How to throw a punch, and remain civil!
It's called the facts, evidence, the law, policy and procedure! The most persuasive elements of argumentation are: (1) facts; (2) statistics; and (3) examples! I am going to present several cases, that are examples, of types of people that are classic psychopaths, that will remind you, perhaps of people you know, that might be committing crimes against you or your families! or who you might find, sitting next to you at the office!
NOTE: I WANTED TO WRITE ABOUT THESE CASES ABOUT A WEEK AGO, SO THE FACTS ARE A BIT FUZZY, BUT, THE PERSONALITY TYPES WILL COME, GLARINGLY THROUGH!
WHAT'S UP, SIS?
Basically, in this case, you have, a loving couple, who lived their lives, well . . . they both worked hard, invested well, loved each other, adopted a child, when, they could not have one of their own, lived, a modest lifestyle, even though, their stocks made them, millionaires. So, the example of the millionaire, next door, Warren Buffet style. The place this family, with a now, middle aged, son, intersect with, a psycho, is the first signs of the wife's failing health. Now, both the husband and the wife, had been in peak condition for their age, with, dad, getting up and doing an house of exercise each morning and the son, said, that he couldn't keep up with dear old dad! So, mom, falls ill, and, the husband and son, lovingly contact, a local home for the elderly, called, the Comfort House.
Just prior to the wife, getting in bad health, the Comfort House, I believe, in Austin, Texas, hired, a local gal, from a prominent family, father had been mayor of the city twice, served on the city council, prior to that, and, the family was quite wealthy. The daughter, was attractive, seemed to be competent, and basically just took over the place, to the chagrin of the long time staff members. She came in and rocked the place, changed everything from, taking away, comfy furniture, and things that reminded the older people, of being close to their families and friends. The staff was treated more militant and less, humanitarian, than, previous administrations . . . it was at the Comfort House, that, this professional, woman, came in contact with the family. All the sudden, after mom was getting better, and looking like she might, come home, suddenly she died?
Her husband of 57 or so years, was devastated and depressed, at the hope of getting his loving wife back home, and all the sudden she is dead? The son, who dearly loved his mother, thought this apparent, change in her, health, strange and a bit, suspicious, but he didn't make an issue of it, just went along, with, all that he was told. But, by Thanksgiving that year, his woman, from the Comfort House, was giving dear old dad a little comfort of his own. The son, was not too alarmed, and was glad to see that someone cared for the man, but as time wore on, he suspected that she was getting in good with the father, to get to his money. Again he didn't say much. This woman, started filling the dad's mind with all kinds of ideas that his son, whom he had a great relationship for life, was really just being nice to get to his money. She talked the old guy into going to the attorney, changing all his "Power of Attorney" and "Living Will" documents, to her as the beneficiary, so, that she could protect, the man from his son, who he was growing, very suspicious of.
At one point, the Comfort House queen, talked, dad, into taking $450,000 out of his bank in cash! The lady, played along with protecting dad and keeping the son away from his father. Again the son thought this was strange, but again, glad someone was taking care of dad. Then, at one point, dad, came to his senses, and, changed, or wanted to change all his legal documents back to his son's name, and this is when, all hell broke out . . . Ms. Comfort, had hired, a housekeeper and caretaker, and after she heard, that the old man, wanted control of his finances and, his son back on the paperwork, she brought, this man, hired hand, to actually kill the old dude! She order the housekeeper, Latino, to leave the room, and she brought in the alleged, landscaping man . . . who, was told that if he strangled the man, he would, get a cut of something, the benefits!
As the old man proved to be too much for the hired hit man, the lady, if you can call her that, pushed the man aside and put a plastic bag over, his head, until he dropped to the floor unconscious . . . the housekeeper, called the paramedics, they rushed to the man's aid and right as they tried to revive him, Ms. Comfort, rushed with the DNR or the "Do Not Resuscitate" paperwork and stopped the EMT's from saving his life! The chick wasted no time, in collecting, on the insurance money! She had already taken $250,000 for herself from, the cash he took out of his bank. The son confronted her on changing the will, and trust, without any legal authority to do so! She just laughed him off. Finally, the housekeeper, who was in the room, when, most of this happened, contacted the Texas Rangers, and told, them, that the woman, had actually killed the man, he did not die of natural causes!
