The Devastating Affects of Relying on Hearsay, Innuendo, Speculation, Perception, and Suspended Belief When, Looking at a Criminal Case!
Here we go again, day after day, of theft, NSA, feeling like those who are liars and thieves, working for the FBI and CIA, are entitled to continue to be ME! I just had my blog shut down again, like I don't know, that you can't write these blogs, especially, the title that is damning to the lies you have created, to cover for a decade and a half of lies . . . my sister, Rachel, whom is working as my double, and at the time I lived in Chicago, she lived out in Shamburg suburbs, with her husband, Chris Hickey, and her daughter, Stephanie, pregnant with Matt, at the same time that, I lived, downtown Chi town, in the loop, on Polk Ave., near the Hilton Gardens and Grant Park, with Americans United for Life, and bringing my four, already born children, Greta, Nicole, Chris and Elliot, bass guitarist for bands, Parallax, Maraloka, God's Revolver, hard rock band of 2008, Worst Friends, now, guitarist, vocalist for, the Ditch and the Delta, just another attempt to weave my life, into, a sister life, or a attorney, friend life, but, this goes to the heart of what I am talking about, in these two FBI, Criminal Minds episodes!
I want to ask, FBI director, James Comey, who, acted, out of character for the policies and procedures, of the Department of Justice and the FBI, when dealing with a criminal investigation, going directly, with innuendos, as President Obama put it yesterday, insinuating that, there are now, just days before, the 2016 presidential elections,650,000 questionable emails, before, even finding, one email, coming from Clinton, herself, updating and reporting, to Republican law makers, in the Oversight Committee, that have gone after Hillary, relentlessly, starting with Benghazi, getting political mileage from that, lasting almost 4 years, and costing tax payers, $7 million to turn up NOTHING, then, going directly to the email and private server, alleged, scandal, and after that, was dismissed, wanting the FBI to go after, Hillary, on perjury charges!, with what evidence, of wrong doing, starting with criminal intent, that you have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, did you proceed with this inflammatory, derogatory, suggestive, spurious, set of facts, before, causing alarm, in an already, weary and suspicious electorate, low on trust, basically, due to conjecture of a crime?
Not, unlike, Hillary Clinton, I also, have been suspected, of wrong doing, for doing the RIGHT thing, and that suspicion, has also gone from election to election, and furthered, perpetrated, and speculated, by the Republicans, who differ in political perspective and vision, of what, this country should and could be like, with me, standing ROCK SOLID, on the foundation of the United States Constitution, wondering where the Republican cop agencies, are, and what their sandy foundation, consists of, in accusing me of fucking anything, using doubles, twins, clowns, and clown, shit, to justify, stealing every fucking dime, I have made in the last 16 years! worse in the last 4, since, Mitt Romney, Mormon moron, and Republican nominee, with me simply, opposing him and what he stands for, in the last election, with him being the beneficiary of my $357 million case, as well as other Republicans, including the FBI, who, helped steal my cases, not to leave the CIA out of that loop also! This morning in the Missoulian, there was a great article, by Leonard Potts, "Republicans Losing is Not Enough" and he goes on, to state, that, this feeling that, the GOP should be immolated, destroyed, pulverized, etc., not for differing on the issues, but for, allowing CRAZY to kidnap the alleged, Grand Old Party . . . going passed, Lincoln, Reagan, both Bushes, and to embracing Donald Trump . . . an on top of these, going after the best qualified, candidate we have ever had, and doing so relentlessly, and for that, there is no excuse!
