You know, it is funny, that, I missed out on almost a whole generation of movies, with a generation, being 20 years, I think, first, going through undergraduate school, then law school, then practicing law, missing out at least, the entire, 90's, only, every once in a while, going over to the student union, for a break, and watching, the international films, that I found, more intellectually stimulating, and psychologically interesting, even reading the foreign captions, while learning something of the culture, country, and intrigue of another country, being pretty familiar with our country, or going to the Blue Mouse Theater, in Salt Lake City, Utah, for another challenging film experience; however, I am finding, that these early 90's films, like Chain Reaction, with Keanu Reeves and some, no name, Kay looking, girl next door, chick, allegedly smart, with the CIA, long being interested in her work, on clean energy, and hydrogen powered electricity, being as small as a glass of water, being able to create enough energy for the whole city of Chicago, to light up for a week, and I was surprised, how timely, and informative, looking back, and forward, knowing, and learning what I have, in the last year, about the CIA, secret wars, those who want, war, oil, and a continuation of the last few decades, bringing up the economy, on the blood and guts of our boys and girls in arms, or death and blood of our enemies, allegedly, creating jobs, government contracts, making millionaires of our friends,who have contacts in Congress, in the typical, crone capitalism, the Pope is speaking out against.  And in light, of the new, Clean Energy Plan, some 150 countries signed an agreement to abide by, with China and the U.S.A. the largest consumers, seeing we all live on the same planet, breath the same air, and allegedly want the same thing for our children . . . well, Mormons, want to run the war machine, because they never send their kids to fight . . . so they should have no say, whatsoever, on what our troops should do, they lack credibility and understanding!

We Need A Pollution Revolution!

But, the film starts out with an idealistic professor, giving a lecture, and telling students, of the possibilities and the value of the work they are doing, working on hydrogen electricity and alternative energy sources, while the oil refineries in the background film, are pumping pollution into the atmosphere, creating, smut, grim, and brown soup, hanging over our valleys, mountains, and oil spills, going into our water supplies, oceans and streams, at alarming rates, challenging, ocean life, in our seas, birds in our air, and humans and animals, who inhabit, our earth, who, as in the Book of Revelations, from John the Revelator, prophesying that our Mother Earth, groans, under the weight of man . . . not a nice analogy, nor picture.  While the prof is speaking, Keanu, is putting a generator, or something, in place, and magically, some hydrogen experiment and machinery starts to work, and everyone celebrates at the success of the University of Chicago's contribution to this drive for clean energy replacements for oil; however, there are others, who don't like, the success, and shortly after that, the hydrogen and machinery, go bazek, and, it appears like a hydrogen bomb goes off, wiping out, several city blocks, and the plant where the experiments were being tested, shocking everyone, and causing the death of the man, who was the visionary and giving the lecture.  Soon, Keanu and the Kay, chick, better looking Brett and Kay, figure out, through, faxes and emails, that they are being framed for the explosion and the death of the professor.

I hope, Brett and Kay, who ordered half of the shit, me and my family, have gone through, from putting us on the run, framing us for shit, and leaving us running for our lives, or staying and paying with their music, or whatever . . . but, I would love to see, how long these two, treasonous, dirt bags, anti-heroes, in reality, would last with this kind of pressure, and chase, because, I have had it just as intense, dad, Shelley, and fucking CIA, assassinations, so fun thoughts, while watching, a less than dramatic, chase, short lived and easy, but, the FBI, is hot on the trail of the two students, getting warrants, like good boys, before, searching and seizing evidence, as they should, and you can tell, this is before the fucking Patriot Act, what a difference, the cartoon, leaving only the Prez. and law enforcement, in the executive branch, is NO FUCKING JOKE, but back in the good old days, when the CONSTITUTION, and cops remembering oaths, did what, they still need to be doing, but, these guys were one it, not sucking pussy, while the country goes to hell, like, the Pat Boyz, now . . . drugs, sex and rockin' roll, money, oil, gold, the easy way, stealing it, through property, seizures, without any due process!  

