remember, that, 25% of the population are psychopaths, the rising stars, the bold the brave and the beautiful, taking credit for whatever they can take credit for, charming, fast talking, the alleged movers and shakers, but rarely there when the work needs to be done, but lacking any sympathy or empathy, valued by Wall Street, but also, these guys, and gals, tend to gravitate to what is called hero professions, where they can show off, and be saviors of you will of the common man and woman, as seen in the military, law enforcement, doctors and lawyers, tend to have a higher number of psychopaths, that most other professions and careers, so top cops, some with that heroic physical side, plus, many of the FBI and CIA, also have law degrees, with recruiters, going to seek the up and coming, that would benefit the agency or the company!  Well, there is a particular image, that psychopaths, want to project, and that is, totally focused on the physical appearance of the person, with little, attention being paid to anything else . . . case in point, Donald Trump!  So, with the physical characteristic, being the most important, the man, leaves, possibly the woman, who has the history, family, and resume, he likes, with the name, recognized among cops, nationwide, but they don't know her face, so, he sees a way to have both, the looks he likes and keep everything else, he likes to, and lies, to appear to have it all, elevating one woman, over the other, elevating pleasure, and burying the painful woman, who left him, giving him no choice, after he decided he could have both . . . Rod Stewart is singing, "Someone like you makes it easy to live without someone else . . . but I look to find the reason to believe!"

UNLAWFUL FLIGHT

I always look at what the NSA or those with access try to cut in on, when I am on my computer, and I always wonder why?  I was interrupted, while I was watching the episode from Forensic Files, Alibi, and I would guess for good reason, but, someone just walked by with a Quad Chicago, on their, like letterman jacket, although it was a female--but the reason, that causes me to take note, is because, when my computer, takes flight, going somewhere other than where I am located, always in the Mountain time frame, but with my computer, going from the Pacific time zone, to the mid-west or Chicago, or when I am going north, my computer, locator is going south to St. George, so, these built in gut controls, are not being set by me, nor in  most situations, not, follow me, around; therefore, someone with access, or given access, or with the computer skills, to get into my computer and reset, different things, like the time, the weather, the locator, where my blog is posted, or other stuff, I like to see, if, these things will help, law enforcement through me, ratting out what my computer, unruly as it is, is doing, so they can use their hi-tech, spy gear, to track the perpetrators.  So, right now, the pink strip, just telling me that my attempt to publish or print, failed, having done neither, so, that generally, from my limited, knowledge, is an official looking tool, that is to indicate to me, that, I need or should click it, like I used to, but I don't any more . . . but, it seems it must get them something, because, they are alarmed or worried about what I am going to say, in regard to some of this material in these episodes that I feel, could easily be applied to Brett TODD Stuart/Stewart or Isaac James (?) Anderson, potentially, killers . . . the pink just came back on, must be, Shelley, or mommy, or grandpa Southwick, who, I believe, framed my son, Elliot for a murder in Salt Lake City, Utah when he first moved to the city, where his cousin and the beneficiary of Elliot's music, had lived for a while, 6 months or so, Isaac means the laughing on, and he has a good personality, however, like Brett, his possible, biological father, since, the family guess for years, who it might be, has tendencies, and I believe, admitted to me to being a serial killer, along with Shelley, having tons of books on serial killers, and many children, like Eric and Dylan, the Columbine High School mass school shooting killers, often read and were fascinated with serial killers, and Isaac would have been hard pressed to not see or read some of the books on, Mommy Dearest's shelves, as is true with Jesse, who one night came in to the front room, where I had been laying on the couch, had a miner's light on his head, and a 15 inch kitchen knife in his hand, threw back the covers, of the sleeping bag I was in, only to find I was not there, but, he failed to see me, coward in the corner of the room, later to escape to an empty house, that Shelley actually, also used to rent, across from Adams School.

