The true crime, episode, is taking place in Stubbylee Park!  LOL!  Kay is short and stubby, and one of my symbolic names for Kay, is the slogan with Sarah Lee Bread, "Nobody doesn't like Sarah lee."  The henhouse is very charming, engaging, to manipulate, deceive, and pull the wool over the eyes of the investigators, cops and prosecutors!  So, I am going to briefly, bullet, all the D.C. I HOLDEN one of the suspects in the next murder, symbolic also, the henhouse, is divided up, with Kay in D.C. as me, Shelley, in like Texas, Utah, and Montana, Rachel, Utah, Montana, and wherever, Sue Montana, and wherever I would be, and they ALL SHIFT!  Anyway, I wanted to bullet, all the evidence of the doubles, piggy backs, evil twins, double trouble, so you have more keys to this RICO and conspiracy against me:

• all are playing multiple roles, as assigned, all wear wigs, contacts, but, there is NO way, Rachel, Sue and Shelley, can be 5'7" without cutting off their feet; Kay on the other hand is stubby and short, being somewhere between 5'2" and 5'4" . . . they are all themselves and ME!
• Shelley is riding my back to money: (1) social security card and payments; (2) Frank, is collecting on social security and VA benefits, Shelley probably, claiming VA as a wife to Allan, aka, Frank! (3) Shelley pushed for me to take out bankruptcy, so that she could get more ill gotten gain, committing social security fraud, for fucking years, she pushed me to get my student loans, waved, which she did: (A) so, she is probably making, over $1500 per month, just on government benefits, billions, on other multiple streams of SECRIST FAMILY INCOME; (4) I get my benefits, deservingly, the first Wednesday, of the month; however, when I check when the electronic transfer, for the other account, comes several days earlier, this month, the check posted, for someone September 29, and I got mine on the 3rd; (5) I was contacted about getting paid back for my student loans, that I should never have paid, once, I was diagnosed to die, so, the lady told me, that, they would stop taking out the student loans, starting in January, and also pay me back, the $28,000 I have paid thus far, since law school, but Shelley beat me to the punch, the internet whiz, and even put her STAPLES sign or red stapler, so when I went to register online, she had already beat me to it, and when I talked to the loan people, they told me, I was AUTOMATICALLY in the program, having never should have paid anything once, I got Picks, and so, when I applied for car financing, first, Shelley, or Joann had already applied, and when it came to the income text box, I put what I get, roughly $1200 per month, but the now red text box, refused to accept that amount, saying, that I had to make at least $1500, so Shelley, must have put her income in, and so my appeared false, or a lie, because it didn't match HER INCOME! 
• Walmsrt Money Card, is exactly, the duplicate of clone, Visa Debit, same 16 numbers, same expiration dates, same security code, but, what, has blocked me from airline tickets, is the spelling of MY NAME!  When the prompts, ask for the name on the card, I put, what is on MY CARD, JOANN S. SECRIST, but, the red text alarm blocks me from getting a ticket, unless, like the money amount for a loan, I am forced to write, Shelley's, version of ME, JOANN SOUTHWICK SECRIST, worked, so, the name that was falsely put on my I.D. is just like this, they are PUTTING HER IN CONTROL OF MY I.D. and she is the fucking FRUAD, so I am just going to start driving, thanks to Shelley, I have a driver's license  on record, and so I don't need to take the test or the driving road test, because, I AM ALREADY LEGAL!  GREAT . . . • a very interesting, true crime, that would symbolize the henhouse and what they did to their OWN CHILDREN, preferring MINE!  A mother, with blonde hair, big ass fake boobs, 38DD, staged a break in at her home, with her husband upstairs, her on the couch, and her two darling sons on the floor, sleeping after watching a CD, but, she gets up, takes the largest kitchen knife she can, and she stabs both of her young sons, one not quite dying, so she stabbed him again.  Then she proceeded to cut and stab herself, but only with surface wounds, but bloody, then she cut the window screen, smeared blood around, cut her neck . . . then called 911, as she walked from 3 different rooms, but when the cops came, nothing added up, her lame ass husband, much like MOST MEN, he only talked about his beautiful wife and her boobs, telling them the size of her fake tits, that he must have been enjoying.  But, the cops, watched the mother, who killed her 2 kids, a birthday party, but she was smiling, and happy, not like a grieving mother . . . just collateral damage, I her pursuit of what she wanted to do with life!  Where are Rachel's sons'? dead? she seems proud of the girls, but not the boys, who are fat and gear heads, but nice, and they look just like her!  How could cops follow, her, Shelley, Sue, Kay and NEVER SEE THEIR OWN KIDS?  They probably killed them, so they could never be seen with them, and then rather than the aunt to my kids, they claim the mother.  I remember, long ago, when, Greta and Nicole had their babies, Rachel asked everyone but me, to go fly to see, both daughters, probably, covering, me, while she acted the MOTHER!  JANE LONGHURST!

