"Swinging General," Gets Demoted for Wild Lifestyle

Good for the military!  General Haight, just got demoted, down in rank and retirement, plus current pay . . . nice hit, going down in pay from $122,000 to $79,000, for having an 11 year affair and a secret life, going to strip clubs, swapping partners, and generally, swinging!  Haight's attorney, said, that, the General, would never put, national security at risk?  Really, one of the main things that, the people who did my daughter's "top security" check, that cost the military, $80,000, was whether she ever cheated, on even a boyfriend, because she was not married at the time, but the way they viewed the background check, going back to first grade, was if you would cheat on someone you, allegedly love, you would cheat on the country!  And I can't agree more!  Now, this General, who moved up in rank and honors, is looking at being charged with possible national security violations and espionage!  Again, his attorney, assures, the military that, he would never, do that, risk, our national security?  Seriously, that is the rub, most, people don't know, they are dealing with spies . . . they just think they are having affairs!  You never know, ever!  The article, mentioned another, dude, big shot in the military, who committed suicide, the night before he was to receive his third star . . . he had been frequenting strip clubs and whatnot!

The thing that is so funny, and ironic, about Frank, or pretend Allan, but at the time, I didn't know, and really did "intent" to marry Allan, but, after two weeks, seeing, Frank, the shriveled, old man, and later, within, 2 months, suspecting, he was a fed, or something, I actually, asked or tried to get him to sign a Stipulated Annulment . . . actually I did 4X's!  You see, this whole shit show was staged and planned to steal, all the Bess material wealth, the house and all, and I have no idea, just how much the family was worth, but, apparently, Shelley and Frank decided, it was worth killing for . . . but, other than their, plans, to kill both me and Allan, Shelley's well trained, having watched, all the TV show, with Minnie Driver, Riches, on just how to go into someone's house, and literally, take over their lives, as these two have done, and as he town, has allowed them to do!  But, I gave Allan, aka, Frank, four chances to get out of the marriage, he even went to the extent to get, the annulment we both signed, overturned, so . . . if I end up with everything, when he is found to be a fraud, he has nobody but himself to blame, but he let that old American greed, get to him, as did Shelley, by going for it all, they might lose it all, and end up in PRISON where they both belong!  As I watch these "true crime" episodes, time after time, after time, one partner, hooks up with someone besides their spouse, has an affair, and takes out extra insurance on that spouse, not even knowing what is going on, and inevitably, the  murder, gets caught, even in cold cases, and ends up losing it all ANYWAY, when they could have just split the property, they chose to kill their spouse, rather than part with joint marital property or share the kids!  VERY STUPID!

But what, Frank did, was want his cake and eat it too, with Shelley, already in the wings, marrying only for my kids, rock star sons, military daughters, wanting to claim, my family as his, and Shelley's, and wanting, my name brand, and all that, status and prestige that goes with it, plus, Allan's property, if you can believe that?  I mean, good God?  But, Frank, and Shelley, raided, trashed, and ransacked the Bess home, taking everything they wanted, bar none; however, when I came in and sunk $60,000 into the home, all the sudden, they start to get eyes for the house that, Frank could not get out of fast enough, Max never wanted the house, the way it was, or is now!  LOL!  No, they wanted to bank on my work, my style, my efforts, and then, collude, as to how to get it all, away from me!  They had to overcome the marriage, so, they concocted this scheme, and lie that I took off, rather than being chased out of the state, run out on a rail with death attempts every fucking day . . . a bit, different than just the wandering wife!  I just could not tolerate living with a killer, with my sister, waiting in the wings, to take MY place, as he took, Allan's, and like faggot boy, offered to the Spartans, and butt fodder, to stay in the game, wanted to take Elliot's place, and Jesse, take Chris's place on electronic music . . . oh, they WANTED IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• I am going to use Allan, he wore, size 2XL, or XXL . . . Frank, wears, Large, to XL, and that is pushing it, Allan weighed, about 230, and Frank, 170 . . . Allan, was age, 60 years old, and I would say, Frank was about, 70 or ten years older, looked like a fucking nursing home patient, without cowboy hat, boots and down filled jacket to make him look bigger.
• just this morning after finding a picture of Allan, with little son, Rex on his shoulders, had a pair of cover-alls, or overalls on, and, just this morning, I saw something on a chair, outside the upstairs bedroom where I have been sleeping for the last few nights, just long enough to gather evidence against these two, after last night and being followed, I figured, I made my presence known, and people know me, from Dairy Freeze, to the Morgans, to the Police Chief, to Officer Paul tonight!  He knows, I am, JoAnn, and Shelley is a fraud . . . stealing a marriage license or certificate, out of a certificate holder, with my name and Allan Rex Bess's, on it, does not give, murderers, rights, nor does it make Frank, Allan, nor Shelley me, no matter how hard she wants to be, nor can cops make her me, the attorney, who is going to go straight to the United States Attorney General, and reign down hell and damnation on IRON COUNTY, for this shit, tickets, made up, citations fabricated, false charges, bull shit warrants, she was, Loretta Lynch, was on news last night on a nationwide campaign with cops, to get them to clean their shit up . . .  I will  alert her to all this shit, including, murder, helping, protecting, kicking the WIFE out of the house for the WHORE, or for MAX . . . was, FAGGOT FRANK FUCKING YOU TOO?  PROBABLY, something was going on!  LOL!  Back to the overalls, they were the ones, Allan wore, way back when, Rex was a baby, holes in the knees and all.  Now, Frank is only, 5.9" and skinny as a rail, and I am, 5'7", fat, but I held up the cover-alls, and they would have drown that fucking little skinny ass RAT!  Shelley, is probably taller than he is!  LOL!

