WHERE ARE YOU SHANE?

I had known for a long time, that my sister, Shelley, later more sisters and even attorneys, or anyone, who could fill a role in my universe, were playing the double, in one form or another, at one time or another, but, after realizing, late October, 2011, that, Allan Rex Bess, had likely been killed, and I was dealing with a killer, not only in the cabin, but in the house, once it got cold, and then the chick that was murdered, not the dude that allegedly committed suicide, was, making me wonder, how many people are going to be murdered, before this guy, or Shelley are caught, with these killers seeing, killing as nothing more, than collateral damages, or soldiers in an undeclared war with me, and whomever happens to come to my aid, will be murdered, as 26 or more have been.  But, around this time of year, back in 2011, I was eating, breakfast, at the Parowan Cafe . . . Famous Faces at the Cafe' . . . writing on the wall, new, because I don't remember it, back then, but there was this dude, that looked, like Shane Clark, one of the plaintiffs in my $56.7 million case, in Iron County, with the legal engines stalled, so, I had not seen Shane for a while, but this guy, looked a lot like Shane, but he was bigger, and when I finished breakfast, I walked passed him, and said, Shane?  The guy never looked up, nor did he acknowledge me.

 

After breakfast, I went down to the Post Office, and I caught this same guy, across the street at the church and town square, looking at me, like stalking me?  I noticed his truck, and he had a gold, Toyota truck, about the same size as Shane's, who got one, like mine, because he thought it was a good looking truck, but, I noticed that, this guy, had, black, plastic rims on is truck over the tires, and I didn't recall that Shane had them, nor did my truck, and Shane got one similar to mine, but a different brand, but, pretty similar, so that struck me as strange, I worried that, this guy was, Shane's "double" or his "evil twin" or "doppleganger" self-outside of self?  I waved to the guy and he took off, and Shane would not have done that, so?  But someone told me that Shane, like myself, at times, puts on a lot of weight, and that is why, Haylee Cheek, called him Superman!  So, I chalked it up to, being embarrassed, or because, Misty and Dennis, were trying to do a "hostile" take over of "MY" case, to bring in Kelly Anne Booth, now handling, the criminal case, while I was doing the civil and the juvenile, and didn't need her help, didn't want to share, or teach her to do civil rights cases, but, that was a mess, so, I wondered if that is why Shane was acting bizarre?

YOUR IN WYOMING?  SHIT!

Later that night, I got curious about the truck thing, and wondered if, that was a double, and with me believing as I still do, that Allan had been murdered, and a mounting, murder rate, of my clients, and hopeful clients, I wanted to prevent anything further from happening to Shane, or anyone for that matter, knowing there had been 26 deaths, or alleged, suicides, with spurious circumstances, so, I drove from Parowan, about, midnight, passed Shane's house, west of Cedar City, and the truck I had seen, with the bigger, version of Shane was in the driveway, but, I thought, well, maybe I was mistaken and got the trucks backwards, or something.  But, Shane bought his girlfriend a white Impala or some older car, to get herself and her kids around, nice guy.  But, I noticed that, the white car was not there, but, a maroon, older car, was in the driveway, with some chick, that I didn't recognize, or had not seen, Shane with, was dancing, in the living room with the Christmas lights on, and freaked out, starting to think, that, there are people in Shane's house, so, I wonder where he is, if that is not his truck or him?  I hurried home, and decided to call Shane after this day of "doubles" and risked, waking him up, at by this time, after several rounds around his house and back home, got him on the line, and asked him where he was?  IN WYOMING!  WHAT . . . do you know, someone, who looks like you, is in your house?  He was still half asleep, but, without saying much, I warned him about, Allan, and that I had a "double" killer in my house, so, be careful!  He said he would!

 

Now, sometime latter, I was going along, I 70, to Grand Junction, Colorado, to see, my client, Hope Carlton-Levin, also, finding tons and tons of my legal briefs, or briefs from the other side, in Hope's case, another one, the lechters want to claim, I re-wrote the cohabitation/alimony laws in Utah, going from a very, antiquated, and lame, old fashioned, two pronged determination of whether a divorce' was living with someone, and therefore, her husband could stop paying alimony, taking it to a 10 prong test, looking at modern day dating, in the 21st century with the realities of a more complex and complicated life.  But, I like to see my clients, in real time, give them face time, because, I can read body language, watch for truths, or false statements, by the shifting of the eyes, or rolling or where they place their hands, law is a science for me . . . but, I had to pass through, another place, that Shane said he had been or was going to work, somewhere in eastern Utah, on my way, so, I wanted to check out the truck he was driving with the one, I saw, Shane II driving.  Now, generally, in the past, Shane and I, along with many of my clients, hugged when we greeted each other, so that was nothing rare, or out of the ordinary, shit we almost lived together during the early days of the case!  This will in later, the hug, but, the truck, was different, as I suspected . . . I didn't talk to Shane, he was doing brick work, so I took off to Colorado.  I didn't see Shane for months . . . and was run out of the state of Mormon to Montana, equally, Mormon, but, with the insiders, cop Mormon militia, that chased me up there, as blood brothers of the Utah boys!  I left Utah, before the resolution of the case, so, I wasn't able to find out what happened, realizing that, with impending death, no case, no client, no house, nothing was worth losing my life over, so, I was gone!