I have learned, that, this is totally, unconnected to the Internet, or to anything, but if I dismiss it, it allows the hackers into my shit!  Comedian, political pundit, satirist, John Oliver, a Brit, flew to Russia, sometime back, and interviewed, my hero, Edward Snowden, who revealed the NSA spies, who watch you through, your Skype hole, walking around in your underwear, or naked for some of you! but, we are spending, enough money to get rid of the national debt, knocking off all the fun and games of the NSA, because, they use the PRISM system and shit, to just fuck with you, and get their rocks off, while they are bored, putting everyone on the "to watch" list, but, I thought, now, why don't these shits, use this stuff, to stop all the twisted sister shit, that I have been dealing with, since, 2000!?  Now, these didn't just start, the time, I started writing about it, or proving it, it has been going on, since, at least, 2000 or earlier, most likely, and possibly, even before, I went to law school! even  my undergrad!  But here is just a shopping list of shit, these fuckers do on a daily basis:

• so, like I said, I tried to schedule a cheap flight on Allegiant Air, since, my bus ticket, disappeared to be replaced with airline tickets, to cover or prepare my email system and address, for my impending death, hint, hint, hint!  But, like I said, the text box on the online ticket purchase, said, enter the name on your card, Visa . . . rejected, not right, rejected, not right . . . I am fucking looking at it, that is the correct NAME FUCKERS!  So, how is Shelley spelling my name, so that, I can't use it, but she can, since she flies, like I used to, before, they started, getting more and more serious about stealing my good name up here, as the FIRST ONE TO COME TO THE FLATHEAD, way back in October of 2012!  The D.C. girls followed, after the team cops, helped run me out!
• I don't use my gmail, or my email, much, but, I do get tickets, use it for pictures, etc. but, September 29, 2016, when they thought, they would stop me from getting back to Montana, and bury me in Utah, as their FAVORITE DAUGHTER, or should be, am, but, WEARING A DIFFERENT FACE, MASKS!  But, I have never taken comments on my blog, never, ever!  So, all the sudden, comments start showing up, because, Shelley takes comments on, the split off blog, the knock off blog, the blog, by the same mother, different, women, the 5 blogs, with ONE BRAIN, just like the 9 women, wearing ONE dress, MINE!  I used to get comments back in the early days, when, I knew, she was, taking comments, to build her ego, on MY WRITING . . . what didn't running MY BLOG, and writing through the spell check that the NSA block, count, or using the grammar check, or the technical or better translation, going automatically, through, my IP number, scanned to hers, and then, going through, a program, that really, only changed about a word . . . I just typed, the real reason, because the blog is going around the WORLD, now, should she get credit on MY WRITING?  Her changes or the computer changes, are so, minimal, no, self-respecting, loser, even, would think, that running it through spell check entitles them to steal the credit for MY WRITING!  But, they do, but, All for More, and More for ALL!  They probably PAY MORMON TITHING, so the church gets their CUT!  Good GOD!!!!  SCREAM!!!!!!