Frank, always bragged about, working with the government, and infiltrating, biker gangs, which is probably why he was brought in, for Tristan Lamerouex, my case, up on appeal, Allan and Tristan hitting it off, in jail, tattoos, Allan rode with the Vagos, had a tattoo, Frank had some, messed up, thing, he called the tattoo, whatever, Navy or Army dudes get tats all the time, same place!  But, Allan's Grandpa shirts are both, 2XL or XXL . . . Frank's is a large, hanging over a box, downstairs where, my room used to be!
• I never saw, Allan wear, glasses, but, he lent me, his reading glasses, once, and I must have put them on, my shirt, like I do my own, and put them in the glove compartment of my truck, because, 6 months or so, later when I was, looking at all the differences of the two men, and writing them down for Kent Carpenter, sorry to say, as far as I can see, nothing was done, and tonight is here to prove it, protect the guilty, the  liars, the thieves, and trash the only one with clean hands and a pure heart, the other one is DEAD! But, Allan had reading glasses, and Frank, had fucking coke bottle tri-focals, and he lost them once at the cabin, and he was completely blind, stumbling around like a blind mouse, until he could find them! 
• Allan hated cops . . . Frank, called them the second, I would walk through the door . . . Do you love  me?  NO! and he would run for the phone to call the cops, who would come at his beckoned call!  They were terrified of the old Allan, and when  he was arrested in the case, I won for him, there were four blocks of cops, from what some locals told me!  This little cops calling chicken shit, couldn't deal with me, so he and Judy, loser bitch, Shelley's hag ass ugly twin, now, gray haired, and ugly as shit!  But, Frank loved to have the cops over, the old neighbor, across the street would tell me, and when, I came back into town, June 7, 2012, at 2:30 AM, just to load my truck, Frank, called the cops, and FOUR, sheriffs, led by NORAD, Frank's friend, Mike Dickson, or Dixon, brought, three other dumb asses, who all, probably on a bogus, made up warrant, by a fucking judge LIE ALL ANDERSON, of Grand County, who, arrested me for APPEALING HIS CASE, caught him lying and withholding my briefs and the record, and that somehow, justified, cops, stealing about $20,000 dollars with my stuff!  The old lady across the street told me the cops were over with Frank, aka, Allan all the time, had been in my house, taking pictures, 6 different times, to take what they wanted, I guess, just like Max the loser, who wanted Allan's and my house, the second he came to see if, Christmas of 2011, and he was shocked, kept saying this house, this house, speechless, it was so pretty, . . . pretty fucked up after Shelley came, and Frank's dirty ugly ass, and Allan's daughter got to take what she wanted, even my $1,000 new MAYTAG washer and dyer, but she was his daughter, and I actually, would have given  her the whole house, tried to, and told her to take what she wanted, but, I am sure that, she was approached by Shelley, and the not so dead, FAKE FUCKER FRANK, entitle to give, nobody NOTHING!  HE NEEDS TO GO TO FUCKING PRISON, THIS IS NOT WHAT GOVERNMENT IS TO DO!
• I gave proof to Kent, of Allan's height and weight, because I knew, Allan was WAY BIGGER than, this pimple ass, Frank!  Shit, I wouldn't have looked at him, twice!  Allan had a nice, build, more John Waynish . . . I basically, left, other than to come home to get my shit and leave, only to have the cops, come steal everything, when ever god damned fucker, cops, knows, that you can appeal a case and they could not STEAL MY SHIT!  The very ironic thing is, that, I called, Amy Carter Insurance today, to check on the false claims of Iron county assholes, who have no citation, no ticket, who, staged, a set up, tried to make it look like I was released from my stint in jail, on an ATTITUDE adjustment, that is why the warrant, shows, no DATE for an arrest, nor any charge ;for the ARREST, IT WAS FUCKING ILLEGAL AND NOT A CRIME, TO TELL, A SHERIFF, WHO STOLE $20,000 DOLLARS OF SHIT, FROM MY HOUSE ON A BOGUS, ILLEGAL, UNLAWFUL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND CRIMINAL WARRANT, FOR APPEALING A CASE? TO TAKE THAT ALLEGED, OR WAS TO BE, "WARNING" SO NOT A TICKET, NOR AN ARREST, NOR A CITATION FOR A CHARGE, ON THE HEADLIGHTS, TO JUST GO DOWN THE STREET AND SHOVE THE WARNING UP THE SHERIFF'S ASS!  I was held in jail, on that for, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, there was a kangaroo court, with Scott Garrett, named defendant in the Iron County case, Misty and Dennis Cheek, trying to steal the Iron County, case, bribed with 2 houses, paid for in cash, in Henderson, Nevada, one for $350,000 and the other about $400,000 . . . nice exchange to throw the case, let, Scott Garrett, Haylee's bitter enemy and Judge Miller, also, involved in my alleged, none existent tickets, putting out warrants for, failure to appear in court, when I never knew I was charged with anything?  Chased, relentlessly, by the Moron militia of cops, within a cop shop, in Montana, and all over the western U.S. with the intent of KILLING ME!  I thought, I was being framed for killing a cop, not for fucking headlight violations that never happened, or that the cops, fried the fuses, but still  never cited me for! 
• I gave, Police Chief, Kent Carpenter, tons of evidence from DNA, to fake teeth, to hats, to shirts, from FRANK, to prove he was a fraud, and that Allan was murdered, NOTHING!  I left, like I said, evidence, in the house, was not going to clean or do anything, in fact, probably would have left, in a day or two, anyway, before, I get MURDERED IN MY SLEEP!  But, look in the basement, just where I told you, Frank, tried to remove, all the new cement, but there is some on the side of the window, to get rid of the evidence, that Allan, was shot, then cut up, burned either in the furnace or the wood burning stove . . . .look on the step, it says, SERVICE, that is what I have done for cops, and all they have done is shit on me! 
• one more item, to prove, that perhaps, a chainsaw was used in the dismemberment of the dead, Allan, Frank, kept, telling me that, his chainsaw, was borrowed by two brothers in Paragonah, and he wanted me to go get, that for him.  I had tons of other shit to do, so, I blew if off, but the thought occurred to me, that, he and Shelley, used that to cut up, Allan's body, and maybe before, or after lent it to the brothers, but, I do, know, that, Frank, like a two year old baby, whined and wanted, a new, chainsaw, to allegedly cut wood, so, I bought him a brand new, orange HUSQUAVARA, and, the strange thing was, after I brought Frank, back down to the house, the first thing, I noticed, was that he hid, that chainsaw, that I hadn't seen for months, under the antique, dresser in MY ROOM . . . kill me and cut me up . . . he could not have moved me, never alone, so, do what he did to Allan?  Just a thought, we had, a garage, a tool shed, he had a man's cave shed, and the basement to put that, killing machine in, but he put it in MY bedroom?  Think about that?  WHY, not really a place to keep it, and I had told him to choose a room upstairs, so?  There is TONS AND TONS OF EVIDENCE . . . • remember after I was arrested, on totally bogus, charges, warrant before, arrest with no dates, information before the alleged, new incident, and no car, when, the alleged, headlight, incident, leading to me not showing up in court, failure to appear, revoking my driver's license, after my car was blown up with a pipe bomb . . . yeah, all that shit, and at the time of arrest, I found it curious that my backpack was separated from me and remained with the St. George PD, to leave my computer, at risk of being tampered with, as it DEFINITELY WAS!