HER FAMILY GOT HER THE BEST ATTORNEYS, MONEY COULD BUY, SEVERAL OF THEM, AND SHE WAS ORDERING THEM AROUND, AND EVENTUALLY FIRED THEM, THINKING THAT SHE KNEW MORE THAN THEY DID! SOUNDS, FAMILIAR.
As the Rangers and the prosecutors, prepared for trial, they discovered that she had been bilking the Comfort House, since the very day she started and had taken, about a half a million from them, and continued to do so until she was arrested! This chick liked to party, she loved Vegas, there was nothing to good for her tastes, she threw a big bash for her son's graduation party, spared no expense, and she was, always, scheming and planning on how to keep her lifestyle going the way she had grown accustomed to it being, since, her parents took care of her. Both she and her co-conspirator were sentenced to prison, for life, one on first degree charges, and the other, her subordinate on second degree . . . she had no hope of parole, he did, after like 25 years!
HELLO COPS . . . WHAT'S UP?
THE CASE OF "TRANSFER OF SECOND HAND, DNA" TO A MURDER SCENE . . . HOW DO YOU GET FRAMED FOR A MURDER, WITHOUT EVER MEETING THE VICTIM? TAINTED AND CONTAMINATED CRIME SCENE, BY COPS OR EMT'S AND OTHER, CRIME SCENE, INVESTIGATORS, WHO, CAME IN CONTACT WITH, ONE PERSON, THEY QUESTIONED, THEN, WENT TO THE CRIME SCENE OF THE MURDER, AND INADVERTENTLY, TRANSFERRED, THE DNA OF THE PERSON, TO AN OBJECT, NEAR OR ON THE VICTIM, BY NOT WEARING PROPER PROTECTIVE GLOVES, OR BEING CAREFUL NOT TO CORRUPT THE CRIME SCENE!
The facts in this case are simple, but the legal implications are alarming! So, young, college girl, with a hobby of photography and, love of nature, goes for a drive up to a lake or river one day, and never comes home, found murdered in her car, parked, looking at the lake. There were two good old boys, one of low IQ, about 70, so legally and mentally challenged, who could barely read, and his cousin, who had such bad health issues, that, family and friends, didn't think the two men, fishing at the time of the murder, questioned by the cops, could have even physically taken on the healthy college girl, let alone kill her. They were the low lying fruit, the easy ones to pin this high profile murder on, as the girl's loving brother, wanted, blood and revenge for his sister's untimely death.
The cops, questioned, both men, I believe, the cousin with the bad heart, even left, before the cops, talked to the other, man, still fishing, calmly at the lake or river. Apparently the cops, touched the fisherman's back and shook hands with him, after questioning him, then leaving to go to the crime scene. There are pictures of the cops doing the investigation, and, right where the alleged, DNA trace evidence, from one of the alleged, killers, standing looking at the girl, slumped over in the car, while he hand, covered the place, the DNA was found. IN the first only, one man was tried, the second, alleged, killer, the one with the heart condition died with the stress of being questioned and of his heart condition, so upset . . . all family members, knew the men, said, neither would ever do something like that.
The remaining fisher man, was, browbeat by the cops, who kept saying, you did it, you know you did it, just come clean with us. After like 18 hours of this, he still never cracked, simple as he was, and he refused the deal the prosecutors tried to get him to take, has maintained his innocence, even after, he was found guilty by the jury, after one of the cops, testified against him. Even after the man was sentenced to life in prison with hope of parole, he was cheerful, and, kept the faith, knowing that someday, somewhere, he would be found innocent of the murder he didn't commit and refused to admit to, no matter what the cost, generally a sign of innocence! THE GUILTY ONES TAKE THE DEALS!