• Last night on the bus, I was telling my friend, that I had just looked at a Dodge Dart and I was ready to start driving again, fearing for my life, since my truck was sabotaged and my car, blown up with a PIPEBOMB, placed, I believe by Rachel's, husband, Kay's, son, Kyle, asking me, the night before the bomb went off, JoAnn, could you kill someone?  Timed bomb, to go off, an hour down the road, or so, removing me from the Cove, Utah, area, where the bomb was placed?  Kyle was out working on his motorcycles, in the garage when I left the day after, and it blew, in Salt Lake City, just hours later, with point of impact, behind the driver's seat!  January 1, 2013!  But, I told my friend, that, I was ready, to get freedom again, and get a car . . . so with that on my mind, I thought, having found a car, I liked, I decided to apply for financing online, so when I do decide, after getting my driver's license, I have the money ready.  So, in connection with Second Chance Auto, St. George, Utah, they are wired into a finance company, simple form, and in the income, and this has happened, before, I put in, my gross monthly income, roughly, but, it came back saying, that I had to make more than $1500 per month, well, I only get about $1200 . . . and another strange thing, is that, when I started to fill in this short, easy form, my name, email address, and other information, popped up, so, all I had to do, was, click on, the already prepared, writing?  I have NEVER filled in that form before, so, surveillance, was probably watching which cars, I was interested online, when Greta, suggested the place, and sure enough, I found, two cars, that I really like . . . now follow my thinking, if I get a car, or truck, Shelley has to get it too, or Rachel, or whomever, is claiming to be me, now the week before, I was all hot on the Kia Souls, but, I found, some other vehicles, I liked too, so, I broadened my search and now, I am totally confused, other than to know I want a car, but, like I said, I decide to do something like get a car, and so they watch, I think, that once I qualified for financing, two weeks ago, they rushed down to buy a Kia Soul, like I had talked about!  LOL!  As often as I change my mind, they may have a fleet of cars, but what the fuck, it is my money they are spending, so, who gives a shit, just give the BRAT kids, another car . . . mine all buy their own! so does there MOTHER, ALWAYS EARNED, NEVER GIVEN!  I DON'T FEEL ENTITLED, EVEN THOUGH I MAKE THE MONEY, WRTTE THE BLOGS AND THEY TAKE THE "FRUITS OF MY LABORS!"
• what I do know, is that, my name is a STICKING POINT . . . I am not allowed to use MY OWN FUCKING NAME!  My Soc. Sec. is okay, because, that is the same, so, I AM ALLOWED TO USE "MY" OWN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, which, I am sure is being used by all of them, the DC girls, NOT!

• so, Rebecca Newell-Baker, the bitch who set me up, then wants me to forgive and go to court with her, wrote me this, when she got home . . . see if it smacks of practicing law without a license or pretending she is me, CIA Make a Wish Foundations, we all want to be attorneys, and the guys all want, their whores to be ME!  Now, a few days before court, before, I trashed her sick ass, Rebecca, was venting and ranting, that she was smarter than ANY ATTORNEY, yeah, like who trained her? who taught her the law? who taught her how to write legal briefs, who ithe wrote them, or coached her how to write?  ME!  But, I am a great coach, Shelley, Rachel, Sue, and the girlz, all think they are attorneys, but in all seriousness, they are being trained by the best, and they have continued, to read this blog, learn the Constitution, seeing how I apply it, and using actual, new events, real life, not case law, to teach them, within a context on how, the law works . . . shit law school, is only three years, they have been being trained for fucking at least 6 YEARS!  They can learn, just like I can, and my teaching is real like, RELEVANT SHIT!  I started with foxes being shot, and two buddies fighting over it, learning that, and I taught this to Shelley, that POSSESSION is 9/10ths of the LAW!  I THINK SHE TOOK MY LESSON TO HEART, she thinks, she possess entitlement to be ME!  Sorry, I am a FOX, but, you didn't shoot me, MANY HAVE TRIED, but creative interpretation to murder, DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO BE ME, EVEN IF THE GOVERNMENT, TELLS YOU, YOU CAN BE ME . . . I WAS OUT OF UTAH, and told them, to take my license and shove it, because I REFUSED TO PRACTICE IN A STATE, THAT THROWS THE CONSTITUTION OUT THE WINDOW, RULES ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE MORMON CHURCH, IS CORRUPT FROM HEAD TO FOOT, AND IS UNFAITHFUL TO THE LAW . .  . THEY PUT THE SANCTIONS ON, TO COVER ME, SO THE REST OF THE BITCHES, GET THE DOUBLE DOCKETS, THE GOOD, ME, AND THEY, THEN, TRY TO MAKE ME, GET THE SHIT, THEY DO!!!!!!  Like DUI's when I don't drink, or blaming me, for Shelley's legal shit, when they went after her, for practicing law WITHOUT a license, JUST LIKE SHE IS DOING NOW!  