• so, if someone goes to look up, BAD ASS CON LAW CHICK BLOG, or any of the what, 50 billion, versions, all making a shit load of money, on the Internet and the deep web and dark Internet, and I am talking, I am on fucking every .com, bizarre, names, that even come up, on my news feed, some new star, or even JoAnn's Fabrics, I was flatlined, and even at 500,000 base, times, what, thousands, if not millions of .coms, plus the tens of whatever versions, like BAD AS CON LAW CHICK . . . I had a cute dream, several nights ago, after I divorced my kids, because, I am sick of the battle, and they don't need to be torn, between spouses, who are cops, and their mother!  But, my two son's and their families, wife, daughter, girlfriend, etc., all showed up at my door, dressed in Holiday Cheer.  Sometimes, a dream is all I get, in this mess of doubles, mommy makeovers, and daddy do overs . . . with power, money, clout, and most of it coming from my own FAMILY, being USED AGAINST OUR FAMILY, trying to DIVIDE AND CONQUER!  But, then last night, I had, a cute dream of, my two oldest grandsons, sneaking into my, hotel room, bringing me, popcorn, smiling, and having fun . . . MY DAUGHTER CAN'T UNDERSTAND MY FASCINATION WITH, CRIME, MURDER, TORTURE, RAPE, ETC., BUT THAT IS NOT THE FASCINATION, FOR THIS FORMER, STAFF ATTORNEY, FOR THE UTAH PROSECUTION COUNCIL, CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, OF THE UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, WHO, WAS TAKEN IN A ROOM, SAT DOWN IN FRONT OF A VIDEO MACHINE, BY HER ALL MALE COLLEAGUE DIVISION, AND INITIATED INTO THE WORLD OF THE PROSECUTOR, OR RUBBING SHOULDERS WITH ASSISTANT ATTORNEYS GENERAL, WHO HANDLED ALL THE TOP CAPTIAL MURDER CASES IN THE STATE . . . I WATCHED, AS ONE INMATE AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON, WAS, JUMPED AND STABBED, 67 TIMES BY, THREE OTHER INMATES AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON, AND LATER, I HAD A CLIENT, WHO, HIMSELF, WAS JUMPED COMING OUT OF THE SHOWER, KNIFED, 13 TIMES, WHEN, AN ARYAN NATION, OR WHITE SUPREMACIST, FOUND, A BRIEF, I HAD WRITTEN, TO GET MY CLIENT A NEW TRIAL, AND I DID, BEATING A FORMER, ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL, LIKE MYSELF, BUT THE SECOND, TOP SHOCK, VIDEO, WAS THE CRIME SCENE FROM, THE LAFFERTY, POLYGAMIST MURDERS, OF A YOUNGER BROTHER'S WIFE, WHO REFUSED TO ALLOW, HER HUSBAND, YOUNGEST OF THE 6 LAFFERTY BROTHERS, SEEING THEMSELVES AS PROPHETS, ENTITLING THEMSELVES TO MORE THAN ONE WIFE, BUT THIS CHICK WORKING ON A MASTER'S DEGREE, AS I RECALL, WAS NOT BUYING THE BULL SHIT, SO THE BROTHERS, CAME IN HER HOME, SLIT HER THROAT, DRAGGING HER ALONG THE FLOOR, IN A THICK TRAIL OF BLOOD, AND SOMEHOW, SHE, FIGHTING THEM OFF, TO SAVE HER BABY, ALSO, MURDERED, WAS BODY SLAMMED, UP AGIAINS THE WALL, LEAVING HER BLOOD SOAKED, OUTLINE OF HER SMALL FRAME! Some feel good news:

• very fun, Mormon, Parowan, 3rd Ward, Christmas Party, Santa and all, old friends, acquaintances, great dinner, cute kids entertainment, Christmas songs to candlelight, very festive and fun . . . I know, I slam, Mormons, but not this type, not your average, church going, good citizen, person, family member, and faithful . . . where I go nuts, is when there is not "separation of church and state" or, political influences, masking is something other then they are, with hidden agendas, that are being supported and funded by tax payers, dollars, due to the large composition of people in an agency, that, has language skills, that, almost give Mormon missionaries, a corner on the market, having lived in foreign countries for two years, living right with the people, making contacts that can be invaluable, to both the Church and the state . . . and that is where it gets dicey for me, I am a purist, in every sense, and when the founding fathers, set their own, religions at the door and created, a secular government, not void of the influence, of religion, protected, either to practice, or to be free from practicing, to make a more perfect union, with domestic tranquility, with the many, races, religions, creeds, nationalities, etc., that make up this "melting pot" we call, America!  I am grateful to have been raised, Mormon, glad I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, and no sex before marriage . . . no one said, jack about after . . . you may want to consider that, after divorce, not after getting married!  LOL!  Brigham Young University, law school, trained me, so take it up with them on the separation of church and state . . . you can't train your attorneys, in constitutional law, especially, the #1 student in a class of 180, and expect them to back down, just because, the Mormon church is predominant in a community, no way!
• Parowan High School--team, school, shirts--I stopped by the local, Dairy Freeze, owned by my friends, Doug and Tammy Carter, parents of Shane Clark, one of my clients, to get, what, else and super sized, Diet Coke!  It was lunch time at the high school across the street, and as the fun, gangs of friends, came to eat, I noticed an acronym, or whatever you would call it, on the backs of the kids, blue shirts . . . I thought, it was worthy, of all of us, trying to do this motto, or call to duty, as a student, with the mascot, RAMS: Respectful; Accountable; Makes a difference; Serves others . . . good words to live by!  Thanks, pass it on!
• wonderful, welcome from, Linda, with the broken toes, and all the great cooks, who made the very yummy, Christmas Dinner, down to the entertainment, very Christmasy, and for the chef, who, got her parents, to give me a ride to the Parowan Library where I am right now, blogging . . . I barely made it to the Parowan Senior Citizen Center, walking, so, walking all the way back to the Library, was, doable, but not desirable!  LOL!  I ask my volunteer, driver, Terri or Joan, strikes me, as her name and husband, Bob? bad at names, but, she grew up by the Dairy Freeze, around the corner form Allan, and his, parents, Rex and Emma Bess, and she was thrilled, to have someone, in the house . . . vandalism, can be worse, with vacancy!

WE HAVE A RIGHT TO EXIST!

Before, I go into, the "true crime" episodes, I wanted to make mention, of the news feed article, that, leads me to mention this also, as an element, of my cases, that I tend to underestimate, or discount, or dismiss altogether, but that, seems to permeate, every aspect, of, like my cases, dating back, starting in 2009, going from election cycle to election cycle, with Trump, bringing out this, hiding in plain sight, bigotry, prejudice, racial tension, that, I really, never knew existed, that somewhat surfaced, back when I was living in Parowan, and even St. George, Utah, that I had never experienced, while practicing law in Salt Lake City, with black, brilliant bosses, whom, I respected, almost more than any of my white, counterparts or bosses, for honesty, dealing with issues and me, and being, of good humor and fun, when, I quit, or came in contact, later, in my private practice, comparing, Billy Walker, president of the University of Utah, law school when he was there, my boss at the Utah Attorney Generals Office, and later, dealing with my ranting and raging against some southern Utah judges!  LOL!  I have since, dated, several black men, whom, I love, and will always, love, for introducing me at their culture, insights, feelings, leading into where we are right now, with all the black killings by white or even black cops . . . walking in their shoes, very scary, and leaving me speechless to say the least!

I distinctly, remember, back, right around the heading into the final stretch of the 2012, elections, between Mitt Romney and Incumbent, President Barack Obama, having a conversation, I believe, with a government double, and I will sometime, maybe today, list, all the difference between the two men, whom, were weaved, blended, and combined, to make up, one man, who was now, dead, with the other man, the killer, and morphing, successfully, into a new identity.  But, I had been up in Montana, for about 2.5 months, early, 2012, came back to get my stuff, to move to Helena, Montana, and after the 4 sheriff's took my truck and a ton of other stuff, I was forced, to actually deal with this man, I hardly knew . . . and I remember, him, a German, go off ranting and raving, at how much he hated, President Obama, and I was shocked!  I mean, I almost didn't know those feelings or sentiments, even existed, not to mention, a German, coming from where 6 million Jews were killed in gas chambers for the same types of prejudices and bigotry, not to mention racial cleansing.  I was so, stunned, and taken back by this, but, as I looked back, at some of my cases, clients, I looked with different eyes.  Salt Lake is a very metropolitan area, with a lot of different folks, races, colors, creeds, religions, etc., so, I don't think, I ever ran into this type of  mentality, that, Hillary and I would call, in the basket of deplorables . . . that some, might say was the statement that got her unelected, but that is not true, she won, the popular vote by the largest spread, since, like 1866, with 3 million more votes, and Gore, only had 500,000 votes, and Kennedy, had like 10X fewer, votes in his win, so she won by a substantial margin.  But, some of us, are as shocked, at bigotry, prejudice and discrimination as you are, that we are not, seeing things your way . . . a more perfect union?  The goal!

UNDERESTIMATING THE GAP!