Anyway, you find out that the professor was killed, for being an idealist, and promoting ideas the CIA, who were working on the C-System, and I am not sure, whoever wrote this movie, didn't know exactly who the fuck was behind, chemists and others being murdered, early 2000, disappearing . . . oh, and I am sure, I was inconvenient, and it was expedient that I pay, for being true to my oath, and going after government agencies, for NOT going after the bad guys, who are, doing the exact opposite of this . . . as in the fuckers, using my identity, money, kids, money, and names, being much like the Patriot Act, when in all reality, this is the total opposite of being a patriot, or loyal to American values, principles and concepts!  TREASON, while Britain, is an ally, they are not part of WE THE PEOPLE, whom the treason, in giving comfort to the enemy, is intended to protect against, and our own guys are our enemies, and I took an oath to protect, which includes domestic enemies! which, in this case, the CIA is . . .with Morgan Freeman, telling his young protege's, after they learn the professor was killed by friendly fire, or suffocation, with a bag over his head . . . in the way with those ideals and dreams, ironically, we are at right now!

Eventually, Keanu, and the chick, prove their innocence and save the day, from those trying to stop PROGRESS, even in a very complicated world, with no simple solutions, but working on the same page is a start!  But, through the efforts of Reeves, he stops the CIA, C-Systems, and they have renewed faith in their goal to get, renewable energy!  Actually, this film did a great job, of showing exactly the dividing lines, not only between, the FBI and the CIA, but, oil lovers, verses, those trying to keep the planet clean.  But, I think, this CIA plan, has been around since I was born, on the Port Hueneme Navy Base, while my father, was a spy for the Air Force, in the Office of Strategic Service or Intelligence, the precursor to the CIA, when all the branches of the military, intelligence, joined forces, along with the DIA, or Defense Intelligence Agency, and, it appears, not only from this film, buf from the two generals, who contacted me here, one from a very far away location, and another one, several states away, knowing I had the big stick, blog, to expose the new world order, kicking their commander in chief, along with the rules of engagement, the Constitution, along with the Pentagon, who controls the armed forces, who should take these rogue, entities and take a switch to them, behind the barn, or kick them to the curb!  Hell, you better hope I never run for president, because, I would do exactly what President Kennedy, was doing, and rip the CIA a new ass, or get rid of them and start over, changing their name, wiping my ass with them, erasing them, like they have tried to erase, me, you shits!  I am in line with what's going on, you are the ODD BALLZ out balling your bitches, and taking ez money, fuckers . . . stop funding foreign wars, too much unaccounted money going to these fucks!

I just got an order of 2 pack cinnamon rolls, at Burger King, with my new, Walmart Money Card, ending in 8699 . . . they are trying to cross wires, now, that I can actually, hit an 8, and my phone, will show the number 8, rather than a 1, like it did before, just a day or so ago, but, the internal guts, much like my computer, are still crossing, trying to make it look, like, when I use my card, that it also, shows up, showing, on "their" card or cards, making you think, that they purchased what I purchased, but, the merchant ID number, for Burger King on Reserve in Missoula, MT, is 456203002997--verify, verify, verify--I just can't believe, other than total incompetence, you can't, use that $80 billion spy budget, and figure, out, who the fuck, I am, and know, as I am sure you do, know, that Shelley is fucking NOT ME, check the attitude, gives me away all the time!  I was order #28, if that helps, and the price was, $2.99!  EASY!  FACT CHECK . . .