I always wondered, how, my son, could have given up, his music, for at the height of my law practice, back in 2010, 2011, when his first CD deal with Sony Records was to come out, God's Revolver, and the second CD, but first with Sony, how, or what, would make him, not only go ape shit, over his band, not working on the CD or remixing, which only Elliot did, a small request, that Sony asked the band to do, with, the father of Shelley's youngest son, Tyrone, the bastard child of Jimmy Robinson, a mixer for the doors, who owed about $18,000 in child support, an exchange? but, Elliot, just never named the CD, nor did his band, who had worked 5 years on the CD, with house arrests and other legal issues, over the 5 years, to make the work a, herculean effort to accomplish, just up and abandon, the whole project, moving on to other bands, of less note?  At the same time, there were people, who showed up in my law practice, trying to convince me, that, what happened, stealing a band's music, was just normal procedure for the Hollywood music industry, that there were three levels to a record contract: (1) the signing; (2) the production; and (3) the last level, which might result in promoters, finding a band already popular in that genre of music, that they would give it to, without having to market the band, like they would a new artist . . . is there where, the Alamo came in, the fake, cop kid, band, that stole the Little Black Horse Where Are You Going With Your Dead Rider? the front band, used to be allowed, so that, Elliot would stay out of jail, for the crimes that either his cousin, Isaac committed, or that Brett his father did, who is most likely on some sex offender register somewhere!

KILLER IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER

Now for the actual facts in the case, on Unlawful Flight, and I am just highlighting this case because of the police officers, impersonation . . . Let's Be Cops!  What a perfect and convenient cover for criminals, they get to be close to the cops, who would investigate them, lead them to me or Elliot the innocent framed ones, and divert any evidence that was incriminating, and use dirty cop to cover other pertinent and obvious behavior, evidence or the tell-tale signs of exposure and guilt . . . absolutely perfect for the guilty, total access, total cop cooperation, and total ability to threaten, chase, intimidate, and incarcerate the victims, without providing due process of law, nor equal protection, of the law!  So, in this case, there were three convicted felons riding in the car, not handcuffed, with one cop!  Now, that is unheard of, but, this must have been old school, or at the time, the men were not as dangerous as they later became.  But, two of the men, took the other prisoner and the cops, hostage, and while they were telling them to strip down and give the convicts their clothes, the cop, saw his extra set of keys to the handcuffs, drop to the ground and he covered them with his feet, so when the two men were chained to a tree, while the other fugitives, now, put on the cops clothes . . . wait there must have been, a deputy sheriff in the car too, because, both the convicts had clothes, and they were now on the run!

Due to the quick turn around time, with hand cuff keys, they were able to alert, other law enforcement of the men and what they were wearing, and a guess as to what they might be able to do, with cop uniforms on.  At first, they needed to ditch, the cop car, so at one point they pulled a guy over in a truck, and told him that his truck had been identified, as being in an accident, and they needed the man to get in the cop car, while they drove his truck, but in stead, they put him in the truck of the cop car, but didn't harm him . . . he eventually, was able to break the lock and call authorities, who were now in hot pursuit of the two on the run.  Later, they found, a red car, in a lake, that was being searched, looking for a  missing British, military officer who had gone missing.  At the same time, the cops, looked at a friend, or where the two men might go for help, and they found a guy, who had gotten in trouble with one of the men, from the time there were young, so they thought, given the background of this auto repair man, he might help them--I thought that was a smart connection to make!  At first, the friend, didn't tell the officers that the men were there, but after obtaining a search warrant or asking to search one of the vehicles found on the premise, they found the dead man's suitcase.  The cops, then put the fugitives and the missing man, togetTHEher, later finding or being led to the car, but the body was not found.

BLOOD HOUNDS FIND ONE FUGITIVE UNDER SOME PINE NEEDLES!

The high school friend, once, they see, the suitcase, realize that, he better fess up, or get in trouble himself as an accessory to whatever, so he says that there is a trailer, somewhere, that they might be staying in.  The cops plan a raid, but they don't find, anyone, but the dogs pick up a scent of the men, and eventually, as the dog gets closer, the escape artist, of the two gets caught, and he leads the cops to the body of the military man.  Eventually, they find, the other dude, who shot and killed the missing man, asleep in an abandoned car, in the junk yard, as part of the auto repair yard . . . he is caught off guard, and doesn't put up any defense, but he is not willing to talk.  The escape artist did, in exchange for a lighter sentence, but the 4 time escape artist, does it again, taking two other convicts with him, but eventually they get him too!  The lighter sentence he would have gotten, disappeared, and he got 5 life sentences, one for each time he escaped from jail or prison!  Thus the title, Unlawful Flight!  The murderer, I believe, may have gotten the death penalty, and the escape artist for cooperating with authorities, at first got a fairly good deal, but not after he escaped from prison or jail!  LOL!  I think, this case, might distinguish me from convicted felons, I may run, escape, but I have NEVER BEEN CHARGED NOR EVER BEEN CONVICTED, and whatever, I am suspected of, I don't know!  LOL.  All I know, is that the cops, chase me, and I run, for fear, not of the charges, because, I have either been framed, probably as aggressive as they have been for four fucking years, allegedly for killing a cop, is the only thing, I can think of they might be in hot pursuit for this long!  Who knows, but I know, for sure the Pat Rats, are not going to give me my due process and equal protection, if I ever charged with anything . . . I think, they were just hoping to frame me for my sister's crimes!?