I remember being shocked at some of the free wheeling, lifestyle choices and comments, of my clients, wondering, where these guys, raised in the same state, or the same church as me?  I liked to call, Parowan, Little Montana, because, it is more cowboy, more country, and wild, as shit, with total caricatures, like you would see in the movies, with my, daughter, seeing her mother, as just as much an icon, as, the rest of the colorful people in Parowan and surrounding areas!  LOL!  But, I never, noticed, the white nationalist thing, much, I mean, I noticed that, Travis Braun, had a tattoo of WHITE POWER, over his elbow, and I dismissed that as, high school or something, and the issue, never came up.  Until, I was visiting, Tristan Lameroauex, sorry, can't spell it, but, he told of, Haylee Cheeks, yelling, white supremacists, statements, and calling Tristan, this or that . . . now this is hearsay, and can't be used in court, but I was shocked, again, never seeing, hearing, or feeling, that these were the sentiments of my clients, nor, really, noticing, it anywhere, other than the elections?  But, now, I am wondering, if, that is not, at the very root of, all that happened to me, not only for, blacks, but for women, hate crimes, and trying to journey deeper?  But, Trump, seemed to bring out, something, that, I have, not fully, witnessed in my adult life time, wanting to go to Chicago, where I could be around colorful people, purple hair, leopard clothes, and fun different, personalities, because, I was sick of vanilla, mama's and daddy's, living in Monopoly houses, doing, what I had seen and known, since childhood, I wanted to experience, the real, America!  The black, white, brown, yellow, and red . . . and I have, and better for it!

IT'S GREAT TO BE A FIGHTING INDIAN!

I had tons of Native American Indian friends in Montana, loved the POW WOWS, worked on water compact, rode the Salish-Kootenai Transport . . . cheered, the protestors at, Standing Rock, Cannonball, North Dakota, celebrated, with them, the Souix Indians and friends, the 2,000 Vets, OATH TAKERS ALL, who joined in sub-zero temperatures, to fight, the Dakota Access Pipeline, and  now, not a week or two after the Indians, along with the Department of Interior and the U.S. Corp of Engineers, are requiring the Texas based, oil company, to do an environmental impact statement, like they should have done all the way along and before they started!  A win for the first amendment, freedom of speech, and the right to peacefully assemble, and to redress grievances with the government--IT WORKED!  But, in this glorious, American experiment, this Utopia, that the founding fathers, sought to create, for the world to look to as a model, never did, I anticipate, that, political difference, would be, retaliated, against, so horrendously, that, deaths, were the result, hate, not love, came between friends, and anger and rage, took place of decent and common sense, conversation.  I am glad to have survived, and to be alive to tell . . . there is a "true crime" show, and I think, I find solace, in the small, thought, that, it could have been, and not for lack of trying been, so much worse, and it was not from a lack of trying believe me, that, I have not gone the way of some of these unsuspecting, victim, Allan thick dies!  We need to find better ways of working out differences, and misunderstandings, and I have found, that, the best way to do so, it so PARTY TOGETHER . . . IT IS CHRISTMAS . . . THERE ARE TONS AND TONS OF GREAT FAMILY, TRADITIONS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, FUN, SPECIAL, COOL, AND WONDERFUL . . . HE IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON . . . HE WAS BORN FOR ALL OF US, AND HE DIED FOR ALL OF US!  REMEMBER THAT!

THE FURNACE, OR WOOD BURNING STOVE, INGITES A MURDER!

Again, I am warning, those, of faint hearts, this stuff is hard core, criminal shit! so beware and be prepared, some harsh language, and offensive, but most of it is shop talk for cops and those professionals who work with and for them!  I was glad to hear, these very respectable, female detective and crime lab specialists, even talk about pimping each other, shop talk, cop talk!  Who do you think, taught me to talk like this, pussy's and all?  You got it, cops!  Okay, in this episode, I believe on Cold Case Files . . . there were a series of home burglaries, in a sleepy, little up-scale community, and it is always, interesting to hear the start of most of these crimes, because, almost without exception, the community, is close-knit, people used to leave their doors unlocked, they all knew each other, and murders, like this, or crimes, like this, NEVER HAPPENED here before . . .well, wake up and smell the coffee, they can happen ANYWHERE, be prepared!  Not that I would ever want, people to worry, unnecessarily, but, while I was here, for a year and a half, I believe, there were murders that occurred that were covered up, never put in the press, called suicides, rather than homicides, and there were crime scenes that, I saw, as early as the cops, pretiming the sheet over the victim, and just watching, in my vehicle, only to see events unfold, that totally, were contrary to what I knew and saw . . . so, just keep that in mind, this stuff can happen, fucking anywhere!

HOME INVASION AND MURDER OF A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL WOMAN--LOOKING LIKE THE PERPRATOR WAS A TEENAGE BOY, RIDING A BMX BIKE!

Okay, in this first, murder, the cops and detectives, noticed an up stairs window open, and, some bike marks or tracks, leaving them to believe, that there first impression was wrong, and, it was not a service delivery man, who broke into this woman's very nice, neat, home, with, nothing seemingly out of order.  They find the victim, basically naked, with her body bound, somehow, it was apparent that, this woman had been sexually assaulted and, it didn't seem that anything of value had been missing, except, they noticed that there were like 23 pairs of her underwear, missing, or a drawer full.  They did find, that the suspect, was most likely young, inexperienced, because, there was semen, all over everything, the heating vents, the dressers, the walls and the ceilings, and the detectives didn't think it was semen at first, because there was so much, and the suspect didn't appear to care about cleaning it up!  I am not sure if this crime or murder, pre-dates, DNA or not, but it comes into play later.  So, due to the bikes, there were three kids, teens, BMX bikers, two brothers and one, friend, who, they thought, might be responsible, but after interviewing the boys, they, didn't think they were the ones, but, they did have some reservations, but, they were pretty cool, calm and collected, when interviewed, so the cops, just made notes of the concerns, but, eventually, the robberies stopped, and the murder scare and home invasions, seemed to die down . . . but, not after meeting after meeting with the public, who feared for their wives, girlfriends and daughters, lives.

Several years later, like 6 years later, and man was making a routine, furnace inspection and lightintg and noticed, this, wad of underwear, half burned, shriveled, and years old, with, some substance that was clearly, from, what he remembered of the case, semen, in large quantities.  So, he called authorities, and they came and got the underwear wad, burned and charred, all stuck together, and they were able, after 6 years to extract, some seminal fluid, from the panties, and test it, and they also, searched, CODIS, the DNA bank for people, who have been arrested of crimes, that involved, taking DNA, when being arrested or entered into a nationwide data bank, so, if future crimes, involved this person, they could be tracked down.  Well as fate, would have it, there was a DNA match, with one of the original suspects, who was now, like 21, so he had to have been very young, almost unbelievably young, only about 15 at the time and committing a murder, on his bike!  But the suspect was arrested, jailed, tried and convicted, and both female detectives or crime lab specialists, retired to horse ranches with their husbands.  But, this case in particularly, bugged them, until they got that lucky break!  So, crimes, can and do, happen in connection with furnaces, wood burning stoves, and they are not to be overlooked or dismissed . . . dismemberment, it not uncommon, to dispose of a large body, so . . .

THE CHICAGO RIPPER--AMERICAN OCCULT--REMOVAL OF A VICTIM'S BREAST, WORKED INTO RITUAL AND WORSHIP, IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT?