I had to come back and forth, between Montana and Utah, to finish my cases for about the first year and a half!  Scream, lived in my truck, until the Iron County Sheriffs stole it, telling me, that, the next time I left on foot, or (outran them again!  LOL) it would be one foot! no, I left town on the bus!  LOL!  But, on one occasion, for the fun of it, I drove passed Shane's house, and sometimes, I would go get Travis Braun, too, fun, loved them, as I did Haylee, they were friends, by this time, and I cared a lot.  But, this particular time, and driving 14 to 16 hours, there is not telling what time of day, someone got in, breaks, naps and all, didn't worry much, it was about 9:00 PM, and it looked like, everyone, was quiet for the night or watching TV, and the lights were off, but, I wanted Shane to see the awesome local artist, I discovered in Missoula with an art gallery, and I just happened to have one of his, Jerry, the artists, brochures, and being the sharing person, I am, I thought, Shane being a rancher and farmer, he would dig the art too . . . I am ordering some, for my Parowan house, because the cops took all my cool, photo art! and original, Parowan, artists, oil paintings on my stairs, and other places in the house, all bear now! 

 

The window of a truck was open, so, I decided, to write a little note, don't recall what about, but, I would just drop the brochure on the driver's seat, so he could see it!  All the sudden, I heard this booming voice behind, me--WHAT ARE YOU DOING?  Now, I still didn't know for sure if I was dealing with Shane, who, would have recognized me, or with the new double, who, was bigger, badder and meaner and didn't know me, from Adam or worse, given the case, probably and fucking federal cop!  So, I didn't turn around to ask questions, I just turned, walked to my car, and took off!  He, whomever he was, not in a good mood, and didn't appear to know me at all, but I didn't have my truck, so, Shane may, not have known either, but, I can't imagine Shane, literally running the house and getting keys to the car, and it was maroon as I recall, so, that could have been the "doubles" girlfriends car . . . but he was in no mood for messing around, and I am a master at the great escapes, or close calls!  Shane's subdivision, is horrible for outlets, there is only one, and I was afraid if I took of to the church and the exit, he would catch me as pissed off as he seemed, and I was pretty sure, this was not Shane!  So, I went, left, rather than right, and took of the other direction than, Shane thought, I was going . . . and he went right, to the main street, but he parked, or actually, I think he did go the same way, but, I stopped, turned off the lights, and watched as he, went up the street on the other side, just a few car lengths up, and he sat in his car, waiting for me to drive by, when I was sitting behind him all the time!  LOL!  I don't think he was in the joking mood!  LOL, and I sure as hell, was not going to stick around to find out!  LOL!

 

I believe that was the last time I drove by his house, whomever he was?  But the double thing is real, and real scary!  I started noticing my sister, take me identity, way back, in 2000 when I was allegedly going to did . . .why waist a great resume like mine, on a dead person, right?  Why not take a welfare mom, going nowhere, and just exchange identiies?  Good idea!  But, what seems to be going on, from my limited, but expanding, understanding of this, is that, they do this shit all the time!  It appears that anyone, who has something the cops want, under, the Patriot Act, they feel it there option, to just reach out and touch, and steal it, without cause, warrant, crimes, or, reason!  When I was back in Washington, D.C., getting sworn in to the U.S. Supreme Court, and I had the "white limo" trick . . . oh, another thing that was validated for me, is I left at, like 9:00 PM, hit the road to D.C., didn't tell anyone from my client to my fake husband, whom, was, acting like life was more a war in our house . . . guy, paid to take me down, and an attorney, determined to survive!  But, yesterday, when looking back through Allan, aka, Frank's notes, I noticed, one that said, or actually written in two places . . . now, allegedly, Hope, the former Playboy Bunny, turned mom, rancher, never met Frank!  But, I knew that, when I stopped to get gas money . . . terrible business woman, and Hope owed me about $2,000 as agreed on, back at that time, but, I always operated on a shoe-string, but she said she could give me $200, if I could meet her in Loma, Colorado, which I did, but, I got a gut feeling that she called Allan/Frank, and I would have a race to D.C. which it ended up being with a white limo at the Supreme Court, the night before, and it looked like a movie, streets closed, people running here and there . . . fake swearing in ceremony and I was sure, that, Frank was with one of the fake bitches trying to steal my case, which they had already done back in the 10th Circuit!  My client's also in on it, held me in Kansas for fucking 5 hours, before sending me gas money!  Go figure . . . they already cut deals on my case, all were rich, while I didn't have money to get sworn in?