GIFT FROM GOD, THROUGH SOME INNOCENCE PROJECT, A BLOND ATTORNEY, KNOW FOR TAKING AND WINNING, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE CASES, HAD WON 19 ALLEGED, LOSER CASES, HEARD ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF THIS POOR UNEDUCATED MAN, AND AGREED TO REPRESENT HIM. THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, HELLO, HATED THE WOMAN, AND DID ALL TO MAKE HER LIFE HELL, FROM START TO FINISH OF THE CASE . . . SHE GOT COURT ORDERS, SUBPOENAED THE EVIDENCE, GOT COPIES OF THE ORIGINAL INTERVIEWS, WITH THE BROWBEATING COPS, CHEWING THIS MAN UP!
BETWEEN A LOCAL JOURNALIST, WHO WAS PUZZLED, THAT, THE GIRL WAS NEVER RAPED, HER PURSE WAS IN THE CAR, AND, SHE HAD THREE LIGATURES, AROUND HER NECK, THAT NEITHER MAN HAD THE ABILITY TO USE TO STRANGLE HER . . . THE HEART CONDITION OF THE ONE, TOOK HIM OUT, AND, THE OTHER MAN, ACCUSED HAD SEVERE "CARPEL TUNNEL" AND COULD BARELY BUTTON HIS OWN DRESS SHIRT FOR COURT! AND, THE GUTSY FEMALE ATTORNEY, I BELIEVE, AT THE TIME THE EPISODE FOR DATELINE WAS MADE, HAD JUST WON A VICTORY IN COURT, TO GET ALL EVIDENCE, RELEASED TO HER . . . BY LAW PROSECUTORS, HAVE TO GIVE DEFENSE ATTORNEYS, ALL EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE, AND SHOULD DO SO WITHOUT BEING ASKED! THEY HAD TO BE ORDERED! HELLO, IRON COUNTY ATTORNEY(S)!
INTENT + MOTIVE + OPPORTUNITY = CRIME!
Detectives could, find, that the murder victim, went to the Goodwill, to drop off clothes, then, she went to the coffee shop, and, after that she went to the lake or river, to take pictures. Nobody wondered or knew, if she picked someone up that day, or if, she met someone at the lake, that, apparently had, construction workers, along the same banks, her car was found, rolled, down into the weeds, along the river bank and in the bushes. The girl was very pretty, talented, smart, and, very friendly . . . someone asked her brother, if she would talk to a stranger she met, near the water? Sadly the brother had to admit that she would, likely have been nice to about anyone, who would have approached her . . . none of those construction workers were questioned, nor were others found along the river. Did the cops just target the law lying fruit? just someone to blame the crime on for, purposes of just closing the case? PRESSURE is hard for police departments to handle, particularly a high profile nationwide case. THEY WANT THE HEAT OFF TOO!
As the case stands now, as I said, the evidence was released, there is an attorney, beyond a public defender, hired by the prosecutors, in most jurisdictions, and a very good, concerned, smart, newspaper chick, who didn't think the crime,was committed by these two local yokels, and was the one who contacted the attorney, who is on the case as I write . . . my kind of attorney! Everyone is entitled to the best defense they can get! even low IQ persons!
EVERYONE . . . JUSTICE FOR ALL! THESE ARE THE REAL REWARDING CASES! SMART CHICK, SHE JUST HEARD OF THE "SECOND HAND TRANSFER OF TRACE DNA EVIDENCE" THAT PEOPLE THINK, NAILS A CASE, BEING BEYOND DISPUTE, BUT SHE KNEW OF A CASE IN CALIFORNIA, WHERE A MAN WAS CHARGED, A BLACK MAN, OF COURSE, WHO HAD BEEN RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL, ON AN EMERGENCY, AND THE SAME EMT'S, ATTENDED THE BODY AT THE CRIME SCENE . . . WHEN THE COPS FOUND, THE INJURED, BLACK, HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AT THE TIME OF THE MILLIONAIRE'S MURDER, AND THERE WAS NO WAY HE COULD HAVE COMMITTED THE CRIME!

WHAT'S UP, DAD?