This chick, played on the sympathies, money, gain, and business, of pretending that she had a terminal brain cancer, even claimed that she died, several times, and got really dramatic, with people all over, Instagram and through her books, called, The Whole Pantry, where she claimed to have turned to alternative medicine, healthy food, and cooking to deal with her cancer.  She became an overnight celebrity, leading many followers, through her writings, to feel her pain, travel her road, to and through cancer, to doctors, and treatment, claiming, miraculous and amazing, untruths, to reap the rewards and love, of many.  Eventually, she promised to do some fund raising, for communities, and fell through, or the money didn't come through, as the money sources, and people donating to her cause, started to get suspicious of the truthfulness of her statements, as more and more reporters, started to do come fact checking and in so doing, going to her, questioning her, as to the details, facts, even to her date of birth, her real age and her name, they could not get a straight answer, for the simplest questions . . . she had two birth certificates, and two names, claiming to believe, she was 26, when the facts showed that she was, actually 23, and when asked, why she had two birth certificates, and names, and how she chose, one over the other, she even claimed, that she just took the younger one, and the name attached to that birth certificate . . . and in my case, Shelley is one year older; therefore, she would have given my name and birth date, claiming to have believed . . . and why wouldn't she know, which one was the real name and birth date?  Maybe money, fame, and celebrity, connected to MY name, and nothing connected to the older birthday and name!  Everything this chick said, had some weasel word, qualifier, exception clause, a way out, or wiggle room, to interpret it one way or the other and most of what she said, was, not only, a misrepresentation, but a fucking bold face lie!

Shelley Took Particular Interest in My Pick's Disease, Studied the Symptoms, Joined Groups, Even Had "MY" Medical Records?

Originally, I thought, Shelley, being a biology major, probably, made the poison, that was placed on my steering wheel, that put me in contact with the poison, that reached the pores in my skin and entered the blood stream, allegedly going to my brain, to slowly kill me.  However, after looking at this chick, I think, someone, taking one of my blogs, with particular details, dates, names, places, etc., case facts, the law, even constitutional arguments, would find in Shelley, much, what you see this woman, do in the interview, where Tara, is almost, ready, to do anything, begging, and asking the most inane questions, to just get a straight answer, rather than some bull shit, this chick, became good enough at, really not good, to apparently fool a huge ass number of readers, fans, and followers, as Shelley has too . . . from what I can tell, law enforcement loves her . . . I know they hate me, but that doesn't make, your truth, her truth, the TRUTH!  Just like in a court of law, and how, I fucking nail, cops, all the time, is taking their incident reports, that they may have filed, months, or even years later, and question them on the facts, on their claims, on the placement of this or that, having them draw out, where a car or truck was parked, near, a wall, as in Shane Clark's case.  I could fuck them up, or get them, to reveal, they were trying to cover and work for the prosecution, and fuck me and my client over, but, I wouldn't let them weasel out of it with glib, responses, because, I generally, without exception as I recall, didn't know the officer's report, better than he or she did.

Now, when I write about MY life, my cases, my kids, my jobs, etc., I don't need notes, don't need weasel words, don't change the facts, don't act like I can't remember, or don't have a grasp, on facts, stories and examples, even facts, constitutional theories I used, when I filed cases, bosses names, or the circumstances, involved in what I am talking about, or at least, I can hit a general year, and the situation, at hand . . . I would venture a guess, that even with truth serum, Shelley would fuck up everything other than a general idea, that this or that happened, as would Kay, and the rest of the girl's club, because, they are relying on the fact that few people fact check, question, grill and dig for the facts, truth, and substantiate stories, especially, when, my resume could get them into the top jobs, in Washington, D.C.!  I loved it when, Tara, said, that this Belle, violated, an almost sacred, responsibility, to us, the public, the news who had interviewed her, and to her fans, not to mention, those who trusted her, and left, alternative medicine, with scary cancer, people cried over her, prayed over her, and, trusted that she was telling the TRUTH, and relied on that truth, not only to believe her, but to support her, send money, love, prayers!  Tara, said, I think, you said, that you are happy, that the lies are being made public . . . what about the truth, that seemed elusive to this chick, she didn't know what the truth was, and claimed to be the victim of her own lies!  Amazing . . . 

My Reality, My Disease, My Life, My Career, My Money, My Law Practice, My Family, Became Shelley's . . . She Needs to Tell the TRUTH!