 

But, I found, the notes, just as I expected, just one more Judas Iscariot, who kissed me on the cheek while betraying me . . . but, Hope called Allan/Frank, and next her name was this small, note . . . you never seen me!  And the other one said, Hope called to let me know that JoAnn was one her way to Washington, D.C., 1/19/2012 . . . actually, Hope waited to call, or he got the dates wrong, I left the night of the 18th after filing, two briefs, driving from Parowan to Salt Lake City, because, Shelley had hijacked my e-filing account, and I knew the cases were going to be stolen, $357 million and $56.7 million!

SON OF SAM SPEAKS!

Saturday, I watched this True Crime Special, called, the Son of Sam Speaks, or David Berkowitz, the Son of Sam killer who, rocked, New York, killing 6 young people, among the brightest and most beautiful.  David said that he was part of some cult, that a dark prince, ruled, held meetings at night, an, worshipped Satan . . . at first he thought it was, just something to do, some place to meet friends, and hang out, learn something be entertained; however, as time passed, he realized he was getting pulled into more and more bizarre and criminal behavior, like child sex rings, murders, even watching and selling snuff films, that are like films that show, depraved sex, and then, eventually, the mutilation and murder of its victims, many of which were children!  So, when he was blamed for the killings of all 6 young people, scaring the shit out of the nation, he said he was just a fall guy, for the cult.  Now what distinguished as cult from a religious organization, is that, the church, gives something to the parishioner, like knowledge, enlightenment, a path, faith, Jesus; however, the cult is the reverse of that, the members are to give to the cult, generally led by a very charismatic and often handsome male or female leader, who controls the group, like Charles Manson, who then, uses the family or the cult members to carry out, his sick and depraved, notions of what, it is he thinks or his world vision, and while there were several cult members involved in the shootings, he was going to take the fall for them, for the whole lot!

 

After, one of the other cult members, who participated in the killing spree, was murdered, he realized that, the cult was more than just a thought producing entity, but it had actually morphed into a criminal enterprise.  This group was called THE PROCESS, and like with many cults, and I am thinking of the chick from King of Queens, Leah, someone, where she talks of the brainwashing, the indoctrination, the use of punishment, training, and giving of oneself, over to the group, or the better good of the whole, allegedly, he said, young people tended to be a fertile ground for recruits, we see this with, the radicalization of ISIS members, or those swayed to do their bidding, to kill, terrorize when they are lone wolf attackers but, seeing themselves on a mission for the whole, doing things there way, and operating under the leaders of the cult or the group!  The reason, I bring this up, is I see, many similarities, with the group of people, I say are Mormons, Mafia, Men in Black, and now, adding, since the election, Fox News Contributors, all making up a sort of Barbie and Ken Cult of cops, political figures, and news media folks, who are out, doing all these deranged things, like taking over person's identity, stealing their lives, property, and whatever, taking credit where credit is not due, and trying to get away with organized crime, under the guise of doing this for the good of the whole, or the nation, in kind of a cult like manner . . . giving your all, your good, your dreams for this higher calling, when in reality, you are just following the dictates and wild ass, thoughts of some monster, maniacs, or meglomaniacs, with Trump, taking on this bigger than life, against all odds, tragic hero of the masses and it is all fucking a figment of our imaginations, made for TV, and really stupid!  My own, very very smart, children, being kept from me, and brainwashed into  this or that, or even into fabricated families, false mothers and fathers, a make believe family, that will somehow, get them, more prestige, money, status, power, position, or whatever is making me sick, but we are not thinking for our selves, and letting cult leaders since forever bring us great, harm . . . eventually, the Son of Sam, found God, repented, and lived a life, committed to Jesus Christ, and he seemed at peace and happy, just in time to get his throat slit in prison!

WE NEED TO STOP BEING FOLLOWERS, SHEEPLE, SHEEP, CULTISH CHILDREN, AND SEE REALITY, PEOPLE, AND WHAT THEIR GAME IS, OR WE OURSELVES WILL FALL PREY TO THEIR CRIMES, SINS, AND POSSIBILY DEATH!

IN TOO DEEP . . .

Unlike the serial killer in COLD CASE HOMICIDE HUNTER: "THE SKULLS OF STANLY PARK, where the cops were able to lure the cold hearted killer, who went into the woods, and without cause, just shot hunters in their favorite hunting spots or perches, for the sport of it, for to take a few dollars and their guns . . . between the several men who were killed, there was fewer than a hundred dollars taken, off the dead men.  I can't remember how long this case went cold, but for some time, when the cold case file unit, took another look at it with new eyes, and decided to use, psychology, to bring the killer in and it worked so, well, almost too well, bringing the killer to his knees, later to stand off the cops and shoot himself!  The cops, got a tip from an old hunting buddy, who knew the suspect, or the profile, and traits, since high school.  He knew the kind of guy he was, and the truck he was driving matched this high school friend, taking the informant back to a statement, the suspect made, way back when, but the friend didn't take him serious at all, until he put two and two together, and reported the incident to the cops, leading to the arrest and later, death of the guilty man with, very religious ideas and sentiments, maybe because of his hideous crimes, turned to God, or Jesus Christ for forgiveness, but, someone at church a, regular, noticed that he never took communion, and always thought it strange?