Fact, can be, stranger than fiction . . . in this crime, spree, someone found a female, laying face down, hand-cuffed, with her hands behind her, panties at her knees, so a sexual assault, maggots, crawling through her rotting skin, and when the cops and detectives rolled her over, they noticed that both of her breasts had been removed, and there were strange marks, inside the raw flesh area, where the breasts had been?  In this case, I am not going to focus on the methods of catching the suspect, that, then, led to suspects, and onto a whole occult of deranged and strange, rituals, worship, of the likes that few cops, even hard core cops had ever seen, nor heard of, and the suffering of the victims was untold . . . the murder cult, was using, piano wires, to use as crude tools, to remove and cut off the breast of the victims, and they did it while they were still alive, or anti-mortem, so, the act of abnormal sex, not with the victim, not raping her, but of cutting off her breast, then having sex through the holes, the removed breast, made in her body, then, with the four men, involved, taking the breast, paraphilia, bizarre, sex, to their homes, they would do some type of Satan worship, incantation, ritualistic ranting, even like offering prayers, then, they would, through eroticizing the breast itself, have sex with the breast, then, cut it up, and they would all eat it, believing that the breast would give them super powers, and life.

Now, if that is not the sickest thing, that you have heard, there are worst things, but, I can't think of many, these women, were also, raped and sodomized, before, their breasts were taken, too, generally gang raped, with others getting pleasure and arousal, through watching their co-conspirators, and fellow, team members in this cult, watch with pleasure as this woman, or the victim, suffered, immeasurable, pain, suffering, through, rape, torture, and death, with the breast, cut off before, dying!  Where you get this sick, is beyond me . . . but, gang type crimes like this, are ALWAYS worse, because the members of the club, the gang, the team, the party, the whatever, feed off of each other's, energy, ideas, cruelty, participation, and they often perform, far worse, and depraved stunts, when their fellow, members are watching to the joy of all, involved, even heightening their sexual stimulation, and bring new, levels of sexuality and intense pleasure through the pain of their victim or victims . . . with anti-social, psychopaths, or sociopaths, their empathy is non-existent, they have no sympathy, and their victims have been objectified, so it is nothing more than peeling an orange and casting away the peel, after eating the fruit, they don't feel a thing . . . very scary people!

WICKEDLY ATTRACTED TO EACH OTHER IN PRISON, THIS COUPLE, TURNS FROM PROPERTY CRIMES AND DRUGS, TO RAPE, TORTURE AND MURDER!

Somehow, these two, men, one with an extremely high I.Q., brilliant, in fact, as many, criminals and inmates can be, found each other, and started to find out that they both had the same fantasies, and as they marked away their hours in prison, to be release, just months away from each other, they planned, to go from the crimes they had been convicted of, mainly, property crimes, robberies, and drugs, talking each other, into, going after young, teen age girls, ranging from 19 on down to about 12 years old.  One of the dangerous and deadly duo, fancied, younger ages and the other, one, just teens.  I thought it was interesting, that, the criminologists and criminal psychologists, found that, with this type of taste for younger girls, these two men, were probably, intimidated, and in fear of older women, and they may have been, like many serial killers, rejected by girls in their teens, and wanted to met out punishment for them with the girls they stalked, preyed on and trapped, to be symbolic sacrifices and offerings of girls they may have been rejected by, earlier in life.  Now, both men, came from similarly, dysfunctional families, a lot of instability, and moving from place to place.

These two, right after getting out of prison, both, landed, very respectable jobs, even high paying jobs, with, unfortunately, allowed them to use their money, to make their plans and the first was to purchase a van, that they nick-named, Killer Mac!  The next thing they did, was to load the van with, the tools of the trade, torture, thus, earning the name of "THE TOOLBOX KILLERS" due to the fact that they, made a bed, for their victims in the back of the van, put a cooler, with extra clothes, and had a tool chest of everything from ice picks, to hammers, used to kill their victims . . . they had a signature means of ending the screaming, crying, begging, and yells, that was to use a hanger to choke and strangle their victims!  These two, also found a spot, remote, and high in the mountains, the place they would take their victims, to hurt, rape, torture, bind and kill them, not being notice and going under the radar, screen of cops, getting to the point that they felt, invincible, that, they could go anywhere and do anything, and nobody would ever stop them or catch them in their crimes.  WRONG!  One time, the men tried to lure, some chick into the van, and she got away . . . it was her description of the van, red, with some unique marks, and dents, that led to the killers, when, one was, noticed by a cop, for having like tail light broken, or something, really small, when he remembered, also that, the killers drove a red van . . . the suspects were capture and taken into custody, without incident and almost by accident!  MIRACLES EXIST!

These two men, had originally, picked up chicks with, luring them in, feeding their vanity, or egos, by telling them how pretty they were, and could they take pictures of them, and once they got them in the van, many, just teens, taking a ride, thinking they were going to the ocean, nearby, only to find, that they were being taken to the mountain, killing grounds, to be, recorded, tortured and murdered, but generally, not before, forced on their knees, begging for their lives, only to get a ice pick, crammed through their ears to their brains!  The, psychologists, who were asked to testify at their trials, said, it took them 5 or 6 attempt to listen to the screams, hurt, begging, pain, and loneliness these girls, were going through and just how alone they were when they died!  Grown men on the jury, cried, openly wept . . . oh, I just remembered, how they caught these two, aside for the luck of the cop, but, one of their buddies from prison, whom had two daughters, had these two over to his house and noticed, that they were paying particularly, close attention to this girls, both teens, while bragging about what they were doing since they left prison . . . well, even daddy, ex-con, didn't like the thoughts of that one, so he called them into the police!  GOOD GUY!  UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU . . . see something, tell someone!

These men, looked normal, were so far from what most girls, would be afraid of, and in and of that fact alone, that they didn't look like monsters, there was no fear . . . so wrong!  Very handsome people, can do terrible, terrible things!  Male and female, and sometimes to combinations are horrifically, terrifying, feeding, engaging and deadly, with the goal:

CROWDSTRIKE. STOP BREACHES TODAY! This information, seeing me as a confidential informant, with a shit load of insight, information, proof, and credibility, seeing, I am, who I am, working for detectives on the Allan Rex Bess, murder, in addition to the Rex Bess murder, and the bilking of the Rex and Emma Bess, fortune, starting somewhere, back in 2010 . . . I have to give you the background, so that, you will understand the foundation and contextual framework of this situation, with the fake, doubles, doppelgangers, evil twins, who pulled of this bizarre, murder, and theft of not only Allan's and my identity, as they used local authorities to basically, run me, the "real" JoAnn S. Secrist, J.D., and you are all welcome, cops, detectives, attorneys, to come to the Bess home and check out all the legal documents, that were considered trashed, with my name, the way you will find it, on every legal, attorney, document, from, the Utah Attorney Generals Office, to 5th District filings, on ALL my legal documents, not the bull shit, versions used by all the hags and bitches, trying to impersonate me to get, illegal, financial and political gain, from my cases, contacts, and clients!