But, going along, the party line, trying to trash me, allowing, these cunts, the cop hoes to use my name, famous, name, and ride on my back, because the COPS, JUDUGES AND PROSECUTORS ARE AFRAID OF ME!  They want the tame fake attorneys who are being granted, their honors, honor of being me, and practicing law, this is suppose to be part of my punishment, for BEING GREAT!  So, the day, that Rebecca refused to drop me off in St. George and left me at the airport, to be murdered with no way out of the desert, she decided to get one more, piece of advice from the REAL ATTORNEY, ME, how do you get a sanction lifted . . . I connected the dots, and took, her bragging about being better than other attorneys, which I AM, and her, then asking me, this, after telling me about the judges, she also, told me, that she talked to my client, and they said, that, I am a great attorney, but I can get them in trouble . . . LIKE BULL SHIT, I PAID FOR ALL MY CLIENTS' SINS AND CRIMES AND THEY ALL CUT DEALS!  So, a week goes by, and Rebecca just wants me to sit in court and give her moral support, NO, was my response, so she sends me this email, when she gets back from court:
• I'm waiting for a phone call, so, I am going to just tell you the gest of what is going on with Rebecca, so she told me, she was representing or helping someone with a DUI, like, that is wrong and practicing law without a license, basically, in the full definition of the rules of ethics and professional responsibility, now, you could probably, give some ideas, but, not represent yourself as a legal authority, because, I have taught you something about the law . . . but, after that, she sent me, this text, that said, I am so excited, I am ready to fight all kinds of cases for jusitice, and I am like . . . WHAT?  I mean, I do, and I do it without, actually, practicing law, but, even my blog, most attorneys, cops or judges, would say, she knows what she is talking about, now Rebecca, might, actually, give some good advice, but then again, there is a reason, someone goes to law school, because there are all kinds of thinks that come into play, that can fuck up a person, if it is not followed! 
• so, I told her my blog, is my love and my passion, however, she is one of the chicks, that, the scanning goes to, probably on issues with child custody, which I did, because, she had three husbands, going after her for her three sets of kids, all at one time, well, when you are going to court, every fucking day, and someone like me, when I took over the Cheeks, cases, shit, I had never even been to court, and they had to train me, from what they had learned from three solid years of fighting in court!  You will learn something, but, it is those fine points, or that one case, like what jurisdiction is, that I have mentioned before . . . pretending you are a hot shot, lawyer, is one thing, but, coordinating, all the documents, writing them, is much harder than, just messing around, getting someone to coach you, on procedure and other trial work.  Like Hillary Clinton said, it is a whole different deal, being a candidate and being the actual president!  But, I told her, I am getting deeper and deeper into, solving my case, with my knowledge of the players and the fact, plus the law, and evidence, and having a heightened understanding of what it takes to PROVE A CASE, I am a great asset to cops, prosecutors and to give insights and knowledge, to those I used to teach, and going from justice court at a state level, all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, with no mentor, no coach, no partner, no legal assistant, who can fill a lot of gaps in for a new attorney, it was basically, trial by FIRE!  But, Rebecca got totally silent, when I said, I think the FBI, might be seeing what has been going on . . . now, before, Rebecca was corrupted and joined the club, she was an avid fan, and student, sucking in knowledge and friendship, with her attorney, but, this time, with me, on heels of having her set me up, knew, I was not into kissing and making up!  NO JOKES, I will FRY ALL THEIR SORRY ASSES . . . a whit3e suburban, just went down the road, I am sure, she said, Rachel was the one helping her, you see, it is the lies, that puts the sisters, who may not even have ever gone to court, in my shoes, writing my briefs, and getting all the money, glory and fame, that I should have.  But, I do what I do, because, I am dedicated to JUSTICE, and the AMERICAN WAY, MAKE AMERICA AGAIN!  But, Rebecca got off and has never called back!  So, she is doing what I think she is, claiming to be me, most likely and that carries a lot of power with it!  In the place she is pretending to be an attorney, the judges, have heard of me, some have seen me, but they would rather commit fraud on the court, than, having me walk in and take them to task! and, I have gone to court in the 6th judicial district, telling my client to stay home, to save the time and money, so, because of the wild way I practiced law, never missing a hearing, deadline and writing bad ass briefs, most judges, shake in their boots, and prefer not to be trashed by me and now, my blog, puts me over the top, scary wise!