So, the cops, decided to play that religious card on the suspect and call him in for questioning, when, wiring the friend with a recording device, didn't produce any results with the guy just blaming other fro the appearance of the gun, used in the double murders, saying he just bought it off someone else, and didn't bat an eye, about, making a statement to the guy, 10 or so years earlier, Do you think I am capable of killing someone?  The friend, just blew if off, as typical of his very odd, going no where friend, and dismissed the thought, but when he looked back at it, they were hunting, and if I recall, some hunter was walking by, and the guy took his finger and acted like he was going to pull the trigger, so the coincidence, did not surprise him, when the description of the truck came up.  Before the suspect was brought in, the cops took all the horrific, bloody, pictures they had taken of both me, at the crime scenes, both of them falling in very eerie and strange, positions, as if they had just fallen out of a tree, where the hunting spot was, or the log, on which the other victim was sitting when he was shot in the head.  This cracked me up, and showed, the extend of the measures these very smart cops, used in catching the killer or playing on his religious upbringing or guilt.

NOTHING WOULD HAUNT A RELIGIOUS KILLER, LIKE THE "HOLY BIBLE" ON THE DETECTIVES DESK AND HIM DRESSED IN ALL BLACK, LOOKING ALMOST LIKE A PASTOR OR RELIGIOUS FIGURE!

This might work with some of our, Mormon, suspects, who looked to fools gold, buying real estate or construction, in their black op--brick op! But, with the two, I am going to talk about later, in relations to the In Too Deep . . . 48 Hours Mystery, this would not work, because, neither one of these psychopaths, were particularly religious, never bought main stream Mormonism, in fact, Kay Burningham, even wrote at least one, anti-Mormon book, about her tort law practice, better known as ambulance chasers, tying in I guess the theory of negligence and torts, to the Mormon Church?  Brett, and Kay both, are very charming, manipulative, smart, charismatic, cunning, but total psychopaths, that will use, abuse, take credit, be the rising stars, only to disappear when the real work, or the hard work or doing you homework comes in, along with Shelley and Rachel, and their male counterparts, they all wanted something for nothing and would top, short of nothing to get it!  So, we are comparing two very difference types of killers, one remorseful, when he saw the handy work, of his dark side, angry, detached, during the killings, but when he thought of is own soul, going to hell, or paying for his own sins, he broke down, like a baby, and cried, telling, the cops about everything he had done in his 38 or so years, including, I believe, another murder, if I recall?  But, the psychological torture, was so great, for the dude, that he offed himself, when he went into the restroom, refusing to come out, then blowing his brains out! 

Too bad, that this man, would not man up to what he had done, and turned a new leaf, and give, cops, investigators, profilers, the players in the criminal justice, some insight into the thought patterns that create such a useless and callous killing of two guys, doing what he loved to do, for  no reason, not even knowing them, and just blowing them away?  But, at least the guy, did have a conscience, unlike the lovers, the pair of killers we are going to look at next, who had no such, remorse, and do to their own, particularly, the snarky, chick, who was a college graduate and wanted to go to law school, hanging herself with her own, words, after being released for unfair and prejudice remarks by a taxi cab driver, the chick who originally, only got, 5 years, ended up getting 10 years, for calling the victim and bitch, not knowing her, and saying, with regard to being with her lover boy, whom she had just met, that she messed with the wrong chick, and this unsuspecting good girl, really didn't know the guy, but was always, one to pick up strays, and try to fix them and when the dude, said he needed a friend, the sexual comments and hitting on the victim didn't make it with her, but when he said, that he was sad, and just needed a friend, she decided to go to dinner with him, and ended up, shot through the face, put in the bathtub, where, between the two of them, she ended up, having her body dismembered, with the head and the hands, maybe the feet too, were all cut off, and there was absolutely no attempt to cover the crime or to dispose of the body . . . the two, lovers, just ran, but were later, caught, going on their way to Mexico to escape and leave the dead girl behind, and their consequences for killing a girl they both, barely knew.

EVERY ONE, WHO KNEW THE VICTIM, A PRETTY, COLLEGE STUDENT, WHO JUST GOT HIRED TO WORK THIS A LAW FIRM, VERY EXCITED, AND MAYBE WANTED TO BE A LAWYER TOO, NEVER SHOWED UP FOR HER FIRST DAY OF WORK, OR WORK, SO THE PARENTS, KNEW THEIR VERY RESPONIBLE DAUGHTER WOULD, NEVER DO THAT, SO SOMETHING MUST BE WRONG!