• here is the "chain of clients" leading me to Allan Rex Bess: (1) Shane Clark; (2) Curtis Baum . . . who tried to give me, Allan's house, in exchange for defending him, when he was in the Iron County Jail, telling me that, Allan, wanted to move out of Parowan, to Las Vegas, and he was taking a condo, in exchange, for the house . . . the only condition was, that I allowed Baum's mother, and sister, who, loved the Shakespearean, Festival, held in Cedar City, Utah, each summer, to come stay in the house for two weeks, each summer, but other than that, the house was mine for the taking!  Consider it his legal payment for representing him . . .
• that deal sounded crazy, didn't buy it, knew Baum was a con man, and even though, I was spending more time practicing law in Cedar, I had my beautiful home in St. George, so I was not interested
• now this next part is key, and I think you start to see the rat's nest, that was forming, that led to a lot of things . . . there are four key players, starting to emerge
• one day after court, David Doddridge, Private Investigator, who actually, got me involved, against my will, in the Cheek, Clark and Braun, cases, was at court that day, as were Misty and Dennis Cheeks . . . I think, Baum had made the offer that day . . . I joked about it, and blew it off, as being ridiculous and I had a home, didn't need a fucking MONEY PIT!
• Dave, Misty, and Dennis, two of whom were realtors, talked me into, just going, for the fun of it, to check out the house . . . I was the reluctant one, and stood by the car, horrified, as these three walked around the house, looked in the windows, and my sense of privacy for the person who owned the house, never, having met him--was offended for him, as they reported, antique furniture and nice features, knowing that, legally, Baum didn't have the power, as, the fake Allan, didn't have the power, to give, the Bess home to Max Alger, over a wife, who sunk, $60 into the house, and a daughter? either, lacking any standing, as an owner, just like this dumb ass, so, I knew it was a squirrely deal to start with, and just went, for fun, but, I was actually, very embarrassed, as, Judy Daly, the only witness, later, in Allan's case, came driving up in her truck and asked me, what we were doing . . . this was her friend's Allan's house?
• I was so embarrassed, that, I actually, having not previously, committed to represent, either Baum, referred to me, by Shane, nor Bess, whom, also wanted representation, but, it was Baum, who, made the offer on the house, and me blowing off all of it!  But, due to the situation, and the three clowns, Dennis, Misty, and Dave, salivating at the old historic home, almost a year, in disrepair, I said, committing on the spot to being Allan's attorney!  Shit!  Judy seemed protective, and she questioned me as I did her, on the case, what little I knew of it at that point, which was, fucking nothing, other than, what Baum has told me, and he was full of shit!
• Misty and Dennis Cheek, suggested, that I take the house, even just for the property . . . it was, so bizarre, and, Baum has fucking no authority, no power, and nothing by way of law, to support him, giving me, Allan's house . . . I have taught family law for 7 years, between BYU and the University of Utah, plus I have had real estate law in law school, so, I was, like this is so stupid, but whatever . . . I blew it off totally!
• now the interesting thing about, Misty, Dennis and Dave, is that, I came to find out, that, all three of them, had connections with, Rachel, my sister, who, worked for Dave, as a private investigator, sort of, on one case, but enough for the cops to see her new, surgical arts, body, as did, Judge Walton and Judge Westfall, Scott Garrett and crew in the Iron County Attorney's Office, some of whom, knew me, back before, 8 years of Pick's Disease, or poisoning, when I was staff attorney for the Utah Prosecution Council, Criminal Enforcement Division, Utah Attorney General's Office, one of 5 statewide, top tier, attorney jobs in the state, that were hijacked, and stolen, in addition to property, real, personal and intellectual, and as I look back, there was a core set of people, at the center of this whole shit storm!  But, Rachel worked on the Beryle, Utah, Nelson, murder case, and of course Dave, did too!  Haylee, was also, working with Dave, at the same time with Rachel, and Haylee, was a hard worker, and, made a passing comment, when I met her about, Rachel's work ethics, or something to that effect.  Dave, in talking to me, could see the knowledge and training, in criminal law, and asked me to help with Haylee's case, who was working on Travis's case, and maybe, Shane's too?  NO, I am taking one case, the Brock Security case for $357 million, and I don't do criminal, nor am I a trial attorney!  But, it was allegedly, Misty and Dennis, who discovered the fraud, on my Sugar Leo house, given to me, by Rachel, who was loosing the house, to foreclosure, getting married, moving to Cove, Utah, with new hubby, Kay Moosman . . . Shelley was living at the house with Rachel, before, I moved in, and Misty and Dennis, had considered buying the home, before, I moved in . . . so, me moving, saving the house, was not what, they wanted, and I believe some house issues were brewing, when I won the house, only to have Judge Walton, allow, a second shot, with Shelley, seemingly on Chris Hickey's side, Rachel's ex, and this is where houses, started to get mixed up with legal, cases, and even Judges, helping, with the "hostile" takeovers of both houses!
• it was interesting the other day, to see, just who was, listed, on Allan, aka, Frank's cheat sheets: (1) Misty and Dennis; (2) Greta and Dallas, but Dallas's number; (3) Shelley, as Shelley Yeaman--meds on the dresser, Joan Secrist! • April 18, 2011, I stopped in to visit Allan Rex Bess, the REAL, after checking out a lot, one of three, that Bess owned, near his cabin, he insisted on paying me with, for defending him, for basically nothing, just because he was a Marine, and that was my job . . .
• but, there was a big difference between that visit and other visits, over the few months, since Allan had been out of jail, loving life, happy, said he was so, happy, if he were any happier, he would have to be walking on air!
• generally, he would call, needing this or that, and I would just stop by, do a drive by, or come in the house for a short time . . . thinking, what does this dude want from me, I did his case, no payment needed, and now he wants me to do all this civil stuff?  I met Christa Bess, who, tried to help Allan with his finances, but he needed, like a bunch of legal shit done and I was, buried, so, I kind of blew off, that he liked me, that was obvious, but, I was still kind of his attorney, as long as he was asking me for legal assistance, and I didn't want to do this stuff . . . he told me while in jail, that, his family, parents, had a lot of money?  I didn't believe him, and just thought, yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever . . . lol!
• I knew that he told everyone in jail that he was going to marry me, and he sometimes hinted, this or that with no response, just a laugh and on my way to court in Salt Lake, or wherever . . . shit, I had clients, in Draper Prison, and was totally distracted
• but, I believe that, April 18, 2011 was a Friday, and I had time to kill, no court, nothing pressing, so, I was, a more relaxed, woman, and just chillin', stopped by, Panguitch Lake, for the first time, not knowing where the cabin was, but, being struck by the beauty of the Lake, the elk laying on snow, with meadows and wild flowers coming through, my kind of scenery!  So, I decided to drop by Allan's house and say, yeah, I might be interested in a lot . . . don't have time to enjoy, but, whatever.
• it was one of those perfect days, sunny, warm, happy, and he was busy, getting a trailer cleaned out for Bob Beal, and LeAnn or whatever his girlfriend's name was, so he was busy, and I just followed him around the property, house, or yard, killing time, talking, laughing, listening to music, and the tables seemed to have turned, he looked hot, was, not hitting on me, and I was not in the attorney mode or rush, and I started to see him, as a man, not a prisoner, or some needy guy, and that was very attractive to me!  He was kind of the one, blowing me off, a change, reversal, and I remember, calling all my friends, including, all the bitches on Franks, aka, Allan's list, I found, Sheri, Hope and Kay Lynn Reilly, my girl's club of clients and friends, and told all of them, I WAS LIKING ALLAN!  It had been like 6 or 7 years, since, leaving Brett, and being married, with little thought of men, in general, so this was a shock to me and them, but, yeah, I think I like this guy . . .
• I am sure, that there was fucking surveillance, all over my house, his house, he was too afraid to get a computer, which I talked him into, and he later returned, but I was going to help him write his story, but his hand written notes were not going to do, but his fear of spying, government intervention, and having been in INTEL, made him very nervous and his fears won . . . he was probably sensing more that, fear for that reason . . . but, even before, I got him out of jail, the deputies, started to make me and only Allan, go into the family visiting room, to talk, not the attorney, confidential room . . . I was so pissed one time that I took the phone with a note that said, phone calls will be recorded, and threw it against the wall, screaming for the deputy, to put us in the room for attorney, client privilege!  They REFUSED!  One of many tricks being played, ,but I think, that even before, I became Allan's attorney, they had designs for him, to lock him up forever, as the Man Who Knew Too Much!  After getting out of Vietnam, he was followed for 4 months by the FBI, all his buddies, were, never, anywhere he could contact and he feared them dead!  In the barracks, in Nam, he said there were grenades, hanging all over the tent, and if the enemy came, that were to pull the clips and blow up the intelligence!  And like I said, yesterday, they, the government, tried to kill him, four different times, shit, mine is hundreds, I KNOW TOO MUCH TOO!  Frank, used to say, just imagine, a little boy from Parowan . . . as if, he was not talking about himself, but speaking of someone who had a huge part to play in talking President Richard Nixon, into leaving the Vietnam War, he had intel, it took the rest of the world, statistics on death tolls, 10 years before the rest of us found out!  But, this was what I was talking about yesterday . . . that there seems to be this movement, or ploy, to take very credible, strong, AMERICAN loving, people, like me and Allan, and kill us, putting NUMB NUTS, like Shelley, who will obey, using our credentials, power, names, to sway people, but, using them in the wrong way, very different that, we need . . . • APRIL 18, 2011 . . . OUT OF THE BLUE, JUDGE WALTON, PUT A NOTICE TO VACATE "MY" HOME, THAT I WON IN A FEDERAL LAWSUIT, AGAISNT, RACHEL'S EX, WELLS FARGO AND FIRST AMERICA TITLE . . . NOW, ALLEGEDLY, THAT MORTGAGE NOTE HAD BEEN SOLD TO HBSC, CHINESES MORTGAGE BUNDLERS, AND THEY WANTED THE HOME!???????????  WE WERE, AGAIN, IN A BATTLE OVER THE HOME, THAT WAS A SECOND SHOT, AND WE WERE NO WAY CLOSE TO THE END, PROBABLY TWO YEARS AWAY . . . SO, ILLEGAL SHIT GOING DOWN, SHELLEY SEEMED AN INSIDER!