• this morning, when, I scheduled to take the written and driving test, to finally get  my driver's license, which will fuck up, the girls club, the person, said, I will send you a text to confirm, the time and date, which, she had just given me a note with the time and date, but, just incase, that sounded nice--however, when, I got the text, at breakfast, next door at BOJANGLES, hint, hint, hint, check he Money CARD, I WALK . . . but, first I got the notice, and then, I got another one, so I tried to thank the woman, and then, I got a third one, that had, not what I wrote, but, all this gibberish, about URL's and taking this out, and doing that?????????  what the fuck? probably directions to Shelley or Kay, or who's ever number, is controlling MY PHONE, like the person in PACIFIC TIME or CHICAGO TIME, CONTROLLING THE CLOCKS ON MY COMPUTER!  So, Shelley, can be wherever, and her phone shows, my number, while I am showing her number, and the cops are chasing me, thinking it is Shelley, because it is HER NUMBER IS SHOWING ON MY PHONE, the guts of the phone are switched, and the TWISTED SISTER, is getting my calls, but the messages from her friends, routed by the different number, but she can probably, see exactly who is calling me, so she and the agents in the area, can do the ABC thing, contact and bribe them, in this ALL FOR MORE, MORE FOR ALL!  SHIT, TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN!  I JUST DID A TYPO, THESE FUCKS, GET THE MONEY, ACT THE CHARITABLE FUCKERS, THEY ARE NOT, AND PEOPLE ADORE THEM, DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT, ME, SHELLEY, REALLY, JOANN THE WOMAN, THEY ARE GLAD  IS SAVING THE COUTRY, OR RESTORING AMERICA!
• shortly, after, my house in St. George was stolen, and I moved up to Parowan, Utah, with a cabin at Panguitch Lake, like the first time, I went with Allan, who was really, FRANK, DIA, Defense Intelligence Agent, there were people, sitting all around the Lake, tons of American flags were newly hung on the cabins around the Lake, and as I went by, just like I was a movie star, Frank, said to me, THESE ARE ALL HERE TO SEE YOU!  I was like, whatever.  Then, he took care of that, and all the sudden we had all these service vehicles, climbing up our telephone poles, and taking a month and a half to fill an order, for a landline, and there were no more people, lining the Lake looking at me.  Now, at first, he wanted me to just give up  my cases, ad retire . . . fuck NO, it was after that, he started playing the good husband, while stabbing me in the back and fucking Shelley, pretty soon, whole I was practicing law and gone all the time, I came home one night to find that I had been locked OUT OF MY OWN HOUSE, and Frank, had, set up two electric bills, and my money card, he stole, and Shelley and Isaac moved in like they owned the place, til I kicked, them out!  THERE WAS A TON OF SHIT, THEY DID, and Shelley had grown accustomed to being ME!  Fuck, for 8 or so years, I know she was using my ID, sleeping with all my ex-s, and doing kid for kid, making her kids, mine and mine HERS AND FRANKS, OR HERS AND BRETTS AND KAYS, OR RACHEL AND KENNEDY"S KIDS, giving me the Fatty boys Rachel born, bred and raised, the gear heads!  MY KIDS DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT CARS!