HUMAN PARTY

I am not sure why this episode is called this, because it is far from a party, more like Man Hunting or Hunting Man as the Prime Animal!  But, factually this episode is very simple, and factually, easy, but it is the criminal profile of a man, that would do this random act of violence and death, that is the puzzling part.  And, I believe, I might have thrown my notes on the criminal profiler away, but I will do my best to recall what it was, that helped to target, what, it was that led to this man's suspicious behavior and eventual identification and arrest.  Now, in this case, a middle aged, married, man, with two kids, a job, and, a fairly normal life was driving around in his truck, in the rural areas of Ohio farmland, and just taking out his rifle and shooting people, for no apparent reason, with no connection or knowledge of the victims as far as people or cops could tell, so a complete and utter, blank of who the suspect might be, with no connection between the victims, nor with any enemies, just people in the wrong place at the wrong time!  And, like most smart, serial killers, they mixed up the jurisdictions, that they committed their crimes in, as this man did, even more confusing cops, until, several people had been killed the same way, I believe it took 4, for the cops to put two and two together, and the towns people were terrified, that some dude would just drive around, stop on a sunny fall day and gun down a jogger on a country road, or a hunter, or fishermen, and do it right in the middle of the day, in broad daylight, without anyone seeing him.

Eventually, he upped the anti, and decided to try to shoot two fishermen, at the same time or hunters, who, turned as he creeped through the wooded area, near the river, to come in for the kill!  Lucky for the men, a twig snapped, and they turned to see, this man with a rifle in their faces, and they both, yelled and were able to catch the license plate on the red older pick up, so cops started to get an idea of where to look for the guy, but the two didn't get much of description, but they at least had something to go on.  The FBI was called in on the case, because the cop shop was so small and the rural community had few murders, and a limited manpower with knowledge to draw from.  The FBI put a press release out, and mentioned what the profile of the man might be: (1) middle age; (2) white male; (3) with a history of petty crimes, like arson and cruelty to animals; (4) had a fascination with guns and might use signs or small animals as target practice; (5) he was most likely a hunter himself, very familiar with hunting areas where several man had been shot; and (6) he was considered mainstream and might be married.  One man, heard the broadcast and he contacted the police and said that, he had an old friend from high school, who fit the description and also, drove an older model red truck.  He said, that he used to go shoot signs and small animals when they were both young and the guy was into setting fires, but, the last time he saw him, at a gun show, they hooked up and this guy, asked his friend if he thought he was capable of killing someone . . . the guy, didn't think much of it, but after hearing the report, he was sure it was his friend!  Sure enough, it was!

When the guy was apprehended, he was cocky, unruffled, refused to talk, would divulge nothing, wanted an attorney, right off the bat, and seemed to be interested in what the cops had against him.  Now at this point, all they had was some gun violations on the man, but no direct evidence to connect him to any of the shootings.  Interestingly enough, there was a mother, who started, to write the killer of her son, who was only 21 years old, when he was gunned down, just walking through a field on a sunny fall afternoon, the mother said, she had forgiven him, for what he had done, but, she wanted to know, if he, was actually the man who killed her son.  He never said, whether he shot anyone, but eventually, the cops, gathered all the pictures of the places that connected him to the killings, and plastered them all over the walls, and eventually, he got some remorse, and confessed to all the killings except the one, of the 21 year old, the one where the mother, was writing and conversing with the accused killer.  The man was convicted of the other 4 murders, but would never cop to the killing of the young man, that, was the son of the woman, writing to him, until she finally, called him a coward!  For some reason, being called, convicted and sentenced never broke the man, however, this mother, who had gotten to him through her writings and letters, did!  Eventually, he got totally pissed off at being called a coward, that, he confessed to the crime, and the mother could get some piece.  I think she wrote a book about the case, and once justice was done, she hoped her book would help other mothers, or people who have loved ones killed.  But, I thought, there is a mother for you, you right for your kids, ANYWAY you can, and writing is ONE WAY I DO IT!