• APRIL 19, 2011, I called, Allan, and told him, they were, trying to take MY house, I had been in for now about a year and a  half, had totally decorated it, totally paid for, and even the night that I was in trial with Allan, on  his case, I held a Halloween party, with a band, catered food, I put up $5,000 worth of new, track lighting, to show off my client and friends, art, that I talked into hanging in my now, gorgeous home, the envy of judges, attorneys, family, one nobody wanted to touch, Shelley, this house is work, work, work . . .well, I paid or worked, picked out ever piece of furniture, and the home was called, a mansion, palace, castle, museum, and it was lovely!  I remember, a Washington County Constable, coming Jean Dixon, saying, my whole house would fit in your foyer!  Yeah, and I went to law school, and am an attorney and you are a cop!  I had $700 million worth of cases against, every level of government, Homeland Security, Dept. of Justice, ICE, Immigration Customs and Enforcement, states of Utah, Nevada, the Las Vegas Review Journal, blah, blah, blah . . . and a client waiting list, for more civil rights cases, in addition to having, a ton of criminal, family, and whatever law cases . . . I was probably doing what small, 5 man, law practice or firm were doing, and doing it all, ALONE!  I was coming to the end of some of my multi-million cases, so I was an easy target . . . plenty smart enough, to win, going from filing to U.S. Supreme Court, but the one, regret, is I didn't hire another attorney to GET MY BACK!
• Allan was cool, and said, As long as I have a house, you have a house . . . I will move up to my cabin, and you can move in the house.
• I fought back and stayed in the house, for another month, almost
• that was the last time, I talked to Allan, I believe, while he was alive and not as Frank!
• I believe, that, both he and I, now, getting closer, and me and him, talked that morning for 4 hours, and I was digging him, more and more each time I talked, and he was going to go do recon on my house and do intel, to see what was going on . .  . probably what got him killed!  HELPING ME!
• Allan has to wait, like 6 months to get his driver's license, for some lame ass probation thing, so, I promised him, that last conversation that I would come get him and take him to his cabin . . . but there was no conversation in between!
• MAY 7, 2011, I was going home to study, for, my trip to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, in Denver, on my $357 million securities case . . . I stopped by Shelley's house, first after going to get breakfast, a Diet Coke and whatever . . . Shelley said, EVERYTHING IS GONE . . . what do you mean, everything is gone?  Then she said, something VERY TELLING . . . she said, I am sorry, I think they thought YOU WERE ME?  I thought, what the fuck are you talking about?  The  only way, they would think I was you, was if you told them that!  She told me to just go home--Jean Dixon, knew damned well, who Shelley, with a fucking $35 white, DI couch, was, and who the attorney, ME WAS!  I found, three sheriffs in my house and jealous, JEAN, and I said, what the fuck are you doing in my house?  She said, we seized this house!  I SAID BY WHAT AUTORITY, no warrants, no legal authority, nothing . . . she said, I am just taking orders from the boys up North, oh, the ones, who are named defendants on my case, to be argued in Denver?  Shelley never left the house that entire year, never to get the newspaper, to take her kids out, nothing . . . I believe the plan, then was to, switch, me for Shelley, with, no neighbors, seeing that two women, lived there, but just one, the attorney, and I think, they planned on me not going to Denver, and curling up to die!  Shelley then said, like they would not tell their attorney sister, who defended the whole fucking house, and won, about a $33,000 judgement against her and Rachel?  Really, the justification for taking ALL MY FURNITURE AND PUTTING ME OUT OF BUSINESS!
• MAY 7, 2011, with nothing else to do . . . I went up to Allan's, to take him to the cabin, after not seeing him, for about three weeks!  This is when I noticed the huge ass difference in him, sickly, small, and I asked him what happened?  CANCER, he used to explain all his weight loss?  I had never been around cancer, so, whatever, and I had long forgot him, worried about going to Denver, what was going on with my house, now my computers, case files, total house stolen!  At that time, I just was pissed, wanted to take Allan up and back and be done with him, and get ready, to go to Denver, which I am sure the HOUSE DEAL WAS TO STOP ME FROM GOING!!
• MAY 8, 2011, I FLEW TO DENVER, WAS SUPPOSE TO MEET, HENRY BROCK FOR DINNER AND NOW SHOW . . . I KNEW, SOMETHING WAS UP, CASE STOLEN!  HOUSE WAS TO STOP ME, ORAL ARGUMENTS, CANCELLED . . . THIS WAS THE DEAL, AT THE SUPREMES THE STEAL!
• MAY 9, 2011, I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF HANK OR JAY, BOTH TO MEET ME BEFORE COURT, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND?
• JUNE 8, 2011, I called, Allan and told him, I was going to take him up on the offer of the home, he was cool with that . . . I was never attracted, to him, beyond that point, but he was funny, and I had little time, nor patience for love games, and he needed to pack his shit, and get out!  LOL!  He thought I was worse than any drill master, he ever had as a Marine . . . my kids feel that ways too!  Why do you think, two daughters thrived in the military and boot camp, they were born in mom's military camp!  LOL!  I think, Frank, was too shocked, worried about being discovered, to not be Allan, and scared shitless of me, no nonsense, attorney, on fired!
• that night, is when, I noticed the house ransacked, and a disaster
• there was one foot of mail, on Allan's kitchen counter, ALL with my name on the back?
• I started looking through all the mail, and I was shocked, fuck, the Bess's had a shit load of money, investments, accounts, and on, just one, investment, Allan was worth, a million dollars . . . now, I was not worried about, or even thinking about marrying the guy, for love nor money, what I was worried about, it getting DISBARRED for not believing that he had all this stuff, that he had been asking me to help with, shit!  Every damned piece of mail, had my name on it!!!!!!! 
• one of the last things, I saw, was one of Allan's wedding licenses, and I thought, okay, we better just get married, and hopefully, that will clear up about, 10 lawsuits, that he mentioned he was worried about, property encroachment, people claiming they bought his property, or this and that.  Shit!  That wedding license, would allow, me to protect the house, from cops, under, his name, after just getting every of mine, stolen, and I could protect his property interests with the threat of a lawsuit, and so,
• JUNE 9, 2011 . . . with little worry of rejection, seeing that Allan told everyone, he was going to marry his attorney, I told him, we needed to get married!  I would come up to the cabin, and explain . . . this was not about sex, not about love, nothing, it was about property rights!  OK.
• I looked like shit, didn't have make-up or clean clothes, he looked the same!  LOL!
• the court house in Panguitch was under construction so we had to go to the fair grounds, to the rodeo, arena, or whatever, where the temporary office, were . . . I thought, how, symbolic and wild, just like this lame ass marriage!  LOL!
• we could not find the judge, but, the clerks, would have him there by 1:00 PM, I told Allan, I would not marry him without a haircut!  LOL!  He grabbed me by the hands, and said, I want you to know that I really, do love you!  Yeah, whatever . ..  LOL!  We are both pretty witty and a Mutt and Jeff, stand up comic team, and people all over were laughing at this crazy marriage arrangement, as were we!
• I bought a glass, certificate holder to put our wedding license in, while he got his hair cut
• Judge Ney, who knew me, from, my attorney general days, asked about what and where I had been, I told him of the missing 8 years of my life, and return to law practice, in 2009, when I didn't die.  He also, knew Allan and had since his young years and especially, as a cop, prior to being a judge . . . he seemed to keep stalling, the wedding, looking at me, like to you really, know what you are doing?  I thought it was because, Allan, had a DUI and was a wild man, and had lived up at the Lake, and cabin, for three years, being the Man of Scoot's Creek, living with mountain lions, bob cats, eagles and fox, for three years after his father died, eating only, fruits and vegetables, growing his hair down to his ass!  I thought all that was cool!  This was a marriage of convenience and protection, so don't think, I really love this guy, wild as he is, still not knowing I was marrying a different guy, and I think, Judge Ney knew it, and didn't know what to say!  He read through the entire, wedding manual, every last word, I think to get me to come to my senses . . . but, I had not clue, I had not seen Allan for a few weeks, and by this time, his different look, was, beyond, me, and now, all I needed to do was get him settle, and me moved in, and a total make-over on his house, and get my law practice back on course, with tons of cases, coming down the pike!
• finally, the Judge, looking at me, like I was, insane, had us, grab each other by the hands, and Allan, or Frank, grabbed my hand, so hard, squeezing it, like, saying You better love me . . . and, I think Frank did!  Cops, knew me forever from asset forfeiture, and other cop stunts, and now, the Cheek case, was nation famous!  LOL!  I don't know if I started to cry, because, new hub to be, squeezed my hand so hard, it made me cry, or because, I was actually, kind of excited, and whatever.  Once, I shed tears, Judge Ney, just looked down, and figured it was all okay, and proceeded to marry us.
• I dropped him off at the cabin, don't even think we went to lunch, and left.
• once home, in that big, very messy house, I got lonely, and it dawned on me, I had just gotten married, and left my husband!  So, I got cleaned up, loving the Lake and cabin and decided to drop in and see, what and who, I married.  We did have fun, going to lake side restaurants, eating dinner, watching the moon dance on the water, in the pines, and I thought, funny is even better than sex, so, I decided to actually, try to make this marriage work!  Frank and morphed into Allan by this time . . . until, I took him breakfast and coffee one morning, early, very early, caught him off guard and he was wearing only long underwear . . . and I asked him, who he was, not recognizing Allan Rex Bess's body at all, but an seemingly, very old man, who had Allan's face?  Are you FBI, CIA?  He answered and I believe honestly, I am Interpol, and my code name is Frank . . . the beginning of the end!  From that point on, Frank seemed to be trying to undermine me, to get me to give up the practice of law, to stay at the cabin, he seemed to be controlling, new surveillance or communications, systems, showing up at the cabin, he seemed bothered that, people were hanging flags, on cabins, and tons of fisherman, lined the lake, and he said, rubber necking to get a look at me?  He seemed to have fixed that, though within weeks, all stopped . . . but, I continued to do the law!