And this last, stunt, by, Bush appointed, Republican, FBI director, James Comey, is just one example, of relying on, anything but, the evidence, going to a factless investigation, believing in their heart of hearts, that Hillary is a crook, if they can, just uncover, her crookedness, that they have not been able to for fucking 30 years! I started to practice law, about the time, Bill Clinton, the first, Clinton, in the White House, was President, so, I have not been far behind, Hillary, in being equally, suspect, with Republicans, feeling in their heart of hearts, that there has to be someone wrong, because, I actually did my job, took my oath seriously, and proceeded to take, cops, prosecutors, judges, and others to task, for violating the very oath of office, they took, to do the same thing? So, I highly identify with Hillary . . . not looking at the facts, that I have done nothing of note or wrong, but, running, because they tried to KILL ME! then turned around and acted, like the reason I took off from Utah, with deep, deep, connections to Washington, D.C., and the feds who started to go after me, along with state and local cops, chasing me for what, being true to the common oath we all took? that to preserve, defend and protect the United States Constitution, rather than, laying that oath aside, for the bull shit, Patriot Act, they all pay alms to! God damnit, get this right! LEARN LOUD!
CARBON COPY
The actor in this case, looks, somewhat, like my son, Elliot, the musician, whom, I believe, was considered, collateral damage in this undeclared and stupid war, pitting me, against the Pat Rats of cops, prosecutors and judges, of their ilk, believing that when, I killed asset forfeiture, now, considered, the federal sharing program, or, better, called, the 80/20 split with the feds, getting their cut, to allow, the cops to seize property, from people like me, without charges, then, launder the property, up through the FBI, and for their services, keeping 20% of the stolen goods, then allowing 80% to pass back down to the state and local cops who, stole the property . . . nice little racketeering, money laundering scheme, don't you think, without providing, due process or equal protection of the laws, taking the property, BEFORE, due process is allowed, in total contravention to what the U.S. Constitution and most state constitutions say, that the government or its, officers, can't deprive a citizen of life, liberty or property, without DUE PROCESS OF LAW and EQUAL PROTECTION!
In this case, I thought, after watching it and getting the full impact of what happened to this man, who was taking nurses and killing them, who appeared to have a partner in crime, who was also, going beyond the 4 dead nurses, case, recreating that horror, and going to all the recently, solved, FBI cases, and being a copy cat of the crimes . . . however, the term copy cat, is applied to killers, who mirror, famous or high profile cases, and recreate the same crime on different or new victims, but in the same M.O., as the first killer, or using the same signature, as the original killer. But, the copy cat, ads a new dimension, to the crimes, or the killer, carbon copy, almost to me, suggests that someone who looked a lot like the killer, copied the crimes, and did them in a similar way. I just have a gut feeling that, my son, was framed for a murder, the only thing, serious, enough, that, would have gotten him, to let his PRIZED music, to go to a FAKE band of cops kids, with the cops, keeping all the proceeds and Elliot, like his mother, getting nothing for being the brains and intellectual property agent, behind the work, that others are not only taking credit for, but also getting the MONEY FOR! I think, the cops wanted an excuse to take the MUSIC AND MONEY AND RUN, so they, charged Elliot with a crime, or connected him, somehow, to force or scare him, into giving up his music without a fight! Call it a mother's instinct!
Blamed for the Murders of 4 Nurses
Now, again, I am, generally, half watching and half, getting ready for the Festival of the Dead parade, and usually, I don't start taking notes, or thinking, until, something kicks in, to make me think this particular case has educational merit to it, then, in a desperate attempt to recreate the facts, after the fact, I put the case together. This is the case here: but, the way this case, and usually, TV dramas, like Law and Order or Criminal Minds, you have actual, former attorneys, or cops, writing about cases that they have had, or that the FBI has had, and, some of the legal arguments and investigative techniques that were used by the entities dealing with the cases, at one level or another, comes out in the show, and they are particularly interesting, to those who work in these areas of law or the criminal justice system. I never enjoyed, Law and Order, until, after I switched, sides, seeing cops and prosecutors as being more corrupt that the alleged criminals they were pursuing, and started, in the area of criminal defense work, and civil rights defense, and, it was, once, I was actually, in that arena, that, all the things I had either learned in law school, or applied in practice took on a whole new significance, making the rules of law and criminal procedure, relevant, therefore, teaching me, something! But, in this case, the first part is all about, this dude, who is killing nurses, and the other dude, who is mimicking the FBI's other cases, all horrendous and bloody messes.