THE ALIBI, A MOTHER COVERS, A MOTHER EXPOSES

Okay, in this last one, a young 17 year old high school student, disappears one night from a school parking lot, and  nobody saw her with anyone, but they did find her body, sexually assaulted, and she was stabbed 31 times, with a 3.5 inch blade, from a locking knife.  There was a suspect, some older guy, that someone, for some reason thought they had seen the young girl with.  54 men, most class mates of the girl from the high school, were asked to come in and give DNA samples, which, all did, in spite of the problems that, arise with civil rights and protections, but all did what they were asked.  The killer had a rare blood type and also a rare DNA, but the 31 year old man, they suspected fit neither, so he was released and let off the suspect list.  The cops decided to go to the FBI profilers and see if they could get  some leads, since they were coming up with nothing and the mother didn't know anything!  This is what the profiler came up with: (1) the suspect would be white: (2) he was likely a friend or acquaintance--young; (3) he was physically strong;(4) he lived within 3 miles of the victim, and (5) he would believe that he would never be caught.  When the FBI comes up with a profile, they try to narrow down, likely traits of the killer or suspect, according to race, age, sex, whether they are married, or single, have a job or not, and their living arrangements. 

When all the DNA samples and blood samples were examined, #44, came up a match.  The boy's name was, Ken Register, which, given the nature of the crime, rape, kidnapping and murder, just seemed connected and when the cops looked up the young man's criminal record, he had exposed himself to some girls and I think, has other assault charges against him.  When the mother was interviewed, she said, of all the 54 men, who gave DNA samples, Ken was the least or last she would ever expect to have committed the crimes against her daughter.  He had been a friend since childhood, had been in their home tons of times, was considered really, nothing more than a good friend of her daughter, that she would have trusted with anything she owned!  But, she said, had she known the young man's history, she would not have allowed her daughter to hang out with him.  And after he was connected to the murder, she recalled one incident that her daughter, told her, that Ken, wanted to date her, but he had a girlfriend, and the other said, what's up with that, and she responded, that all he wanted was sex with her!  The mother told her to stay away or not to go with him. 

WHAT IS DNA?

Just like the profiler said, this young man fit all the character traits, especially, being totally shocked that he would ever be caught committing or being accused of committing the crimes.  When the cops, pulled him in for questioning, after 6 hours, and his mother, and girlfriend being his alibi's, stating that the night of the murder the mother noted, exactly what time the boy came home, and he could not have committed a kidnapping, rape and murder, surely to have been covered in blood when he got home!  But, after the cops, questioned him, his mother sent a note in and told him, shut his mouth and not say a word, until he had an attorney!  Great advice, one I gave to my own clients who generally divulged all the evidence against them, confessing before they called me!  But, the cop, got the note, and he told the son, the total opposite, by saying that the note, told the son to confess everything to the cops . . .  Now, while that was a total lie, cops are allowed to lie, in the furtherance of getting a confession or getting co-conspirators to rat each other out, to solve a crime; however, if the accused asks for an attorney, all interrogation and questioning is to STOP!  Cops can't lie, in the furtherance of a crime against the accused! only in solving a crime, so like if you frame me, or set me up, lying to make other cops, think that I committed a crime that I didn't do or was framed for, or don't even know, I have been charged or connected to, is WRONG!

When the boy was called in, he said, why would I voluntarily, give my DNA, if I thought it would convict me?  The cops looked back at the record, and when the kid came in, to give a sample, he asked the cops what, DNA was, and it had only been used, for about 5 years, but not much in South Carolina, so a new, scientific procedure to help law enforcement and prosecutors, identify a defendant, with about a 99.9% certainty, when there is saliva, semen, blood, or other bodily fluids that have a persons, DNA in it.  This young man was, the unlucky one, because he was the FIRST case in South Carolina that used the new science to convict him!  This is the criminal defense attorney speaking . . . everyone is entitled the best defense they can get!  But, the interesting thing is, that the victim's name, was Crystal Faye Todd . . . C TODD . . . personalized license plate!