When I was a high school debater, who also worked at a pizza place and was on the drill team, my debate coach, was pissed, when I scored second in the inners school, debate competition, only loosing to a second year, debate team, and I was, just a first year debater . . . ironically, Kay Burningham, was the second year debate team member, I lost to, who was the niece of the coach, as well as the daughter of the rival high school, coach, so well trained and she grew up with debate as part of her family . . . I just took debate to meet guys from other school!  Lol  But, the coach, asked me what I thought about debate, expecting, a very scholarly response, with the class listening, and I said, well, I think all you need to win a debate, is to have 8 good affirmative quotes and 8 good negative quotes, and that is not what, this man, who had his best debaters, pull around little red wagons, with files of cards with quotes on both sides of the issue for the year's debate topic . . . I didn't need all that, nor would I have ever done all that work, when, in my mind, it was not necessary!  So, my coach pulled me out of the debate team I was on, and put my into another part of a debate squad, and made me an extemporary speaker . . . where the speaker, is given 3 choices as a topic, and then, they have 10 minutes to prepare a speech, to deliver and then, you are judged.  I a 5 state debate competition, down in Phoenix, Arizona, I won, I believe 3rd, without really trying.  The coach, thought I would be forced into reading weekly periodicals, and studying for possible topics--NO, I didn't prepare any more and he was a bit pissed that I did so well, without much or any preparation.  But, what applies to the V.P. debate last night, I remember the judge, telling me, You didn't give me the best speech, but you were the MOST PERSUASIVE!  I believe, that, the V.P. debate was much, like this, form over substance or substance over form . . . I will always take SUBSTANCE, which is what Trump is missing in his whole presidential run, and most of that comes from a lack of experience, and also, a elementary understanding of civics and government, let alone, world governmental interactions  . . . while Mike Pence, looked, at first, more controlled, less rattled, and less intrusive and interrupting, than, Tim Kaine, but by the end of the debate, when both V.P. team members, got their bearings and voice, Tim, was able to put it together, in a much more powerful, sound, and cogent presentation of the facts, stances, plans, programs, of his candidate, and Mike Pence, while more polished, and a bit less passionate, also had his issues, shaking his head, he just did not have the MATERIAL TO WORK WITH!  Ms. Burningham, has been selected by the government, to be my, double, evil twin, attorney, with about the same education . . . but, much like, Pence, better form, does not make, better substantive issues, and much like Kay, trying to steal my image, thinner, she lacks the substantive background, constitutional law training, depth in government, criminal and civil law, and all attorneys are not created equal, thin, doesn't not mean, or connote, SMART . . .I believe, that Kay, aka, Me, lacks the substantive depth, relying on her looks, her sex, her charm, rather than HARD CORE KNOWLEDGE OF A WORKING, VIABLE, CONSTITUTION, GOVERNMENT AND WORKING ABILITY WITH THE PEOPLE, WE THE PEOPLE, AND IN THAT, SHE IS SORELY DEFICIENT AND LACKING, AS WAS PENCE, AND MOST OF THAT WAS HIS CANDIDATES, FAULT, DEFENDING THE "INDEFENSIBLE" AS IS THE PATRIOT ACT, ONE WORLD ORDER, BULL SHIT, KAY AND THE CIA, TRIED TO PULL OF, USING "MY" LEGACY OF WORK, PRESERVING, PROTECTING AND DEFENDING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, FUCK, SHE IS A GOD DAMNED, TORTS ATTORNEY, THE SIMPLEST FORM OF LAW, SCUM BUCKET, CHEAP ASS, AMBULANCE CHASING AND MONEY MAKING, BUT CERTAINLY, THE JOKE OF THE LEGAL FIELD, WITH CONSTITUTIONAL LAW ATTORNEYS AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN, AND THE MONEY GRUBBERS, LIKE KAY, ON THE BOTTOM . . .