But, as is the case, when the FBI, unit, goes in to a case, they try to make up a background of the killer and do a criminal profile and psychological make-up, trying to understand what would motivate this individual, to do something so horrible as taking random, women, some just in grocery stores and then brutally killing them draining all their blood, cutting off their eyelids, while they are alive, facing them to works of art, but, the real connection is the occupation, of being a nurse. In this case, I got the fact that, this character, was falsely accused, of the original murders, when he had nothing to do with it, and through the years of being publically, humiliated, losing his life, his wife, and his kids, with one dying, it seemed, as a result of the accusations, and false charges, this man's whole life had been destroyed. When there is nothing left, he turns on the FBI, for falsely accusing him, and basically, taking his life, with these false accusations. This is payback time, and he is set to make these agents, pay for what, they did to him. There is an interesting dialogue, between, the FBI agent, the author, and the now defendant, and the agent, tries to play is coy, use psychology, and was basically, being cutsie, trying to butter up this man, who had lost everything, due to the lack of due diligence on the part of the FBI, randomly, charging, without the proof, beyond a reasonable doubt, to hold him responsible!
I AM DEAD. ONLY REVENGE CAN RESTORE ME
This is actually, a line from the second episode, called, oh, it looks like I just wrote quotes from the show, and didn't get the name, but, it applies to both of the cases, because, there were cops, in both cases, who made poor judgment calls, or charged the wrong guy altogether, and it cost people their lives, as it has in my case, and I am not sure with my son, who assures me, he has never been in jail or charged, and they may have just skipped that step, and exacted a cost and punishment without the charges, knowing damned well they were false! But, this suspect, turned, killer, now defendant, when the agent was trying to use all his psycho-babble, on him, to trick him into talking, when he said, I know, you are angry, and want to strike back at us, but, blah, blah, blah . . . and the guy looked him in the eye, and said, You have no idea what your false charges caused me and my family! There seemed to be some indication, that one of his daughters, also got killed in connection with the allegations. But, he went on to say, that due to the media coverage, when ever someone noticed him in a bar, they still thought he was the guilty guy who murdered, 4 nurses, and guys would beat the shit out of him, to get justice for the victims or just because! I also, got the notion that his wife was a nurse, and they thought that he might be acting out because of her, but it was the opposite, he was acting out because of losing her, because of all the publicity and false accusations, against her husband, also in that profession!
Eventually, this man, took his own, life, because the cops, gave him his meds, to make him stop shaking, then left the room, to discuss what to do with him, and seeing that he was lawyering up, not no the charges of the nurses, which he never denied, but on the other copy cat killing, that his partner was doing! The FBI was shocked, at this sudden change, of heart, when they started trying to get him to confess to other crimes that he had not done, realizing that he was being framed, either with crimes he actually had not idea of, or that his friend, who was aware that he was killing these women, because he had spent a lifetime, paying for these false charges anyway, and decided to fuck with the FBI, to pay them back, make them look bad, or to cause them grief, or old cases, with the other guy, not only doing the revenge case, but going on to other cases, he had read about or seen on TV news. You see, it is not enough, to just say, we fucked up, or fire someone, or say we are sorry, or even to compensate you in some way, as it requires in the 5th amendment for a government taking . . . there is the character assassination, the devastation to family life, to wives, kids, and others wondering, deep down inside if you really did it, always, holding you at arms length for what you have been accused of, how do you rectify, repay, or return what has been taken? You move on to the next case, to your next victim, and forget about the human wreckage you have done, leaving dead bodies and destroyed lives, in the wake of your power boat! Just firing someone for this shit it not enough, just changing your policies, can't, will not, is incapable of fixing the mess you created, with your slack of duty, your lackadaisical, bravado, your haste to mete out justice or to catch the alleged, killer!