The episode, starts out with the mouthy, defensive, bitchy, co-conspirator, in the murder, or at least the dismembering and the flee from justice, is talking about the prison conditions, bitching about the guards, and how hellish the whole thing is, and she is only concerned, or even, once, mentions, what her and boyfriend, she just claims to be an innocent victim of herself, but only of falling love with the wrong man, and vowing that she loved him, so much, but when they were dealing with the new chick's death and body, the now, jailed, victim of the love she had for this, not so, typical and charming, business major, handsome, but troubled, with posters of gangsta shit and "SCARFACE" posters all over his walls, with the fan fair to go with it, indicting that he relished in the culture of the mob, gangsters, and glorified them and their acts of terror and terrorizing rivals and those who they thought were inferior or in their way, or stopping them from getting what they wanted . . . as was the cases with both, killers, or participants in the gruesome killing of the girl with the heart as big or great as Texas!  Everyone who knew her, loved her she would help, everyone, regardless of need or station in life, and no one, especially her parents, who, were absolutely devastated, by the lose of their beautiful, sweet and talented daughter, seeing no one with a motive, but knowing that she had gone to dinner with the murder suspect, and he was flippant, arrogant, abrasive and blew off the mother and dad's questions when it came to their daughter, saying that he just saw her a few minutes, and then left her!

The parents decided to go to where their daughter lived, finding no one and nothing disturbed at her place, other than looking like she went on a date, and got a bit dressed up, so, the parents, then, proceeded to go to the guy's place and there was no one home, so they called the cops, who, good for them, said they could not go in the kid's apartment without a WARRANT, respecting even a potential killer, his rights, and seeing him as innocent, until proven guilty.  So when the cops left, the mom and dad, not so bound by the warrant and procedure, just broke into the apartment, to find their beautiful daughter, just still laying in the bath tube, in a bloody mess, without a head and without hands!  The mother, almost went out of her mind, screaming and crying, while the father talked to the dispatch and told them where the body was.  The guy, was found guilty right of the bat, but not after he tried to pin it on his girlfriend, the whole fucking murder, between the two personalities, she was more likely, than, him, other than his pension for violence, and possible, wanting to make his, off and on again, girlfriend, jealous, of him being with another girl, one she would see as a rival . . .

Brett asked me, who I thought, was in my class of women, or who I might be jealous of, and I said, I didn't really think about it, and didn't see many women in my league, formerly being, an attorney with 5 top jobs in the state, a professor of note and honor, had my own business, and wrote educational programs for the elderly, based on my job, as staff attorney for the Utah Division of Aging.  Kay was a fledgling, poor, no so good, trial attorney, who got fired, by my boyfriend, when she blew a trial and I had to fill in, writing a motion for the judge, never having been a trial attorney with Kay, at least 10 years my senior in law, but me with far more prestigious jobs, awards in the area of law, and in confidence . . . and this thought came to mind that, this whole thing was a set up, to pay me back for Kay's inefficiency, or substandard performance that got  her fired, and at war with my boyfriend, who only, hired her, on the conditions that she set him up with me . . . the guy was worth about $40 million, plus a successful, law practice as a solo practitioner.  Kay took me to meet Greg, whom I am sure, lied to cover this whole thing up for Kay, whom later must have made up to Greg by paying him, or whatever the mob wife did?  But, she begged me, with little interest on my part, to just go on one date with him, and this workaholic, did everything from, reading a premarital, test, to show we were not compatible to, avoiding his body contact, but finally I kissed him and the chemistry worked, it was all in the spit! 

A SET UP FROM THE START . . . DOE CAUGHT IN HEADLIGHTS!

Much, like was the case in this episode and gruesome murder, overkill, the dark haired chick, who was a sometime, off and on, girl of the dude, Scarface, must not have been, enough to keep him loyal, but she was into him enough, to want the other chick dead, or to threaten the unsuspecting and unwilling for the most part, in this fate date, that turned, very wrong and ugly, with nobody but the two, partners knowing what really happened.  The girlfriend, said, that, she came over after, dude had killed the chick, who was laying in the bathroom, and the story, changes, and changes, until, the girlfriend, claims that she had nothing to do with the murders, but she did love the guy, fell in love with the wrong, dude and that somehow, justified, not calling the cops, or turning her sometime boy friend in?  It was not like, it was not the most, horrible and terrifying murder, that cops had seen, but the victim was so, underserving, that, whenever the convicted, chick, talked, she made things worse with her total focus on herself, and getting out of the prison, she was trapped in . . . she showed no remorse, never apologized to the parents, and she and the guy, showing their true character, blamed each other and tried to make them completely take the fall!  Eventually, the girl that said she had nothing to do with it, other than running, and helping the killer run, saying that she was worried he would do it to her too, as her parents testified her to say but with nothing from her selfies to her smile to indicate she was anything from happy to be with this cold blooded killer!