WHEN DEAR OLD DAD, DRAGS HIS OWN KIDS, INTO CRIME!
CASE #1: DAD, AS THE ARMORED GUARD DRIVER! PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY ARE . . . HE ROBBED HIS TRUCK, MOVED ON UP TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE!
In this case, the man, was a middle aged, man, with a twenty something year old son, who he got involved in his robberies. Now, this man, would, pick up the money from, wherever, and he was suppose to take the cash, and deliver it to just this basement of a building off the beaten track somewhere, down a hall with just a nondescript door, almost without markings on the door. His job was to put the cash in a vault, then lock the vault wheel, before leaving. Usually, he and his partner did this. On the day of the vault robbery of his own, employer, he let his co-worker who picked up the cash with him, out of the vault first, and, he closed the door, but he didn't lock it, or turn the wheel, to lock it closed.
Later, he came back with his son, or he let him in, at the end of his shift, and, they staged, the robbery as if the dad, in uniform was, being held up, by this man with a knit hat on, and a fake beard, who ordered him down on the floor, put hand-cuffs on him, after he, opened the vault, all caught on camera, so the company would think that the father, was just an innocent bystander, who was attacked by this bank robbing assailant! They bought the story and the father and son team, got away with it, the cops and the company, believed the employee! The two made away with, about, $750,000! Later, they used the same plan and held up or stole the money, from the federal reserve! In total, they got about, just over a million dollars.
The team and, mom, moved to Oregon, to live, a very, modest life, in a rented home, a junker car, crappy furniture, nothing that would make anyone stand up and take note. Every once in a while, they would splurge on some Cuban cigars, or some wine, other than the wife, seemed to like, to have tons of cleaning products around, the house, far more than, anyone normally would. The father got another job with, another, armored car service, and after awhile, the dad, son team, planned another heist . . . this time, dad, was, driving, and the robber, pulled a gun on him, made him open the bank, then, he chained him to the door or rear view mirror! When a passer-by, saw the guard, in uniform, cuffed to the truck, he called the cops.
The FBI was still working on the first case, when, the facts from this case, seemed eerily similar, with the same man, involved . . . did anyone vet this man for his job? The cops hauled him down to the police department, and, the facts that got the cops thinking, was, that the alleged, robber, approached the driver while he was still in the armored vehicle? Why didn't he just drive off? Then, the alleged victim, mentioned the man had a "fake" beard? That was just like the case the FBI was still looking at. The cops, started surveillance on the man, his wife and their older son, still living at home. They found out the son, purchased a Hummer! A break in the case. The dad was furious, because, that would put the team on the radar screen, straight out of Goodfellows, the mob movie, the last thing you can do is bring attention to the money!
THE FBI, BANK ROBBERY IS IN THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDS, PARTICULARLY, WITH THE ROBBERY OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE! THEIR INITIAL SEARCH DOESN'T PRODUCE MUCH! FINANCIALS ARE REQUESTED AND PULLED, BUT OTHER THAN, EVERYTHING BEING PURCHASED WITH, MONEY ORDERS, THE COPS COULDN'T SEE MUCH TO INDICATE THE CREW HAD ANY MONEY.
A SMART IRA ACCOUNTANT, PLUS, A FALLING OUT OF THE SON AND THE DAD, LEADS TO THE SON RUNNING TO THE COPS FIRST TO CUT A DEAL!
To an accountant, and attorneys, the devil is in the details, and much like a treasure hunt, this shit is fun for us, brainiacs! This chick, was, all about tracking this money, for the IRS and the FBI, and she was good, made a great witness and found some good stuff! But for the son's testimony, the feds, might have been able to make a case, on the fact that the tax returns, didn't match, what appeared to be coming out or being spent by the household . . . mom was the traditional housekeeper. The IRS chick started to add up all dad's spending, always getting money orders, and, there was no way on his salary, that he could be making enough money, to spend that kind of dough! But, the son, told the feds to look closer at the mom's cleaning products that were all over the house . . . when the feds, looked closer, they, pulled off the bottom of the jars, and tin bottles, and found, rolls of hundred dollar bills, stuff in the empty containers!