Anytime a person, writer, journalist, reporter, attorney, teacher, professor, parent, tells a half truth, misrepresents the truth, fabricates part of the story, hedges on the facts, claims untruths, they have violated the trusted and responsibility, that the public, has come to rely on, that, what someone says is the truth, and then they act, according to that believed truth, having faith, if you will, on the notion, that people are expected to tell the truth; therefore, for the most part, people, don't even question, what people say, as a general rule, and that is a shit load of trust to put in someone, and it is predatory, sociopathology, and leading to psychopathology and psychopathy, when people, become, pathological liars, meaning that, they are so good at it, that, they even believe the lies themselves, as they tell them over and over again.  Can you imagine, Shelley making it to the top rank and file of the United States Attorney Generals Office, passing herself off, as me, and the ramifications, of someone, not only not, trained in the law, but someone, not versed in civil rights, and put over the division, as, I might, having been rated, #2 in the nation for civil rights defense . . . ah, yeah, that is the type of stuff we are talking about, serious shit, and a fake, is presenting herself, as someone, trained and learned in the letter of the law, not only an average, attorney, in that area, but with the largest civil rights case the nation has ever seen!

Let's say, giving law enforcement the benefit of the doubt, that they didn't know, that Shelley was trying to pass herself of as me, and even worse, they had been chasing me, for her warrants and crimes, and what a joke that makes of law enforcement, if they relied on her lies, tearing down their agencies and departments, like I just trashed them, in my title, or even worse, they erase the TRUTH, as they did this morning, taking my title, because it is damaging to the feds, to Shelley, probably deputized, as an FBI agent, protected by these FUCKS!  That looks pretty bad to the world who is reading this blog, by the billions, daily dumb asses, thinking, that you are seeing the full number and hit count, when in reality, this is fucking all over the web, the dark and deep web, and the numbers or horrendous . . . and I am trashing your asses, due to your negligence and outright in my mind, stupidity, and incompetence!  But, Shelley took a huge ass interest, using the fact that, my alleged, disease was, genetic, and therefore, she wanted to know all she could, about it, so we didn't pass it on to the next generation, and she was worried out it herself . . . rightly so, she took the diagnosis, I didn't believe, but knew something was wrong, and ran with it.  She wanted me to go to NAMI classes, these are for the family members of the alleged victims of mental illness, when, that is not what was going on, the prognosis was for a genetically predisposed disease, not for a mental illness, that seemed to come creeping into the picture when I didn't die, as expected!

Shelley Had My Disease, Constantly Tried to Get My Social Security, Had My Social Security Card, Plus One That Was Not My Original, and She Had My Driver's License and I.D. Card!  I Never Could Understand, Why My Father, Using My Money, Paid Off My Car, and Gave It to Jesse, Not Chris, Who Needed One?

Basically, what happened, is, the family, government, law enforcement and even my colleagues at the attorney generals office, just, planned on me dying, and took the liberties, to grant Shelley MY FUCKING LIFE . . . and when I didn't die, they let me make all the money, on the cases, and again, SWAPPED OUT Shelley's shitty, warrant, criminal behavior, giving her my great reputation and resume, and then, ground me  into the dirt, forcing me, bullying me, and giving me her shit, her shit kids, her shit, lame ass life, and gave her my STELLAR LIFE!  In NO way shape or form, is this, ever to be considered a fair trade, would be considered, absolutely unconscionable, in contract law!  As for, saying that I let her be me . . . absolutely NOT, nor any of the rest of the bitches, regardless of who, amped up, the boyz have tried to make their resume's, I know their histories!  YUCK!!!!!! Even, Kay's as an attorney, is nothing to brag about, and I am into living, working, and performing in a way, to have fucking BRAGGING RIGHTS TO MY LIFE!