So, by writing the note, and giving it to the cops, they intercepted it, knowing or having all the evidence that said the kid, kidnapped, raped and murdered, this young woman!  Of course he was convicted of her murder.  But, some very telling sign to me, was what was written on her license plate, of her car--C TODD . . . MY SERIAL KILLER EX, BRAGGED, ADMITTING HE WAS OR TAKING THE NAME OF THE MOST NOTORIOUS SERIAL KILLER OR HIT MAN FOR 5 MAFIA FAMILIES, BUT, LIKE I SAID, AFTER I LEFT HIM, SOMETIMES, SLEEPOING WITH A KNIFE IN BED, AND BELIEVING HE JUST MIGHT HAVE MURDERED A SHIT LOAD OF WOMEN, UP IN OREGON, WASHINGTON, DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS, WITH MANY WOMEN, TOO MANY WOMEN MISSING, AND SEEING A LOOK IN HIS EYES, LIKE A CRAZY SWITCH, WHICH, I GOT A GLIMPS OF, BUT, NEVER THE FULL MONTY . . . BUT, AFTER GETTING MY GOD INTEL, WHILE IN UTAH, SEEING A MISSING GIRL, LATER TO SEE, ONE UP HERE IN MISSOULA TOO, THIS COULD BE, A WARNING TO ME, BECAUSE, HE IS FOLLOWING ME, OR SOMETHING . . . BUT . . .

SEE TODD . . . THE GUY YOU WOULD LEAST EXPECT!  LET'S BE COPS + HUNTING FOR HIS PREY AND ENJOYING KILLING + KIDNAPPING, RAPE AND MURDER = NEW TED BUNDY, HANDSOME, SMART, LIKEABLE AND THE LAST PERSON YOU WOULD EXPECT, ALSO, SEES HIMSELF AS UNLIKELY TO GET CAUGHT, AND AN ESCAPE ARTIST, SEEING HIMSELF AS SMARTER THAN COPS, AND HE WOULD DEFEND HIMSELF IN COURT! P.S., another Trump crony, in the Scandal at the Bridge, better known as Bridgegate, New Jersey, Chris Christie, is hit with official misconduct, for playing politics as usual, being aware and knowing that, aides and political appointees, in the Governor's Office, were told to take the fall for the closure of Washington Bridge, one of the busiest, if not the busiest bridge in the country, blocking, access to emergency and service vehicles, necessary, life saving services, to a suburb, of New Jersey, to put pressure on a mayor who did not support Christie.  I think it is about time, we stopped doing business and usual, and started, being true to our oaths of office and to the United States Constitution, taking raising our arms to the square, be it, taking vows of office, from president to cops, to marriage vows, and try, to be faithful to the BEST OF AMERICA, the BEST IN AMERICA, and MAKE AMERICA AGAIN, TOGETHER, STRONGER TOGETHER!

May our prayers be with the 2 cops, fighting for their lives, called to a neighborhood in Boston, who got a call domestic call, which is the scariest call, a cop can get, because, as the mayor said, they never know what they are going to come upon, and even if they stop the fight, or arrest, one of the partners, the other, even brutally abused, will often, jump the officers, and attack them to protect their spouse or partner!  As I understand the news report, 11 officers, were called to the scene, and all were shot at, but two were seriously injured . . . may our thoughts and prayers be with the officers, their wives, partners, children, and beg God to protect, those who truly serve and put their lives on the line every day!

Along this line, there is a new movie, called Up Against a Wall, a movie that addresses a problem we are having here in America, and that is police brutality, on African American males . . . this is not an either or issues, it is something we all need to work on, but, I loved, what the author and producer, if not the actors themselves, are saying . . . you took an oath!