I think by the time the cops got the evidence to charge the family, about, half a million was missing! The son, was given immunity, but both the husband and wife, mom and dad, got, like, 15 years for bank robbery. THE SON HAD SOME TYPE OF REMORSE, BUT THE MOTHER AND FATHER, WERE AS STOIC AND, UNEMOTIONALLY INVOLVED, BASICALLY DIDN'T ACT LIKE THEY GAVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT BEING, RATTED OUT BY THEIR SON! THE FATHER, CONTACTED THE OLDEST SON, NOT INVOLVED AND TRIED TO GET HIM, TO CUT OFF RELATIONS WITH THE RAT FINK! THE CRIME FOR HIM, WAS GETTING CAUGHT, NOT COMMITTING THE CRIME, AND IT WAS THE SON'S FAULT, HE PROCLAIMED HIS INNOCENCE! INTERESTING HIDING PLACE! WHO WOULD'VE THOUGHT?
CASE #2. SURVIVALIST DAD, HAD ONE SON KILL THE OTHER SON . . . AFTER A STAND OFF WITH THE COPS, DAD TAKES THE FAMILY, AND RUNS. WHEN THE SON'S WIFE, CAN'T KEEP THEIR NEWLY BORN INFANT QUIET, DAD, TELLS HER TO SILENCE IT OR HE WILL. SHE DOES AND SMOTHERS THE BABY, WHO TURNS BLUE AND DIES! WHEN, BIG BRO FINDS OUT, HIS BABY IS DEAD, HE THREATENS TO GO TO THE COPS, BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW THAT THE BABY IS REALLY DEAR OLD DAD'S BABY! HE HAS, TWO OF HIS SONS, PUT THE BABY IN A GYM BAG AND GO BURY IT UNDER A TREE. LATER, HE HAS THE YOUNGEST SON, TAKE, BIG BRO FOR A WALK, MAKES HIM KILL HIM, OR DAD WILL KILL THE SON! HE COMPLETES THE TASK! DAD, TAKES THE OTHER SON, GOES TO ANOTHER SON, LONG DISENFRANCHISED BY THE FAMILY, WHO JUST HAD A BABY, AND HE GAVE THE SON A GUN, TOLD HIM, TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR, KILL THE BROTHER AND TAKE HIS BABY TO REPLACE THE DEAD BABY, SO THE AUTHORITIES WOULD NOT QUESTION WHERE THE INFANT WAS! EVENTUALLY THE KIDS GOT AWAY FROM DAD'S CONTROL, AND, I HAD TO GO BEFORE THE EPISODE WAS OVER, SO?
THE BIG HAPPY, ALL AMERICAN FAMILY, COMPUTER PROGRAMMER DAD, HIGHLY EDUCATED MOTHER, CHEMICAL ENGINEER, FOUR SONS, AND THREE DAUGHTERS, ALL SMART, GOOD LOOKING, DESTINED FOR GREATNESS, FAMILY FUN, HOLIDAYS, UNTIL IT ALL FELL APART!
THE FAMILY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN!
- the family was involved in their church, and the dad, worked with the youth
- this oldest son, was in the Navy, was going for being a Navy SEAL, engaged to be married
- the second very smart son, was on his way to college, with tons of promise . . .
- the rest of the kids were all younger, and mom started to have some health issues from her pregnancies, and, so they started to have financial stresses, at the same time, the husband's, best friend's wife had, also started to have health issues, too, so the two started to befriend each other, which, led to an affair, that nobody knew about . . . or so they thought.
- eventually, the couple filed for divorce, the older kids were given a choice, but the dad won temporary custody of the younger two kids. He became aware of the affair, didn't really seem to mind, moved into a condo, and at first, was just taking the younger kids on the weekends.
- around that time, before the kids were there for the weekend, the husband, woke to an intruder in the home, black hoodie, took his Blackberry cell phone and, a few small things and left. The man didn't make much of it, but, his sister, who talked to him daily, told him to make a report to the cops, which he did, just to get it on the record.