The Darkness Restores What Light Cannot Repair
In this case, you have a random killer, seeming to beat men, who have had contact with young boys, to death, leaving them in a humiliating position of having their pants and underwear pulled down to their knees, and left for dead, at convenience stores, restaurants, and just on the streets, and there was never anything stolen, nor was there a sexual assault component to the case. One of the FBI agents, came from the neighborhood in Chicago, that these murders happened, and as he digs deeper and deeper into the cases, he finds a common connection to a former, coach, a pillar of society, that everyone from the mayor, to the cops, to parents, loved, who took kids off the streets, and taught them, mentored them, but that is not all he did to his pets, once he got their trust and confidence, he would take his favorites, the boys he allegedly like, up to his cabin by a lake, and he would molest them. As the FBI agent, connected the possible killer, and the crime, in profiling, he had to face his own past with this man, someone he had looked up to, who then turned around a violated his trust, by molesting him, sexually, and when it got painful, he would always say, man up, and look at the sky . . . a saying, now that was at all the crime scenes!
Eventually, he went back into the hood, faced his past and fears, and he tried to remember if there was one man or boy then, who the coach paid particular interest in, but he could not remember, thinking that he had always been his favorite and in such panic and fear, that he never could see that he had molested many boys, and even going backward, before his time and forward, passed his time, as his victim. Eventually, he talks to an angry young man, who tells of a man, who had taken, it in the ass, more than the rest of the boys, all put together, now a man, strong, with extra strength, and rage, using the phrase, that the coach used to pull the boys through the sodomy and rapes . . . this guy was going around, in an out of controlled rage, killing 4 men, in just days, with no cooling down time, which is characteristic of serial killers, three murders, or more, in a frenzied, rage, not knowing what to think or why. Finally, the FBI finds the dude, in time, when he is about to beat, his son's new step-dad, a white guy, to death for not protecting his son, whom he just found out, was molested by his swimming coach, and also the new husband of his ex-wife. The agents have him surrounded, and as the FBI agent who had also been a victim, came forward, and explained his rage and anger, and that he was taking out on men, what he thought they had done to other young men. He finally, cried and gave himself in.
The News Conference . . . No, the Abuse Did Not Turn Everyone Into a Killer!
The agent, mans up, and admits that he too, was sexually assaulted and raped by this man, that everyone respected, that the cops, saw as above the law, and to his, the chief of polices, horror, finding out that this man, molested, pages and pages of young men, during his years as the loved and respected coach, with the cop, looking in retrospect, and apologizing for arresting or harassing the kids, when they acted out, or tried to tell him or other cops, and they didn't listen, admitting that, he gave the coach, all the slide and greasing the wheels for him to continue his victimization of young men, who he coached, without a thought, that the kids were right, and the coach was wrong, and eventually, the FBI agent, who had been a victim, got him behind bars, only to find out that he molested decades of young men, going back before they thought, but that, this abuse didn't make him a killer, but, it made him turn to the law and law enforcement, to get men, like him off the streets and protect kids, from enduring the years of shameful abuse and sexual assaults that he did, but no, not all victims in turn, either become molesters themselves, nor killers of others, who might do these things.
Most people know, that, in prison, men who molest children, are the lowest scum in the prison system, and they are soon, taken care of by the boyz, who don't take kindly, even at their low levels to men, who do this to children . . . and the coach, who turned to Islam, to hide his passed as a child molester, turned murderer, lied about what he was really, in prison for, gaining respect for murder, but after the boys behind bars, put their Muslim friend, together with his old name, and his coaching, they took care of business, their way and they killed the child molester! There are sins, that we, as a society can, at least understand, and then there are those that we just can't get our minds around, and one of those, is child sexual assault and rape of a child, that is not kids' play, nor something an innocent child should ever endure!