• the Shelley connection . . . now she knew Misty and Dennis, but, all of this is new to me . . . but, I hired, tons of guys out of jail, to work on the Bess home, leaving Allan or Frank up to the Lake, but going up all the time, after court or whatever . . . I almost had the whole house done, right around, the October . . . and out of the blue, Shelley, and Isaac, drop in, and just kind of like move in?  I had prepared a music room for Elliot, and his band, so they could come down, and play concerts down her, being hooked into the whole music scene . . . so, Isaac just goes up and brings in, what I learned later was $30,000 of stolen music equipment, but I didn't know that.  By this time, I was almost 100% sure that Allan was Frank, so, while we hung out, there was always this suspicion that even grew worse right about this time of year, culminating, with Brad Haney and me, after an hour or two, with Brad talking to Allan, or Frank, bringing up incident after incident, being in jail together, or they grew up together, or their mothers were best friends, and the worse non-cover, was Brad and his twin brother burned down, the Bess barn or shed . . . • much like when I introduced Kay to Brett, and Shelley to Brett, there was a familiarity, like these were the players in the stealing of Elliot's first music, and now, they had returned for a second shot, but not just at his music but at my law practice, Shelley busied herself, getting into my files, and being constantly on either my computer or hers . . . both the Brock and the Cheek cases were getting to a close point! of something happening . . . I believe that: (1) Hope Carlton-Levin and (2) Kay and Bob Morgan, with their son, David, were used to get me out of the state, so, that Shelley, Frank and others could do, all the dirty work, while I was off handling legal affairs, some, seemingly worthless and a waste of time, with the Morgans, bringing me to Mesquite, Nevada, and we never did legal work, Bob and son would gamble and Kay bitch and moan, and I would be ready to pull my hair out!
• KEY CLUE ON THE COLLUSION ON THE LAKE PROPERTY!  Now, remember, I was removed from my home in St. George allegedly because, Shelley and Rachel had a judgment against them, so, that is the first time, I took, Frank to see the cabin, was allegedly MAY 7, 2011 . . . that piece of property was purchased, MAY 20, 2011, but under contract MAY 01, 2011?  But, I believe, that, between April 19, 2011, the last time I talked to Allan, and, May 7, 2011, when I took, Frank to the Lake, Shelley came, and met the real Allan, probably with Frank in the wings, waiting, for the kill . . .