- the first weekend, the younger two kids were to go with dad, and were taken there, the sister, oldest son, and soon to be ex-wife, tried to contact him, but he wasn't answering his phone, the son, said he went over to get the younger kids, but his dad was not there, later the mom, went over, to clean up a bit, and the sister kept trying to call the ex, but he, never picked up the phone, for her either. Eventually, the sister called the cops, made a missing person report . . .
- at about that same time, someone near, DEVIL'S BATHTUB, discovered a man's body, wrapped in an orange tarp, but his face had been destroyed with acid, so the person could not be recognized. As the cops got ready to leave the spot, they found the two older sons, and they had already, discarded, black garbage bags in the pond, somewhere close to the body, of course, suspicious to the cops! Given the religious background of the kids, the cops, asked if they believed in God, in being honest, and they asked what was in the bags, at first they just said it was some trash, from their father's condo . . . the cops encouraged them to tell what the contents were before they had to look. There were bloody clothes, gloves, acid bottles, etc., and I believe the ligatures that the killers used to strangle the father.
- the cops, got several Walmart surveillance camera video tapes, after finding a receipt from the evidence in the bags. It looked like several trips to purchase the murder items, acid, tarps, bungee cords, duct tape, etc. The two oldest boys were arrested, along with the mom's boyfriend, all four booked on the murder of the father.
- all four got attorneys, the mom got two, and the judge decided to try the four as one case, seeing it involved, all the culprits, and one victim.
- at first the four family members, were standing as one united front, not telling anything, however, as the prosecutors, started to grill and push, the attorneys, started representing their client, pointing fingers at the other family members! The family claimed that, all the supplies were just cleaning supplies, for the move to North Carolina, where the new family were starting over without dad. The boyfriend, said he was shocked when, the cops arrested the mom, later arresting him too! They also got suspicious of the boyfriend's wife's mysterious sudden death too? But then they found out that, the new couple, had been having an affair for years, this was not a new thing . . . the wife was so gracious to the ex, that she wanted him to be happy too, and meet someone. How mature of them . . .
- when the jury, verdict came in, the younger son, was charged with tampering with evidence; the boyfriend was, not charged, he said he had to actually see the verdict, but, his DNA was not found at the scene of the crime, and he said he had never been in the new, condo, and the younger boy, was recruited, after, dad was, dead, but, his fingerprints were found on the garbage bags. The oldest son, got, found guilty of second degree murder, 25 years with, parole, but the mom, got 25 to life, with no chance of parole!
- but for the medical examiner, refusing to allow the dead wife to be brought into the mess, with the other family, reaffirming, she died of natural causes, disease, they might have found, new boyfriend, hastened her death too . . . I would exhume that body for sure! Three makes company, but so does four, anyone who gets in the way, is a problem!

THE BIG QUESTION WAS, HOW COULD ONE SPOUSE, GET THE KIDS TO TURN ON THE OTHER PARENT? ALIENATION OF AFFECTION, IS A REAL, THING! DID THEY TELL THEM FALSE FACTS, DISTORT THE TRUTH, SAY HE ABUSED THE WIFE, KIDS, ARE CURIOUS, THERE HAD TO BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH DAD, RIGHT?

THE MOTIVES FOR MURDER ARE: (1) GREED; (2) JEALOUSY; (3) REVENGE . . . I WOULD ADD, OPPORTUNITY, OR JUST, PLAIN CHEATING, TRASHING VOWS, OR SEEING SOMEONE THEY LIKE MORE; HOWEVER, SOME PEOPLE, PREFER DEATH TO DIVORCE, HATE TO SHARE, THINK THEY SHOULD GET IT ALL!
IN THIS CASE, THE NEW FAMILY, WANTED TO GO TO NORTH CAROLINA, AND START A WHOLE NEW LIFE WITH, THE OLD FAMILY!
IN MY CASE, THE EX, WANTED, EVERYTHING ME, KIDS INCLUDED, WHEN HE WOULDN'T EVEN CALL HIS OWN SON, ON HIS BIRTHDAY!