Here is the set up scenario, and had I not been dying from PICK's disease, I never would have gone with Brett in the first place, and he even said, if I had known him in high school, me in the cheerleader, officer, debate, drill team crowd, as was Kay, as my BFF, at the time, I would never have looked twice at him!  He is most likely, RIGHT!  So there seemed to be this high school, revenge thing, going on with Brett, and this jealousy, over me, as an attorney, and the two forces combining to pay me back for an offense that were their own deficiencies, like losing her trial and being fired, not my call or my problem, I came through with flying colors to win the motion, for my boyfriend!  Shortly after Brett, asked me about a rival chick, I said, well, my friend Kay, is cute, has won beauty pageants, which my mother tried to get me to do, but I thought them stupid, so, she is talented in art, dance and debate, and all my other friends, are whatever . . . so that seemed to lead the the arranged dinner with me and Brett as a couple and Kay and her alleged, professor boyfriend, who didn't pay attention to her, as Brett was very attentive stroking my hair and rubbing my back!  Kay, right off the get-go, would, pout, and outright admit to being jealous, even with her fiancé in the room, so pulling a typical Kay, going after what is not hers; however to lend credit to the possible, set up, the first thing Kay asked me when, she saw Brett, and he was moving the car, was, how well did you know this guy before you married him?  The two, seemed to hit it off and talk about her case, against the U of U, and counsel, that, had a mother who lived next door, who magically ended up dead, up Emigration Canyon!  MOB, MOB, MOB . . .

I MARRIED AN AXE MURDERER; MORMONS AND MOBSTERS; YOU MARRIED THE MOB . . . LLOYD NED; STUART BLISS, AND JOANN GOING DOWN (NAMES OF MOVIES THAT BRETT CHOSE!)

Not that at all, that Brett is innocent, but, there was another, true crime, Cold Case File, that had, a 17 years old boy, taking care of his aging grandmother, with a hot to trot girlfriend, who used sex, to lure the boy, into, at first, killing grandmother, almost brainwashing him, using grandma's words against her, making it look, like grandma was just tire of this world, need to die and be with her husband, whom she missed dearly.  The two, had been together for 10 years, when the hot one tired of the poor, routine, even after they had grandma's social security for years, 6, and the house to themselves, with her finally leaving him.  Later this guy, went back to look at, where he and his girlfriend buried grandma's body, on an anniversary, now that the grandson was a lone and grandma and girlfriend, long gone . . . only to find, some rowdy, teens, using her burial place, sacred to him, having loved her and taking care of her, so his guilty, and wanting to give her a proper burial, now, started to make him crazy and expose himself to murder charges, in fact he owned up to it!

The girlfriend, moved on to richer and more lucrative territory, now married to a doctor, with the detectives noticing, how many doctors, this chick went to, and all men, being very beautiful and young, eventually landing a very wealthy doctor by the time the old boyfriend took the murder rap . . . she seemed concerned, but, took no guilt or claimed on part in the killing of the grandma . . . but detectives, knew that she was the one who signed the stolen checks, for 6 years, cashed the money and paid her bills and boyfriends, bills, but they never had enough money, so she moved on, breaking his heart, still in love with her.  But there was some special saying this chick, used to sign cards, letters, and love letters that distinctively made her stand out, as not the supportive girlfriend, but the main mover in the plot to kill grandma, using sex, charm and the lure of sex, money, and being alone in the house as a cool thing and something the old gal would want both him or her to do, and when she insisted he kill his grandmother, he said no, he could not do it, so the cold hearted bitch, took a pillow and strangled her, without so much as a passing thought!  BOTH WERE CONVICTED1

Of the two, Kay was more devious, cunning, smart and the mastermind, but Brett was probably more brutal, violent, and psychically threatening; however, even though he was smart, he always, seemed to promote, date and interact with smart women, from, professor to attorneys, to pharmacists to, whatever, seeing that women, would get him what he wanted, sex, money, power, connections, far above his level or the factory worker, image he painted to me, but always saying that, didn't he speak well, have a good vocabulary, etc., and once his mother saying, that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth . . . not what he led me to believe or showed!  But he really studied women, watched, movies, like What Women Want, and he was good at giving it, if she wanted to be respected, he could do that, if she wanted to be desired, that too, precious, he would play that card and he would read these women like a book, as he did me, talking of community trainings on non-violent communications, me being involved with community programs, at the Utah AG's office, being an expert in domestic violence, and working with victims of all ages who had been abused.  So, the CIA connection paid off, he knew, me well, and since I was dying, balls out, whatever, tall dark and good-looking, going to die, why the fuck not?  LOL!  The first day, he read me, from the Jane Austin Fan Club . . . fuck, I was an English major, loved, Pride and Prejudice . . . he may have picked, symbolic books, and the movies, were always, giving something up, as to his intentions . . . taking me down! 