Now, me and my gay buddy, Clinton, of all names, had an interesting discussion, this morning at the Pov., and he is all behind, Mr. Trump, and he is furious at Robert De Niro, and Barbara Streisand, for siding with Hillary Clinton, and he thinks that movies stars should stay out of politics all together!  I said, Clinton, how can someone with a name, Clinton, vote for a Trump?  I have to remind myself, that, he is gay, and proud of it, so, maybe he has a crush on Trump, as vehemently as he is defending him!  LOL.  Clinton is fighting for the Trumpster and his Trumpkins, as much as I am fighting for Hillary, siding with the movie stars!  LOL!  I have early on in this election, decided, it is not, my duty, to re-educate, every Trump fan, as to why, they are wrong and I am right.  I am not arguing with you, I am just telling you why I am right!  LOL!  This article, and now, I am not sure who wrote it, but I doubt it was, either the New York Times or the Washington Post!  LOL!  But, it has made my job easier, and given me hardcore, points, well defined, for which to make my points and point out my arguments in opposition!  I love politics and the process, the debates and the fun . . . so, here are the 5 points, if I remember from reading the article, in a rush, so, I will hit the main points for the undecided voters, this late in the game:

1. return to the central issue of the race: the economy (re-read my title, review what the scorched-earth strategy is)
2. project a strong commitment to bipartisanship (ditto)
3. speak about unifying the country (where has this guy been?  Hispanics, Muslims, Blacks, Women . . . this dude is the white, man's man!)
4. emphasis transparency and trust in government (taxes, taxes, taxes)
5. end the hyperbole--the anti-establishment shit and start to be a genuine statesman (Trump Goes to War with the GOP, he is going to teach the Republicans how to win?  He is adding the whole fucking Republican Party, to #3, see above!)

Need I further elaborate my points of contention?  I didn't teach argumentation and research for 5 years at a college level for nothing.  I think, my quick notes, rather sum up, the longer version, of what I might say, in a more verbose and detailed, defense of why I am voting for Hillary Clinton.  Now, I know, that the greater majority of voters, probably do not, live, eat, sleep and dream, politics, like I do, but, seriously, even the non-attendant, rational person, could, just as easy and thoroughly debunk, this man's lofty mission and goals, to find, some redeeming value, in, any of these points, or any evidence, examples and statistics that might, prove me wrong, and the possibility of a 70 year old man, set in his ways, errant as they are, and see any significant pivot, that everyone has been waiting for the last year!  At each critical junction, of this road to the White House, friends, foes, campaign directors, managers, past, present and future, have told the waiting public, that, the Donald, is going to pivot, oh, now he will pivot, ah, pivot?  FUCK NO, the man, is who his is, and teaching an old dog, new tricks, is just not going to happen.  I do admire the man, unelectable as he is, for taking a stand and never, ever compromising, or changing, pivoting or changing direction with a loser idea, but, after dealing with my 85 year old father, who has not pivoted in 85 years, I have given up hope of change, any agent of the different, or of having an attitude of trying, making an effort, or repenting from their blatantly, 1950's Daddy Knows Best attitudes, talking about TV land and movie stars!  LOL.  Leave it to Beaver!

Anyway, fun stuff, fun points, too easy to refute, for this thinking, news reading woman, but defending the indefensible, I will NOT!  However, I am grateful to both, Bernie Sanders and Trump, for bringing, a whole new generation of interest and voters to the polls, who might have waiting, until their 40's or 50's, when their lives settle a bit, and families were on their way, to get involved, and for that, I will be eternally grateful, to you both, unless, Trump can pull of a Truman moment on election morning!  I have long looked for a statesman to run for the presidency, but I fear, that has not happened much, since, President John Adams, who said, be damned to the people, he only answered to God and worked for the good of his country . . . he, unlike more popular presidents, never had a monument or library named after him, he was not loved, but he got it done and did a great job for the country!  I think, this attitude of statesman-like, objectivism, is what puts me right in the middle, in the purple, always, being true to my constitutional base and foundation, that leads and guides me in my positions, resolutions, and conclusions, on what the nation should do, on any issue, as a guidance and road map, to direct, lead, and take us in that MORE PERFECT UNION, regardless of political costs, personal sacrifices, and mobocracy that mounts and opposition against us!  THE WORLD LONGS FOR STATESMAN AND WOMAN!  LET THAT BE A GOAL, RATHER THAN POLITICS AS USUAL!