You know, I used to get people, still do, who are curious about what it takes to go through law school, take the bar exam, and become an attorney, and I used to say, that EVERYONE could be an attorney, but, I have modified that and believe that is no longer the truth, thinking back on my sisters and their histories of going to college, especially after they had kids and were older, as I was, being 36 when I started law school, and 39 when I finished.  I saw, Sue, who claims and tries to act like the brain, in the family, take one fucking masters class, having done her undergraduate degree, before she had children, unlike her pretty sister, who was not to be considered the brain, she has developed into, far surpassing all siblings, regardless of what the collective, blind, lame ass Southwick family thinks, but Sue, took one class, at a master's level and dropped out, as I recall.  She had time, a nanny, money, a supportive, but busy husband, and nothing to stop her from, going to law school!  She didn't ever try again, even when she had her kids all in school for, at least 12 to 20 years!  FUCK, Elliot was, one, when I started back into my undergrad, with 4 years, minus, one half year, and I got scholarships, honors, awards, publications, etc.

Marcie tried, Shelley, quit, in the middle of the semester, as did, Jesse's wife, Tiffany, who started taking classes at Utah State University, around, 2006 after I left Brett . . . so, maybe it is not as easy as these butt-fucking bitches and bastard supporters, think . . . the pretty sister, was smart and pretty, and had great kids, did it all!  No, law school is for the disciplined, the tenacious, the creative, and those who can sacrifice years of their lives, that continues after law school, so it is highly offensive to me, to think that faggot ass, feds, thought, for one second, they could replace, an average attorney with one of these government whores, let alone, someone, like me, who can provide, fucking 6 women with stellar careers, based on my accomplishments, no only no, BUT FUCK NO!!!!!!!!!

Relying on One Statement From Leon Sorenson, After I Was Poisoned . . . Yeah, You Fucked My Brain, Cost Me 8 Years of My Life!

I remember, Rachel or someone, saying, well, Leon, my boss at the Utah Medical Association, said, that after, I was poisoned, maybe before, I was diagnosed, that he had to follow me around, watching what I said and did . . . do ya, think! they fucked MY BRAIN!  I was diagnosed to fucking DIE, from a disease that attacked my brain!  The best way to get rid of a smart female attorney.  Now, this shows the limited, rational thinking, of the Southwick clan . . . YOU DON'T GET JOB'S LIKE THIS, OVER 3,000 FUCKING DOCTORS, the most EDUCATED SEGMENT OF THE POPULATION, without having something going on.  Hell the doctors hated me, especially, Dr. Foote, who violated HIPPA laws, giving Shelley MY MEDICAL RECORDS . . . foul play everywhere in this thing, all stinks!  Maybe my family ought to read my fucking resume!  God, do you seriously, in the first place, think, you get through law school and take the bar, passing it the FIRST TIME, not twice like the Megs!  Get a job, that 150 attorneys, applied for, teach college, before you graduate from law school, get hired, at not one university, but all three, just looking at my resume!  Hell, attorney generals office, brought into administration, after one year, beating the largest law firm in the state, on a patent law case, handling 270 DUI cases statewide, speaking, writing award winning domestic violence and sexual assault manuals, training prosecutors, having never been one, right out of law school, put over three statewide programs, moving up to the top of the pyramid of 175 attorneys, in the AG's office?  God, stupid, idiots, then, shining in all four areas of the attorney generals office, being offered a job as staff attorney, for the Division of Aging, after Congress appropriated and created a new position to run federal aging programs, fuck speaking to hundreds a week, teaching all the way through all of this, being named the professor, on a noted university, as the toughest grader with the highest student approval rating on the whole fucking campus?  Ignoring the FACTS, AGAIN!

Shit, law school doesn't teach you how to be a lawyer, but, getting in and doing it does, the hard knocks, without coaches.  Shelley, why don't you prove me, once and for all you are lawyer material, and go to fucking law school, use my money, which you do already, and go! take Sue, and dad, they both want to be attorneys, and it seems like the whole crew, who mocked, me for having a dream and acting on, are not laughing now, but trying to be me, and now, I am the one laughing!  LOL!  This is challenge, get your own, damned LAW DEGREE, Stop using MINE, you are an embarrassment to me!  I have spent a lifetime, protecting and guarding my good name, not to have it tarnished by you jack asses!  TRASH YOUR OWN GOD DAMNED NAMES!