However, the one thing, that Brett did not plan on, was, me being as much a gamer, with tons of men, always after me, my whole life, and I think he used, me to make Kay jealous, and wanted me to be jealous of Kay, to catfight over him!  LOL!  That is where he got an "F" because, if he wants her, he gets her, and I leave, never looking back!  Which, I pretty much did, so I was the one who got away! or my God Intel, just, did a typo, with a question mark, and here I am, fucking what 10 years later, with Kay still being me, in addition to others, having to divorce my kids, to free them, to live without conflict, competing with Kay and Brett, Shelley and Frank, or Sue and Kevin, and they all just might choose the other parents or surrogates, and you know what . . . I am cool with that, because, my age has, been my biggest downfall, people think that I am 20 years younger than I am . . .this chick I met last night, was fucking 38 years old, and I looked younger than she was . . . I am too old to have my kids, was their argument, and my kids, especially my daughters, married to older men, by 8 years, are married to guys, that look too old for me, being the Cougar that I am, not so much, because, I could not be happy with an older guy, but because, I have more energy and seem, to match much better with younger more physical guys, half my age!  LOL!  Who pick up on me all the time, saying, to my arguments, that I am old enough to be your mother! well my mom's friends, didn't care, or age is just a number!  LOL!  And really, that is true!  Cop truck from Parowan just went down the street, see, Shelley, Kay, Rachel, Sue, all look their age, and as I was chased, to thinner and younger looking, I feel about, 35, in age, and can pull that off, that, getting my driver's license and being even called a liar, the thought came to mind, should I put my actual age of almost 62 or should I put my mental and physical age?  I feel like a liar either way, and the mob has capitalized on that, saying I am Greta, or Tiffany, or the age of a 40 year old, therefore, I can't be my children's mother!  LOL and NOT LOL!

SO TODAY, I CUT MY KIDS FREE!  MY DNA RAGES IN THEIR VEINS, AND I KNOW THE POWER OF THAT, SO, SKIP THE PRESENTS, CHRISTMAS, BIRTHDAYS, ETC., AND FIND ME A NICE, NEW, NOT LOVER, BECAUSE, I HAVE SPENT THE LAST YEARS, STAYING ALIVE, SO MY KIDS COULD STAY ALIVE, BUT THEY DON'T KNOW THAT, AND DON'T BELIEVE, THAT THEY WERE RED MEAT, WITH GREAT, RESUMES, PERFECT POLITICAL FODDER FOR THE MEAN ONES TO USE, STEAL, AND GIVE TO THE GANG, TAKING EVERY LAST MODICUM OF LOVE, HOPE, JOY THAT I HAVE, IF I WERE NORMAL . . . I AM HEALTHY TO A FAULT, BECAUSE, IN MY MASTER'S IN FAMILY AND HUMAN RELATIONS, THE STUDIES SHOW THAT, DAUGHTERS WHO, RAISE THEIR MOTHER'S CHILDREN, WHICH I DID, TO SOME EXTENT, MUCH MORE THAN, THE READER, SHELLEY, SOCIAL RECLUSE, UNTIL SHE LIKED BEING ME, STUDIES SHOW THAT GIRLS, FROM LARGE FAMILIES, WITH A LOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR REARING THEIR SIBLINGS, AS I WAS, ARE LESS LIKELY TO GET MARRIED OR TO HAVE CHILDREN OF THEIR OWN, KIND OF BEEN THEIR, DONE THAT!  LOL!  WHEN A SON-IN-LAW THREATENS, THAT I WILL NEVER SEE MY GRANDKIDS AGAIN, I LAUGH, I AM NOT OF THE  ILK TO HAVE THAT BE A THREAT . . . I NEVER LIVED FOR MY KIDS, NOR FOR MY GRANDKIDS--I HAVE A FUCKING FUN LIFE AND WITH, AN ADDED, WHAT 30 YEARS TO MY LOOKS, I CAN MARRY A MUCH YOUNGER MAN, CAN'T HAVE KIDS, BUT CAN USE MY SUPERIOR, KNOWLEDGE AND CHILD REARING SKILLS ON MY LOVER'S KIDS!  SMILE!  I HAVE ONE IN MIND . . . BEFORE WHEN I WAS HERE, MY KIDS, THREATENED ME, THAT IF I MARRIED, A YOUNGSTER LIKE THEIR DAD, THEY WOULD BE PISSED--SO, I LOVED THEM ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT THAT, BUT, OF LATE, AND IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, PUTTING THEIR SAFETY FIRST, NOT DATING, REALLY, OR SERIOUSLY WANTING A RELATIONSHIP, IF THEY WANT TO CHOOSE, OTHER PARENTS, WHOM THEY ENJOY, AND FEEL MORE LOVED BY, I AM COOL WITH THAT, AS I TOLD ALL OF THEM, IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, WITH SOME ANGRY, OTHERS, RESIGNED, OR DON'T CARE EITHER . . . I KNOW THEY LOVE ME, AND I LOVE THEM!  IF THEY DON'T KNOW ME BY NOW, THEY WILL NEVER KNOW ME--TO QUOTE A SONG--WE LIVE IN CHALLENGING TIMES, I AM NOT OLD, NOR DO I FEEL OLD, AND MOST PEOPLE GUESS MY GRANDKIDS TO BE MY KIDS, AND MY SON-IN-LAWS SEEM TOO OLD FOR ME, LET ALONE MY DAUGHTERS . . . THE AGE THING IS CONFUSING, SO, WHY FIGHT IT, IT ONLY HURTS ME, ONCE AGAIN FOR BEING EXCELLENT IN AGING!  LOL!  IT IS THAT HUGE ASS QUANTITY OF DIET COKE, AND IF I AM EVER MURDERED, NOW THERE IS NOT REASON, DROPPED MY END OF THE TUG OF WAR, READY FOR LOVE, A NEW PHASE OF MY LIFE, AND ALLOW MY KIDS, LIKE I ALWAYS HAVE THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE!

• my dream takes place in a large, gymnasium, like a basketball court at like a normal high school, with shiny, hardwood floors, but with all bleachers, back boards, and equipment removed
• in this large venue, so, strange and different from the normal, coffee shop, or expresso bar, thinking of, venues, like the Break Espresso Café, or cozy, Mountain Traders, in Montana, there were literally, hundreds of people, lined up, in a huge ass mess, no lines, just like matted crowds, of people, all wearing bright yellow raincoats and hats, quietly, waiting to get to the from of the mess, to get coffee, which, I found very interesting, but, I walked in, and while I don't drink coffee, I hang out at coffee shops, where Democrats, professors, Millennials and the cool, mellow, quiet crowd, hangs to get their homework, grading, and blogging done . . . this was the antithesis of that atmosphere, although it was a mellow crowd, but I said, why don't we, like get in lines, or give order, or organize this thing a bit more
• all the sudden, the maddening crowd of raincoat clad, coffee crowd, without a word, started to form two, very orderly, lines with a "Moses type parting of the seas, in the 10 Commandments" started to form, with a front line and a back line, with a huge break in between of like 5 to 10 feet, between the front and back lines, but, they were also, in a very, straight line, in the two lines, front and back . . . . bringing to mind, the words, I have said, a ton of times, in this blog, In order to have a well ordered society, we need a agreed upon set of rules or law, upon which we all can rely!  Like the United States Constitution, with every law, statute, rule, order, provision, and ruling, having roots in the basic principles of the "letter and spirit" of the Constitution to be legal, or in the converse of that, any law that is "repugnant" to the Constitution, is VOID!

IN 1877, HAYES WHITMAN, DID WHAT TRUMP, ALLEGEDLY DID, WITH LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, CONTINUES TO PRESIDENCY, BECAUSE HE WAS SAID, BY THE "AP" WON THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE, THAT HAD NOT VOTED, BUT, WITH THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES, TIED TO THE STATE'S POPULAR VOTE, WHICH IS A DEMOCRACY, NOT A REPUBLICAN OR REPRESENTATIVE FORM OF GOVERNMENT--BUT, THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION THAT TIES THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES TO THE POPULAR VOTE, LEAVING, THESE VERY SELECT 538 PEOPLE, WE TRUST TO PICK THE BEST PREPARED AND CANDIDATE, WHO IS BEST ABLE TO FILL THE POSITION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNTED STATE OR THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE WORLD!  BUT, BACK IN THE DAY, KNOWING THAT, ONE CANDIDATE, WHO WON, THE POPULAR VOTE, LIKE CLINTON, BUT THE OTHER WON THE E.C., WITH MANY BEING A PUZZLED AND PISSED, WANTING OUR CANDIDATE TO WIN, BUT WITH A BACKDOOR DEAL STRUCK, THAT I WONDER ABOUT, WAS A DEAL, CUT, LEAVING RUTHERFORD TILLMAN, WHO WON THE POPULAR VOTE, WITH THE ONE SIDE, SAYING IF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, OR THE REPUBICAN CONTROLED LEGISLATURE OF CONGRESS, THAT IF THE FEDS WOULD REMOVE THE TROOPS IN THE SOUTHERN STATES, THEY WOULD COMPROMISE AND LET, WHITMAN HAYES WIN THE ELECTION, AND FROM WHAT I SAW, THEY MANIPULATED THE VOTE OF THE POPULAR VOTE, TO MAKE IT LOOK, LIKE HE ACTUALLY WON BOTH THE POPULAR AND THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE?  SO, WHO KNOWS, BUT, ALL I KNOW, IS THAT I AM A "DUE PROCESS" WONK, WHO WANTS THE PROCESS PLAYED OUT, NO MATTER HOW, IT PLAYS OUT, BUT PLAY OUT IT NEEDS OF BE, OR THERE WILL BE THINKERS LIKE ME, THAT FEEL TERRIBLY CHEATED, MANIPULATED, BULL SHITTED, WITH SOMEONE SO, SUB PAR, THAT, WE CAN'T IMAGINE, HIM BEING PRESIDENT, A LIAR, SOMEONE, ACTING IN OUR, "WORST INTEREST" PUTTING PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ONLY, ILL PREPARED FOR A JOB, BE EVEN ANTI-POSITION ORIENTED, SO THEY CAN, CHANGE THE GOAL OF THE AGENCY!  HE MAKES NO SENSE, AND THAT IS SCARY!
